A

Little piece this is vips back with another video

So let's today's video is over to the internet different

Videos on my channel is not only about bodybuilding that you get to see but it's mostly about general populations health and wellness

so if today's video is covering up this topic of how [to] [trick] [a]

[passive] viewer because in a society beard is considered as a symbol of masculinity as scratches, and yeah

so survey this way so basically a passive ear is the loss of [birth] from A

particular part of the Beard region now before knowing how to fix patchy beard we need to know the causes of having a

[bacterial] cutting long story short there are various factors

You need to have having a bacteria like our emotional changes

infection changes and Major hormonal imbalance is like significant degrees of hormones that key to make

Characteristics many current assessment of having a [Patchy] [beard] so now afternoon the process of it

let's get to the next thing that is how to

[principality] given the first thing that I would suggest is to

Do not shave let it go shaving appears does not call it to grow back faster

[antek] up the only way to have a majestic here is to by actually making a commitment to let it grow

Don't worry, you'll get this bugle much and also Avoid trimming [men's] heads up growing up

This will actually allows the hair to grow and them love with is the p region

Natural tip number two is massaging your head with oil

Once the hair starts to grow you can use all these buzz on erosion to start massaging

The region wise [energy] now this will help to remove all the dead skin cells

While nourishing the you have [removed] now this is a boomerang Billy's [our] other stuff the other way to get this done

Buying yourself some you know like gustav

It has [the] [ingredients] that will has you don't get in those dead skin cells and [meeting] your peer to

natural tip number C

Is cleaning it with essential oils because the essential oils has the ability to tree skin hair follicles with the [PCPS] in all those?

That will uses hair and enhances our proof you can try out things like

Animal specimens or Eg os which are readily available?

essential Oils with deep cleansing abilities and with

Antimicrobial property support an example you can help you drops off

Te'o's with some warm water and right [linking] the region or the [bath] for some [times] and

This will help to remove all the infection that is available on the skin

Natural district for use of garlic as it has high content of Minerals like zinc

[surface] and calcium which are essential for your hair growth and because this is an antimicrobial

it will kill germs and Bacteria [that] might cause damage to your hair growth and because of

selenium success in Garlic it stimulates Blood circulation

For maximum nourishment and so then this is because of improper drugs of life you have born sports on your skin [now]

[you] can use it by rubbing on the back for some time by using a

Garlic clove for some time and then watching it after 20 minutes using it daily for two months should work

Or I guess along with other ways of fixing your fatty here one of this is by using minoxidil because when oxygen is

A potassium channel opener which will help and stimulates blood circulation into the hair follicle

Then some spring is more hormones and more new

Root of the hair and which will help your peer to grow faster and Shaken up

It is not an estate thing which I told you in tip number three now it depends on you

[have] you gotta do it but hey if minoxidil does not have any effect on your own ones like this is around all

Dht which is good because those two hormones are responsible for your [gear] build in the first place and

Knowing that good resist is having your peer groups being affected now the question arises is what is I stopped using?

Minoxidil

my beer bottle

Dancer is no

Understand the [status] [guys] once you've activated your hair follicles to growth Turban is that it would stop

magically when you stop using minoxidil

[solution] the speed of have Bruce my Slowdown and the rate of new hair on your face might Luigi's

But the fact [is] that you won't lose [any] [weight] to

Minoxidil

Solution now [going] [to] the most important is [stupid] [fat] [is] in your beer

Is to increase your [hair] to set on there is now

This is what most of the teenagers with this problem of having

that it is they are beer because if dough doesn't do strength training and

Steps to sit on and the hydrolysis there on are blooming later on once that if there is instability

pigeon hair follicles that actually help you to do this has [80] [hp] [or] so rather than

supplementing your [cells] [will] [testify] [on] boosters or

Assets in Iran [physicists] something like that

Boosted is around asking me like half into nine hours of good sleep

every [day]

And then do strength training because death training is ruinous many stories to stimulate

Your senses there are too many of those the four movements like squats

deadlifts benchpress presses lunges etcetera etcetera

And you're going to see [changes] for sure now come to the last important thing too it is to focus more on your nutrition

Now remember anything related to your body's like organism balances or facial hair has to do this your nutrition and your food service

Like we company

Advocacy deficiencies can cause you to have [acted] in your peers because we're coming

It helps in proper, synthesis of [literature] on it as I just explained

67 can help you stimulate facial hair follicles to grow [your] [fear] and

Also, there are studies that have TVs that when you're becoming lemonade strong when you're tested on them is strong

Warwick Thornton talks We Don't Need a Map - Duration: 1:49.

