Mystery Oil, Marvel Mystery all I've been using that stuff since I was a kid, it is

a very good oil we get old junkie engines we'd soak them in it, break the

rust loose sometimes get them running, it's a very good oil for getting rust

and crud out, the thing is you can't use it like we did in the olden days we

would actually pour it in the carburetor and it would help lubricate the valves

and clean stuff out, some old timers will continue doing that on modern cars, no

don't do that because it's an oil and if you pour oil in your air filter, that

won't ruin the catalytic converter, it can ruin the oxygen sensor, you don't

want to do it on a modern car and the old ones you could, but it is a very good

oil if you got old rusty stuff you can soak em in them, you got an old car that

you're fixing up you can soak the stuff in it and put it in and lubricate stuff

with it, but you don't pour it into the gas of a modern car you don't do it in a

modern car, mr.sheng says yo Scotty what are your thoughts on a 2014 BMW X3 with

40,000 miles for $19,000, well if you consider how much money some fool paid

for that thing when it was brand new, you're saving a whole bunch of money

but they become endless money pits, and your decision on that would be, how long are

you gonna keep it, cuz let's say you're gonna keep it for two or three years

well if you keep that thing for two or three years and then try to sell it and

then the thing is gonna be eight nine years old

you paid 19 grand you'll be lucky if you get six for it, so if you're willing to

lose that kind of money and buy a BMW go ahead, the mileage is low enough that it

shouldn't have any serious problems, but if you plan on keeping that thing

forever don't waste your money you'll lose all 19,000 when it starts falling

apart and then nobody's gonna buy it off of you when it needs an engine or

transmission, osvaldo D says hey Scotty what do you think about a 96

four-cylinder Toyota Tacoma, any issues I might run into, Toyota Tacomas were one

of the best smallish pickup trucks ever made, a lot of those years had a problem

with the frames rusting, it's old enough now that if you got one that was bad

just jack it up in the air, crawl under there if that frame is

rock-solid you hit it with hammers and there's no rust that doesn't go in

there's absolutely nothing wrong with buying that, but if the frames rotting

don't buy cuz it needs a new frame, unless you can call Toyota and pretend

that you've already bought it and say hey I got this 96 Tacoma the frame si rotting

on it, will you give me a new frame free and if they say yes, then but it and let them

put a new frame, I had customers do it and they got a new frame put on by

Toyota, turbosquid says Scotty I got a 09 Civic and the battery terminals

keep corroding, I changed them multiple times, the corrosion keeps coming back

how can I fix this, okay well if you really want to fix it permanently just throw the

battery away and get another one, you got a crappy battery it's outgassing

too much, if battery's are cheaply made, then the outgas would be by the

battery terminals and that acid in the vapors will eat them up, and start

corroding them, if you want to try the cheaper fix, go to like autozone and they sell

those green and red battery terminal protectors, you take the terminal battery

cables off, then you clean them all off then you put those things on and they

absorb some of the acid and then put the cables back on, but if that happens even

with that, then just get another battery it means your battery is no good and it's

outgassing too much it shouldn't outgas too much and of course do have your

alternator load tested, because if it's putting out too much voltage it'll boil

the battery all the time and then it will out gas too much so, that's a simple

test mechanic like me can do it minute with equipment to see if it is, Alex

Bachman Scotty my wife's 2012 Honda Civic EX has a check charging system light, we

have had several mechanics check the alternator, starter, battery, and the general

charging system, each mechanic said all the systems are fine what could this be

realize that you got a 2012 Honda, the charging system in that car is

run by the main computer and a lot of times that has a problem and

that's what it does, it'll give you that warning, if you find a guy like me that

will honestly put his gauges on your car while you watch, and if he checks the

battery with it and then checks the alternate and if he says the battery's

good and the alternator's charging fine, just ignore it, but if he says no it's not

charging right it could easily be a problem in a computer or the wiring

coming from the computer, I see that a lot in Honda's as they age because they're

so complicated, they're making things too complicated, instead having a little

mechanical voltage regulator to regulate the voltage, they now do a computer that

controls the whole thing and of course when it breaks then you gotta buy a

computer that cost over a thousand bucks, so more planned obsolescence on the way,

lakeside Oats Scotty I'm thinking about getting the 2002 oldsmobile Alero with

one hundred and sixty-three thousand miles on it, should I go ahead, that's a

reasonable amount of mileage if you're not paying much go ahead

they can be o.k. vehicles not great but they're not terrible, you get it cheap enough and

it runs okay why not but don't pay much it's not worth much being it's a

17 year old GM car, it's value is practically nothing, if you can get it cheap

and it runs okay, go ahead, so if you never want to miss another one of my new

About a year ago, a friend of mine on Facebook posted a picture of his face, which had skin

cancer.

