"Faster" - WITHIN TEMPTATION cover [MALE VERSION] - Duration: 5:05.

I can't sleep, cause it's burning deep inside.

Like gasoline on a fire running wild.

No more fear, cause I'm getting closer now.

So unreal, but I like it anyhow.

I go faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster.

I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

And I can't hide from the feeling cause it's right.

And I go faster and faster and faster and faster for life.

And I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

I can feel that you've mesmerized my heart.

I feel so free.

I'm alive, I'm breaking out.

I won't give in, cause I'm proud of all my scars.

And I can see I've been wasting too much time.

I go faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster.

I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

And I can't hide from the feeling cause it's right.

And I go faster and faster and faster and faster for life.

And I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

And I can't hide from the feeling cause it's right.

And I go faster and faster and faster and faster for life.

And I can't live in a fairytale of lies.

A fairytale of lies

How to Limit Screen Time for Kids - Duration: 3:43.

I know it's easy to entertain children with the iPad, your iPhone, the TV, the

Xbox whatever it is within your home. It's so easy to plop them down in front

of technology and take off. At times, that's extremely necessary but sometimes

we just need to unplug. Hi! Shawn here. If you are new, I would love for you to

consider subscribing to my channel while you are here by clicking that red

subscribe button down below. Ring that little bell to receive notifications when

I upload every Tuesday and Wednesday. But let's get into today's video on

unplugging our kids from technology. This is part of my Christian mindfulness for

kids series. I have a whole video on Christian mindfulness that I will put up

here. You might want to check that out. Alright, I'm going to give you four

suggestions on what to do when it's time to turn technology off for your kids if

this is a choice you have made to limit your child's screen time.. your child's tech

time. Here are my four suggestions for what to do with your kids

once they're unplugged. But before we talk about those four suggestions- why

should we even unplug our kids from technology? Why not just let them

endlessly play hours and hours of Minecraft or -what's the new one -Fortnight.

Why not just let them play endlessly or watch the iPad endlessly or

the TV? Why should we not do that? I think for me and my family- and this is

different for every family -they need that rest from the screen time. Studies

have shown that it hurts your eyes over the long term. We just need times to slow

down. Kids aren't aware of what else is going on around them if they're

constantly focused in on the screen time. I have no problem with screen time. I

love my TV as much as the next person so I have absolutely no problem with tech

time. I do think it needs to be limited and the amount of time that it should be

limited depends on the kid- in my opinion. I can only tell you from my experience.

When we limit our screen time and we have our kids unplug it helps them

live present in the day and what the family

life that's going on around them as well as to be open to those God moments that

may come into their lives. I have a whole video on Christian mindfulness so

go watch that. Psalm 46:10 says "be still and know that I am God." wWe

have clear instructions from God to really get to know God. Sometimes we need

to just be still and I don't think that that can happen when we give our kids a

lot of tech time. So once you've hidden that iPad, you've turned off the Xbox,

what do you do now? What do you do now? I like to give my son- he's 10 years old- I

give him a list of things that he can do. Because once everything's unplugged his

first question is "I don't know what to do" and he wants me to entertain him. It

is not our job -as parents -to entertain our kids. I have a list and the things

on the list are: you can read a book; you can go outside and play something; you

can play with the toys in your room- there's a novel idea -you can play with

your baby sister. A fourth idea is you can play games with your child

instead of it being alone time for them- for your child -to do things off by

themselves but maybe that's a time everybody in your household unplugs from

technology and gets together and plays some good old-fashioned games. That can

be board games. That can be outdoor games. I have a fun video with some outdoor

game suggestions that we play as a family and I'll link that in a card

right up here. We love playing any kind of games together. Thanks so much for

watching today's video and I will see you next week.

bye!

Uma fazenda urbana aberta para todos: Skälby 4H! - Intercambiando #2 - Duration: 12:31.

Hi

Today I will show you a farm that is close to our home, here in Sweden.

We like it very much, and we thought you would like to know it too!

Our guide will be Isabelle, employee of the farm.

And what is the 4H?

