A PIECE OF CAKE Imagine these students want to do an

English exam such as IELTS. They ask me for my opinion, if they're ready.

Of course, I can't predict what their mark is going to be (on the day), but I can say,

'Well for you, I think it will be a piece of cake!'

Perhaps they want to get band 7 in IELTS.

Indirectly I'm giving my opinion. I'm giving my assessment and I'm saying it

will be easy for them because how easy is it to eat a piece of cake?

So, I say, 'It will be a piece of cake for you! For someone else, maybe not.

But for you, yes,

it will be a piece of cake!'

Foster a positive community

On YouTube, you have an opportunity

to connect with people all over the world.

Here are a few key tips that help you more easily moderate

your community, protect your privacy, and stay safe online.

Set the tone of your conversation

Setting a good example in your comments and behavior

can help align your community to do the same.

It's up to you to set the tone of the conversation.

If there's a negative comment, delete it or direct it

towards a more positive light.

It's important to not let anyone put negativity into this world.

Using a block list and comment moderators--

you can block certain words or phrases

from coming up in your comments section with a block list.

Go to Creator Studio, select Community settings.

And from there you can edit your filters.

You can also nominate members of your community

to be comment moderators.

They can help you moderate your channel

when you're not online by removing potentially

inappropriate comments.

When you're back online, you can review and decide

whether to block the comments or to allow them in your channel.

As a channel owner, you can also remove any unwanted comments

and report spam or abuse to YouTube for repeat offenders.

And the offenders are not alerted if you block them.

Pause before you respond.

My number one thing is to think before you react.

Occasionally, there have been times

when I've replied to a comment too quickly before I've really

thought it through and later I've

regretted even posting at all.

Remind yourself and your community

that behind every comment is a real person.

When you respond, keep these things in mind.

Think about your tone and the way

you want to steer the conversation before responding.

Ask for help when you need it.

And remember we all have to play a part

in making the internet a safe, inclusive, and respectful place

for everyone.

Share with care.

Think before you post anything online that

might give away information you don't

want becoming public knowledge.

To protect my privacy, I'm very careful about what I post

online and show in my videos.

I don't show the address on my house.

I like to keep those details personal for safety reasons.

Don't forget to check your account privacy settings too.

Keep your account safe.

Many people use simple, personal details to password

protect their accounts.

Avoid using information like birthdays or phone numbers

when selecting passwords.

And make sure to use different passwords for your accounts.

You don't want someone hacking through one account

and being able to control all of your other ones.

Set up your password recovery options

and keep them up to date.

To add an extra layer of security,

consider enabling 2-step verification.

Manage impersonation on YouTube.

If you think another channel is using your name and image

to impersonate your channel, you should check out

some of the reporting options YouTube offers.

where, you know, you're evaluating on the way to your job what it could be.

Not in HVAC think about making a career change, HVAC might be a great fit if you have experience

in hydraulics or pneumatics as it is an easy tie into refrigeration.

How to Make AUTUMN Effect ACTIONS in Photoshop - Duration: 5:07.

First, make sure your Actions panel is active

create a new Actions Set

then create a new Action

let me rename it as Autumn

Click Record

we can see when Recording button in the Actions panel turns red

let's start by creating a new adjustment layer - Channel Mixer.

select the Red channel then set ( Red -20, Green +200, Blue -100)

change the blend mode to Lighten.

create a new Selective Color & do like so.

make sure work on the Red channel

I'll use Hue/Saturation to get more red on the leaves

create a new Gradient adjustment layer & do like so.

change the blend mode to Soft Light.

back to Actions panel then click Stop Button.

Let's try this Actions to another image

Click the Play button to apply Actions.

And it works well :)

we can use Curves to add color tone to the image.

to learn to manage and live with.

Some may resolve rather quickly; others can take years to work through.

Just because you can't see some of my symptoms doesn't mean they're not real.

They exist inside of me, and I am real.

And just because you can see some of my symptoms, that doesn't mean I should be treated differently

than anybody else.

I have my good days and my bad days, just like you.

Sometimes I need help, just like you.

Sometimes I screw up, just like you.

Sometimes I just need a break, just like you.

Sometimes

I just want to be able to live my life, just like you.

I am not a mental illness.

I am a human being.

Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed about.

after having lost the three most loved people in my life

whom I love the most

it's my dad my mom and my sister

I've lost all three of them very very recently

and after having lost them I realized that...

you know

everything can come back

the job can come back

the friends can come back

the money can come back

there will always be more vacations

there will always be more parties

there will always be more fun to do

but once your parents are gone

they're gone

so take care of them while they're still there

take care of them while they need you

take care of them just the way they took care of you

when you needed them

I think traveling is the best and easiest way

to find peace within

just because it stay in one place

it doesn't mean that it's going to bring you the peace you desire

or the challenge you desire

so I highly encourage everyone to try out traveling

especially low budget traveling

because if you stay in a hotel then there's not much to experience

not much to taste

and to taste the road is the best way you can taste

the most delicious taste is road

Mental Omega 1.2 is the first part of Mental Omega mods for Red Alert 2, dating back to the January 2005 when first public release was made.

Mental Omega 1.2, this is a real piece of history shown to you - a first ever public release of this masterpiece.

This version didn't have the campaign, but the skirmish and no need for either NPatch, RockPatch and surely Ares.

Lots of the units from 1.2 were based on the Red Alert 2 concept sketches like Hydra and Focus Tanks, Soviet Rhino Tank is based on the art from the installation process.

Some units from Mental Omega 3.3 made it's first apperance here like immortal Centurion Siege Crawler, Akula Missile Subs, Siege Cadre or Aeroblazes.

Mental Omega 1.2 in terms of gameplay is very different from 3.3, it's much closer to the vanilla Yuri's Revenge.

Some things might be shocking, like dogs able to bite Tesla Troopers or Desolators or Elite Centurion destroying buildings in one volley.

Metro PCS Scamming Customers - Duration: 5:41.

Hi everybody!

Haha, oh I just seen that in a TV show, I thought it was cute.

This is Grandma Lele, I wanted to tell you about this one thing that I did this weekend

oh no this week I should say.

I went up to the phone dealer and ive had that phone for almost two years and it just,

it wont ring it cuts off you dial the wrong number even if it says you know "James" you'll

call " Kim".

Anyway, so I went into there finally ive been in there several time and then finally I went

in there I put the phone down and said "Ya'll are going to have to give me another phone

because ive had so much trouble out of this phone youre going to have to give me another

phone and there was three little Spanish girls there ill never forget their faces they go "Oh we

can not give you another phone" and I was like "Yeah!

You can!

This phone is a piece of crap."

Well she checked it to see if it had been rained on or wet or whatever and of course

it hadn't so she just didn't want to give me another phone well I told her I went ahead

and I bought another phone well I got it home and it didn't work or (I didn't know how it worked)

cause I had the directions anyway I went back in there tolder her this phone does not

work either and she said "Look, Don't bother me!

If you want to complain, complain to corporate office."

I Said "Well where will that be?"

And She Said " Well you can go to down to the Metro on Collins and Abrahms and I jumped

in my van and I drove all the way to Abrahms and drove down to Collins and haha.

There they were.

They all wanted to help me I told them my situation they called corporate, corporate

was down here they said "Don't worry about it just go home and don't worry about it."

I said "I'm not going to."

So They called me back the next day, I Went over there and they said "They have no right

keeping your money, they have no right talking to you the way they did" So, a bunch of other

stuff they should treat you like a good customer really.

But anyway, So what did I do?

I walked into that CPS where those fitches said I couldn't get my money back and another

thing they I asked them how much a cover was and the guy said 5 dollars and then when I

went back to get my five dollars for that in my fifty sis dollars for my phone.

Anyway, they miss communicated with you on purpose so youll buy another phone which is

not as good as the last phone because theyre rip offs so iwanled back in this right after

I talked to corporate and I slammed down all three bills of mine and I said "Pay it Pay

It Pay It!' and uh, she was so mad she said "Don't you ever come back into my store!"

I guess ill have to find some other place.

Anyway, so I Slapped them down and she was steady giving me the money, counting the money

out and then saying "Oh don't you ever come back over here again, youre nothing but a

drug addict."

And I looked at her and I said " Nope, I'm not a drug addict and you can stop saying that.

And uh

She

Well I told her! I told her a lot of stuff.

I told her she was a thief!

and uh I'm one person that's not going to be robbed

I don't care how little.

But anyway, that's all I wanted to tell you right now.
