haven't seen my recent live video check it out I just got here yesterday and I

did a little vlog like a first impression vlog but today I'm gonna show

you guys around Chiang Mai a little bit so I really don't have any plans for

today I'm just kind of going with the flow so today literally I'm just gonna

take you guys around with me I have a few errands I need to run but literally

I just want to chill I just want to explore and relax so let's go hit the

streets right now I'm in my Airbnb I'm gonna show you guys my outfit today cuz

I'm so excited about it um because I bought this skirt up the

can of the merits dirty I bought this skirt last night at the night market I

freaking love it it's like a wraparound skirt and then I just have on like a

crop top but it's so cute I love it I want to wear it everyday yeah anyways

let's go check out Chiang Mai

fresh fruit smoothie I was shocked for this place for like 30 minutes I got

so good I think I'd like to crush dragon fruit fresh papaya whatever fruit you

want and then they blend it together amazing and it's literally like a dollar

a hoop so I went back to the vegan spa like I told you guys

so cute on the wall it has like all these celebrities

and it says like why they went vegan so cool

the menu is really really a bomb I got vegan impact for you with vegan

chicken and yeah they just have pretty much every

entire dish that you would want vegan chicken that you can add also

tempeh or you can just have regular with like soy protein but oh they even have

like me and zest but I didn't want to try that but yeah so this place is

really gone I can't wait for the first night

okay of course I had to get dessert so I got this vegan brownie

i Stan this is my happy place I feel like I'm going to be here every

single day

we're not all the way inside a temple but I'm just walking around it I just

old city of Chiang Mai and that's where my Airbnb is that's where a lot of the

inside the square of Shang mine just so you guys know that but this is really

cute I just wanted to see it you know what I mean sometimes I'd like to do

tourist stuff sometimes I don't like to do tourist stuff but I feel like this is

Make $5,000 In 2 Weeks With This Simple Real Estate Investing Technique - Duration: 4:01.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

"Hey, Joe, I need to make $5,000 in two weeks.

Can you show me how to do that?"

There's a lot of ways to make money quickly in real estate, and if you have experience

you can do it in two weeks.

You can probably do it in less than two weeks.

And if you have a pipeline of deals going, it's going to be less than that.

You may end up doing a deal every week.

So you've got another property closing every week.

I've been at times in my business where we were closing 10 or 25 properties a week

consistently over months and months at a time.

And when you do that, it makes you a lot of money.

And it doesn't take very long to make that happen.

You've got other people in place, you've got systems in place, you've got that consistently

going.

But let's say that you're just getting started and you want to make some money right

away.

You've got to pay your rent at the end of the month and you're trying to make this

stuff happen.

I would say that the best way to do it is using the For Rent Method.

I've never seen a system that works faster than using the For Rent Method.

Essentially what you're going to do is, you're going to call all the for sale by

owners on craigslist or Zillow or Tulia and you're going to say, "Hey, would you consider

selling your home rent to buy rather than just selling it outright?"

Or, you could call the for rents and say, "Would you consider selling your home rent

to buy rather than renting it?"

And a certain percentage of those people are going to say, yeah, I'd consider that.

And then you just have them sign a lease option memo, and let's say you get that property

for $200K. You raise the price up to $220K and you put it back on the market as a lease

option.

The likelihood is that you'll get it sold in a fairly short period of time, usually

within two weeks, sometimes four weeks to get that property sold, and make your $10K

or $20K of spread between the amount that you paid for it and the amount you sold it

for.

Because you're going to ask them for a down payment.

You're going to ask the new buyer for a down payment.

They're going to give you $10K or $20K down.

Maybe they give you $10K down and you carry another $10K as a note.

And you can do it that way.

So, that's how you make it, and it can happen very quickly.

I've seen people close a deal in a matter of hours.

One of my students told me about a deal they did the other day where they called a guy

up on the phone, he said, yeah, I would do it.

And this particular student had a list of buyers and he had one of those buyers that

he knew was looking in this particular area and he called that buyer up on the way over

to get that lease option memo signed, said, hey, I've got this property.

Do you want to come over and take a look at it?

Don't come for another 20 minutes, I've got to get the memo signed on it.

So he went in, he got the memo signed from the seller, the buyer came in, liked the property,

bought it, and by the next day he had an extra $5,000 in his bank account from that person.

The seller had a new buyer, the buyer got a new property, it was a win win win for everybody.

So it's not hard to make these things happen very quickly, but it does take some skill.

The skill is what takes time to learn, not doing the deals.

The deals don't take long at all once you know how to do them.

So, if you're willing to put in the time, if you have the stamina to get through all

the rejections so that you can learn how to make this stuff work, how you can learn how

to talk to people so that they will actually comply with your wishes, to actually do what

you are asking them to do, where they can actually trust you to solve their problem,

once you get to that point, then it won't be hard to do this in a very short period

of time and make money consistently whenever you want to.

And, if you put it into a system, then it'll be consistent and reliable on top of that.

I'm looking forward to it.

I'm nervous.

Kino confidently said he'll give us a tour of the company.

He seems to be very excited.

I wonder who'll be here at this hour.

This is our big practice room.

If you're someone who watched a lot of PENTAGON or Cube artist videos,

this place won't seem so unfamiliar.

We film our dance videos with this in the background.

