Turning the Page with Simone Arrojo

I am here with Lairton da Silva

who is a great friend and was a student in one of my courses in Family Constellation in Sao Paulo.

He was part of the first training in Scalar Heart Connection here in Brazil

the first time Stephen came to Brazil.

And when he was going to do his certification with Stephen I was his client.

It is incredible how deep Lairton can go using the tool of Family Constellation combined with Scalar Heart Connection.

He also organizes our workshops here in Florianopolis with his wife Desiree. Thank you Desiree for your work.

I wanted you to share with us more about your volunteer work and your experience working with Family Constellation along with Scalar Heart Connection.

Firt of all, I want to thank you!

No. It is me who is grateful!

The first time I met Simone was in a Family Constellation event with Bert Hellinger in 2010.

When I met her I had a connection with her and I knew I wanted to take her couses in Family Constellation. I especially like the way she works.

So I took her courses. She goes very deep in a profound way . . .

but she maintains a caring style; a form of class.

When she introduced me to Scalar Heart Connection, she told me she has a friend from the USA whom she is thinking to bring to teach and she needed a large group of students.

And so the students, all of us, signed up on the spot. No one knew what it was all about , but we trusted her.

Let's go. Let's go!

And it happed like that. People here completly trust you Simone and here we are now.

She is our guru, a person who is above the normal.

After I took the training course on how to use the Scalar Heart Connection tool, I started using it here with my clients . . .

and I realized that the guidance I was getting were really right on the mark.

The results I was getting were really deep. Profound!

Before a session with a client I do a session on myself with the version on the APP - ASK YOUR HEART

I only input the name of the person. And the results are exactly what is needed.

The session has a richness, a level to take advantage of with information that takes us to another level.

It gives us a richness in the level by giving us a broader view. I use Constellations with my clients or large groups . . .

and I combine it with Scalar Heart Connection a lot. It helps a lot.

I was about to embark on my flight to Florianopolis and I ran into a woman who said . . .

"Hola, you are Simone. You make the videos about Constellation. Lairton introduced me to you videos. . .

And let me share something with you. I worked with Lairton. My life was completely broken. . .

I was smoking. I was drinking. I had many problems.

My life changed a lot! "

I said, "Wow ! What a reception!"

To know that Lairton is doing such beautiful work in Florianopolis made me feel really happy. Lairton, it is true!

He puts a lot of effort into many things, like attending many courses. He just took the course about Systemic Law . . .

and he is very involved in the area of Family Constellation.

And principally all of his work is beautiful!

In a psychiatric hospital or clinic?

No, the work I do is at the University Hospital . . .

where they founded a project called the Beautiful Project. It was founded by the nurses and it involves many complimentary therapies . . .

and they allow us to introduce the work of Family Constellation and we are getting excellent results. Excellent.

People had never heard of Constellation or Scalar Heart Connection when we started working.

As soon as stated the work, the results started to show up.

We do this work as volunteers. We started with a small group. Now we have to guard the door because of so many people that come.

We see people with all kinds of problems.

Heavy problems, no?

It is a richness that gives you an understanding to be part of this project.

It is a beautiful thing.

The people who are part of this project are beautiful!

Not only Constellation. The entire project is beautiful.

The person who leads this project, the person who touches the hearts in this project, it to them we are so grateful.

Yes. Congratulations! Beautiful work!!

Things begin to happen and it is not like what people imagine. But what is important with Constellation and Scalar Heart . . .

is for people to be open. Open like a door. And if that door closes it is because that door was too small for them. But if you are open . .

there is something so much bigger behind a new door waiting for you. And that is what Scalar Heart and Constellation has taught me.

Congratulations. What a growth. Thank you! I am very grateful to you and to Desiree for the love you share while receiving us here . .

and for the work you do each time more expansively. Thank you very much!

It is me who thanks you, Simone! Thank you, Stephen!

MEDIA MANIPULATION - Duration: 5:04.

It is assumed that the role of the media is

to educate the public and to convey true information

but what is it really teaching us?

Could it be doing more harm than good?

