Friendship Therapy - Duration: 3:48.

FRIENDSHIP THERAPY

Welcome to Words of Psychology.

Yesterday I was reflecting on this idea.

Well, psychotherapies and psychological counseling are, we could say, of a few types:

there is the individual one, there is group therapy, there is the couple counseling and then the family one.

There is, in my opinion, a kind of very important field forgotten by psychological counseling: the friendship therapy,

that is, the counseling offered to friends in conflict.

Friendship is a very important thing for us all.

The very existence of socials proves this, although many of our friends on social are not true friends.

Everyone complains, especially after a certain age, that there's a lack of friends

and that we can count our friend on the tip of their fingers.

Actually, this situation is usual for us all after a certain age,

and the most part of us own three or five true friends… or less because, passing the time, the social life narrows.

Never the less friendship is a very important thing and it does not exist or I did not found counseling for friends:

I offer myself volunteer, because I think it's a very interesting thing!

! I'm talking about a therapy designed to create conditions of greater serenity among friends who might have come into conflict,

who do not want to lose their friendship but living a contrast that cannot find a good point of communication.

Far from me transforming something natural in something pathological or wanting to get people in my office.

Indeed, I am very pleased when people, independently, find solutions,

and perhaps this is the result of my paternal therapeutic imprinting, which is focused on action and autonomy.

So, the aim is not to underline the traumatic and pathological dimension of the conflict between friends, and I'm happy when people bail themselves out.

However, it is true that there are situations in which friends clash, quarrel and experience difficulties,

and there is no consistent offer with that problem,

although in individual therapy an individual can talk about an existing situation of conflict with a friend.

There is, however, no offer about a meeting with two friends confronting each other,

eager to find a mediation analyzed by someone who externally sees things more clearly than those who are clashing, a supervisor, in short.

All that, in order to return to being as happy friends as before.

I offer myself to it or, in any case, I hope to inspire some better researcher than me

to open this counseling channel for friends who want to heal their friendship.

Bye and see you on my next video.

How to cross a river - Duration: 4:18.

Where I'm standing now was never part of the Roman Empire.

The frontier was here, the river Main.

Today, it's the border between Bavaria and Hesse,

and I'm standing on the Bavarian side.

Behind me: the Hessian town of Seligenstadt.

There is a footbridge for walkers and cyclists... four kilometres away.

Anyone driving a car will have to go further and use the autobahn,

or drive in the other direction almost as far as Hanau.

Luckily, there's a ferry.

In just a few minutes it will take you and your bike, moped, car or van across the river

to visit this beautiful historic town.

Visitors from the Bavarian side often park their cars here for free,

instead of hunting for a parking space in town,

which they then have to pay for.

It's not just tourists that use it, of course.

Some people from Bavaria work in Seligenstadt,

and some people from Seligenstadt work on the Bavarian side —

for example, at this little complex that belongs to the parish of Karlstein.

But there's a problem.

Ticket sales don't begin to cover the cost of actually running the ferry,

which is owned and run by the Seligenstadt town council.

And the town council is finding it increasingly difficult to find the budget for it.

In 2015, the ferry made a loss of €330,000.

And the problem is being made even worse

by the fact that the ferry is seriously short-staffed.

And that's why, a few months ago, the ferry changed its hours of operation.

It doesn't start until 9.45 in the morning,

making it useless for commuters;

and it stops just after eight in the evening —

very inconvenient for Bavarians who'd quite like a nice meal in one of Seligenstadt's restaurants.

Plus, it has a little nap just after lunch.

So why not... build a bridge?

Well, they're certainly looking into it, but it's a very controversial idea.

First of all, it would spoil this view, and nobody really wants that —

and honestly, who can blame them?

But the other thing is that it would cost millions and millions,

and there would be maintenance costs for ever after;

so actually, not much of a saving at all. Especially in the short term.

However, the ferry benefits not just Seligenstadt, but Karlstein as well.

Couldn't Karlstein help subsidize it? Take the pressure off Seligenstadt?

Seligenstadt would certainly be up for that.

Karlstein, not so much.

You see, while it's true that commuters do use the ferry,

they still make up only a tiny portion of the total numbers.

It is mostly tourists,

and tourists don't visit Karlstein.

And so the Karlstein parish council isn't interested.

So, that's it. Stalemate, it seems.

Seligenstadt can't afford to run a full ferry service,

Karlstein doesn't think it should help, and a bridge seems out of the question.

And if a permanent solution isn't found soon,

I may have to find somewhere else to get my favourite ice-cream.

Thanks for watching. If you'd like to send me a postcard, here's the address.

How To Get Home Sellers To Say "YES" To Your Zero Down Offer BEFORE You Speak To Them - Duration: 8:32.

Hey, this is Joe Crump.

I'm going to show you in this video how to get home sellers to say yes to your zero

down offers before you speak with them.

And the way we're doing it is by sending out a series of text messages and we're

using the Automarketer campaign to do that.

And if we go in to these, this campaign here, you don't have to set any of this up.

This is already set up as a default in the campaign, or in the program, and you can create

new campaigns and do them in any configuration you want.

