Youtube daily report w Oct 5 2018

My name is Luca Locatelli and I am an Italian documentary photographer

I love medium format cameras and they have always been my tool of expression

The latest creation made by Fujifilm is an amazingly light, fast and sexy camera

The new GFX 50R is beautifully designed

making you feel immediately to go out and create

Then I needed to find the right situation

something special, vibrant and with the right mood

One of the biggest Rock'n'Roll festival was just happening in Italy

and I thought

that is the right place for me to be

In every corner of this small town in the eastern coast of Italy

the American dream rocks on

People are coming from everywhere and with different ages

the rhythm is frantic and everyone is dancing so fast in front of you!

And then, when everything is happening rapidly and in low light condition

the camera is really put to the test

Still, I was impressed by the auto focus system

and the ISO response quality

I've never missed one!

I usually like to play my role as a photographer

share my ideas and being confident inside the situation

And then when I'm getting closer to people

this is when I start to seize the right moment

The GFX50R brings back the design of the great classic Fujifilm cameras

but with the most innovative core you can expect to have in a digital medium format

Talking with people, following the rhythm, making friends, feeling the situation

this is what I like to do when I'm out on the street doing my work

At the back a multi touch screen makes it easy to swipe, scroll and pinch to zoom on your pictures

having an immediate feedback of the image you're creating

A fixed lens was my choice for this occasion, I want to keep it lighter, moving around the situation without changing it

The GFX 50R makes you do what you love most, photography, even better

Gopal Bhar | গোপাল ভাঁড় | Epar Opar - এপার ওপার | Bangla Cartoon Video - Duration: 6:03.

Today's story is Epar Opar. (This bank and the opposite bank).

Gopal, Nepal, both of you've arrived.

I welcome both of you to the royal court of Murshidabad.

I hope you know why both of you've been summoned here.

Yes, Your Majesty. I know it.

You want to test who's smarter Nepal or I.

Are you ready?

Yes, Your Majesty.

That's good.

Now I'll ask you to bring three men.

One will be on this bank of the river,

The other one on the other bank of the river...

...and one in the middle of the river.

You've one day's time.

The one who is able to fulfill the task properly...

...will be termed as the smartest.

Go and start your work.

Please let us go. Please. - Please leave us.

Please leave us.

I told you that there's nothing to be scared of.

The Sultan wants to meet you.

Meet him and then you can go.

I hope he won't kill us. - No. No.

Why will he kill you?

Listen, wait near the main gate of the palace tomorrow morning at 10.

I'll come to receive you. - Okay.

Mother, will you go?

You've addressed me as mother.

How can I not help my son who's in trouble?

I'll go, I'll definitely go.

Son, I'm meditating all alone.

Why do you want me to come? - Don't worry, sage.

You'll have to be there for a short period of time.

You can come back to your solitary hut after that.

Will you come, father? - Yes, I'll go.

Don't worry, Gopal. I'll definitely go.

Why won't I go?

Greetings, Sultan!

As per your order I've brought three people before you.

He's a farmer who lived on this bank of the river.

He's a potter. He was collecting clay on the other bank of the river.

You can ask them if you don't believe me.

Gopal, what about you?

Your Majesty, let me first tell you that you didn't mean an actual river.

I've brought three people with me.

He's the priest of a temple. He's a Brahmin.

He always tries to increase his client base.

He always tries for more offerings.

In short he's busy worrying about his present.

He belongs to this side of the river bank.

He's an ascetic.

He has given up lust, anger, greed.

He sits in the deep forest oblivious of the wild animals...

...and is busy meditating.

He's so engrossed in prayers that he forgets about hunger and thirst.

So, we can say that he belongs to the other bank of the river.

She's a mother.

She's always busy with her child.

She neither worries about wealth nor thinks about god.

So, we can say that she lives in the middle of the river.

What do you say, Your Majesty?

Gopal, you're not only intelligent but also a learned man.

Take your reward.

You've made Nadia proud.

Here's you reward.

I feel blessed to be rewarded by you, Your Majesty.

"Who fools whom?"

"Who cheats whom?"

"Who's honest and who's dishonest?"

"Who is real and who is fake?"

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"Gopal Bhar will come."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"A little bitter and a little sweet."

"Truth is a mixture of both."

"With varied emotions he brings us the gift of laughter."