The principle of the media itself is honorable

a group of people who spend time researching

to provide information and facilitate its access to the public.

The task would give them a professional profile

that would make people take them with seriousness and confidence

to the point that they would not even question the credibility of their content. This is where this entity abuses.

This is where this entity abuses.

Often the news are distorted to cause interest

and certain feelings in the public.

so they will to support certain projects

or to get their attention to make them read more.

It is not the same an article entitled

"Accident in the street" that

"A train smashed a bus with passangers"

"Panic and several injured"

Even if the content is the same,

they highlight a feature

that is more interesting to the people

Gossip,

accidents,

tragedies

This sensationalism is known as "yellow journalism"

It originated when William Ralph Hearst

with his newspaper

"New York Journal"

and Joseph Pulitzer with "New York World"

published exaggerated titles to steal followers from each other

"readers" at that time

and among that, they also published false information

to influence the public to support USA's action

to enter the Spanish-American War in 1898

that will benefit them because

a lot of news means a lot of sales, right?

Doesn't this sound familiar? Like something that is currently happening?

They are manipulating us with information.

They show us bombings, accidents, attacks and terrorism.

But... Why?

To cause fear

To make us want more action from the government,

that for some reason we relate it to security.

But mainly so we support the inhumane acts

that governments do overseas.

For example, the United States sent a total of

26,171 bombs in 2016 alone

to Middle East and Africa

Almost 72 bombs per day,

or 3 pumps per hour

every hour

every day.

Killing civilians, destroying the infrastructure

Causing TERROR

and FEAR to the populataion

everything in the name of

DEMOCRACY

That we know that's actually "own interest"

Oil and power.

There is so much to talk about this topic

that I will leave it for another video,

but shortly, the United States is being a terrorist.

But OF COURSE that

the media doesn't show this on TV

Instead, they show you showbiz scandal

Or b*tts and tits that

will keep you distracted.

*STUDY!*

This information doesn't make us think or grow.

By glorifying so much the "celebrities"

they create a feeling of separation between the population:

They are the talented stars

and we are the bland humans whose lives do not interest anyone.

We become mediocre beings

with the aspiration to become one more inside that television box.

At the same time, by creating a massive interest in the life of others

We don't pay attention to our own life.

THEIR lives become the topic of conversation

instead of talking of things that really matter,

of relevant issues to our current condition

such as what they put in our water,

our air or our food.

Or any other thing that's happening.

They want us to put all our energy

in the last party that celebrities went

or the people that they saw

Things that YOU SHOULDN'T BE CARING!

Please.

How is that going to change your life?

What will actually change your life

is doing your own research

and you educate yourself.

To seek the truth.

But... of course it's easier to turn on the TV

and note that a cow was born

with a "human" face and that people think is a God.

Woohoo for Cronica TV!

So we have information that,

in one side is completely distorted

and in the other side is just to distract us

so...

Who should we trust?

There are several journals that realize this situation

and, as a project, they want to expose the reality.

For example,

The Free Thought Project

The Anti-Media

Natural News

We Are Change

And of course...

Reportando Justicia

Only one newspaper is only ONE opinion

So by looking in different sources

You create your own opinion with different information.

The best option.

I'm not saying that all the media is bad,

but that they should be used in a proper way.

By having a huge audience,

An important message can be sent

to a lot of people.

So, next time that you see a magazine

or any kind of journal

Filter the information and ask yourself

Why are they showing me this?

What is the real information that I should be focusing on

that they want to pass unnoticed?

5 Reasons why lobsters are super weird! - Duration: 5:12.

Welcome to the Abyss. I'm Jaclyn and today we are discussing five ways why

lobsters are super weird. Let's dive in.

This is an American lobster, scientifically known as Homarus americanus.

They are classified as a decapod crustacean, which basically just means that they're a ten

legged water bug. As you can see, these are the ten legs here: they've got four

walking legs on either side and then their two big claws. They live in the

North Atlantic Ocean and they like the cold waters from about Labrador in

Canada down to North Carolina in the United States. They live

fairly intertidally, in a depth from about one to fifty meters, but can be found up to seven hundred meters.