But I'm going to show you we set it up and what's been working so effectively for us.

So, let's go into this Automarketer and look at the campaign itself.

We'll go to a text and voice messages because this is where the series is, and as you can

see, you can pick a lot of different campaigns here and you can create your own campaign

or you can edit this campaign and in the Automarketer you can send out either text blasts or voice

blasts to leads that are scraped from craigslist.

If you go into the follow up system you can send text, voice and email address to your

leads that are in your system.

But you can't send email addresses anymore to the Automarketer and scrape the leads.

But let's just look here at, on Day 1, this text is going out.

On Day 4 another text is going out, but in this text there's a link and this is a tracking

link, so it's made to be short so that it fits into a text easier.

And this tracking link takes you to one of the clone sites.

And all through this series, on Day 8 another text goes out, but this is a different clone

site, and then it sends out one without a, on Day 15 it sends out one without a URL and

then it sends one with one.

So, what it's doing through this process over a three month period is sending them

different options about how we can make offers to them.

Let me show you the clone sites that it sends them out to.

The first one is the Rent To Own seller site.

And they can listen to this audio, it explains how they can sell their property and what

we do.

Now it doesn't it cost them any money to do it, and you can edit this site, too, so

you if you don't have a big buyer's list you can change that.

And then it gives them a place where they can fill out their information and put in

the information about their property and say, "Yes, I'd consider selling my home with

a lease option."

Now, this recording is completely written out down below here, so it gives them all

the information that they need in order to make this decision to work with you.

It also answers a lot of frequently asked questions, and this is actually a good one

to read because it'll give you information about rent to own sellers and objection handling

techniques that you can use.

And you can find this particular clone site, my version of the clone site here, at buyersforyourhouse.com.

And you can read through this and take a look at it for yourself.

If your seller fills this out, that means that they are highly qualified leads and if

you know what you're doing when you're talking to sellers, the likelihood that you're

going to be able to close a deal when they fill out this form is very, very high.

Because they more a lead has to do to get you their information, the more qualified

they become, they more they've raised their hand saying, "Yes, I really am interested,"

rather than just responding to a text.

Responding to a text is good.

Filling out a form is amazing.

So, that's what we would like to see.

Now, most of the time, you're leads are just going to respond back by text or by giving

you a phone call.

And then you need to call them.

And even if you do get people to fill out these forms and you have these highly qualified

leads, you still have to be competent on the phone to be able to speak to them intelligently

about the offer and about what you're trying to do.

So until you learn how to speak intelligently about this, these leads are only going to

be as good as everything else because when you're not competent, the people on the

other end are going to hear not just incompetence, they're going to hear "scam" because

you feel uncomfortable when you're talking to them and that discomfort will mean something

else to them than sometimes what it actually is, which is just incompetence and not that

you're trying to scam them.

So, learn how to talk to people.

I would say that 80% of the time that I spend with my students in my mentor program is teaching

them how to speak to sellers and I tell them give yourself three or four months before

you can expect to make money in this program and that's if you put in eight to ten hours

a week talking to sellers and learning how to do it.

And you won't have to do that forever.

Once you learn how to do it, then you're going to close a much higher level of leads

that are coming in.

But at the beginning, you're going to close a lot fewer of the leads that come in until

you get competent at it.

So if we go down the line of other leads here and look at some of these other URL's, and

by the way, this is a tracking tab, or a tracking URL, so we've made it intentionally shorter

so that it'll, and then it'll keep track of how many leads that you're getting.

If we look at what we've got just in this short time that we've been running this

particular campaign, you can see that we've gotten 101 unique, or total clicks, and 54

unique clicks.

That means that 54 people have clicked 101 times.

So, almost two times per person.

And that means that you've got some interest in these campaigns and in these websites.

The second website that it's taking them to is, this is one of the oldest websites

that I created back when the internet was still new and it's just a we will buy your

house site.

And it explains what we do and the kind of properties that we buy and it allows them

to make, let us make an offer on their home and give us the information we need.

And this information on this page, how much do you want for it, what do you think it's

worth, what kind of condition, how long have you owned it, why are you selling, all of

this information is stuff that you need in order to use the zero down structure hierarchy

that I teach to build, to make an offer, on every single property that comes through here.

Even if it's a full priced offer, we can, even if it's a full price property, or they

owe 100% on this mortgage, we can still make an offer.

Even if they're upside down we can still make an offer using the zero down structure

hierarchy.

So, make sure you learn those techniques so that you can convert these leads.

The third type of, the third place that it sends them to is the Subject To site.

This is the page that it takes them to and it explains how Subject To works and it allows

them to tell us whether they need to sell it because they have a mortgage that is so

high and they don't have enough money to sell the property, or they just want to make

more money by selling it.

And we can help both types of people in this situation.

And this explains how the offer works, how a Subject To works, how we take over properties,

what we do for them and what their risks are and some of the questions that people have

about this.

This is the one that you're going get the fewest people to fill out because they're

actually deeding you the property.

But when somebody says, "Yes, I'll deed you the property immediately," that's

a wonderful thing.

And you suddenly have a house that you can take over and you start making money on immediately.

