The number one show in America is now off the air for an offensive tweet she apologized
for.
But as you all know by now almost immediately after the tweet, ABC Entertainment President,
Channing Dungey, made the decision to pull the plug, calling the tweets "abhorrent,
repugnant and inconsistent with our values."
ABC, Disney, and ESPN have values?
Who knew?
There is clearly a double standard here.
ABC/Disney clearly has an agenda and when Roseanne apologized this should have been
the end of it since to date no one has ever apologized to President Trump, or us, his
supporters for all the nasty and evil things that have been said about him, and us.
But guess who else attacked black people once and never had to apologize for it.
Jimmy Kimmel who is beyond any doubt one of the most celebrated men in late night TV.
Largely because he's not only a member of the liberal elite, but he's also one of
its spokespersons.
He says what they think, and says it from one of the biggest stages in Hollywood.
The Late Show.
But what the left seems to forget is Kimmel has a very different past when he used to
be a co-host on "The Man Show."
In the above skit involving Karl Malone, when he was a player for the NBA's Utah Jazz,
Malone was known for speaking his mind on a number of subjects, without a filter, and
that provided the media with a bit of humor.
As it should.
But let's be honest with ourselves here, this bizarre sketch involving Malone and what
he believes about aliens and where they probe does go a bit far in mocking not only the
basketball player but also his manner of speaking.
A manner of speaking which could very well be considered racist against blacks.
And let's not forget how Kimmel almost singlehandedly wrecked the Oscars via Western Journalism:
"Warren Beatty's and Faye Dunaway's bestowal of the Best Movie Oscar on the wrong
film probably wasn't the worst thing that happened to the 89th Academy Awards Sunday
night.
In fact, that faux pas, along with the gaffe of running the name of a living person during
an in-memoriam montage, might turn out to be the least of liberal Hollywood's worries
as reports of viewership show the awards show slipping in popularity.
Deadline reported that the number of viewers was down from last year, at 32.9 million,
a 9-year low in the Hollywood love-fest.
Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the show was the third-least-watched Oscars ceremony of the 21st century, according
to The Hollywood Reporter.
This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.
Hollywood liberals have alienated themselves from the vast majority of Americans with their
politically-charged speeches.
Viewers do not want to be lectured about President Donald Trump's immigration policy or his
border wall by people who are affluent enough to live in gated communities and who will
not be affected by the negative impact of illegal immigration.
Hollywood elitists need to learn that no one wants to be told what to think or how to feel
— especially about politics — by some of the most pampered, out-of-touch people
on the face of the earth.
Audiences don't want to be talked down to, period.
Shows like this only turn out to be occasions when wealthy liberals try to outdo each other
with their sanctimonious speeches, while the rest of the world chooses to tune out their
endless chatter of elitist garbage.
Democrats have an especially difficult time understanding why most people don't listen
to them, because they love to boss everyone around, and unfortunately they are pompous
enough to think they know what's best for the world.
This year's Oscars ratings indicate that they are wrong"
Has Kimmel apologized for this skit?
No, but we're still waiting…..
Here is more on how Kimmel is a mouthpiece for the left via The Hill:
"Comedian Jimmy Kimmel consulted with Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer's (D-N.Y.)
office on details surrounding the health-care debate, The Daily Beast reported Friday.
Schumer's office "provided technical guidance and info about the bill, as well as stats
from various think tanks and experts on the effects of" the legislation, a source told
the outlet.
Kimmel launched a series of attacks this week on the Senate GOP's latest ObamaCare repeal
and replace measure, sponsored by Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Bill Cassidy (R-La.).
Schumer and the late-night comedian were reportedly in touch over the past several months, and
the New York Democrat encouraged Kimmel to speak out against the legislation.
The Daily Beast report said Kimmel has also been in touch with various health-care activists
and organizations.
Schumer's office declined to comment to The Hill on the report.
Kimmel delved into the ObamaCare repeal and replace debate last May when he revealed his
son was born with a heart defect and needed open-heart surgery.
Cassidy in turn promised he would only support a bill that passed "the Jimmy Kimmel test"
– one that protected patients with pre-existing conditions from loss of coverage or skyrocketing
out-of-pocket costs.
However, Kimmel slammed Cassidy on Tuesday, saying he had failed the test with his latest
ObamaCare repeal measure.
"Not only did Bill Cassidy fail the Jimmy Kimmel test, he failed the Bill Cassidy test.
He failed his own test," Kimmel said.
Cassidy responded, saying Kimmel did not understand the bill, to which Kimmel argued that Cassidy
did not understand the bill.
"Oh I get it, I don't understand it because I'm a talk show host," Kimmel said during
his opening monologue late Wednesday.
"Then help me out.
Which part don't I understand?
The part where you cut $243 billion dollars from federal health-care assistance?
Am I not understanding the part where states would let insurance companies price you out
of coverage for having pre-existing conditions?" he said.
Kimmel praised Sen. John McCain on Friday after the Arizona Republican announced he
would be voting against the repeal bill, potentially dooming the legislation."