I'll tell you a funny story.

I hate films that start with a director or a producer

(documentaries)

going...

'Hi, I'm going to take you on a journey and

I know things that you don't know and

I'm really f*cking important'.

I went and made the same film.

G'day Australia.

My name's Warwick Thornton.

How ya going?

A couple of years ago I got a little bit angry and I

said The Southern Cross is becoming the new swastika.

It got me in a bit of trouble.

Everybody just completely lost their mind.

Somehow it resonates deep.

That's why I'm making this film I guess.

Newspapers had a field day with...

'How dare he'.

'That's so un-Australian'.

I got really scared about that and then over the years

that fear turned into anger and then

I'm very good at turning anger into an energy.

So there's an angel going

'No, the only reason that this film could be made

is if you were in it and it's about your journey

and you asking a lot of questions.'

And then there's a devil on the other side going

'Oh you wanker'.

'You're such a wanker'.

People talk about The Southern Cross

being the great Australian symbol.

Now let's go back 100,000 years

and I'll show you a different perspective.

Be careful what you make because you just

might get opening night at the Sydney Film Festival.

How empowering is this?!

So amazing to select the film

and what a platform.

A lot of people are going to see the film now,

which is fantastic.

It scares the shit out of me.

Failure Isn't No - It's Practice HARDER - Duration: 1:01.

- Being a martial artist since as early as I can remember,

there is failure in every class, right?

Being, I'm a fourth degree black belt,

and when I go to take a class now,

my instructor still looks at me and says,

"You're punching wrong."

So I've been punching for 15 years, and I can still

be told, "You're punch is wrong."

So that mentality of getting used to failure

really helped me coming into the startup space,

the entrepreneur space more.

- Well, it's redefining failure, right?

Like, you're using failure.

But I know you're using it as learning.

If you've been doing it for 15 years,

you have this continual learning.

- Failure isn't a no, it's a practice a little bit harder

and it'll be better.

- Practice harder.

- But I learned that, you get the standard,

the discipline, and it takes, it's hard to go

and just spend 15 years doing the same punch

and be told that just to keep punching, right?

So the mental discipline that you have to have

to say that you can make it better--

- [Woman] To keep showing up.

- Yeah, to keep showing up, to tell yourself

you can keep practicing.

Canelo vs. Golovkin Lands at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas - Duration: 4:07.

Canelo vs. Golovkin Lands at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas

Oscar De La Hoya announced Monday on ESPN's "SportsCenter" that the middleweight championship showdown between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on September 16.

De La Hoya, whose company promotes Alvarez, had narrowed down the possible sites to T-Mobile Arena and the Dallas Cowboys' AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The date for Alvarez-Golovkin was established last month, when the fight officially was announced.

"Keep in mind everybody wanted this fight," De La Hoya said. "It's the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

So everybody wants to go to Vegas, have a great time, watch a great fight with Triple-G and Canelo. I mean, it's gonna be a train wreck – let me tell you..

AT&T Stadium could've accommodated many more fans for the HBO Pay-Per-View fight – as many as 100,000 – but the gate revenue from T-Mobile Arena will be comparable because ticket prices will be significantly higher.

T-Mobile Arena, which opened last year near the famed Las Vegas strip, holds slightly more than 20,000 fans for boxing.

The long-awaited Alvarez-Golovkin fight finally was announced May 6 at T-Mobile Arena, immediately after Alvarez (49-1-1, 34 KOs) dominated Mexican rival Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (50-3-1, 32 KOs, 1 NC) in a 12-round fight that was not competitive.

T-Mobile Arena is co-owned by MGM Resorts International, an extremely deep-pocketed company that owns numerous casinos and resorts in Las Vegas. Eric Gomez, Golden Boy Promotions' president, told ESPN.com that MGM Resorts International made "an incredible pitch and incredible offer.".