So all three of these websites will help.

And we've got other websites that go through the, you know, that are in the clone sites

as well.

But these are the three that are in this particular three month campaign.

Once we get these leads then we can work with them in our CRM, if go over to the lead management

software, and you can work with the leads inside the CRM, keep track of their property,

keep track of everything.

I'm going to show you how to use this in a different video.

But this is the process of following up on the people that respond to these leads.

Anyway, I wanted you to see how we can actually get offers and get sellers to say yes, even

before we speak to them.

Thanks a lot.

GRWM Chit Chat: BIG Vs Small Youtubers│Is there a social status amongst YOUTUBERS now? - Duration: 20:07.

oh my god I'm so out of it today I accidentally sprayed myself with the

makeup brush cleaner instead of this one which is the Troiareuke skin complex

aah oh my god complete fail!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so

today I'm going to do a get ready with me video I haven't done one of these in

a while and it's going to be sort of a chitchat video I guess I'm actually on

my way out to do some grocery shopping now nothing exciting just needed to run

a few errands but I needed to get ready I just want to talk to you guys about

something that has been kind of..not bothering but it is something that I've

observed over a period of time ever since I started doing YouTube videos

really anyway if any of you guys don't really want to listen to me rant or

anything you're more than welcome to click out and maybe watch something else

on my channel but anyway I'm going to get ready now or just wash my face and

everything and now I just need to tone it and the toner I'm using is from

Troiareuke. This is the skin complex formula and usually I just like to dab

that all over my skin so lately I've been trying out the no towel routine and I

think it's working for me so far because my skin is super dry and very acne prone

so I tried that for a week and I didn't have any breakouts yet so I think I'll

continue doing that yeah anyway guys as I was saying I've been on YouTube now

for a very long time ever since 2013 and although 2013 seems to be

pretty late to join the whole YouTube scene you know compared to the early

birds like Michelle Phan and Promise Tamang and you know people like that I feel as

though that there is some sort of weird like social status on YouTube now I mean

like you know don't get me wrong I understand that there's always a social

status in our society whether it be like the amount of money you earn which

school you go to what job you do but I've really noticed that it's becoming

more and more obvious on social media platforms too especially you know like

for fellow content creators such as myself

it's almost as though everyone is walking around with a big gigantic

number on top of their heads so that is pretty much like your social standing on

YouTube per se and the same goes for Instagram too and Twitter as well so

pretty much like your status is depicted by the number of followers and

likes and hearts you get I mean it's not like I've haven't noticed that there's

always some sort of invisible competition between all the content

creators and stuff like that I remember when I first joined I did it purely

because I loved doing makeup I really enjoyed um trying to get to

know new people on YouTube and back then I got to know quite a lot and on

personal terms too but then I feel as though nowadays you know if you don't

have a similar number of subscribers or likes or followers or whatever you want

to call it then that particular person doesn't really want to talk to you even

you know you're just like an invisible being to them because you are not up to

their rank or whatever and I'm not saying that everyone is like that I'm

just saying that it almost seems as though you have to have that number game

going really well for you for you to even be considered

as you know like a true content creator by the way I am now using the H+ cream

from Troiareuke and I love this one because usually I just use this instead

of my BB and the foundation if it's on a day like this where I'm just like you

know out running errands this is all I use on my skin because it also has SPF

40 PA++ as well okay let me blend this out so pretty much back in

the day I would get to collab with so many different types of people no matter

of how many subs they have it was all purely based on like fun mutual interest

and makeup and stuff like that but nowadays it seems like I get ignored

just because I'm a smaller channel to them and I just feel that it's a shame

really like YouTube for me used to be really fun and it was full of creative

you know channels doing what they love and sharing what they know about makeup

and but now I feel as though it's all about competition like who gets you know

the most compliments who gets the most likes

who gets the best brand deals which really reminds me of one well a couple

of videos actually but it all stems from Wayne Goss makeup video and I'll link

the videos down in description box down below and a few youtubers did a series

of their own videos reacting to that one video that Wayne Goss put up and it's

about like how youtubers are now becoming less inspiring I can honestly

sense the same thing to be honest because I feel as though like instead of

people being on this platform to share and to you know like talk about mutual

interest it's all becoming part of like a big vicious cycle of businesses yeah

so on that video Wayne Goss pretty much talks about how he feels as though people

are becoming more and more materialistic in terms of

their fame and fortune on YouTube they're no longer producing videos that really

personally appeals to people everything is so mass-produced everything is being

hired out like outsourced to you know that production teams people are having

professional help with that editing so there is no sense of that personal

feeling that people use to love and be attached to when they first watched

youtube videos back in the day I don't know guys it's just weird. Okay I'm going to do my

