Without this you can't achieve your big goals! - Duration: 1:47.
(light music)
- Today we're talking about the importance of pain.
And I'm not going in the direction of pain and pleasure,
which you probably heard of before
through psychology or pop psychology
or even self improvement books talking about that.
What I'm talking about is actually embracing your pain,
embracing your pain to get to the touchdown,
to get to the goal you're trying to go through.
So here's what I mean.
There's a great analogy using pregnancy
where when a woman gets pregnant,
there's this great blessing coming in nine or 10 months,
depending on how you count, right?
So nine months, there's this new baby.
But imagine as she's going through the pregnancy,
she says, you know what?
My ankles are getting big.
I'm getting stretch marks.
I have to pee nonstop.
Oh my God, my back hurts.
I can't sleep.
(groaning) Doctor, give me a pill.
Stop the pain.
Could you imagine?
Doesn't make sense, right?
So the important part is you have to go though that pain
in order to have that baby.
Now, for you, it may not be a physical baby.
Maybe it's a new career.
Maybe it's a new relationship.
Maybe it's getting the body you've always wanted.
Maybe it's making that touchdown in your money
or your income finally.
But you have to go through the pain
of getting to that new level.
'Cause how you behaved in the past
won't get you to where you wanna go.
So it's gonna feel uncomfortable.
It's gonna feel like, it's gonna hurt.
It's gonna test you, but that test is so important
in order to get to the breakthrough you're trying
to get through.
Does that make sense?
So to give birth to the baby of your career,
your finances or your relationship or your body,
you're gonna have to learn to embrace the pain.
And if you do that, you will find a way to win.
You know what, I'm really curious how you think of this one.
Please put your comments below,
and I'll make sure I write back to you, okay?
Alright, I'll see ya on the next one.
Take care.

Are You in the 1% of the Population that is Genetically of - Duration: 9:33.
Are You in the 1% of the Population that is Genetically of Higher Frequency?
Do you notice or even feel frustrated because the supplements, medicines, diets, and modalities
that seem to work for other people dont work for you?
Do you do what most would consider all the right things for your health and spirit
and still feel that you are not functioning optimally?
Do your energies, moods, and immune system feel like they need a boost even when you
take extra time for self-care?
If you answered yes to the previous questions, there is a very good chance that
you are part of the 1% of the population that is genetically of higher frequency.
People of higher frequency tend to be described as hypersensitive, empathic, intuitive,
creative, sometimes perfectionistic, and (wonderfully!) complex.
Despite finding that other people are drawn to them, higher frequency individuals often
feel alone in this world because they comprise so little of the population.
However, they continue to move forward with their lives in a unique, heart-centered way.
They live almost strategically in different parts of the globe as light workers,
here to carry out their important mission or Cosmic Call to Action, which is to
help our species and planet survive and thrive as a more consciously awakened world.
As a result, higher frequency people usually share many of the following attributes during
this human experience:
1.
A desire to find, confirm, or capture the essence of their true spiritual home,
partner, family, and/or community.
2.
A feeling that entities or angels are around them.
They may even see or hear those entities on occasion.
3.
A feeling that they arent achieving the success, relationships, and happiness they
desire despite having outstanding skills, capacities, and intelligence.
4.
Changes in moods, emotions, and energy levels that appear to reflect the people or planet
around them, as much if not more than their own condition.
5.
Moments of feeling more awakened or conscious, but finding those times short-lived
or unsustainable in 3D daily life.
6.
Vivid dreams, and even moving, speaking, or acting out while asleep.
7.
Periods of intense shedding of relationships, responsibilities, or priorities.
8.
A feeling that time is moving much faster or even getting lost during regular
activities.
9.
Enhanced awareness of synchronicities and believing that there are no coincidences
or accidents.
If you are of higher frequency, you likely also share a number of the following beliefs,
perspectives, and ideologies:
1.
Service to Others is your mantra or motto, which helps dictate the decisions that
you make and all that you are and do.
You know that what you do to and for others will affect you and your loved ones sooner
or later because we are all connected by frequencies, energy, our planet, and karma.
2.
You see our earth and the human experience as a smaller part of a bigger picture.
You feel almost like we humans are the experiment, playground, or school for spirits, entities,
or forces from other dimensions, including some of your own souls energy source.
3.
You understand that it usually takes dire situations to open peoples minds.
You so want to be genuine in your interactions with others in your daily life, but feel more
like you have to be a metaphysical Clark Kent and keep your Superman thoughts and
talents in your back pocket.
You find that its not until you come to the rescue of others in dire straits that
they can look past your more spiritual cape and approaches.
They are finally more open and just grateful to be helped.