It is an international nonprofit organization, created in 1902

to encourage children and adolescents to learn while they do,

having contact with nature and animals.

The four Hs are for Heart, Head, Hands and Health,

And that means (in Portuguese) Coração, Cabeça, Mãos e Saúde,

the four pillars of the organization and 4H activities.

The majority of members of the 4H club are children and teenagers,

who are encouraged to care for animals and have autonomy and independence.

In addition to the seasonal and festive activities,

that intensify during the hottest time of the year,

there are also permanent activities.

For the organization, it is important to keep children active mentally and physically.

It is even possible to use space to make birthday parties for children,

but not exactly in the Brazilian mold of "super parties".

That's it, folks. We hope you have enjoyed getting to know this project.

We love it and we often go to the farm to get in touch with the animals.

We certainly would have liked to have had this in Brazil.

And you, what did you think?

Kisses and see you later! Bye, bye!

When You don't Identify, See What Happens - Satsang with Mooji - Duration: 53:43.

if you are the state of presence and this presence subside it means that

you're finished or there's some break in your being if you went to bed at 10

o'clock wake up at 7 then for nine hours you don't exist

can we look at this together now who do we have some space for this okay so

let's look at what happened then if we go to bed at 10:00 wake up at 7:00 you

see now in the waking state you have the full awareness of the state of presence

the state of presence in the human Kingdom is somehow some beings are not

living in the state consciously of presence when I say of conscious

presence I don't mean that they're being conscious of presence like work is

sometimes it's effortless effortlessly self-conscious effortlessly presence

they're not doing anything to be presence then some are doing a lot to be

presence some have got to do mantras to kind of reach the state of presence so

they may have to speak on rush well almost fare home as well and somehow it

lifts the consciousness naturally into the state of presence in a in the state

of presence even if they don't say oh no Masha Masha somehow unconsciously it

still goes on and they're in a state of presence but the best is to be in the

state of presence without effort that's your natural state

just like you don't have to keep remembering I am Priya no you try to

remember not forget it it's just there if you're doing some

complex work and someone called Jennifer you will still do your work Priya

yes you see but you're not thinking I'm Priya

so that feels natural for you then the fact that your consciousness is even

more natural than that because without consciousness there to remember that

your prayer if you don't have to make any any effort to remember your Priya

then how much effort do you have to remember to her that you are

consciousness the very fact that you exist means you are consciousness the

very fact that you are existing it means you are presence it's just a habit of

converting or believing that the presence is the body and the

conditioning which gives rise to the belief you're a person that seems to

hide your intuitive knowingness that you are presence but you are presence or

consciousness the same thing but in deep sleep the sense I am the feeling of

being and witnessing of the world with the judgment subsides oblivion where you

know

when you're in the state of presence when I ask you please can you describe

yourself as presence what will you say I ask you in the state of presence you are

presence now if I ask you to describe yourself as presence can you each give a

separate biography of presence yes do you feel you've lost your privacy no

because the person can be private does presence needs to be private okay so

this state of presence is here no like that you can you define presence can you

say something of presence I can say something from this state of presence it

says the perfume of this presence is peace and a natural joy and an intuitive

knowingness that something here is eternal it has no beginning or ending it

has no form this is what I call the perfume of the presence as the presence

have any weight or size can we say please there's a sense of presence of a

new waiter sighs do you have to speculate to know this you know it

directly isn't it okay when you go to sleep when you go to sleep because

presence somehow causes witnessing to happen so you're you're observing

observing of the world of names and forms and different beings and time and

so on takes place or occurs to the presence but the presence is not

particularly doing anything it is the beingness itself isn't it all right

but in deep sleep witnessing of the world is not there so even the sense of

presence which is the witness of the manifest world

that's functioning also sub science what remainder because every night I think

every one of us go there no we spend a lot of money to buy the best bed in

order to go to this place where you have no experience of world and relatives you