The same place that he puts his cell/mobile phone, all the time.

Luckily, with the proper treatment, he is cancer free and will hopefully stay that way.

When I found out, I was shocked - because he's someone I know.

Yet, I also wasn't that surprised because I have surgeon friends of mine who have been

telling me that they are doing a lot more "tumor removal" surgeries, where people

typically have their cell phones.

On their face...

Their ears, phone + Bluetooth headsets…

On their thighs and butt, where people put their phones in the pant pockets…

And also breast, because many women who exercise may put their phones in their sports bras

Just like many decades ago, "scientific studies" and "doctors" said cigarettes

were safe and actually HEALTHY for you.

Pregnant women were actually told to smoke, by their doctors, to help them "relax - it's

good for the baby".

Anyway, you can do your own research…

However, in 2011, the World Health Organization (WHO) listed cell phone use in the same "carcinogenic

hazard" (cancer causing) category as lead, engine exhaust and chloroform.1-3

Researchers found a dose-response association between cell phone use and brain cancer.

They established that after 896 hours, the risk of brain cancer tripled.

That is the equivalent of 5 years at 30 minutes a day.1-3

In all honesty, even though I'm not on my phone as much as most people … Sadly, I

can guarantee that I've done more than 30 minutes daily during the past 5 years!!!

… I think most of us have.

What's ironic or sad is that I'm spending all of this time and money on staying healthy,

eating well, exercising, managing my stress, taking lots of supplements and yet - the stupid

cell phone might be the "cause" of some major health issue in my life in the future

-- that's a scary thought.

What's worse is that this Interphone study completely ignored the fact that there is

a growing evidence of literature showing that pulsed microwave-like radiation from modern

cell phones, disrupts living cells and causes our DNA to become unstable -- which can turn

ON and accelerate cancer genes and other chronic diseases.

Additionally, this study was done with people who had been on cell phones for about 10 years.

Yet, Scientists understand that brain tumors often take three or four decades to develop

and thus, this is even worse news.

Studies by physician-researcher Dr. Lennart Hardell of Sweden -- regarded as an "expert"

about topic -- stated that those who have used cell phones heavily for a decade, have

a doubled risk of brain tumors…

And teenagers who begin heavy cell phone use, have between four to five times more brain

tumors by their late twenties.

Anyway, you get the point.

It's not definitive if cell phones will cause cancer.

However, I think it's something for all of us to be concerned about, especially for

our kids and the fact that we are using them, more and more each day.

Of course, I'm not here to say "don't use your cell phone", that's just a crazy

request.

However, I am saying that we should all try to use them less or simply don't have them

"attached" to us all day long, when we're not using them.

For example, don't have your cell phone lying near you while your sleeping at night.

It's bad for your body, it disrupts sleep and it's not needed.

At the very least, put it on airplane mode

In fact, there are about 5 things you can do, proven solutions… to help reduce the

radiation you receive from your cell phone.

They're simple to do, so it's not going to disrupt your life.

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. So today I'm gonna be doing my college dorm room tour

I'm just gonna be showing you guys how I decorated my room and big shout out to my mom

She basically like took complete control of my entire room. So I don't really know where most things are France

I'm just gonna like write it on the screen. So starting with my door. I have these two hooks on it

So I put my winter jacket and my raincoat on it

So just like really easily accessible and then here I have a full-length veneer

This is from Ikea there was one that like came with the room behind here, but it was like all cracked

So I just like put this IKEA one over top with like some like sticky

adhesives and this is my sink area saw so like before and after pictures for like different parts of my room because my mom completely

Transformed it. So this like marble thing is really just like a sticky wallpaper that she put on top to make it look nicer

So on my sink, I have my retainer cases then I have like two different soap

Dispensers I bought this one at first because it smelled really good

But then my mom bought me this one because she thought it would match my room better

So once I finished the raspberry one, I'll start using the clear one. Then I also have this jelly from lush

it's also a soap and it's just like really cool and

It's fun to use and here

I have my dish soap and then this is like a scented

Lavender thing just to make my room smell nice and then I have some Basquiat blotting sheets

These are really helpful because I get really oily during the day

Then I have a Mario Badescu lip balm and then I have like this little glass

So how like my tweezers on here and I keep my toothbrush?

my toothpaste in here and then I have a little bottle of Cetaphil and then this is my

Toothbrush just charging here

Then I keep my fan here cuz I used to have to use it everyday because there's no air conditioning in my room

But now it's getting a little cooler so I might be able to put this away soon

And then here I have like a medicine cabinet

So I just have like a bunch of Medicine here and some creams here band-aids my EpiPen then on this side of the wall

