conductor de ambulancias en Paracuellos del Jarama, acudió a la casa de Belén para atenderla tras una subida de azúcar.

De aquel primer encuentro no pasó nada, pero hubo una segunda llamada de urgencias que también atendió Miguel y la llama del amor surgió entre ellos.

Cáncer: Terelu Campos se ha sometido con éxito a una doble mastectomía - Duration: 1:22.

Terelu Campos evoluciona "satisfactoriamente" tras haber sido sometida este sábado a una doble mastectomía en el Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz de Madrid.

Un alivio y enhorabuena chavala.

Según ha informado el hospital en un comunicado a petición de la presentadora,

"la intervención se ha desarrollado satisfactoriamente y la paciente se encuentra estable y recuperándose".

Terelu había sido intervenida en el mismo hospital en julio pasado de una tumorectomía en la mama izquierda,

tras ser diagnosticada por segunda vez de un cáncer de mama.

Anteriormente, en enero de 2012, anunció su retirada de la televisión durante un tiempo indeterminado por un carcinoma maligno en el pecho derecho,

del que la trataron en el mismo centro hospitalario.

But I had to take care of a lot of things first.

First things first.

Humans are habits animals, so creating good ones is vital to keep it up in our lives.

Let's start with our largest organ: the skin

Wash and exfoliate your skin with a gentle exfoliator that you can use every other day

This is to avoid that dead cells stay inside your pores and cause blackheads or acne.

The product that never is missing in my daily routine is sunscreen.

There's no excuse for not using one.

Not only will help you with how your skin looks but even more important

it could avoid any medical problem that could end up in things like cancer.

I'm late.

Breakfast is maybe the most important meal of the day.

If you start off your day skipping breakfast and eating bad from the morning on

chances are you won't be able to keep a balanced diet the rest of the day.

I like to eat a have a small but nutritious breakfast that contains the 3 most essential macronutrients.

To me, that first meal should be light, because I work out immediately after eating it.

Here I'm making crepes with coconut flour and homemade banana jelly, but don't worry about it.

Every new season of Visto Bueno will have a full episode dedicated to nutrition

with more information and recipes to eat tasty and healthy.

I can't start my day without my coffee.

Since I bought a coffee machine that let me make my foam

I never wanted to buy a cappuccino with almond milk at a coffee shop again.

First, the almond milk they use in coffee shops usually is loaded with sugar.

Second: my coffee tastes better.

Besides ever since I stopped buying coffee at coffee shops, I've saved a lot of money.

Let's talk about money.

I drink one or two coffees each day.

A cappuccino costs around $4

So we're talking about $8 every day.

$8 x 30 days are $240 every month just in coffee.

Little things like these add up, and these little things are the reason why our budget fades away.

Today I've got zero time to work out so I'll do a quick workout at home.

On days like these I train from 30 to 45 minutes and try to do routines that work the most muscle the better

besides including some cardio

so that I can add value to the little window of time super busy women like you, and I have.

I do a simple circuit with several exercises.

I repeat every exercise for a minute and then rest 20 to 30 seconds in between.

I like to do any variation of planks because not only they work the core

but also lower back, arms, shoulders… and patience

Don't worry if you are not getting everything now.

For every day what I usually do is just a corrective makeup to highlight my attributes.

Typically I correct using

foundation, concealer, contour, and give my skin some life again using bronzer, blush.

Then I use just a little bit of the same bronzer as eyeshadow.

To add a little more depth to my eyes.

Of course, I do my eyebrows. I never go out without doing my eyebrows.

Then my eyelashes, some highlighter, lipstick and there you go…

The keyword for this kind of makeup is time.

We've got to be efficient with the little time we've got.

It's a makeup I do every day to do everything, and it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to do it.

What I wear always depend on the activities I've got during my day.

Today I've got a business meeting with an investor, and then I'll do an interview to a super businesswoman

so I should look both professional and comfy, as well as ready for the camera.

Option one is a white blazer with a black top and shorts.

I love this look because though the blazer makes me look more professional

the short shows not only my personality but my legs.

I like to hide my arms when I show my legs and vice-versa.

Option two is this black dress with red print.

I love the fact that it's got a feminine vibe in it

and being very light, fresh and perfect for the hot and Californian endless summer.

My third option is this blue velvet jumper.

Here it looks darker than what is but it's more like a royal blue.