So in this intertidal range, they really like having little holes and

rocky habitats that they can hide away in. So that's some of the basic information, now

we are going to dive in to what makes them weird. Reason number one why I think

lobsters are super weird is that they are able to regrow their limbs. Lobsters

tend to be fairly solitary animals, however when they do interact with other

lobsters they can be fairly aggressive and sometimes in these fights they lose

a limb. Fortunately for the lobster they are able to regrow these limbs when

they grow larger. They do this by when they grow lobsters shed their shell

similar to a snake shedding their skin. They will then regrow their shell larger

than the previous shell allowing their body inside to grow. When they are

regrowing their shell they are able to regrow the area that was lost. However,

this requires a lot of extra resources and time so it can delay the growth

period and also results in the regrown limb to be a lot smaller. Reason number

two why lobsters are super weird is that the female lobsters will get naked to

mate. And what I mean by this is that the female lobsters will mate during their

soft-bodied stage. The soft-bodied stage of lobsters is similar to what I was

talking about earlier with the growth. When lobsters shed their hard shells and

before they regrow their new shells there is an intermediate period where the

lobsters are soft-bodied. It is during this time that the female lobsters will

mate with the males being quote on quote naked. Reason number three why lobsters

are super weird, and my personal favourite reason, is that

lobsters pee out of their heads. Lobsters have two

paired glands in their heads, right around here, that are sometimes called the

urinary glands, the green glands, or the antennal glands. These glands act as the

bladder of the lobster and are where the urine is stored. These glands then lead to two

pores that are located around the base of the antennae and this is where the

lobster pees out of. Reason number four why lobsters are super weird is that not

only do they pee out of their head but they also use this pee to communicate. This is

because there are pheromones in the urine, and a pheromone is just any chemical

that is used for communication. Because the pee is released at the base of the

antennae, it is also right above where the gills are near the lobster's mouth.

These gills create currents that push the pee out and away from the lobster

toward any other animals or lobsters that this lobster may be trying to

communicate with. These pheromones can carry a variety of information that the

lobster may want to convey to other lobsters, such as its dominance, what sex

it is and whether or not it is ready to undergo its moulting stage. The fifth and final

reason we're going to discuss today as to why lobsters are super weird, is that

they can smell using their feet. Unlike humans, which just have one means to smell,

lobsters have several. The main way they smell is using their antennules.

This is a smaller set of antennae located beneath the larger set.

The antennules are covered with small, bristle, hair-like structures called setae. The setae

are chemical receptors and can therefore detect any chemicals in front of the

lobster as the antennules wave through the water.

These setae are also located in tufts of hair along the lobsters walking legs. This

means that as the lobster walks across the ocean floor any chemicals it walks

on top of it can smell. Thus, the lobster is able to smell using its feet. That was

five reasons why lobsters are super weird. If you have any other questions

about lobsters or ideas for future videos

about the ocean leave them in comments down below. If you liked this video give it a

thumbs up and subscribe. Until next tide, I will sea you later.

Project for Theories of the Comunication - Music, Videoclips & Audience - Duration: 6:35.

There are new interpreters in music, new people, younger people

with a lot of creativity that they're really focused in the...

...not only into the music but also into how they relate music and...

...videos and experiences.

Nowadays no, nowadays a videoclip is much more easier sharing it by

using a tool like YouTube for example and you know you can reach

directly the whole world, then the acceptance it depends on if the song

it's good or not and if you're lucky or not.

Years ago, for example, there was no video clips it was a photo and you

putted the music together. But now this is progressing and everybody is

uploading videos and it's competence. You have to make a good song and

a good video in order to attract people.

Every single time that I produced a song or a sound with any other...

...I mean without an image the repercussion has been a way lower

than any other time that I recorded a video and I putted together with...

the song and the lyrics that I was trying to tell through the song

you do both at the same time and I think you reach more people

than when you just produce music and you just create a song.

I think that depending on the genre that we have, it helps or not.

