Trailer: brain writes sounds - Duration: 2:09.
Electroencephalography, digital art, sounds of a violinist and experimental writing
are combined in this performance.
The three artists reacted on the waves appearing on a screen -
graphs of the electrical activity of the participant's brain.
This wired person on the chair exposed to sounds, texts and visualizations became the center
of an multidimensional feedback-loop in which cause and effect, action and reaction
increasingly coalesced.
In a complex interconnected network like the brain, an impulse is always
the result of integration and modulation.
This makes it so difficult to understand patterns of electrical activity in the brain.
The question, what physiological activity in the brain is responsible
for certain actions and thoughts
does not have a simple answer.

Easter in Badolato / Easter Rituals / EP.1 /ENG. SUB. - Duration: 6:09.
Hello!
After 8 hours bus ride
I've finally arrived in Badolato
an ancient village in Calabria.
I am on the terrace of the apartment where I'll stay at these days
This is the amazing view of the surrounding hills
I don't know if you can hear the Gregorian chants of the procession in the background
We attended the small procession today
tomorrow, which is Saturday and Easter vigil
There will be the most important procession of the village
I've been told it will be marvelous
I want to show you the sea
but there is too much light and it's not clear
It's behind me, over there
These are the lemons the guys of "Mondo X" community cultivate
some of them are huge
watch, this is so big
it smells so good
The plant behind me it's a bergamot
the members of the community prepare candied fruit with it
Guerino, our guide, told us the story of this old woman
She sings every day in the church
Unfortunately she had 3 accidents
but she's very strong
and she wanted to go back to Badolato at any cost
she goes to the Church to sing every evening
We're going to the Church, following the procession
watch this amazing landscape
We're waiting for "Cumprunta"
and how can we entertain ourselves in the meanwhile? Of course with some food!
local and typical food from Calabria
as you can see, the place is authentic and genuine, as I prefer
It's Easter sunday today and everyone is on the main road waiting for "Cumprùnta"
We are Calabrians
we are a few people living in Badolato village
Fewer but better people
Come to Calabria, Calabria is good
we are not evil people