4.
You believe that happiness may or may not be the goal of this incarnation, but that
living a life that is consistent with your purpose will produce all of the fulfillment
you could ever want.
Its not about imitating what others call a successful life. Its about feeling
like you are on your OWN best path to your destiny.
5.
You believe that your destiny is set and is great, but that free will and frequency can
and will change the timing, ease, and efficiency of fulfilling that destiny.
Consequently, you look to strengthen your frequencies and awareness level more than
most.
6.
You follow your heart, recognizing what science has finally proven.
The heart senses and reacts to an event before it ever happens and even before the brain
can process it.
The heart really knows best, and first.
7.
You dont like that money is the focus and basis of our current world.
You prefer to see people for how they are and what they feel, and not for what they
have or whom they know.
You prefer to exchange services and talents rather than money.
For you, sharing your art, time, and expertise tends to reflect more of whats in the heart
than any other currency ever could.
8.
You love and honor our planet and the natural universe.
You feel the pains physically and emotionally when Mother Earth is ailing or rumbling.
You may also feel the pull or mental and physical disruption during events like the moons
cycles, solar flares, planetary alignment, etc.
It sickens you that humans have prioritized greed rather than sustainability and kindness
to the living things around us.
9.
You recognize that each person has a different part in our global community.
Regardless of rank, role, or training, each person is valued and crucial to the greater
picture.
The student is as important to the teacher as the teacher is to the student, as are the
construction crews that build their school and the maintenance crews that keep it beautiful.
If the qualities and tendencies mentioned above resonate with you, then you probably
have lots of experiences being and/or surrounded by a higher frequency person.
It may not come as a surprise that because of all of the energies that higher frequency
people take in and take on from the world around them they are quite prone to: food
and environmental allergies; thyroid issues and adrenal fatigue; inflammation leading
to digestive and/or joint issues; depression, addictions, or extreme highs and lows in mood;
and intense relationships to sexual activity, body image, and/or exercise.
Most higher frequency individuals feel the need to regroup or refresh by being alone
and away from the energies of other people; by spending time in water or nature; by engaging
in sports or physical activity; and/or by getting lost in music, dance, or other forms
of expressive art all to help rid themselves of the frequencies they take in, as well as
to help rebalance their own energy systems.
While being a super-charged human has its challenges, lessons, and contrasts, you contain
the Divine fabric, energies, and soul that represent the next steps for our human species.
Because 3D life as a higher frequency person is complicated, it is neither helpful nor
expected for you to live in perpetual bliss, nor to isolate instead of participate in this
world.
Any discomfort and confusion you experience pave the way for your sincerity and ingenuity;
your resilience inspires others; and your tenacity is the hope for our future.
Most importantly, by living a life that resonates with you, you move others to transform in
positive and profound ways too.
Although you may not always receive the applause, recognition, or gratitude that you deserve
from others, as with most pioneers, your trials, tribulations, and triumphs are pivotal, and
will be appreciated for generations to come.

Painting en plein air master class for beginners - Duration: 8:43.
Hi! I am artist Daniil Belov and I paint landscapes.
We shot this video with my friend when he decided to paint his very first oil landscape.
During the video, we talk with him and discuss a variety of themes connected with plein air painting.
To find out how I paint landscapes myself you can visit my site www.daniil-belov.com.
- What is important now is to draw the shape of the forest.
The firs behind the house are one solid dark shape, a dark mass.
The tonality of the trees around the house is practically equal.
Away from the house you can separate some birches which are lighter, but close to it you should draw just a shape.
- Is it because the details will be specified in the underpainting stage?
- Yes, in the underpainting and afterwards when you work with color.
There is a meaning in that
which I would like to show you today.
And I have planned today's study to highlight this meaning.
In today's case I'll not emphasize
painting as "coloring" in silhouettes already drawn with pencil,
but instead we'll create an image using only paints.
If you look at the paintings of Levitan, you won't see any drawing there.
His paintings are just a set of abstract dark and light shapes.
The shapes on his paintings are painted with such form, color and composition
that this is enough for these abstract shapes to become objects; they are perceived as objects.
I often show Arshile Gorky's still life ("Red and Yellow") to my students.
There is a background, just a simple background,
and there is a white shape, a brown shape,
a red shape, a green one and something else.
There are no shadows!
There are just single-colored, monotonous shapes.
But when I look at this painting,
I understand that this is a still life.
There is just an abstract shape but it's clear that it's a plaster head.
It's clear that the brown shape
is a palette.
Because if you look at a palette,
you can immediately say : "This a palette.
Here is the hole and the form of a palette".