We can have as an example "Trap" that is becoming famous

and "Trap" nowadays it has a superb audiovisual productions

of people that has came out of nowhere, has picked up his camera

has been learning, making videos and they're looking fancy.

As you can't watch films that is like under...I mean you can't watch

this film under eighteen years old, I truly believe that there is some

music that you need to be a grade minimum to listen to the lyrics.

Why Conservatives Put Trust in Trey Gowdy as House's Corruption Fighter - Duration: 6:43.

Why Conservatives Put Trust in Trey Gowdy as House's Corruption Fighter.

Conservative leaders say they're confident the new chairman of a House of Representatives

panel that targets corruption will dedicate himself to reviewing executive branch actions,

including during the Obama administration.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., assumed the chairmanship of the House Oversight and Government Reform

Committee after his confirmation Tuesday.

He takes the reins from Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, who will leave Congress on June 30.

The oversight committee, which works to expose abuse, waste, and fraud, seeks to ensure the

"efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the federal government and all its agencies,"

according to the panel's website.

"I think there are opportunities for accountability for misconduct in the Obama administration

that should be taken advantage of," Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a conservative

legal oversight organization, said of Gowdy in an interview with The Daily Signal.

Gowdy, 52, first elected to Congress in 2010, was chairman of the House Select Committee

on Benghazi, which investigated and produced a report on the 2012 terror attacks in Benghazi,

Libya.

Prior to joining Congress, Gowdy worked as a federal prosecutor in South Carolina on

cases that included narcotics trafficking rings, child pornography, and the murder of

a federal witness.

He also held the post of 7th Circuit solicitor, directing 25 attorneys and 40 other employees

in an office that represents South Carolina in certain local criminal cases.

Fitton said he hopes Gowdy will investigate corruption that occurred during Barack Obama's

presidency.

"I think he should work to get the attention of the White House to expose what went on

during the Obama administration, even on things that everyone thinks are over, such as Benghazi

and the IRS and, you know, even Fast and Furious," Fitton said.

Besides the terrorist attacks in Benghazi that left U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens

and three others dead, Fitton was referring to the Internal Revenue Service's targeting

of tea party groups under IRS division chief Lois Lerner before the 2012 elections.

Lawmakers recently asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions to re-examine the Lerner case.

Fast and Furious, a secret operation of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms,

and Explosives authorized by the Obama Justice Department, funneled guns to illegal buyers

close to the Mexican border because agency officials wanted to follow them back to Mexican

drug gangs.

Weapons from the Fast and Furious program were found on Dec.14, 2010 at the scene of

Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's slaying, The Daily Signal previously reported.

Jordan Sekulow, executive director of the American Center for Law and Justice, a legal

group, said in a statement provided to The Daily Signal that Gowdy will be an unbiased

chairman.

"Congressman Gowdy brings valuable prosecutorial skills to this critical role," Sekulow said.

"He understands as well as anyone in Congress how to gather evidence, question witnesses,

and separate truth from spin.

He is an excellent choice for the position."

Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, told The Daily

Signal in an email that Gowdy could use his position to probe illegal payments to third-party

organizations.

On June 7, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the federal government no longer

will make settlement agreements with any person or organization not directly involved in a

legal dispute.

Von Spakovsky said of Gowdy:

I think one of the first things he could look at, in conjunction with AG Sessions having

just ended the DOJ practice of having settlement funds in litigation being paid to third-party

groups, is using his oversight powers to compile a list of all of the organizations that were

paid off by the Obama Justice Department, with the amounts they received.

Chaffetz, first elected to Congress in 2008, announced April 19 that he would not seek

re-election in 2018.

He officially resigned Tuesday as chairman of the oversight committee, and said his last

day in Congress would be June 30.

As committee chairman, Chaffetz, 50, became known for his investigation into Democrat

presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's use of a private email account and server

to conduct official business when she was secretary of state during Obama's first

term.

Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, a group of conservative

lawmakers, said in a statement provided to The Daily Signal that he is confident that

Gowdy will be a competent watchdog.