Jodhpur City Guide | India Travel Video in Rajasthan - Duration: 16:43.
Well good morning from yet another destination in India.
Today we are exploring Jodhpur (जोधपुर) and we're actually going to have two whole
days here.
So pretty pumped about that.
Yeah, it is called the Blue City and for very good reason.
We'll be showing you that shortly.
And yeah we can't wait to travel around here.
This is like an essential stop in Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ).
And you know what is pretty funny?
We're both wearing blue.
That wasn't actually planned.
Oh it totally was.
Wearing blue in the blue city.
Let's get started.
Our first stop in Jodhpur (जोधपुर) was Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़
का दुर्ग), which is one of the biggest forts in India.
The fort sits on a rocky hill overlooking the city and it pretty much dominates the
skyline with its imposing walls.
Admission to the fort itself is free, but if you've come all the way here, you'll
want to pay the admission to visit the palaces which now act as a museum.
So we've just arrived from Jaisalmer where we visited another fort but that one was a
living fort where you have hotels and restaurants and temples and shops and people will actually
have homes in there.
This wasn't doesn't feel like so much like a living fort.
It feels a bit more historic.
There is actually hardly any tourists there.
Maybe it is because we're a bit early.
But yeah, it is a pretty cool place.
It is massive.
So I'm really looking forward to getting deep into the fort and seeing what it is all about.
Alright, so it was a bit of a slow accent to the top.
It was.
But we made it.
It is a really odd day.
A few beads of sweat.
I think a little tip would be to come a bit earlier than we did.
We had a late start but man this is amazing.
The views from this fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) are just like surreal.
I've actually never seen a city quite like this from high atop.
I mean from a high vantage point.
This is just this fort is incredible and it is the kind of place that if you visit it
is going to take hours to explore.
It is not one of those like half an hour attractions.
You can literally spend a half or even a full day here.
There is just so much to see and do.
And it is not as touristy as some other forts either in India.
You can walk around some different sections and you don't notice that many tourists walking
around.
Within the fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) you can also visit
the ramparts, see the old cannons, and get some overhead views of the city which will
quickly help you realize why Jodhpur (जोधपुर) is nicknamed the Blue City.
There's also a nice cafe where you can enjoy a samosa or two.
(Traditional Indian Music)
Alright guys, so it is about 2pm would you say?
Yeah.
So that means we've been wandering around the fort for almost 3 hours?
Over.
Over 3 hours.
Over 3.
It has been a long outing.
We had to stop for food and drink.
And if you're going to visit the fort you should budget that amount of time because
there is just so much to do and if it does get hot you're going to want to cool off.
Yeah, it is massive and I mean it is on a bit of a steep incline so you're going to
need breaks along the way.
But yeah the views are cool.
Sam went shopping.
Let's get Sam on camera.
Okay Sam, so let's see.
What did you get?
What did you get?
I've been wanting to get these for a long time.
Puppets.
Puppets.
Matching puppets.
Alright.
I bought one of these for my parents like 8 or 7 years ago.
And now these are for us.
This is for our future home.
Sam is thinking becoming a puppeteer.
Yep.
A professional puppeteer.
Exactly.
And what else did you get?
Training hard for that.
Okay.
Watching YouTube tutorials about puppeteering.
And this is the last thing.
I walked into the store and saw this really cool polo shirt.
It is my new supper shirt.
Jodhpur (जोधपुर).
Fancy dining wear.
Fancy.
It does look really nice.
Are you going to show us your face?
Let's see your excited face.
That is your excited face?
Okay.
Bye.
Bye.
So the best thing about the place where we're currently staying would have to be the views.
And the sun is starting to set.
You can see the fort back there.
And our hotel also has a whole bunch of terraces where you can hangout, have a drink, read
a book and yeah just watch the sunset.
Check this out.
What?
So
for a little change of scenery we are trading the views from our hotel and we came over
to Castle Rock Hotel and Restaurant.
Yeah.
And the place really lives up to its name.
It may have the best views of the fort in the city.
I can't confirm that but so far that is definitely our experience.
Check it out.
Well good morning from Jodhpur (जोधपुर).
It is day two in the blue city and of course Sam is wearing blue again.
How appropriate.
Dressed for the occasion.
So yeah, today is going to be a fun day.
I think we're just going to have a really kind of chill day.
We're going to wander around the blue part of the city.
We're going to visit a clock tower (Ghanta Ghar) and then maybe check out the market.
And then have some lunch.
Lunch.
Lunch with a view.
That is the plan.
That is the plan.
Hello puppy.
Are you sleeping in a tuk-tuk?
Yes, you are sleeping in a tuk-tuk.
Are you supposed to be in there puppy?
Yes.
So right now we have ended up at the Sardar Market (सरदार बाजार) just
around the clock tower (Ghanta Ghar).
And I would say this is both a local market and a tourist market.
You can get produce and like everyday things.
Yeah, you see a lot of everyday like market stalls but you also see some more ones that
are geared for tourists such as the ones where you can souvenirs, carpets and saris.
Things like that.
Yeah.
But yeah, it is a busy market but we came early in the morning and it was kind of cool
because we got to see how all of these different vendors were setting up their shops and as
we walked around it started to definitely get a little busier.
We're going to take a little break after visiting the market and walking around the city.
So we found a restaurant called Indique.
It is supposed to be one of the highest rated in the whole city so we're treating ourselves
to a nice little splurge meal.
I got myself a saffron lassi (लस्सी).
Look at the color.
It is a bright yellow.
Stir it around.
And I've only had saffron in savory dishes.
This one is going to be sweet.
Mmm.
It is really good.
So it is my turn.
I'm trying the salty lassi here.
Salted lassi. (लस्सी)
Oh wow.
Yeah, that is definitely salty.
So when you get lassis in India you can choose between salted, sweet and other kinds with
different fruits.
So the salted one is really good.
That is probably my favorite.
So the first restaurant we went to Indique was closed for lunch.
So we only had drinks.
Now we've found a place called Jhankar and they have an incredible courtyard so we're
going to be having lunch in here.
And yeah it is just really cool.
It is quite lush.
It looks tropical.
And yeah let's go find our table.
Mmm.
How is that naan?
It is so awesome.
It is so buttery and garlic-y.
Love it.
Then, after all that food and drink, it was finally time to get lost in the blue maze
that is Jodhpur (जोधपुर).
It is all blue.
So now it is time to answer the million dollar question.
Why is Jodhpur (जोधपुर) painted blue?
I actually had to google this one.
And no one really knows the answer.
There seems to be a whole bunch of different reasons.
The most likely is that the color blue kind of deflects light so it keeps the homes cool
during the summer months.
And also it is believed that um a lot of Brahman followers of Lord Shiva used to live in Jodhpur
(जोधपुर) so maybe that is why they decided to paint everything blue.
But really it is a mystery.
There was no definitive answer.
So yeah, either way it looks pretty cool.
Blue is a nice color.
Hi little pup.
Are you sleeping on a motorcycle?
It looks like you are sleeping on a motorcycle and you know what?
Earlier today I saw a pup sleeping in a tuk-tuk.
Are you friends?
Or are you the same pup?
Oh you're cute.
You have big silly ears.
Big silly ears.
Alright Sam.
Sam Sam the man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
First off all want to show us your new shirt?
Oh yeah, love this new shirt.
Got this in Jaisalmer.
And I actually saw the artist like while he was painting.
Yeah, it is hand painted.
It is incredible.
So cool.
So cool.
Anyways back on top.
We're going out for dinner.
We're hungry.
We're going out for food.
We ate at this place called Jhankar for lunch.
Jhankar in Jodhpur (जोधपुर).
Oh, it was so good Actually it was one of the best meals we've had in India so far.
Yeah.
So we are heading back there for dinner.
And it is all about Thali (थाली) tonight.
We are going to get an original Thali (थाली) and a Rajasthani Thali (राजस्थानी
खाना).
Because we are in Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) and they have a special
Thali so we can't wait to try that out.
Now it is off to find a little tuk-tuk.
Alright, lead the way.
Lead the way.
Tuk-tuk-y adventure!
Tuk-tuk-tuk-tuk.
We made friends with the Japanese guy who we were in Jaisalmer and he called them tuk-tukies.
So that is what we call them to now.
Tukie-tukies.
Confession time.
We already had lunch here and the food was so amazing that we've told the waiter right
away we're coming back for dinner.
So we decided to come and sample um local Thali (थाली).
Rajasthani Thali.
So that is what we've ordered.
And also one thing I should mention this restaurant is run by a Jain family.
So that means they are vegetarian and they don't eat any egg products.
So yeah, we're going to be having a vegetarian meal today.
Which is pretty cool.
And apparently 70% of Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) is vegetarian so the
majority of the population do not eat meat.
Which is pretty interesting.
Come let's be friends.
Meow meows.
Come kitty.
Meow meows.
So we have found a kitty and we're trying to lure him over.
There are not many cats in India.
You know this is the first cat we've seen.
Yeah, maybe it is.
We've seen monkeys, we've seen cows, we've seen tonnes of dogs.
But not a lot of cats.
And I think this one is a pet.
It is hanging out in the restaurant but it is a little skittish.
It is a little shy.
It is not coming quite close enough for us to pet.
And now it left.
It is gone.
There it goes.
Bye cat.
Shizzam.
The food has arrived.
So they brought us over these two giants platters.
And oh my goodness it is way bigger than I was expecting.
Oh yeah.
I don't know how Sam and I are going to eat all of this.
It looks absolutely incredible.
And we also got free desserts.
So we've got our work cut out for us.
So first up I'll show you my platter.
I'm having the Rajasthani Thali set.
So again it is vegetarian so lots of vegetable options going on.
We've got some biryani rice, some mystery thick rice, some ghee which is kind of like
curd or yoghurt.
I think it is called ghee.
Um, some more veggies with uh it looks like it has cashews.
Cashew nuts.
You know what I think we're just going to have to try it because I don't even know what
I'm looking at right now.
Yeah, they didn't list it on the menu.
Yeah, so this is all a big surprise.
Just dip it in.
Break off a piece of bread.
Oh, this looks like again all vegetable here.
It is a vegetarian restaurant.
I keep forgetting that.
Mmm.
How is that?
Mmmm.
What is it?
This one reminds me of dal.
Like a really spicy dal.
Spicy huh?
Lentil base.
This one right here.
My throat is on fire.
Haha.
Are you going to have some more of that?
Urrghh.
My throat is on fire.
No.
No.
Okay moving on.
Biryani with cauliflower.
This is something we had for lunch.
Oh, it was amazing.
Tomatoes.
Green peas.
It is just so colorful.
Like the way that they this is some of the best biryani.
I would say it is the best vegetarian biryani rice I've ever had.
Yeah.
That is good.
Okay Sam.
And you have the he called it a Jimbo.
A jumbo thali.
I think this is a bit more of a classic Thali.
So I'm just going to try everything.
So I'll start off over here.
Oh that looks good.
I think there is cheese on the outside.
Look at that.
Oh wow.
With curd.
Oh my gosh that looks so good.
I want some of that.
Oooh.
Oooh.
That is some wonderful curry.
It has got a bit of a tomato base.
But really thick spicy, creamy.
Oh my gosh.
All the good things in life.
All the good things in life.
That is just amazing.
And there is also chunks of the cottage cheese.
I'm going in for another one.
That was just so good.
Another bite of the same thing.
Oh yeah.
That is when you know it is good.
So that is a wrap from Jodhpur (जोधपुर).
So we had a really good time in the Blue City.
Um, it was only two days but I felt like we did quite a bit.
Did you enjoy it?
Yeah, the fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) was magnificent and
the blue city was all it was supposed to be.
Yes, so now we're moving on to Jaipur.
We're just waiting at the train station.
So we're going to catch our train.
It is about a 6 hour journey.
So relatively not too long but uh yeah can't wait to update you when we get there.
Ciao for now.
Ciao.