"Gopal Bhar is here."

"Gopal Bhar is here."

"The Gopal Bhar."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"The characters here are very strange."

"Witness their activities."

"The characters..."

"You listen with your ears closed."

"You think with your mouth shut."

"You see with your eyes closed."

"Gopal Bhar will come here."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"Gopal Bhar will see everything."

"Yes, Gopal Bhar."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"Gopal Bhar is here."

"Gopal Bhar will tell us."

"Gopal Bhar is here."

"A Glimmer of Hope is on its new day on Kanal D!"

Ms.Derya, do you have children?

Her husband and baby were lost at sea. All hell broke loose.

They looked everywhere.

The girl wandered around the streets like crazy for months.

God, help me.

Grant me to have this settled without causing much damage.

If something happened to my son, I could not live, Yılmaz.

I would not think even for a second and kill myself.

Umut!

GRILLED STEAK SALAD RECIPE WITH SPINACH AND CABBAGE & RAW SUNFLOWER SEEDS - Duration: 8:18.

Good morning I want to thank you for joining Mrs. Linda's Corner.. I'm actually

making a huge salad today, while a big salad of spinach and cabbage salad and

then I'll be adding cooking some staple of protein on the side I'm trying to

actually do the keto diet I don't have any protein bread in here but

one of the little pieces I think I could grab that but there's also lots of

veggies in your I mean lots of there's some carbs in your veggies so anyway

let's get started I am cooking my steak already I just added it to the pan I

have the steak and the onion and I'm gonna guess I'm letting this cook I

think I probably need to turn that up a little more and I'm also adding some

peppers and a little cilantro that I had that I don't want to go bad in the in

the pan and a lot of times you have to

just add a little flavor a lot of times you have to add the pepper I have to add

the pepper glass because they'll start to burn and create a really bad fire and

the order that I put it depends it's actually some avocado oil I normally

would use grapeseed oil but this was a way that I can also have some of the

quick oils that I like to cook with but it doesn't take steak really that long

to get done I have to cook cook this little piece a little bit longer so

anyway I let this get done and then I'm gonna toss these peppers over here on

there so they can

it doesn't it doesn't it's okay if they cook just a little bit but if you let

them cook too long in here they will cause too much smoke to start

billowing out of the pan. So I'm letting that cook okay so while that meat cooks

I'm gonna come over here and start making my salad I already have I'm

having adding for base I'm using cabbage as well as some fresh-cut spinach so

I'll add that to my bowl trying to get all the veggies a good amount of veggies

it's always good to have a nice big salad at least once a day and having

these are some some mushrooms and a heaven bought before but put a few of

those on there

okay and I also found this putting a little pea tendrils I guess is like

sprouted peas so I'm adding that yeah I probably should have put it in a bigger

smaller contain a bigger a larger container but it'll be fine... yeah! so yeah

I've had put up all of my ingredients here I have fresh tomatoes from the

garden onion I have some berries; strawberries, cherries, and a few grapes

here that I found blueberries that came from Whole Foods and a little container

kind of oblong it's different but I've had started eating those because they're

dark and rich in antioxidants then I have some garlic here little hot peppers

as you know I would love some spicy and this is just cut up squash and I have

these avocados organic avocados with garlic I love I'm a huge fan of garlic

so I'm going to add all this to my salad so I've added the stuff in here and I'm

going to add a little sprinkle of tumeric

yeah I'm gonna add that and then I also have some sunflower seeds for the raw

sunflower seeds I'm gonna add... I love that garlic and olives oh my god they're

so good and I have some also some chipotle roasted salad dress such a pole a

roasted salsa that I have that I'm going to add to that as well because cook

tomatoes are really good for you and I'm going to be using two salad dressings I

have the ranch that it's really tasty and I also have this came out of a

pre-mixed package of salad so it's got its like a little vinaigrette it's got

poppy seeds in there too so I'm going to add that on there yeah I know it's a

little too much salad dressing and then put a couple of scoops of the tomato on

there let's get over here and this is gonna be basically my one meal for the

day today I'm just trying to do one meal make this a big salad with the protein

and everything in there and then I won't have to worry about getting hungry again

then I'm just gonna drink water the rest of the day as you can see I actually

have my cucumber water here I filled this up several times I'm actually

tracking how much water I have I've had three glasses already I'm about to have

another three... so I'm gonna check on the meat okay so the meat looks done and I'm

