why are we like this? Why are we so timid?

when someone like you arrives and says she is neither a man or a woman?

That's a really good question

I think it's in human nature...

to classify things, we want to put them in boxes and say...

things are like this and that et cetera

That is very natural, it's in our nature.

When someone comes and you don't fir into two categories.

then we don't know how to classify the person or whatever else.

It's natural but...

We tend to classify things along binary lines.

There's good and bad...

black and white... man or a woman...

but when it comes to black and white there is a whole scale of gray in between those.

there is nothing, which naturally fits into either of two categories.

That is very unnatural.

we talk about children in neuter gender as well as poets.

It's not perfectly new...

in the language we are just not used to using it on a day to day basis.

I remmeber when we first met.

and I was practicing

because you're the first person I got to know that usees the pronoun hán (neuter gender).

and the neuter gender forms of words...

what I thought explained it the best was the thing about a child.

the child is hungry (neuter gender adjective4)

Alda (feminine noun) is hungry (neuter gender adjective)

yes exactly...

Then I was like... yes. aha. hmmm

but how to you feel when I say...

does it irritate you?

like a pin or a knife?

I feel like I was pinched...

one time, it doesn't [matter]

It's not a big deal.

but it's always in the same place and it happens every day and often per day.

and at the end of the day I have a bruise.

wh can't we just have it simple...

can't people just be either men or women?

heterosexual or homosexual...

It messes with everything...

How do you answer comments like that?

well itðs been a long time since I responded to that question.

I always approach this like nuclear physics....

once we were certain that...

that the smallest thing in the universe were neutrons and protons...

but then we found out about quarks.

then we sent physics teachers into re-education...

could you explain the terms queer and genderqueer to us?

a lot of people know the word queer it has been a long time in our language.

gender-queer is a word that I found on tumbler.

we are a social platform for trans people.

we get a lot of emails and inquiries from trans people or people close to them.

which are looking for support or information...

could that for example be...

the parents of a teenager that is discovering that he's trans?

but it's not like that...

I think the reason why a lot of young people are discovering that they don't fit their assigned gender...

is that the gender classifications are so narrow.

in the eighties everything opened up...

research that has been done on toys...

and clothing for children...

in the 70s it was just like everyone played with legos...

the same toys were for everyone...

and clothes were similar...

but in the 80s the suddenly ....

then it turned into your a boy then you are like this or you are a girl and then you are like this.

you have to have boy lego or girl lego.

all of this arrived on the scene...

I think this loosened up a bit in the 90s but then

but tighten in the last decade.

there is a sign flashing in my head right now...

You can sell more if one cannot use the same clothes for your kids of different genders...

New Oversight Chair Trey Gowdy: 'I Was Not Elected The Mayor' Of D.C.

Could it be ... a new boss that isn't quite the same as the old boss?

Congressman Trey Gowdy is now the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government

Reform.

It's also colloquially called the "D.C. overlord," because the committee is charged with broad

control over District laws and finances.

But the South Carolina Republican says that he doesn't want to interfere in local D.C.

affairs.

"I was not elected the mayor of the District of Columbia.

I couldn't be elected mayor of the District of Columbia.

And I don't think the mayor of the District of Columbia would do very well in my district,"

Gowdy told the Wall Street Journal.

All true.

And yet, that didn't stop his predecessor, Jason Chaffetz, from acting like he had a

mandate to protect D.C. from its own elected officials.

Chaffetz, who stepped down this month, was a big fan of disapproval resolutions, which

allow members of Congress to outright block District laws from taking effect if the House

and Senate pass it and the president signs it.

Only three have ever passed in the history of the process, but Chaffetz has tried (and

failed) to use it on issues like medical-aid-in-dying, reproductive discrimination, and medical marijuana.

Chaffetz also threatened to jail Mayor Muriel Bowser for implementing marijuana legalization

in the District, and tried to prevent same sex marriage from becoming legal here.

His meddling made him a target at D.C. rallies and phone banking campaigns, and Ward 1 Councilmember

Brianne Nadeau made Chaffetz his very own nameplate and invited him to a council hearing

given his "interest in managing the affairs of the District of Columbia."

A D.C. political action committee called Americans For Self-Rule formed with the intent of unseating

the congressman they called a "despot."

Gowdy's take on the oversight role is consistent with an interview he gave The Washington Post

in 2011, after he became the head of a House Oversight subcommittee that included D.C.

in its jurisdiction.

"I'm going to provide oversight.

I'll do it fairly, I'll do it completely, but I'm not interested in being the mayor

of the District of Columbia or the overlord or the overseer or whatever else they want

to call it," he said.

Gowdy served as a federal prosecutor before being elected to Congress in 2010 where, so

far, his most visible post has been heading up the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

So far, D.C.

Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton seems cautiously optimistic about Gowdy's ascension.

"I look forward to working with Trey on federal matters affecting D.C.," she tweeted on Tuesday.

But advocates for self-rule in the District aren't taking Gowdy at his word.

"We sincerely hope Mr. Gowdy continues to recognize District residents' right to self-determination

and respects our decisions to address local issues of concern through our democratic process

regardless of whether he agrees with the policy outcome," Americans for Self-Rule said in

a statement.

"If he walks back on his public statements and interferes in District affairs, we will

ensure he feels the same pressure we applied to his predecessor."