Why Hollywood Won't Cast Jessica Alba Anymore - Duration: 4:19.
Once upon a time, Jessica Alba seemed poised for superstardom, tearing up both television
and movies with a series of hits that had fans screaming for more.
Beautiful, talented, popular — what didn't Alba seem to have going for her?
But instead of an unstoppable career, she suddenly dropped off the map.
Here's a look at why Hollywood won't cast Jessica Alba anymore.
The Invisible Woman
Alba's biggest claim to fame is probably her role in 2005's Sin City, where she shared
the screen with a huge ensemble cast that included mega-stars like Bruce Willis and
Clive Owen.
Sin City proved to be a massive hit, but her reign at the top was incredibly brief, because
just a couple months later, Fantastic Four came out.
Though it was a modest box office success, critics savaged the film, and the experience
of making it caused Alba to re-evaluate whether she even wanted to be an actress at all after
director Tim Story berated her for actually acting too well during a crying scene.
"God, really?!"
Instead, he wanted to actually add tears in post-production using CGI.
Alba told Elle, "It all got me thinking: Am I not good enough?
Are my instincts and my emotions not good enough?
Do people hate them so much that they don't want me to be a person?
Am I not allowed to be a person in my work?
And so I just said, 'F*** it.
I don't care about this business anymore.'"
That may explain why Alba hasn't made a memorable movie since.
Exotic
Hollywood hasn't always had the greatest track record when it comes to casting diversity,
so you may not be surprised to hear that Alba's choice of roles has been limited by her heritage.
She told PopSugar that she wasn't considered Caucasian enough to play white roles, or Hispanic
enough to play Latina roles.
"And then when I did start, you know, getting a lot of roles and auditioning, they couldn't
figure out my ethnicity.
So they would --- I would always go out for 'exotic.'"
So much for show business being color blind.
The bomb squad
It's safe to say that Alba's films don't always get good reviews.
Or often.
Or, like… ever.
In fact, of the 29 movies she's made that have enough reviews to qualify for a Rotten
Tomatoes score, only three of them have a fresh rating, which is kind of incredible.
Mathematically speaking, you'd expect random chance would give her at least a few decent
roles.
And over the years, Alba herself has been singled out for being particularly bad in
those films, landing Razzie nominations in 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2011, when she finally
won for Worst Supporting Actress.
Which is understandable given even she seems a little confused at times just what role
she's supposed to be playing.
"We also both know that I'm just not anybody.
Am I Dumbledore?"
No, Jessica, this is Dumbledore.
Business before pleasure
After becoming disillusioned with the film industry, Alba turned her attention in other
directions, such as raising her two children.
In 2008, after using a popular detergent specifically for kids, one of her children developed a
painful rash.
The incident inspired Alba to found The Honest Company, which makes affordable, environmentally
friend, non-toxic household goods.
The Honest Company officially launched in 2011, and by 2015, was valued at nearly two
billion dollars.
It hasn't all been organic roses, though.
In 2016, the Wall Street Journal accused The Honest Company of false advertising, and the
company has faced multiple lawsuits.
Alba chalks it up to the downside of being a celebrity.
"If an organization wants to bring awareness to their cause, I'm an easy target and our
brand is an easy target..."
Don't call it a comeback
Despite everything, Alba has been keeping her foot in the door by appearing in smaller
film roles.
And she still has a large fan following.
So it's not a matter of whether she can make a comeback, it's just a question of whether
she wants too.
"you still haven't greenlit
my passion project!"
While she has said in the past that she's open to doing more movies in the future, it
seems like it'll take the perfect film to bring her out of semi-retirement.
In other words: don't call her, Hollywood, she'll call you.

Wrestling Icons Who Don't Look Anything Like They Used To - Duration: 7:08.
Not every wrestler stays the same forever.
Some, like Hulk Hogan, have maintained roughly the same look over the years.
But most have traded in their wild antics for a completely different look.
Here are some wrestling icons who don't look anything like they once did.
The Rock
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has certainly made a few image and style changes since he first
stepped into the ring in 1996.
In his first bout, the future Hollywood star went by the name Rocky Maivia, and fans reacted
to the guy by … booing their hearts out.
It's not hard to see why fans didn't take a shine to the future king of Hollywood right away.
His costume featured a tasseled, checkerboard cape with feathers, and what the Rock himself
described as "a Chia pet" on his head.
It wasn't long before Johnson ditched the Rocky Maivia gimmick.
He changed his ring name to simply The Rock and switched to regular trunks, $5,000 shirts,
and black elbow pads.
Fans immediately embraced the new persona, and Johnson went on to become the Hollywood
icon he is today.
Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho has always been something of a rock star wrestler.
He actually fronts the band Fozzy, so that description isn't just a figurative one.
While today he proves he's a huge rock star by, well, being one, in WCW, he let his glorious
hair define his look.
Even though Jericho has since cut his hair, he keeps up the hard-rocker persona, both
in the ring and out of it.
The Undertaker
Most wrestlers tone down their look as the years pass.
Mark Calaway, on the other hand, just gets weirder and weirder.
Back when he first came onto the professional wrestling scene, he was known as Texas Red,
and looked absolutely nothing like he does now.
His next gimmick was Master of Pain, followed by "Mean Mark" Callous in the WCW.
Calaway eventually arrived in the then-WWF and finally became The Undertaker we all know
and fear, complete with his signature black fedora.
He remains literally the only dude who can pull that look off.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin
Even if you don't follow wrestling, you probably know who Steve Austin is.
Stone Cold Steve has been a wrestling icon for years, but he didn't start out bald and bearded.
His original persona came with a clean-shaven face, long blond hair, and the name Stunning Steve.
He joined a tag team known as the Hollywood Blonds alongside Brian Pillman, where their
locks were something of a centerpiece.
Stunning Steve didn't catch on with fans, though — and neither did his hair, which
he cut to a relatively normal length before becoming The Ringmaster in WWF.
He soon shaved it all off and became Stone Cold Steve Austin in 1996, as a means of permanently
separating himself from Ringmaster.
Triple H
Hunter Hearst Helmsley, better known simply as Triple H, went through some major changes
on his way to becoming an Executive Vice President for WWE, a position he currently holds as
of the making of this video.
Triple H entered the ring in 1992 as Terra Ryzing, but soon moved into the persona of
Jean-Paul Lévesque, a hoity-toity French-Canadian aristocrat he debuted in 1994.
Triple H adopted a few more gimmicks before finally entering the business world in 2010
as a short-haired, suit-wearing executive for WWE.
Goldust
While most wrestlers change their gimmicks over time, they tend to at least look a little
like they once did.
That can't be said for Dustin Runnels, who began his career performing as Dustin Rhodes
in 1988.
Rhodes wore flashy clothes and had bleach-blond hair, but the look didn't have much memorable flair.
That may be why he eventually altered his gimmick into his current persona, Goldust,
where he can't help but be memorable.
Even Runnels' Goldust look has gone through some pretty drastic changes.
These days, he tends to wear a skin-tight black-and-gold bodysuit with matching face
paint, but he's also come out in a full gold suit while sporting a blond wig and all sorts
of accessories.
Then there was his "Artist Formerly Known As Goldust" days, where he was … certainly
memorable, but in all the wrong ways.
Kane
Kane is one of the more enduring characters in WWE history, but he started his career
with a much different look.
When he first hit the mat for the WWF, he did so as Isaac Yankem, DDS: Jerry "The King"
Lawler's private dentist.
Yep.
As a wrestling dentist, Yankem wore a white doctor's shirt with black wrist braces.
He had a dirty blond mullet of curly hair, a goatee, and what had to be the nastiest
looking teeth on the planet.
Glenn Jacobs only held onto the dentist gimmick for a year before transitioning into Kane,
and he's kept the same look ever since.
Jesse "The Body" Ventura
Former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura wasn't always the stringy haired politician-slash-conspiracy
theorist we know today.
He got his start professionally as a wrestler back in the 1970s.
Fans knew him as "The Body," and he entered the ring with a pretty flashy look.
When he wasn't wearing a pink suit, he liked to accessorize with a feather boa.
You could try making fun of him, but he was a Navy SEAL before becoming a wrestler, so
tease at your own risk.
Not to mention that he's a, well…
"This stuff will make you a G** damn sexual tyrannosaurus.
Just like me."
Scott Steiner
Few professional wrestlers have gone through the kind of physical transformation Scott
Steiner has.
When he first began wrestling in the '80s, he looked like an all-American poster-boy
wrestler.
These days, he doesn't look anything like he did when he was younger.
Now in his mid-50s, Steiner's packed on even more muscle, prompting plenty of steroid accusations.
Big Poppa Pump also chopped off the mullet and replaced it with — what else? — a
chainmail hat.
Papa Shango
Although Charles Wright debuted in 1991 as Sir Charles, his most famous persona was Papa
Shango, a voodoo practitioner who carried a skull, which he would use to manipulate
the lights in the arena.
Magic!
As gimmicks go, Papa Shango did look pretty cool.
His face was painted to look like a skull, and he wore a ridiculous hat with a feather in it.
Though he's mostly retired now, most fans know Wright as the Godfather — a pimp look
so completely different from Shango, most people probably wouldn't even recognize him
as the Voodoo practitioner, although he never did give up the silly hat.
Johnny B. Badd
These days, Marc Mero doesn't look anything like a wrestler.
He founded a nonprofit called Champion of Choices, an anti-bullying group, and has spent
most of his time looking like a regular guy.
But when he premiered as a professional wrestler back in 1991, he didn't look like a regular anything.
He was Johnny B. Badd, a villainous spoof on Little Richard.
Badd came onto the scene with shoulder-length hair, a mustache, and a fabulous attitude.
Mero continued to perform as Johnny B. Badd until he retired from the ring in 2006 and
started focusing entirely on motivating kids.
Bull Nakano
Bull Nakano had a unique look that can only be described as "someone you don't hire as
a babysitter."
With her spiked hair and blue, veiny lines painted all over her face, she looked like
she jumped right out of a Mortal Kombat game and decided to moonlight as a professional wrestler.
Comparing Nakano then to her image now, you'd never guess they were the same person.
She left professional wrestling and became a professional golfer, even qualifying for
the LPGA in 2006.
Now that's a serious career change.

