Hi guys! What's up?

In recent months, many people have asked me

How not to give up hand lettering and how to stay motivated?

And I find it very sad seen this people giving up hand lettering.

So I came here to talk a little about it.

I think one of the factors that is contributing to a lot of people talking about it in recent months,

It's because it's been a while since hand lettering exploded and a lot of people are having contact with it

Knowing what it is and wanting to practice.

I myself didn't know what lettering was until I moved here to the US in 2015

Discover it, learned the techniques and become an artist of hand lettering.

With this explosion and exposure that hand lettering has had on social networks in recent years,

A lot of people found it cool and incredible. "I want to start practicing this and I will earn my living from it."

Thinking that it was a very simple thing to do and that in a weekend they wann become a pro.

What happens, is that it is not so easy.

Some people will learn easier, some less so.

But it will be very difficult for you to become a hand lettering artist and start making a living from it in a short period of time.

Like any other art or drawing technique, it requires some time for you to learn it.

So I advise you to get into hand lettering first as a hobby

Because you enjoy doing this, because you are wanting to learn and that this will bring you much pleasure.

I started this way myself

To study hand lettering in 2015 with the 365 days of hand lettering challenge.

I started because paper and pen is something that gives me a lot of pleasure.

I saw hand lettering arts and thought it was incredible and I thought, "I'll learn this thing!"

And I allow myself to study a full year with the challenge.

What we have to be aware of is that your first lettering probably

It's not going to be good, it's going to suck.

You will feel insecure, you will want to give up.

But when you set out to learn something, you have to be aware

That you will need to learn and you will need to practice a lot.

And face these difficulties with hand lettering as challenges.

My first big challenge with hand lettering was when I started to inking the drawings.

The arts were relatively cool in pencil

But when I inked, the lines was shaky, I messed up, it was not good

I wanted to simply rip the paper and continue on the graphite.

But I knew I had to get over it, so I practiced, practiced, practiced until my hand become stable

The lines become good not shaky and I stop making mistakes ...

And here we are!

Another thing is the question of how to stay motivated.

Many people will jump into the universe of hand lettering

Thinking it will be the most wonderful thing every day, you will want to practice every single day,

"Oh lady, the people who do hand lettering always post, so I will also have that motivation"

"I'll wake up in the morning like: uhull, I'll do hand lettering."

Not really, it applies to anything we do in this life, guys!

We are human beings, we get tired of doing the same thing,

There are days when we do not feel like doing anything, and that's completely normal, you know ?!

I do not know anyone who is happy and jumping 100% of the time.

I do not think this is human.

As humans, we are unstable beings, we have good days and bad days.

And one think I've learned, is that as far as possible, do not force yourself to do something you do not want.

So if there are days I absolutely do not want to see paper and pen in front of me,

Because believe me, there are days that we do not want.

If possible, I do not do this, I'll do something else.

Sometimes I get a whole week without drawing, but I read a book, I walk.

I do other things, edit a video.

And the next week I'm dying for drawing.

all the energy comes back.

So that's what we need to be aware of:

There are days we will not feel like doing it and it's normal.

In the 365 days of hand lettering, I forced myself to draw the 365 days

Because it was a challenge that I set myself and I wanted to complete that.

So I push myself and sought after energy when I needed to complete the challenge.

It was this challenge that spread my art through the internet, which attracted followers

Which attracted people interested in hand lettering, in seeing my art, in following me.

So it brought me many good things

But yes, I had to push myself, it was not every day I wanted to draw

It was not every day I woke up "uhul! I'm going to make a new art"

But at the end of the day, it was worth it.

So for all of this to work, you need to have a reason behind it.

Think why you started hand lettering. Why you want to start hand lettering.

It may be because it is a hobby that will do good for you, it is a thing that will distract your head

Is a form of therapy for you.

Not necessarily you have to make money from it, it can be a hobby.

It might be something you do over the weekend and clear your mind, understand?

And there is nothing stopping you from dreaming that you want to earn a living with hand lettering

Who knows, maybe quit the work you do not like and live with hand lettering

But do not think it's going to be overnight and next week lettering will support you.

Because this can take a long time,

Will depend on how you will adapt, how you will improve your art

How you're going to spread this around the world. There are many factors.