I have two hooks one is for my hand towel

And then this one is just an extra one in case I need it and then under here

I just have like my recycling some garbage bags some like cleaner stuff

Lysol wipes paper towel

And then in this first door

I have like all my skincare stuffs like my oils deodorant face wash Mario Badescu spray moisturizer some dry shampoo

Just like a lot of stuff in the store

And then I also have like these wallpaper things and then in here

I have all of my face towels because I use two a day

So I have a lot and then this last door is for my hair brush my hair cream my straightening irons my hair

Dryer and then down here on the floor. I have my garbage can then over here

I have a little mat with all my shoes

So I just have like my going-out boots my running shoes and then my rain boots and then over here

I have this huge light. I actually don't use it because

It makes that noise so then I have like this little indent in the wall though

I just put like all my schoolbooks here and I have this little thing

It was a door stopper just using it so that my books don't fall down and then up here on the wall

I have some like little stickers that say like Bonjour Paris Paris Paris

Just cuz like that's kind of the theme of my room and they kind of cover up the ugly walls

So, you know

It's a win-win. I have another like little Eiffel Tower here and then this desk area

So it actually didn't come with these shelves. These are from Ikea

So on the first shelf here, I have these three room sprays. So this one smells like sugar

This one smells like the beach and this is just like a strong perfume and then here are some

Markers and Kleenex here. And then these are like my makeup palettes and then here I have my makeup

So in this drawer, I have like my face makeup highlighter blush bronzer brow stuff and then here is all my mascara

I have a ton of mascara cuz it's just like my favorite makeup product ever

and then these are all my lip products and then here I have this little blue and gold tray actually says Libra on it and

I keep my eyelash curler and scissors for like my brows and this is a Hufflepuff mug from my best friend's mom

so thank you to them and then this little picture of my dogs that I had when I was younger and then

This little mug was from Nadia and then up here

I have this Montreal picture that Miriam got me for my birthday and this crown for my friends for my birthday

So that just kind of reminds me of my 18th. I made a vlog for that so go check it out

Then I had this little Polaroid stand

This is me, and my best friend Michaela and our campers this summer

Then I had this glass. It's the same one that I had on my sink for my toothpaste

It just has like my rollerball perfumes, and then I have this perfume that I also got for my birthday

That I use every single day and then I have this cute little frame of my friends from home that we actually made last year

on my 17th birthday then here I have this little set of like black things from Ikea so in this big cup,

I have some pencils sharpies and my scissors and then down here

I have this tape dispenser some paper clips and binder clips and these two and then I have my stapler right here

And then I have my sunglasses case then I have this jewelry stand so down here

I have like my earrings and some hair elastics and then over here. I have rings and a necklace bracelet

Here are like my hoops mostly and some bracelets, too

And then here I have more bracelets and some more

Necklaces and it's just really nice to have all my jewelry organized. Then I have this little organization thing for all my makeup brushes

So I just have like my everyday brushes my eyeshadow brushes and some other like Kohl brushes that I use

Sometimes then I have this mirror which is perfect for doing my makeup in the morning

Then I have this light and it's really cool because like you can move it

However, you want and then this is my Wi-Fi router coz we needed our own Wi-Fi

So here I have

two white boxes and inside

I have my printer paper and some blind paper and then in here

I have like a bunch of school supplies that I don't use every single day. So here are some notebooks

I actually haven't used yet because I use my computer to take notes and I have my ruler some post-it notes

These are like the pencils you need for exams just a bunch of life necessities. Then this other drawer is completely disorganized

I have like some organizers that I just didn't need to have like a bunch of chargers that

I just don't use on an everyday basis. And yeah, it's just like really messy in here then this is my chair

it's actually my mom's like we traded out the one that was given with the room and then

This little bro thing was from Ikea for five dollars

I found one at winners for thirty dollars and then the exact same one at IKEA for five dollars

Then I have my backpack here from Lululemon and then this little mini fridge from MasterChef

so insider just have like vitamin water regular water and

Hesti chocolate milk and then some bagels and bread to have breakfast and then on top

I have my printer and then above my printer I have this Eiffel Tower

Paris kind of picture and it actually is like really similar to the one that I have at home

So this is my bedside table from Ikea so on top I have my lip balm water bottle

And then this is my planner and then I have this really cool wireless charger

so you just put your phone on and it charges like that and then this little

Bedside table lamp is kind of like a lantern

So it just looks like this and it's really nice at night time and then down here

I have like this little area where I charge my computer and then here is my Harry Potter collection

And I'm currently reading the fifth book. So then up here. I just have like a lot of storage

I honestly don't even know what's up here

I think it's just like a bunch of boxes that we use to like pack when I moved in

So I really don't go in here, but it's good to have cuz it keeps my room less messy

And then I also have storage up here

So have like my camera equipment here and have water bottles some extra hangers and like Halloween

