We are on a factory,
this people have to listen all this noise all day long
what about the factory in Mexico ?
in the USA our factory is not that noisy
In Mexico is alike this one
this is the food that we gonna have,
is not raw but is oke supposedly they are ¨steamed ¨ vegetables,
and that is the food the others are having ...
they also gave me this spinach :)

Waking up again here in Ningbo and this is how it looks like the POLLUTION here !
sigh, UNBELIEVABLE ....but still I have to go out and get my job done,
and be prepared to be working here for the next few days,
because here there are so many different factories,
and therefore the AIR is SO POLLUTED

CHECK ! how the steel will look after heating it to really high temperatures AMAZING
the heat here is seriously so unbearable
really unbelievable, so it will turn hot red color
and then this is its cooling process, with really cold water
literally the bar is black before this heating treatment !!!!
hello friends now the air has cleared because it rained
and the air outside is super cold !!
so therefore is very hard to be outside
first it was super polluted so I didnt go out, now because the air is so cold,
it was so polluted that my head started to hurt
So I will stay here because is too cold
am so sleepy and I think I will take a nap :)
we have worked so hard today
today the day is over , I have put myself an oil in the face because here is so dry
It was really unbelievable this trip,
thanks to God that gave me this opportunity to learn all what I have been learning so far,

We have arrived to the conference room of the last factory we will be visiting
they offer us some tea....

ok so here we go , visiting this last factory
here looks like a nice place
inside seems to be very clean
is kind of weird that they have all cleaned in he office
so this is the canteen, is their lunch time
this factory has such a good ambience, there are so many colors,
check this it looks super organised
this factory looks really surprising in comparison with the others,
this just came out of the oven

Hello, finally am leaving this place,
I know that I dont look at my best,
and my hair is super dry,
I just washed it today morning and now still
but lets go back to Shenzhen,
I have a headache of all this pollution,
there was so much smog here really,
and I am happy that the trip is over,
and very soon,
but something special is coming soon

my head is in such a pain :)
Am here in the airport
waiting to go to Shenzhen, seriously so anxious to arrive there,
and breath better air,
to go to a park, I just drank a coffee feeling a little better,
but its enough my body is like super intoxicated of this pollution,
my skin is super dry and bad,
Noooo my flight is being delayed,
until 6 pm,
I was here already waiting to enter the plane
I was just too excited to go back
I guess its ok I will find a seat to edit some videos,
by the way last time I uploaded a video,
of the story of a client and my employee,
and I had just woke up when I took that video,
after 3 days of being here ,
yes 3 nights 4 days in Ningbo ,
and I really looked kinda withered
not like super bad, but yes I looked not good at all,
and someone told me ,
wow u look so different without make up,
well that wasnt the lack of make up, but
is the skin after being in such a polluted city condition
... this city and its air
going to all those factories and breathing all those toxic substances floating in the air, all that petroleum which evaporates to the air
to one of the persons that was in our team,
a guy, got an allergy in the skin,
not for the pollution ,
maybe for the foods,
another one got sick from the throat,
and the oldest one also got sick of the throat,
and he was non stop drinking Whiskey,
for me now is a non stop head pain
and my eyes are super red,
the hair cracked and crispy ,
so hard and without life,
this is really terrible , so thats why I wanna leave,
It wasnt my intention either to upload videos
like talking the negative aspect, but its just the real result,
but really being here gets your health deteriorated,
today is the fifth day and that was enough for me
.....
need to go back to Shenzhen to my beauty treatments,
So I will sit again in this place,
and as I was saying is not the lack of make up,
Is the result of the ambiance conditions
When I came
I didnt imagine it will be this harmful
those factories were really surprising
full of toxic gases,
they gave me this water, which is from the tap and just boiled,
actually I try to avoid them all the time, because they also contain a lot of metals
but is all there is now ... :)

and facial treatments all those beautiful things :)
