Youtube daily report Oct 6 2018

KLÁRA: It did not do, like, any things that these people expected... to do, like.

You know, to praise muslims and to force us to accept refugees, or anything like that.

They were just telling their stories.

But the riot happened strictly based on the fact that the actors just stripped naked.

They were not doing anything.

We were sitting at the right side, and then there was the middle part,

and on the left side, they were sitting.

You could easily tell that they are there because they had the blue t-shirts.

JESSICA: Yes!

KLÁRA: But there were also a group of people that were "with them"

but, like, not from the same group.

Part of them were religious, very religious christians.

So... they joined them, but when finally they were able to kick them out [blue t-shirt people], those people stayed there.

So, actually, there were two interruptions.

They start, like, stamping and whistling

and the actors were still trying to, like, perform

because I guess they understood it.

They went on stage and they created like a human shield.

Shielding the performers.

And some of the performes, kind of get around. They were trying like push through, and they [shielders] were totally like "no".

One of the actors actually, he was able to go around, take a mic...

and, part of the show is that he sais: "I would like to ask you for a minute of silence for the people killed at the terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels".

And those assholes were still doing the line.

Which created this incredible thing: like, if they are so against terrorists, and everything

they should not do it. But they just continued.

So, then, the actors, like, they stopped performing;

they actually took some selfies with the protestors...

After the show was over, one of the guys comes and sais: "I have two messages from the police.

First, if you have any recordings, if you recorded like how they were protesting, please send it to the theatre, and to us."

And then they said: "Second thing is, you cannot leave through the main door. You will leave though the side entrance,

and they are blocking in to go to the square. So please, just, go around."

The biggest issue for me is: they are criticizing, they are totally criticizing like "muslims" coming here, and forcing their religion on us

but this, this is forcing their religion on me, (JESSICA: Yes!) and I'm sorry but I don't want that.

SHATHU: Had it something to do with, like, muslims?

KLÁRA: Yes! So...

SHATHU: In which sense?

KLÁRA: So, the show. Basically the show starts, the peformers come on stage.

and they, like... there's like a "electro" [music] and stroboscope flashing, and they always, like run through the stage.

And one of them comes to the front and sais like "my name is this and this, and I was born in this and this in Croatia

and my parents immigrated here from Iran, because of the revolution there..."

And they all, like, share different stories...

SHATHU: But there were something against christianity?

KLÁRA: I will get to... No. Nothing was... Nothing against christianity. Absolutely nothing.

SHATHU: So that thing of Jesus raping a muslim person?

KLÁRA: No... We'll get to that.

SHATHU: Ok!

KLÁRA: Another big part of the show was... After they actually done, like, the introductions and everyone kind of told us,

they started... there was this, but when they were naked in the silence I was explaining,

and they were kind of like... kissing and hugging when the riot started.

JESSICA: Was it heterosexual or...?

KLÁRA: No. It was both. There was a male-female couple, female-female couple and male-male couple,

and then, one of the (I think the female-female couple) was joined by another man

So, after this part...

They started doing this... dance, and they were having, like, the black capes that the prisioners of the Islamic State are wearing. ISIS.

And... You know, you could see what they were thinking about it.

And it was not propaganda. It was political theatre, sure. But, it was just like stating the facts in a very tasteful way.

SHATHU: I've got still a doubt. Like... the play was, basically, about the refugee crisis?

KLÁRA: It was... I think that the thing that inspired the show was the refugee crisis, and how we, as the europeans, treat them.

An interesting thing that they were actually saying IN the show:

"We are living in Europe, where the big countries want to press on the smaller countries"

Germany, France,....

And the smaller countries, like, believe their uniqueness.

SHATHU: I don't get the point... All the things you are telling me... Apart from nudity, apart from...

you know, all the thing about refugees, I don't know why that riot happened.

KLÁRA: There was this... Yes. There is the show, where the Jesus figure, rapes the woman.

