THE MOST MYSTERY NUMBER: 9 (HD) (TR/ENG SUBTITLE) - Duration: 3:47.
Hello,I'm Abdullah Selim.
Today we talk about the number 9.
Interesting and mysterious events in mathematics has.
These are sometimes images of objects When the life of a mathematician or the envy of any number.
Interesting features of numbers in mathematics Although sometimes it is the work of a mathematician
That's the number 9 that I'm going to tell you Their characteristics suggest the question of who and when they were made.
9 is the oldest place in history Mythology.
Mythological god called "9 Muses", art As the goddess,
The number 9 in the Norwegian Mythology is the most important Is the number of features.
Wisdom, mightiness, effort ....
We are also lucky for people "9 live like a cat" is used.
This mathematically, this figure What does it mean?
Characteristic in our 9-digit number system It has a feature.
When we collect figures that came before us time,
36, and again the number 36 3 + 6 = 9 when we collect the numbers.
Also, all numbers in our number system That is, the above collection is a
If the number 9 is added, 45 will again be the figures of number 45
4 + 5 = 9 is obtained when collected It will be.
When number 9 is multiplied by any number Something strange emerges again.
For example, if you multiply 4 to 9 When the figures of the number
serve. This gives us simple multiplicative operations..
In fact a historical process is reflected in us.
Especially in the Egyptian excavations There are interesting clay tablet operations.
One of them is like; 9 x 9 x 9 = 729 ( 7 + 2 + 9 = 18 = 1 + 8 = 9)
9 x 9 x 9 x 9 = 6561 ( 6 + 5 + 6 + 1 = 18
= 1 + 8 = 9 ) Do you see this elegance in you?
B.C. It is said that it belongs to 3000 years The number 9 on the screen itself is 3, 4 and 5
An interesting information…
Considering those times, really We can call it impressive.
Well, let's play a game with you.
9 digits, all numbers are the same and Select a number with a sum of 9.
This is only 111, 111, 111 You found it right away.
Everything is so good up to here.
Now take this number and multiply it.
Your opponent will come up with a number like this.
111, 111, 111 x 111, 111, 111 = 12345678987654321 Although it does not seem very nice on the surface..
When we look into the numbers in fact The above number is from right to left..
Around 9 digits to collect.
This number is in mathematics " Golden Number" Like the name is referred to.
(Do not confuse with the golden ratio) Also You are multiplied above
When you collect, 81 and 8 + 1 = 9.
Now let's try to make a multiplication table like this.
Both a paradox and a mathematical aesthetic 12 Million 345 thousand 679 under the name of
We hit with 9 digits of number Pay attention to the holistic beauty that will emerge from the moment
12345679 x 9 = 111, 111, 111 12345679 x 18 = 222, 222, 222
12345679 x 27 = 333, 333, 333 After this beauty you see, you..
I want to ask a question like this. Number 8 is removed and your job
The strange side is the number 12345679 with 8 digits In the form of a number.
What could be the reason for us to do this?
Under what circumstances does the paradox say?
The answer to this question is not difficult It requires.
This interesting aspect of the number 9 mathematics Enthusiastic enthusiast.
In recent years there has been a different And it's nice to have
Among the information that comes in my ear.
Yes, this video was that much I hope you like your video.
Your video ideas in your comment section You can write
To see you on another video.
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH <3 Goodbye.