Decorations and then up here. I have like extra snacks extra tissues and then like Tide Pods and drying sheets

So this is my closet. It didn't come with doors

So my mom got like this broad and then these curtains to like act as my doors

So on this side, I have my bathrobe and then down here

I have like my shower caddy and my flip-flops for the shower and then in the back over there

I have my umbrella

And then this is my laundry bag and then here I have my closet at home organized by color

but here it was just much easier to do it by like my

Jackets are over here and then I have like my going-out top and my t-shirts and then like all my sweaters

Here and then my pants and dresses and my Halloween costumes are back here then on the side of the closet

I have my towels and then over here

I have like little storage boxes for my swimsuits then down here have shorts pajamas and then

Here is where I keep all of my purses and yeah, that is my closet. They're not here

I like zip locks and straws and then this is like my big bin of snacks and then here I have like my utensils

Mugs bowls plates and then here I really don't know what to put here

So I just have like this box of like letters for my friends

And then this is my extra lines and another umbrella and this is the best part my bed

So I have this white throw pillow throw pillow throw pillow throw pillow. It's really soft

And then this grey

Comforter and then I like a white fur pillow the grey pillow that I sleep on and I like two big white

Decorative pillows and I also have this headboard and this is my window

I have a really nice view of the lake

And then I also have the same curtains that are like my door for my closet

So this was actually a bulletin board, but I found a really ugly

So we covered it with like the same marble wallpaper

and then this is like a poster board and then I got this said

Decal just so I put a little something-something and then these are all the photos that I printed out of my friends and family

And it's honestly like my favorite part of the entire room

And I find them so beautiful and then really happy to look at so this is my entire room

I'm really happy with how it turned out

it's honestly kind of smaller than like most rooms, but I think that we did a lot with the space and it's really cozy and

Yeah, I love my room

📱 5 Proven & Easy Tips For Minimizing Cell Phone Radiation - PART 2 - Duration: 4:10.

Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,

This video is about 5 proven and easy tips you can implement right away, for minimizing

cell phone radiation.

This is actually part 2 and continued from a previous video about how research has confirmed

that cell phones can cause brain cancer.

I suggest you watch the part 1 video either now or after you finish this one.

You can get the link to that below, in the description area.

However, as a reminder to those that did watch it or a summary to those who haven't, I

discussed how radiation from cell phones, disrupts living cells and causes our DNA to

become unstable -- which can turn ON and accelerate cancer genes and other chronic diseases.

Again, this doesn't mean it's going to happen to everyone.

Nor am I saying you should never use a cell phone.

And thus, today I want to give you 5 tips for reducing the radiation, so you can reduce

your risk and help avoid getting cancer in the future.

Use A Wired Headset A wired headset will automatically decrease

your radiation exposure because the phone is away from the body.

Every inch you can get away from the body reduces the amount of radiation you are absorbing.

Now, a wired headset may still transmit radiation through the wire – but it is a very low

level.

Use The Speaker Phone

Using the speakerphone function is helpful because you're keeping the phone away from

your brain.

Every inch you can get the phone away from your body reduces the radiation.

In fact, holding out the cell phone by two inches drops the radiation, by a factor of

four.

Limit Bluetooth Headsets Bluetooth wireless earpieces will expose you

to some radiation.

However, it would be much less radiation than a cell phone.

The problem is that most people wear their Bluetooth all the time, which means you're

getting small doses of radiation all day long.

So, wear it only when you're using it.

Also, it's a good idea to switch it from ear to ear so you don't have too much exposure

on one side.

Connecting To Towers Cell phones don't emit the same level of

radiation.

For example, your phone will emit the most radiation when connecting to cellular towers.

For example, a moving phone (like if you are talking while driving) will continually connect

to towers that come in and out of range - and this automatically increases power to a maximum

as the phone repeatedly attempts to connect to a new antenna.

A weak signal will also cause your phone to work harder, giving off more radiation.

So avoid using your phone in elevators and other "low reception areas".

Research shows your device emits more radiation when transmitting than when receiving.

Text More, Talk Less Finally, try texting more and talking less,

because it'll keep the phone away from your face, which will reduce the radiation going

to your brain.

Simply stated, do your best to keep your phone at a distance, when you're not using it.

And as I said in my previous video, this is especially true at night, while sleeping.

So many people just put the phone right by their head while sleeping at night.

It's not good for your health or your sleep.

At the very least, put it on "airplane" mode.

White Cane Day 2018 walk - Duration: 5:12.

-Hey everybody. What is going on?

I don't know why I have awkward pauses but ok.

(whoosh, film clapper sound)

So I recently took part in an event on October 15th which is also called White Cane Safety Day,

White Cane Awareness Day. Also called Blind Americans Equality Day,

and the entire month of October is Blind Awareness Month.