have no religion you have no belief you are not from any political party you're

not a mother or daughter you could get married today honeymoon but in this deep

sleep state you are no husband no wife nothing at all is there and yet you

don't protest nobody goes no please oh I don't want to go I don't want to stop

experiencing nobody says this we go nicely in fact we should not have to

wish each other sweet dreams dreams are not that sweet

and also you don't rest if you're dreaming

total total lights out that sleep must wish people dead sleep isn't it nothing

to report isn't it because not even your sense I am is there and we say day is

inhuman measurement 24 hours 24 human now as we say we call one day and yet

nobody is living consciously 24 hours so for about eight hours you're nobody

you've got no name no status you could be the Prime Minister of your country we

are nobody in deep sleep okay yeah and yet everyone loves this state

you enjoy sleep or not and yet who are you in sleep so therefore you enjoy

being nothing isn't it now a stage is the one who enjoys being nothing when

they're awake you only enjoy being nothing when you're in deep sleep but if

somebody tells you in your waking state you are nothing you want to fight them

isn't it because in the waking state you have to be something so the best thing

is to appear to be something yet in early to be nothing the best of both

worlds because if you tell anyone in the world you are nothing

you're not going to go very far okay

everybody just want to be something so you don't have to put yourself into

difficulty you can say what do you do what sir I am a doctor as well so what

do you do yes I'm so so so I can they keep them happy inside you stay as and

it's not something that you are speculating also because now you

directly experience

someone inside to say thank you for allowing me to be nothing when here's

something you have to keep it up one time when woman she says oh would you

Baba I love to see you because when I talk you'd you you always sympathize now

if I was to accept this every time she come to talk to me I have

to sympathized and that's the pressure I don't want to keep up yeah just to

accept this compliment yeah you always understand is they sometimes I don't

understand yeah yeah you always are on my side oh

no no sometimes what you want to do to accept oh yes you know well you know I

then you always have to be something so the one who wants to be nothing the one

they call him wise was that one they call Socrates family he says I know

nothing the one knows nothing just like in deep sleep I know nothing they call

him wisest man wise man why they call someone who admits they know nothing

wise therefore the one who called Socrates wise must themself device isn't

it they must know listen you you don't know it so you are wise well you must be

wise to know that isn't it and then the whole world except that Socrates is wise

for knowing nothing so there must also be wise

are we all pretending by that time I don't know they say there was nothing

and that means why so I don't think anybody here does yeah do you know him I

don't know him I never met the guy this whole thing has been about you this is

what has triggered all of this it's been worth it or not so far it's very the

direct introduction to your own self if you say you know how you write a

biography of yourself or something all this information and that all this

information is true this is what you are or what you have discovered here today

in this moment this is what you are which one will you choose

now which one will you show your boss we have to be smarter and uh stupid now you

should have the other one you show him the other one but this one

you keep yourself because in being nothing it doesn't mean that you perform

less in fact sometimes you perform much more much better because you're not so

attached you're not working for reputation just like you go to the bank

and you talk to the bank clerk at the window and you talk about and she says

well we give this much and here well we will give you that and talk about you

know as though it's her money but this is gonna hurt not her money personally

at all you see in the same way we speak I did this and I am doing that but

inside you know it's not it's not not quite so this is why you'll find amongst

many people who have reached a certain stage of awakening they can tell you you

know I am in a way I'm sharing but I'm not sharing I'm giving but not giving

something appears to be giving but inside behind this there's not a giving

or receiving

is much more profound than the logical mind can admit because when we live as a

person we're living in only one dimension but when you're aware of

yourself you understand what it means to be a person where we're speaking from

from some kind of from the idea you have of who you are that's what the person is

the idea you presently have of who you are and these ideas are changing but

something is unchanging now you're beginning to be aware of what is

unchanging when you're aware of what is unchanging and yet you're aware of what

is changing and you know the unchanging and yourself is the same but then you

can allow the changeful to be when you put so much effort in the changeful

we are always making unreasonable attempts to try and prevent change at

certain point you see and then you're not in synchronicity with the worlds

unfolding when you found your stability from there you can allow the world to

move in its dynamic spontaneity without needing to to prevent or to get in the

way as anyone lost presence since we've been talking as presence departed

somewhere here somebody said yes yeah where who which one the presence went so

the absence is speaking

the presence is speaking yes the presence can be without the person but

the person cannot be without the presence please stop in and and see if

this is true the person is the court is the constant within the waking state hmm

the presence is the constant relative to the person the person is the variable it