this is Wednesday I'm going to start the vlog in the evening the night before
today's actually Monday but this vlog is going to come out on Wednesday so I'm
starting it now today's vlog I am going to be starting tomorrow but today I
don't know I'm confused I don't understand timelines anymore my friend
Alec he hired me to clean up some old Vista Light concert Tom so my plan is
that I'm going to start the cleanup process I'm going to take them apart I'm
going to clean up all the hardware I'm going to put everything together you got
the hard part which is the Tom Hartmann to see if there's any other hardware
that I need I'm going to order any other hardware I need and I'm going to clean
up all the hardware that I had so I got to take all the lugs off and do all that
kind of stuff so it's all I'm going to talk about rip know the old HT that's
bad should I glue it or should I there are these little tiny little tabs on the
underside at the top right in it so I just kind of pushed it in there nice and
tight it popped down so hopefully it stays on there for a while it's copy
that whew oh wait
here coffee's good cup of coffee 12:30 p.m. just finished up editing the vlog
from yesterday I'm actually going to get on schedule with the vlogs I'm sitting
on some other footage I might use at another time but basically
I have three goals this week number one I want to get back to running I haven't
been running as much since I did my 30-mile run on my 30th birthday all the
way back in February after that I was very tired my body was very sore and I
didn't feel like I did my recovery process properly I'm going to build my
foundation a little better and make sure that when I do longer and bigger runs
that I do the recovery process properly my first goal is that I'm going to run
ten miles this week I'm going to try to run everyday I'm at the point where I
can run two miles comfortably but I also and want to work on my speed so that was
something last time as I built up my running I didn't have a ton of speed so
my goal this week is to run ten miles total over the course of seven days my
number two goal is that I have not been eating great lunches generally a lunch
is a bagel or cereal bar or something like that not a great lunch so this week
everyday I want to take the time and make a good lunch my third goal and this
is something that I've been working on since last week but it's something that
I want to continue to work on is my glasses there are really low
prescription but I like wearing them because they make things really sharp
especially things that are a little further away I take them off everything
has kind of soft edges if I take my glasses off when I'm working on the
computer or I have my phone out or things like that my eyes can actually
focus just fine up to three feet away and the glasses these glasses they focus
things six feet out so I need to wear the glasses when I'm focusing on
something a little further away but when I'm focusing on things that are close I
need to take the glasses off number three goal this week is to take off the
glasses when I'm working on the computer so far this week I've been doing a
pretty good job of sticking to that goal hi major poppy you're a good boy quick
little change of plans my dad is coming overhead hey blog from Ryan okay maybe I
pulled out a Dave miner special pocket knife I don't know exactly what we're
opening we're looking in season and now we're in like plan what do we got my
friends Ryan's record okay they did on a minor drums so yeah so
he actually put it and thanks to minor drums for the snare that is very cool
I brought him I don't know three or four snares when they were in the studio he
tried all the mountain and our Kirk's pretty cool yeah it is so you really
like that I didn't like that bye have fun oh well okay please go check out
Ryan's band they're called modern athletics I'm going to put a link down
in the description my dad and I build drums and Ryan used one of the drums on
their most recent EP physique so Ryan sent us a couple of records I wore
orange because the toms are orange I'm going to take off all the hard we're
going to look to see if there's anything that I need to replace some of these
gaskets I'm going to need to order someone make some cleanup all the
hardware so something like that I'm going to pull all of the hardware apart
right now the very first thing I'm going to do is
actually spray them with wd-40 and I'm going to let that sit after that I'm
going to take the hardware and I'm going to throw it into a bucket or maybe into
the sink and basically use bleach and just a normal standard dish so imma let
that so if there's any excess grime or anything like that after all of that
process I'm going to use some steel wool to just kind of pull the rest of the
dirt and grime and stuff off after that that hardware should just be sparkling
let's do that do it take off all the hardware so this screw here this screw
it stripped out and it has a lock nut and I can't get the lock nut out I'm
using the the old hacksaw blade so that I can hopefully grab it and get the
screw out
all right I did it and to grind this screw out this is my
workspace right now it is just I got out all the tools so the one that finally
did it is I use this bad boy here the grinder and I ground down the screw the
ground that thing down pretty gnarly all of the screws for all the hardware are
all flathead I guess that's what they did in the 70s I'm not really sure I
notoriously hate flathead screws because I always strip them out
a terrible job choosing the right screwdriver so one screw in particular I
think ultimately you just need to have one really really really really bad hard
to get out next step is to wd-40 all the hardware and kind of let it sit for a
little while so I'm going to do that and I'm going to clean up this nonsense here
I think I'm going to use one of the best
I didn't get the hardware off this one rats there's a spiderweb in there ah all
of the bugs basically held together with spring there's a little piece of foam
that keeps it from rubbing too hard and I don't want to ruin that piece of work
so I'm going to take all of these apart
I'm really happy that I did that because now I might be able to save this phone
and then we'll actually get clean to some of those were really grimy all the
parts in the budget is going to spray all those with standard wd-40 I think
