Youtube daily report w May 23 2018

Shenandoah's been awesome.

It's provided me a lot of unique and amazing opportunities.

I love Shenandoah because it is a small, close environment, where I can really get close

to my professors and it's easier for me to succeed that way.

Everybody loves each other.

That's really it.

Everybody loves each other, nobody has hate for anybody else and that's really the greatest

thing about Shenandoah, it's more of a family.

You make friends that you're going to have forever here.

And it's just awesome.

Washington Just Legalized Human Trafficking, Babies Can Now Be Bought and Sold - Duration: 7:10.

Washington Just Legalized Human Trafficking, Babies Can Now Be Bought and Sold Commercially

Washington legislators have passed what many are referring to as the most disturbing bill

in history that legalizes the commercial sale of human babies to anyone with enough money

to buy one.

By Matt Agorist

House Democrats voted to legalize the purchase and sale of human babies. 42nd District

Rep. Luanne Van Werven, R-Lynden.

Washington When most people think about surrogacy, they imagine a loving infertile

or same-sex couple, unable to have children, who need a surrogate mother to give them a

baby.

Surrogacy has long been an amazing gift for those unable to have babies.

However, when laws are passed that commercialize the separation of babies from their birth

mother, very real risks to children arise.

When it comes to surrogacy laws in the United States, Washington is proving to be a third

world country.

Over the years, as countries have legalized commercial surrogacy, once they realize

the horrors that it creates, they proceed to ban it as it creates a market for children

to be bought and sold like commodities with no oversight as to where the babies end up.

After watching children being openly sold to human traffickers, in 2015, both Thailand

and Nepal banned the act.

In 2016, Mexico also banned commercial surrogacy, followed by India last year, and Cambodia

this week.

The bans are a result of watching what happens when such laws are in place as it quite literally

legalizes the buying and selling of children and creates a market for human trafficking.

In spite of these bans, however, the baby buyers dont go away, they just move

their lobbying to other marketsand their sights have been set on Washington state.

As the Lynden-Tribune reports, last week, the Washington State House of Representatives

approved legislation modifying the procedures for determining certain aspects of the legal

parent-child relationship, known as the Washington Uniform Parentage Act.

The bill makes changes to surrogacy agreements, allowing for commercial surrogacy, say

10 House Republican women including 42nd District Rep. Luanne Van Werven, R-Lynden.

Many legislators called the bill the most disturbing policy they have ever considered

in their careers.

In a press release this week, lawmakers voiced their dissent, noting:

The exchange of funds for carrying and giving birth to a child undermines the human

dignity and rights of the mother and child.

This type of business transaction is very different from altruistic surrogacy, which

is a compassionate act of generosity and sacrifice that does not involve for-profit payment.

In an effort to protect women and their children, Republicans offered 14 amendments

that would have shielded women from this type of exploitation and prohibited the sale and

purchase of children in our state.

Sadly, they were all rejected on party-line votes.

In spite of the disturbing nature of the bill, it passed the house by a vote of 50-47 and

is now on the governors desk.

After the bills passage, house member Van Werven did not mince words when she noted

that the bill quite literally legalizes the sale of babies.

I would say that human decency died in the dark this morning around 1 a.m. at

your WA State Capitol.

House Democrats voted to legalize the purchase and sale of human babies.

In the six years Ive served in the WA State House of Representatives, I have never been

more disgusted by such a sinister piece of legislation, Van Werven wrote.

Currently in WA, any woman can offer to be a surrogate mother for couples who want

a baby.

Today, it is done out of altruistic giving, love, compassion and caring on the part of

the surrogate mother.

For House Republicans, this bill was a matter of conscience.

We all voted no to protect the womb from being monetized and commercialized.

This bill sets virtually no limits on the amount people will be able to sell or purchase

a human baby for.

What have we become as a state, selling human babies to the highest bidder?

Is this who we are?

I asked these questions on the House floor during the final debate.

In its current form as it passed out of the House, the bill even permits convicted felons

to purchase human babies.

While it is certainly any mothers right to give her child up for adoption, or to have

a surrogate child for an infertile couple, removing the commercial incentive serves as

a barrier to breeding babies for the sole purpose of trafficking.

Because of the loopholes in commercial surrogacy laws, the parents who purchase the babies

do not undergo the same screenings as parents who are trying to adopt.

Instead, they simply create a contract, pay money, and purchase a baby.

Anyone with enough moneyincluding human traffickerswill be able to go to Washington

state, starting on Jan. 1, 2019, and purchase a human baby, no questions asked.

As the website ThemBeforeUs points out, we will never be able to track who is buying

these children and where they are being taken.

We wont know the outcome for a child/children purchased by a man, grown in the uterus of

a woman desperately in need of money.

We wont know that he left with the child, or multiple children, with the sole intent

to sell them for sex.

We wont know that he has turned to surrogacy instead of plucking children off the street

at the Port Authority bus terminal in order to prostitute them.

Conveniently for him, intended parent offers far fewer entanglements than does kidnapping

runaways.

If you think this sounds alarmist, consider the fact that people have been caught using

commercial surrogacy for the sole purpose of exploitation. A couple in Austraila

was sentenced to 40 years in prison after they were found to have bought a baby through

commercial surrogacy and then sold him for sex almost immediately after he was born.

This little boy was born into a world of sexual abuse that went on for years all thanks to

the commercialization of children.

Ironically enough, lawmakers across the United States and in Washington are pushing for stricter

background checks when people purchase guns but as this law illustrates, if you want to

buy a baby, no background check is needed.

A crisis of consciousness indeed.

If youd like to call Gov. Jay Inslee to urge him to veto SB 6037, the governors

office phone number is 360-902-4111.

Legion | Inside Season 2: Fashioning Legion | FX - Duration: 3:12.

NATHANIEL HALPERN: The aesthetic's still is--

in this no time place, the early '60s being a reference point.

JEMAINE CLEMENT: The show plays with time a lot.

MAN: You got it?

JEMAINE CLEMENT: This kind of period-less clothes

where you don't know whether it's the '80s, the '90s,

the '60s, or now, it helps fool the audience just for a second.

CAMERA ASSISTANT: See on the marker.

[SLATE CLAPS]

BILL IRWIN: Unlike me, Bill Irwin, the actor,

Cary Loudermilk-- the character I

play-- is a very natty dresser.

