eggless carrot and apple cake

The first thing we have to do is to

reconstitute the egg substitute with water.

If you don't know what I am talking about

We add some sugar

and then mix it well

After that we add the oil

and we mix til it is integrated

We add the salt

And then we add the flour

Mixing well so it doesn't have lumps

After this we are going to add the carrot

And then the apple

We put some butter on a mold

And then we put the mixture inside

We put it in the oven for 40 minutes

in a low oven, and when you take it out

it should look like this

Trump Announces $60M Cut To Democrat Holy Grail—They'll Never Recover.

Recently, President Trump announced that he plans to cut taxpayer funding from Planned

Parenthood and other abortion facilities.

Americans are thrilled over the prospect.

Instead of abortions, the money could be used for so many good, life-affirming things.

Last week, the proposal became official.

The Trump administration released a statement that explains the proposed rule that will

go into effect after a 60-day waiting period, as is standard.

Democrats better tighten their belts, because here comes a one-two to their Holy Grail of

abortion.

The proposal will strip Planned Parenthood of approximately $60 million in annual Title

X taxpayer dollars.

Title X was enacted by Congress in 1970 to provide federal tax dollars for family planning,

but banned funding for abortion.

I can hear the wailing and gnashing of leftist teeth already.

"None of the funds appropriated under this title shall be used in programs where abortion

is a method of family planning," the law states.

Under the new rules, Title X projects will no longer be allowed to refer women for abortions.

If an organization receives family planning funding, they will also be required to keep

facilities where abortions are committed separate from facilities where family planning care

is provided.

This is something that Planned Parenthood has refused to do in the past.

That's because they want to keep the funding fungible.

That means that government funds can float between departments and Planned Parenthood

can claim they are not used for abortions, even when they are.

The Supreme Court upheld the Reagan regulations in 1991 in Rust v. Sullivan, but when pro-abortion

President Bill Clinton took office, he reversed them.

Recently, almost 200 lawmakers sent a letter to Alex Azar, the Secretary of Health and

Human Services, urging that the Reagan regulations be put back into place, albeit without prohibiting

counseling for abortion.

""Unlike the Reagan regulation, the proposal will not prohibit counseling for clients about

abortion, but neither will it include the current, potentially illegal mandate that

projects must counsel and refer for abortion," a Trump administration official said.

"This proposal does not necessarily defund Planned Parenthood, as long as they're willing

to disentangle taxpayer funds from abortion as a method of family planning, which is required

by the Title X law.

Any grantees that perform, support, or refer for abortion have a choice – disentangle

themselves from abortion or fund their activities with privately raised funds.""

"The proposal will also mandate Title X recipients to follow state and local laws

on sexual abuse reporting — something that is a critical issue for Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood has repeatedly been caught covering up child r**e and s*x trafficking,

systematically breaking the law by refusing to notify authorities of statutory r**e and

suspected human trafficking.

Time after time, Planned Parenthood behaves as if it is above the law, even at the expense

of children who have been r***d and trafficked.

Now, in order to receive Title X funds, organizations will have to prove that they are complying

with laws regarding child abuse."

""Title X projects shall comply with all State and local laws requiring notification

or reporting of child abuse, child molestation, sexual abuse, r**e, incest, intimate partner

violence, or human trafficking (collectively 'State notification laws')," the proposal

declares.

It also mandates that organizations receiving funds will have to provide stringent documentation

in multiple areas to prove that they are not breaking any laws."

The Susan B. Anthony List noted in a press release: "The 'Protect Life Rule' will

fulfill a campaign promise made by President Trump to stop taxpayer funding of abortion

businesses like Planned Parenthood… [and] will direct tax dollars to Title X centers

that do not promote or perform abortions….

Similar regulations were upheld by the Supreme Court in 1991 in Rust v. Sullivan (500 U.S.

173)."

SBA List president Marjorie Dannenfelser noted that Planned Parenthood "is responsible

for more than 300,000 abortions a year and has been receiving $50-60 million in Title

X taxpayer funds annually."

153 members of the House of Representatives put the new proposal in place.

They sent a letter in April that requested new regulations be implemented regarding Title

You can bet the majority of them were not Democrats.

Since Planned Parenthood and abortion are such a staple of the Democratic platform,

they may never recover from this.

But they will try and get their hands on it should another Democrat come into power, trust

me.

Right now, Planned Parenthood receives half a billion dollars in taxpayer funding every

year.

That's obscene.