But, interestingly enough... And I think this is not in the pictures:

Before he does that, she is wearing a sweater, an orange sweater, and orange shorts

and she has a hijab, and he takes out her hijab, and he kisses her

and then, he kind of like... not really like violently, pushes her on the floor.

So, then, he, like lies on her, so, yeah, he pulls of his shorts, and she is having her butt naked

and he lies on her and then he starts to rape her.

Then... And this is funny because I would say that all the anti-muslim people shoould love it:

Then he takes the hijab scarf lying on there, and he wipes his genitals with it.

And then he gets up, and she gets up, and they are standing, first in time

and then she looks at him, and she wants to kiss him, and be very gentle.

And he kind of just looks into the audience and climbs up the cross, sits on the cross, and the show ends.

You can read it in so many ways, but it totally does not say "this bad, this is good".

I would say: yes, ok. You cannot understand the concept of the Jesus, raping an ex muslim.

Yeah, ok. Fair enough.

Fair enough....

It's not for everyone. It's supposed to be shocking.

It's supposed to make you think.

You might not want to think about that, because you come up with and... opinion, and you don't want it to change. Ok.

Fair enough...

But then rioting a the first sight of naked flesh... It's like...

Come on guys! You don't have sex? If you shower, don't strip naked?

Like, these are our bodies, and we all look the same when we are naked.

If you watch a movie you have like... I would say 80% chance that you would see breasts... or butt.

And this is what shocks me the most...

Verdeliss, Miriam Saavedra y Asraf.

El último no estuvo entre los cuatro aspirantes más votados por sus compañeros, pero terminó nominado después de que Ángel Garó,

ganador de la prueba propuesta por el Súper, utilizase su poder para nominarle en lugar de a El Koala,

que se salvó de la quema Hasta ahí todo normal, pero la controversia justo al final del programa de Gran Hermano VIP del jueves Monumental cabreo de Belén Esteban con Jorge Javier: "¡Pediste mi expulsión de 'GH VIP' en directo!".

Cuando Jorge Javier Vázquez, presentador de GH VIP, se despidió de la audiencia, las cámaras de Telecinco continuaron rodando en la casa de Guadalix de la Sierra.

Y entonces sucedió algo inesperado entre Aurah Ruiz, Makoke y Mónica Hoyos, integrantes del mismo bando en Gran Hermano VIP Ángel Garó amenaza en directo con abandonar 'GH VIP': "¡No quiero tratar con escoria!".

Grandes amigas dentro del programa, Aurah desveló, sin pensar que la estaban grabando, que había modificado sus votos a última hora para que no fuese nominada Makoke La reacción de Omar Montes al saber su castigo en 'GH VIP 6': rompe con Techi y saca toda su basura a la calle.

La exconcursante de Mujeres y hombres y viceversa fue la última en nominar y votó con tres puntos a Verdeliss, dos a Miriam y uno a El Koala...

aunque esas no eran sus intenciones en un primer momento, como desveló en Guadalix.

Los había contado los votos, y Makoke hubiese salido nominada.

Le dije a Techi -otra de sus "amigas" en "GH VIP"- que le diera tres puntos a Verdeliss.

Entonces, la metían a Makoke. Y le dio uno, en vez de dos por lo menos. Yo los conté todos. Tuve que darle yo los tres.

¿No ves que fui la última? Iba contando, porque era la última, señaló ante sus dos amigas.

Muchas gracias mi amor. Tras ello, Makoke se emocionó y la abrazó.

Pero muchas gracias. Yo me hubiera salvado, de todas formas.

El sistema de nominaciones, clave Aurah tuvo la oportunidad de contabilizar los votos, al ser las nominaciones públicamente a la cara y no en el confesionario, en secreto.

Cuando le tocó nominar, votó a los tres concursantes más emblemáticos del otro bando, todos ellos con más puntos que Makoke en aquel momento.