6 Mistakes I've Made On The Spiritual Path - Duration: 7:30.
6 Mistakes Ive Made On The Spiritual Path
By Dylan Harper
Yes, I know, there are no mistakes on the spiritual journey.
There cant be, if you think about it.
The spiritual journey is, to a certain extent, a process of learning.
And dont we almost always learn best from what we often see as our mistakes?
But then, if we learn from them, if we grow from them, how could they really be mistakes?
As you venture down the spiritual path, you really start seeing your life as a long curriculum
in a giant classroom called Life.
No mistakes.
Just your individual assignments.
I have had my lessons to learn, my conditioning to undo.
That said, here are 6 things that I would have previously called mistakes.
For me, they werent.
But maybe you will see something in them that will help you as you journey down the path.
1.
You cannot choose love too often.
So many times along the path, Ive been given the opportunity to choose love or fear.
Many, many times I chose fear.
I pushed people and things away to avoid loving them.
I suffered, to be sure, and Life graciously came back and offered the lesson again and
again.
Im very glad it did.
Choose love.
2.
You cant sit too much.
I loved meditating when I first started, but I loved reading about and talking about spirituality
more.
And reading and talking about spirituality, while they can be helpful, just doesnt
cut the mustard.
Spirituality must be lived, it must be experienced.
Sitting with yourself, finding out what you really are is so incredibly important and
transformative.
3.
Not enough time spent in nature.
For centuries, spiritual masters have made references to nature, to time spent in nature,
as a part of their journey.
There is something about the trees, the rocks, the plants, the sky, the sun that calls to
us.
Being in nature is a powerful aid to our spiritual growth.
Taking a walk in the pines will do more for you than a library full of books.
4.
Being arrogant about my beliefs.
I was a jerk in the early days of my journey.
I was cocky, overly confident, and thought I knew it all.
What a joke!
The real truth of the matter is that I knew so little.
By being so cocky, I rejected a lot of interesting and potentially helpful spiritual teachings
along the way.
I had to learn humility, almost by force.
Im truly grateful I did, because now I see so clearly how all the things I thought
I knew were an obstacle of sorts to knowing the only thing that mattered: who I truly
am.
5.
Believing that feelings are reliable guides to behavior and truth.
Ive made lots of choices in life based upon how I feel, which is not a great idea,
Ive come to see.
Feelings are just feelings.
They are simply sensations in our bodies in response to our thoughts.
They have something to teach us, for certain, but they arent the truth.
For instance, every time youve experienced anxiety, you are afraid of something that
is only in your mind.
But you arent in eminent danger, and you arent going to die.
Thus, anxiety is a poor guide for action.
The only thing to do with feelings is to experience them and then let them go.
Feelings want to be felt.
Let the energy flow.
As Hale Dwoskin of the Sedona Method likes to say: Feelings are not true, they are
not you, and you can let them go.
6.
Rejecting spiritual teachings before giving them a chance.
This goes along with number 4 above.
For instance, I hated The Secret when I first saw it.
I was very agitated after watching it because I had a strong reaction to some of the personalities
in it.
They seemed so arrogant and, well, like used car salesmen.
And so I rejected all the ideas in The Secret.
Of course, I was being as arrogant as they seemed to be.
There are good ideas in The Secret, and had I listened to some of them, I might have found
a way to learn some lessons that I took over a year to learn the hard way.
Ive found over the years that one of the best ways to learn and grow is from hearing
other peoples stories, their successes and mistakes along the spiritual path.
I would love to hear of your mistakes in the comments.