They carry out more than 300,000 abortions a year, which in my book, constitutes genocide

of the unborn.

The approximately $60 million in annual Title X funding that Planned Parenthood stands to

lose will be redirected to comprehensive healthcare clinics.

These are legitimate healthcare providers that do not conduct abortions.

They vastly outnumber Planned Parenthood clinics.

The overwhelming majority of Americans oppose taxpayer funded abortions.

They view them as immoral.

I certainly do and none of us approves of having our hard-earned money used to slaughter

the unborn and the newly born.

This proposal from the Trump administration, despite shrieking and snarling from the abortion

industry, is giving the American people exactly what they want.

It helps redirect money towards legitimate healthcare providers as opposed to abortion

clinics.

It at least puts a dent into the left's culture of d***h.

Ryan, who is no stranger to fake news or stirring up trouble, is now blaming FLOTUS office,

for her own mistake.

She's claiming that being called out for spreading fake news is "HATEFUL" towards

HER.

These liberals are insane.

White House correspondent and CNN contributor April Ryan is no stranger to controversy in

the Trump era.

She has sparred with both Press Secretary Sean Spicer (remember the "stop shaking

your head" moment?) and Sarah Huckabee Sanders during several entertaining press briefings.

Now, that press room drama has made its way to the First Lady's office.

On Saturday, Ryan tweeted out an article entitled, "Is the Trump Administration Running a Child-Trafficking

Ring or Nah?

Follow Me Down the Rabbit Hole."

It's a piece from The Root criticizing Trump for peddling conspiracy theories.

Melania Trump's communications director Stephanie Grisham didn't take kindly to

Ryan's tweet, asking why reporters like her can get away with sharing fake news.

If you're a journalist w many followers & a @CNNPolitics contributor…is it ok to

retweet any headline you want, regardless of if it's true?

Remember: "The core purpose of a journalist is to research, document, write, & present

the news in an honest, ethical, & unbiased way."

Ryan told Grisham to actually read the story and not just the headline, before accusing

her – and Fox News – of fueling hate.

That fake news story from FOX and your not reading the story just a headline creates

an atmosphere of hate against me that leads to ugliness.

It has to stop!

Some outlets like Splinter came to Ryan's defense, accusing the White House of "cyberbullying"

the press corps.

How dare the First Lady's team try and lecture anyone on honesty and integrity, when her

husband is "one of the most prolific liars on the planet."

Tevreden Algemeen blijken studenten, een gemiddelde van 66 pct, tevreden te zijn met wat hun ouders doen voor hen tijdens de examenperiode

Toch blijkt dat ouders weinig over de spanningen praten. Slechts één op de tien zoekt vaak of altijd advies bij derden

Hi my name is Zara. My Dad is from England and my Mom's from Iraq and I was

born in England. When I was about 7 years old, my Mum was like, "Hey maybe we should

go to Iraq, I've not seen my family in so long. So, maybe we should pay them a visit.

And maybe we could stay there for a while." My Dad was like, " no are you out of your your mind?"

"Like that's where the war is going on." My Mom was like, "Yeah, well that's where I

was born that's where I was raised." So my Dad finally agrees and me, my Mom my Dad

and my sisters and brothers went there. Everything was fine until I was

about nine years old. I remember it was about 4 a.m. and then I was woken up to

the sound of screams and crying. And I was like "what what's going on? This isn't

right." So I decided to look out my window and I

see fire. I see a building on fire. I rushed to my Mom's room and I grabbed

her by the hand I rushed back to my room and I show her the fire. She screamed and

she woke everyone up and she was having a panic attack.

Soon enough we realized that our city has been attacked.

About a few weeks later, we were running low and supplies because we'd been in

the house the whole time trying to avoid the war. And then my Dad was like, "okay we

are low on food we can't live like this we are gonna die in here if we don't get

anymore." My dad and my sister go out and they go and get food. It was about four

days since they'd went out to get some food. And my Mum and I and my brothers

started panicking. Drew was just like "something has happened they are not okay!"

I just lost all my hope and I was like, "well there's nothing to do now let's

just pray to God and see what happens."

But then a miracle happened. My Dad came back from the house and without my

sister. He was just crying and he was really injured...

...without my sister... I've realized why God has taken it up

and I realized that she'll be by my side no matter what.

Soon after that we move back to England and now I'm 13 years old and I live a

happy life. Life is good and just know if you're

going through warring thing it will get better...