gonna add that to my salad

hmm yeah that's pretty good

so I'm gonna add that to my salad and what is left over I haven't had any eggs

in a while guys so even though I have the steak protein I'm still gonna add my

my eggs so yeah I'm gonna add that to my salad and then I'm gonna cook my eggs in

the same pan and it's charred a little bit so that is beautiful also when I was

cooking this I besides a little dab of avocado oil I also added a little dollop

of butter just so that because water make things look really would have a

different consistency really makes them delicious so I'm gonna take this other

piece out and just leave it to the side and then that and a little oil for my

eggs and then I'm gonna top it off with that egg once I gets done so yeah you

know that skillet is nice and... oops! camera died! (see next video to continue)

Cushions decorated with circles - Duration: 6:21.

Welcome to my channel "Hecho entre encinas"

My name is Maria Isabel, here is a new tutorial

Hello everybody, if you have a fabric you do not know what to do with, it was my case,

I have cut it into strips 4 cm wide and I have made these circles with a crochet.

They are different sizes because I want to do a pillow with them

and I want to match the small ones beside the big ones.

I am going to show you how it is done.

Here is a circle I have already begun, I have used a multicoloured thread, it adds

an extra ornament to the circles.

Chain 3 and then, the hook goes in between the strips, yarn over,

move forward a bit, we pull the yarn et finish the stitch

In fact, it is a single crochet.

Chain 3 again, another one in the middle of the single crochet of the previous row.

yarn over again underneath, move forward, yarn over and finish the stitch.

Chain 3, the crochet goes through the middle again, move forward, and continue

till you have the desired size.

To make the increases, instead of inserting the crochet through the column

We should insert it here, chain 3, and instead of inserting it there, I do it here

in the middle, I do the increases like that from time to time, the next s.c. will

go through the column

I am going to start a new one because at the beginning, it is more difficult, here is the strip

at the beginning, I make a knot

and the hook goes throught the knot, chain 3,...

this thread is bothering me...

At the beginning, it is more difficult, one, two, three, I go forward a little bit, yarn over from beneath,

Crochet a S.C. , chain 3 and I crochet a S.C, the hook goes underneath to do so.

Once more, another S.C., I have to crochet at least 6 before beginning the circle.

I already have 4, I already have 5, once more

I turn the strip to make a circle, I crochet 3 chains and now you have to go through the threads

underneath wherever you can, you pull the thread underneath, finish the s.c., crochet 3 more chains

and instead of going through the column, you have to do a lot of increases, you go through the middle,

through the hole, not through the column of the s.c., one, two, three, If you are near the s.c.

the, you can go through the s.c. of the previous row, one, two, three, now it is too far

then, I crochet the s.c., in the middle of the chains,

that is the way of making the augmentations.

Well, see you soon.

Employees Disrespect You - How Do You Regain Control? - Duration: 11:52.

How do you deal with employees that disrespect you?

That's a great question, and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there.

I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by SavvyPerks.com

If you run a cleaning business, and you have house cleaning employees that are being disrespectful

to you, there's a lack of loyalty.

There's a lack of belonging, a lack of participation.

Having a rewards program where you guys go out once a month, and you have a dinner together,

or you give them certificates to the spa where they can go get a massage after a hard day

or work, or maybe you just give them a program that offers them discounts on every day when

they eat out at lunch, SavvyPerks.com can do that for you.

For about the price of a sandwich per month, you can have continual benefits, bonuses,

incentives flowing through your company that will keep your employees loyal to you.

Check it out at SavvyPerks.com

All right. There's another thing that we're going to talk about today,

which is what do you do when your employees

are not being respectful to you? Okay.

What happens when you are the boss?

You are in charge.

You are not their friend, but you are a leader.

If you have stopped being a leader and you are becoming their friend, and you're just

playing nice, and we'll talk about that in another episode, is niceness killing you,

but what we want to talk about today is not niceness.

What we want to talk about, are you a leader, because we respect leaders.

We respect our parents.

We respect people in authority.

We don't respect our friends so much.

We're like, "Ah, you're full of it."

But with leaders, we respect.

If you've stopped being a leader and you're more of a friend, and you're being too nice,

that could create the environment where people walk all over the top of you.