brows now and this is the only brow palette that I've been using for the

longest time I think it's like totally discontinued now but this one matches

really well with my my brow color so that's why I like it so this is the

benefit for us go go and let me just tell you guys why I even started YouTube

in the first place I started YouTube I mean honestly because the boredom I used

to run my family resort from 2011 through to 2013

something like that and when we used to live was a really remote island off the

coast of Thailand like the southern coast of Thailand and when it's really

busy it's super busy when is like during the high season is super busy but when

whenever we reach the low season which is usually during the middle of the year

because of the monsoon we barely get any customers so said during one of those

low seasons that I decided to you know upload my very first youtube video on my

channel and I think it was like a really outdated makeup inspired look from

Beyonce's old videos it was really really funny because you know at the

time I didn't know that you have to upload something based on what's

trending based on what is like the most happening now I didn't know that and you

know that's how it was meant to be like you just upload what appeal feel what makes

what makes you happy what you find fun or whatever so anyway that was how my

youtube channel started at the time I was traveling quite a lot I started

actually uploaded my first travel videos on my travel blog which was actually my

first YouTube channel before this one and I used to upload quite regularly

actually on that channel because I was you know like visiting quite a few

places and I wanted to keep my boyfriend at the time who is now my husband

up-to-date with what I'm doing and where I got to visit and stuff like that it

was just like a sharing experience and you know that was what YouTube was all

about back in the day to sharing your experience sharing your interests and

stuff like that you know everyone starts off from the same starting point

I remembered like I had a few people who are now a huge huge youtubers now back

in the day we used to talk all the time we had very good personal relationship

and stuff like that so then you know over time maybe it's because they had

more things to do whatever the difference of the number of subscribers

between us were so great that I guess that wasn't worth spending time with

anymore what can you do right guys so for my everyday look now I always use my

Too Faced chocolate bon bon sorry I keep itching my nose I don't know why

something is really itchy and I like to use this color right here Mocha

so yeah I know I'm going to probably get like a lot of hate comments based on

this video alone but I'm just expressing my thoughts on this guys you know I

mean we're all entitled to opinions here I'm not saying that I'm right I'm not

saying I'm wrong I'm just saying that this is what I observe and you know it's

just a shame that nowadays we are walking around with a huge number on top

of our heads I feel like the like you know if you're like a small youtuber and stuff

like that you kind of have your own clique or your own group of people that

you talk to but as soon as the same group of people start climbing up onto

the next tier of the YouTube Society or ladder you kind of just don't hear from them

again or they just kind of stop talking to you all together not everyone's like

that don't get me wrong I have a few really great big Youtuber friends that

really do overlook all that they do overlook the whole number game and you

know concentrate on the personality behind that channel and not just be

number like okay you have this and this and this many subscribers what can you

do for me something like that when they're all like first starting out it's

all like nice and friendly and all that's healthy sugar blah blah and this

is the reason why like I rarely even talk to anyone anymore I just kind of do

what I do on my channel I love creating content on

my channel okay yes the number of subscribers means a lot to me number of

these means a lot to me but to me personally it is not my number one

priority if it was I would have stopped Youtube a long time ago because of all

these algorithm changes and my number of views have dropped over time and I would

have probably stopped you know ages ago but I didn't why because I

genuinely enjoy creating content I genuinely enjoy editing I genuinely

enjoy sharing my travel experiences especially and it's also a way for me to

document my memories as well so for me it's totally fine like you know YouTube

answers utilizing it as part of something that I enjoy doing you know

like to de-stress myself away from I don't know work or the realities of life or

whatever it may be that is like my passion I do genuinely

enjoy it but I feel that some people are just take me a tad bit too far where

they just shut out the opportunity to even get to know anyone else based on

their subscription numbers and I think that's a damn shame to be honest if you

think about it if you take away the numbers and you put the same people in

the same room then I'm sure like people will be talking to each other but as

soon as you see that there are numbers on top their head

that's when comparison start content creators

amongst ourselves we shouldn't be so harsh on each other and we should give

anything we should try and you know support each other and I'm not doing

this video because I'm bitter or anything it's just interesting to me

like an interesting observation of our online society so pretty much if you are

like a small account there's no way in hell you can go hang out with bigger

accounts of like a few hundred thousand or something like that I think it's a damn shame

but then again I know that nowadays social media is being used as part of

online business marketing strategy so everything is like a like a paid exposure

almost everything now is about money money is not not about like the actual

person who owns up content anymore I think a little bit of a shame right

oh shit there are times when I look at my channel and I'm like why is it that I

don't enjoy doing this as much as I used to I mean I'm not saying I don't enjoy

it now but I don't enjoy it as much as I did back in the day people are so

fixated to becoming like an online personality that they forget to be the

personality behind the actual content itself if that makes any sense I think

like this online community almost like the YouTube world it's almost like they

have a social mask on no one can ever know their true personality because

everyone is busy pretending my eye makeup is pretty much done just going to put some

mascara on and eyeliner on now to be honest I don't even know what's the future with

me in my channel for now I enjoy doing it but since there's more and more

people doing it and they're all doing it for the same reasons I'm not even sure

we all have the same goal that we all want to you know establish something

here on YouTube like be able to have it make some sort of good reward for us for

all our hard work but I also wish that people are not so superficial I wish

that the number is behind all our channels and Instagram feed and Twitter

I wish that they didn't define us as a person it's almost like the numbers help

you to be appreciated for who you are I had someone the other day commenting on

how she couldn't believe that I didn't have more subscribers basically was

something that she liked to watch and then I told her that actually her

comment in itself was enough for me that one comment from one person

appreciating my and all the effort I put into making the

video pretty much made me happy already I feel I feel like you know my efforts are being