Wyzecam 2 Smart Home Camera Integrated into your Smart Home - Duration: 6:36.

Hello everyone.

Thanks for tuning in again.

Now if you remember

the Wyzecam 2 that we set up

recently on the channel here.

That camera, it's a fantastic

HD camera, but it doesn't...or it didn't

do a lot of connecting to some of those automation

services that we really need to create

great functionality in our smart home.

so I'm going to show you today how to get that our of your $20

Wyzecam 2.

Let's go.

Ok, so like I said in the intro

The Wyzecam 2

is a relatively inexpensive camera.

It has great capabilities in terms of the physical camera.

It's motion detection, its sound detection, it can detect alarms for you in your home

like smoke and carbon monoxide.

But what it can't do, or couldn't when it first came out, is connect to any of your

other smart home devices.

So what I'm going to show you in this video is how to start connecting your Wyzecam 2

to other devices.

And then you can go ahead and take what I've shown you and tweak into however you want

to set up your smart home.

So we're going to go to IFTTT.com.

If you don't have an account, you're going to need to sign up for one.

We're going to search for Wyze and we're going to connect that service.

Now you're going to have to use your username and password that you used when you signed

up your Wyzecam.

Once you do that, and you hit "authorize", you've then connected the Wyze service to

IFTTT.

Now you have a host of different automation things that you can use.

There are a number of triggers and actions that you can use with this service.

Like I said, motion, sound, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide.

All of those can be triggers.

You also have all of the actions.

Now, I'm going to create a new applet.

Every day at 11 pm, I'm going to enable motion detection.

So I'm going to search for Wyze, and here I'm going to enable motion detection.

You can see I chose all cameras.

You could choose a specific camera if you wanted.

You can enable this applet multiple times for multiple cameras.

Now after that I'm going to create a second applet.

Again I'm going to use the date and time service.

I'm going to choose 7am in the morning.

Here I'm going to disable my Wyzecam motion detection.

I choose disable, and all cameras.

And then I create the applet.

So now I have motion detection whenever I go to sleep at night.

However, when Ieave my home, and this is a pre-made applet right on the Wyzecam IFTTT

page, I want to disable the motion detection when I'm at home.

And then I want to enable it when I'm away.

So I'm going to choose all cameras, and then you have to choose your area.

This is just like a Google Map.

You hit the plus and minus buttons and then you just go find your home's location.

Save that applet as well.

On the flip side, I want to enable motion detection when I leave home.

So all cameras, again.

And I've also chosen where my home is located on the applet.

Now I just want to show you if you were to use Wyzecam as the trigger.

Here, like I said, motion, sound, smoke alarm, and CO alarms.

Those alarms can all be the trigger for actions in your home automation system.

Using motion detection, I can create a trigger.

Here's what you have access to from this motion detection.

You can see a boolean value of MotionDetected and a Trigger Time.

That's actually the time the motion was detected.

One thing to note is that you don't actually have access to the physical file that your

Wyzecam creates.

That's not available just yet on the IFTTT service.

Now moving on, I'm going to choose an action service.

I'm going to choose Philips Hue light.

You could of course use anything, and something that's going to be the most useful is a siren.

I'm just going to turn on a light on a color loop.

You would obviously have to choose a light that has that capability.

I have one in my home here.

One last thing I want to show you, and this is really useful as far as I'm concerned.

I'm going to use a Samsung SmartThings motion detector to trigger a recording regardless

of whether or not my Wyzecam has picked up motion.

So I'm going to choose "any new motion" from Samsung SmartThings.

Now I'm going to choose the device.

My motion sensor is far away from my Wyzecam, but it's close enough that my Wyzecam would

see it when I record on it.

I'm choosing the "Record a short video clip" action from Wyzecam.

I'm going to choose that specific camera.

I'm going to create the action.

There, I now have the capability of recording based off of other sensors or other things

in my home automation system.

You could do this with water sensors.

You could do this with any type of sensor you have in your home, attached to any automation

system, as long as it connects to IFTTT.

I think this is really great functionality, and I hope this has given you alot to work

with, with your Wyzecam 2.

Of course, with just how cheap that camera is, this is now a great option for those of

us looking to improve our smart home.

Embroidering Satin Stitch | Stitch Lessons | @laurenfairwx - Duration: 3:30.

Hi! It's Lauren and today on Stitch Lessons, I'm going to show you how to embroider satin stitch.

This stitch looks like a series of dense parallel lines that come together to fill a shape in

your embroidery.