Sin embargo, las cuentas le salieron mal, pues los tres hubieran salido nominados independientemente del voto de Aurah.

En el momento en que le tocó nominar a la joven, Verdeliss tenía 12 votos, por 11 de Miriam, 9 de El Koala y otros tantos de Asraf.

Así, aunque sus votos hubieran ido para otros concursantes, ninguno de los tres se hubiera librado de la quema.

Las matemáticas no parecen ser el fuerte de Aurah Ruiz, que se llevó cuatro votos en la cuarta gala de GH VIP: dos de Verdeliss y otros tantos de Miriam.

We have driven tuned versions of this engine before.

And as stock, many times.

With rear wheel drive

it's a challenge!

There's very little grip

Quite a short car..

Most of the time you're adjusting your throttle

But this has AWD

4 wheel drive

Which works very well!

You do get Traction Control flickers

at 150km/h

And you have to judge every corner..

It still is very rear wheel drive oriented.

But it does mean you can launch at full throttle

And it just goes..

3.5s to 100 for the stock SVR

add more than 125HP to that

and it just rockets to 100

That said..

We have to limit our RPM to 5500

Because it has fresh pistons

and it already has a new owner..

So imagine going through the gears at 100%

This already is so extreme..

So everyone who has a Jaguar or Range Rover

and you want something different..

something special..

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga join forces to give us a new take on the classic love story

A Star Is Born, which follows a struggling young artist and a veteran performer battling

addiction.

Yippee-ki-yay, movie lovers, it's Jan here, and in this video I'm going to reveal ten

behind-the-scenes secrets and fascinating facts about the making of the new A Star Is

Born movie.

Make sure you keep watching to the end to find out the heart-breaking real-life story

behind Lady Gaga's final song [in the film].

The first time Ally and Jackson meet, she's performing in a drag bar, belting out Édith

Piaf's classic love song La Vie en Rose.

And, incredibly, we have that famous French tune to thank for director Bradley Cooper's

A Star Is Born movie as we know it today because not only did the song inspire the drag bar

scene but also, crucially, it inspired Cooper to cast Lady Gaga in the lead.

Back in 2016, Cooper was still considering who should play Ally when he was invited to

a cancer benefit in LA where the superstar singer happened to be performing.

Cooper found himself so mesmerised by Gaga's rendition of La Vie en Rose that he immediately

decided to include the song and Gaga in his movie.

Straight after the event, Cooper got in touch with her agent and set up a meeting at Gaga's

Malibu home where he basically offered her the role there and then.

The two videoed themselves singing at the piano together and reading scenes from the

script, which convinced the studio that Cooper had indeed found his perfect co-star.

And the rest is A Star Is Born history!

Oh, and it was Gaga's conversations with Cooper about her early experiences in the music business

and a particular drag bar where she used to hang out that gave him the idea to create

that scene.

During the press tour for A Star Is Born, Cooper and Gaga have talked often about the

immediate connection they felt as soon as they met and how they bonded over their East

Coast Italian-American upbringing among other things.

And one particularly sweet moment during the shoot shows just what close friends they became.

After Cooper had filmed an especially tough scene which was vital for his character, he

walked up to Jackson's pick-up truck and opened the door only to discover a bunch of roses

that Gaga had left for him there on the passenger seat.

If you've seen the movie, you'll understand why Cooper was so moved by Gaga's gesture

as the scene he'd just filmed was a heart-breaking one for Jackson.

The soundtrack to A Star Is Born is jam-packed with original songs, some of which were actually

written during the shoot.

For example, Lady Gaga wrote the song 'I Don't Know What Love Is' when she felt completely

overcome with emotion after filming the scene in the cop bar.

And she even used her character Ally's on-screen notebook to write down the lyrics right there

in the moment.

She later finished off the song with Lukas Nelson, son of country music star Willie Nelson.

Lukas not only wrote and produced many of the movie's original songs with Gaga and Cooper,

but he and his bandmates from Promise of the Real also doubled as Jackson Maine's band

in the movie.