things are looking good I might actually let those sit overnight and continue
this project tomorrow I might steal Wolfe some of the really heavy a couple
of the pieces have some really really heavy rust on thumbs up after I got done
wd-40 those drums I spent the next 40 minutes or so cleaning up and getting
the studio all cleaned up for Andrew he's got a session at 6 p.m. it's 5:11
now to get meringue see what time he's planning on getting here I'm gonna go on
a super short run whew run it's gonna be really short but my goal is to get to 10
miles this week well I just got back from my run and went about two miles
Andrew is down in the studio setting up I think he's doing just a quick overdub
good our current obsession well Aaron and I
are going to give fun whoo whoo Tic Tac I always get the number 17 with extra
noodles and it's good yeah my plan today for the vlog was to talk about taking
care of old instruments refurbishing them making them work again and making
them beautiful again and making them sing again I sort of showed it by
working on those old Vista Lite Tom's the reason I think it's worth doing that
is those are cool those are really cool and somebody spent a lot of time
designing them and building them I think it's worth taking the time to make them
awesome again I'm a big fan of fix not throw away and bind when Alec hired me
to fix up these drums for them one thing we talked about was the mounting
brackets both of us agreed that it'd be really cool if we could find the piece
that works with the brackets that are on there we also decided and this is
something that Alec mentioned is he's like you know I'd rather have functional
awesome Tom's instead of really worrying about it all the pieces are perfect and
vintage to refurbish something it doesn't have to have all of the exact
pieces and parts don't worry about making something refurbishing something
exactly make it functional but in making it functional I think you can still
worry about the aesthetic you may not be matching it exactly the way that it was
but I think you can still make it really cool and just as cool as if you were to
find all the open key parts I'm trying to vlog
yeah hopefully I can cut this together and make it make sense
Aaron don't don't go bananas
Aaron and I went to the grocery store last night and we came home and I
promptly fell asleep I didn't have a chance to end the vlog someone end the
vlog here I think this is the end of the vlog this is the end of the blog this is
the end of the vlog thanks for watching this video if you enjoyed it hit that

Confusing English Words! | HOMONYMS | Fix Common Vocabulary Mistakes & Errors - Duration: 18:07.
Hello! I'm Emma from mmmEnglish!
In this lesson I'll be talking about some
confusing English words. Words that sound exactly the same but are spelled
differently and they have different meanings, different uses.
Words like bare and bear, raw and roar.
These words are called homonyms. So quite a few of you
have been asking me to create a lesson about these types of words, about homonyms.
To help you to understand the difference between these words and how to use them.
These pairs of words or groups of words have different meanings and often they
are completely different types of words.
One's a noun, one's an adjective, one's a verb, one's an adverb.
So, usually the context will help you to understand
which word is the right one to use but you need to remember the spelling - which
is the tricky part!
So it's especially important when you're writing,
when you're speaking it doesn't matter so much because they sound
exactly the same right? But as soon as you write it down, that's where you'll
run into trouble - especially if you're writing an exam, you're writing an
important email or an essay that you need to submit.
So in this lesson you'll
learn some new words (hopefully) but more importantly you'll learn about some
pairs of words or groups of words where you need to be extra careful about your
spelling and your use. Please note that you'll be hearing these words in my
Australian accent, the pronunciation of some of these words can be slightly
different depending on where you are hearing them. If it's American English
or British English, in England or in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa
or anywhere else where English is spoken. As always, I have lovingly
prepared subtitles for you. If you can't see them now, you just need to turn them on.
Press the little button down there that has two C's on it.
OK, now we're ready to get started!
Let's start with raw and roar. Now, both of these
words have the /ɔ:/ vowel sound,
the same sound that you'll hear in words like door and saw.
Raw. Now there are a few different uses for this word but you'll
most commonly hear it used as an adjective, particularly describing food.
So when you're talking about food, raw means that something is not cooked.
I like my steak raw! Raw vegetables are good for you.
And sushi is often made from raw fish.
It can also mean that something is natural and unprocessed. So for example
the table is made from raw timber.
Now, roar can be a noun or a verb for a very loud noise.
A person or a crowd of people can roar in anger or excitement.
If you think of a football stadium that is full of football fans and they are all
roaring when their team scores the goal, it's very loud.
You might hear the expression that someone's roaring with laughter which
means they're laughing really loudly.
Roar is also the noun that we give to
the sound that a lion makes. The lion roared.
Now, there are more English homonyn pairs
that use this same vowel sound. It's quite a common one, actually.
Words like your and you're, saw and sore. Poor and paw and pore.
Flaw and floor. Sure and shore.
So you must be careful about how you use these words.
OK let's move on!
Bare and bear. Now both of these words use the /eə/ diphthongs sound.
The same sound that you'll hear in words like air and care and compare.
Now, bare is an
adjective that describes when there is nothing covering something else.
Bare walls, for example, have no pictures on them.
Bare land has no trees on it.
Bare skin is skin without any clothing on.
A bear is, of course, an animal, a noun.
A teddy bear or a koala bear or a panda bear. Again, there are more English
homonym pairs that use this same vowel sound, such as stare and stair, pear and
pair, flair and flare, wear and where.
There, their and they're.