I use this most often to make the little triangle-shaped beaks on my owl plush toys and I've developed

a few tricks and variations that I'll show you as well.

Here's how it's done!

I started out by drawing a square with a disappearing fabric marker.

Thread your needle and tie a knot at the end of your floss if you'd like, then choose

where you want to start filling in the shape.

I'm aiming for the corner of this square.

Push your needle up from the back along one edge and pull your thread through.

Then, go straight across the shape and push your needle down along the opposite edge.

Pull it tight, then bring your needle back up again along the first edge, just a tiny

bit down from your first stitch.

Go back across, keeping your stitches parallel with one another, and push your needle down

on that other edge, just below your previous stitch.

Continue filling in the shape using that pattern.

If you end up with gaps between your stitches, feel free to go back up and add some more

lines in those places because I feel like it looks better if your stitches are quite dense.

I'm using all six strands of the embroidery floss here so you can clearly see what I'm

doing, but the edges turn out smoother the less strands you use - though, it also takes

longer to fill in the whole shape if you're using thinner thread.

Eventually, you'll have filled in the whole shape and it should look something like this!

The parallel stitches can be a bit shiny like satin, depending on the thread you're using.

Now, I find this stitch to be tricker when I'm doing shapes with round edges so I'm

going to try a circle - here, I'm drawing a quick guide.

I started with a tiny stitch at the top and they get bigger as the stitches move toward

the middle of the circle.

One variation I like to use because it saves thread, is to alternate the side that I start on.

So since my last stitch ended on the left here, I'm going to start the next one on

the left rather than going back to the right.

Something to be careful of if you do it this way is that you can't get your stitches

as close together on the first pass, because you could actually undo your previous stitch

if you accidentally push the needle up through the same spot.

But especially if you're doing a larger shape, it can make a big difference since

it isn't essentially doubling the shape on the side you won't even be seeing from the front.

So here's how my little circle turned out and here's the difference between the two

methods when you flip it over onto the back.

The biggest tip I can give you is that having a guide makes it a lot easier to end up with

an exact shape - I have a tough time improvising satin stitch.

So one thing that I like to do is to actually backstitch the guide before I start.

Here, I'm stitching a line for each side of a triangle, then I use satin stitch over

the guides to fill in the shape.

This works especially well for triangles, because, watch this, I don't even have to

satin stitch over the third corner at the bottom!

The guides come to a perfect point, so why mess with it?

And that is how I embroider satin stitch!

Can carbon offsets cancel out your summer vacation? - Duration: 4:16.

I'm taking a trip to Japan in a couple of weeks.

And I'm really excited! I'm going to an island with rabbits and hot springs on it.

Hold up, Eve.

Doesn't air travel have a massive carbon footprint?

Carbon offsets sound great: You can do whatever you want, and just cancel out the carbon

impact by buying something!

A carbon offset is essentially an investment in a climate change mitigating project.

But that can mean many different things.

You could be buying a tree!

Or, more likely, a piece of a tree!

You could be buying a small portion of a solar project!

You could be buying energy alternatives for developing countries!

So what would I be buying for my flight to Tokyo?

Well, let's see here.

So it looks like you'll be sending money to help light a flame

that burns methane coming off of a garbage dump in New Brunswick, Canada.

It still produces carbon dioxide, but it's not as bad for the climate as the methane.

So let me get this straight: I'm paying to make the toxic gas emanating from a literal trash fire

slightly less bad?

Yeah, pretty much.

Turns out there's a huge range of things that can qualify as a carbon offset.

And in North America, about 40% are basically versions of that garbage fire.

There are, of course, more appealing offsets that big-emitting corporations, like airlines,

and oil companies can invest in,

particularly under cap-and-trade systems, like the one in California.

And those can have real impacts for real communities.

For example, one native tribe in northeastern Washington manages a large forest on their

reservation to suck up extra carbon in exchange for 11 million metric tons of

carbon offsets in the California cap-and-trade program.

They sold those to BP, which covered some of its emissions in the state.

A lot of that money from BP is going into a sort of "climate insurance fund" for the tribe,

in case of wildfire or other disaster.

Overall, California's cap-and-trade scheme has meaningfully reduced the state's emissions,

according to one analysis.

But what about the communities that actually live around the BP plants in California ?

And breathe all their toxic emissions?

When California's cap-and-trade policy started, 75 percent of offsets purchased by companies

polluting in California went to projects out-of-state.

