USCIS has a backlog of over 750,000 naturalization applications.

At the end of 2015 the backlog was 390,000.

At the end of 2016 the backlog rose to 640,000.

Since then the backlog has grown by another 117,000.

'Hero' Survivors At Kavanaugh's Senate Hearing Busted For Huge Lie

Outgoing Arizona Senator Jeff Flake has insisted that his last-minute decision to demand that

the FBI reopen its background check investigation into Trump SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh

wasn't inspired by a pair of young women who accosted him in the halls of the US Capitol

and loudly berated him with tear-jerking stories of sexual abuse.

But the timing of Flake's change of heart is certainly curious, and the liberal press

has widely heralded the two young women has "heros" for helping to force a delay of

Kavanaugh's confirmation by at least another week.

But one thing the progressive press hasn't reported is that the two young women weren't

merely concerned citizens speaking truth to power.

The reality is that Ana Maria Archila and Maria Gallagher are both professional political

activists employed by the Center for Popular Democracy.

And guess who finances the CPD?

That's right…

According to a report in the New York Post, the CPD is financed primarily by George Soros'

Open Society foundation, the massive non-profit that supports groups fighting on behalf of

the billionaire investors' political agenda across Europe and the US.

That dramatic confrontation in front of a Senators-only elevators was a political stunt

organized by a Soros-funded organization.

This means that Soros has played as large a role as anybody in helping delay a confirmation

vote on Kavanaugh.

Make no mistake.

The Center for Popular Democracy is at the heart of the effort to stop Kavanaugh.

A source forwarded to me an email sent from the organization: "Last week, you saw protestors

interrupting the Kavanaugh hearings, trying to slow it down and show the Judiciary Committee

how much they/we care.

Those protests were organized by the Women's March and the Center for Popular Democracy

and other groups."

Archila has another role beyond her duties as co–executive director of the center.

She is also a member of the national committee of the New York-based Working Families Party.

The WFP was founded in 1998 by the leaders of ACORN, the now-disbanded and disgraced

group of community organizers.

In 2009, ACORN finally ran off the rails.

Guerrilla videographer James O'Keefe secretly recorded employees in its offices in Brooklyn,

Baltimore, Washington and San Bernardino, Calif.

O'Keefe and a colleague posed as a prostitute and a pimp and said they were planning to

import underage women from El Salvador for the sex trade.

They asked for and received advice on getting a housing loan and evading federal taxes.

The US Senate quickly voted 83-7 to strip ACORN of more than $1.6 million in federal

housing money meant to help low-income people obtain loans and prepare tax forms.

Within weeks, ACORN's donors fled the group and it was forced to close its doors, with

many of its affiliates reforming under new mismanagement and new names — such as the

WFP.

The impact that this confrontation had on Flake was readily apparent…

..Media reported an instant change in his demeanor, with his "eyes wet" and his

chin tucked into his chest.

Additionally, one of the women has ties to the Working Families Party, and organization

financed by alumni of ACORN, the group of community organizers that shut down in 2009

after conservative journalist James O'Keefe exposed some of its "organizers" engaging

in nefarious behavior on behalf of the organization.

Furthermore, just imagine if two women cornered Dianne Feinstein in an elevator and demanded

that she investigate how Christine Blasey Ford's letter describing her alleged assault

leaked to the press?

But imagine if two women had cornered a Democratic senator in an elevator and demanded an investigation

of who had leaked to the media Christine Blasey Ford's letter alleging that Kavanaugh had

sexually assaulted her.

(Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday that he planned to investigate the leak.)

There would have been sputtering outrage in media circles, and reporters would have breathlessly

hunted down any ties between the women and outside groups.

It's a sign of media bias that the people from the well-funded groups behind the anti-Kavanaugh

protests are described merely as "activists" and that their political motives and origins

are largely unexplored.

If there is a takeaway here, it's that the US media is far too lenient on these "activists",

often neglecting to perform even a simple background check to determine if they have

any affiliations that might be cause for bias.

But given the current climate, we don't expect this to change any time soon.