It's a very light fabric, and since it doesn't have sleeves

I've got the chance to show off my arms and being honest, I work on them to show them off, so…

I chose this option because it made me feel comfortable for both activities

and gave me that edgy touch that I love when I go to work meetings

so they know they shouldn't mess with me.

I've just finished my meeting.

Love Jones Was Everything I Wanted My Life to Be | TIFF 2018 - Duration: 2:59.

It's more of a romantic drama, but it has humour,

but Love Jones is probably the movie, like,

I'm always trying to recreate,

that I've seen the most growing up

and go back to now and then.

It was just kind of canon for me

of a Black, romantic movie.

"Romance is about the possibility in a thing.

You see, it's about the time between when you first meet

some fine-ass woman and when you first make love to her.

Or when you first ask a woman to marry you

and when she says 'I do.'

When people who have been together for a long time

say that the romance is gone... Mm-mm. What they're really saying is

they've exhausted the possibility."

I think it was attached to growing up,

because I was a teenager — I think I was

in high school when it came out

and... I don't know, it was like I was looking at adults,

you know?

She was like the woman I wanted to be, and Larenz Tate

was like the guy I wanted to fall in love with.

And it was just, you know, chic, and there was...

There was jazz music, and there was Chicago,

and there was nighttime, you know?

It just, to me, was so sexy and elegant,

and it just was everything I wanted my life to be.

Because that was before I wanted to be a filmmaker,

and it just stuck with me, and I see it

in all my films, in all my writing.

I'm always kind of rewriting it a little bit.

"You always want what you want when you want it.

Why is everything so urgent?"

This here, right now, at this very moment,

is all that matters to me.

When I was growing up, I was obsessed with

Best Man, and Love Jones, and Love & Basketball,

and Have Plenty.

There was just all these really great

Black romantic comedies that people went to see.

And I don't — I mean, Will Packer's still making

a lot of movies that do well, but there's not —

there doesn't seem to be a ton.

And I don't really know what happened, you know?

And I do feel like I could — I wanna start

taking up that space and see more of them,

because I know I enjoyed them.

Other people want to see them.

You can just never tell. I just never know.

We have to ask some studio executive why they stopped greenlighting them.

300 Gallon Aquarium - Plumbing and Final Prep - Duration: 5:40.

This is part 5 in a series of videos about my new 300 gallon tank from Custom Aquariums.

If you missed the first 4 parts I will link to a playlist for the project down in the

video description.

So the tank, stand, and sump are here,

as you saw in the last video,

which means I've been able to get started on a lot more

prep work to make sure everything is ready

on the day that we move out the old tank

and move in the new one.

One of the first, and easiest things I did was paint the back of the tank black.

This is something that I always do with my tanks.

I just tape up the sides and holes,

and then roll it on in four coats.

One coat longways.

Then another coat up and down.

Then I repeat those for the 3rd and 4th coats.

The end result is a nice solid background.

Simple but effective.

I've also been working on the plumbing for the tank.

This is underneath the stand and it's really just two different parts.

One is the ball valves for the overflow lines.

Those will come down from the stealthbox and these valves will let me

adjust the flow before it moves on to the sump down in the basement.

I mounted these to a scrap piece of MDF before mounting them in the stand,

just so that they would have room behind them for the other part that's under here,

which is the return line manifold.

The main purpose of this is to split the water that comes up from the sump

to the four returns that are drilled in the back of the tank.

So that's the 1 inch line on the right.

The 3/4" line on the left will be connected to the freshwater source

that I mentioned in part 2 of this series.

So when I want to refill the tank after a water change,

I just shut off the side that comes up from the pump,

and open the side that brings in fresh water.

It just made sense to combine these instead of running some other plumbing

to get water up into the tank.

It will probably make more sense once you see it hooked up with the tank in place.

Then down in the basement I had a bunch more to do.

I added a 1 1/2" bulkhead to the right side of the reservoir tub

which is where the pump will connect.

Then I added two 3/4" bulkheads to the back,

and those are for the automated water change system.

Then I added a 2" uniseal on the left side.

This will connect to a 2" uniseal on the baffle tub

to let water flow between the two tubs.

I could have done this with bulkheads

but I had a bunch of spare 2" uniseals and figured I might as well use them.

I haven't gone into detail on the overflows for the automated water changes,

so here is what those look like with the plumbing attached.

The lower line connects to a solenoid valve,

and this is just one of the ones that had been in use before

when my automated system ran the whole fishroom.

It's what's called a 'normally closed' valve,

which means that unless the system tells it to open,

it's sitting there closed and the sump doesn't drain.