comes in and out of feature underlying the person is the presence the presence

can be without the person but the person cannot be without the presence yourself

is like space our mind is like wind the wind needs space to move about the space

seems the wind seems Restless the wind moves but the space does not move the

space can be without the wind but the wind cannot be without space judge which

is the greater stay as the greater you can never say you are not you can only

say you are not such an such a thing but you cannot say you are not because in

order to say I am NOT I must be dare to say I am NOT therefore the sense I am it

is complete relative to the person the person says many things I am this I am

that I want this I want that I did this I did that as on the presence is

constant relative to the person now I gave a picture that I saw some time ago

and I often refer to this picture I saw a picture of a bird two birds are

in a tree one of them is making a nest busy flying off bringing things making

in this busy above this bird on another branch is another bird that's just

looking again there's a bird in a tree building a nest it's active it's doing

something above it on another branch there's another bird that's just looking

it's not doing anything the active bird is the mind it's the person stir its

intention desire attachment above is the bird that's not doing anything this is

the presence I am only talking about aspects of one thing you see the active

bird is moving about is our dynamic activity the passive bird is the state

of presence from we're witnessing of the activity is taking place are we aware of

this or not just like you can feel the sense of a headache coming and getting

stronger and then going and you know you're not the headache at any point so

you experience feelings and emotions coming and going knowing you're not them

it is only when we believe I am the body I am this particular body and the

conditioning that arose for this body when I believe this

I can believe other conditioning that come on top of this easily when you

become aware of the sense of presence that it simply is it's not on the way to

somewhere field is now

like a vastness a silence is much bigger than your body you are not something

that's tuft in society's body as far as your fingertips and as high as your head

from the perspective of presence or consciousness you can say I am in the

body but you can also say the body isn't me in fact all bodies are in me

everything I see is in me as consciousness but if I believe I'm only

the body I feel well you know I only what I can see I can see but I am almost

always a part everything appears inside consciousness just like a movie is

watched only on the screen or which is projected beyond the screen it is not in

the same way we are perceiving on the screen of consciousness the difference

is that this is a three-dimensional screen in which we also play a part as

dispersed moving in it at a certain point you're able to perceive without

the identity or the belief that you are personal

there's only functioning now you may it may sound a bit cold because we feel

that the person brings the heat and passion to something but has you become

aware of presence again please do that now is the presence cold no you see so

is it is it is it do you give anything to an experience by

being personal and is a experience less by being presence does it benefit by

being personal in your experiencing yes so the same thing has happened the same

function the sight and senses are functioning in front of presence

just as it appears to be functioning in front of the person isn't it but

experience is different the person experience and is also capable of

observing but the difference is the person is observing with self-interest

the presence merely observes it wants nothing it lasts nothing it was nothing

because it lacks nothing it is a state of completeness can you verify this for

yourself or not thank you this is called the direct

experience I am NOT asking you to believe something isn't it but you can

see now from your own direct self how it feels for you and you can speak for

yourself not from what you have read from a book you are seeing now and you

are corresponding with life in real time with the universe you don't have to go

to the Past to answer any question I'm speaking because the consciousness

unlike the person the consciousness does not rely on past the person is obsessed

with past it is always bringing things back from memory from past and you said

this last week and you said you'd do this the presence does not need any of

this because it is the complete state

can you see can you verify or not

take a few seconds again and just simply

marinating in your own presence

neither doing nor undoing nothing to change or to fix or to heal nowhere to

go nowhere to leave nothing to become or

unbecoming need beyond desire beyond fear

not waiting not needing next the past

not supported by any concept not reflected by any concept pure awareness

now there is a a force or a tendency inside the presence or the consciousness

that has a habit to go back to the person to relate from the person and to

hold your attention on trivial things it has a tendency to remember wrongs being

done to you things from childhood in justices and all of these things but it

does not serve your truth it only keeps you feeling personal are you aware of

this tendency yes okay don't worry they are there from

habit you simply keep acknowledging the presence and that the person is a

constructive person the person comes and goes the person is the needy self a

presence is complete and whole you're always looking from the person the

person is the greater the presence is the greater the person is the lesser

again the presence is the greater it is the constant relative to the person

which is coming in and out and is only an apparition only a kind of ghost now

you're aware now of the state of presence the presence cannot be sick it

cannot get better it does not have good days or bad days it is always perfect

can you confirm for yourself yes so for first time for many people

you can speak something from your own heart from your own self

without relying on something from the past what somebody else have said what's

something that you believe you can speak directly from the state of presence it

is greater than any theory than any thesis than any speculation it is your

immediate and direct experience there is not a lot you need to know in fact there