So I don't know anything about clothes except as I

learned them via Bob Blackman.

Oliver.

ROBERT BLACKMAN: I've broadened Cary with a C's

palette a little bit.

And we've changed up Kerry with a K's outfit.

But since she's inside of him, she's had

one outfit for the entire year.

Hey, boys.

NAVID NAGHIBAN: Bob Blackman, when I came in, he says,

oh, I have some stuff for you that you have to see.

When I put my suits on, the shirts

touches in so much detail and--

and just makes you feel the character.

It was like I was Farouk.

Moi.

[NON-ENGLISH SPEECH]

AMBER MIDTHUNDER: A great part of this show

is that the physical appearance is a great reflection

of the internal state.

Back to my life!

Right?

AUBREY PLAZA: Lenny is a toy.

[NON-ENGLISH SPEECH]

Her look is kind of dictated by the shadow king.

Bathing suits.

It's kind of like she's being used and abused.

DAN STEVENS: I'm kind of leaning towards a British, punky vibe

with David.

So it was a kind of Sid Vicious model.

ROBERT BLACKMAN: It's really full out.

Crop pants, docs, crazy t-shirts.

DAN STEVENS: He's one of the punkier mutants, I think.

JEAN SMART: Melanie just doesn't have polish this year.

She's going for comfort, which I totally identify with.

Because we see her a lot just in her room,

whereas last year, she was still trying to be the woman--

Melanie.

JEAN SMART: --her husband fell in love with.

JEREMIE HARRIS: I feel like I have

the greatest wardrobe on TV.

I'm always in something really snazzy and colorful.

ROBERT BLACKMAN: It's really hard with Jeremie

not to make him look dapper.

He's just slick.

RACHEL KELLER: Black was really important for me

as a protective barrier.

Her skin is such an important part

of what makes her who she is, a young woman

who went through a breakup.

How would she mature her look?

ROBERT BLACKMAN: The black is there,

and we moved her a little bit further into other silhouettes.

A lot more orange, orange and yellow.

Are you sure it was me?

ROBERT BLACKMAN: I refer to my first season,

my year of being Legionized.

You're just supposed to create with all

the most unusual imagery, rather than the usual imagery.

And that's it.

Maybe that was a dream, huh?

ROBERT BLACKMAN: You will be stunned by the visual beauty.

Randomness: Crash Course Statistics #17 - Duration: 12:07.

Hi, I'm Adriene Hill, and Welcome back to Crash Course, Statistics.

There's a lot of talk of "randomness" in statistics.

It's probably something you've heard a lot in this series and in real life too.

Randomness is tied to the idea of uncertainty.

Like why are these fries here?

And are they delicious?

But just because something is random doesn't mean we know nothing about it.

For example, I might not know exactly how many people will shop at my local Costco today,

but I do know it's probably more than 100, and probably less than 1 million.

Even with these very conservative guesses, I still know something about the "randomness"

of this variable.

It's an odd juxtaposition of what we know and what we don't at the same time.

INTRO

Lots of things in your everyday life are random.

From dice rolls in your weekly Dungeons and Dragons game, to which card you draw next

when playing Canasta, to how many people in your subway car are trekkies.

Since individual values of these random variables aren't that predictable, we generally look

at the outcomes across multiple instances.

Often, the best way to get a feel for the behavior of random variables like dice values

is to simulate them.

Simulations allow us to explore options that didn't happen, but could have happened.

And when you get right down to it, that's what statistics is all about.

Let's look at a simulation to understand more about the weight of a Large Fry at McDonalds.

Supposedly, a Large Fry at McDonalds has about 168 grams of crispy, salty, potato-y goodness.

But we know that the process of shoveling piping hot fries into cardboard cartons, isn't

an exact science.

But it most likely is a random process, which means that the weight of your fries, is a

random variable.

You don't know exactly how many grams will be in your next order of fries, but you can

know something about the random process that generates these weights, so you hop in your

car, drive to the nearest McDonalds and order 10,000, large fries.

Back at home you get out your scale and begin to unbag and weigh your fries… the first

batch weighs 173.03 grams.

Not bad, seems like you got an extra fry or two.

The next 4 orders weigh 169.05 152.41 153.80 174.60 grams respectively.

After unbagging and weighing all 10,000 orders you plot a histogram of all the weights.

Looking at this graph, we can see that McDonalds is pretty good at giving you your fair share

of fries.

Most orders have around 168 grams.

But we can also see that the randomness of the carton-filling process means that we can

expect to occasionally see orders with up to 200 grams and as low as 130 grams... but

those don't happen too often.

You may ask how many grams of fries you should expect to get on your next trip to McDonald's...

our best guess is the mean.

It's the amount we expect to get from this random fry distributing process.

You already know how to calculate the mean of a finite group of numbers--the sum of those

numbers divided by the numbers of items, n--so let's expand our definition so that we can

take the mean of a distribution.

Again, the mean is a type of expectation, it's called the expected value of the data

because it's what we "expect" from our data overall.

Like how you "expect" that an American woman would be the average height of 5'4

or 163 centimeters if you didn't know anything else about her.

With discrete distributions, where values can only take on set numbers like how many

sodas people drink at a party... calculating the expectation looks similar to the mean formula.

For simplicity's sake, let's say that people will only take 0,1,2, or 3 sodas at

your party.

And you want to know how much soda you should expect a person will drink so that you can

get enough.

Cause nothing kills a party like running out of soda…

For each possible value, multiply it by the relative frequency for that value and add

all these products together.

So if 10% of people will drink 0 sodas, 20% will drink 1 soda, 40% will drink 2, and 30%

will drink 3 sodas, we get this formula for the expected value.

Which equals 1.9 sodas, meaning you should buy about 2 sodas per guest.

Notice that we didn't have any actual counts for your guests...no one RSVPs anymore.

This is the expected value of the distribution, and we can apply it to any number of guests

we want.

But not everything in life is measured discretely, sometimes...oftentimes… you'll have continuous

variables like height, or grams of fries, which can take on any value at all.

In theory, calculating the expectation for a continuous distribution is exactly the same,

except now we have an infinite number of values which means adding all of the products of

values and frequencies isn't really doable.

Luckily Sir Isaac Newton invented the integral which allows us to take the sum of an infinite

number of these products without actually adding them all up by hand.