This will then connect to a hose that runs down to a floor drain.

So every night, or on whatever schedule I choose,

I'll have this valve open for a set period of time to let water drain.

And this is intentionally higher than the pump so that

it won't impact the tank at all.

Then once that's done,

the solenoid that's connected to the water supply will open

and refill the sump.

The higher bulkhead here is to ensure that I don't overflow the sump.

As you can see it's connected to that same drain line

but further down so that if I add more water than I've removed,

I don't have a flood.

And of course both lines have ball valves and unions to make maintenance easier.

As for the pump,

I'm using a 5300 gallon per hour pump from Lifegard Aquatics.

I won't get that much flow of course since it's pumping up to another floor.

But just in case I need to throttle it down,

I've teed off the line coming from the pump and added a recirculation line.

This just goes back into the baffle tub

and it allows me to really dial in my flow rate.

And here is the entire sump with everything connected,

and full of water for a leak test.

Another thing I needed to take care of was a change I plan to make to my substrate.

I've had this white sand in my tanks for many years,

and while I like it,

it's not the most natural looking substrate,

and for this Umbee I wanted to change to something darker.

So I spent a bunch of time looking at different types of sand.

Here is a layout of what I started with and where I ended.

#1 is my existing sand.

It's CaribSea Eco-Complete African Cichlid.

#2 is a similar product that I used in my 90 gallon way back when,

and it's just their African Cichlid Mix.

It's the same color but a slightly smaller grain size.

#3 is play sand, which I wasn't actually considering

but wanted to see as a point of comparision.

#4 is pool filter sand,

which is a very economical alternative,

and I don't hate it,

but it was still too light for me.

And #5 is what I ended up buying.

It's CaribSea Super Naturals, and the color is called Sunset Gold.

The grain size is definitely smaller than I would like.

And as much as my Umbee moves sand around I may end up regretting it.

But the color is perfect.

I ended up ordering four 50 pound bags

through a local fish store here called Rivers to Reefs.

I saved a bunch of money this way so a huge thanks to Aaron

and if you're near central Ohio hopefully you already know about Rivers to Reefs

but if not, be sure to check it out.

Once I had it, it was just a matter of doing a lot of rinsing.

So at this point I'm about as ready as I can be to move the tank.

I've got water in the stock tank and threw this wood on top

as a temporary lid.

It's actually the wood that I took off of the sides of the crate.

I just made some room for the filter inputs and outputs

And drilled a few holes in the top for air.

I also threw an air pump on there just in case.

I'm really excited to get this tank all set up and share it with you.

My weird, embarrassing phobia - Duration: 6:43.

Phobias are...

interesting aren't they?

Some of em kinda make sense..

like heights

some of em don't really make sense..

like spiders.

They can't hurt you they're just

'Lil

'lil leggy boys

I don't have many phobias

I'm fine with heights

don't find clowns particularly creepy

and I find snakes and spiders pretty cute.

Particularly pythons with their cute lil puppy face

'dawwww

But I do have one phobia

one quite embarrassing phobia

that's been rUINING MY LIFE

okay it's actually more of a mild inconvenience

but I still wish I didn't have it

I have a fear..

of...

dead bugs

not live ones

just dead ones

It is.. incredibly pathetic

to be afraid of something that can't hurt you..

because it's DEAD

And this isn't even just a mild discomfort either

No

as soon as I see a dead spider in my room

my heart starts racing

and I instinctively try to get as far away from it as possible

And it's just bugs too.

Other animals..like

seeing a pigeon that got hit by a car or something

is pretty sad and I don't like seeing it

but it doesn't initiate this flight response I get from bugs

I guess it's the way that their bodies curl up all crookedly but

in that case

I can understand why it would be something you don't really wanna look at

but I don't understand what causes such an extreme sense of discomfort in me

I believe it all started this one time

where a butterfly had gotten into my room somehow

it was blue and really pretty

and I was like "aw."

Then it started to head towards the window

and in the window on the outside

was a biiiiiig spiderweb

sooooo the butterfly got caught in the spider web

and the more it tried to escape

the more it got stuck..

I freaked the HECK out

I actually surprised myself at how freaked out I was

the next day the butterfly was still there..

and I had to get it down if I didn't wanna keep looking at it

working up the courage to whack away the spider web was…

Jeez

it really affected me

even just talking about it now makes my skin crawl

I'm pretty sure that's the event that maybe caused my phobia

I don't recall any time before that where I had this problem

and if I formed a connection with the butterfly only for it to immediately…

Yno..