is studied knowledge and there's intuitive and spontaneous knowledge as

you stay with a sense of presence your life will come into a flow of

spontaneity more where you don't have to be strategizing your existence your

intuitive powers will rise up you'll be more conversing with life intuitively

and energetically more than always mentally mentally has its own role to

play but by itself is inadequate for a complete life you can see this it's not

that you have to now practice many things and keep many things going you

will see that if something is needed it comes into play at the appropriate time

all you do is keep staying in the position of presence your actions will

become the more space side now as you look from presents do

you feel any claustrophobia at all no always it is space there's a

spaciousness there the personhood state is quite contracting it's so tight you

see one of our modern diseases is a lack of inner space but it's only because

we're living life - personally from the state of presence you're not living life

personally the person is only a mask that is worn for a short time by the

state of presence the mask is not what the presence is

now you're in your Innerspace is less this spaciousness is not quite inner

it's got no dimension in our outer it's beyond the distant fact don't give this

to your mind

don't try to capture with your mind there's nothing you need to capture

you're one with the vibration of being the vibration of presence you're moving

into a state more of holiness then of personhood you will naturally know this

thing you feel lighter you may have a feeling you know nothing this is a very

healthy state of being do not be afraid

if a thing needs to be known it will manifest quite spontaneously you will

notice this if it doesn't manifest simply keep quiet you don't have to know

everything

I'm very pleased with the way this time has gone today that we are focused in

such a simple way we have not picked up any domestic questions we have not

talked about have you noticed and we have not talked

about all these thing and lots of problems and so on

simply focusing on the sense of being we didn't go somewhere to get the being we

didn't rent it from somewhere it is always here from within your own self

without turning to the left or to the right up or down you are in direct

oneness with yourself it is not merely belief it is your immediate recognition

your direct recognition not one thing recognizing another thing self

recognition and sometimes I refer to it as a nun phenomenal recognition which

means that it's not recognizing an object it's only the self self-aware

spiritual knowledge is not about amassing lofty spiritual or

philosophical concepts amazingly it's not about concepts so maybe the word

knowledge is not the true word or maybe in this context is the only true word to

know means to be we're knowing and being are same

if knowing and being are not the same if knowledge and beingness is not the same

knowledge itself is only phenomenal is only information you are more than

information you are not information a

spirit presence being

this is true for everyone one religion doesn't have it more than another when

people don't have it more than another and far nobody has it it as you but

higher than that there is no you personally in fact it is just a working

title us person what we are is presence appearing the one appearing as many the

many recognizing it is one

the unique fragrance of each person you can say each farm that uniqueness does

not interfere with the oneness of being

in fact it only sings its magnificence that even on one flower each petal is

unique so consciousness in each form expresses uniquely yet one common source

consciousness is our language and our being consciousness conversing with

consciousness about consciousness

can we sit with this for just a moment or two

notice that as we are sitting here wherever you find yourself you're a

natural state knowingness is simply that of existence I exist

no effort needs to be made no striving simply you are more

information is not required this sense I am is not information

notice that you're not waiting

nothing no event or object or action can make you more you

though the mind seems to possess or have the sense of time of past present and

future you who witness mind her timeless

beyond all categories subtler than attention subtler than belief

subtle erdan or concepts subtler than space even for space is perceived in you

nothing defines your being nor can find it

you're not on a journey you're simply here

not waiting not expecting

not controlling

not receiving not giving

you're not being entertained

you're not seeking or pursuing

simply you are

and there's no pressure in this notice this no anxiety no drama

there's no threat

there is no threat

there is nothing to protect or defend

totally empty silent you're not imagining this

there's no need to imagine anything at all not to move your mind you're not in

a state of stress you're not holding anything together

there is no need

effortless complete

you're not in a state of transformation you simply are acknowledged this

recognize this

nothing is against you

mine is not your enemy mine is not your friend

you're not as sociable are on a sociable