De La Hoya revealed he also received strong offers from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Madison Square Garden excutives to hold Alvarez-Golovkin at the "Mecca of Boxing" in Manhattan.

Kazakhstan's Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs) has drawn capacity crowds to the Garden for his eighth-round stoppage of Montreal's David Lemieux in October 2015 and his narrow win over Daniel Jacobs on March 18.

Two of Alvarez's past three fights have taken place at T-Mobile Arena.

AT&T Stadium was considered a realistic option because Alvarez's first fight there – a ninth-round knockout of comparatively unknown Liam Smith – drew an announced crowd of 51,420 on September 17.

"I did receive [an offer] for a crazy amount of money," De La Hoya said. "The offers were just amazing from Madison Square Garden.

So I was contemplating it because look, you mentioned right now Muhammad Ali with Joe Frazier – crazy fight. And then obviously my good friend, Jerry Jones, who wanted this fight.

I talked to my great friend, Magic Johnson, who wanted to stage the fight at Dodger Stadium. "But ultimately, it's like the entertainment factor. People wanna go to parties after the fight.

You wanna stage the pre-fight parties, the weigh-ins. People can … I'm gonna open up venues, probably 12, 15 venues in Las Vegas, where people can watch this fight amongst your friends and other fans of the sport.

Closed-circuit TV, I mean we're gonna open up like 35,000 seats. So people can go out there to Vegas, have a great time and watch a great fight.".

We Don't Understand Life... But We're Trying - Duration: 2:20.

We study yeast cells.

It's a model for a human cell.

It's more like a human cell than a bacterial cell, and we're trying to figure out the

general principals of genetics that drive phenotypes in yeast.

The reality is we don't understand how life works, and so we're trying to figure out

fundamental things about life so that we can understand it, and manipulate it, if things

go wrong like disease states.

You can imagine if you can open up a cell, you'd see the inner workings,

the plumbing of the cell.

And if you don't understand it, you can't find out where the problem is,

and you can't fix it.

And so basically, that's what we're trying to do, is understand it to the point where

we can fix things when they go wrong, and change things, manipulate them so that we

can make things better.

The yeast community is composed of about a thousand different labs around the world,

and the community got together and made a mutation in every single yeast gene.

Six thousand different genes on sixteen different chromosomes, and what we've been doing is

using robots to cross all those mutants together and look at every single double mutant, so

eighteen million double mutants, and so we've been mapping the connections between genes

– the functional connections – that reveal the plumbing of the cell, reveal the wiring

diagram of the cell, and it's just mind blowing.

The amazing thing is now you can do that with CRISPR and in human cells and so we're working

to start building these maps in human cells which will tell us how human cells work.

The exploration is what drives a lot of science because we're moving into the unknown and

it is sort of moving into an exponential phase, I think.

We walk in, it's so exciting because you never know what's around that corner and

what's going to happen next, and you just have to be prepared.

How to Organize Any Space in Your House - Duration: 6:21.