That means that if you paint this darkness
which surrounds the house persuasively by the shape, color and tone,
in the surrounding other shapes.
Even if it's only done with a single color,
a viewer will understand that these are trees. And that's enough.
You should place the colors in a certain sequence.
Here I have the "cool" colors,
and here are the "warm" ones.
Violet -- blue -- green.
Red -- yellow -- green.
In other words, in a sequence,
such that it is comfortable to work with.
- Is this thinner?
- This is a thinned lacquer.
- OK, lacquer. I need to add just a little of it to paints while creating an underpainting, right?
- Yes, you don't need a lot of it.
- OK, and what should I do?
- Create a composition with the thinned umber paint like with a watercolor paint.
By painting the dark shape,
you form the light shapes around it. This one and this one.
Do you understand?
- No.
- Look,
I've painted the roof of the house as a dark shape.
- And why do you do that?
- You need to consider not only
which dark shape you are painting but also
which light shapes you will paint around it.
- Understood.
- In our situation,
when we don't have much time,
you need to draw the shapes in a "generalized" way, without going into detail.
Watch from the beginning,
that the fir trees should be various,
by shape, height and furriness to look natural.
So in the underpainting stage we work on things like that.
To watch how dark shapes form light ones
is necessary for moments like this.
I need to draw the algae here now.
I need to paint it by painting the dark areas around it.
That is, by painting the dark shape of the water
I paint the light shape of the algae.
I've noticed,
that when you begin to explain
that one needs to compose the shapes in such a way,
so it will make a feeling,
that they become prolonged to a distant spot to create a feeling of depth,
everybody starts to paint the shapes
diagonally by their form.
Like this. Like this.
Actually it's not completely right.
Now I paint the shapes horizontally.
It's important to their arrangement
that the sequence of shapes forms the furrows.
But their form can be arbitrary.
Now the task is to
outline the composition with shapes
and to relatively denote the tone:
what is darker and what is lighter.
You don't need to paint each shadow of the tree now.
We go from the general shape into the details.
We need to paint the whole thing in general,
and only then to go in and paint the details.
- Am I right that
the reflection in the water is darker than the objects?
- Some places are darker, some lighter.
Usually the lighter places are darker in the reflection,
and the darker are lighter.
- When we paint by color,
is it important how dense the underpainting is
or not because the darker color will cover it up?
I mean, if I'll make a mistake in underpainting, will I be able to cover it with a color in the later stage of work?
- Even a dense layer of color
lets the light through.
The darker the layers you paint,
the darker the final image is.
You need to take this into consideration.
- So the underpainting affects the final result?
- Yes. You need to know what you want to get in the end.
I'll cover the roof of the house with a light umber tone,
but the sky and the light parts of the house
I'll cover with just a clear transparent lacquer layer
to keep these places light.
- Do I understand correctly that if we want to leave white tone areas in an underpainting,
we should cover them with the lacquer?
- Yes, it's desirable for the bonding with the canvas.

Volkswagen Autoeuropa: 3D printed tools, jigs, and fixtures - Ultimaker: 3D Printing Story - Duration: 3:45.
We started this project in 2014
The issue was to produce gauges, fixtures, and jigs for the assembly line
Since 2014, we have savings of €150,000
My name is Luis Pascoa
I'm responsible for the Pilot Plant in Volkswagen Autoeuropa, Portugal
This department is responsible for engineering changes in the cars as well as launching new models
We're producing 100,000 cars a year and we have 4000 employees
If you compare the conventional situation when we need a new tool, jig, or gauge with 3D printers
we save around 90% of the costs and 90% of the delivery time of the project
We started off with 1 printer. Currently, we have 7 printers
Our prospect is to save €250,000 every year
Regarding the Return On Investment (ROI)
In 2 months, we paid back the ROI
It's a low-cost solution with very fast Return On Investment
Last year, we produced 1,000 different parts
The benefits are improved ergonomics, productivity, and operator satisfaction
In the end, we get very good feedback from the operators working on the line
My name is Miguel, and I work in Process Assembly in Volkswagen Autoeuropa
The trigger for us to start with 3D printing was this type of gauges
We were not able to produce them internally, so we had to go to external suppliers
This was a significant weight on our budget
Now, our gauges are much simpler
and have adjustment capacities that were not present on the model we got from external suppliers
When you're using one of these gauges and one element is damaged
Priorly, we had to scrap the entire part
Currently, we replace only the damaged parts
In terms of cost efficiency
this is a huge benefit for our department
From idea to prototype
now takes 1 to 1.5 hours for a simple project
Priorly, with external suppliers, this took us 2 to 3 weeks
Having an open filament system is very beneficial for our team that develops different solutions
and different applications for the automotive industry
We need this flexibility in our equipment, and this is provided by Ultimaker
also in the tests that we are performing with Filkemp material
Reliability is a key factor in 3D printing
Ultimaker is a reliable machine that we've been using until now
We're using a product that is low-cost and with high-standard and quality results
If you consider the entire automotive industry, the potential is huge

VLOG 25 - Hermes New Collection and VIP Hermes Party - Brianna Vlog - Duration: 16:05.

