The veganism doesn't have an effect just when it comes to the saving of animals life.

Yes, I confess. During the first two years, this was the thing which motivated me.

But as the time went by I discovered that the veganism had a bigger impact.

For example, it has an impact on the planet.

I don't know if you know this, but it takes approximately 2500 gallons of water...

...To produce approximately one pound of beef meat.

I believe this is one thing you can think about.

Moreover, it had a big impact on my health.

I don't think if in these three years...

...Since I started being vegan, I was sick more than five-six times, and more than two-three days.

At the beginning I was very mad when I talked with omnivores and...

As the time went by, I realized that people change just through the power of example.

Personally, the veganism has helped me a lot.

After a few months I started to have more energy, motivation,

it helped me when it came to growing my nails.

And I also want you to think about one aspect, when it comes to the confrontation with the people who don't have the same principles and ideas as you.

I want you to think that...

How hard is for you to change because that's what you want?

Think about how insignificant is someone's else opinion when you want to change or not.

That's the same when you want to change someone else to become vegan.

It won't work.

MY FAVOURITE RECIPE

I could also tell you what you could eat.

Therefore I thought of showing you one of my favourite recipes.

It's a recipe I made it myself...

...A few weeks ago...

For two serving we will need 200 grams of quinoa,

two teaspoons of turmeric,

and one teaspoon of cumin.

And then I used approximately two-three teaspoons of grape seed oil.

You can use another oil.

I let it become hot and I added the spices.

Then you add quinoa,

you stir it,

you add two cups of water,

and based on your preferences, salt.

And then you let it boil approximately 15 minutes.

Then you add approximately 100 grams of peas,

and this is the quinoa mix.

And for the salad I like to use baby spinach,

cherry tomatoes,

and lemon.

As an advice, I recommend you to use organic spinach and cherry tomatoes.

Because those are in the top of most contaminated foods with pesticides.

Not least,

you prepare one serving of tofu.

This is already prepared from the 'Lord of Tofu'.

But you can use the simple one, sprinkled with turmeric and prepared in oil.

I've seen the growth over time.

So I'm taking Ryan at age 20, and then Ryan at age 30 and 35,

and I recognize that, like, it's a process.

Because here's the thing-- like, this is the back story.

Ryan's mother's an actor.

Ryan's mother left her with her grandmother at age two

to pursue her career in New York City.

And I think you have to have some level

of empathy for that in recognizing

that this relationship has had--

has been fracturous for a long time.

But the desire to be connected is authentic, right?

So you can't stand between somebody and their mama

as they're trying to figure it out.

But you just have to like insert yourself and be like, hey,

but you know, she may not be right, right here, you know?

And you state your opinion.

And then you keep moving.

You keep moving.

Because what you decide--

and you guys know this as well as we do--

you make up for yourself what is and what is not a deal-breaker.

Like, we get to determine for ourselves what

we can and cannot live with.

And sometimes, you can't see how you're gonna make it through.

But if you just take it one day at a time, there's a way.

There is a way if you are committed to finding that way.

And I think for both of us, when our first kid was born,

I would go in and out of town for work sometimes.

And he'd say things like, the whole family's here.

And then we'd go walking down the street,

or at the park or whatnot, and he loves to hold one hand.

You could be there real soon.

He'll will hold one hand on one parent, one hand on the other,

and swing, and you see the joy of, like, the whole unit

being together.

I was like, god, please don't let me ever

do anything to take the joy away from this child,

because his joy gives me life.

Right?

So it's other stuff-- kind of becomes small

and fades to the background if you

keep your mind on the prize.

That's how I feel about it.

Jim Bunner, a reporter who wore a "Make America Great Again" hat outside of a rally in Minnesota, has been fired from his job.

Bunner was working for KTTC covering Donald Trump's rally in the Mayo Civic Center when he was spotted wearing the hat along with a station-branded coat.

Speaking to Buzzfeed, the news director of the station, Noel Sederstrom, said Bunner had "violated our policy so he's no longer with us.

We don't allow our people to wear campaign clothing while on assignment… It's not something we allow." According to the Minnesota State Tribune, the photo of Bunner wearing the hat was taken by their photographer, Mark Vancleave.

Bunner Has a Banner on His Facebook Page that Reads, 'I'm the NRA'.