You may see it written like this.

But this is simply the fancy math way of saying, "multiply all the values by their frequencies

and add 'em up".

If we wanted to know the expectation of the weight of a large fry in grams, we can use

this integral and the fact that the fry weights are normally distributed to calculate it.

No matter how you're calculating it, the expectation of your data is an important thing to know.

It not only characterizes the data, but it can help you make sure that you know what

to expect, from number of sodas to have at a party, to how much joy you should expect

from a belly full of fries; expectation helps you understand something about randomness.

But not everything...there's still more to know about random processes, like how spread

out or how variable they are.

Variance is also an expectation.

It tells us how spread out we expect the data to be.

The variance of the amount of money each family makes is pretty high, because people don't

all make the same amount of money.

To make things easier, we can represent expectation like this.

Variance is the expectation of all data points minus the mean squared.

Since we're subtracting the mean, we call it mean-centered or "central".

In essence, we're creating a new distribution (each value minus the mean squared) , and

taking the expectation of this new distribution.

Since expectation is always the same--we just sum a bunch of values times their frequencies

-- these two formulas are the same.

Since we're taking each value minus the mean to the second power, we also often call

this the second moment of the data.

Which is just the expectation of the mean-centered data to the second power.

The second moment tells us how reliable the first expectation is...if you have a really

high variance for your estimate of how much soda to buy for your party, you know that

you might want to run to the store for a couple extra cases, since it's possible that you

might get a group of real soda guzzlers.

So the mean is the first moment of a distribution of data, and the variance is the second.

And we can keep going.

There are a lot of moments since all we do is keep raising to higher and higher powers,

but the first four are the most useful for our purposes.

We've already covered the first two, but the third moment--the expectation of the mean

centered data to the third power--is also something you might be familiar with: Skewness.

Skewness tells us whether there are more extreme values on one side, like income or amount

won in Vegas which are both right skewed.

Think back to your algebra class...when you take something to an even power like 2, or

4, your number is always positive.

So even moments--like variance--are always positive.

Variance counts extreme values on the right and the left of the mean the same, since it

squares them.

-2 squared and 2 squared are both 4, so values that are 2 units above or two units below

the mean both contribute equally to the variance.

But odd powers like 3 can be negative or positive, so they count numbers above the mean differently

than those below.

Numbers smaller than the mean that are negative will still be negative when they're taken

to the third power.

So the third moment--skewness-- is a measure of how skewed the distribution is.

If there are a lot more extreme values smaller than the mean, skewness will tend to be negative.

On the other hand, if there are a lot more extreme values bigger than the mean, skewness

will tend to be positive.

We've seen that as humans, we're pretty good at seeing when a distribution is skewed,

but it can be really useful to have a way to quantify it.

Just like the variance tells us how reliable the mean is, skewness can tell us how reliable

the variance is.

If a distribution is really skewed, then the variance is going to be a lot higher on one side.

Imagine the distribution of the amount of chips that people will eat at your party is

skewed, you know that there's a lot more extreme values on one side...maybe some people

forgot to eat dinner before they showed up.

And finally, the Fourth moment - Kurtosis.

Kurtosis is the Expectation of the mean centered data to the fourth power.

And it's a measure of how thick the tails on a distribution are.

This tells you how common it is to have values that are really far from the mean.

When you're playing music at your party, the distribution of how loud people like the

music to be might have high kurtosis; There's a lot of people who want it quiet so they

can talk, and others who ...don't want to talk.

Though it's not as common, kurtosis, along with all the other moments, can help us have

more information about a random distribution.

For example, it can help us tell whether a variable follows a normal distribution.

You can see the mean--the first moment--tells us where a distribution is on a number line.

When you change the mean, you slide the distribution left or right.

The other moments tell us about the shape and spread of the distribution, which stay

the same no matter where we move the distribution.

So it might make sense that when we add two independent random variables together, like

the sum of two dice rolls, the mean of this new distribution is the sum of the means of

the two distributions being added.

And this is true no matter how many means you add.

Maybe your stats teacher has said "The mean of the sum is the sum of the means".

Similarly the variance of the sum of two independent variables is the sum of their variances.

So if we do want to look at the distribution of the values of two dice rolls, we can easily

calculate the mean and standard deviation.

The mean of one die roll is (1+2+3+4+5+6)/6 or 3.5

The mean of two dice rolls would be 7, since it's the mean of the first roll, plus the

mean of the second roll.

The variance of the value of one roll is about 2.9 which means the variance of the value

after rolling two dice is about 5.8.

And as for those fries, we'd expect to get about 336 grams if we ordered two larges.

Randomness is the reason you can't be sure you'll win in Las Vegas, or why you always

have to leave early because you can't predict how long you'll have to wait for a parking

spot, or why sometimes you bring an umbrella with you on days when it doesn't end up raining.

But the beauty of statistics is that it helps us know something about this randomness and

make better, more informed choices in the midst of chaotic randomness.

Like deciding whether a machine learning algorithm trained to recognize sheep is truly better

than humans at recognizing sheep in unusual places.

Or even whether the increase you observed in fecal matter on people's hands is really

higher after using air dryers than paper towels.

Thanks for watching, I'll see you next time.

Sarah Sanders Sick Of NBC's BIG Lie About Trump, Shuts Them Up With One Huge Question - Duration: 4:54.

Sarah Sanders Sick Of NBC's BIG Lie About Trump, Shuts Them Up With One Huge Question.

Donald Trump has been the target of top Democrats like Chuck Schumer ever since he became ran

for President, and defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Trump was just another celebrity before the election.

He did his shows, he did his hotels, and he wasn't really a problem to anyone.

That all changed as soon as he picked up steam and started knocking Republican candidates

out of the Presidential race.

One by one he sent them packing and then he did the same for Hillary Clinton and her predatorial

husband.

That was when everything changed for Trump.

Everything that Trump spent his whole life not being, he became.

As soon as the Democrats got sick of him, they started with their lies and labels.

Everything they could find on Trump in the last 20+ years would come out.

The problem is that the Democrats didn't find much at all.

One little tape with some raunchy talk was no big deal, because saying something is much

different than actually doing it.

An accusation by an adult entertainment washup wouldn't amount to anything either because

she was just trying to make a name for herself since she was an industry no-body and her

attorney seems to have his own problems.