Which explains all these blind and visually impaired related videos on my channel this month.

So October and White Cane Awareness Day are an opportunity for folks like us to just raise awareness

foe our needs, our you know need for accessibility. Things like that,

and just to make our presence known in the community.

So this walk was held in a nearby town where I live and I decided to participate in it.

(record scratch)

So this is the part where I would show you a little montage of like me heading over there

because I took a bus, a train, and another bus over there.

(inhale)

and, yeah, that didn't work.

The bus that I took was not the right one. It took me to the same place but it left me there late.

I missed my train. Had to take an Uber and I didn't want to go to the Uber driver,

"Hey do you mind if I just take my phone out and just start filming, just pointing out your window?" Right?

This is why I am not a vlogging channel.

Yeah, let's just go to the footage I actually got.

-The group grew rather quickly. We have a lot of people here.

Ok, last thing you want to happen in a group full of white cane users is to lose your cane.

-What ended up surprising me was that there were quite a lot of people there.

I've never seen so many people with canes concentrated in a single area,

and yes there were a few four legged companions as well.

There was some mingling, getting to know people and stuff like that,

and after a little while we were ready to go.

Oh wait. We also had a chant.

"Sweep the cane. Lane by lane."

and we had one fellow who was a little too enthusiastic about it

but he was like basically the megaphone for the crowd

because I basically heard him more than anybody else.

-[volunteer]Sweep the cane!

-[crowd] Lane by lane!

-Sweep the cane!

-Lane by lane!

-Sweep the cane!

-Lane by lane!

-[Juan] and I was a little surprised that the walk was rather short

I mean we were just walking down the sidewalk maybe like around...umm, a two block area,

and we just went in a big circle and that was it. It was over rather quickly.

But it was a pretty fun and interesting experience because like I said I've never been in a crowd

with so many people with white canes before.

-[speaker] The President of the United States proclaims the day of White Cane Safety Day

to recognize the contributions of Americans who are blind or have low vision.

This date plays a vital role in educating the public about white cane laws.

Giving pedestrians the right of way and certain legal protections when traveling with a white cane.

The white cane also symbolizes independence, strength, confidence, and dignity.

It is a powerful tool for the visually impaired traveler.

and it was like I said it was really fun. It was interesting. It was pretty cool.

Got to talk to some new people there too, you know despite my social anxiety,

but hey I mean I just tried to put that aside as much as I could

and I was also a little nervous about like, filming with the cane in one hand and my phone in the other hand

because I would be a little too self conscious, but then I just you know, I said forget it.

Just get as much as you can on video.

Also what made the event more special was the fact that I went with 3 people who

who are pretty influential in my life at the moment.

I went with my tech instructor who is the one who showed me

how to do all those cool things with my iPhone with the screen turned off.

I also went with my O&M instructor who actually let me know of this event in the first place.

So if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have known about this at all. So thank you,

and the third person is actually a gentleman who is a social worker for that organization

that center for the blind and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have known about any of this in the first place.

So to go with all three of them. That was, that was special in and of itself.

So thank you David, thank you Son, thank you Valerie for just being there

and having me not feel like I'm completely alone. Like I was completely alone while I was over there.

Oh yeah, we also got these, like, white canes made out of beads,

and yeah this is interesting. It's like a pin. Something like that.

The Truth About Marvel Mystery Oil for Your Car - Duration: 5:20.

rev up your engines, dog 996 oh hey Scotty what's your opinion on Marvel

Mystery Oil, Marvel Mystery all I've been using that stuff since I was a kid, it is

a very good oil we get old junkie engines we'd soak them in it, break the

rust loose sometimes get them running, it's a very good oil for getting rust

and crud out, the thing is you can't use it like we did in the olden days we

would actually pour it in the carburetor and it would help lubricate the valves

and clean stuff out, some old timers will continue doing that on modern cars, no

don't do that because it's an oil and if you pour oil in your air filter, that

won't ruin the catalytic converter, it can ruin the oxygen sensor, you don't

want to do it on a modern car and the old ones you could, but it is a very good

oil if you got old rusty stuff you can soak em in them, you got an old car that

you're fixing up you can soak the stuff in it and put it in and lubricate stuff

with it, but you don't pour it into the gas of a modern car you don't do it in a

modern car, mr.sheng says yo Scotty what are your thoughts on a 2014 BMW X3 with

40,000 miles for $19,000, well if you consider how much money some fool paid

for that thing when it was brand new, you're saving a whole bunch of money

but they become endless money pits, and your decision on that would be, how long are

you gonna keep it, cuz let's say you're gonna keep it for two or three years

well if you keep that thing for two or three years and then try to sell it and

then the thing is gonna be eight nine years old

you paid 19 grand you'll be lucky if you get six for it, so if you're willing to

lose that kind of money and buy a BMW go ahead, the mileage is low enough that it