And there are a lot of people who think "Oh, but there are already a lot of hand lettering artists on the market"

Look, there is already a lot of hand lettering artist, designer, stylist, doctor, engineer, lawyer ...

It has everything.

Think that we are many, many, many humans on the face of the Earth.

So I think there's room for everyone.

If you create your style, if you believe in you, if you do it with passion,

it will bring you a lot of positive things, you can be sure ot that.

Anyway, what I wanted to talk about is for you not to give up

Of what gives you pleasure.

If you chose hand lettering to please you, to be a good thing

To be something that in the future can become a more serious thing,

Don't give up!

Continues! It is difficult, it will take time, but take it as a challenge.

And there are a lot of people who give up before they start, and says:

"Oh, I really wanted to do this, but I do not know how to draw."

Guys! Drawing, any kind of drawing, is something you learn.

Okay, a lot of people are born with ability, from small draws,

But that does not stop you, who does not draw, from learning to draw.

Drawing, or writing, a good calligraphy are muscular memories that the body learns.

That your hand learns.

Whoever has never drawn, usually has a "locked" hand,

But this only means that your muscles do not know how to make those fine movements.

But you learn to do this.

Your hand has the same movement as mine, it just does not know what to do exactly at what time.

But this is a muscle memory and it is learnable.

With practice, your hand will get used, you will be able to make moves that you did not do before.

Let's say it's more or less when you go the first time at the gym

Some of your muscles are very weak and some movements are weird for your body to do,

Because you never did.

But you will learn and you will get stronger and things will become easier to do.

Drawing is also tinkering with muscles, tendons, and things you were not used to doing.

But the body learns, believe me and it will work, you will be able to learn.

Obviously we are not all the same, some people will make it very easy

Other people will take longer.

But it's not impossible.

So just to end this video, my final tip is:

Start hand lettering for pleasure, for hobby, because it is something that makes you well.

Allow yourself to make mistakes, don't be to hard on you. And make this a fun thing,

Make of this hours, cool hours,

Pleasure hours for you.

And so you will find all the inspiration, all the motivation to continue and not give up.

hi guys, mozer here. and in today´s video

it´s gonna be about the home office/closet´s make over and how

we did this brick wall made of styrofoam

i´m gonna show how turn this mess

in this pretty little room

now we are doing the brick wall

firt we drew

all the bricks in a styrofoam plate

each one of them measuring 8x20 centimeters

and we used a heated knife to cut styrofoam

then we apply glue dissolved in water

and finally we glue brick by brick in the wall

always trying to keep the bricks aligned

about the styrofam brick wall

it´s taking way more time than we thought to do it

we started two weeks ago and we haven´t finished

but now we started cut the styrofam

with stiletto and it´s waay more faster

now that we have finished the wall

I´m gonna do a tour showing the hole room

we decide to use clothes rack instead of wordrobe

and who use clothes rack knows that

it´s kind of hard to store things that aren´t clothes

so we bought

this chest

where we keep sheets, towels

and that kinf of stuff

and we wanna hang this glittered frama here

and this habbit mask too

ops

we putted the clothes rack in this formation

so we could hind our suitcases between them

so no one could see them

we bought this furniture that it´s so beautiful and usefull

we putted a desk under the window

so we could use as a home office

and we intent to put drawings in here

here it´s where my boyfriend draws and i

edit the chanel´s videos

here there are two shoe keepers

and i was thinking about painting them

because i think is gonna be more beautiful

and finally the best things

the brick wall that i loveee

and it´s super cute

but i think we are gonna paint in grey, right babe?

and we are gonna hang some posters and frames

i´d like to record the room completily done

but i was so anxious to record this video

to take gaming a step further, and now that video games are getting a lot more attention

from major media platforms, the achievements and records set by gamers like you and I are

becoming more and more recognized.

will probably never be broken.

First Video Game In Space Some pretty weird things have been taken off

this planet but In 1993 Russian astronaut Aleksander Serebrov blasted into space aboard

a mission to the MIR Space Station.

Although without knowing it Alexander was setting a gaming record by bringing a Gameboy

and a copy of the ever so popular tetris along with him.

His Gameboy spent 197 days in space before it returned to earth and sold for over $12

hundred dollars apon his return

Most F words in a single video game

No, GTA doesn't get the award for most uses of the word F*ck in a video game.