Then it became clear that the top Democrats, guys like Chuck Schumer, would start with

the name calling and labeling.

People would claim Trump is racist, sexist, and everything else you could imagine.

These are all labels that no one has said about Trump until he was facing the Democrats.

Just more lies from the people who hate Trump so much but they don't even know why.

They can't prove anything, nor can they really explain why they hate him other than

the fact that he beat their preferred candidate who ran a pitiful campaign and has millions

of people in America who truly dislike her for the history she has with controversial

events such as Benghazi.

Needless to say, there are people who fully support the President and one of them is Sarah

Sanders.

She was caught in public by a few reporters and asked about something that Chuck Schumer

said about Trump being racist.

She put her foot down and stomped the nonsense out of the reporters, leaving them virtually

speechless and defeated once again.

Politistick wrote: "New York Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer appeared on CBS's "Late

Show" Monday night, telling fellow leftist Stephen Colbert that President Trump could

begin the process of proving he's not a racist by caving to Democrat demands for full

amnesty for illegal aliens.

On Tuesday, reporters caught up with White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders,

who was asked about Schumer's statement and she responded with a home run response,

calling the Schumer's offer "outrageous" and gave two powerful examples to point out

the hypocrisy in media and with Schumer specifically.

"I think that is an outrageous claim, and frankly I think if the critics of the president

were who he said he was, why did NBC give him a show for a decade on TV?"

Huckabee Sanders asked reporters rhetorically.

"Why did Chuck Schumer and all of his colleagues come and beg Donald Trump for money?" she

further asked.

"If they are who they want to portray him as, why did they want to be with him for years

and years in various activities whether it was events, fundraisers, and other things?

It's just an outrageous and ludicrous excuse," the WH press secretary asserted."

Here's the one time she left CNN reporters gasping for air.

Sarah Sanders has become very good at her job and her delivery is firm, puts people

in their place, and she's straight up.

It works well for her and that probably is why she was listed as one of the top ten most

admired women in America, ranking even higher than Melania Trump – but only by one position.

Both set high standards for women and they're doing an excellent job in the White House.

What's very sad is that the Democrat party continues to label people things that they

are not, or label people simply because they disagree with something, and then they wonder

why there is so much opposition to their party.

When people are constantly labeled as racist, sexist, or anything else-ist – and there's

clearly no evidence of this other than a disagreement on something, then that's when people fall

further apart.

The name calling, violence, and other behaviors coming from prominent Democrats and liberal

followers are one of the biggest problems that Americans are dealing with and it's

pushing people apart instead of bringing them closer.

Don't they understand that some of their actions make them bullies and people are tired

of being pushed around or having agendas thrown in their face?

Comey Finally Breaks His Silence on #SpyGate and It's a DOOZY.

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey has been very quiet lately, as word spreads

over the "FBI mole" who spied on the Trump Campaign for Obama's Deep State.

The lying liberal media and Obama's cronies are out in full-force trying to spin #SpyGate

into something magical and awesome, claiming no one was "really spying on Trump," and

he should be "HAPPY" the FBI placed spies in his campaign.

Comey is now joining the spin-choir, by claiming federal spies are "regulated and normal"

and chastised Republicans for thinking otherwise, and then suggested conservatives were "harming"

their grandchildren by attacking the FBI.

From Washington Examiner

Former FBI Director James Comey defended the FBI's use of confidential sources Wednesday

following a series of tweets from President Trump about "spygate."

He also warned that attacks on and lies about the bureau and its work will cause "lasting

damage" to the country.

"Facts matter.

The FBI's use of Confidential Human Sources (the actual term) is tightly regulated and

essential to protecting the country.

Attacks on the FBI and lying about its work will do lasting damage to our country.

How will Republicans explain this to their grandchildren?"

Comey tweeted.

The tweet from the former FBI director, who Trump fired in May 2017, comes after reports

the FBI worked with a secret informant during its investigation into Russian meddling in

the 2016 election.

The confidential source, identified as Stefan Halper, sought out and met with three Trump

campaign aides: former aide Carter Page, former foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos,

and former campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis.

In a subsequent tweet, Comey encouraged Americans to "seek truth" in what he described as

a time of peril for the country.

Dangerous time when our country is led by those who will lie about anything, backed

by those who will believe anything, based on information from media sources that will

say anything.

Americans must break out of that bubble and seek truth.

— James Comey (@Comey) May 23, 2018 In a series of tweets Tuesday night and into

Wednesday morning, Trump accused the Obama administration of embedding a spy in his campaign

for "political reasons" and to help Hillary Clinton win the presidency.

The president also said allegations the FBI had an informant working for it during the

2016 campaign, which he referred to as "spygate," may be "one of the biggest political scandals

in history" and said spying on a campaign would be both illegal and "a scandal to

boot."

Trump accused the "criminal deep state," a reference to deeply entrenched members of

the intelligence community and executive branch who are allegedly working to undermine the

president and his agenda, of being behind allegations the Trump campaign colluded with

Russia and said it's now been caught in a "major spy scandal."

The WORST Life Decisions You Can Make! - Duration: 12:54.

Here are a few of the worst life decision you can make!

9 – "Friends" There's a reasons why the word friends is

in quotes. We don't actually mean good friends or quality people here. We're actually not

even talking about the proverbial wrong crowd that our moms and dads always told us to not

hang out with when we were younger. In fact, we actually think that that crowd is actually

the most interesting people to hang out with most of the time! And I hope we certainly

know to NOT hang out with people who're actually the wrong crowd, people who are committing

serious felonies and are actually immoral. We're actually talking about people that

we don't want to hang out with them at all! Most people have a few people in their lives

that they don't want to deal with or hang out with because they just suck energy away

from people. But for one reason or another, these people just can't find a way to say

no and let these quote friends take advantage of them. Essentially, we're just saying

if you don't want to do something with someone, then don't do it. Don't feel guilty saying

no to something you know you don't want to do. We shouldn't feel obligated to hang

out with anyone we don't want to. Life is way too short to spend time with people we

don't want to, especially if it's with people who always take and never give. Do

you guys agree? Let us know what you think in the comments! Also, do us a big favor and

hit that like button!