"Place does matter. So this whole notion that a ton of CO2 saved in one place

is just as good as a ton of CO2 saved in another, especially when you're adding in additional co-pollutants,

offsets don't make sense."

Offsets are not the only tools we should use to address climate change.

It's hard to say if they're even very effective on a large scale,

because it's hard to measure their impact.

"You're not just measuring emissions, you're estimating emissions reductions.

It's really hard to know what would've happened had we not made this payment."

And carbon offsets are often the cheapest ways to reduce emissions,

meaning we're putting off the hard stuff, like electrifying our vehicle fleet,

and making our economy more efficient.

One Stanford study compared carbon offsets to "the purchase of indulgences," like

A Catholic indulgence was basically a payment to the Church to forgive your sins.

Probably not the most effective get-out-of-hell card, and not the best way to cut carbon, either.

Ultimately, the most climate-friendly actions are just not emitting carbon, if you can.

Which in my case would mean no trip to Japan.

But there are alternatives to offsets.

"If you want your money to do something good for the climate, there are a number of things you can support.

And it's not necessarily offsets.

You could support an organization that's addressing climate change, or a project in your own community."

So you're saying I probably shouldn't donate to the garbage fire?

I'm just saying you have options.

But you should probably do something.

Overland Expo West 2018 - Camping and Overview - Duration: 9:11.

what's up everyone good morning were here out on the San Francisco Peaks we

were camping like here last night before everyone heads to the expo everyone's

already left to go down there I'm waiting till a little bit later in the

afternoon to go get my ticket and get in line for Overland Expo West this will be

my first year I'm taking my big old rig down there and I've been out camping for

the last three days all through Arizona I met up with Overland bound I made a

video about our first three days camping you can go check that out but yeah so

I'm gonna go get packing get everything ready and I'm gonna get out of here

all right we're here in line there's a lot of chatter on the CB radio sitting

in line here but if the amount of rigs in this line are amazing

all right made it in all Tetris tin here and it just finagled my way into a

little spot we've got such a huge Overland bound group going on it is

awesome everyone is getting ready for this weekend literally the first thing I

park next to is this opted Overland rig you're just making a gigantic shadow on

everyone such a cool rig but they're giving out free beer the amount of

vehicles here is ridiculous it's so cool check this out

so why don't we do a quick little run-through overview of everything I can

find this morning here at the event date one so check this out

my most favorite tent of course you know it

all right so it's a couple days and after the event here finished up as you

can see in this video you know I was six days in the woods sunburnt tired and the

energy level at the end of that video was a little low so I'm gonna redo the

ending here but now it was an absolute amazing event I would definitely go

again the camping was rough because it was a little tight we were Tetris in

there but other than that I mean it was such a fun weekend seeing all those rigs

seeing the creativity that people had and what they're making these vehicles

to do it was very very cool I'd like to thank overlaying bound for setting up

this whole convoy and everything down there especially Michael and Korey it

was an amazing trip I got to meet so many cool people Sian from the event who

helped orchestrate everything she helped me get my hat I had a really cool

conversation with primal outdoors he is an amazing guy very down-to-earth and

spent you know like almost a hour just talking with it was very fun I would

also like to thank all the guys from the front runner booth for hanging out with

me and then of the guys from shift pod the really cool tent the insulated tent

that you saw in the video they helped me get down to the event and had a great

time so thank you to everyone awesome alright but a few tips on the event is

if you are camping with a group of people I would highly suggest their

getting early if you can't be by yourself

your timing doesn't matter because there there were quite a bit of spaces if you

just explore but if you're camping with a group get there early

second is bring a a vehicle a mostly a bike to get you from the camping area to

the actual event it's like a half mile maybe give or take from where you're

camping to the event yeah it gets a little tiring if you just have to go to

put something back in your car I would also if you are planning on

buying anything from a vendor at this year's Overland Expo they still might do

some deals they might hold some deals just ask them this will have the deals

going on from the event if you don't and you can wait the deals there were pretty

insane one of which like I'm not regret but I

got a goal zero the 8,400 one and a solar panel there at the event they had

refurbished once for like half off so just the thing if you're in the market

for some cool stuff wait until the expo but but that's it today I'm gonna enjoy

the rest of this amazing day here in Sedona we're gonna go around some ATVs

How to perform a Coolant Flush - 2004 Honda Odyssey - Duration: 15:28.