unmixed presence

timelessly complete

you're not in a search of any experience

like space your everywhere

you have no color nor design no shape nor size pure awareness

this body is merely a vessel a house a temple that you reside for a time but

you are the imperishable and the unbound this is not a compliment

a reminder

you're not a work-in-progress

Astaire's awareness

there's no strain

there's no suffering except that which is offered through your mind when you

identify personally

as pure awareness there's nothing to give up or to change there never was

nothing sticks to you

for this you must descend into the state of personhood

every sensation rethought the refilling it's been like a cloud that's floating

in the infinite expanse of space

you're not your mind or your thinking

neither are you offended by them let things come and go as they will

you cannot go because you never came like space awareness is everywhere

remember a notice deep inside your being

there is no end for truth

you're neither a good story nor a bad story all things come and go let them

come and go you're the witness only of them

how you felt yesterday and how you feel today has got nothing to do with what

you are

feelings come and go as dust everything else

remember this observe this

do not attempt to define yourself because to define is to confine that

which is ever free

happiness is your nature not something you should find it is what you are peace

also is your perfume joy love

seems as though we forgot this

they don't return merely by remembering but by recognizing

you

TRY ON THRIFT STORE HAUL 2018 // Vintage Denim + - Duration: 10:30.

hey you guys what's up it's t'keyah so this is going to be a haul a try on haul

video I also have some other goodies that I want to show you guys I decided

to take myself on a little day and I went thrifting which was really fun it

was I was blown I was playin callaloo cheese new project ok let's just get

into it because I could talk forever about how happy I am I got some things

that I got but let's hop into it now this first thing is hands down my

favorite out of it's okay it's my favorite beauty it's my favorite non

clothing item I have searched high and low across the Himalayas I went back in

time okay I went to the future and I have searched and searched and trial and

error has really been a whole asshole because I have not been able to find the

perfect natural deodorant finally the search is over it's her I have found the

perfect the most effective natural deodorant I don't sweat it's not

antiperspirant but I don't end up sweating a lot and I'm assuming that's

because of the Dead Sea salts that are in it but hey Fran hey actually put me

on to this deodorant so the brand is lone body I think yeah lone body calm

and it's actually here in Washington yes we just have everything so I got the

sweet lavender bold natural deodorant and it says it effectively neutralizes

odors on contact you guys this is a cream application so it doesn't stay

white it doesn't stay powdery but if you don't let it stay

then it will get on your dark clothes but just let it sit and you'll be good

you don't have to use a lot a little bit goes a long way this smells amazing it

smells like lavender and it Loki is like putting on perfume you know what I mean

I am just so happy about it it doesn't make my armpits dark or darker they also

sent a free lip balm with my order which was really nice so I'm definitely gonna

be repurchasing I love the lavender but I think I want to try some of the other

scents out let me know if you guys have tried this or if you have your own

natural deodorant that you like leave it down below but this is just there

wouldn't be wonders I'm doing the mo the next few things are from glossier

I just got their lid stars I got two they I know they were sold out herb and

cub I think we're sold out but I slid in there and right when they restocked I

was able to cop these two so I got herb and cub like I said so let's start

pretty much is just an eyeshadow not an eyeshadow it's like a cream application

and it's just an eyelid pigment pretty much herb is so pretty on darker skin

tones on medium skin tones maybe on lighter skin tones I'm not too sure

because I don't look to lighter skin tones for myself but herb is this really

nice kind of royal green olive color it is so pretty I like the application of

the lid star it pretty much is like a lip gloss wand it just has that puffy

I'm not sure what it's called a puffy applicator and then you just put it onto

your lid and you dab it in with your fingers

good of glossier everything you dab in with your fingers for me I like that

it's a really natural application and then cub is this really pretty rose gold

color so as you can see we got the green for the herb and then cub which is

really pretty so so pretty this is just perfect for the spring perfect for the

summer and if you guys didn't know I do have my rep link down below if you guys

wanted to get a discount off of your purchase then just follow the link down

there and then all of the information will be down there as well now I'm also

really loving this generation G lipstick which is in the color leo it's this

pretty nudish Brown and it's perfect for my skin tone so if you can see that tint