These ones always used to drive me crazy at school! I was always confusing there
and their. They all use the same diphthong sound again. /eə/
While these words all sound exactly the same, they have very different meanings
and different uses. There is commonly used as an adverb to give more
information about where something is or was or will be.
I'll meet you there after school.
So 'there' is a place.
It's also used as a pronoun.
There's someone behind you.
There is someone waiting for you outside.
'Their' is the possessive form of 'they' and
it's always followed by a noun. Their car, their company, their bad luck.
Note that it can also be the possessive form of a single person if you don't
know if it's a male or female person. So for example.
Someone left their jacket behind.
'They're' is the contracted form of 'they are'. Words are often contracted to
make them easier to say and quicker to say. So 'they are' becomes 'they're'
pronounced in exactly the same way. They're.
They're hungry, they're moving to Sydney.
Here and hear. Now, both of these words use the /ɪə/
diphthongs sound. /ɪə/ The same sound that you hear in words like
ear and beer and year.
Now, 'here' is mainly used as an adverb.
Wait here, I'll be back in five minutes.
But it can also be used as an interjection like
Here, hold this.
Hear is a verb,
of course you know this one.
I can't hear what he's saying. Can you hear that?
Again, because these two words are
different types of words they'll be used quite differently in sentences.
Did you hear that announcement? They told us to wait here.
Another homonym pair that uses the same sound is dear and deer.
So dear has quite a few different uses as an adjective
and deer is a noun, also the name of an animal.
Which and witch. Both pronounced in exactly the same way. Which.
Which is a determiner or a pronoun.
Which one do you want? Which design do you prefer?
Which car is the fastest? Which of you wants to go first?
A witch is a woman in stories. A woman who has magical powers.
She was accused of being a witch because she always wore black.
Again, both of these words are
used quite differently in English sentences because they're different
types of words. In fact, they can even be used in the same sentence!
Which witch scares you the most?!
Flour and flower. So the pronunciation here, we have a diphthong sound and the
schwa sound /aʊ/
/ə/ /aʊə/ flour.
Both of these words are nouns and they're pronounced in exactly the
same way but they're quite different.
Even though they're both nouns, they're quite different.
One is a countable noun. Flower. So if you hear this noun in a plural form,
flowers, you'll know that the speaker is talking about flowers.
Flour is uncountable because it's a powder and generally
powders are uncountable in English.
Bcause one is countable and the other
is uncountable, these two words are used quite differently in English sentences.
To learn more about the different ways that countable and uncountable nouns are
used in English sentences, check out this lesson up here.
I've created a whole new lesson about uncountable nouns for you!
Threw and through.
Now both of these words use the /u:/ vowel sound, the same
sound that you hear in words like do and clue.
Watch out for the unvoiced TH sound here,
it's a little tricky when it's next to the R. Make sure that your tongue is
coming through your teeth when you pronounce that sound. Threw.
Threw is a verb, the past tense form of throw.
He threw the ball over the fence by accident.
Through is used in a few different ways. For example, as a preposition.
Push your tongue through your teeth to make this sound.
As an adverb, there's water coming through the ceiling.
And as an adjective,
I'll call you when the day is through. I'm really busy right now.
So there, through means done or finished.
Assistance and assistants.
Now assistance is a noun. It's help or support that's given to someone.
It's an uncountable noun so it can't be plural,
there's only one form, assistance.
Can I have your assistance lifting this box into my car?
I asked her for some assistance, because I couldn't find my seat.
He needed financial assistance to start his business.
Now assistance is also a noun
but it's a plural noun, the singular form is assistant.
When there is only one, it's assistant.
But when the S is added the T softens and most of the time
you can't even hear it. An assistant is someone whose job it is to help someone else.
A shop assistant is someone who works in a shop and helps customers.
A personal assistant is a person who helps someone else to do their job.
And again, we can use these words in the same sentence.
The shop assistants will give you assistance if you need it.
As always, I've made a worksheet for you so that
you can practice using these different words together in sentences.
You can download it right here.
Now these words are so similar that it's easy to make mistakes,
even for native English speakers! Every native English speaker
who's watching this video or who's not has confused these words at some point
in their lives. It's nothing to be ashamed of!
These mistakes are silly little mistakes
that often you don't mean to make but it happens!
It's just frustrating that sometimes it does happen
in an important email or when you've just submitted your assignment and
realise you've made a mistake! Before I finish up this lesson I want to tell you
about an awesome tool that I use to help make fewer mistakes with homonyms and I
always recommend it to my students because it's so good, it's also really
good with spelling and grammar! It's going to be your secret weapon to make
sure that you don't make these mistakes again. It's MY secret weapon sometimes!