That distinct honor goes to Mafia 2 which for those of you who don't know, has a pretty

hefty amount of F words throughout playing it.

While 2K's mafia adventure didn't snag any Game of the Year awards, It does get the

award for being able to drop up to 397 F-bombs in an average 12-hour play session.

That's 33 per hour, or an average of one every two minutes.

So if you don't like swearing or you're a little kid, then maybe stay away from this

one.

Best selling game of all time

Does this game really need any explanation?

It's Tetris, the game that is possibly the most popular puzzle game of all time.

It's been released for practically every game console imaginable in some form or another

from the Commodore 64 to the Playstation 4.

Tetris is almost untouchable when it comes to sales records, selling over 495 million

copy's world wide and it seems almost unimaginable that any other game will even come close to

selling as many copies puzzle game behomoth.

Longest COD Session

The popular Guinness Book of World Records cites 135 hours is the longest session of

gameplay in COD history.

Although their rules do come with a slight catch.

The holder of the record for longest COD gameplay session, Okan Kaya of Australia.

was able to take a 10-minute break for every hour of play time of COD Black Ops 2.

This rule Granted our record holder some much needed rest between sessions.

We definitely wouldn't want to see anyone die after attempting to break this record

and spending around 6 days straight staring at a television screen is enough to make anyone

go insane.

Gamer Beats Dark Souls With 9 Different Controllers

For some players, Simply beating a video game just isn't enough.

I've seen twitch streamers beat pokemon games with a guitar hero guitar, but clearly

someone had to take it a step further.

In March of 2016 a Canadian streamer used a rockband guitar, drumkit, piano, a set of

donkey kong bongos, and a few other assorted controllers to beat arguably one of the toughest

games out there: Dark Souls.

Benjamin Gwin (a.k.a. bearzly on twitch) earned the Guinness World Record for "most alternative

control methods used to complete Dark Souls."

In total, Ben used a total of nine different controllers to beat the game.

While many struggle to beat the game using even one normal controller, Benjamin did it

with a rockband guitar.

Just let that sink in for a minute.

Youngest Pro Gamer

Kids have always been interested in playing video games, but Victor De Leon III or little

poison as he's known, has been playing games since he was just two years old.

It probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise, that he's the youngest pro gamer ever at just

11.

Victor signed a competitive contract with MLG at just age 7, And was competing in local

halo tournaments at age 4.

I know that gamers are getting younger and younger these days but signing a major league

gaming contract at 7 years old seems like a record that won't be beat any time soon.

Oldest Video Game Record Holder

for the complete opposite of the youngest pro gamer, look no further than John S Bates.

The oldest person to hold a gaming record.

In early 2008 John began recording every perfect game he bowled in Wii Sports.

By June 2012 and just shy of his 86th birthday John had amassed a whooping 14,000 perfectly

bowled games.

Which for those of you who don't know means 14,000 consecutive strikes.

Over the course of the next few years John was able to bowl another 6,000 perfect games

and to us, this seems like a record that will probably stay intact for years to come.

World's Largest Arcade Machine

Before online play was a mainstay on home consoles and long before arcades bit the dust

an entire culture of arcade gamers was born.

Just because the arcade scene died out doesn't mean that people stopped playing them.

44-year-old Jason Camberis, a network engineer from Chicago constructed the world's largest

arcade cabinet in 2015.

The machine measures in at a whooping 4.1 meters tall and just over a meter deep.

To put that into perspective the machine is larger than a fully grown African elephant,

so no this machine probably wouldn't fit in your living room.

The cabinet has the ability to play over 200 classic arcade titles and when asked why he

built it, Jason simply stated: "I wanted to bring joy and happiness to people".

Beating 3 Games At Once

Mega Man speedrunner and streamer agwawaf was able to beat all 3 entries in the megaman

x series for the super Nintendo.

Not crazy enough for you?

Well he did so by beating each game at the same time with 100% completion.

this was a tool-assisted speedrun that seen agwawaf playing all three games at the same

time.

his controller's inputs were used on all three games simultaneously.

Sure, his play through's weren't perfect and he took some damage along the way, but

he was able to beat all three games in just under 44 minutes.