The very first thing that we want to do is we want to be friendly but not friends.

What I mean by that is you don't want to let people walk all over you, and you don't want

them to take advantage of you, because when you are firm and you have your boundaries

in place, what that does is that creates an illusion of, "Oh, I don't have to be the one

that creates all the boundaries, because the boundaries already exist.

My boss has already created those for me.

All I have to do is show up and participate."

It takes a lot of responsibility off the employee.

Now, if they've run amok with your company, and they're going in all different directions,

and they're talking bad behind your back, and they're backstabbing you to customers

and all these things, this is something you need to rein in, sort of bring them in, and

the very first thing that I would do is I would explain to them the reasons why.

When you explain the reasons why to your employees, then they understand

what's going on in the company.

If you're making decisions behind their back and you're not including them in it, and you're

not letting them be a part of the decision-making process, they don't feel any ownership of

the company.

Why would they respect you and why would they be loyal to you if there's no ownership of

the company?

There's nothing in it for them other than a paycheck that they can go get anywhere.

You want to create this loyalty by saying, "Hey, listen, here's the reason why we're

doing this," and you explain all the different ins and outs.

There are lots of companies that don't want to explain how the company makes money, or

how the boss makes money, or how much the company makes.

A lot of these are private questions.

They're business questions.

But the more the employee knows, to a certain point, you don't want to go overboard and

you don't want to overshare, but if you include enough information that they get the big picture,

they can be your allies out in the marketplace.

You want to explain the reasons why.

When we're this tall, we ask our parents, "Why," and our parents explain to us, "This

is the reason why.

Well, this is the reason why."

We keep asking, "Why? Why? Why?"

Share your why with your employees.

Tell them, "This is why we treat Mrs. Jones this way, and we treat Mrs. Peterson this way.

This is why we have to get here five minutes early for this job, and this is why we have

to stay five minutes late for this job."

You have to explain the reasons why, because all the reasons are different.

But once the employees know, now they can participate in that information.

The next thing that I want to suggest is listening.

Do you have the ability to listen to your employees?

If they have a problem, instead of backstabbing you and talking it out with the customer,

I would rather them come and talk to you.

But are you a listening ear?

If you're not a safe listening ear, they're not going to come to you with their problems,

even if it's about co-workers.

They're going to take matters into their own hands, which is what it sounds like they've

done, and they're going to try to resolve those problems on their own.

Now, we want to empower our employees to solve problems on their own, but only after, only

after we've explained our reasons why and we've listened to them.

We need to understand where they are coming from.

"You did something today that was really interesting,

and I would like for you to explain to me

what happened here.

What was your judgment or what was your decision-making process?"

They may have a very valid reason for why they did what they did,

but if you just jump to conclusions,

now you've put them in a defensive position.

Now they're not going to be respectful to you because you don't understand them.

You haven't heard them out.

You haven't listened to them.

They don't know where you're coming from, and you don't know where they are coming from.

It's important to just call them in and say, "Hey, listen.

I'm not judging you.

Something happened here today.

It was a very interesting choice.

Please share with me what happened so that we can either make this the new policy or

we can make sure it never happens again," or whatever, right?

You have choices once you know what's going on.

All right.

Then the next thing that I want to recommend is that you pay extra attention, because in

our companies it's so easy to catch our employees doing things wrong.

But instead of catching them doing things wrong, what if you were to catch them doing

things right?

Now, on a daily basis, and this is so much fun for me, I end up working long after my

employees leave, and so there are things that I uncover during the course of a day,

things that malfunctioned, or things that malfunctioned and my employee jumped in of their own empowerment

and they solved the problem, and I'm just discovering it at 8:00 at night.

I sit there saying, "Wow, she really had my back," so I'll send her a text at 8:00 at

night and say, "Oh, my gosh, I just wanted to say thank you.

I just discovered that you solved a problem today that I should have resolved, and you jumped in.

You had my back.

You got me covered, and I really appreciate it. Thank you."

Then they text right back and, "Oh, thanks so much for noticing.

I hope what I did was okay."

Whether it was okay or not is irrelevant.

That they took the initiative to try to solve a problem is what counts, and they're going

to keep trying to match your efforts.

Now, if you only say, "Well, I'll see her again tomorrow.

I'll just say thanks when she comes in," that's not good enough.