Hi guys, DIY Jeff here, and today I'm going to be showing you how to perform a

coolant flush on your vehicle. Welcome to DIY Jeff we're in the paraphrase words

of Abraham Lincoln, "I'm not gonna lie to ya" To demonstrate, I'll be doing the

flush on my 2004 Honda Odyssey, but the steps and procedures are fairly similar

for most vehicles. Before starting this project make sure you consult your

owners manual to find out what type of coolant your vehicle uses, because some

vehicles do use different types of coolant. And when performing the flush

part of the coolant change, you'll want to be sure to have some distilled water

on hand, probably a couple of gallons. You may also need a small rubber hose if

you're able to drain the back side of the engine block like I will show you on

my Honda Odyssey, but again, consult your owners manual. Your vehicle

may be a little different. Some forums and videos show only changing out the

coolant in the radiator itself, but today I'm going to be showing you, at least on

my vehicle, how you can drain the coolant out of the engine block as well. That way

it will get as much of the old coolant out, and as much of the new coolant in, as

we can, to get a much cleaner flush. So let's get started. Before jacking up the

front end choc the back wheels first. On my Odyssey, there's a jacking point under

the center of the vehicle's front end. Always make sure you jack the vehicle by

its frame.

Place a jack stand just behind each front wheel. There's an indentation made

just for a jack stand. Lower the vehicle onto the jack stands. Before getting

under a vehicle, I like to give it a firm push to make sure it doesn't move. Pull

the hood release, lift up the hood by slightly lifting and

pressing up on the latch release.

To hold the hood up set the retaining rod in the hole as shown. You'll need a

large collection bin to collect the old coolant. The radiator drain plug on my

Odyssey is located just left of center on the passenger side. A good reference

point is locating the two bolts I'm showing and finding the circular cutout

just to the left. Here's a better look at it with light on it. Going straight up

you can see the white plastic wing bolt drain plug. Before backing out the drain

plug, remove the radiator cap making sure the engine is cool first.

Looking at the drain hole from the front of the car I'm pointing out its location.

Because the drain bolt is in such a location that makes getting a good grip

on it near impossible, it's difficult to open, so I suggest using a flathead

screwdriver and a hammer to loosen it counterclockwise.

Then you can easily loosen it the rest of the way by hand until it starts to

drain. My car had been sitting awhile, so just take care that the coolant may be

hot if you just ran it.

It can take 8 to 10 minutes to drain completely so let it drain all the way

until it stops dripping.

Once done, tighten the drain plug but not overly tight.

Here I'm draining the coolant into a container for recycling. This is a crude

way of doing it, but I needed something to hold the collection container sturdy

since I didn't have a second pair of hands.

And I didn't have any large containers so I made do with what I had.

This stuff is highly toxic if ingested. To make matters worse, I'm told it has a

sweet taste, so please be responsible and keep it away from children and animals.

Now we'll drain the small amount of coolant in the engine block. Here's a

diagram from the service manual pointing out the drain bolt and showing attaching

a rubber hose in order to drain the coolant down into a collection container.

Otherwise it would make a big mess. Here's a look at the drain bolt from

underneath the vehicle. It's the bolt in the bottom left center

of the screen with the blue tip on it. There's two nuts, the first one is the

big one that's brass colored and against the engine block. Don't loosen that one.

Towards the blue tip there is a smaller 12 millimeter nut. You loosen it by

turning it counterclockwise. I found using a socket was the easiest

solution. Next put the hose on the end quickly since once it's loosened just

slightly, coolant will start flowing. it only takes a couple of minutes to

drain.

Once done, remove the hose and re-tighten the nut.

Now drain the overflow reservoir. Just unscrew the cap and the reservoir slides

out easily making emptying it a breeze.

While out, you might as well just clean it. It only takes a minute and you just

use a rag and some degreaser.

Installation is just as simple. Screw the cap on and slide it back in its bracket.