appreciated all right as I'm going in with my eyeliner now and this one is the

Sigma eyeliner the line ace black liner and I really love this and need to get a

new one as soon as I get back to the States because I'm totally out this

liner gives like the sharpest cat eye sorry I can't talk while I do this bit

I really feel that like people should not judge other people based on what

they see online all the time numbers shouldn't be used to define who we are

as a person whether it be like salary or wealth or

people should be accepted for who they are as a person so I guess if you agree

with what Wayne Goss has to say because it is true like we are all becoming a little

bit more superficial a little bit more materialistic a little bit more egoistic

especially when it comes to the number game all right what else I need to do I'm

almost done and the contour I like to use is the too cool for school art class. This is

my second one in am already hitting pan I really like how subtle it is I guess

it's not too contoured like I don't like the super chiseled contoured look when you

go out in the daytime it just looks way too much well that's pretty much all I

have to say for this get ready with me chitchat Edition I'm sorry it's a little

bit on the dull side of things I just I don't know I just wanted to share my

opinions really I also I'm really sorry if I somehow ended offending anyone with

this video but I just want to be able to talk about other

stuff on my channel as well want to be able to you know have some sort of real

talk with you guys I'm so sorry if I kind of bum

some of you out with this Rant video but well it's not really a rant it's more of a you

know like let's chat about it sort of chitchat like I just it was just

something that I observed and I wanted to talk about it openly anyway I am

done with this makeup what do you guys think? this is very simple this is actually

my everyday makeup this is what I would wear to go anywhere but sometimes I

don't even bother with the eyeliner but today I decided to put eyeliner so

okay-dokey alright guys I am off to the supermarket now thank you so much for

watching and listening to me talk let me know what you guys think in the comments

down below and sorry again if I offended anyone this is just purely my opinion

and what I think based on what I've observed over the years anyway I'll talk to

you guys in the next video. Bye!

"Burma Chronicles" by Guy Delisle (2007) comic review - graphic novel recommendations - Duration: 2:59.

[Book cover of graphic novel "Burma Chronicles" by Guy Delisle (2007) - comic review from comics recommendation list]

The first book I'd like to discuss is Burma Chronicles by Guy Delisle.

Guy is known for his travelogue comics that document him living in foreign countries for a period of time.

Most people seem to recommend his book Pyongyang, which is about his time living in North Korea in 2003.

And whilst I like that one, the book of his that I like the best is Burma Chronicles.

Guy visited Burma in 2005, because his wife works for Doctors Without Borders, and she was posted to Burma as part of her aid work.

And I think that this is one of the reasons why I like Burma Chronicles more than Pyongyang.

Because, in Pyongyang, Guy was visiting North Korea as a single guy.

Whereas, in Burma Chronicles, we see how Guy also has to be a husband, and a father to his baby son.

The book is structured as a lot of little vignettes, that show various aspects of his life as an ex-pat visiting a developing country.

And seeing everything with fresh eyes.

There are sections of the book that cover everything from house-hunting on the Burmese real estate market,

dealing with the intense tropical heat – as well as the frequent blackouts that kill the lights and the air conditioning.

But, as well as these domestic things, he does a good job of explaining the political reality of life under a military dictatorship.

So he talks about the way that the magazines that are sold in Burma are censored.

So, it's actually someone's job to sit down with a pair of scissors, and cut individual columns from magazine pages.

He talks about the country's then-opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, being under house arrest, and living in his neighbourhood.

He talks about the snap decision that the Burmese government made to move the country's administration to a new capital city, with just 24 hours notice.

Now, let's talk about the artwork - because I can't stress enough how jealous I am of Guy's artwork.

It's so deceptively simple, with a sketchy feel to it. But I find it so effective for conveying his whimsical storytelling style.

And I particularly like the colours in the book. Or – should I say – the shading - that gives a real depth to the artwork.

I mean, check out this little village in the rural part of Burma.

Or this shady street in downtown Rangoon.

It's really nice stuff, seeing the contrast between the sunlight and the shadows.

And it reminds me that cartoonists don't have to be so pedantic about accuracy.

Sometimes the sketchy stuff is more evocative than photo-realistic copies.

So, check out Burma Chronicles, and then check out the rest of Guy Delisle's work.

And, I've got to admit that I'm only three books into his back-catalogue, myself!

TOKYO RAMEN STREET and exploring Kappabashi- FAKE FOOD! | Tokyo travel vlogs | Tokyo, Japan - Duration: 11:17.