shouldn't have any serious problems, but if you plan on keeping that thing

forever don't waste your money you'll lose all 19,000 when it starts falling

apart and then nobody's gonna buy it off of you when it needs an engine or

transmission, osvaldo D says hey Scotty what do you think about a 96

four-cylinder Toyota Tacoma, any issues I might run into, Toyota Tacomas were one

of the best smallish pickup trucks ever made, a lot of those years had a problem

with the frames rusting, it's old enough now that if you got one that was bad

just jack it up in the air, crawl under there if that frame is

rock-solid you hit it with hammers and there's no rust that doesn't go in

there's absolutely nothing wrong with buying that, but if the frames rotting

don't buy cuz it needs a new frame, unless you can call Toyota and pretend

that you've already bought it and say hey I got this 96 Tacoma the frame si rotting

on it, will you give me a new frame free and if they say yes, then but it and let them

put a new frame, I had customers do it and they got a new frame put on by

Toyota, turbosquid says Scotty I got a 09 Civic and the battery terminals

keep corroding, I changed them multiple times, the corrosion keeps coming back

how can I fix this, okay well if you really want to fix it permanently just throw the

battery away and get another one, you got a crappy battery it's outgassing

too much, if battery's are cheaply made, then the outgas would be by the

battery terminals and that acid in the vapors will eat them up, and start

corroding them, if you want to try the cheaper fix, go to like autozone and they sell

those green and red battery terminal protectors, you take the terminal battery

cables off, then you clean them all off then you put those things on and they

absorb some of the acid and then put the cables back on, but if that happens even

with that, then just get another battery it means your battery is no good and it's

outgassing too much it shouldn't outgas too much and of course do have your

alternator load tested, because if it's putting out too much voltage it'll boil

the battery all the time and then it will out gas too much so, that's a simple

test mechanic like me can do it minute with equipment to see if it is, Alex

Bachman Scotty my wife's 2012 Honda Civic EX has a check charging system light, we

have had several mechanics check the alternator, starter, battery, and the general

charging system, each mechanic said all the systems are fine what could this be

realize that you got a 2012 Honda, the charging system in that car is

run by the main computer and a lot of times that has a problem and

that's what it does, it'll give you that warning, if you find a guy like me that

will honestly put his gauges on your car while you watch, and if he checks the

battery with it and then checks the alternate and if he says the battery's

good and the alternator's charging fine, just ignore it, but if he says no it's not

charging right it could easily be a problem in a computer or the wiring

coming from the computer, I see that a lot in Honda's as they age because they're

so complicated, they're making things too complicated, instead having a little

mechanical voltage regulator to regulate the voltage, they now do a computer that

controls the whole thing and of course when it breaks then you gotta buy a

computer that cost over a thousand bucks, so more planned obsolescence on the way,

lakeside Oats Scotty I'm thinking about getting the 2002 oldsmobile Alero with

one hundred and sixty-three thousand miles on it, should I go ahead, that's a

reasonable amount of mileage if you're not paying much go ahead

they can be o.k. vehicles not great but they're not terrible, you get it cheap enough and

it runs okay why not but don't pay much it's not worth much being it's a

17 year old GM car, it's value is practically nothing, if you can get it cheap

and it runs okay, go ahead, so if you never want to miss another one of my new

The Colorado Trail is a 500-mile trail that runs from Denver to Durango.

Is it on? oh?

HI! Sorry, we're on the Indian Creek Loop Trail, which is segment 1, which is the

trail that is dog-friendly. It's single track mountain bike. Now we just

hiked up that, and I have to tell you as a beginner to intermediate mountain

biker, I would not come up that on my mountain bike. We are in late summer

early fall this time of year, and it's pretty dusty and sandy, so I would say

that, this time of year, you have to be a hard to expert-level mountain biker in

order to make it up that trail. But it was super fun! We did encounter a horse

along the way, so always make sure when you encounter horses with anyone, the

horse has the right of way and you want to go downhill, if possible, and make

yourself look smaller and talk in a very calming voice as the horse walks by.