You need to surprise them when you notice it.

There are things that happen all the time in my business and I'm surprised.

Somebody edits my video and I see something that makes me laugh, I'm like, "Ha ha, that's

so funny," and I screen shot it and I send it back to the editor, and I'm saying, "Oh,

my goodness, thank you.

That was so funny.

That cracked me up."

They're like, "Oh, she likes humorous things.

I will add more humorous things into her videos," or whatever.

There are things that you can do as a business owner, and my business is a little bit different

now from the average run-of-the-mill household cleaning, but there are things that you can

catch every day.

Let's say that a customer calls you and they have a problem, and you say, "Okay, of the

things that happened today, what did you like best and what did you like the least, and

if we could change one thing, what would it be?"

Then that information you can pass off to the house cleaner.

I would bring up the things that you can change in your next meeting, which would be a couple

days from now or at the end of the week.

The things that they did right, I would text them tonight and I would say, "Listen, I just

got off the telephone with Mrs. Jones, and she said X, Y, Z about what you did today."

They're going to go, "Oh, thank you so much."

Everybody loves praise and approval because that's what we're all seeking.

As house cleaners, we are people pleasers.

We jump through hoops to please people every day.

When the only feedback that you're getting is negative feedback, that you did this wrong

and you did that wrong, and, "I'm frustrated with this, and why are you doing this," and

you have all these complaints and worry, that mirrors back to you.

That's all you're going to get back in return.

There's going to be no love, no respect, no anything going on there except, "I just got

to go find me a new job."

It's mutual.

You're wishing these people would go find a new job.

It's not a good fit anymore.

But if you are their ally, and you've got their back, and you're watching for things,

and you're making suggestions and positive comments to the customers, customers will

see what you encourage them to focus on.

It's true.

If I tell you not to look at the color yellow, suddenly all you're going to see are yellow

things, trying not to look at the color yellow.

It's the same with customers.

If I tell you to focus on one thing, and I say, "Oh, you're going to love this about

Julia when Julia arrives to clean your house," all they're going to be looking for is the

amazing thing that you said Julia does when she comes to your house.

You want to focus on the positive things with your customers, with your employees, so that

when they get together there's a perfect match.

There will still be suggestions and things that are done wrong and whatever, but the

way that you handle that will build your respect that you've lost, because if you find yourself

as a boss and you have lost the respect of your employees, you've got an uphill battle.

It is just going to be an uphill battle.

But it's not too hard to stop and reverse the process by reversing your behavior.

It's going to take some time, because there's a pattern in place, and so you're going to

have to bust the pattern, and you're going to have to start doing things new.

My suggestion to you would be this.

First, catch your employees doing things right.

Very first.

Catch them doing things right and start to thank them off the clock.

Thank them before work.

Thank them after work.

Thank them during the middle of the business day.

Whenever you discover they did something right, stop and send them a note, just a quick text,

"Thank you."

Then the next thing is listen.

When they tell you something, "Well, so and so did such and such," "Oh, my goodness, that's

really important to me.

Can you share with me a little bit more?

Can you give me a little bit more details?

Can you tell me how it happened?

What was happening when this happened?"

Dig a little bit deeper.

Act like you really care.

Then act like you really care, and then do really care.

Really care.

See if there's something you can resolve, and maybe it means you've got to call another

co-worker in and say, "Hey, something happened here, and I'm sure you had a really good reason

for it.

Can you share your side of the story with me?"

Then you get them to share their side of the story.

Now they think that you care.

You act like you care, and then you really do care.

Then now you've got to piece it between the two of the employees that have to go back

to work tomorrow morning.

There are things you can do.

But if you share your reasons why, "Here's why I'm doing this.

Called you in for this reason.

Here's the reason why.

I'm patching the two of you back together.

Here's the reason why.

I'm sending you back to Mrs. Jones's house, even though none of us are getting along right now.

Here's the reason why," and you explain your reasons why,

suddenly everybody's back on board.

Then when you catch them doing things right, and you catch them repairing the situation,

repairing their friendships, rebuilding trust, rebuilding likeability, rebuilding loyalty,

rebuilding respect, reward that behavior.

The behavior you reward is the behavior that's repeated.

If you want to earn back the respect from your employees, the key word in this sentence

is earn.

You have to earn it.