Now it's time to perform the flush. Following the manufacturers

recommendations, only use distilled water as any other water can be corrosive to

the system. You can make your own distilled water by boiling it which is

what I did. After all I am a DIY kind of guy. There is a handy tool I don't own

which is made for filling radiators and simplifies the process considerably I'll

put a link to one down in the description below

fill the radiator all the way to the top it's not a big deal if it overflows a

little it's only water

once full put the radiator cap back on

then start the vehicle and bring the RPMs up to 1500 and hold it for five

minutes

using a rag for detection against boiling water slowly

open the radiator cap and check the fluid level you should have to add a

little water again no big deal if it overflows

reinstall the radiator cap

now turn the front and rear temperature knobs all the way to the coldest setting

bring the engine RPMs up to 1500 for five minutes this will help to ensure

the thermostat opens to release coolant into the engine

check the coolant level and fill if needed again be careful since the water

that was added will be very hot

since the radiator was still full I'm going to drain the system now if you do

need to add some water then I suggest repeating the previous

steps until you no longer need to add water

even though I only added water you can see that they're still coolant in the

system this is why it's important to flush the system the radiator and engine

block only account for about two-thirds of the total coolant they're still

coolant in all the hoses

I'm repeating the exact same drainage steps I previously showed draining the

radiator and the engine block make sure you have your hose ready to go because

once the nut loosens just a little it will start dripping

pull the hose and tighten the nut

here's a comparison of the first drain on the left with the second drain on the

right this is the coolant from both times I drained I had purchased standard

antifreeze a couple of months back in preparation for flushing the system but

this was before I had checked the owner's manual

not knowing different makes required different coolants while much more

expensive than the standard non diluted bottle of generic antifreeze I got for

$10 Honda's diluted bottle cost $25 a bottle and is much harder to find in the

store I'll put a link to where I purchased it in the description below so

with the system drained it's time to add the antifreeze if you really wanted to

flush the system completely you could use some distilled water and repeat the

flush two to three more times until only water came out when drained but I'm

satisfied with just the one flush the radiator will hold a little more than

one bottle worth of antifreeze so you won't need to worry about overflowing

with the first bottle

to avoid overfilling and making a mess with the second bottle just put in a

little bit at a time and then check the level

put the cap back on

and start the vehicle bringing the RPMs up to 1500 for five minutes check the

fluid level

in my case it's still full but you may need to add some

start the engine back up and turn the temperature dials to cold and then run

the RPMs at 1500 again for five minutes

check the level again and add coolant if needed

remember to add the coolant in small amounts to avoid overflowing

cap it off except this time repeat the steps but turn the temperature dial all

the way to hot recheck and add coolant if needed keep repeating this process

until the radiator stays full

the last step is to add coolant to the overflow reservoir and bring the level

to halfway between minimum and maximum

that's it that's all there is to it lower the hood

raise the vehicle with a jack

remove the jack stands

lower the vehicle

and remove the wheel chocks this is what I had when I consolidated

all the fluids into the largest containers I had

What is Dry Camping - BOONDOCKING | RV LIVING - Duration: 2:53.

A lot of you have asked me a ton of questions about RVing and I wanted to answer them and

go through them.

Let me explain this because I know you're gonna want to know this and I'm gonna say

this a lot.

I mentioned boondocking earlier.

Right now we're actually boondocking cause I mean you can hear the cars outside.

Boondocking can also be called dry camping.

People say free camping or camping without hookups.

There's a lot of names for it.

The reason people say boondocking is because you're like really living in the Boondocks,

meaning that you bring all of your own resources so your water, electricity, propane.

If you're going to be cooking, cleaning, sleeping, eating, wherever you're going to be doing,

you have to have water to do it or electricity or some resources to be able to power what

you're doing.

Unless you're just going to be sitting out in the field, which wouldn't be RVing, it

would be probably camping.

Boondocking.

You're not hooking up in an Rv.

You can actually hook up to a power source.

So it might be a house, it might be an rv park.

You could have a generator or you might have water that you need, so you might hook you

up to a hose pipe and get your water.

Now you can also have water on board, which is your fresh water.

You can have your water here in the RV, which means that you're carrying it with you.

You have it, so you can take a bath or wash your hands, eat whatever you're trying to

do on board.

You want those resources, whether it be electricity, water or propane, so like cooking on the stove

and propane which is gas.

And, then I also have to have gas and diesel to drive.

So for the front, let's see if we can show you that.

That's the front.

So we're actually like popped in right now.

Boondocking, I mean that's pretty much it.

You boondock and you bring all your resources with you or you hook up to power, water, electricity,

something to power.

Everything that's in here and cook and do what you need to do.

Other than the propane.

You, you would have your propane on here, but you can have like propane extenders and

stuff like that.

People can get really caught up in the way they experience the world.

I know before I got sick, I never wondered how anybody else felt.

I never considered what it would be like to live in a brain, or a body,

that didn't cooperate with me.

And when I suddenly found myself in that position, it was pretty shocking to realize that other

people live like this, too.