Stunning new revelations have just exposed Dr. Christine Ford for lying under oath during

her testimony against Brett Kavanaugh, according to her ex-boyfriend.

The days following last Thursday's testimony have revealed many discrepancies in her countless

changes to her stories.

A Former long-time boyfriend of Dr. Christine Ford told the Senate Judiciary Committee that

he witnessed Dr. Ford coaching a friend on how to take a polygraph examination.

This is in direct conflict with Christine Ford's testimony under oath to the the US

On Tuesday night, Professor Margot Cleveland, who has done some extensive research into

Christine Ford over the last few days, broke the story on Twitter.

Cleveland tweeted, "Former long-timer boyfriend of Ford told Committee he witnessed her coaching

a friend on a polygraph examination," which happens to be a direct conflict with what

she told sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell during her testimony.

The Senate Judiciary Committee received a sworn statement from her ex-boyfriend stating

she has previously coached a friend on polygraph examinations.

During the testimony she said she's never had discussions with anyone else on how to

take a polygraph.

Between Christine Ford and Julie Swetnick, their ex-boyfriends haven't been too favorable

of their credibility.

Swetnick's ex-boyfriend accused her of threatening to kill his children, filed a restraining

order, and admitted she has zero credibility.

This is the second major hammer to fall on Ford in as many days.

Yesterday we reported on Ford being the the co-author of a 2008 study that – get this

– examined the use of " hypnosis to "assist in the retrieval of important memories"

and to "create artificial situations" for treatment.

The sexual assault allegations are quickly falling apart in the media's hands.

It's no wonder they're fighting tirelessly to shift the narrative into Kavanaugh's

drinking habits and temperament.

So in one of my last episodes

I said that your spouse is not your be all or your end or and they are not

everything and even though that's true it's important to remember that our

spouses still do have a lot of influence over how we feel you know

they can hurt us so they can heal us and so in today's episode what we'll do is look at the

and these are the intangible reasons they're not necessarily things that you can put your

finger on and so they are much harder to identify but they are real you know they

really leave us feeling less than and bad about ourselves and we don't even

know why. So these reasons are by Esther Perel, the relationship expert and what we will do

is just take him one at a time they're not necessarily in order.

and you know basically they don't matter that much to you and that's very dangerous

especially in today's society because we are more lonely and so you know in a

world of 7 1/2 million people we want to know that we are at least special to

someone and it's usually our spouses that we expect to provide us you know

with the feeling of specialness and so if you have a partner that doesn't make

you feel special it really starts to eat away at your self-esteem.

You know we take better care of

our businesses, our houses, our jobs or our cars than we do our partners, usually

you know we give our best selves to everyone else and you give our leftovers

to our partners so the relationship expert Esther Perel says that you know

your relationship is not like a cactus it's not something that's just gonna

survive or grow on its own with very little care.

You know so it could be something like a

dismissive look where you just like 'urgh whatever' oh you know or something like

that and therapists believes that contempt of all for them is the most

dangerous because it diminishes their self-worth.

And this type of violence is often excused as being

acceptable because we don't really want to make a big deal out of small things

and we're not really sure if it's okay to be treated in that way and we're sort of

ambivalent about it you know for a lot of people domestic violence is a clear

cut line that it's wrong but when it comes to an emotional violence it can be

dismissed as oh you're just being too sensitive and actually if somebody keeps

hurting your feelings and telling you that you're too sensitive that could be

a sign that something's not right. You know words are living things they can be

or they can heal and so we have a responsibility over our tongues and the

words that come out of our mouths and so if somebody keeps saying that 'oh you're

just too sensitive' what they're doing is placing the

responsibility on you instead of holding themselves accountable to be

more careful or to be more cautious so that's it so those were the top four

common reasons why relationships break down you know I know there's a lot of

memes out there and quotes that say nobody has influence over how we

feel and nobody can make us feel bad without our consent but when it comes to

our relationships our partners really to have a lot of power over how we feel

about ourselves and so you know if we want to live more wholehearted lives and

live more fulfilled healthier lives that we definitely need at least one safe

place in this world and that should be at home with our loved ones with the

people that were closest to.