"Having worked with him on the Oversight Committee since I arrived in Congress, I can

tell you there are few men in Washington more dedicated to holding government accountable

than Trey Gowdy," Meadows said, adding:

He is an honest broker who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to truth and integrity

above partisan politics.

He'll make an outstanding chairman and I look forward to working with him.

Anthony L. François, a senior attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, told The Daily

Signal in an interview that he expects Gowdy will hold the executive branch accountable.

"There is an overarching purpose to what the committee does, and especially Mr. Gowdy's

responsibility [in] the chair, in making sure that the government that American citizens

get is the one that their elected representatives have enacted, not a different one that unaccountable

bureaucrats would prefer to impose," François said.

Rep. Mark Walker, R-N.C., chairman of the Republican Study Committee, the largest caucus

of GOP lawmakers in the House, told The Daily Signal in an interview that he hopes Gowdy

will use his oversight position to ensure government accountability.

Trey Gowdy: Robert Mueller is 'your quintessential straight arrow' - Duration: 1:52.

Trey Gowdy: Robert Mueller is 'your quintessential straight arrow'

Rep. Trey Gowdy, the new chair of the House Oversight Committee, is keen on keeping a

distance from President Trump due to the ongoing investigations into Russian interference in

the 2016 election and potential ties to the Trump campaign and is a fan of the man running

the federal probe.

During an interview with the Wall Street Journal this week, Gowdy, R-S.C., said that given

his involvement in committees running exploring issues involving the president that it would

be "better for everyone involved" if he kept his distance from Trump.

Gowdy's reluctance to sit down with the president stands in contrast to the last chairman of

the oversight panel, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, who met Trump one-on-one earlier this

year.

Gowdy also praised special counsel Robert Mueller as being "your quintessential straight

arrow," which is notable as Trump is reportedly looking to fire Mueller.

"I do have confidence in [Mr. Mueller].

I have confidence in the women and men he has assembled on this team," Gowdy said.

The Wall Street Journal report said Gowdy, a former prosecutor, is more in favor of law

enforcement leading criminal investigations, as opposed to congressional panels.

It was reported by the Washington Post this week that the federal probe is now looking

at whether Trump committed obstruction of justice in trying to hinder the investigation.

Some Do's and Don'ts of Social Media - Duration: 3:52.

You talk about all this online stuff. For somebody that's maybe you know just

passed the millennial generation or even somebody in the millennial generation,

what advice do you have, would you give somebody, just a simple one, two, three.

What steps would you take because how important is social media to your

group? Very. I mean that's yeah, that's a big. Is it the majority of the growth in your

group? Yes. Absolutely. Okay. So, what would you teach someone and just kind of

generically a step one, step two, step three when it comes to using social

media in order to be able to grow a business. That your social media profile

that you know is your private, public or private personal profile and once you

decide to start a business is now your business profile. And you build your

brand through the things that you put out into social media world. So that can

has to folds. You know one, don't be afraid to put things out there when it

it has to do with business.Oh yeah, you're going to annoy people cool.

They'll move on. They'll come back and talk to you in a year from now. Trust me.

As long as you're consistent, right. The other side of that is, emotion. Keep

your emotions in check on social media, you know. Be very aware that

social media is how you're branding yourself and your business. Okay. A lot of

people that I've seen have said to kind of try not to post every single post

about join me, join me, join me, join me. Right. What mistakes do you see

people making? Exactly that. Right. So they throw up their website link. For

example, let's go back to the girl that was sharing her story. You can share your story on

social media and then put a sign up link. No. You know and then that becomes, oh

you're just trying to sell me something. Trying to get me to go there. It's, we

call, lifestyle post. So utilizing how your business fits into your daily life.

What are you doing? Are you at a meeting? Are you hanging out with

people that you met only through your network. Of course showcase the products

on yourself. That kind of thing. So a mixture of all that stuff together, but

yes definitely lifestyle. No, I just think of, you know,

the TV like buy now and free shipping or not, but you have to pay the shipping and

handling or whatever. It's just don't be so commercialized about it, but just

a daily post of what you would do if you weren't working the business,

but leave it in there. Leave it in. Have a little curiosity. Have a little subtle,

2009-2014 F150 Husky Gearbox Storage Systems Under Seat Storage Box Review & Install - Duration: 4:08.