From personal experience I can say that It'd take me double his time just to beat one of

the megaman x games.

It's crazy to me that in just 43 minutes the viewer see's every boss battle, end

credit, and endings in one video.

Best-selling Sports game ever!

Leave it to Nintendo to trust their pride and Joy Shigeru Miyamoto to be a world record

holder.

If you don't know him then what are you doing here, but He's the man responsible

for not only some of Nintendo's best-selling games of all time such as Super Mario Bros,

Donkey Kong, And the legend of Zelda.

But with a resume with some of the greatest games of all time miyomoto is also responsible

for the creation of the the single best-selling game of all time.

Miyamoto was responsible for the creation of Wii sports which has sold just over 45

million units.

It's no surprise that this game sold so well seeing everyone and their mother had

a Wii when they were popular, and whether you or I are willing to admit it, We all played

the hell out of wii sports.

There was just something so satisfying about playing tennis from your couch..

But to me 45 million units of a single game being sold definitely seems like a tough one

to beat.

Longest Just Dance Play Session

California school teacher's Carrie Swidecki wasn't messing around when she decided to

break the record for longest play session of popular Kinect game Just Dance.

Carrie managed to set three world records in one try while playing the dance game where

you have to dance literally the entire time.

Carrie danced for an amazing 138 hours, breaking the record for longest video game session,

Longest dance game marathon, and longest marathon with a Kinect game.

And through her love of the just dance series, Carrie dropped 80 pounds and made over $7,000

for childrens health charities.

And Carrie, If you're watching this you get a huge virtual high five from everyone

over at GamerBrain.

Largest video game collection

We all love buying video games, and some of us collect, and some of us get rid of a game

as soon as we've beaten it.

There are people, though, who collect video games just for the sake of collecting them

and may never play all the games they've amassed.

Joel Hopkins, the Australian-born gamer who, as of October 2015, had managed to amass a

collection of 18,000 unique titles and 200 plus consoles.

His collection is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest video

game collection in the world.

It took Joel 20 years to amass this huge collection of games and he began taking his collecting

very seriously and even documenting it here on Youtube on his channel "TheLastGamerShow".

Although his collection is apparently valued at around a million dollars, and this one

seems like a record that probably won't be beat

any time soon.

Maybe he is just echoing Trump�s attitude toward renewables, but Igor Sechin, the Russian

oil advisor to Putin, and friend of Rex Tillerson (as well as once-CEO of Russia�s largest

oil company) says that Tesla�s business model and capital spending aren�t based

in reality, and that electric cars are �overrated.�

Sechin made these claims at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, on the heels

of Tesla becoming the most valuable U.S. car maker, overtaking General Motors to become

the first automaker not based in Detroit to be worth more than a rusted out Impala.

(GM was recently listed with 3 cars as the worst 20 selling in America.)

Though Tesla is not yet making a profit, the Model X outgrew industry comps by an 8.79x

factor recently, or a full 70.6 percentage point differential.

Tesla�s Model S outperformed the large sedan category by 13.5 percentage points � showing

there is a healthy demand in the U.S. for cars that don�t run on gas.

The company also expects a 25% increase on volume quarter over quarter.

Sechin was also involved in talks to cut oil production (rig oil markets) just months ago,

believes that we should continue to rely on his deals with Saudi Arabia, and may have

a lot to do with Trump�s recent $110 billion weapons deal � the single largest arms deal

in U.S. history.

Though Elon Musk, Tesla�s maker is not without a stain on his reputation, Sechin has been

poo-pooing a shift away from oil for some time.

As the telegraph wrote in 2015,

The head of Russian energy giant Rosneft and right-hand man of President Vladimir Putin

launched an extraordinary attack on the entire global system for the supply, pricing and

Kerry apparently knew about this.

The Daily Caller reports:

John Kerry Knew The State Department Funneled Millions To His Daughter's Charity

Secretary of State John Kerry lauded a program run by his daughter's nonprofit as he announced

an extension of its non-competitively awarded Department of State funding in 2014, The Daily

Caller News Foundation has learned.

"What we're talking about here is a multi-million dollar effort that will strengthen the capacity

of healthcare workers to deliver lifesaving HIV services," Kerry said in December 2014,

at a World AIDS Day event.