Just stop where you are.

Don't beat yourself up.

It's not that you made any mistakes.

You can't fix something you don't know is broke.

Now you know it's broke and now you know how to fix it.

All righty. That's my two cents for today.

Until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Family Provision: What are Caveats? - Duration: 3:37.

Good morning everyone. My name is Justine Aubin and I'm one of the lawyers in the

Contested Estates department here at Turnbull Hill Lawyers. And I'm Adrian

Corbould, Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates at Turnbull Hill. So, we thought

today that we talked about some of the common enquiries that we do get here a

lot and something that we get asked a lot about is caveats. We do understand

that not everybody is familiar with Estates law and it can be quite an

emotional and stressful time. So, we just thought we'd shed some light

in regards to caveats. So, something that I get asked a lot is that someone will

call through and be worried, stressed out, their loved one's just passed and

they're worried that there might have been some suspicious activity around the

making of the Will. They're worried that their loved one might not have actually

had capacity at the time of making their last Will. So, what should they

do? What is I guess the next step for them an Adrian? Yeah, so in

that situation there's a lot of not knowing anything. So, what will happen is

they may not necessarily be contacted by anyone at any time. They can't, no one can

presume that just because they are related to a deceased person by some,

whether by relationship or being a child that someone will automatically contact

them. Yeah, so that can be quite stressful. Yes. So, what is the next step

forward? So, what should we be telling the enquiry? Yeah well, what

someone who does hold a Will who isn't the enquirer, what they'll be doing is

they'll be seeking to obtain probate of the document they have. Okay, so what is

probate are you able to explain what that is? Yeah, a probate is the process of

proving the Will and the method is, they file some documents at the

Supreme Court with the Will seeking for that document to be probated. Once the

court approves it they stamp it and they give it to the Executor to go and

administer the estate. Okay, so once probate has been granted that is the

last Will. Yeah, that's established, that's the last Will and

it's difficult, not impossible, but it's difficult to

then challenge the validity of that Will once it's been probated. So, if

someone's got concern that that last Will might not actually be valid

probate is granted? Yeah, absolutely and it's a then do they need to do something before

simple process called putting a caveat on probate. Okay and

what does a caveat do? So, a caveat means beware or warning. The analogy I

use is it's a stop sign to anyone who is applying for probate, they will be

notified by the Probate Registry, "Oh, we can't do anything further because

there's a caveat on probate." Okay, so if there is a caveat that's been filed, that

will give the person I guess some time to make some enquiries and obtain some

more information. Yeah, the caveat lasts six months.

Okay. After six months it expires. At that time, they either have to renew a new one.

So, you can renew another one? You can renew it, but you've got to be aware that

there's a six-month time and it's not just a place it on once and sit back

and wait. It will lapse up after six months.

All right, well thank you that was really helpful. Hopefully that answered some of

your questions. Thank you. If you've got any further questions

please feel free to give us a call here at Turnbull Hill Lawyers.

Josh Gordon Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Patriots WR? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:46.

Josh Gordon Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Patriots WR? | Heavy.com

New England Patriots wide receiver Josh Gordon had fantasy football owners on Cloud 9 for a brief few moments in Week 4.

While Gordon didn't play much in his Patriots debut against the Miami Dolphins, he managed to haul in both of his targets for 32 yards and looked solid.

Now, fantasy owners are left scratching their heads on whether or not to roll him out in Week 5.

On the surface, Gordon is about as risky as they come.

He played just 22 percent of the Patriots' offensive snaps last week, per Football Outsiders.

And with Julian Edelman coming back, you'd assume he could take a bigger hit on Thursday Night Football.

But I'm going to buy into a bit of the argument on the other side here.

With Edelman returning, it could change the entire New England offense and most importantly, make life easier for Gordon and tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Not only that, but Tom Brady could be primed for a huge showing in primetime.

Josh Gordon's Unique Spot.

Last week, Chris Hogan (86 percent), Phillip Dorsett (70 percent) and Cordarrelle Patterson (51 percent) all out-snapped Gordon.

But if the former Cleveland Browns wideout is truly ready to go and healthy, what's to say he doesn't steal snaps from all three of those players?.

When looking at the team's Week 4 victory, Dorsett (four catches, 55 yards, one touchdown) and Patterson (three catches, 54 yards, one touchdown) were solid.