When I'm trying to write an email really quickly or I'm writing YouTube comments
or Facebook comments or I'm writing a blog post, you know, sometimes I make
these mistakes - especially if I'm typing really quickly and that's life!
It happens but now I've installed the Grammarly app onto my browser.
Grammarly tells you when you've accidentally made one of these mistakes and it tells you
why you've made that mistake, if you're not sure. Now, Grammarly tells you when
you've made one of these mistakes accidentally, it will help you to check
your spelling and tell you when you've made an error!
Oops! That is exactly why I use Grammarly just to make sure!
I use it to help
me while I'm writing emails, blog posts and essays to make sure that I know when
I've made these mistakes and I can feel confident when I'm writing that I
haven't made these mistakes.
The great news is, this app is absolutely free!
Just click this link up here, I've made a blog post to help you understand why
this tool is so useful and a video on how to use it.
Really important tool for English students because if you don't have a
teacher who's sitting next to you and telling you why you're making these
mistakes, Grammarly is the next best thing!
Anyway, this is the perfect tool to
help you make fewer mistakes in English with homonyms or with English grammar.

What are Calories? - Huel Nutrition - Duration: 1:10.
Calories or Kilojoules are units of energy. It's basically what we measure
energy in. We need energy to function, to get through the day.
the BMR or the Basel Metabolic Rate sometimes called the RMR, Resting Metabolic Rate
is our amount of calories that we're burning when we're completely sedentary
so basically first thing in the morning when we wake up that is our BMR and this
is the amount of calories we need to do to the minimum, just for our bodies to
function while we're at rest. Now obviously we all do more than that so
we're all be needing more calories than that. You know if we take a few steps
we need calories, if we've got quite a busy lifestyle you'll need even more.
If you're very active in your work or you do a lot of exercise and you need even
more calories. Now we get calories from fat, proteins, carbohydrates and also a
little bit from fiber and as a rule of thumb it's 9 calories per gram of fat,
4 calories per gram of protein or carbs and 2 calories per gram fiber

TOKYO CAPSULE HOTEL EXPERIENCE & eating yakitori at Piss Alley | Tokyo Travel Vlogs | Tokyo, Japan - Duration: 13:37.
Tonight we're going to check out one of Tokyo's famous capsule hotels let's go
get checked in.
The capsules are separated into male and female so we have
to have one each and we can't see each other all night so I'm going to take
this camera and Sheena is going to take that camera. And I'm taking this one. I'm just going to edit the
video, I've lined up the clocks so I can edit the video when Sheena is doing
something when I'm doing something all at the same time so it will chop back and
forth between us let's go check these things out. See you later. See you later!
609 is my locker everyone gets a key card so you just tap
it like so and it should open nope. Ahh there we go
perfect. Wow. So toothbrush, toothpaste slippers, towel,s pyjamas even
A sign that I've totally over packed- my luggage didn't even fit into the locker so I had to
take everything out and put it in separately. So we're saying at the Nine
Hours Shinjuku, it's pretty cool so on the same level as the lockers you've got
bathrooms and then the sleep pods. Let's go and check out these pods. I'm quite excited
to have my own little cocoon. Quiet please.
Awesome.
Okay I'm in my pod. There's some other people asleep so I can't really talk but
it's basic it's got a USB port and a light switch that is all super basic not
even a power point and it's really hot like really hot so hopefully it gets a
bit cooler there's a funny pillow that's shaped like a banana, a duvet
that's me for the night it's like a fabric door so there's not much to show
you I'm afraid, just the light, doesn't get much more exciting so I've gotta figure
out what I can do there's not much in here. I think I'm going
to be cozy as in here tonight there's heaps of space and it's really comfortable the
only thing is that the capsules aren't soundproof so you have to be pretty
quiet I don't snore but Thomas does so I feel
sorry for his neighbours. Lets go and check out the bathrooms
honestly these are the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hostel. They are
immaculate so there's showers and there is even a bath you can use. Insane! Japan is nuts.