Lady Gaga really hates watching movies where you can tell the actors are lip-syncing, so,

despite the fact that her co-star Bradley Cooper had no real experience as a singer

or musician before A Star Is Born, she convinced him to record all their vocal performances

live on the day of filming rather than simply lip-syncing to pre-recorded tracks as often

happens in movie musicals.

Although first-time director Cooper found singing live terrifying, he says it allowed

him to capture 'the truth in each performance'.

Many of the movie's musical moments were filmed at real venues like Glastonbury Festival,

so to avoid the crowd recording their brand new songs and leaking them online ahead of

the film's release, the sound crew deliberately turned the amplifiers off so that the audience

couldn't hear the music or vocals!

That added another level of work for the movie's sound team as they had to capture each venue's

acoustics and apply them later in post-production to make the voices sound as they would have

done during a big concert!

Using such enormous real-life performance spaces like LA's Greek Theatre and the Shrine

Auditorium meant the production needed lots of people in the audience to get the right

visuals, energy, and enthusiasm to make the concerts look and feel real!

But instead of using thousands of extras, the filmmakers instead turned to Lady Gaga's

dedicated fan base, known as her Little Monsters, who were given the chance to buy tickets for

each of the venues where filming took place, all the proceeds from which went to Gaga's

Born This Way Foundation.

And as an extra thank-you to her fans at the end of a late night filming, Gaga gave an

impromptu piano performance of two of her hits.

Bradley Cooper may have many years' experience acting on camera, but when it came to playing

a seasoned singer and musician and performing live on stage, he realised he needed to dedicate

plenty of time to preparing for the musical aspects of the part.

So, he got himself a vocal coach and spent five days a week for six months learning how

to sing not just as himself, but also in character as Jackson Maine.

To give you an idea of the kind of progress Cooper made with his singing, when he first

started, he found himself getting out of breath after just one verse.

So, he certainly came a long way from that to performing so many songs live on film.

Cooper also took guitar and piano lessons and worked pretty much every night for twelve

months with Lukas Nelson who also shared his own insights on performing and acting like

a professional musician.

But Cooper didn't just work on his singing voice; he also spent months working on his

speaking voice, using a dialect coach to help him develop the rich timbre he wanted for

Jackson Maine's voice.

It proved to be a real challenge and initially it was even painful, but Cooper felt that

lowering his own range by about an octave would give his character the kind of presence

iconic musicians have and cinema audiences would feel that as soon as they saw Jackson

on screen.

Cooper dropped his own voice to more or less match the register of actor Sam Elliott, who

plays his on-screen brother.

And, apparently, all that time Cooper spent listening to interviews with Elliott to hone

his new voice paid off because when he played a recording of himself during his first meeting

with Elliott, the veteran actor was amazed at how much Cooper's voice sounded like his

own!

Although Gaga already has a Golden Globe for American Horror Story, A Star Is Born is her

first lead role on the big screen, and it took a little while for her to feel at home

on set.

While she knew all her lines on her first day of filming, she was so thrown when Bradley

Cooper went off-script for a moment in an effort to help her relax and 'let go of the

words', that she just kept repeating her same line again and again, before bursting into

tears!

Gaga and Cooper soon created a shorthand between themselves though to get the right mood for

each scene.

For example, to conjure up a certain warmth in her performance, Cooper would say the name

'Tony', to remind Gaga of her great friend and singer Tony Bennett, who she adores.

But if Gaga had to really concentrate, then Cooper would say 'ninja' or 'assassin'.

Just before Lady Gaga was due to film a really big, emotional scene on stage at the Shrine

Auditorium, she got a devastating phone call that her best friend Sonja was dying of cancer.

So, she jumped in her car and drove straight to Sonja's side, though she sadly missed her

friend's passing by just moments.