Hey, everybody, I'm Justin with AmericanMuscle.com.

And this is my detailed review of the Husky Gearbox Storage System Under Seat Storage

available for your '09 to '14 Super Crew and Super Cab F150.

You should be checking out Husky's Under Seat Storage System if you're like me and every

other frustrated Super Crew or Super Cab owner out there who are sick and tired of having

all their stuff sliding around the rear of their cab.

Now this is a great option to take advantage of all the dead space underneath the rear

seat of your F150, keeping your stuff organized, but most importantly maintaining 100% of the

leg room for your rear seat passengers.

If you guys didn't know, Husky's a really cool company that makes all kinds of stuff

for you and your F150 from floor liners to mud guards to fender liners, storage options

like we have here.

You name it, they probably make it for your truck.

And all of their stuff is made and designed right here in the U.S.A. and it's all backed

by their lifetime no hassle warranty.

Diving right into the construction with Husky's storage box, you're going to find an impact

resistant polymer material for the basic overall build here and that's been finished off in

a rubberized coating.

It is textured and I do like this for a couple of different reasons.

First off, it's going to help prevent the box from sliding all over the rear of the

truck along with the included safety straps that will keep this thing locked down in one

place.

But in addition to that, that rubberized textured coating will also help prevent all the stuff

you store within the box itself from sliding all over the place when taking turns in your

F150.

Another thing I like about the textured material that the Husky uses here is that it resembles

a lot of the other interior plastic, and it's going to help the box blend into the interior

of your F150.

Now obviously more so if you have a darker interior, but even if you have a grey or tan

interior, with the seat down, you can hardly tell this thing is there.

And that leads me to my next point.

You can tell that Husky really did their homework when designing this box as it is vehicle specific

and it really does fit like a glove in our F150.

And that's really no surprise to me, guys, as I've seen a lot of stuff from Husky.

It all fits great, especially with products like this for the floor liners where fitment

can really make or break a product.

As I did mention earlier, when installed, this thing is completely out of the way for

the backseat passengers.

You're not going to have to worry about them kicking this thing.

Again, it does maintain 100% of the leg room.

Another nice thing to point out with the Husky Gearbox is that they do throw in one or two

dividers depending on what option you go with.

For instance, Super Crews with a factory subwoofer installed, the box itself is going to be a

little bit shorter so you're only going to receive one of these dividers.

However, our truck does not have a factory subwoofer, the box is a little longer and

therefore, they throw in two of these things.

Now this is nice because you can basically up your level of organization.

You can keep your smaller stuff over here.

If you have slightly longer stuff, you can keep it over here, remove one.

Whatever you need to do.

Again, totally up to you but it is nice that Husky throws these in.

Now, I do have two small concerns or nitpicks here with Husky's Gearbox, pretty insignificant

overall but it is worth pointing out.

First up is the thickness of materials.

Now, personally, I like to see a little thicker material used with the Gearbox when it comes

to overall durability but again, the lifetime warranty should put any of those concerns

at ease.

Second is the price.

Now, at $150, some of you guys might think this thing's a little steep but again, you

have to factor in the quality of fitment, which is great, along with the practicality

of something like this and if it's going to be worth it to you and your F150.

The final benefit here with Husky's Gearbox is definitely the ease of install.

Now as you might imagine guys, there's really nothing crazy to expect here.

No drilling, no permanent modification.

Instead, simply lift up the rear seat, secure it with the two safety straps here and you're

pretty much good to go.

A very soft one out of three wrenches for my overall difficulty meter.

No tools needed whatsoever.

We call it an hour on the site, but honestly, I'd be surprised if it took you any longer

than five minutes to get everything in place.

Now that easy install is also going to make for an easy removal, too.