it's like this really pretty tip so I love this one this is my favorite

generation G for sure and I'm glad I got this one I have one jewelry item that I

want to show you guys and it's actually my Majer ego chain I'm not much of a

jewelry person recently I have been wearing more earrings

oops I got so it is 14-karat gold I believe our 18 carat gold but I have

all the deeps in the description box it is so just simple and it's perfect for

layering which I like personally I like to tuck in my chains or my necklaces

actually I like when men do this because it's so subtle it's that subtle flex and

just any slight movement you might see it under there but they don't just have

it out for the whole world to see I drifted this backpack and I was

googling it when I saw it because I'm like this is so tight I just love the

construction so this is a bow bleh a bow bleh I'm gonna say buh bleh and it was

made in Sweden this is transparent so you can see what's inside but it's still

frosty and then you can see the elastics on the front here you can actually store

things on the outside of it as well so if you had wet clothes if you were

hiking you can just store them out here clip this baby here and just have them

drying right here on the outside I love how there are these thick protective

strips on the bottom there's three so the next bag is amazing it is a sport

bag it's Ralph Lauren it's a polo sport bag so the backpack that I just showed

is amazing for travel as well but this would be a great carry-on this would be

a nice bag to just throw over your shoulder the material reminds me of

rubber I'm not sure if that's the actual material

the blue two-tone was really nice but what I really liked about it was this

middle section here that actually expands anyways this was a gym that I

found at the thrift store so it's a Ralph Lauren ribbed turtleneck and it's

really stretchy which is great the material the quality of this fabric is a

1 it just fits really nicely I love it so I got this turtleneck for eight or

ten dollars I want to say I might be wrong it might have been 18 I really

can't remember but it's in a size extra small I love the color I love the

turtleneck I personally wouldn't actually roll the turtleneck down

because I like this patch being inside out I found the perfect vintage denim at

this first shot I want to say I got these for 20 dollars I believe they are

perfect the brand is gap they are a vintage pair of Gap women's slim fit

best basics denim they fit really well but because I did slim down I have to

continue to throw them in the dryer let me know if you guys do that but to keep

your jeans snatched on you I just throw them in the dryer before I put them on

these are insane this was my first time going to that thrift shop and I came out

with this bomb-ass pair of jeans so I'll definitely be going back there the

prices weren't bad either these are just perfect they have some distressing and

random places because they've been worn which I love that was the last item that

I got from the thrift store but I wanted to show you guys this orangish yellow

shirt that pretty much is the New York metro card so the brand is apartment 4b

this actually was gifted to me at first I thought it was just a little bit too

much going on with all of this but it is the metro card you guys know I love New

York I like the letters on the right arm it

just says peace to our way of life long sleeves are perfect and lightweight

and long sleeves are amazing so the second to last thing that I want to talk

to you guys about are these shoes so these kicks they are by the brand

Tretorn if you guys are familiar andre 3000 did a collab with them so these

sneakers were gifted to me but they are just perfect they're perfect the box is

really tight and I love when brands and artists think about the packaging not

just the actual shoe so I got a women's us8 I love seeing shoes that have

different silhouettes we're so used to seeing clunky sneakers or Yeezys or

whatever Nike is coming out with you know what I mean and I love seeing a

different silhouette this is a really nice sleek silhouette the nice neon

orange touch on the tongue the canvas material all around I appreciate a

sneaker like this as you can see kind of I have been wearing these but they just

attract dirt they attract dirt so I have one last thing that I want to share with