When Gaga later returned to set, she took to the stage and gave a heart-wrenching performance

of "I'll Never Love Again", an especially moving song for her character Ally in a scene

that Gaga says she'll never forget.

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga join forces to give us a new take on the classic love story

A Star Is Born, which follows a struggling young artist and a veteran performer battling

addiction.

Yippee-ki-yay, movie lovers, it's Jan here, and in this video I'm going to reveal ten

behind-the-scenes secrets and fascinating facts about the making of the new A Star Is

Born movie.

Make sure you keep watching to the end to find out the heart-breaking real-life story

behind Lady Gaga's final song [in the film].

The first time Ally and Jackson meet, she's performing in a drag bar, belting out Édith

Piaf's classic love song La Vie en Rose.

And, incredibly, we have that famous French tune to thank for director Bradley Cooper's

A Star Is Born movie as we know it today because not only did the song inspire the drag bar

scene but also, crucially, it inspired Cooper to cast Lady Gaga in the lead.

Back in 2016, Cooper was still considering who should play Ally when he was invited to

a cancer benefit in LA where the superstar singer happened to be performing.

Cooper found himself so mesmerised by Gaga's rendition of La Vie en Rose that he immediately

decided to include the song and Gaga in his movie.

Straight after the event, Cooper got in touch with her agent and set up a meeting at Gaga's

Malibu home where he basically offered her the role there and then.

The two videoed themselves singing at the piano together and reading scenes from the

script, which convinced the studio that Cooper had indeed found his perfect co-star.

And the rest is A Star Is Born history!

Oh, and it was Gaga's conversations with Cooper about her early experiences in the music business

and a particular drag bar where she used to hang out that gave him the idea to create

that scene.

During the press tour for A Star Is Born, Cooper and Gaga have talked often about the

immediate connection they felt as soon as they met and how they bonded over their East

Coast Italian-American upbringing among other things.

And one particularly sweet moment during the shoot shows just what close friends they became.

After Cooper had filmed an especially tough scene which was vital for his character, he

walked up to Jackson's pick-up truck and opened the door only to discover a bunch of roses

that Gaga had left for him there on the passenger seat.

If you've seen the movie, you'll understand why Cooper was so moved by Gaga's gesture

as the scene he'd just filmed was a heart-breaking one for Jackson.

The soundtrack to A Star Is Born is jam-packed with original songs, some of which were actually

written during the shoot.

For example, Lady Gaga wrote the song 'I Don't Know What Love Is' when she felt completely

overcome with emotion after filming the scene in the cop bar.

And she even used her character Ally's on-screen notebook to write down the lyrics right there

in the moment.

She later finished off the song with Lukas Nelson, son of country music star Willie Nelson.

Lukas not only wrote and produced many of the movie's original songs with Gaga and Cooper,

but he and his bandmates from Promise of the Real also doubled as Jackson Maine's band

in the movie.

Lady Gaga really hates watching movies where you can tell the actors are lip-syncing, so,

despite the fact that her co-star Bradley Cooper had no real experience as a singer

or musician before A Star Is Born, she convinced him to record all their vocal performances

live on the day of filming rather than simply lip-syncing to pre-recorded tracks as often

happens in movie musicals.

Although first-time director Cooper found singing live terrifying, he says it allowed

him to capture 'the truth in each performance'.

Many of the movie's musical moments were filmed at real venues like Glastonbury Festival,

so to avoid the crowd recording their brand new songs and leaking them online ahead of

the film's release, the sound crew deliberately turned the amplifiers off so that the audience

couldn't hear the music or vocals!

That added another level of work for the movie's sound team as they had to capture each venue's

acoustics and apply them later in post-production to make the voices sound as they would have

done during a big concert!

Using such enormous real-life performance spaces like LA's Greek Theatre and the Shrine

Auditorium meant the production needed lots of people in the audience to get the right

visuals, energy, and enthusiasm to make the concerts look and feel real!