8 - Car How is owning a car on this list when it's

essential to getting to a job and getting around in the US? It's because of how much

debt the average American takes on when they buy a car! In 2018, the average new vehicle

loan hit a record high of $31,099 while the average loan for a new vehicle for a used

car loan hit $19,859. The highest median American income for any age bracket is $50,752. Buying

something that's a luxury masquerading as a necessity at ⅓ or ½ your annual income

is a bad decision. Yes, a car is essential to getting around, but anything more than

just the essential is really a luxury. There are plenty of quality used cars that can be

bought for 5 thousand dollars or less, and there are even pretty nice cars that can be

found for around 10k. Homes and cars are the most expensive things the average American

buys in their lifetime, and it doesn't make sense to go into debt for luxury. At least

with a home it can appreciate and we can write off the interest, but we can't do that with

a car. Just like we shouldn't be taking out a loan to buy designer clothes, the same

applies for a car. We're not against buying luxurious things. If you got the cash, by

all means, go out and buy that lambo or that yacht! However, if you're making 50k a year

and then go out and buy a 30k car on loan, that's just a bad decision that never pays

off!

7 - Social media Roughy 40% of the world's population, or

around 3 billion people, use social media of some sort, whether that's Facebook, Instagram

or an app that we've never heard of. More and more studies are done about the effects

of social media and how it affects our lives, but as of right now, not enough is known yet

to draw any strong conclusions. However, preliminary studies show that social media actually may

decrease the quality of our lives. Why social media is so popular is clear. It's in our

nature to want to feel connected to other people, and that will never change. Just like

anything else in life, social media done right adds value to our life. But one thing that's

a complete waste of time is arguing on social media. The perfect example is arguing on facebook

over politics. 99.99% of the time no one changes their viewpoint, and both sides end up feeling

worse after the exchange! Okay, we just pulled the 99.99% out of thin air of course, but

you get our point. Plus, even if by miracle the other person changes their viewpoint,

what actually changed? Nothing! Convincing someone that Trump is a great President or

that Hillary Clinton didn't delete thousands of emails doesn't change anything in anyone's

life. Arguing about something that we can't change is a complete waste of time that we

can't get back. Losing hours a day trying to change someone's mind for no point instead

of spending time adding actual value to our lives is a bad decision that many people do

over and over again!

6 – Tattoos Is it just me, or do a lot more people have

facial or neck tattoos? Of course, tattoos have been around for a long time – the oldest

discovery of tattooed human skin to date is found on the body of Ötzi the Iceman, dating

between 3370 and 3100 BC! Even though tattoos are accepted for the most part in most societies,

the type of tattoo and the location of the tattoo still matters. A neck or face tattoo

could easily be one of the worst decisions a person makes in their lifetime! Getting

some random stars tattooed on the face will probably make a lot of people question that

person and their sanity, whether that's right or wrong. And if that person is trying

to get a high paying corporate job, good luck, because it definitely doesn't seem like

it's gonna be kosher any time soon. Even business owners and people who are actually

rich should think twice about getting a face tattoo. Even though we know that there's

tattoo removal, there are cases where it's impossible to remove them fully with laser

treatments. Anyways, the message is this. Don't get face tattoos, especially when

you have depend on a job for money!

5 - College For as long as college has been around, it's

been universal that a college degree gives anyone a leg up. Not anymore! The problem

is, when almost everyone has a college degree, it means that having a college degree doesn't

mean much anymore. We're not saying that college is completely worthless. We're saying

that college has reached a point where only certain degrees make it worth the time and

tuition to go. Let's face it, who wants to go to a school to rack up 150k plus in

debt, just to get a degree that gets you a job that's barely over 40k a year. With

tuition that keeps on rising, it only makes sense to go to college to get a technical

degree. It really doesn't make sense to go to an expensive school and come out with

an English or Education degree for example. It's essentially a giant math problem. These

days, if you know what field you want to go into, do research into the most economical

way to get into that field. For example, many new tech startups don't even care about

their talent having a college degree. All they care about is that their talent can perform.

All you would need to do is spend time to dedicate yourself to learn how to code either

online or through a specialized course. That can range from completely free to a few thousand

dollars, both of which are wayyyyyy cheaper than what 4 years at college can cost.

4 – Money Management In a perfect world, we all would do exactly

what we know what we're supposed to do. We'd all be in shape because we would be

exercising most days of the week and laying off the sugar. We'd also all have plenty

of money in the bank because we'd be saving a lot of what we earn. However, we all know

that's not how it goes. The average person doesn't spend enough time focusing on making

more money, and makes terrible decisions when it comes to saving and investing. The average

person treats most decisions like a YOLO life, and never properly plan for the future. Why

isn't there a class about personal finance in school?! Many people have cash flow situations

that essentially guarantees that they'll be working until they're 70. Who wants to

work all the way until they're 70! Let's also don't forget that life expectancy continues

to increase. Instead of working for money, we should be making our money work for us.

Instead of a YOLO mentality in the twenties, and a working as hard as possible mentality

in the thirties, it should be the other way around. We should be working as hard as possible

to create different streams of income in our twenties and THEN live that YOLO type lifestyle

in the thirties once our cash flow situation is set. And no, skimping on that daily coffee

or whatever sort of penny pinching strategies on essential everyday life doesn't really

help. We have to focus on creating cash flows, and upping those cash flows instead of saving

an extra 10 dollars a day. The earlier we make money means the earlier we get to have

our money work for us, and not the other way around! Who doesn't want to be able to retire

early?!

3 – Marriage Deciding to marry someone isn't a decision

someone take lightly. Getting a divorce is so much pain and money, it's pretty much

worth it to NOT get married legally. We're not against relationships; we just don't

see the need for the government to get involved with our personal affairs. If you do decide

to go the legally married route, at least make sure it's with the RIGHT person. Getting

legally married before you've had the chance to fully get to know someone in life is a

proven recipe for a disaster. I mean, sure, there are stories of people who got married

only after being together for a few weeks and had long-lasting marriages, but that's

definitely a tiny percentage of marriages. Even though everyone's heard the horror

stories of nearly half of all marriages ending in divorce, the divorce rate in the US has

actually started to drop. In 2015, the divorce rate was 16.9 divorces per 1,000 married women

age 15 or older, which is down from 17.6 in 2014 and down from a peak of almost 23 per

1,000 divorces in 1980. The overall cost of getting divorced in the United States differs

from state to state but the estimated cost ranges from between $10,000 and $20,000, a

cost we should all be able to avoid!