Bridging the Age Gap with Storytelling - Duration: 3:07.

I think my favorite part of speaking at events is not what happens onstage – though that's

really fun – but when I get the chance to have conversations with people AFTER the session.

Especially when someone has a specific question about applying storytelling in their life

or work.

This happened just the other day and the question was one I thought you would find valuable.

The gentleman I was chatting with is a leader in his organization.

He manages a large team and is responsible for communicating with them in a clear and

compelling way.

His question was – how could he use stories to relate to the younger members of his team?

Members he sometimes struggles to connect with.

First of all, he was correct in his suspicion that storytelling could help in this scenario…

And he was also correct in thinking that there must be a way to do it right.

The key in this situation is NOT to focus on what you DON'T have in common… but

rather what you DO.

To choose situations that, despite your age difference, you have BOTH likely encountered.

For example, if you have seen me speak, you may have heard me tell a story about high

school physics class.

Now … I tell that story for several reasons…

ONE… because it illustrates the point I want to make about the power of storytelling….

That reason is the obvious one….

The NOT so obvious reason I tell that story is…

I know that despite the wide variety of audiences I speak to and despite all the things that

we may or may not have in common, or our age differences….

It is likely that at some point… the majority of my audience sat in a classroom.

It is likely that they had to hand in paper or were worried about a grade.

And as a result…

THROUGH that story, I am able to establish common ground.

SO.

Think about your teams and the people you have to lead….

Don't think about what you DON'T have in common… instead… focus on what you

DO.

What experiences have you likely both shared in some form or another.

Perhaps it's playing sports as a kid.

Perhaps it's a family vacation gone wrong.

Perhaps, if your audience is mainly the finance department and you know that all of them have

had to sit through an econ class… you could tell a story about that.

The reality is….

As humans….

We actually have a lot MORE in common than we don't.

It might mean taking a trip down memory lane in order to find common ground….

But those are the kinds of stories that can bridge any gaps… age or otherwise.

 Yet another allegation has come up against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh

 The Senate Judiciary Committee posted a letter from an individual. Kavanaugh was asked about the evening prior to Dr

Christine Blasey Ford's testimony last week. The individual's name was censored, but the content is violent and disturbing

 "Kavanaugh and a friend offered me a ride home," the person wrote in her letter

"I don't know the other boy's name. I was in his car to go home. His friend was behind me in the backseat

Kavanaugh kissed me forcefully. I told him I only wanted a ride home. Kavanaugh continued to grope me over my clothes, forcing his kisses on me and putting his hand under my sweater

'No,' I yelled at him."  The source said that the boy in the backseat reached around and put his hand over the source's mouth and held her to keep her in the car

 "I screamed into his hand. Kavanaugh continued his forcing himself on me," the source continued

"He pulled up my sweater and bra exposing my breasts, and reached into my panties, inserting his fingers into my vagina

My screams were silenced by the boy in the backseat covering my mouth and groping me as well

"  The accuser then said that Kavanaugh slapped her and told her to be quiet before forcing her to perform oral sex on him

 "He climaxed in my mouth. They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each," the source said

"They dropped me off two blocks from my home. 'No one will believe if you tell. Be a good girl,' he told me

"  The "Jane Doe" said that watching what happened to Dr. Ford and Anita Hill, she was "petrified" to come forward in person or give her name

 "A group of white men, powerful senators who won't believe me, will come after me

Like Dr. Ford, I'm a teacher, I have an education, a family, a child, a home. I have credibility

Just because something happens a long time ago, because a rape victim doesn't want to personally come forward, does not mean something can't be true

"  Doe indicated she lived in Oceanside, California and the letter was sent to Sen

Kamala Harris's (D-CA) office but did not have a return address.  Kavanaugh denied any of it ever happened

He's said the same about the other accusations against him and called it part of a Democratic conspiracy dealing with the Clintons