But instead of using thousands of extras, the filmmakers instead turned to Lady Gaga's

dedicated fan base, known as her Little Monsters, who were given the chance to buy tickets for

each of the venues where filming took place, all the proceeds from which went to Gaga's

Born This Way Foundation.

And as an extra thank-you to her fans at the end of a late night filming, Gaga gave an

impromptu piano performance of two of her hits.

Bradley Cooper may have many years' experience acting on camera, but when it came to playing

a seasoned singer and musician and performing live on stage, he realised he needed to dedicate

plenty of time to preparing for the musical aspects of the part.

So, he got himself a vocal coach and spent five days a week for six months learning how

to sing not just as himself, but also in character as Jackson Maine.

To give you an idea of the kind of progress Cooper made with his singing, when he first

started, he found himself getting out of breath after just one verse.

So, he certainly came a long way from that to performing so many songs live on film.

Cooper also took guitar and piano lessons and worked pretty much every night for twelve

months with Lukas Nelson who also shared his own insights on performing and acting like

a professional musician.

But Cooper didn't just work on his singing voice; he also spent months working on his

speaking voice, using a dialect coach to help him develop the rich timbre he wanted for

Jackson Maine's voice.

It proved to be a real challenge and initially it was even painful, but Cooper felt that

lowering his own range by about an octave would give his character the kind of presence

iconic musicians have and cinema audiences would feel that as soon as they saw Jackson

on screen.

Cooper dropped his own voice to more or less match the register of actor Sam Elliott, who

plays his on-screen brother.

And, apparently, all that time Cooper spent listening to interviews with Elliott to hone

his new voice paid off because when he played a recording of himself during his first meeting

with Elliott, the veteran actor was amazed at how much Cooper's voice sounded like his

own!

Although Gaga already has a Golden Globe for American Horror Story, A Star Is Born is her

first lead role on the big screen, and it took a little while for her to feel at home

on set.

While she knew all her lines on her first day of filming, she was so thrown when Bradley

Cooper went off-script for a moment in an effort to help her relax and 'let go of the

words', that she just kept repeating her same line again and again, before bursting into

tears!

Gaga and Cooper soon created a shorthand between themselves though to get the right mood for

each scene.

For example, to conjure up a certain warmth in her performance, Cooper would say the name

'Tony', to remind Gaga of her great friend and singer Tony Bennett, who she adores.

But if Gaga had to really concentrate, then Cooper would say 'ninja' or 'assassin'.

Just before Lady Gaga was due to film a really big, emotional scene on stage at the Shrine

Auditorium, she got a devastating phone call that her best friend Sonja was dying of cancer.

So, she jumped in her car and drove straight to Sonja's side, though she sadly missed her

friend's passing by just moments.

When Gaga later returned to set, she took to the stage and gave a heart-wrenching performance

of "I'll Never Love Again", an especially moving song for her character Ally in a scene

that Gaga says she'll never forget.

alright group four... what is your best trait in a relationship? what is it that

your date got home safely or you're just always checking up on people and making

sure that they're fine. you are someone who works hard for your relationships

you work hard to provide and keep a certain level

of comfort in your life and in their life. what's interesting is that even

though some people might see you as a pushover on the outside or some people

might see you as someone who loves too much... you are actually extremely

confident in who you are and what you personally bring to your relationships

you know how truly powerful kindness and love is, you know how it... you know how

great it feels to love yourself and so you're always willing to love someone

else right? in your relationships you're really organized and efficient you solve

problems before they become problems you're also extremely health conscious

I'm hearing and you may introduce new partners to a new way of eating, a new

way of working out and just a healthier lifestyle in general. honestly you're so

aware of the emotional needs of others and that ability of yours bleeds into

your relationships it is a superpower of yours. your loved

ones trust you with the groceries, the bills, stocking the house, the kids, the

business, the finances and their secrets they trust you with their entire lives

and they trust you because you care because you care so much more than most

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga join forces to give us a new take on the classic love story

A Star Is Born, which follows a struggling young artist and a veteran performer battling

addiction.