Celebs You Didn't Know Were Besties - Duration: 6:15.
Where would we be without our best friends?
We all need that one person who we call our bestie, who will listen to our problems and
love us despite our flaws and mistakes.
Well, celebrities are no different.
They also rely on their closest pals through all the good times and the bad.
Sometimes, celeb friendships are front-page news.
Who hasn't heard about that time Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer made each other cackle
by co-writing a script?
Or how Brad Pitt and George Clooney developed a high-profile friend-assance thanks to their
Ocean's Eleven days?
But sometimes, celeb friendships can go undetected enough by the public to arrive as a surprise
when they find out the two like to kick it even when the cameras stop rolling.
Here are some real-life celeb besties you might not know about.
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox
Given how close their Friends characters were on-screen, you might not be too surprised
to learn Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox made nice in real-life too.
"Oh I love you!"
"I love you too!"
But these former co-stars' friendship has long outlasted those days spent on the Apartment
20 set.
They first made acquaintance on the show — just like how Rachel jilted her would-be husband
at the altar and moved in with Monica.
And life imitated art when it came to their maid of honor situation, as Cox took Aniston's
side during her wedding to current hubby Justin Theroux.
Even cuter still, Cox's daughter, Coco Arquette, calls Aniston her godmother.
Of their lasting friendship, Aniston revealed that she leaned hard on her former co-star
when she split with her first husband, Brad Pitt.
She told More Magazine, "I've slept in her guest bedroom a lot.
Without giving away too much of my private stuff, all I can say is she's been there for
me through thick and thin."
And yet they tell us there's no reason for a Friends reunion.
"You know, we haven't really seen each other in the last eight years."
"Uh!
Now, David, that is just not true."
"... it's Matthew."
Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake
Some might mistake Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake's quippy on-screen bromance as
just for show, but they're the real deal alright.
The two have shared in a ton of hilarious Saturday Night Live sketches and shorts.
And just as they were introducing their song and dance schtick to the world, they were
also cementing what would become a lasting friendship behind the scenes as well.
"You did it again!"
"Haha, nah, I thought I was going to do it and then I go, you know what…"
"Oh, because it's special."
The stars had actually met more than a decade earlier at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards,
when they both were experiencing firsts in their respective lives.
It was Fallon's first time hosting the show, and it was the first time Timberlake performed
solo after leaving NSYNC.
But it was their SNL experiences together that really made their friendship sing.
And they've kept the bromance going, on-screen and off, ever since.
"Nice!
Air five!"
Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel
Timberlake's wife Jessica Biel, meanwhile, met her best friend Jennifer Garner while
filming the 2010 rom-com Valentine's Day, and they've been besties ever since.
Garner told Marie Claire, "We don't work with a lot of women on our films.
On this film, it was great to have someone like Jessica around, even though most of our
scenes as best friends were over the phone."
Garner's feelings about Biel came out in a sweet tribute to her at Variety's 4th Annual
Power of Women Gala in 2012, when Garner said, "Her heart is made of gold.
Once Jessica has committed to something — if it's to a girlfriend, if it's to a role, if
it's to a cause — you can count on her to take it the whole way through."
Just imagine all the steeze these two have going on when they go out, too.
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler
Golden Globes watchers will no doubt know that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have an enviable
working relationship together, but their sisterly chemistry is definitely not pretend.
The two go way back to their improv days in Chicago's Second Street Theater and they've
been entertaining audiences, and each other, ever since.
Together they were a force on Saturday Night Live, and in both of their autobiographies,
they each tout each other as supreme sources of professional and personal inspiration.
But there's even more to the story than that.
"It's not all the way twin speak but I think, you know, if we were like, in a crowded place
we can come up and be like the thing, with we need to, Seth, 'cause of… yeah."
The gal pals have seen each other through marriages and kids, and have decided that
Amy's two sons, Archie and Abel, will marry Tina's daughters, Alice and Penelope, when
they grow up.
As Fey told Entertainment Weekly,
"We have committed that we're both going to wear peach to the wedding.
I talked to Faith Popcorn about it, and the trend is going to come down around right about
that time that they should get married."
So, you know, while their husbands might come and go, these two are in it for the long haul.
Nina Dobrev and Julianne Hough
Anyone who follows Nina Dobrev and Julianne Hough on Instagram can attest to the great
friendship the two gorgeous women share.
These two certainly prove that girls just want to have fun, and they have a ball.
The Vampire Diaries alum and the Dancing With the Stars judge have been inseparable ever
since they were introduced on a sort of girlfriend blind date through a hair stylist.
As Hough recalled to E! News, "We've known the same person, Riawna Capri, who cuts and
colors and does our hair.
She's like, 'You guys have to meet.'
We've just been like joined — connected at the hip."
And they've certainly got the pics to prove their bond.
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning
Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning can't quite remember when they first
met.
But their friendship strengthened while on the set of the vampire epic.
The two would later share the screen in the music biopic The Runaways, and sometime during
their back-to-back-to-back films together, they formed a bond everlasting.
At Elle's Women in Hollywood Awards event in 2016, Fanning cooed, "I can honestly say
that my friendship with Kristen is one of the most special bonds in my life.
She has held my hair back and talked me through heartbreak.
She has always been there for me when I have needed her most, and most of all she has taught
me the power of being one hundred percent yourself one hundred percent of the time."
And to think, the made such good enemies in the movies.
"This may hurt just a little."

Paul Walker's Daughter Has Grown Up To Be Gorgeous - Duration: 4:37.
When Paul Walker tragically died in a car accident on November 30, 2013, he left behind
his then-teen daughter, Meadow Rain.
Fast forward a few years, and his child with Rebecca Soteros is no longer a child at all
— now she's a stunning young woman.
So what is Paul Walker's daughter up to now?
Is she following in dad's footsteps and acting?
Or is she pursuing another career?
This is what you need to know about Meadow Walker.
From Hawaii to Hollywood
Walker was still pretty young when he met — and dated — Meadow's mom.
The timing wasn't right and he wasn't ready to settle down with her.
As he told People Magazine, "I was one of those who believed when you get married it's
forever but I was thinking down the road.
I knew where I was at with chicks and having fun … and I was an animal."
Since her parents weren't together, Meadow spent her early years growing up with her
mom in Hawaii.
Even though they were separated, Meadow's parents shared custody and she was able to
visit her dad on movie sets at a young age.
Eventually, Walker volunteered his L.A. home to Meadow and her mom and they moved back
to California so she could be closer to her dad.
That led to even more time together and, in early 2013, Walker told Entertainment Weekly
that Meadow had moved in with him full time.
"She's the best partner I've ever had.
It's so nuts.
I've never had anything like this in my life."
Support circle
Since Paul's death, his brothers have been there to help Meadow cope.
Cody and Caleb, who also helped finish Furious 7, have both stepped up to protect Paul's
only daughter.
Cody Walker told People, "She is doing better.
Time does help, but for her it is different than it is for me.
That was my brother, and we [were] really close and I love him dearly, but that was
her dad, and she was young to have her dad taken from her…
And we're just protective of her and everyone around her is, and that is why no one hears
too much [about her].
That is just the way Paul would have wanted it."
Walker's acting family has stepped up, too, like Tyrese Gibson, who told People, "She's
really in a great space.
She's really focused on her education and just spending a lot of quality time with her
friends.
That brings her a lot of joy."
Legal aftermath
Following her father's death, Meadow received a large settlement from Roger Rodas' estate
— Rodas having been the driver of the car at the time of the accident, who also perished himself.
While that claim was settled and finalized in 2016 without too much trouble, Meadow has
also been in a lengthy legal battle with Porsche.
She initially filed the lawsuit with the car company for negligence and for the wrongful
death of her dad.
The suit claimed Walker survived the crash but it was because of Porsche's flaws that
he became stuck in the car when it went up in flames.
Porsche claimed the defense that Walker assumed the risk when he rode in the 2005 Carrera
GT that crashed, and that he chose to conduct himself in a manner so as to expose himself
to such perils.
The back and forth between Meadow and Porsche has continued since the initial lawsuit.
Philanthropic tribute
After her father's death, Meadow took it upon herself to continue supporting his causes
in a special way.
She launched the Paul Walker Foundation and told fans, "Reflecting on my father, I found
myself reflecting on his passions.
His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping
people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.
I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world."
The Paul Walker Foundation's goal is simple.
They want to "do good" and they award scholarships to students pursuing education in marine and
environmental sciences.
Most recently, Meadow and The Paul Walker Foundation awarded Entourage star Adrian Grenier
with the 2016 Paul Walker Ocean Leadership Award for his work with The Lonely Whale.
Meadow made a rare public appearance in support of the recognition.
Meadow created The Paul Walker Foundation to help take care of the ocean, something
near and dear to her dad's heart — but it's also a cause that's special to her.
Walker brought her up to love and nurture the water.
He even taught her to surf when she was only seven years old.
Living a legacy
With a handsome father like Paul Walker, it's no surprise that Meadow has grown up to be
beautiful herself.
And like her father before her, Meadow is definitely putting her good looks to use.
She's represented by Women Management and her online modeling portfolio shows plenty
of photos showcasing her good looks.
It's clear from her philanthropic pursuits, though, that Meadow is also following in his
footsteps to help make the world a bit better too.