How to: DIY Steampunk Gun - Duration: 6:31.
Hey guys,
so today I'm showing you how I made my newest steampunk gun.
If anything is unclear,
or you have any questions, then comment below and I'll answer as quickly as I can.
To make a steampunk gun like mine,
firstly you're going to need a water gun or a nerf gun.
Now, any will do. Just pick a design that you like.
Secondly, you're gonna need some paint.
Personally, I used acrylics because they are cheaper,
but I'll put some alternatives in the description.
We're gonna use black as our base coat,
and then all the other colours are just personal preferences
so what colours you want your gun to be.
You're also gonna need some paint brushes.
Now any old paint brushes will do,
but I'd reccomend a flat tip and also a small one for details.
To hold the gun together, you're gonna need some strong, fast-drying glue
similiar to E-6000. If you want you can also use a glue gun.
You're also gonna need some straight forward sandpaper, like this one here.
And then finally, you're gonna want some accesories.
and these could really be anything
I'd try recycling stuff.
Here you can see I have some bottles, and some leather string.
Antique stores have a lot of stuff, and this is what is going to make your gun really unique.
And now we're good to go!
To start with, you're going to want to remove any stickers,
logos, any plastic parts you don't want.
Here you have the option to saw off bits, or glue parts on to your gun.
Once your gun is ready, you're gonna want to start sandpapering it.
This is to help your base coat stick.
I'd reccomend doing it outside, because it can get very dusty.
Here you can see that the plastic is ready to apply paint to.
Now, we're reasy to put on our base coat.
So here you just want to cover your whole gun in black,
and make sure to get into all the little nooks and crannys.
Whilst that first side is drying, you can start to prepare your accesories.
So here I'm filling up these little jars with metallic beads,
and them I'm gonna glue the little cork back on.
On the flip-side of my gun there were tons of holes
for the screws to go through, so I filled them up with glue.
and then waited for that to dry before painting this side black.
When the whole gun is painted black, and dried
then you're finally ready to start painting it!
To get the metallic effect
I'd reccomend putting a small amount of the paint on your finger
and then rubbing it in to the gun
like you can see here.
And this will create a metal-like texture.
I'd reccomend painting all the metallic parts first
because you have less control with your finger
than you would with a paint brush.
And then afterwards, you can go over bits with a paint brush
if you've missed any parts with your fingers.
When adding the none-metallic parts to your gun,
you're probably gonna have to add multiple coats
just to make sure that the colour comes through strongly
and that you have a solid colour.
Now you can just paint the rest of your gun!
you can paint it however you want
and don't worry if you make a little mistake
you can always just paint over it again.
And then finally, you can go over any parts you've missed
and then, if you've messed up the paint a bit
just go over with a small paint brush, and fix it up.
A little tip to help the metal look more worn
is to cover the edges with a bit more paint
pretty much
the edges would be more polished
because they would be rubbing more on things if it was actual metal.
So here you can see that's what I'm doing now.
And here we have the gun painted! :)
Now you can leave it here, or
once it's dry, you can go over to the next step.
Now the final things you have to do is add your accesories.
So here you can see I'm using the leather thread
to kind of make a leather
grip or a leather handle for my gun.
So, I'm just glueing it down on one side
flipping the gun over
glueing on the other side, then just flipping back and forth
until the whole handle is made.
Here I'm glueing down those little bottles
that are filled up with beads
again, pretty straight forward
Put down the glue. Put down the bottle.
and then just wait for it to dry.
Here I'm sticking in an old, broken light bulb.
Obviously, when you're putting in glass
you need to be careful, because if it breaks
you shouldn't really be bringing the gun out with you
anymore, to a con or anything.
And then finally, I stuck on this little lemon juicer
that looked really cool
and didn't cost anything.
And then we're done!
So here is the completed gun! Yaaaay :)
I hope this video helped
and like I said in the start
if you have any questions or feedback
then please leave a comment below, and I'll answer as soon as I can.

Here's a partial list of those who believe trying to beat the market is for losers.
Major business schools, Nobel Prize laureates, Warren Buffet.
Look at those lists again.

Liberty Research: Animal Abuser for Hire - Duration: 4:33.