Yippee-ki-yay, movie lovers, it's Jan here, and in this video I'm going to reveal ten

behind-the-scenes secrets and fascinating facts about the making of the new A Star Is

Born movie.

Make sure you keep watching to the end to find out the heart-breaking real-life story

behind Lady Gaga's final song [in the film].

The first time Ally and Jackson meet, she's performing in a drag bar, belting out Édith

Piaf's classic love song La Vie en Rose.

And, incredibly, we have that famous French tune to thank for director Bradley Cooper's

A Star Is Born movie as we know it today because not only did the song inspire the drag bar

scene but also, crucially, it inspired Cooper to cast Lady Gaga in the lead.

Back in 2016, Cooper was still considering who should play Ally when he was invited to

a cancer benefit in LA where the superstar singer happened to be performing.

Cooper found himself so mesmerised by Gaga's rendition of La Vie en Rose that he immediately

decided to include the song and Gaga in his movie.

Straight after the event, Cooper got in touch with her agent and set up a meeting at Gaga's

Malibu home where he basically offered her the role there and then.

The two videoed themselves singing at the piano together and reading scenes from the

script, which convinced the studio that Cooper had indeed found his perfect co-star.

And the rest is A Star Is Born history!

Oh, and it was Gaga's conversations with Cooper about her early experiences in the music business

and a particular drag bar where she used to hang out that gave him the idea to create

that scene.

During the press tour for A Star Is Born, Cooper and Gaga have talked often about the

immediate connection they felt as soon as they met and how they bonded over their East

Coast Italian-American upbringing among other things.

And one particularly sweet moment during the shoot shows just what close friends they became.

After Cooper had filmed an especially tough scene which was vital for his character, he

walked up to Jackson's pick-up truck and opened the door only to discover a bunch of roses

that Gaga had left for him there on the passenger seat.

If you've seen the movie, you'll understand why Cooper was so moved by Gaga's gesture

as the scene he'd just filmed was a heart-breaking one for Jackson.

The soundtrack to A Star Is Born is jam-packed with original songs, some of which were actually

written during the shoot.

For example, Lady Gaga wrote the song 'I Don't Know What Love Is' when she felt completely

overcome with emotion after filming the scene in the cop bar.

And she even used her character Ally's on-screen notebook to write down the lyrics right there

in the moment.

She later finished off the song with Lukas Nelson, son of country music star Willie Nelson.

Lukas not only wrote and produced many of the movie's original songs with Gaga and Cooper,

but he and his bandmates from Promise of the Real also doubled as Jackson Maine's band

in the movie.

Lady Gaga really hates watching movies where you can tell the actors are lip-syncing, so,

despite the fact that her co-star Bradley Cooper had no real experience as a singer

or musician before A Star Is Born, she convinced him to record all their vocal performances

live on the day of filming rather than simply lip-syncing to pre-recorded tracks as often

happens in movie musicals.

Although first-time director Cooper found singing live terrifying, he says it allowed

him to capture 'the truth in each performance'.

Many of the movie's musical moments were filmed at real venues like Glastonbury Festival,

so to avoid the crowd recording their brand new songs and leaking them online ahead of

the film's release, the sound crew deliberately turned the amplifiers off so that the audience

couldn't hear the music or vocals!

That added another level of work for the movie's sound team as they had to capture each venue's

acoustics and apply them later in post-production to make the voices sound as they would have

done during a big concert!

Using such enormous real-life performance spaces like LA's Greek Theatre and the Shrine

Auditorium meant the production needed lots of people in the audience to get the right

visuals, energy, and enthusiasm to make the concerts look and feel real!

But instead of using thousands of extras, the filmmakers instead turned to Lady Gaga's

dedicated fan base, known as her Little Monsters, who were given the chance to buy tickets for

each of the venues where filming took place, all the proceeds from which went to Gaga's

Born This Way Foundation.

