Youtube daily report w Jun 22 2017

Felly, heddiw, mynychais sesiwn ar ddatblygu dogfennau nyrsio electronig

Mae'n galonogol iawn fod gennym ni, am y tro cyntaf, ffynhonnell gyllid i ddatblygu dogfennau

sy'n sicrhau ein bod ni'n cofnodi ansawdd a diogelwch y gofal y mae cleifion yn ei dderbyn

Roedd yn gyfle ardderchog heddiw i bobl siarad am eu safbwyntiau ynghylch y buddion, yn ogystal â'u pryderon

ac roedd yn sylfaen wych i ddatblygu'r rhaglen

Rwyf o'r farn bod gweithredu system dogfennau electronig a chynllunio datblygu a dyfeisio yn canolbwyntio ar nyrsys a dan arweiniad nyrsys

yn sylfaenol i'w wneud yn offeryn effeithiol y gallwn ei weithredu ledled Cymru gyfan

Lleihau faint o amser sydd yn rhaid i ni ei ymroddi i ddogfennu, er mwyn i ni allu gofalu am y cleifion

mewn gwirionedd, dyna beth yw nyrsio yn sylfaenol, a dyna beth rydym ni i gyd eisiau ei wneud, dyna beth rydym ni'n ymdrechu i'w wneud

ac rydym ni'n ei chael hi'n fwyfwy anodd yn sgil haenau niferus y dogfennau dyblyg.

Bydd y system hon yn lleihau'r amser dogfennu hynny, bydd yn bodoli ar draws ffiniau Ymddiriedolaethau'r GIG

a bydd yn ffordd fwy diogel o ofal y byddwn yn gallu ei ddarparu i bob claf

Mae'n gyffrous iawn gallu cael dogfennau electronig, ein bod ni'n gallu ei ddatblygu ar sail Cymru gyfan

nid fesul bwrdd iechyd, mae gennym ni ryw fath o safoni a fydd yn gwella diogelwch cleifion

profiad cleifion, a hefyd sicrhau bod gan nyrsys mwy o amser i ofalu

Migrant Narratives #2 / Malaya Edwards-Roberts - Duration: 9:31.

Hello, today I'm joined by a young person who has traveled from Syria to London and he's going

share some experiences with us today about what it's like to be a young person in

the UK that has actually come from a different part of the world.

Hi there, my name is Hakam Sheiku and I came from Syria. I came to the UK on the 8th of January 2016 and I spent

a bit of time with my family in Glasgow; then I decided to move to London as its my favorite city in the world. So, tell me a bit about where in Syria you come from and

how old where you when you left. I come from the northern side which is

near Turkey and my city is Manbij City, and followed by

Aleppo State.

Okay, and how old were you when you left Syria? I left Syria when I was 14 years old. What were your main reasons for coming to the UK?

Actually the main reason was my uncle who came here 20 years ago. I was talking to him

and he said to me: "If you want to come to Europe, if you want to leave your country. I advise you to come to the UK because

because you can find everything you think about like

your culture, our people, friends. The people you meet are friendly." Something like that.

Okay lovely. Tell me a bit about your journey to the UK. I left Syria and then I moved to Turkey

I spent 3 years in Turkey in Istanbul City.

And that's when my father was trying to get to the UK

When he got to the UK he got a stay. He applied for a reunion family visa to get here.

And the first time I went to the embassy there (with my family). We applied

for a visa but unfortunately I didn't get a passport. So tell me about your

process of kind of getting the UK in terms of like visa applications and stuff like that.

How did that work out for you? Well for me it was difficult even though I didn't come to the UK illegally. For the first time I applied

it was a lot and I didn't have a lot of experience. So I had to go to the embassy each

time that i wanted to do something and ask then what I should do and they'd tell me.

At first, I made many mistakes: my name on the application was wrong and another was my address was wrong.

That's why I was confused. So each time did you have to pay for each visa? Yeah, there was a penalty or something

like that when you're refused.

You have to pay about £40 per visa

I had to pay twice...

Having a barrier each time,

and having to try again and then finally managing to get through. Yeah exactly... the third time I got

everything right but it took to long to get the answer. Was it yes or no? So how long did you have to wait until you got an answer regarding whether or not you'd be granted a visa?