"[I]t will build on the Global Health Service Partnership with Peace Corps and Seed Global

Health."

The 2014 comments appear to conflict with more recent Department of State claims that

Kerry "played no role" in official decisions to funnel more than $9 million in sole-source

contracts with the nonprofit that recruits volunteer doctors and nurses to medical schools

in Third World countries.

The $9 million went to Seed Global Health — a nonprofit founded and managed by Dr.

Vanessa Kerry — through the Peace Corps.

The funds were awarded under the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP) that Kerry's

daughter created in conjunction with officials from both agencies.

The agencies then funded the nonprofit organization they helped bring into being.

Nothing to see here, folks.

BREAKING Liberal Lawyer Gloria Allred Being Sued for FRAUD

The tables have been turned on feminist lawyer – Gloria Allred who you may remember paraded

around a woman, claiming she was a sexual assault victim of President Trump.

The story involving reality show participant Summer Zervos was debunked, along with the

rest of the phony "sexual assault" allegations against President Trump that suddenly cropped

up just weeks before the 2016 election.

Now, Allred is being accused of malpractice and fraud by a television weatherman, who

hired her to help with a discrimination case.

This latest accusation comes on the heels of another scandal, where the State Bar of

California is investigating Allred.

A former client of Gloria Allred has filed a lawsuit against the celebrity attorney for

legal malpractice and fraud, claiming she negligently represented him during a case.

Kyle Hunter, a local television weatherman, hired Allred to go after CBS for allegedly

discriminating against him in favor of younger, attractive female meteorologists.

His lawsuit filed on Tuesday contends Allred botched his legal case, and didn't properly

notify him that she was working with CBS to produce a legal drama inspired by her life

— an obvious conflict of interest, he claims.

"As Allred negotiated in secret a TV deal for herself with CBS during the Hunter lawsuit,

the malpractice in her handling of the case led to a near- seven-figure legal bill for

Hunter, a sunk suit against CBS, and an impaired reputation for Hunter," the lawsuit, which

was filed in Los Angeles County Superior County, reads.

Hunter contends that Allred, and other attorneys at her firm including Michael Maroko and John

West failed to interview witnesses, and provide affidavits in his suit, which would have greatly

bolstered his case.

As a result, he contends, a trial court found in favor of CBS, and ordered Hunter to pay

attorney's fees and costs which amounted to $800,000.

The lawsuit claims that Allred told Hunter that he had contacted witnesses "but Hunter

knew that was a lie.

These witnesses were Hunter's friends, people he had worked with for years, and they told

him they were not contacted."

"Allred sandbagged her client to serve her personal pecuniary interests, her penchant

for public fame, and to protect the malfeasance of her media allies.

Allred needs to spend less time in front of a TV camera, and more time in an ethics library,"

the court paperwork reads.

The lawsuit was filed by Robert Barnes, a California based attorney, who also contributes

legal opinion pieces to LawNewz.com.

The legal action comes on the heels of recent reports that Allred is under investigation

by the State Bar of California.

Allred, a renowned civil rights attorney, is known for getting involved in controversial

celebrity cases, especially those involving allegations of sexual assault and discrimination.

Most recently, she announced a defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump on

behalf of Summer Zervos, a former Apprentice contestant who claims Trump groped her.

She is also representing several women who have accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexual

assault.

According to a letter from the State Bar of California viewed by LawNewz.com, her case

has been forwarded to the State Bar's Enforcement Unit for further investigation and possible

prosecution.

This is probably one of the most frequent questions for people

who want to get rid of the fat in their abdominal area.

Most patients don't fully understand that there are certain criteria to fulfill when

recommending or deciding between the two procedures.

While the scope of the tummy tuck and the abdominal liposuction are almost the same

- a flat abdomen and a slimmer waist - the surgical method to remodel the body is different

on a patient-to-patient basis.

This depends on the following aspects:

Skin laxity. If the patient has a considerable amount of saggy skin on the belly,

then the tummy tuck is the right choice.

Saggy tummy usually occurs after massive weight loss or after one or multiple pregnancies.

The procedure involves an incision at the lower part of the abdomen to remove the excess skin.

However, patients who have minimal skin laxity can achieve the desired results

only with the help of liposuction.