Hey! It's Abby and today I'm going to talk about the system I use to organize

every and any space in our house it works for me no matter how big or small

the space is and I'm excited to share it with you so that you can start

organizing some of your own spaces as well so to demonstrate my organizing

system today we are going to use my messy desk drawer right here so we

recently moved and when I packed at my office supplies I just put them all into

Ziploc bags and for the past six plus months that we've lived in our house

I've just been grabbing them out of the Ziploc bag so step one is to take

everything out of the space I really like to start with a blank slate so I

can see what I have and really assess my storage needs sometimes it has to get

worse before it gets better

step two purge like crazy this is the most important step in the process if

I'm just reorganizing all the stuff that I have things that I don't even use

anymore that's not organization that's just

rearranging my clutter so I really try to be ruthless and get rid of anything

that I'm not going to use anything that's broken or worn out either I throw

it away if it's worn out or if it's still in good condition and I just don't

use it anymore I will donate it so I want to get it my pile of things down to

just the items that I use often and I absolutely need in my house step 3

put like items together I will be able to find my items more quickly if all my

paper clips are together and all my washi tape is together it also helps me

to evaluate what types of storage containers or dividers I'm going to need

for all of my items step 4 Corral like items this does not mean

that you have to go out and buy all sorts of new bins I like to start by

looking around my house and seeing what types of bins or organizing tools I

already have I repurpose things like using mugs to hold pens i will use items

I would normally discard like a cardboard box maybe wrapped in some

pretty paper you know to organize something organization does not equal

buying a bunch of expensive bins a lot of times you can find things in your

house that will work just fine if I am doing organizing project and I've

searched everywhere in my house and I can find absolutely nothing that will

work then I might go out and buy a new bin or two but usually I can get by with

things that I already have so now that is pared down my items to what I really

actually need to keep in my desk I went and grabbed this plastic organizer that

I had from my desk and my old house I will link to a similar one in the notes

but I like this because it fits my drawer nice and neatly it has the

different sections and so I can just kind of figure out what is going to fit

where and what the best configuration for my items will be step 5

label this step is optional but I kind of have a thing

for labels so I usually end up labeling all of my containers or items you can do

this in any number of ways sometimes I get a little fancy and I use my

Silhouette machine to cut out some pretty labels out of adhesive vinyl

other times I'll take my label maker that I've had for like five years that I

love and I will print out some labels there other times I will make labels

myself like in Microsoft Word or in Canva and you can watch those videos on

my channel as well I decided to use the adhesive vinyl

letters on the bottom of the tray for this project because then when I take

something out to use it I know exactly where to put it back step 6

refill your space now that we have everything sorted and labeled it's time

to refill your drawer and make it look pretty I put in a little drawer liner to

make it look pretty and then all I had to do was take my tray and put it back

in my drawer and everything was nice and organized step 7

train yourself to put everything back in its spot this is one of the most

important steps as well because I don't know if you're like me but I'm kind of

scatterbrained I have a natural tendency to just go from thing to thing to thing

and leave this trail of stuff behind me as I go if I really focus on putting

everything back in the spot that I've created for it my system will stay

organized not just for a day but for the long term which is our ultimate goal

with getting and staying organized step 8

finally don't be afraid to tweak your system if I'm going through my

day-to-day life and I realize that the organizational system I set up isn't

really working that well I can make changes and tweak it so that it better fits

my lifestyle it's not set in stone once you organize something so for the most

part that's the system I use to organize any space in my house large or

small let's take a look at those steps one more time step 1 take everything out

of the space step 2 purge like crazy step 3 put like items together step 4

corral like items step 5 label

step 6 refill your space step 7 train yourself to put things back in their

spot step 8 don't be afraid to tweak your systems so

hopefully my process can give you a starting point to go from when you're

working on organizing your own spaces I know it can seem overwhelming but the

quickest way to get organized is just to start even if you can only commit 15

minutes to organizing a space that's the perfect first step in the right

direction let me know in the comments which space you're going to get

organized today and be sure to subscribe to our channel for more organization

The 'Two Slide Decks' Approach to Leadership Communications - Duration: 1:33.

I think communications is probably the most important part of my job as a tech leader.

When I'm asked to deliver something, I need to be able to communicate the options, the

cost, the architecture, I often do two slide decks, I have the business version (I say

to my team that this is the logical version.

Everything doesn't have to be 100% accurate but it has to be close enough for them to

understand it because they won't need to understand all the details that we need to.

I then build a technical deck for us to use and those in finance who might need more detail.

I'm also communicating up, down, sideways and there are a couple of rules of thumb that

I follow and one of those is consistency.

There's nothing that will cause a team to go sideways faster at my level and that is

not hearing the same thing day and day.

If I set the direction that we want to encompass a certain goal on Monday and then on Tuesday

I change it and Wednesday and they're all confused by Thursday so once I set a goal,

I have a rule "once in flight, always in flight".

Bird flu cases reported at over a dozen farms; poultry culled as precaution - Duration: 2:26.

A U.S. nuclear-powered submarine docked in Korea's southeastern port city of Busan on

Tuesday morning... appearing for the first time in a month since it was last seen at

a port in Japan.

A South Korean military official who asked not to be named said the USS Cheyenne will

not be taking part in any joint exercises,... but is here to deliver military supplies.

Although it's nuclear-powered, the Cheyenne is not a nuclear-armed submarine.

The submarine carries Tomahawk missiles that have a maximum target range of three-thousand

kilometers.

They are

the same type used in the U.S. strike on a Syrian air base

in April.