I think we're going to be very comfortable here tonight. Toilet and you've got to check
this out
It opens automatically, isn't that the coolest thing ever?
so many shower cubicles and it's for girls only. This is so cool it's going to be
so much fun staying out our first capsule hotel I can't wait! I've tested out the Wi-Fi it's pretty good but there's
really nothing else to do and it's so hot like I said so I'm gonna meet Sheena now
and we're going to head for dinner I think. So excited about my first capsule hotel
experience but it's not time to sleep yet it's time to hit the streets of Shinjuku
and find ourselves some diner. Hi! Isn't it cool? Is yours the hottest place
in the world. No. Mine is so hot. Mine was really cool nicely air conditioned but I wasn't sure about the
pods not being sound proof. You're gonna struggle. I know. They're not at all sound proof
I think the guy in the one next to me was listening to something on his
headphones and I could hear it all of it could be a long night if there's a bit of a
snorer nearby or if someone's nearby me. But how
nice were the bathrooms? Did you see like there was an actual bath? I didn't even
go there yet I just was well I went to the loo but not the showers
They're great, the loo was cool though, when I walked in the lid automatically flew up and
then it cleaned itself that's pretty cool. So we're staying at Nine Hours
which is in Shinjuku and just a stones throw away is
Piss Alley so we're going to go and see we can get ourselves a drink and some food
This is Piss Alley! So it's actually called Memory Lane but in the
1940s this area was an illegal drinking spot and because there were no toilets
people would drink and then they'd go and find the train tracks and take a
piss when they needed to. So that's why it's called Piss Alley. It's filled with heaps of
yakitori restaurants, yakitori are grilled skewers and lots of little bars so let's
go and find us a drink
So we've got beers and we've ordered an assorted plate of yakitori. Heart, chicken skin,
chicken liver, pork and then just plain chicken it should be delicious because
it smells real good. Chicken heart it's perfectly charred, looks
really tasty,
Hmmm chewy, but it just tastes like chicken. Skewers have arrived and they
look so killer proper beer food if you can sit in any pub anywhere and eat food
like this I reckon you'd be pretty happy the first one's chicken I think so I'm going to grab
some, just pull some off the skewer. Look at that sauce
it's all just like- she dipped it in the sauce. Ahhh chilli, hot, hot hot. Ah hai, hai arigatou
So we got some chilli if we want it too. I'm gonna try it
naked first just with the sauce oh so tender it's quite salty but in a really good
way the type of way you want it to be salty when you're having beers I love this. This tiny
little restaurant, all the people streaming past, smoke coming up off the
grill, super easy to eat, beautiful food
I don't think we'll go through every skewer because this really it is just
essentially just different parts of a chicken cooked exactly the same way you
just come here and you drink and you eat and this is just a pre-dinner snack for us
so we're going to jump in and enjoy them all. That was Fukuhachi and it was
delicious great beer, great yakitori
We knew we wanted to eat something for dinner but we didn't want to spend a huge
amount of money tonight and our friends Nathan and Rebecca from the YouTube
channel Always a Friday have recommended this place it's called Go Go Gorilla
Curry, it's a chain restaurant and it's really cheap it was only six bucks for this
humongous chicken thigh deep fried on rice, on Japanese style
curry with the beautiful cabbage salad if you've never had a Japanese cabbage
salad it is heaven on earth just really finely cut cabbage they have a massive
bottle of mayo on the table so you can just mayonnaise the heck out of your meal
I want to try some of this curry. It looks great. Okay I've got a really good
bit, end chicken so there lots of nice crumb and batter on there, it's super crispy looking
it's been really well deep-fried
this is great cheap eating, the curry has got a beautiful burst but it's not to
full on it's that beautiful I don't even really get what Japanese curry I might
let Sheena fill you in on that I just know it's damn nice. I don't know what Japanese
curry is but I know it's tasty. Like a thick sauce, it's a really dark
curry. Chickens amazing it's super tender and
its really good to have some vegetables. That was super satisfying , rice,
delicious rich curry, breaded chicken
so good and that cabbage salad, there's something about really thinly sliced
cabbage and a drizzle of mayonnaise- it is tasty
we're heading back to our capsule hotel now and we're going to do a little bit of
work I think
It's 1.22am time for bed. Night! See you in the morning!
Changed into my PJs, ready for bed. Got heaps of work done the internet was
mental 260mb up and down that is so good for uploading videos to YouTube
But it is now time for bed, putting everything back in the locker
good morning that was a pretty good sleep surprisingly good. How'd you sleep?
Quite good like it was quite quiet, there was only one snorer so I figure out of
like 20- 30 people, that's not bad. Sheena has done a 7 Eleven run so
we have breakfast we're actually staying at the hotel for a little while to keep
working because that internet is so damn good. It's amazing.
We got onigiri and two iced coffees. Makes for a good morning. It does! I've enjoyed my
time at the capsule hotel it was definitely worth trying for one night.