It's lunch time in Tokyo, we feel like ramen so we've come to Tokyo

Station where there is a whole street full called Tokyo Ramen Street and there's eight of

the best ramen shops in Japan to choose from

let's go

so in order to order your ramen you have to pay first so you go up to the vending

machine put in your money select your choice and you grab two tickets and then

get in line

My favorite favorite type of ramen is tonkotsu ramen. Tonkotsu ramen is a

broth made out of the pork bones which has been simmered for hours and hours so

here at Oreshiki Jun they specialise in that type of ramen

It certainly looks good so I ordered their most popular menu item

which is the tonkotsu ramen it comes with a soft boiled egg, two pieces of

chashu which is the pork belly which has been grilled and slow cooked

spring onions, some wood ear fungus, nori (the seaweed), the noodles

which you can actually order as either soft, medium or hard. I ordered hard noodles because I find

they cook whilst they're in the broth anyway and you can see that

milky, creamy broth, it is so thick

It looks real tasty. Wow, it is so thick and it's so full of flavour, it's creamy, it's milky you can

really taste those pork bones which have been simmering for hours and hours

it's real, real good. There's a range of condiments to add so I'm going to add some

roast sesame seeds I love these grinders they just grind as you go

so it releases the aroma of the seeds although that didn't really grind.

I'll just tighten it up ahhh there we go - you can really smell that flavor and I'm also going to

add some of their homemade chilli sauce which I hear has something like 18 ingredients. This looks

so fiery. It'll give the broth a bit of a kick I hope. I'm just going to mix it up.

Give that a go.

Mmmmm it really adds a little bit of a kick it's actually not that spicy heat-wise but it

really adds to the flavor of the broth. I'm going to try some of the noodles. And remember it's not rude to

slurp ramen, if you slurp ramen you're showing your appreciation so get in there.

Hard noodles are really the way to go, they're already quite cooked they still have bit

which is great. And this chashu looks so delicious, it's got a great rim of fat, it's quite caramelised

It's really soft but still has a bit of bite and that fat just melts in your mouth

it is so so tasty. I think this pink stuff on the top is actually fish roe so that's a nice addition. I'm going to try a little bit of it. Mmm quite salty.

It'll just add to the whole mixture- this is tasty. I was starving so I actually

jumped in before I could eat on camera sorry it's really good but not that

great before you add the chilli I've added maybe like six pretty big spoons of

the chilli you into it and that's made this a really good ramen but before it

was actually one of the most flavourless ramen's I've ever had in Japan which is pretty

weird like it looked like it was just going to be beaming with flavour but it

really wasn't once you add all this oil or chilli with

oil and it's got eighteen ingredients I believe so there's a lot going on in

there and it really does help so now you can just slurp it up with absolute

happiness

Mmmm that is so good, it's just heartwarming, belly filling goodness no one ever said

it was healthy but it doesn't need to be when it tastes that good.

That was great

once we added in all the condiments so we added in a pickled ginger, chilli,

garlic, roasted sesame seeds it just made the broth perfect, so the broth was really

rich, really creamy and even though it looked small when it arrived and I sorta thought ohhhh I don't think that's going to fill us up

it actually, like I'm stuffed, it's really filling, really rich. So Tokyo Ramen

Street at Tokyo Station is where we ate there's a range of ramen shops available and they

all do different types of ramen so if you don't feel like tonkotsu ramen the

really heavy rich bowl you can opt for something else

It's great! Now we're going to head to Kappabashi which is an area in Japan

and it's known as 'Kitchen Town' to do some exploring

These metro passes have been a really handy purchase for us we got 72 hour

tourist ones which you can buy from a few different places but we first found

them at the airport you can buy them in the city as well and at stations, Bic

Camera stores. 1500? Yes 1500.1500 yen for a three-day pass. That's about $4

dollars a day which is perfect any metro

If anyone saw our last video we went to the fish market and we got up at 11 p.m.

and we didn't go back to bed until 9 a.m. so today we're feeling a

little bit almost jet lag I love how there are vending machines everywhere in Japan so

you can just quickly and easily get a coffee! That's going to get me through the

afternoon. So if you're into food and if you're into cooking Kappabashi

Street is lined with kitchenware shops so we're going to have a look

around we've heard that there is a sake shop I want to look into that

and there's also the original shop who created plastic food or it was wax food

back then so a lot of the restaurants in Japan, their front windows have plastic or

wax like replicas of the food that they serve and so you know what you're

going to get and how much it costs it's so cool so it's going to find that shop

look at this stack of pancakes, they look so real! Let's check out this shop.

That was awesome- I loved the chicken wing keyring that was me in a keyring, you

can actually go upstairs and book yourself a class to learn how to make

fake food so you're if in town, you have time, want to do something quirky, it's perfect!

If you've watched any of our Mexican vlogs you'll know that we love ice cream

so we've popped into a 7-eleven to find an ice cream for afternoon tea let's see

what they've got

check out this watermelon ice block. It looks epic, I think the seeds are either

chocolate or red bean I think they are

mmm tasty. Kappabasi Street or 'Kitchen Town' is really worth a visit

especially if you have luggage space and you can buy all sorts of bits and bobs

to take home to stock up the kitchen with there's all sorts of crazy things

that you didn't know that you'd need but- wild, Thank you so much for watching we

hope we've inspired you to eat and explore like a traveler, not a tourist!

See you next time, sayonara!

CUCKOLD'S DIARY - ENTRY #22: My Sloppy Seconds - Duration: 11:02.