Staff Car Update: Nissan LEAF 12-Volt Battery Upgrade (Optima YellowTop G51R) - Duration: 10:02.
Hi everyone! It's Nikki Gordon-Bloomfield
here from Transport Evolved, and yes i'm
not in my studio today or in front of
that weird backdrop: I'm here sitting at
my computer desk in my house! The reason
why i'm making today's video like this
is because i need to make an ammendment
to the following video.
The video which follows was
filmed about three or four weeks ago and
deals with the 12-Volt lead acid battery
replacement for our Nissan Leaf. Or rather,
wife's 2013 Nissan LEAF.
As those who've watched the channel
for the past month or so will know, we
had an issue about a month or so ago
when our leaf suddenly started running
down its battery. We'd go downstairs
in the morning to use the car, only to find
a flat battery. Initially we thought
that this was down to perhaps the charging
system we were using. Then we thought it
had something to do with the fact that
the 12-volt battery was old, so we
took the battery to be tested at a local battery store.
But the testing came back and gave a result
indicating the battery was fine. Despite this, it was
still causing issues! So this video is
about replacing that older battery pack
with an Optima Yellow Top G51R -- which is a
sealed AGM battery --
as opposed to the the flooded one that
came with the car.
Additionally, as a kind of coda to this video (which I may
as well add to the video right here)
I should note that
there's some suspicion among Nissan LEAF
owners that the car wings telling
telematics unit upgrade that nissan has
been offering since the start of the
year in the united states that allows
you to go from A to G and data
connection to a 3g data connection is
causing problems with cars with 12 volt
batteries that are not quite so in good
health and is actually causing those
batteries to drain quickly and causing
issues that I don't have any
kind of evidence to back that up right
now because I haven't done any
measurements myself all I can tell you
is since putting the new 12 volt battery
in the car has behaved itself but we
have noticed it's getting drained quite
quickly so I'm actually topping it up
once or twice a month to keep the
battery fully charged but if you go to
minus on me for other nissan leaf forums
you'll notice but lots of people who
have had that telecommunications unit
upgrade are now reporting problems of
the 12-volt battery system so if you do
have a Nissan Leaf you've got that
upgrade and you're having problems leave
your thoughts in the comments below
because i'd love to investigate this
more fully enough talking from me i'm
going to hand back to the me for about
four weeks ago and a much better at much
edited video than the introduction hi
everyone it's nikki gordon-bloomfield
here from transport evolved it's friday
and i thought i would give you just a
bit of an update on what's been going on
with our transport evolved staff car
staff car nissan leaf the one I'm in
right now we had some issues with the
12-volt battery which i did a video on
like last week and after the video had
finished I thought we were going to need
to upgrade the battery and replace the
battery I took it over to to a local
battery specialist who and now there's
nothing wrong with the battery your car
is fine you do not need to replace it
and then the car behaved itself for
about a week and then this week I came
downstairs to a flat battery um same as
last time I was able to jump start it
again and then again I came down to
another another broken uh well not
broken another flat battery this morning
by which point I've kind of made my mind
up that there's definitely something
wrong with this car and it wasn't
plugged it into the charging station
last night I purposely left it unplugged
just see what would happen
and this morning it was dead now I left
it with a battery tender overnight
charging the battery nothing that didn't
make any difference at all and in fact
you
just need to check my map please read
with me
Oh
yeah it's just just literally just down
there on the left so I came downstairs
this morning the card did appear to be
okay until I try to turn it on it lit up
like a Christmas tree lots of error
messages I did some looking on forums
and it seems that when the top up
battery gets sick
the Rev and it causes all kinds of
errors to happen at least that's what
I'm hoping and because I'm about to go
to my local auto zone where I am going
to pop down some of my hard-earned cash
on getting a replacement battery to put
in to see if this will fix the issue now
why do I think the 12 volts go on like
it doesn't the battery voltage just
seemed to drop very very quickly which
is not not great so let me pull inside
i'll see if i can get my battery sorted
out and i will be right back
I have spent large amounts of money on
some some hardware that I hope will fix
the problem with our Nissan Leaf so far
everything seems to be okay connect to
information sent the car is connecting
to the Information Center which is good
I'm just going down here and setting my
units um because it goes from Fahrenheit
it goes from Celsius it defaults to
Fahrenheit if you disconnect the battery
and I have to do that a lot lately my
account has been activated on car wings
which is good so it does seem to mean it
does seem to suggest that we have got
everything back that was taken away by
by disconnecting the battery and putting
a new one in we just have to wait now
and find out if this was the problem or
if I've just spent nearly 200 well more
than two hundred dollars because i
bought a battery charger I don't have a
one designed for use in the US so I've
got a a 50 amp battery charger which can
also be used to jumpstart the car should
this happen again which I I figured was
a smart move so I've got that and a new
battery and I went for a I opted to kind
of spend the high amount and get a an
optima yellow top battery because
they've got a really good reputation for
use in v's because they are dual use
batteries so I've got one of those we'll
see what happens interestingly just as
it did when we plugged it in to the
battery tester last week the battery
tester again said know that there's
nothing wrong here the car is fine
nothing to see move along
so if the battery is dead tomorrow
morning when we go to use the car will
know I guess that we we wasted a lot of
money on a battery that we didn't need
but based on my experience with the rav4
EV which does exactly the same thing you
know throws random errors and whatnot
when the battery is at a low state of
charge
does very much suggest that we're not
going to have the issues that we we did
have previously so we're going to keep
our fingers cross we're going to hope
that that is going to solve the issue
and I'm recording this because I suppose
at some point we will put an update up
onto the transport evolve site this is
not kind of a formal video this is just
an update so thanks for watching I will
keep you posted and until next time keep
evolving

How to Introduce a Dog to a Cat! PLUS Competition! - Duration: 3:30.
Usually dogs and cats can live together peacefully.
However, it will take a lot of planning, patience and preparation on your part to introduce
a dog to a cat that already lives in your house.
We're here this week to tell you all of the stages you need to know before introducing
your pooch and your cat.
The first thing you need to do is make sure that your cat has a safe place in each room
of the house away from your dog.
This could be on top of a bookcase, on a windowsill, anywhere where the dog can't get to it.
It's also really good to make sure that there's one room that the dog can't get into, so this
is the ultimate safe place for your cat.
Another thing to remember is to make sure that your cat's litterbox is inside this safe
area.
Also keep the cat's food and water dishes in this safe area as well.
Before introducing your dog to your cat try and exchange their bedding.
This is going to make sure that they exchange their smells, and this is going to be the
first step in introducing them.
Before you introduce him to the household you need to make sure that your dog is very
well exercised and has eaten a full meal as well.
Now make sure that your cat is locked away in a safe place and let your dog roam around
the house for about 45 minutes.
He's going to be able to smell the cat, so this is going to get him used to the smell,
and he's also going to be spreading his smell around the house as well.
Once this is over you then take your dog out for a walk and let your cat roam around the
house.
Your cat is going to be able to smell the dog, and they're both going to have gotten
used to each others smells before you introduce them face to face.
So you need to make sure that your dog is on a short leash - you can actually attach
his leash to your belt for the first few days as well, and this is just going to make sure
that you can really easily correct anything.
If your cat is typically skittish then introduce her to the dog in her cat carrier.
If not, let the cat just wander around, get used to it and make sure that you have got
lots of treats for both parties so that you can treat for good behaviour.
Your cats first reaction is likely to be to hiss and to run - this is completely normal
for a cat so don't worry about that.
Now you need to repeat these short visits several times a day, and probably for a good
three to four days.
This is just going to get them used to each other at a distance.
Once you have had a few days of this consecutively with no incidents then you are ready to let
them loose!
Let go of your dogs lead, but make sure that it is still on so that you can grab him if
you need to - if there's any dramas.
If you do notice problems and they're not being resolved then make sure that you go
back to the first stage and do this again for a couple of days.
It might just be that they need a little bit longer to get used to each other before being
let off.
You need to be very very sure that they're fully comfortable with each other before leaving
them alone together.
You may remember from last week's video that we had a special competition on to win this