For one night only. It's kind of like camping when you can't have your bag with
you and the bathrooms quite far away and everything's just a little bit arduous
but for one night it's pretty good but as a single, as a couple it doesn't
really make sense financially, our Airbnb that we left which was a tiny, frankly a
tiny apartment but it was our own apartment was actually cheaper than us
both having a capsule but we wanted the experience. Had to be done. So
if you're alone it's probably a good idea if you're more than one person hmm
look at your options but it's super fun. We hope we've inspired you to
eat and explore like traveler with this video and not a tourist, thank you for
watching, see you next time. Sayonara!

Contemporary Logo Design Illustrator Tutorial | Satori Graphics - Duration: 8:21.
follow along as I show you how to create this contemporary logo design in
illustrator for today's graphic design tutorial
how's it going everyone welcome back to to satori graphics home of graphic design
content today a contemporary logo design tutorial in Illustrator which I admit
it's a little bit more advanced than an average logo design tutorial if you do
end up enjoying this tutorial however let me know by leaving a comment and a like
on your way out it really helps my channel for this contemporary logo
design in Illustrator the first thing we need to do is open a new document and then
select the stroke in the color palette select the ellipse tool and hold down
shift to click and create a perfect circle if you hold down alt on your
keyboard until you see this icon appear you can then duplicate the circle
releasing out once you have them in the line window you can make sure that layer
level and horizontal plane take note of this thin shape in the middle the two
circles this is what we want and it should be as thin as minus here next
open up the Pathfinder window and use this option here to create a thin shape
we just looked at you can adjust the stroke weight here to whatever you feel
is best next we need to grab the rotate tool or hit command R on your keyboard
you will notice this file on target appear drag it down to the bottom center
of the shape and click once and then hold down the alt/option key to make
this icon appear and click again in the new window open 72 degrees so
that the shape will be copied and rotated four more times and then hit
copy it is very important that the two shapes touch perfectly like they are
here if they don't your shape is either too fat or too thin in which case go
back and adjust the size of your shape and start the rotate tool section of the
logo tutorial again once you have them copied like I do here hit command D or ctrl V
on a PC to repeat three more times leaving you now with five shapes in
total you then should have a shape that looks similar to mine here select all
five shapes and then go up to object and rotate it by 36 degrees
he command or control eyes open of your rulers and drag guides from the top Lana
left like so using the pen tool make a path like I'm
doing here making sure everything is symmetrical you can adjust you that
they're in collection to afterwards
once happy use the eyedropper tool to copy the color and the stroke of the
lines previously now we only need two guides that will run down the exact
center of our design select the new shape and then of the rotate tool place
the target icon in the exact center like before I'll come out to bring up the
rotate tool window and to 72 degrees I think preview to see if it will line
up as it should once happy click copy and then hit command D again to repeat
the operation as the first shape of the contemporary logo design out of the way
just a stroke weight to a thickness that you want to get later design
driver guide from the side that's going to run down the center of the design and
then click to select the shapes you can hold down shift to click back over the
guide key selecting it this next part requires some trial and error we need to
retake this shape four more times so with the rotate tool place the target
icon somewhere along the guide like I am here
hold-down out as we did before and then with 72° types in opiate the petals
edges need to be touching to make the contemporary later design if they don't
he commands each step back a step and then try again I'm going to move the
target icon up a tiny bit to see if that's going to be the right place and
there you can see now they touch we can go ahead and press command D as we have
done previously and copy the shape around our contemporary logo design
illustrator is nearly complete the hard parts are over now select all of the
shapes and I learn the stroke like so
open up the path under window and unite all of the shapes as one we now need to
make a circle that is only a stroke another fill which has a very thick
stroke
the measurements are going to be relevant to the size of your illustrator
board and making sure it's nearly stick at your design place the circle over the
top of your design and align it ideally save
we then need to select the circle only and I'll learn the stroke
once you've done that select both shapes I'm gonna tap on the window choose this
third option here now make two circles with equal waves one along the inside
border and one along the outside border
when you design the something like this one here select everything and outline
the stroke one more time then you need to you know the shapes together as one
in the Pathfinder window you can now add a gradient to our design you can choose
whatever colors you wish or if you don't want to use a gradient you can just add
a color fill
working some tanks below and maybe go back and adjust the weights of your
border circles like I have done here so here is our final contemporary loader
design in Illustrator what did you think of this graphical design tutorial let me
know in the comment section below and subscribe to stay updated about 5 weekly
uploads as well as turning on those notifications so you never miss a video
until next time design your future today peace

How to Get Rid of Stomach Fat Fast - Duration: 4:44.