But what's even more shocking to me was how difficult it was

to get healthy people to understand.

Even now when I go to social events, sometimes I'm surrounded by a bunch of healthy people,

and my body's screaming at me, something that I'm doing that's bothering it,

or making it not feel well.

And I look around during these times and I wonder, "What would that person do if they

could feel my body right now?"

This is an issue even in the disabled community.

It's difficult to think about conditions other than the ones you have.

You wanna raise awareness.

You wanna find cures and treatments for your condition

cause you would benefit greatly from them...

but the fact of the matter is, there's a lot more than just your one condition,

and if the disabled community focuses only on their conditions

then it just turns into cliques.

Instead of really trying to raise awareness for disability as a whole.

This past month, in May, was apparently an awareness month for a lot of conditions,

including EDS.

What did strike me was that there were a lot of conditions that I didn't know a lot about,

but I did learn about this month because it was their awareness month.

One of the things I like to do is research other conditions and learn about other people's

lives, and how they live with their health.

And what it would be like if I had been diagnosed with something else.

Because I still live with my mom,

sometimes I'll tell her about these new conditions I learn about.

She's always shocked that it's another thing the body can mess up and do wrong.

But the thing is there's a lot of ways that bodies can mess up, and it's easy to focus

on the only ways that I hear about.

My conditions.

But I don't want to contribute to that problem.

In hopes of raising awareness for more than just EDS,

I am starting a new video series

that is going to be called

the All Abilities Awareness series.

Starting June 1st, I will be posting a video on the first Friday of the month about a particular

condition that you might not know a lot about.

I'll only be making one video a month so I have a month to thoroughly research and understand

the scientific and medical ramifications.

But I'm gonna try to speak in layman's terms as much as possible.

So if you're able-bodied or don't know a lot about medicine, you can still follow along.

The point of doing this will be to raise awareness for some of these conditions, but also to

hopefully show the variance of ways that bodies can act and sometimes even misfunction.

I also think it's important to make sure that I don't get stuck in my own experience again.

Before I was sick, I didn't even realize that your body could be taken for granted,

that one day your body could betray you.

I don't wanna be stuck thinking about only my conditions.

So I'm hoping this series will help prevent that.

Hello everybody I am Andy, and today I'm going to teach you how to make

eggless carrot and apple cake

The first thing we have to do is to

reconstitute the egg substitute with water.

If you don't know what I am talking about

i'm going to put the video that will explain on top of this video.

We add some sugar

and then mix it well

After that we add the oil

and we mix til it is integrated

We add the salt

And then we add the flour

Mixing well so it doesn't have lumps

After this we are going to add the carrot

And then the apple

We put some butter on a mold

And then we put the mixture inside

We put it in the oven for 40 minutes

in a low oven, and when you take it out

it should look like this

Tráfico assume o controle de estações do BRT, diz secretário - Duration: 3:01.

O secretário de Casa Civil da Prefeitura do Rio, Paulo Messina, afirmou durante entrevista coletiva na tarde desta terça-feira (29) que o tráfico de drogas tomou estações do BRT entre a estação Cesarão 1 e Campo Grande

Segundo Messina, o BRT não consegue voltar a circular normalmente na Zona Oeste após a falta de combustíveis provocada pela greve de caminhoneiros por problemas de segurança

O secretário afirmou que as estações viraram "quiosques do tráfico de drogas". O problema está afetando cinco estações

As Forças de Segurança foram acionadas nesta tarde após o Consórcio BRT informar a Prefeitura

"Ao ser questionado sobre o déficit do BRT no atendimento na região da Avenida Cesario de Melo, o consórcio disse que todas essas estações foram tomadas pelo tráfico de drogas

As estações viraram grandes lojas do tráfico de drogas e o poder público perdeu o controle

O tráfico está ameaçando funcionários do BRT e está impossível operar", afirmou Messina

"A gente acabou de sair da reunião e, paralelamente a isso, o coronel Amendola e o coronel Diógenes já estão contactando o pessoalidade secretaria de Segurança para fazer uma operação", afirmou Messina sobre o pedido de socorro às Forças de Segurança

Pedradas e ameaças Ainda de acordo com Messina, os ônibus são obrigados a parar na estação sob ameaça dos traficantes

Alguns veículos articulados foram alvos de pedras ao passar pelos terminais. "Uma parte roda porque eles são obrigados a parar nas estações porque se não o tráfico joga pedra, atira e fazem essas coisas