In a March 2017 post, Bunner compared Donald Trump to the Baltimore Ravens saying, "Supposed to fail but keeps chuggin' along.

Bunner's Alleged Stalking of a Woman in 2012 Caused a Bomb Scare at a Nebraska College.

In July 2012, Bunner was arrested and accused of disturbing the peace at the La Vista campus of Metropolitan Community College in Nebraska, reported WOWT.

The station's report says that Bunner was allegedly stalking a female student at the school and had been sending her threatening texts and leaving phone messages.

Bunner then allegedly caused a bomb scare when he put water balloons under the woman's car.

The woman called the police and a bomb squad was dispatched to the school.

The school's police chief, Dave Friend, told WOWT, "The incident started when two people involved having on out on at least one date, she didn't want to continue the relationship, he did." The station's report adds that police said Bunner began harassing the woman after she rebuffed his advances.

Bunner said in the report, "I've met people all the way from Mankato, from Iowa, from Eagle Lake, you name it.

They would, except it would put them on the same side as the United States." On the day of Trump's election, Bunner wrote on Facebook, "I never have been a big Trump fan.

I love a lot of what he's saying and believe if he could live up to all of these promises he's made about immigration and the Supreme Court, he could be a fantastic president.

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so today's video is my September's

favorites so I know that's a little bit late you

know we're already in October but somebody asked me to go ahead and start

doing some favorite videos for the month so thought I'd go ahead and do that so

if you'd like to see what some of my favorite products were for the month of

September then please keep on watching I also make sure that you guys subscribe

to my channel hit that notification valve bookmark my page I upload a video

every single day of the week I don't want you guys to miss any um so guys

just a little let you know what disclosure guys a lot of these products

are not like brand new like new launches guys I'm poor and I'm also very

budget-friendly so a lot of these items you know they might not be things that

necessarily dropped you know August and September but these are some products

that I have really enjoyed using I've been using a lot so I just want to share

them with you guys I'm also gonna be trying these out on camera so you guys

can kind of see what they look like and all that obviously I already have my

foundation and brows that I have a little bit of bronzer on but that is it

so guys first thing I want to go and talk about is the foundation and the

foundation I've been really really loving and I've done a full review is

the Rimmel lasting finish 25 hour of breathable foundation guys this is what

I'm wearing guys it builds up beautifully it's affordable and it also

comes in about 16 shades so not a great shade range but guys it is really really

affordable and it looks beautiful on the skin I wasn't a huge fan of the original

with the red cap but I love this one it really helps to minimize pores it

doesn't settle horribly into my forehead creases there are no longer fine lines

they are full-on wrinkles but guys I really really love

this the way that this foundation lays on the skin it is very transfer

resistant it feels very lightweight on the skin but it has a really really good

coverage it is buildable so I ever really really been enjoying the Rimmel

lasting finish 25 hour breathable foundation

I really like this a lot the bronzers that I've been loving a ton is the wet

and wild color icon bronzers I'm wearing Queensland right now and it's a

beautiful warm bronzer these days were in the ice dragon versus fire dragon wet

and wild collection but guys these are really really beautiful they are mostly

met they're kind of they're not shimmery but they just you know like Physicians

Formula has that kind of satin look these are more matte than the Physicians

Formula but they still have that tiny tiny bit of satin so it looks really

really natural on the skin I have definitely been buying foundation shades

for more on my winter skin which is a bad thing because I am pale but my

winter skin is very pale so I can definitely warm up and kind of color

adjust a to pale foundation with these bronzers and they're beautiful I can

wear both you're dragging me down is gorgeous a little bit cooler and then

Queensland is a little bit warmer and that's what I'm weren't wearing today

and it's just a beautiful beautiful bronzer I really really like these a lot

okay guys another wet-and-wild product guys

something that I've been loving absolutely loving this is the wet and

wild to make a little highlighting bar in air okay so this was from their

zodiac collection a really beautiful beautiful highlighter it's marbled

I also have the loose highlighter and written in the stars and absolutely love

that one I love this one better it's just such a beautiful beautiful

highlight okay so I'm going to go ahead and put that on since you know we're not

wearing a highlight but guys it picks up beautifully on a brush okay

I do like to use this damp as well it looks beautiful a little bit damp but

just really really beautiful highlight

it is a tiny bit shimmery but it gives more of like a wet glossy look than a

shimmery glittery look but just really really beautiful

I even like to do it on my nose what you usually don't but it just looks stunning