ENTRY #22: MY SLOPPY SECONDS I was sitting on the couch of a swinger club

next to my naked wife Bella, who sat sandwiched between me and her new lover, Mike.

Bella had just made him cum in her mouth and was now happily resting with his juices still

shimmering on the curve of her bottom lip.

I had to admit that even though I was open to exploring and letting things happen tonight

as long as Bella was on board, I was still pretty surprised at how far we had gotten

so quickly.

At the same time I was happy we had, because it had certainly been the experience of a

lifetime and it seemed that we both were very much into it.

"How do you feel, babe?"

I asked, curious to see where Bella was at this point of the night.

"I feel good.

Naughty and dirty but in a good way," she said as she clasped my hand between her own.

"What about you, honey?"

"That was seriously hot," I replied, not bothering to hold back my excitement at what

had just happened in front of me.

"Can you believe we just did this?"

"I can't, but I'm so glad we did," she replied.

"I was really nervous about how this would feel, and most importantly, how you would

feel.

But I loved it!"

"What should we do now?"

Perhaps she wanted to grab another drink or maybe chat more with Mike about the lifestyle

and possibly staying in touch.

But once again my wife surprised me.

"I want to give you a blowjob too."

"You do?"

I asked, unable to hide my surprise.

"Yes," Bella replied.

"I could see that you were hard all this time and I want you to release in me too."

I knew where my wife's lips had been only a few minutes ago, but that only made me want

them even more.

I tossed my shirt over the back of the couch before unbuttoning my pants and slipping them

off.

I didn't even care that we were surrounded by strangers in this room, or that the man

who had just blown his hot load into my wife was still sitting naked on the same couch

only a few feet away from me.

Bella dropped down to her knees again, this time in front of me, and took me all the way

in.

She effortlessly swallowed me whole, unlike she did with Mike's large member.

Mike watched from beside us with a smile on his face.

"She can't stop, can't she?"

He asked jokingly.

"Hopefully she won't!"

I answered in kind as my wife's soft lips slid over and around her second cock of the

night.

She looked up at me with eyes full of faux innocence and then over to Mike to make sure

both of us were watching her work.

Even though I had gotten a blowjob from my wife many times before, this one felt different.

I knew that only moments before these same lips and hands had been wrapped intimately

around Mike, and here I was receiving sloppy seconds after my wife's body had already

been used for his pleasure.

I had to admit that knowing that Mike was watching us did add to my excitement, and

I could tell that it added to Bella's as well since she kept looking up to make sure

both of us were focused on her.

After a while she stopped sucking and looked up at me with a naughty expression.

Without taking her eyes off of me she got up, climbed into my lap, and lowered her dripping

wet pussy onto my erect cock.

It felt amazing.

It felt like I was entering her for the very first time.

And in some ways I was.

For a short period of time tonight she had belonged to another man and I was now reclaiming

her; this was the first time I had made love to my wife after she had given herself to

someone else.

As Bella's slim body rode me up and down, the sound of her moans rose louder than usual.

It was obvious that the new experience was having an effect on her too, even though it

was with me, her lover of five years.

Her pussy felt wetter than it generally did, her grinding bore down on me harder than ever,

and even her cries of passion sounded new to my ears.

I could only imagine that her accompanying expression would be amazing, but as I looked

up to see it, I was once again surprised to find that her eyes were on Mike, who still

sat next to us and watched us fuck.

She wasn't smiling or flirting with him.

She was simply looking at him with those big, innocent eyes of hers as her pussy slid on

and off my cock with ease, their previous play having left her extremely wet.

That was another part of the experience I wasn't expecting but that turned me on a

great deal: my wife enjoying me sexually while having a visual connection to someone else

who had just had her only a few minutes prior.

Was she excited, thinking of one day having Mike's cock inside of her instead of mine?

Was she simply remembering how Mike's lips felt on hers earlier that night?

There was no way to tell, but the possibilities of what might be going through her mind were

huge turn-ons that I never expected to experience before tonight.

Bella's thrusts slowed and she put all of her weight on me as wrapped her arms around

me in an intense embrace.

That felt great.

After a few moments she eased up her grip, slid off of me, and turned away to get into

a doggy style position on the couch.

Bella spread her legs, her cute bubbly ass arched teasingly towards me to expose her

wet, delicate folds, and looked at me over her shoulder to let me know that she was ready

for me to enter her once more.

She didn't need to wait for long.

I pushed myself into her again, grabbing her round ass with both of my hands and giving

it an appreciative squeeze.

As I began thrusting anew I noticed that Bella's head was only about a foot away from Mike.

She lifted her face and looked at him, and whatever he saw there was enough to make Mike

smile.

Something new happened yet again a few seconds later.

Mike moved closer to Bella, and now her head pressed against his bare and still sweaty

chest while one of her hands grabbed his.

She used the other to support her petite body against his thigh as I continued to pound

into her.

Yes, I was having sex with my wife while she made physical contact with someone else.

The more I plunged myself into her, the more her pretty face was pushed into his muscular

chest.

I could feel my cock grow harder as I realized that I was then truly sharing her with another

man, and it was her choice to be shared this way.

As we kept going Bella's hands grew weaker and her balance began to waiver.