If you ever need to utilize the full floor space in your cab, simply unbuckle the safety

straps, remove the cargo box and you should be good to go.

All right guys, to sum this one up here, if you're like me and hate having a messy truck

and stuff sliding all over the place, then I feel the Husky Gearbox will certainly be

worth a look.

Sure the price tag might be a little bit high, but with the quality of fitment, I think it's

going to be worth it in the eyes of many.

So be sure to check out more options from Husky for your F150 right here at AmericanMuscle.com.

10 Things People Don't Realize You're Doing Because You're An Alpha Personality - Duration: 6:02.

10 Things People Don't Realize You're Doing Because You're An Alpha Personality

We usually know the term of an Alpha Male or Female, they are the ones who are strong, have many ambitions, high achievers,

majestic yet intimidating at the same time.

So, here are 10 things that prove you're one of them: an Alpha Personality.

1.

You talk straightforward and to the point.

The Alpha personality usually knows exactly what he/she wants and needs from other people.

Thus, you will say everything without any confusing hidden messages on it.

A "Yes" means "Yes" and vice versa.

If you're in doubt or confused, you will let people know by asking them some questions and opinions before you make the final decisions.

You barely lie to other people because that's just not your core value.

2.

You believe in people's actions rather than words.

Because you don't buy people's bullshit.

You don't overanalyze people's texts and their words, simply because it's just a waste of time.

You believe in people's behaviors, gestures, and in actual face-to-face interactions.

You don't do textpectations either; you will reply to people's texts as soon as possible and it only means that you respect them,

not because you have a particular interest towards them.

3.

You don't have the fear of missing out.

It's totally okay for you to miss a party or not knowing people's life updates.

You realize that you don't have to know every gossip or other people's drama, simply because you will only follow up on the things that you

actually care.

But, when you have interest towards something you will be the first person who knows the current news and you will learn about that topic

as deep as you can.

4.

You talk the talk and walk the walk.

Your words will always be consistent with your behavior, because you can't and don't want to fake your attitudes in front of people.

You're brave enough to speak up or show your dislike or disagreement for something and you always have reasons behind how you act.

You also don't mind being sarcastic because it's your own way to show that you're just being honest.

5.

You only have few friends who you can trust.

Although you're a social butterfly and have countless acquaintances, you realize that you may only have one or two people that you can

trust.

You're brave enough to leave the relationship when it's toxic for your inner being and you can bounce back again every time someone breaks

your trust.

Those broken hearts only make you appreciate more those who always stay when you're down.

6.

You enjoy being on your own.

You don't mind doing everything by yourself and you barely feel lonely, simply because you're used to being independent.

You barely ask people for help, but you love partnering with people who understand your values and ideas.

It doesn't bother you to go alone to places you really want to see, because you know exactly that you can do things with or without other

people.

7.

You are low-key at its finest.

You barely post anything to your social media accounts and you will only share something really special to you.

You like to be MIA, simply because you highly prioritize your own privacy.

People are actually curious about your day and you keep it that way because you think it's important to draw a line between your life and

theirs.

8.

You always busy doing the things you love.

You have so many goals and dreams you're pursuing and you always find yourself doing something that you love.

You are passionate about your life and you're always excited to learn new things.

You love to be productive and you do all things not to gain achievements and compliments from other people, but you just love doing them.

9.

You don't care about what people say.

You don't live your life based on society's standards because you have your own.

You know exactly that you can't please everyone and your motto is, "If you don't bother me,

I won't bother you." You treat people the way you'd want to be treated and you recognize your own self-worth too.

But, despite the fact that you have your own principles, but you still listen and consider opinions from your loved ones.

10.

You prefer to stay single rather being with someone who doesn't get your values.

You choose to be single until you find someone who really understands your dreams and goals.

You want someone who challenge you and teaches you new things.

You'll be attracted to the person who has dreams as big as yours.

You will choose to be single until you find someone who doesn't see you as a competitor, but as a partner,

simply because he/she feels equal to you.

At the end of the day, you know an Alpha personality loves you when he/she says, "I don't need you, but I want you."