And as an extra thank-you to her fans at the end of a late night filming, Gaga gave an

impromptu piano performance of two of her hits.

Bradley Cooper may have many years' experience acting on camera, but when it came to playing

a seasoned singer and musician and performing live on stage, he realised he needed to dedicate

plenty of time to preparing for the musical aspects of the part.

So, he got himself a vocal coach and spent five days a week for six months learning how

to sing not just as himself, but also in character as Jackson Maine.

To give you an idea of the kind of progress Cooper made with his singing, when he first

started, he found himself getting out of breath after just one verse.

So, he certainly came a long way from that to performing so many songs live on film.

Cooper also took guitar and piano lessons and worked pretty much every night for twelve

months with Lukas Nelson who also shared his own insights on performing and acting like

a professional musician.

But Cooper didn't just work on his singing voice; he also spent months working on his

speaking voice, using a dialect coach to help him develop the rich timbre he wanted for

Jackson Maine's voice.

It proved to be a real challenge and initially it was even painful, but Cooper felt that

lowering his own range by about an octave would give his character the kind of presence

iconic musicians have and cinema audiences would feel that as soon as they saw Jackson

on screen.

Cooper dropped his own voice to more or less match the register of actor Sam Elliott, who

plays his on-screen brother.

And, apparently, all that time Cooper spent listening to interviews with Elliott to hone

his new voice paid off because when he played a recording of himself during his first meeting

with Elliott, the veteran actor was amazed at how much Cooper's voice sounded like his

own!

Although Gaga already has a Golden Globe for American Horror Story, A Star Is Born is her

first lead role on the big screen, and it took a little while for her to feel at home

on set.

While she knew all her lines on her first day of filming, she was so thrown when Bradley

Cooper went off-script for a moment in an effort to help her relax and 'let go of the

words', that she just kept repeating her same line again and again, before bursting into

tears!

Gaga and Cooper soon created a shorthand between themselves though to get the right mood for

each scene.

For example, to conjure up a certain warmth in her performance, Cooper would say the name

'Tony', to remind Gaga of her great friend and singer Tony Bennett, who she adores.

But if Gaga had to really concentrate, then Cooper would say 'ninja' or 'assassin'.

Just before Lady Gaga was due to film a really big, emotional scene on stage at the Shrine

Auditorium, she got a devastating phone call that her best friend Sonja was dying of cancer.

So, she jumped in her car and drove straight to Sonja's side, though she sadly missed her

friend's passing by just moments.

When Gaga later returned to set, she took to the stage and gave a heart-wrenching performance

of "I'll Never Love Again", an especially moving song for her character Ally in a scene

that Gaga says she'll never forget.

Top 10 [Vitz!] video game BGM remixes - Duration: 14:04.

Meet our Top 10 [Vitz!]'s video game music remixes and remakes. He always does some interesting

things and we already have make a selection of his songs at our site, but as he released some new

tracks since then, I decided to make this video so you can get to know or just enjoy them or see if they could be

used in some project of yours (giving the credits, of course).

So lets start the top with...

10 - I Saw Demons for Breakfast. "I Sawed the Demons" (Doom) remix. Original by Bobby Prince.

Most of the songs listed in this video are originally from Doom or Duke Nukem 3D. Please note that it

is a personal top and you don't to agree to the positions of each song. Remember that you can always

press Brutal Doom's "Offend" key and pretend that Doomguy is talking to you, if you didn't like it.

As the gameplay, I decided to explore "The Corrupt Citadel", a Doom megawad made in Oblige that I

had only played a couple of levels before, in the SynthDoom Mk2 video, coincidentally also

related to Doom and music. Added to it, I used Combined Arms and Brother in Arms mods to help me

beat the maps that are unknown to me, and the Brutal Doom Monsters Only, to make the enemies

a bit harder and smarter. But don't you expect anything extraordinary in this gameplay, since I

put it here just to make the video more lively.