Up to 14 weeks. Oh wow, that's quite a long time to be kind of just... a little bit in limbo.

And its not confirmed you still have to wait for either yes or no. Okay. It's like an exam.

Okay so you've got like an acception, they're gonna hear your case. And then

you have to also then wait and find out after that. That's it. Okay. Have you experienced

any racism in the UK since you've been here? I haven't received any racism or anything like that. I've heard about it but personally I didn't see it.

Okay so you haven't personally been affected by any of it. No. What would you like people to know about

young people that have migrated from one part of the world to another? What would

you think that people need to know especially those people that you know

have negative opinions of young people moving around the world? Well I advise people to

get to know them. We are all quality people. Doesn't matter the skin,

doesn't matter the religion, doesn't matter the culture. At the end of the day, we're all human beings. So, how do you feel like your life has

changed since coming to the UK? For studies, which was the main thing I wanted to do.

When I was in Syria, I was thinking of studying media, well I wanted to be a presenter

And I still want to be a presenter. But the thing is when I was in Syria I didn't have

to think about the language - like language development because it was my home country.

I have to think about other things like University, which is funded by the

government so you don't have to pay until after you've finished - which is a good thing about the UK. So in terms of practising

religion how do you feel like things are the same or different in practicing your

religion in the UK versus practising your religion in Syria. So in terms of stuff

like Ramadan and fasting. How do you feel they differ in the UK and in Syria? Well

I had one Ramadan in the UK and I haven't seen anything much different except the calling for

the prayer that it, but there isn't a lot you can do about that. Other things are all the same.

What are some of the best things about living in the UK, what do you enjoy the

most? Definitely not the weather! You can find

people from all around the world. Yeah definitely. That's the main thing that I like about London. It's a diverse city.

So, what is probably the worst thing about the UK? The weather and transport. Okay,

fair enough. Now, would you see yourself returning to

Syria anytime in the future? Actually, I would go back to Syria, but not in the meantime. Yeah not at the moment.

Also I can't leave London, I can't leave the UK. In myself, I say I have two

countries The UK and Syria. So you feel like both of them are now your home.

Yeah. Okay, definitely.

So for the future what are you looking forward to now that you have a

new life in the UK, you're studying English very well as we see you speak very well.

What are your plans for the future? What next?

I have to finish learning the language. Apply for university and hopefully get a place there. And as I said

I will study media as I want to become a presenter. That's my goal. Sounds good!

So Hakam, thank you for joining me and thank you for spending the time to speak with us about some of the

experiences that you've had as young person who has travelled to the UK to start a new life. Thank you very much. Thank you.

Venicecom: integrazione ServiceNow - BMC Remedy [Intervista a Dante Bucelloni] - Duration: 2:48.

During 2015,

with the aim of supporting our business to increase its service levels,

we had the necessity to integrate our customers' support systems to allow

a better service for customers and a greater integration among the

operational processes inside the company. We then had to integrate

the flows between the two systems, with the aim of transforming the processes

in approval workflows and of making the operational activities in the company easier and faster.

This project has been successfully done in the course of 2015

and today the activities in the company are absolutely efficient and effective and

now fullfill the very hight service levels required

by the Management. This integration process

and the integration between these two systems,

required a business partner able to implement everything in a short period of time and able to customize the platforms properly.

We thought Venicecom

was the ideal partner because of his agility, willingness and competence

on these platforms.

It was an honour for Venicecom

to support Generali Group (the biggest Insurance Group in Italy) in this international integration project,

among international systems.

Venicecom was able to express his peculiar competences

which are

first of all - obviously- the technical competence. This is a necessary condition, but it is nomore a sufficient condition,

to work in the Information Technology field today.

Secondly the velocity, fast intervention times

and the ability to support Generali on international projects.

This is Venicecom peculiarity: bring the Italian competences

to support Big Italian companies in their

internationalization process.

The project begun in 2015

and was delivered last year (2016).

As every project the planning phase was followed by the provision of the service

and the evolution of the service itself. The successful partnership with Venicecom that we experienced in the

planning phase will for sure continue

in the evolution of the service and in the

provision of the service itself.

Thank you for your confidence, we will continue supporting you!