But for the fourth-straight game, Hogan was essentially a non-factor.

And apparently, Bill Belichick and the coaching staff have taken notice.

If Gordon truly winds up supplanting Hogan, Dorsett, and Patterson and jumps up in playing time, this is a monster opportunity for fantasy owners.

Should You Start Josh Gordon in Week 5?.

If Edelman, Gronkowski, and Gordon are on the field together for more than 40 percent of the offensive snaps, then I'm considering starting the team's newest wideout almost everywhere.

I wouldn't go as far as using him in 10-team leagues but in 14-team leagues or larger, I'd use him with confidence.

How the Patriots approach new faces in the offense is risky, but the mediocre play from the other receivers bodes well for Gordon.

Tack on the rumblings that Brady has been trying to build a relationship with Gordon, and the arrow is seemingly pointing up for the wideout in multiple ways.

The Colts have allowed 613 yards and four touchdowns to opposing receivers, and the attention Edelman and Gronkowski will draw should create a few big-play opportunities.

I'd hold out on a final call until close to game time, but if we get confirmation on Gordon playing (questionable, expected to play) and any comment on him seeing more snaps, then he's a start.

If we don't get any word on Gordon's potential playing time, then using him in 12-team leagues with a flex spot comes down to your other options.

He'll be a risky play, but one with tremendous upside once again.

Cloudy at sunrise — Outdoor photo shoot - Duration: 5:40.

[Low music fades in and fades out]

(Singing) Let's talk about the weather.

Yeah!

Ever get up in the morning while it's still dark

aiming to set-out to shoot a sunrise only to discover at first light

it's nothing but clouds?

[Sound of film projector] [Music]

Hi I'm Mark Horner.

Beyond 90 Seconds.

And that's a situation I faced last weekend where

in my busy schedule for the weekend I only had about that 3 hour window to shoot sunrise.

Well I decided to go for it any way.

And as I left my driveway it was first light at that point

and I thought well maybe I'll just go down the road

nearby drive-thru get a quick cup of coffee to take along with me.

But I knew if I did that I might miss sunrise.

Even though seeing the sun Seemed highly unlikely with all that cloud cover.

Well I'm glad I got up.

I'm glad I got in the car with the gear.

And I'm glad I didn't get that cup of coffee at that time.

Otherwise I would have missed this.

[Music]

The sun

rising over the jagged peaks of the Cascade Mountains.

Only visible for about a minute.

Long enough to record this video then flip the camera settings over to photo

so that I could take this picture too.

And just like that the sun

was gone.

But my curiosity remained.

What might be down below in the Snohomish Valley?

[New music]

Next stop

the pullout along the south end of Springhetti Road.

Pockets of morning fog still hanging in the air.

Familiar cows with necks outstretched aimed at their morning chow.

Flocks of Canada Geese arrived from the east.

Passing over my favorite tree then landing in the farm fields

where they'll chow too.

After driving the short distance down the hill

I get a close look at those fields where corn had recently stood far above my

6 foot 4 frame.

Another year.

Another harvest.

The farmer and his dog on their morning walk.

[New music]

A short drive to Short School Road

gets me closer to Lord Hill and a dream-like view of horses in the fog.

With a field of colorful flowers nearby I get down on my knees to shoot this perspective.

And spend about 15 minutes doing so.

Recording video and taking photos.

[Music continues]

There was so much to shoot along this road.

More than I had time for on this morning.

But I tried to squeeze in as many shots as I could

before I'd have to head home.

With my time winding down And already feeling spoiled by these moments

I'd witnessed another surprise.

Just as the fog had danced upon the valley so did pure spontaneous joy

out there in the pumpkin patch.

[Music continues]

And now

all of those moments witnessed and ultimately shared with you

because I didn't let the weather win.

I didn't let it discourage me.

I still set out.

Now I know some of you are going to probably think

Come on Mark.

It doesn't always work out that way.

Sometimes it's just too lousy out weather-wise to do any good shooting.

And you know you're right.

But this reminds me of back in the day when I used to shoot film.

Just shooting was fulfillment enough.

The getting outdoors And just experiencing the out of doors.

If I happened to get a good shot or even a great shot

say just one shot on a roll of film or even for the entire day.

That was just a bonus.

The icing on the cake.

So what about you?