Muscular laxity. After pregnancies or significant weight loss, the muscles can be affected too.

Everybody talks about living in The Now, but nobody lives it.

Why?

Because Now is not the Mind.

In order to live 'The Now' you have to live the non-Mind, otherwise you'll be pulled

into the time, the flow of time.

So you have to be outside the flow of time to live in the Now, because Now is timelessness.

So what's the way to do it?

And I'm today going to talk about the Biblical way, of living the Now.

And why Biblical way?

Because any scripture for that matter, is written by the Saints, Prophets, Messiahs,

Gods, who lived outside time, who lived the Divine Prana, which is the Holy Spirit, which

in Yogic terminology, living the 2 inch Breath, or the Pineal Breathing.

I've done courses, yearlong courses, on breathing with the Pineal, and not through

the nostrils.

So I don't want to distract myself, I just want to come to the Bible, living in the Now.

So I'm going to read from Mathew 6:34.

'Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.'

'Tomorrow will worry about itself.

Today has enough trouble of its own.'

This is Mathew 6:34.

So, look at 2,000 years ago roughly, people talking about The Now.

Okay.

This is Jesus telling people to live in the Now, because he lived the Now.

That's why the words are very important.

These are mantras.

If you just go on reading and reading, even though it is in English, it doesn't really

matter because the theory is, although it has been translated into English, God made

sure that the Spirit, the Holy Spirit, supervises the translation which I believe 100%.

So there's a second one, 'Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to the lifespan?'

Mathew 6:27.

So why do you worry about [it]?

Why do you make a big deal out of small, small things?

Can you just even add an hour to the lifespan that God has given you?

You can't do it.

Then, why of you by worrying can't add a single hour to this life, to this life span.

That's another one.

Therefore, do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat? or what shall we drink? or what shall

we wear?'

You know, this is, of all of these sayings, I like this one.

This is Mathew again, 6:31.

We are always worrying.

'What shall we eat?

what shall we drink? or what shall we wear?'

This happens to us every day.

You just go into the closet and then spend a lot of time: 'What am I going to wear?'

And then you put clothes on you, and then you take it off, and put it on.

Then you go to the restaurant and you do the same thing.

You just stare at the menu for 10, 15 minutes before you can decide what you want to eat.

Not that I am saying that you should not do all of these things, but you should get the

spirit of what he's saying.

And what is important is the Now, is God.

Instead of thinking about God and life that he has given to us, you are worried about

things that are not so important.

What is important for us is to go to the Mall and go to the restaurant, for most people.

And then the church is closed most of the time.

It is open only on certain hours.

And everybody goes there, you know, half-heartedly, or just for the sake of the children, and/or

to socialize.

Nobody goes there to reflect on what Jesus has to say and not only just reflect, but

live that.

And then, here is Luke saying the same thing because this is what Jesus has said.

And then, these Apostles put it in their own understanding.

And then, Luke puts it very succinctly, 'Life is more than food, and the body more than

clothes.'

Luke 12:23.

'Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.'

So it's very important.

You know, what happens is when you read these things over and over again, that's what

happened to Oral Roberts.

God said, 'Read the Bible for an extended period of time,' three months or so.

I don't remember.

"And after that I will come or the Holy Spirit will come to you, and then you will

be able to heal everybody."

And he has to do it on his knees, and he did it.

And then after he finished this, and he lost about 40–50 pounds because he did not eat,

and at the end of this reading this Bible over and over again, he was in a different

state of consciousness to receive the Holy Spirit, the Holy Breath.

The Holy Spirit is the Holy Breath.

You will breathe differently.

And this is a very complicated concept which is attached to some practice.

So that — I'm going to do a retreat during the Guru Purnima which coincides with the

July 4th vacation, So, I strongly encourage you to attend that because I'm going to

teach things that are about how, in a practical way, using certain secretive chants of syllables.

Within 15 minutes, the Mind will be in a different state of Mind, in a different state of Consciousness,

the Higher Mind, if you will.

Not only that, that will give you access to know things that are not available to the

Mind.

And also, I'm going to be talking about the Astral Body which has none of these

defects that the physical body has, and then, how you can awaken that Astral Body that is

there.

You have no attention.

You are not paying attention to that right now.

So I strongly recommend that you take a look into that.