I guess that makes sense

But that wasn't the end of my traumatic experiences…

A year or something later I had…

THE WASP PROBLEM

So when I was living with my mum a few years back I had..

kind of a weird experience one summer

that amplified my phobia to extreme levels

Now, I'm not inherently afraid of wasps

I learned that if I just chill they'll go away.

When they start getting all up in my face is when I'm a bit like

"k dude pls back up"

cause I am afraid of them stinging

I've never been stung by a wasp

but I wonder if that makes me more scared of being stung than I should be

because maybe my brain is greatly exaggerating my prediction

of how painful a wasps sting really is

So, anyways

I'd be sitting at my computer and a wasp would just

appear in my room

And I didn't know how

The windows were closed

and I looked everywhere for some kind of hole

but I genuinely couldn't find any way that they were getting in

It was as though they were just..

teleported there

Like some wizard was just like

"Hmmm who's day should I ruin today…

ah yeah, perfect"

And it was as if they knew about my phobia because

the wasps would fly around in my window for a bit

then DIE

And I'd have to get rid of them..

And I did

Very reluctantly

But eventually I couldn't handle it

so I left them for a while

but then the amount of dead wasps on my windowsill

piled up until there were like 20 of them

that was a bad idea

In fact

that was probably the worst thing I could've done

cause I'm pretty sure wasps smell the scent of their dead buddies

and go and investigate

thus resulting in even more wasps on my windowsill

So at this point you're thinking

there's a nest somewhere right?

There has to be.

I thought so too.

So my mum called the exterminators

and those guys searched everywhere

- nothing.

This was very bad news for me

I thought this whole thing would finally be over

but instead I was just left more confused

Luckily though they did stop eventually

I think this went on for about 3 weeks

until the wasps just suddenly stopped coming in

and I never had that problem ever again

It was pretty bizarre

and felt like some higher power was teasing me over my stupid phobia

or trying to make me get over it by making me face my fear

Yeah…

that didn't work

In fact

Im almost positive that it made it waaaaay worse.

So, I initially didn't want to make this video

because I was scared that people who didn't like me

would send me a bunch of pictures of dead insects

but I've since learned that pictures don't really bother me

it's only when they're right in front of me when I get..

Y'no

It probably has something to do with having to get rid of it eventually

Once I saw a TV show about fears

and this one woman on it had a fear of knees

And i was like

WOW

how can anyone be afraid of something so ridiculous?

IT CANT HURT YOU

ITS A KNEE.

Also, I tried to find out if this phobia was like a legitimate thing

Yno so you guys wouldn't be able to make fun of me

But all i could find was like 2 or 3 random forum posts of people being like

"yo is anyone else irrationally afraid of dead insects??"

and the reply's just

"uh, no. you're an idiot."

It's nice to know that there's at least more than just me with this weird phobia..

but it's still incredibly embarrassing.

They make all of our computers, and it turns out

they've been throwing in a little something extra.

A shocking new report details how China used a tiny chip--

about the size of a grain of rice--

to infiltrate U.S. tech giants as early as 2015.

The chips allowed the attackers to create a stealth doorway

into any network that included the altered machines.

Investigators found that the chips

had been inserted in factories

run by manufacturing subcontractors in China.

Wow, really?

China has gone too far.

First they hide little notes in my cookies, and now this?

And you realize this isn't about hacking our passwords.

No, that's basic. What they're doing

is they're putting tainted microchips

into the hardware at the factory,

which means there's nothing we can do. Passwords don't help.

I mean, we could move the factories to the U.S.,

but then it's like, "Introducing the new iPhone,

only $6,000."

And then we're like, "Yeah, tell me again

"about the phone with the chip in it.

I'll take that one. I'll take that one."

And here's my thing. If being hacked is inevitable,

which it feels like in this day and age,

maybe we shouldn't try to protect our information

on our devices anymore, right?

I mean, thinking about this, instead what we should do

is just surround our real information

with a bunch of other junk as a distraction.

You know, to throw hackers off the trail.

That's my pitch. That's what I do on my iPhone.

All right? Yeah, no, no.

I-I'm not gonna stop taking dick pics,

but what I also do is...

what I also do is I add a lot of other dick photos.

Yeah. That way if you ever hack my phone,

But now we're learning that people die taking selfies

The Washington Post reports on a study

that says more than 250 people worldwide have died

while taking selfies in the last six years.