2 - Health How can we not talk about health when we're

talking about major life mistakes? Essentially, when we're sick and don't feel well, we

can't do anything. We can't work nor can we do anything fun. All we can do is sit around

in bed browsing netflix or surfing the internet. But what we're talking about is not taking

care of our body as well as we should. Anytime we're overweight or obese, our health takes

a huge hit as obesity and being overweight in general is highly correlated with a whole

host of diseases. We're not even talking about looking like underwear models here,

we're just advocating to not be overweight and stay within a healthy weight range as

recommended by the Body Mass Index. Obviously, we all know that the easiest way to keep weight

off is exercising most days of the week, eating healthy foods, and laying off the twinkies.

All it takes is an hour of exercise most days of the week, and eating healthily most meals

of the week. However, statistics show that the average American is overweight! Working

to optimize our body allows us to have energy to get the most out of life, not to mention

just feeling great in general. Neglecting our health just doesn't make sense when

it essentially affects everything in our life!

1 – Outrageous Risks Outrageous risks where losing our lives is

on the line, whether literally to figuratively is definitely #1 on our list. This ranges

from driving as fast as possible while drunk, to robbing a bank for a few thousand dollars,

to really just any situation where going to prison is in play. The possible scenarios

are just endless. One example is Otto Warmbier, an American student visiting North Korea as

a tourist. He was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor after being convicted of stealing

a propaganda poster from his hotel, and eventually lost his life due to very strange circumstances.

All this from a seemingly innocent decision to take a poster. However, here's an example

of an outrageous risk that still somehow seem to plague a lot of people. This would be to

put most of your life savings on some sort of business or investment. This is the absolute

worst if you're already rich! However, who wants to start over financially at any point

in life?!

After Trump Bashes FBI For Spying, Agents Have Shocking Request For Congress - Duration: 4:14.

After Trump Bashes FBI For Spying, Agents Have Shocking Request For Congress.

After President Donald Trump unleashed hell on the corrupt FBI for spying on his campaign,

brave agents inside the bureau are now coming forward with one shocking request for Congress.

The deep state is going to lose it.

President Donald Trump recently bashed the corrupt former leadership of the FBI after

it was reported that the bureau planted at least one spy close to his campaign to gather

intelligence which could be used for future countermeasures by the deep state against

the Trump administration.

After 73-year-old Stefan Halper, who is a Cambridge professor and foreign policy expert,

was outed as the spy who was paid to lure two Trump campaign advisers in for meetings,

Trump took to Twitter with his frustration.

"If the person placed very early into my campaign wasn't a SPY put there by the previous

Administration for political purposes, how come such a seemingly massive amount of money

was paid for services rendered – many times higher than normal…" Trump wrote.

"…Follow the money!

The spy was there early in the campaign and yet never reported Collusion with Russia,

because there was no Collusion.

He was only there to spy for political reasons and to help Crooked Hillary win – just like

they did to Bernie Sanders, who got duped!" Trump added.

According to Daily Caller, multiple sources in contact with FBI field agents are now reporting

that there are many in the bureau who want Congress to issue subpoenas to them so that

they can expose the true level of corruption and problems caused by former FBI Director

James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

It is truly shocking that even the FBI's own employees want to come forward to reveal

what they know about how their organization was politicized for the benefit of a political

agenda.

Former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova recently told the Daily Caller, "There are agents

all over this country who love the bureau and are sickened by James Comey's behavior

and Andrew McCabe and Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch and the thugs like John Brennan, who

despise the fact that the bureau was used as a tool of political intelligence by the

Obama administration thugs.

They are just waiting for a chance to come forward and testify."

DiGenova's announcement about those who want to blow the whistle inside the FBI comes

ahead of the release of the Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz's

report on the FBI's conduct during the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Digenova has reportedly kept in touch with rank and file FBI agents and one counter-intelligence

consultant who interviewed an active FBI agent stationed in Washington, D.C.

It's widely speculated that the inspector general's report will lead to possible legal

complications for Comey and McCabe.

The clock is ticking for Barack Obama's team of washed up government officials who

took part in the conspiracy to spy on the Trump campaign and destroy his presidency

after the inauguration.

Millions of American patriots are watching and waiting for justice to be served by the

Department of Justice which is currently under the influence of the deep state.

It makes sense for the FBI's faithful to want Congress to subpoena them after how Attorney

General Jeff Sessions has played a large role in stalling the efforts of Congress to find

the truth about how Barack Obama's DOJ and FBI operatives conducted their political surveillance

operations.

This is literally the only recourse that honorable FBI agents have left to defend the integrity

of their agency.

The bottom line here is that Congress should speedily issue subpoena's starting with

the House Intelligence Committee under Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA).

The sooner these willing FBI agents are able to testify under oath and tell their side

of the story the better.

It's important to remember that while former members of the bureau's leadership have

a mountain of corruption under their names, the majority of our federal law enforcement

community are true American patriots.

Newt is Convinced that Many Obama Officials Are Going to Jail - Duration: 3:59.

Newt is Convinced that Many Obama Officials Are Going to Jail.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich doesn't believe for a second the lying liberal media

spin and Deep State cover-up story, that it was a "good thing" to have spies lurking

around in Trump's campaign, and he should be "happy" about it.

He also does not buy the Russia boogieman story – we all know this was politically

motivated and Newt is convinced that Obama officials will be going to jail.

From Bizpacreview.com

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich blasted the Obama administration for the latest revelations

of spying on the Trump campaign and predicted former intelligence officials could be going

to jail.

"I don't believe that in an administration that was as tightly centralized as the Obama

administration that you could have as many different things going on – all of them

illegal – without the president being briefed," Gingrich told Fox News' Laura Ingraham on

Tuesday.

Discussing several bombshell reports over the last few days including that of an FBI

informant who allegedly had contacts with members of President Trump's campaign, Gingrich

noted how Obama hacks worked at keeping information hidden from the American public.

Gingrich reacted to a video clip of former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper

who appeared on ABC's "The View" saying he didn't lie under oath and didn't like

using the term "spying."

Gingrich admitted he was "astounded at how bad he looks now" and how the man he has

known for years now looks so "dishonest and incompetent."