on the skin I really really like it so yeah if you have not checked out the wet

and wild zodiac collection the highlighting bars they are stunning

I absolutely love it so that's definitely been a favorite for September

okay guys this is not going to be a shock to anybody

guys I have been absolutely loving at the revolution makeup reloaded eyeshadow

palettes I've got four different ones here I just did a fall look with the

neutrals three but guys all of these palettes are gorgeous so I'm going to do

a really quick eye look with the division palette this one has beautiful

greens and everything if you guys have not tried the revolution makeup reloaded

pellets guide you need to because they are stunning absolutely stunning

absolutely love them

and it's really really beautiful eyeshadow palettes pigmentation is great

they blend beautifully they don't ever look muddy I just really really love the

revolution makeup reloaded palettes guys they've got quite a few there retail for

about seven dollars you can usually find a model t'v on sale so guys definitely

definitely recommend picking up a summer revolution makeup eyeshadow palette if

you've never tried them they're absolutely out of this world study ok

another thing I've really really been loving lately is the Maybelline brow

precise fiber volumizer guys I did get this on sell for like $2 at my local

Walmart it is blonde so it's not exactly the right shade but it's fine because it

still works but guys this thing it makes your eyebrows look so bushy it is crazy

has this weird little applicator okay and it actually has fibers in it I don't

know if you can see that but it looks like almost like hair but guys this

thing is awesome so I'm gonna reap and run this through one of my brows so you

can see the difference I am gonna pick up a different shade you know but with

nice twos if you like a dark brow you can definitely kind of tame it down with

this and that's what I do a lot of times guys I mean it just makes them look

hairy and bushy I absolutely love love love this brow volumizer it's amazing so

easy and quick and it holds your brows in place all day long love it

okay guys another product I've been loving lately and I got this and I think

it was a

if Z I think I can't remember exactly but it's the bad gal being mascara by

benefit obviously this is an older mascara and this is a little travel size

but guys this thing is awesome absolutely love it love it love it okay

guys so it has one of those kind of silicon e rubbery little bristle brushes

which I usually don't like but guys this mascara is not waterproof the version I

have and it's not I don't know it's just but it's awesome it's just such a great

mascara it's very very black and it really builds length and volume and it's

easy to control and it doesn't look clumpy but I mean guys look at that

that's just one application you know it does build beautifully it doesn't leave

smudges or flakes or anything underneath my eyes it's just an absolutely

beautiful and scary I mean look just look at that difference that's just with

one coat and then guys um the last thing that I wanted to share with you guys and

this video just went up a couple days ago but guys I have been wearing this

like crazy it's the LA Colors metal lip gloss and

this is in cultured guys it's such a beautiful rose gold metallic as heck lip

gloss

so yeah guys I picked these up my local Dollar Tree and they are

out-of-this-world very very thin they do kind of dry down a little bit there you

get a little bit tacky but they're not uncomfortable at all and guys the

metallic finish is absolutely stunning the stain power is out of this world

absolutely love this I haven't picked up any more but I did get the other shade I

got is desire and really really beautiful red metallic they're not

really lip glosses guys because they do kind dry down but I'm absolutely love

them they are out of this world so yeah guys those were my September favorites

things that I just kept reaching for could not recommend any of this stuff

enough you know definitely go pick up one of the revolution makeup reloaded

pellets I don't think you'd be disappointed they are out of this world

amazing once again the wet and wild eye color icon bronzers are amazing I hope

they come out with whole line because these are killer and I'm also with the

Zodiac collection highlighting bar and air they have three different shades so

you know there's one that will definitely fit everyone's skin tone but

love this highlighter foundation is out of this world at the Rimmel 25-hour

breathable foundation guys absolutely love it and guys love this lip gloss for

a buck could not pass it up so guys I hope you enjoyed this video like I've

Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, otherwise known as the comedic musical duo Flight of the Conchords, are undoubtedly most well known for their self-titled TV show, which lasted two seasons before ending in 2009, but there's much more to them than that.

"I like the idea of capturing what we do live, because it doesn't really exist on tape," McKenzie said.