News reports were analyzed

by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

The leading cause was drowning.

That was followed by transportation-related deaths

and falling from heights.

Okay, I get falling,

but how are people drowning while taking a selfie?

I don't... I mean, like, what,

do they fall into the water while taking the se...?

Or worse, are they underwater trying to get a selfie

and then, like, dying, because they can't get the perfect pic?

man that was way too close come on so we got to dress something

of yeah I think I'd rather deal with the big kitty than a big dog so what should

we do I don't know maybe there's some way to trap it who we can at least stop

the cat from hurting anyone

that's a good idea Addie but now we just have a giant kitty in a cage hey it's

better than a giant kitty with no cage and all right let's go check it out

wait a minute Jillian what about those pumpkins if they want to fight we'll

fight back just like we did last time you'll hear that pumpkins were coming

looks like all's clear be careful Jillian they could be just lurking

around the corner giggling why do they have to be giggling come on

well at least you drew a nice strong cage Addie I try to do good work alright

so the cat's not gonna hurt anyone but we still have a giant cat in our house

and a giant cage that thing doesn't look like it's gonna fit through the door we

better go back to the drawing board literally wonder where those pumpkins

work just as long as they don't come back

Jillian look it's the black pumpkins of doom how are we supposed to get past

them Jillian last time they hypnotized us yeah but that was only when we

touched them so whatever you do don't touch them what

if they jump towards us like the last ones I have an idea

bed sheets what are we supposed to do with those we're gonna use these as a

barrier all right

I feel like a green ghost well at least it worked so how are we gonna draw our

way out of this problem Jillian I'm not sure why did you have to draw the Kitty

so big to begin with I thought I was drawing a small kitty but I guess he

does look kind of big compared to the piece of paper hmm maybe we have a

problem of scale here scale what are you talking about Jillian well look this kitty

it's just something wrong about all this I don't know what's going on guys

but daddy we tried explaining about the crayons

hey pest control yeah you can cancel that I think I was just a false alarm

do you think those pumpkins are gonna be back a tea I don't know what the rules

are anymore Addie look yes or something I'm supposed to be seen here Julian

no but every other time we've come around this corner there's been

something there so I think we're making progress so we took care of the cat

problem the pumpkins seemed to be gone I think we're good now

Guys, I know I've disappeared, but here I am back on Youtube :)

And because today is election day in Brazil, I've decided to make this video with some of the

major differences between the Brazilian presidencial election and the American

presidential election and also tell you some very

interesting facts about the electoral process in the United States. So, stay tuned!

Well, the first difference, which many of you might already know, is that while in

Brazil voting is compulsory, and if you don't vote, you have to justify your absence, and if

you don't justify it, you lose many of your rights, such the right to apply for a

passport or an ID card, for instance, in the United States, voting is

optional; you vote if you want to.

To give you an idea, the percentage of

American voters who voted in the past 5 presidential elections in the

United States varied between 50 and 60%.

In Brazil, even though voting is mandatory, an average of 80% of voters

vote in presidential elections.

In the United States, most voters

vote using paper ballots, while in Brazil,

electronic voting machines have been used for more than 20 years.

An interesting fact is that in many American states,

voters can vote by mail before the official election day.

So you receive a paper ballot at home and send it with your vote by mail

by the deadline.

And in some cases, people can even vote by email or fax.

The American astronauts who are at the International Space

Station, for instance, can vote by email since 1997.

And listen to this, guys! In some American states, if you've voted early by mail and

you change your mind later about who you want for president,

you can change your vote. That's right, you can re-vote.

As I've mentioned, many Americans vote even before the official election

day, which happens on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in

November, and it's a day like any other, so those who want to vote on election

day have to vote before or after work, or at lunchtime, or

when they have a little free time

because it's a regular working day, it's not a holiday.

And in Brazil, as you know, the election day is always on a

Sunday, which is today, by the way.

Another major difference between the two

systems is that in Brazil, there is direct voting, while in the United

States, voting is indirect. So American voters vote and, based on how

they voted, the delegates from each state directly

vote for president.

And the most controversial aspect of this indirect

system of voting is that sometimes the candidate with less popular

votes gets the majority of electoral votes and ends up winning the election,

and that's what happened in the last election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Hillary ended up getting more popular votes, but Donald Trump got

the majority of the electoral votes and ended up winning the American presidential election.

I know it's a little hard to understand this indirect system, but the good news

is that I've made an entire video explaining in detail how it works.