That I decided to open up and show The world just what you've done to me

But in case you didn't watch faithfully I'll recap.

You convinced me you were great, Confused my mental state

And then yo-yo ed with my heart.

But the part That has me writing to you is the effects.

It's like you put a hex On me.

You taught me not to believe in fairytales, That we can only count on ourselves,

And when all else fails write a poem, or go for a swim

Visit a gym Do whatever it takes to stay distracted.

You taught that words can't be retracted So use them wisely.

To forget the times we Shared,

Don't count on anyone to be there And by all means trust no one.

You taught me to come To everything with both eyes open

And never find myself hopin' For the best, there's always shadows in

the dark.

You taught me to not take part In this thing called love, just go on through

Rep. Gowdy slams Dems over 'reckless, baseless allegations' about Russia probe.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., criticized congressional Democrats Tuesday for making what he called

"reckless, baseless allegations" about President Trump's involvement in Russian activities

during the 2016 election campaign.

"There are members of both the House and the Senate who [say] 'I've seen evidence that

is more than circumstantial, but not direct,'" Gowdy told Fox News.

"There is no way it can be more than circumstantial but not direct."

Gowdy, who serves on the House intelligence committee investigating possible connections

between Russian officials and members of the Trump campaign, said a member of the panel

"said this week that he has seen evidence [but] he can't tell us what it is [and]

it's not beyond a reasonable doubt.

"There's no way to defend yourself against those kinds of baseless, reckless accusations."

Gowdy was likely referring to the committee's ranking member, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.,

who told ABC's "This Week" that "I think there is evidence" of Trump colluding with Moscow.

'I can't go into the particulars of our closed investigation,' Schiff said, 'but I

also think there is evidence of obstruction [of justice].

But in both cases, I would say, whether there is some evidence doesn't mean there is proof

beyond a reasonable doubt."

Gowdy also told host Tucker Carlson that he hoped the House intelligence committee's investigation

would be wrapped up by Labor Day 'in a perfect world.'

Switching Gyms and Water Intake - Duration: 4:20.

hey guys what's up it's been a long time since I've been on this channel and for

that I'm sorry but I want to come on here today to talk about Fitness and

kind of let you know what I've been up to what's happening with me and how I'm

feeling and kind of what I'm doing so we're just going to jump right into it

so about a month ago I went and got my hair done by a good friend of mine and

she was telling me that she switched her gems she went from like a really

expensive high-dollar gym to like a lower dollar gym but one that she just

felt more comfortable at and she is losing weight and she's just doing

really good and I'm like you know what I went home when I thought about it and

I was like I think I need to look at another gym and there's a gym that I

thought was a CrossFit gym but it's not it's kind of like all all-in-one gym

it's got everything so but it's like a small gym because there's so many things

you can do that when I go into the weight training room there's like two or

three people in there so I go do cardio there's two or three people you'll see a

lot of people like running around the building the building is huge and

there's just so many other things that people can do so yep whatever it is that

you decide you want to do it's usually not crowded which I love not to mention

we kind of like live in the country so it's not going to be as busy as the gyms

that I was used to where we moved from so anyway I went there I feel really

good I was a little bit kind of weird about it though because I'm like I don't

know it's kind of kind of feels like dungeon II a little bit and you know I

used to work out at on LA Fitness in LA Fitness Brighton had windows and you'd

see out and I don't know it just felt very like bright and airy and this is

not that type of gym but it seems to fit very well for me so that was my concern

but it's working out really well so I'm really excited about that and the ride

to the gym is just so calm and so peaceful and driving through farms there

is one farm to have cows so you go by you smell the cow poo probably going to

go but up but I love it I'm loving it so that's what I've been doing with that I

also if you watch my family channel I was also talking about the fact that I

need to make sure that I'm getting in enough water because I'm just not

drinking enough so I have a gallon jug to fill up and I'm trying to go through

a gallon a day not clear up to it yet but I'll get there I know I will I've

done it in the past smell good deal so but that's what I'm doing at least I'm

conscious of it and I know that that's kind of like what I need to concentrate

on but the good thing is that I am making habit going to the gym before

when I was at Planet Fitness was very very sporadic I was kind of like well

and I'll feel like doing it not 100% where I want to be right now but I'm

pretty close I'm happy about that I also think that

I'm going to a bodybuilding show this weekend with a girl friend of mine so I

don't know I have not been to one in probably three or four years so it's

been a while but I'm kind of excited to go so let's say so if I go I'll take you

guys along and hopefully get a little bit of video snippets that you guys can

see that would be exciting maybe that'll kind of get me like pumped up and ready

and raring to go so it's kind of like what I wanted to come on and talk to you

guys about real quick short video now a lot to say let me know the quantum deal

let me know if you guys are having problem with your water intake I left a

go and check to see based on how active you are and all that kind of good stuff

EXPLORING AN ABANDON SCHOOL!! - Duration: 6:47.

I went first because my friend was to scared to go down

She thought it was a light that was on.

She was asking what was in there

The "tunnel" is the way the kids at the school would go to the pool or gym.

She didn't want to stay down there anymore (can't blame her)

Started talking about how the top floor (high school) use to be blocked off, and the door was taken off it's hinges

That door is another to get into the Gym

In this room we found a note card that had medical information about someone who was burnt and had cuts all over his face...