Vlog PVT Taiwan - Week End à Taitung 2ème Partie / Week End in Taitung 2nd Part / 台東小週末 No.2 - Duration: 14:46.
Hi everyone ! Today we are…like I've already said...
I don't remember...
Today we are in Dulan, North of Taitung
We took the bus
Jam packed
During one hour
And now we take a break nearby an old sugar factory
In a very cute small bar
Which one is called "Field Mouth Mountain"
That means, literally "Field » like an oat field
"The mouth"
And "The mountain"
And we are about to taste a local brewed beer
A quite expensive beer since it's 240 NT$
Which means it cost 7-8 euros, so it's expensive for a small beer but I guess we can only find it here
I will taste a passion fruit beer which looks like that
And it's my turn now
And Hsin Yu will taste a beer with tangerine and vanilla flavour
With a very nice drawing in the Van Gogh way with a Taiwanese touch
These are 12ºc, we might be relaxed the whole afternoon
cheers
I's like a Kaoliang's bottle, so I drink in this way (Kaoliang is one of Taiwan's strong alcohol, the bottles usually have the same screw cap)
She takes her time
It's convenient !
Is it good ?
Mine is very good
We don't taste so much passion fruit
So you can pour me a little cup from yours
And I can try
I'm gonna try
Very fruity !
You think so ?
If you try mine you will feel it's very fruity
I try Hsin Yu's drink
Ah yes, mine is fruity actually, when compared to hers
But it taste good ! Vanilla taste is obvious
I don't know how vanilla tastes like
A bit like that
This place is very nice and I'll show it to you
It's furnished with a lot of wood and scrap materials, It has quite a unique style and I'll give you the adress in the description below
you don't really look relaxed
Yeah I'm not indeed
Florian is struggling
It's holidays here !
We are in Dulan Jr. High School,
it's a nice rural Jr. High School with its stadium, its athletic field
The Taiwan's flag just right here
There is nobody because it's Sunday and it's vacation time in addition
It's extremely calm we can hear birds tweeting, that's cool
Like the visit ! Enjoy the visit !
(Broken arab)
If Thomas is watching this video, perhaps he will remember those sentences we've learnt together
Many years ago in Morocco
Personally I still remember those idioms we got in the local market of Oujda (town in Morocco
It was cool
That's Hsin Yu after having a little drink
It's great, I love it
Now we are just out of school and it's wild dogs wandering around who dictate us the path to follow
Seriously, there is a fantastic ambiance here ! Amazing ! People offer you beer for free
It's awesome !
Super relaxed/casual !
Now I'm leaving the aboriginal party we have just been
In which one we've been served alcohol for free, Taiwanese beer
It was simply awesome, they were very friendly, a crazy thing, they were super kind
And I've just been rape in front of everybody by a gal who rode me
and well, I don't care about what others think, but there is still a limit...
Oh that's a good question, Hsin Yu is asking me wether I turned the microphone on because I always forget, I'll check that
Yes ! it's cool, I'm still perfectly capable !
It seems that we can eat "Foie Gras" here
But it's closed
Anyway I'm not here to eat french food isn't it ?
We are ow heading to the seashore cafe, located on a cliff, still in Dulan
We left the main road, noisy and eventful for a more quiet spot, more peaceful
And downright charming
with a good weather that you might not see because the sky is overexposed
Thus now, I'll show you the sky, only the sky and it will be blue !
Here is the Cape Cafe !
Thus it's the place where we will get a drink and may be some snacks we start to buy a little bit hungry !
We've arrived in Cape Cafe, run by a spanish guy
And it's quite interesting to see that there are several foreigners who work there,
We' ve just ordered a plate of assorted pork meat with ham and chorizo
But also a « Salade Niçoise" ! The tuna salad !
Their location is beautiful, it's full of tourists but it's wonderful and it seems it's located on a former golf course !
I'm hungry !
We got our food, "St. Moritz" , uhhh no, simply "Moritz" actually, unlike the ski resort in Switzerland
A light blond beer
Tuna salad
annnnd the spanish assorted pork meat, the best one
I feel I'm in France
it rocks to eat dry « saucisson » here (dry sausage )
Anyway I'm not here to eat french food isn't it
Total cost for 1 beer, 1 smoothie, 1 tuna salad and 1 plate of assorted pork meat
600 NT$ ( 18 euros )
It's more expensive than the average price of food in Taiwan, more expensive than local food as well of course
But honestly, that food, here in Taiwan with that scenery, there is still nothing to complain about
This dirty bug is suffering and it serves it right ! Because it was diving in Hsin Yu smoothie and now we can no longer use the straw
We are forced to drink straight with the glass yet it's still dirty !
Let it rot !!!
Aside from that, we finished eating and honestly I would love to take 2-3-4 or even 5 more plates of assorted pork meat like that
But the point is, then it's quite over budget considering it's 250 NT$ ( 7-8 euros ) per plate, you get the idea
We are on the way back from the Cape Cafe
It's filming video that produces that leads to that, and may be blond hair ? and white face ?
Pink, yes it's true that my face is more pink than white, or let's say even red, as a shrimp
Soooo we are on the way back, we are now heading to a small fishermen harbour down South on the way to our hotel
And on the road we found a betel nut tree !
The betel nuts are much appreciated by some Taiwanese people who chew them until it completely rotten their teeth
It gives them a "red smile", it's a bit disgusting and in the end they often spit it on the ground
Hsin Yu will try to catch one for me throwing a little stone on it
I don't want to have a sharp tongue but I bet she is not very good at aiming, so it might be funny
A little gift for Florian
OK I'll buy you a pack !
We should cut this part and I'll show you a betel nut that we buy somewhere
Hsin Yu, who failed to catch my betel nut...
Had decided to buy me a pack, thanks to her for giving me the opportunity to go dentist soon
Wait I'm gonna try too !
And now..... no no no wait for me !
Florian wanted to try now wether he can hit one, let's seeeee
I...I drunk some beer before and it doesn't help...
No excuse !
Right into the field !
I know Europeans they don't play basketball, I don't blame you
I have the right for a 2nd try and even a 3rd try !
wowwwww you got it !!
I got 3 !
Thanks a lot
Thank you ! bye bye !
There you go ! We've arrived safe and sound !
And the wait for bus being a bit too long, we decide to hitch hike
He just thumbed up and 3 seconds after a car stopped
Small tribute to Anthony who will know…here it's cat's heaven
Here is Fukang harbour ! Which is not super exciting itself but we come here for sort of pilgrimage
To refresh our 2014 memories when we came back from Green Island
Since that's where we arrived with the boat
Do you want to say "hello" ?
Successful hitch hiking for the 2nd time here in Taiwan
In a country where hitch hiking is not so common, it's still the 2nd vehicle that take us for free like that
And that one was not a driving car, it was a car parked just behind us, right behind the place we were hitch hiking
And it's amazing, so much kindness, super cool
Long life to Taiwanese people ! Thanks to Taiwanese people ! thumb up for Taiwan !
I chose to tell you the story of that man who took us in his car
According to him he works in Mainland China, he seldom has chances to go back to Taiwan
Right now he is in Taitung to see his children because they are raised by their grand parents in Taitung
And apart from that, he and his wife live either in Taipei or in Mainland China
So he rarely has opportunities to see his children, it feels sad
And he also shared with us that he is such a BBQ lover that, even during the Qingming day (Tomb Sweeping Day) when he is supposed to eat only cold food
Because that event usually forbids cooking food - if you allow me to remind you -
That man simply ignore it, and still does it's barbecue
And I think he is right ! (because I also love barbecue) Good Night ! Bye !