We're here in the practice room, so should I show you a dance?

This is actually a secret, but I'll reveal the dance for "Naughty boy".

I'll reveal it for the first time. The "Naughty boy" dance.

We're not sure if it's the first revealing of it, but it's definitely the first time filming it.

I was really surprised when I received the album.

When your album is like your child, you can never brag enough.

We even wore masks.

We added glitter on our faces too.

This is my room.

This is the room of PENTAGON Kino and Jinho.

I think I'm in the studio about 300 out of 365 days.

His personal studio, where he spends most of his days.

It's a place full of Kino's passion for music.

I'll play something very short for you.

Our ears perk up because he said it's a song that was never heard anywhere else.

This is the place where the songs made in Kino's head get ready to come out into the world.

I don't really have a lot of hobbies or other things I do.

This is my hobby and work and everything. Really.

I only have this.

So, being honest, the hardest times are when...

This is the only thing in my life,

so when I feel doubt or get into a slump from this...

That's when it's the hardest for me.

It's something all artists worry about, right?

But when he's focused on his work, he forgets about those worries.

It must be his calling.

The most fascinating thing for me is...

that I can make my favorite kind of music with my own hands.

I think that's so fascinating.

I can enjoy it and still approach it as work.

And in that, I feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness.

All of this are very precious to me, really.

For Kino, this moment when he can make his favorite music is very important.

This moment when he's deep into music is his happiest moment.

This is the A&R Team's office that develops our trainees.

And our Seonho, whom I cherish so much.

You have to pick his nose from time to time.

This is the dance studio.

The dance practice studio where he spent most of his time before his debut.

Let's hop into old memories for a bit.

I'll look at the mirror and hold the microphone stand.

I practiced a lot of these gestures. I sang while dancing.

I'm remembering a lot from my trainee days.

The things I wanted show when I become an artist when I was still a trainee.

I feel like I lost a lot of those things.

If I have a chance, I want to hurry and show you.

I'll work hard and show you great things.

So we just saw all everything, including the vocal practice rooms.

Other than this, there are offices for the employees.

I think a trainee is practicing his singing.

hey guys welcome back to my channel my name is Leah and I am in Thailand if you

haven't seen my recent live video check it out I just got here yesterday and I

did a little vlog like a first impression vlog but today I'm gonna show

you guys around Chiang Mai a little bit so I really don't have any plans for

today I'm just kind of going with the flow so today literally I'm just gonna

take you guys around with me I have a few errands I need to run but literally

I just want to chill I just want to explore and relax so let's go hit the

streets right now I'm in my Airbnb I'm gonna show you guys my outfit today cuz

I'm so excited about it um because I bought this skirt up the

can of the merits dirty I bought this skirt last night at the night market I

freaking love it it's like a wraparound skirt and then I just have on like a

crop top but it's so cute I love it I want to wear it everyday yeah anyways

let's go check out Chiang Mai

fresh fruit smoothie I was shocked for this place for like 30 minutes I got

so good I think I'd like to crush dragon fruit fresh papaya whatever fruit you

want and then they blend it together amazing and it's literally like a dollar

can I have dragon fruit

but Nana can I have three or just to okay

I'm gonna have dragon fruit papaya and banana please okay

so this is my breakfast I got dragon fruit papaya and banana this is the best

thing in the world I'm literally I want to eat this every

single day for breakfast it's so refreshing

what I've been dying to do is get my nose pierced so that's what we're gonna

do next I'm gonna try and find this piercer that I read online has really

here after I finished that piercing

um yep my set and coming here afterwards

so excited about this I've been wondering my nose pierced for a while I

had it pierced when I was younger but then you know how life works

I had like a bunch of jobs where I couldn't have my nose piercing in so I

ended up taking it out but now it's repierced I'm so excited I really want a

hoop but she said I have to keep this in for four days first and then I can go to

a hoop so I went back to the vegan spa like I told you guys

so cute on the wall it has like all these celebrities

and it says like why they went vegan so cool

the menu is really really a bomb I got vegan impact for you with vegan

chicken and yeah they just have pretty much every

entire dish that you would want vegan chicken that you can add also

tempeh or you can just have regular with like soy protein but oh they even have

like me and zest but I didn't want to try that but yeah so this place is

really gone I can't wait for the first night

okay of course I had to get dessert so I got this vegan brownie

i Stan this is my happy place I feel like I'm going to be here every

single day

okay I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this but

we're not all the way inside a temple but I'm just walking around it I just

wanted to show you what the watts look like I'm not sure I'm allowed to be in

here there's no signs in English don't know

gate of Chiang Mai so maybe didn't know like the old city

of Chiang Mai is like enclosed in this gate like this so the city of Chiang Mai

is like the old city part is like literally in a square there's a square

which is this it goes around the city in like a box and inside of the box is the

old city of Chiang Mai and that's where my Airbnb is that's where a lot of the

watts and touristy stuff all the markets the night markets all that stuff is

inside the square of Shang mine just so you guys know that but this is really

cute I just wanted to see it you know what I mean sometimes I'd like to do

tourist stuff sometimes I don't like to do tourist stuff but I feel like this is

important

formerly one had to pass through this gate when traveling south to Lam phones

last stop of the day we're at 7-eleven the 7-eleven is really popular here