"We've spent so many years touring, but we're more well known for the TV show, which is actually quite different from what we really do.

People come to the shows, not really knowing what they're going to see, and they're surprised that we can play guitar and sing the songs.".

Though they haven't been on television together since the show ended, both have enjoyed plenty of success.

McKenzie won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for his work on The Muppets in 2011, while Clement plays Oliver Bird on Legion.

With their individual endeavors, both professional and personal, finding the time to work together isn't quite as simple anymore.

"Theoretically we could do (hang out) whenever we wanted, because we both live in the same city in New Zealand," Clement said.

"But I find we're not there at the same time.

We've also got families — if we weren't reading our kids stories at night and had nothing to do, we'd go to a bar and play songs.".

Now they're finally back working together, but you better enjoy it while it's here.

McKenzie said that this project would be their last "definitely for a while.".

"This might be our last interview," Clement joked.

"We'll get back together in a couple of years, just to talk about last interview," McKenzie said.

The special, which is produced by Clement, McKenzie, Simon Pizey, Hamish Hamilton and Mike Martinovich, and directed by Hamilton, has a run time of one hour and 28 minutes.

Michigan continues to be highlighted by a strong defense, which ranks 11th in the nation in efficiency.

Professional football just isn't in the cards for Oklahoma Sooners' star quarterback, Kyler Murray.

The two-sport standout athlete may be the face of the Sooners football team, but it won't be long until he's swinging a baseball bat out in Oakland, California as he was drafted ninth overall to the Athletics back in June.

Murray, a redshirt Junior, is currently amongst a select few NCAA football players that are favored to win the Heisman Trophy for his outstanding play.

Typically, a Heisman Trophy candidate beyond his freshman season would be impatiently waiting to hear their name called early on in the NFL Draft the following spring.

But for Murray, the award would be just another trophy to add to his shelf for a sport he won't even pursue professionally.

It's going to be tough for NFL Draft analysts to watch Murray go.

As he is one of the nations most exciting dual-threat quarterback's to watch, we don't have much time left with him in the sport beyond this season.

That doesn't necessarily mean that everybody isn't talking about where Murray would get drafted, though.

ESPN's draft guru's Mel Kiper, and Tod McShay recently sat down together to discuss the potential of Murray's football career.

If we were to assume and pretend that Murray is going to NFL, just how high would he get drafted?.

An Outlook on Murray's NFL Potential.

Size matters in the NFL for a quarterback.

Although there are a few passer's who could be looked at as 'undersized' it's very rare that the smaller guys succeed as a starter.

For dual-threat quarterback's the best in the business is hands down, Russell Wilson.

He stands at five-foot-eleven inches tall, and weighs 206-pounds.

Obviously, Wilson's size is not the prototype for an NFL quarterback.

That's where his game makes up for the way that he looks.

And just like Kyler Murray, Wilson was also drafted to the MLB.

But he clearly took the football route.

Heading into the NFL Draft, though, Wilson wasn't quite the prospect that Murray is.

And all because of his undesirable size for an NFL quarterback, Wilson slipped to the Seahawks in the third-round.

Being that Murray is slightly smaller than Wilson standing at five-foot-eleven-inches, weighing 194-pounds, that would undoubetly be his biggest draft concern. If you ask Kiper and McShay, they would tell you that Murray would get drafted in the second-round as the earliest.

And even that could be a push.

So, if Murray were to declare, the two analysts are under the assumption that Murray is a third-round pick.

Murray is impressive, no doubt.

But his questionable size, and little experience would make it difficult for NFL teams to evaluate this early on.

The good news is that NFL front offices have don't really have to worry about it.

With Murray, we can all sit back and just enjoy his Heisman-worthy season without talking draft strategies.

While the Doctor's real name is a mystery, for those unfamiliar to the backstory, TV Line has reported that '"The Doctor" is the name the Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey chose for itself'.

This season will reportedly consist of 10 episodes and is set to include a Christmas special.

And, according to TV Line, last year's Christmas special is when Jodie Whittaker technically made her debut on the series.

This season, the Doctor will have three companions and they are Ryan (who is played by Tosin Cole), Yasmin (who is played by Mandip Gill), and Graham (played by Bradley Walsh).