Scarlet fever - Causes Symptoms and Treatment - Duration: 3:02.
Scarlet fever, also called scarlatina, is an infection that causes a blotchy, pink-red
rash.
It's most common in young children, but can affect people of any age.
It isn't usually serious and can be treated with antibiotics from your GP.
Once you've had it, you're unlikely to get it again.
Causes of Scarlet fever.
Scarlet fever is caused by the same type of bacteria that cause strep throat.
In scarlet fever, the bacteria release a toxin that produces the rash and red tongue.
The infection spreads from person to person via droplets expelled when an infected person
coughs or sneezes.
The incubation period — the time between exposure and illness — is usually two to
four days.
Symptoms of scarlet.
The signs and symptoms that give scarlet fever its name include:
Number 1.
Red rash.
The rash looks like a sunburn and feels like sandpaper.
It typically begins on the face or neck and spreads to the trunk, arms and legs.
If pressure is applied to the reddened skin, it will turn pale.
Number 2.
Red lines.
The folds of skin around the groin, armpits, elbows, knees and neck usually become a deeper
red than the surrounding rash.
Number 3.
Flushed face.
The face may appear flushed with a pale ring around the mouth.
Number 4.
Strawberry tongue.
The tongue generally looks red and bumpy, and it's often covered with a white coating
early in the disease.
The rash and the redness in the face and tongue usually last about a week.
After these signs and symptoms have subsided, the skin affected by the rash often peels.
Other signs and symptoms associated with scarlet fever include:
Number 1.
Fever of 101 F (38.3 C) or higher, often with chills.
Number 2.
Very sore and red throat, sometimes with white or yellowish patches.
Number 3.
Difficulty swallowing.
Number 4.
Enlarged glands in the neck (lymph nodes) that are tender to the touch.
Number 5.
Nausea or vomiting.
Number 6.
Headache.
Treatment for scarlet fever.
Your GP will prescribe antibiotic to take for five or 10 days.
You or your child should start feeling better after a day or two, but make sure you finish
the whole course of treatment.
While taking antibiotics, rest and drink plenty of fluids.
Try to avoid spreading the infection.

Ciao.

Mister Max washes David's socks DAVID & MAGIC RACCOON Video for kids - Duration: 7:10.
Adventures of David (that's to say - mine) and his friends
How Mister Max washed my clothes
Max, Max! Come!
Max, could you wash my things?
In this bowl?
Here are my clothes.
[Raccoon is speaking]
Wow, what a heap!
I'll take the water temperature.
All right, I'll wash your socks...
And instead you'll bring me sweets and bananas
I'll start with socks.
Oh, what David would do without me?
I have no clue...
[The Raccoon is singing]
Well, how David managed to dirty the sock so!
It's not just David, but some Peppa Pig!
Well, I'll also wash panties.
Everything will be like new!
I'm not just an automatic washer, I'm a magic gargle!
Well, what else? Socks, bandana, shorts...
I'll wash everything the best way!
Well, what is that rustle? They cant be mice...can they?
All right, I'll finish with washing and then catch mice.
I'll put everything to order...
... or else mummy will see it and faint.
David, come accept the job!
Oh, Max, well done! You have washed everything.
But can you wring it now?
We have not agreed about wringing!
I'm not a great one for wringing... Do it yourself!
Here they are... I put them here for purpose for them to dry...
Wring this one at least, please...
No, David, we have not agreed about this.
Do it yourself, my little friend.
Oh, I'll go and play with the stone.
I'll have to wring myself.
Why, not bad!
Everything seems to be clean. Well done, Max!

Intermittent fasting, IF vs LS - Mr2ndopinion.com - 0100 - Duration: 5:51.
Intermitted fasting it triggered me to do this video
how does Seth diet before the summer arrives!!
Stay tuned for an totally different way of consuming food!
Ladies and gentlemen what the deuce is LS?
Well LS it didn't exist by a word until today.
Today I'm going to introduce to you LS, Limited selection.
Limited selection is a another way of feeding yourself.
A way where you are selective for 18 hours a day and the other
6 hours of the day.
This is how it works.
For 18 hours a day you only eat fats and proteins.
It starts in the morning for me.
When I already did 8 hours of not eating so +/- 10 hours to go.
For breakfast I have a high fat meal and some protein.
Most preferably eggs ofcourse.
I get a cup of coffee to get along with that and sometimes some
unions or belly peppers.
Yes vegies!
Because those 18 hours you can consume your veggies as long as the are
low carb vegies low on the glycemic index food list.
Here's a quick list of low GI vegies
So I start of with such a breakfast right.
About to 4 hours after when I left the gym I eat another meal with medium fats and more
protein and some veggies about 200 to 300 grams.
After 3 hours I eat another meal with about medium protein and 400 grams of veggies and
almost no added fats by the way! 7 hours + 8 hours
sleep have passed! that's 15 hours.
So 3 hours later it's time to start eating carbs and about 3 hours after that it'll be
the same deal.
The first 3 hours I eat low to medium GI carbs and 3 hours later I eat medium to
high GI carbs.
Both these times I eat +/- 60 grams of carbs.
Together with that I'll also consume about 20 grams of protein from any
kind of source I like.
That's it.Keep repeating this for a week and once a week eat instead of 120 carbs, 240
carbs.
So that's 1 day you can eat 120 carbs extra!
Pretty simple isn't it.
I promise you if you do your workouts and you will lose fat garantueed.
If you want to drive it a little harder than do morning cardio for 20 minutes every
morning on a empty stomach!
When you feel irritated a couple of days in this diet eat a little bit more carbs in the
evening.
You may have a little bit to little carbs for what you job and workout is!
Another thing I want to tell you is to not overdue your fats, try to keep it under 120
grams!
If this type of diet doesn't work for you or you have more questions you can always
contact me.
For a little fee I will help you to create a personalized plan!
Limited selection is a great way to burn fat and there are way to spead it up or slow it
down!
In my opinion it's better than intermitted fasting because intermitted fasting won't
allow you to eat any food in that period and will lead
to less muscle gain or more muscle loss.
Ofcourse there are always naysayers to anything new
in the market but I promise you this will do
the trick as fine as intermitted fasting does!
Limited selection is a way of dieting I've done over the last years with excellent results.
I've started a little late this year but that doesn't really mather.
If you start today you'll still be able to lose a couple pounds or kilo's
of fat by the summer.
Ladies and gentleman I know you can do it!
You should do it!
If you don't, well to bad for you!
But if you do!
Thumbs up!

Seth Carnett from Mr2ndopinion, see you later!