When she started to lower herself down, she seemed to realize just how close her face

had gotten to Mike's crotch and stared at his still hard member, not hesitating to make

the best out of this fortunate circumstance.

Resting her breasts against his left leg, she propped herself up just enough to not

fall face-first into his package and instead opened her mouth, gently licking the large

balls which she was no longer a stranger to.

My wife was officially pleasing two men at the same time, a turn which I could not have

foreseen even half an hour ago despite my very open mind.

I continued finding myself extremely turned on by what I had become a part of.

As we kept going Mike's cock swelled to its full size and began to rub against Bella's

pretty cheek, and she didn't wait for long before making the next move.

As her lips peeled off of Mike's now glistening balls, she quickly wrapped them around his

cock.

She then had two men inside of her.

I couldn't believe how comfortable she was with all of the developments of the evening,

which were in a large part led by her curiosity and willingness to experiment.

I could not help but wonder if his much larger member was simply more appealing to her now,

and if even though she had mine inside of her, she secretly wished it was Mike spreading

her pussy lips instead of me.

My arousal spiked at those thoughts, my aching cock twitching eagerly in Bella's mouth.

I could see Bella's pretty lips sliding up and down Mike's firm cock and I could

hear the perverse sounds she made while eating him up.

There was no way of telling which of her moans came from receiving pleasure from me and which

came from Mike's contribution to the situation.

Watching my wife being so sexually open and making no excuses for wanting to be used by

two men quickly drove me to arousal's peak.

I could no longer hold off and I knew I was nearing the point of no return.

Already so close, I looked up to see that Mike too seemed to be inching closer towards

the edge, his body contracting and his moans growing louder.

Since I had seen him orgasm only a short time ago, I knew what his body language meant.

I looked down at Bella, who seemed to sense it as well and began working on Mike's member

more aggressively, the wet slurp of her lips and her muffled sounds of pleasure helping

neither of us maintain our barely-held control.

It only took a few more seconds before Mike once again shattered under the same ecstasy

that my wife's mouth had driven him into earlier in the evening, cumming loudly as

his body convulsed in short spasms.

Bella sealed her pretty mouth around his dick to make sure that not a single drop went to

waste.

That sight was the last straw that finally sent me over the top.

I ejaculated inside of my wife with a loud groan, her hips grasped tightly in my hands

as I filled her with my cum, fully aware that she was being filled by two men at the same

time in two of her available holes.

Once my orgasm subsided and came to a stop, I pulled out of her tight little pussy and

flopped down next to her on the couch.

Mike's moans came to the end as well, so Bella finally popped her lips off of his now

softening cock and looked back at me.

"Did you enjoy yourself, honey?"

She asked, a few drops of his cum still visible on her pretty lips.

"It was amazing, babe," I replied.

"I'm spent."

Bella smiled and got up to plant herself between Mike and I, the two naked men she had just

had inside of her only a few moments before.

She seemed so comfortable and happy; it was truly amazing and arousing to see.

"This was great for me, guys," Mike spoke as he started to get up.

"I'm going to take a shower and leave you two to each other.

Let's exchange numbers before you leave if you would like to keep in touch."

"It was fun for us too," I replied quickly.

"I think it's safe to say that we'd love to stay in touch."

"Yes, come back and we'll trade information," Bella confirmed, looking up at him as he stood.

Mike leaned in and gave Bella one more kiss, which she eagerly leaned into.

Once Mike had disappeared down the dark hallway, we both looked at each other with big smiles.

It was obvious that we had much to talk about.

"That was amazing," Bella said with an exhausted yet happy tone in her voice.

"It sure was, honey," I echoed her sentiment.

"I think I'm too exhausted to mingle with anybody else after this.

Do you think we should just call it a night and head home?"

Bella asked.

"I feel the same way, babe," I agreed with her, as I knew we had taken our experience

farther than we ever thought we would and that we were both probably more than ready

to call it a night.

We slipped back into our clothes, pausing here and there to exchange sloppy kisses.

The room had grown quiet, most of the people around us finishing up as well or having already

left.

Once fully dressed, we made our way back to the main area where we spotted Mike chatting

with Tim and Kat, still bare except for the towel wrapped around his waist.

I had almost forgotten that he was their referral, for the lack of a better word.

We exchanged contact information with all three of them, and despite knowing that Kat

and Tim were curious about the details of our encounter, we said our goodbyes, citing

the late hour and the fact that we were totally spent.

We did promise to tell them everything the next time we talked.

We could not find Jessi and Mark, the hosts of the club, to say farewell, but we assumed

that they were probably busy somewhere else with the operations of the club.

We stepped outside, got into our car, and started our drive home.

We didn't really talk much as we just wanted to soak in the moment and gather our thoughts.

I was wondering, as I'm sure Bella was too, whether this night was just a one-time experience

or the beginning of a completely different lifestyle for us.

I believed that I knew the answer, but I figured we should talk and figure things out once

we had a good night's sleep and time to listen to each other's feedback and organize

our thoughts.

No matter what, this was a night to remember for the rest of our lives, and I think we

both knew it!