The horse will respond to human voices. That's one of the tips and tricks they

give you on the website, which is great. So, we are going to continue along the path.

dollars on GoDaddy our site like that in Paul Smith calm then when he blew up if

know personally that when I first started my personal brand Instagram I

was looking for obviously my name Brian Guerra but I would have paid a

substantial amount of money to the person that had that tag if I was able

to negotiate with them and if they were willing to sell it instead I had to

settle for Brian G Guerra and that is what my Instagram username is for my

personal brand today now this happens to people every single day and as user

names like that get fewer and further in between they will only become more

valuable moving on to number two and number two is one that we all recognize

fiber fiber is a great way that you can make money online today now if you're

unfamiliar what fiber is basically fiber is a place where people go online to buy

cheap services that they would rather pay for than actually perform themselves

now if you have a skill obviously you could list that on fiber but a lot of

people don't actually think outside the box when it comes to fiber you don't

that I've done this in the past is to actually list services on fiber

private labeling for example might have a few options they could build a landing

page and drive traffic to it thus creating an email list however that

would take a long time and probably a lot of money they could also purchase a

software link atomic email hunter which we've established cost $90 or

I could simply list the service like that on Fiverr and then when they find

me they might purchase that list for let's say ten dollars now that's a

win-win situation because they get their target to email list and I get 10

dollars to run my software which by the way doesn't cost me anything extra at

that rate only nine sales would pay for the cost of the software and then

everything after that would be free money now there are so many other good

examples of software's that you can use to sell services on Fiverr if you guys

want any good suggestions or you want me to point you in a certain direction let

moving on to number three now I'm gonna loop this all into one big box here and

we're just gonna say ecommerce so this is everything from your drop shipping

your Amazon FBA and your online arbitrage down the list now I've done so

this but those three are good examples of e-commerce tactics that you can use

to make money online to a and I'm not just saying these I actually still do

four and moving on is upwork.com now upwork is a lot like fiber but it's a

little bit more professional with upwork you can charge a lot more per service

and a lot more per hour in a lot of ways it's really a great website for people

that already have a skill that they want to offer to the marketplace it helps

connect people like you that are selling services to people all around the world

were looking for that particular service and willing to pay for it

so for example let's say you're good at coding well I guarantee you you can hop

on upwork.com right now and find a lot of people that are willing to pay for

coding work if you're good at landing pages for example or maybe you're good

at creating Amazon private label listings or to give another example

maybe you're good at building web sites or writing email copy guess what

you can make money off all those skill based services on upwork.com now the

possibilities are endless on this site there's a lot of services that you can

provide that people are looking to hire for so if that sounds like something

you'd be interested in I suggest checking it out there are a large number

of people that solely work on upwork.com make upwards of a hundred grand per year

and do that doing what they love and what they're good at and just for

word so if you can type fast and you have some extra time on your hands this

favorite of mine and one thing that I actually did when I was starting out and

that is becoming an online tutor so there's two great websites in my opinion

that you can become an online tutor that are trusted and really reputable and

that is wise and calm and shed calm most people when they think of tutoring they

think of you know math science history or English and you can definitely tutor

those two but did you actually know that you can tutor a number of other things

that you're actually interested good at and don't involve any generic subjects

like the ones I just listed don't get me wrong when I tutored I did tutor a lot

of math that was the number one thing that I tutored but I also tutored things

like baseball soccer poker and chess pretty cool right

this also lets you set your own hours be your own boss and set your hourly rate

at the height of my tutoring on wise ENCOM I heard about $60 an hour tutoring

math and another forty dollars an hour every time I took I tutored poker chess

baseball and soccer now that might not sound like a lot to me right now but

back two years ago when I still worked at the golf course earning $12 an hour

that was a pretty big deal so that seemed pretty legit to me at the time

and I honestly couldn't believe that people were willing to pay me for my

time and pay me that much now these sites especially wise and

which is the one that I actually have experience with they do take a small

percentage of what you make that's how they remain profitable so let's say

hypothetically you listed your hourly rate at fifty to sixty bucks an hour

well they might take 10 to 20 bucks when you're first starting out but it's still

great because you don't have to do anything to get clients they literally

pass the clients to you and they do all the marketing for you they also collect

the payment from the client and then pay you so everything is done through the

app or through the website so you don't have to worry about collecting any money

after you tutor and finally after you accrue more tutoring hours and more

positive ratings that percentage that they take will actually go down

significantly they definitely take care of their good tutors all right the

seventh way to make money online is to sell gift cards no this one isn't

necessarily sustainable over the long term but I do think it's valuable for a

lot of people and I know it makes me money from time to time let me ask you a

question have you ever gotten the cheesy gift card for Christmas or your birthday