"He was a great public servant for many, many years," he told Ingraham.

"But when the director — former director of intelligence tells you he doesn't like

to use the word 'spying'…

I mean think about it.

He was the Director of National Intelligence!

What do you think he was in charge of doing?!?

He was in charge of spying!"

These actions were committed under Obama's watch, Gingrich pointed out, with the confidence

that Hillary Clitnon would win the 2016 presidential election.

"I think what happened was people like Clapper and the former director of the Central Intelligence

Agency [John Brennan], all these guys thought they could get away with this because Hillary

[Clinton] was gonna win and when Hillary won the fix would be in, everything will be covered

up," he said.

"And around 10 o'clock on election night, they all began to realize this could get really

bad and they were shifting gears from protecting Hillary, which had been their job for two

years, to trying to destroy Trump," he continued.

"Now you are watching people who, I think, in every case are in danger of going to jail

if the system works and people are actually tested on, 'Did you tell the truth under

oath?'

And then Clapper's a perfect example," Ginrich said.

Following another clip of Clapper denying he lied because he was "thinking about something

else," Gingrich said he hoped Trump's former national security adviser Gen. Michael

Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to Mueller in December, was watching.

"I hope General Flynn is prepared to go back" and use the "Clapper defense,"

Gingrich said.

"Whatever you thought I said, I didn't mean to say and it wasn't what I said.

I don't know why you thought I said it because I wouldn't have said it if I had known you

thought I said it, and therefore can't really be a problem," Gingrich mocked.

"This tells you how pathetic this is going to be."

Flynn's son, Michael Flynn Jr., cryptically tweeted on Monday, "You're all going down.

You know who you are.

Mark my word…."

You're all going down.

You know who you are.

Mark my word….

"What you are watching is a man who was a great professional who is now in a totally

impossible situation," Ginrich said of Clapper.

"To get off television desperately trying to explain and defend the indefensible."

But when it comes to confidence no tengo mucha I've been waiting all day, To gain the courage

to say Hey girl!

It's you girl that I'm pursuin' This is something that I can't ruin

Maybe we can go have some fun, maybe we can go cruisin'

Without you I'm depressed Without you my heart's a mess

When I see you I gotta make sure that I'm lookin' fresh

Make sure that my hair ain't a giant mess I try to get a haircut, maybe a get fringy

Damn, that bar was cringy…

Can you be my date?

Can you set me straight?

Don't take that last line the wrong way Bruh, I'm not gay

I don't want this feeling to leave and fade away

Slowly like a school day on a monday

I want a type of girl who has a real sense of humor

Not the ones who laugh at anything and later spread rumors

I want a girl who can support herself, not just consumer

Not one of the growing population of groupies like a tumor

I want a girl who is dedicated, who can be intellectually conversating

So we can be relating, and forget about the people who be hating

To the top I endeavor, my flow is so irregular, call me on my cellular to turn up the temperature

you make me care no one compares

falling deep into your eyes feel like soaring in the skies

oh, you must be rare

You got that golden skin I pick up the phone when it rings

Your personality, beauty, where do I begin?

You gotta body like an hour glass When I see you walkin' to class

I see you swervin' that ass I would be lyin' if I never watched you

pass Your elegant body and style got my vision

blurry like opaque I want to have one dance with you like drake

But I can't due to my mental state I wish you could feel me and relate

I feel stuck in this place like a stalemate Financial limits to become extinct

The house, car, clothes, jewelry like an ice rink

Money laundering like clink Screw the crew like goldlink

Screw goldlinks they be money Rely of the days that be sunny

So when the blood becomes thin and runny You can be there for me honey

Let's grab a bite to fill our tummies Imma hold your hand like gin rummy

And end this rhyme like James Comey

I want a type of girl who has a real sense of humor

Not the ones who laugh at anything and later spread rumors

I want a girl who can support herself, not just consumer

Not one of the growing population of groupies like a tumor

I want a girl who is dedicated, who can be intellectually conversating

So we can be relating, and forget about the people who be hating

you make me care no one compares

falling deep into your eyes feel like soaring in the skies

(Beat Switch) (This is for the woke ass boys, ayy)

(New Balance)

(sample)

Your granddad is a trap

Your granddad is a trap Step on a crack and become a snack

Your granny's a tranny Your granny's a tranny

Switch To DCC using Easy and Inexpensive DCCpp On Arduino - Duration: 13:11.

if you're running your layout on DC and you would like to go to DCC you're gonna

want to see this video here I'm gonna show you how you can do it for probably

under 50 bucks maybe even cheaper than that if you get everything generic so

let's get going right now I'm Tom Kvichak and this is Toms Trains and

Things this channel was created to help other modelers who are in need of

guidance in pursuing their dream of building a model railroad in that model

railroad if you would like to run DCC but you were always afraid because of

the technology or the price of it there is a simple solution where you can run

your layout from this right here all it is is Arduino Uno you could even use a

mega if you want and a motor shield I have an arduino motor shield here I have

a generic uno revision3 here and all you need is a computer and JMRI I showed

you in a couple of other videos how to use your cell phone as a wireless

throttle now you could do that with JMRI now there's some technology now that

you could do it without JMRI but JMRI is a wonderful piece of software that

you could use to program your locomotives and even run your layout if

you don't have a computer that you could put in your train room you could do it

with a Raspberry Pi I picked up this Raspberry Pi B+ for

under $30 it has Wi-Fi it has four USB ports it has HDMI and it also has a mini

SD card and that's that's all you need to load JMRI on the SD card and put it

in here and you could hook up a Monitor this you could hook up your keyboard and

mouse to this and do everything you can on a computer on this right here the

Raspberry Pi and it doesn't have to be the B+

but the B+ the chip on the B+ doesn't get as hot as the older ones YouTube

model builders did two videos not too long ago Chris Rood did an explanation

of how to hook up the uno with the motor shield to get you get you going in

DCC++ now DCC++ has been around for a while maybe five or six years Gregg

Berman developed it for his own use on his end scale layout now he made the

base station which you could which I'm going to tell you about right here and

he has the control module which is a graphical user interface where he

controls his entire layout from that display through this right here and J

MRI you don't have to use J MRI you could also use CMR I now that is Chubb

model railroad interface now that was developed a long long time ago by Bruce

Chubb you could also put that on here and run your model railroad from that in

one of my earlier videos I talked about this seed studio motor shield and was

going to use it for the DC C++ project the only problem I had with it as you

can see where I have this jumper wire here that's pin 10 and on the arduino

motor shield they use pin 12 and 13 to drive these outfits on here but on this

motor shield they use pins 10 and 11 and also on the sketch pin 10 is used as an

analog to jumper from pin 10 to 12 one of the outputs so that makes this motor

shield unusable unless I could find we're in the code where he uses pin 10

maybe I could change it to a different pin I decided not to go that route also

I talked about the V in now this one has a jumper over here at the V in it closes