How to Get Rid of Stomach Fat Fast?
Is it really possible to Get Rid of That annoying Stomach Fat Fast?
Belly fat can make your jeans feel extra snug, but really there's something way worse about
the stuff When white fat expands in your abdomen nestling deep among your organs, it sets you
up for some serious health trouble.
We know that this type of fat—called visceral fat churns out stress hormones like cortisol
and inflammatory substances called cytokines that affect the body's production of insulin.
The result Besides obesity, you're also looking at increased risks of type 2 diabetes and
heart disease.
No thanks.
Check out these nine tips to finally rid your body of that excess stomach.
1.
NEVER STOP MOVING There's one thing to like about visceral fat
It yields fairly easily to aerobic exercise.
Running, biking, or swimming—basically anything that gets your heart rate up wins over resistance
training when it comes to getting rid of the stuff.
A recent study from Duke University found that jogging the equivalent of 12 miles a
week is enough to melt belly fat.
2.
LOAD UP ON PROTEIN You know that protein's essential for a slimmer
you.
But here's why protein really needs to play a prime roll on your plate Your body starts
to produce more insulin as you age, since your muscle and fat cells aren't responding
to it properly, Insulin promotes fat storage—especially around your belly—and a diet high in protein
may protect you against insulin resistance.
3.
PILE ON POLYUNSATURATES When we ate 750 more calories daily for seven
weeks either in the form of palm oil (saturated) or sunflower oil (polyunsaturated) the former
gained more visceral fat while the latter gained more muscle mass and less body fat.
Polyunsaturated fats can be found in nuts, seeds, and fish.
4.
Stock Up On Vinegar Obese people who consumed a tablespoon or
two of vinegar daily for eight weeks showed significant decreases in body fat—particularly
visceral fat—according to a 2009 Japanese study.
One theory is that the acetic acid in the vinegar produces proteins that burn up fat,
explains Pamela Peeke
5.
Practice Yoga Postmenopausal women who tried yoga for 16
weeks reported significant reductions in visceral fat in one 2012 study.
If you're just not that into downward dog, any sort of relaxation exercise (even simple
deep breathing) can help.
The key is to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which is linked to belly fat.
6.
Sleep Better Routinely squeaking by on five hours or less
per night increases visceral fat levels, according to a 2010 Wake Forest University study.
As you likely already know, eight hours is ideal.
These 20 ways to sleep better every night can help.
7.
Don't Oversleep ON THE WEEKENDS Women who wake up and go to bed at the same
time each evening have lower levels of body fat.
Chaotic sleep habits cause your internal clock to go haywire, which in turn causes your body
to secrete fat-storing hormones like cortisol.
8.
Drink Tea Moderate exercisers who stocked up on the
antioxidants found in green tea called catechins were more likely to lose abdominal fat while
exercising than those who didn't take them.
One study put the daily dose at 625 mg—the equivalent of two or three eight-ounce cups
of green tea.
9.
Eat More Fiber In a 2011 trial, subjects who increased their
soluble fiber intake by 10 grams a day—the equivalent of two small apples, one cup of
green peas, and one half-cup of pinto beans—reduced visceral fat by 3.7 percent after
five years.

A Mothers Love - Duration: 2:39.
I just want to provoke you to love and to life.
As a young woman and as a mother, I can tell you so much about love.
My husband, my daughter, my dad, my mother, my siblings, and of course my Church loves
me dearly, and I love them too.
But nothing compares to how my God and my Father loves me.
If you must know, God, our Father loves me affectionately and benevolently.
His love provides and protects me as the apple of His eyes (Deu 32:10, Psa 17:8);
Just as I love, provide, and protect this little one here.
Before now I didn't really understand the breadth and depth of God's love for me.
Now, I know better.
What about you?
How much do you know about God's love for you?
Did you know that His love for you cannot be compared to a mother's love for her child?
God our Father loves you with an everlasting love, that is why He sent Jesus, His Son to
the Cross for you.
Will you respond to that love, just as I am responding to His, or as my baby responds
to mine when she kicks?
Let God, our Father's love nurture and nourish you, so you can love and live in His provision
and protection, always.
Share this priceless love if you already have it as one who is saved (Mar 16:16).
If you are not saved not, I encourage you to respond to His love,
by kicking and calling on Jesus to save you (Jn 3:16).
So, you can live as one who is truly loved,
because "a life well-nourished is a life well lived."
Finally, there's nothing better than a mother's love.
Experience Jesus' love for you through
His True Church; the Mother of all
true believers in Christ.