and you're thinking to yourself oh thanks mom

twenty-five dollars to Macy's that's what I've always wanted well instead of

taking that gift card to Macy's and spending it on new socks that you don't

really need you can instead take that gift card to a site like carpool comm

and sell it when you do so they'll then send you a check in the mail for about

80 to 90 percent of the cards value I know personally I'd rather have 80 to 90

percent of cash than the full value and a hundred percent of the card that I'm

not really that interested in and if you're watching this video you're

that's you too all right we have number eight and a bonus one if you stayed this

long and that is affiliate marketing now there are many men

ways to do affiliate marketing and really scale that up as your sole

business and I've taught a number of those methods here on this channel but

for the sake of introducing us the beginners I'm gonna give one that I've

never actually talked about before here and one that's very beginner friendly so

a great example of how a beginner can make money with affiliate marketing

for Christmas this year like they always do and you knew you

wanted the Carson Wentz Jersey because he's the freaking man well instead of

just telling that family member hey I want a Carson Wentz Jersey instead you

could find the affiliate link through your Amazon Associates and then share

that affiliate link with them that way you get the Jersey and $10 in affiliate

Commission another great example of this actually just happened to me the other

day so let's just say a friend came over and they said oh my god Brian I love

that margarita machine where'd you get it and yes I have a margarita machine

it's pretty awesome and one of the best purchases I think I've ever made instead

of saying oh I grabbed that at Walmart you could say I got that at Walmart com

here I'll share the link with you in case you want to grab one they're happy

obviously and guess what if they buy it you make an affiliate Commission and yes

Walmart also has an affiliate program that sells literally everything just

like Amazon so if you're ready to make some extra money by sharing things that

a very good oil we get old junkie engines we'd soak them in it, break the

rust loose sometimes get them running, it's a very good oil for getting rust

and crud out, the thing is you can't use it like we did in the olden days we

would actually pour it in the carburetor and it would help lubricate the valves

and clean stuff out, some old timers will continue doing that on modern cars, no

don't do that because it's an oil and if you pour oil in your air filter, that

won't ruin the catalytic converter, it can ruin the oxygen sensor, you don't

want to do it on a modern car and the old ones you could, but it is a very good

oil if you got old rusty stuff you can soak em in them, you got an old car that

you're fixing up you can soak the stuff in it and put it in and lubricate stuff

with it, but you don't pour it into the gas of a modern car you don't do it in a

40,000 miles for $19,000, well if you consider how much money some fool paid

for that thing when it was brand new, you're saving a whole bunch of money

but they become endless money pits, and your decision on that would be, how long are

you gonna keep it, cuz let's say you're gonna keep it for two or three years

well if you keep that thing for two or three years and then try to sell it and

then the thing is gonna be eight nine years old

you paid 19 grand you'll be lucky if you get six for it, so if you're willing to

lose that kind of money and buy a BMW go ahead, the mileage is low enough that it

shouldn't have any serious problems, but if you plan on keeping that thing

forever don't waste your money you'll lose all 19,000 when it starts falling

apart and then nobody's gonna buy it off of you when it needs an engine or

keep corroding, I changed them multiple times, the corrosion keeps coming back

how can I fix this, okay well if you really want to fix it permanently just throw the

battery away and get another one, you got a crappy battery it's outgassing

too much, if battery's are cheaply made, then the outgas would be by the

battery terminals and that acid in the vapors will eat them up, and start

corroding them, if you want to try the cheaper fix, go to like autozone and they sell

those green and red battery terminal protectors, you take the terminal battery

cables off, then you clean them all off then you put those things on and they

absorb some of the acid and then put the cables back on, but if that happens even

with that, then just get another battery it means your battery is no good and it's

outgassing too much it shouldn't outgas too much and of course do have your

alternator load tested, because if it's putting out too much voltage it'll boil

the battery all the time and then it will out gas too much so, that's a simple

test mechanic like me can do it minute with equipment to see if it is, Alex

Bachman Scotty my wife's 2012 Honda Civic EX has a check charging system light, we

have had several mechanics check the alternator, starter, battery, and the general

charging system, each mechanic said all the systems are fine what could this be

realize that you got a 2012 Honda, the charging system in that car is

run by the main computer and a lot of times that has a problem and

that's what it does, it'll give you that warning, if you find a guy like me that

will honestly put his gauges on your car while you watch, and if he checks the

battery with it and then checks the alternate and if he says the battery's

good and the alternator's charging fine, just ignore it, but if he says no it's not

charging right it could easily be a problem in a computer or the wiring

coming from the computer, I see that a lot in Honda's as they age because they're

so complicated, they're making things too complicated, instead having a little

mechanical voltage regulator to regulate the voltage, they now do a computer that

controls the whole thing and of course when it breaks then you gotta buy a

computer that cost over a thousand bucks, so more planned obsolescence on the way,

lakeside Oats Scotty I'm thinking about getting the 2002 oldsmobile Alero with

one hundred and sixty-three thousand miles on it, should I go ahead, that's a

reasonable amount of mileage if you're not paying much go ahead

they can be o.k. vehicles not great but they're not terrible, you get it cheap enough and

it runs okay why not but don't pay much it's not worth much being it's a

17 year old GM car, it's value is practically nothing, if you can get it cheap

and it runs okay, go ahead, so if you never want to miss another one of my new