If you were to drive by this cluster of buildings, you might never imagine the pain and misery
behind their walls.
Dogs with holes drilled into their heads, cats suffocated under flipped-over litterboxes,
dogs injected with insecticides—this is what was documented by a PETA eyewitness at
Liberty Research, a laboratory hired by companies to conduct experiments on hundreds of dogs
and cats each year.
Liberty also breeds thousands of animals to sell for experimentation to veterinary pharmaceutical
giants, government agencies, and universities.
Hundreds of animals at Liberty are treated like inanimate laboratory tools and forced
to suffer in experiments each year, even when well-established non-animal methods
are available.
In one experiment, young dogs were injected with megadoses of an opioid.
They became lethargic and refused to eat.
In another experiment, a drill was used to bore holes into the skulls of 30 dogs so that
distemper virus could be injected into their brains.
Some dogs whimpered during the painful procedure, indicating that they were not properly anesthetized.
A senior worker said that one of the dogs repeatedly banged her head on the cage floor
and others foamed at the mouth or had seizures.
A cat named Jade by PETA's eyewitness had seizures for weeks, each one causing temporary
paralysis, but he received no veterinary care to treat them.
When the decision was made to kill him, workers repeatedly failed in their attempts to sedate
him and let him stumble around and fall down before he was finally injected in the heart.
When Liberty needed room for an upcoming experiment, workers made space by killing a fully conscious
dog, taking more than seven minutes and four injections to do so.
Animals were kept in squalid conditions, and incompatible animals were frequently caged
together.
Two dogs—called Lumpyhead and Shitter by the workers—fought frequently but were not
separated for their own protection.
When a dog named Hank by PETA's eyewitness was bitten by another dog, a senior worker
did not provide any care for the wound.
Cats were kept in severely crowded, barren, and stressful conditions, deprived of all
that is natural and important to them.
A cat named Neville had lacerations on his face that went untreated for months but he
was never protected from the other animals who had injured him.
Workers said (and federal documents confirmed) that some cats suffocated under flipped-over
litterboxes.
One worker said that another cat had died after being crushed under a collapsed resting
board.
A supervisor confirmed that the lives of the cats used in Liberty's breeding compound
were just as miserable.
Liberty repeatedly used individual animals in more than one experiment—even though
this may have affected test results.
Sloppy and careless practices rendered already questionable experiments meaningless.
Liberty staff also admitted to shipping animals to the wrong clients.
In an experiment sponsored by Intervet, a subsidiary of Merck, workers injected an insecticide
into dogs.
Liberty's clients include Merial, Bayer, Merck, the USDA, Michigan State University,
and the universities of Pittsburgh, Florida, and Louisville, among others.

Potosi - A trip into Bolivia's most dangerous mine in the world! - Duration: 5:06.
Potosi, Bolivia is one of the world's richest cities.
The Potosi city is one of the highest seas level cities in the world.
How did Potosi become so wealthy city?
It was the mining!
We will be discussing mining!
Here's called "Cerro Rico"
It is one of the world's most dangerous jobs.
Countless miners have died here.
This is mine inside the mountain!
It's very dangerous.
I've read articles about those miners got killed inside the mining.
They were killed by poison, smashed from rock falling, goes on.
We better be careful!
She's scared.
This is pretty deep hole.
It will get dark.
Are you ready for an adventure trip!
It's a tunnel. Dang, it's dark here.
You can see this guy smoking a cigarette, eating coca leaves, and taking an alcohol shot.
Those give us a protection from getting hurt inside the mining.
Miners really worked hard to make a living.
They all gave their lives to this mining.
They all earned money to support themselves and their families.
They have my respect.
We just met a second miner.
Miner's life expectancy is up to 40 years old.
Due to a repisortary problem, rock falling, explosions, goes on.
I recently learned that eight million miners have been killed here.
I gave him food, drink, coca leaves, etc to energize himself to continue mining and making money.
This statue is 35 years old.
It was made with clays. It's the Uncle Tio statue miners made a stop to show respect.
We will take a long hike soon, however, this miner is currently working on adding woods to support its rock.
It's real silver.
Miners considered silvers as evil or a bad luck.
Why? Silvers can easily cause a war between any country.
Miners believe that if they have somehow managed to collect all silvers here.
The silver bridge can be built from Bolivia to Spain.
This was fun adventure trip!
I've gained my respect for miners.
Inside the mine, it was a lot of rocks that can easily fall off.
It was difficult to breathe.
Wow. All I can say I respect them.
Calvin is right.
I've gained my respect for them.
It's suffocated and hard to breathe.
I hit some rocks constantly.