off this pin right here which is the V in pin so there's no connection from

this board going down to the uno now I know there was a few people that had the

Robo dine motor shield if you have that one or any other generic motor shield go

ahead and leave a comment down below and let me know how that worked out if it

worked if you got it to work or if you didn't get it to work and if you did get

it to work what you found out about it now the only problem with this is I have

an existing model railroad and I have Digitrax on here I have some D s60 I

have some DS 64 s on here I have a PM 42 just with the initial test from this

I was not able to find a way to communicate with the DS 64 and the PM

42 now if there is a way that would be wonderful but if there isn't that's no

loss because you can still do a lot of things I mean if you're starting out in

it and you don't have anything on your model railroad yet as far as automation

you could use servos to automate your turnouts so this is what's so great

about it is just the this technology right here and it's very inexpensive you

could get a cheap uno board for under $10 I'm going to go on the computer and

show you how this thing really works I was amazed that the first time that I

hook this thing up and how fast it programs a locomotive when I was using

my digit tracks on there through the pr3 and J MRI it was real sluggish and

sometimes it didn't catch the the program and sometimes you know you just

had to wait for it to to chew through two things if you

write your page to the locomotive it goes all the way down the list and it's

done this thing is super fast the way it does it and not like the way you do it

with your throttle programming with your throttle or programming with JMRI through

a PR3 that I have sitting over here now I have all that disconnected right now

I'm going to hook this up to a section of my layout that's right next to my

computer so I could show you how this thing works and how easy it is I got the

JMRI throttle up here I selected the locomotive

I have everything hooked up I got my power supply right here set at 16 volts

and here is the uno with the motor shield on top of it test track and main

track over there so we'll turn this thing on and I could hear the fan on the

power supply starting and there we go

so to put the bridge up okay there we go

I got my sounds turned down on here so it's not too loud but anyway you see

that you could use this to operate your locomotive

I'm going to undo this so I could put the bridge up and at least we'll be able

to go to the end of the bridge and I won't have to hold on to it alright so

forward there we go now we'll be able to watch it come over this way

and I'll use this camera right over here

on the bridge

can't do this with my left hand huh

now that is the main track now let me put it on the programming track we'll go

back over to the speed table constant ratio curve we'll use this one here and

we'll show you right changes on sheet and show you how fast this thing goes

now when I was doing this with the P R 3 and digit tracks it would take forever

and that's it right there now let's go over to the Seavey's and you could see

right over here where the speed table information is stored that's the ones

that were changed motor acceleration rate will change us to 25 and rate

changes on sheet and there it did it basic that's that roster entry sound

levels will keep the bell volume okay right changes on sheet boom done so

we'll go over here Stevie's and you can see which one Stevie's are stored it

works excellent and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg to get yourself

started in DCC don't forget to check out all the videos that are available you

got two videos on YouTube model builders you got Greg Berman's videos he starts

from the very beginning gives you a demonstration of his layout how it

automatically runs his locomotives he doesn't have to touch it at all and then

he goes step by step through explaining DCC and what he did with it and then the

hardware hook up on it and that's where he left off with that but you

to find the code I'll have the links for everything in the description so if

you're thinking about it go this way go this way right here and if you don't

have a computer to put on your train layout Raspberry Pi the latest model is

the B+ 29.95 at Adafruit power-off close the program and that's all there is to

it

piece of cake so if you want to use it go ahead and

watch all those videos like I told you before and everything will be in the

description below and we'll see Ya.

Social Security Scandal Uncovered, $571M Of Taxpayer Money Is Gone - Duration: 13:14.

Social Security Scandal Uncovered, $571M Of Taxpayer Money Is Gone

If there's one thing that drives President Donald Trump nuts, it's giving taxpayer

money to people who don't deserve it.

And he'll be even more distressed to learn that over a half-billion dollars has accidentally

been paid out to individuals who didn't deserve a cent of it.

That's right.

It was all one giant mistake, and you paid for it!

We all know that government spending can spin out of control but generally, government offices

can at least tell you what the money was for.

Even if you don't agree with the amount of cash spent, even if you're a little angry

at shelling out for something you feel was unnecessary, it still makes at least some

sense.

This, however, is just entirely unacceptable.

According to a highly disturbing report just released by the Office of the Inspector General,

the Social Security Administration handed out a whopping $571 million in disability

benefits.

But it was all one giant mistake:

"The Social Security Administration improperly disbursed an estimated $571 million in disability

benefits to people who had already returned to work, according to a government audit report.

Of the overpayments, nearly $201 million of the improperly disbursed benefits checks was

due to the administration's slow processing, and almost $371 million was the fault of the

beneficiaries who didn't complete paperwork on time, the Office of the Inspector General

wrote in a report released Tuesday."

Well, that's just great.

People often joke about the administrative incompetence of government agencies, but this

takes the take.

If you aren't familiar with this particular process, those receiving disability benefits

from the SSA are granted a trial work period before they stop getting payments.

Recipients must then report back to the government when they start working so the SSA can conduct

"continuing disability reviews" to figure out if the individual should keep getting

benefits.

But in many cases, the SSA took an average of 155 days to process legitimate earnings

reports – that's almost half a year! – so taxpayer money kept flowing out the door.

In one outrageous example, someone on disability reported in November 2014 she had returned

to work, and the SSA didn't verify her employment until June 2015, and didn't halt disability

payments until September 2015.

And when they found out, that individual wasn't even required to return the $7,823 she'd

unfairly received.

Then there are instances where the SSA overpaid an estimated number of beneficiaries where

they were told the individual was receiving money from a job, but did nothing to act on

that information.

If this is how our government agencies are operating, President Trump needs to step in

and fix it.

Rapidly.

We

just can't allow

this insanity

to continue!