you guys in this haul it's actually a book and I got it when I was sifting I

got a few other books but this one I can't seem to put down it is called the

five love languages the secret to love that last it's not just about romantic

or relationships with your significant other it's also about what also can be

applied to friendships and any other relationship that you have in your life

literally I have learned so much but this book has opened my eyes to the way

in which I love and how I can improve that and to just teach you ways in which

you can love differently and maybe ways that are more effective for you in ways

that will keep you fulfilled so I highly recommend this book I highly recommend

it the first 10 pages I didn't want to put the book down I'm up on the roof in

the Sun just reading it and reading so highly I highly recommend this book I

hope you guys enjoyed this video give it a thumbs up if you want to if you did

enjoy it and let me know if you want to see other hauls another third tall make

sure you guys check out my recent video if you haven't already I will see you

guys in my next video

Kids Try German Food | Kids Try | HiHo Kids - Duration: 5:18.

- Mm hmm.

- No, I'm just hungry.

(laughs)

(upbeat music)

Hi, I'm Crystal!

Today I'm trying food from Germany!

- Hi, I'm Zander.

- I'm Jacob.

- No I am not.

- Kinda.

- It's in Europe.

They've had some hard times, but they have a pretty

progressive leadership currently.

- Angela Merkel.

- No I just knew that.

- Yes!

- Ja!

(laughs)

- [Crystal] This smells good, like pasta.

- Pasta?

I love pasta!

Wait, is it pasta?

- I think it's some sort of potato.

Like cheese.

(moans)

- It's good!

(grunts)

- It is? - Uh huh.

- It doesn't taste good.

- This is so good.

- It's good.

- German cheese pizza.

- I'm usually not a fan of mac and cheese

but this one got me.

It's delicious.

- It's actually not that bad if you swallow it.

- Oh, käsespätzle.

- No.

(laughs)

- I like kajasmetsul.

- Kasametshul.

- I never heard of it.

- Ah, it's a sausage.

Sauerkraut, Dijon.

- Is this sausage?

- Is that mustard?

- And what it is this?

- Oh, is it sauerkraut? - Yeah.

- Probably shouldn't have taken this big of a bite.

- Hmm. Mm Mm.

It tastes different than the sausages I eat in the morning.

- I don't want to know.

- Oh, that's disgusting.

(laughs)

- No. I'm just hungry.

(laughs)

- Ah, schnitzel.

- I think it's a breaded pork or chicken.

Probably chicken.

- Schichel.

- Shitshal.

- Shitsnal.

- Schnitzel.

- Shitsnal. (laughs)

- Alright.

Now for the question.

Is it pork or chicken?

Yeah, it's pork.

Good thing it's not passover anymore.

- Oh my Lord, this looks amazing!

It's some sort of apple tart.

- What is this?

Is it pie?

- Mm, apple pie.

- It's good!

Good job!

- Apfel Kuchen?

- Oh, Apfel Kuchen.

Do they grow a lot of apples in Germany?

- They maybe got them exported from Seattle.

- This is really good!

I want this to be taken home.

- Thanks for watching me try German food!

- What country should we try food from next?

Let us know.

- Auf Wiedersehen!

Tony Robbins: Overcome Self-Doubt ( Tony Robbins Depression ) - Duration: 11:08.

And confidence is not something you have it's something you create and you can

create at any moment in time a sense of confidence is nothing but a sense of

power within yourself a sense of certainty that you can pull something

off and you can create that feeling literally in a moment

it's not something that you live with there is no one that I've ever met that

no matter what situation they're in is always confident everybody gets knocked

off kilter at times the key is can you turn the confidence on when you need it

so you can get the most out of yourself does that make sense so far

so you've got to remember that feeling confident is nothing but a state of mind

and you can change and create any state you want at any moment in time no matter

what's going on around you you've got to remember that any feeling you've ever

had in your body whether it be fear anxiety concern depression frustration

or ecstasy power unstoppable 'ti confidence success those emotions any

emotion you feel comes from the way you use your physical body the only way you

can feel anything is by the way you move the way you breathe your facial

expressions so if you're not feeling confident you don't have to

intellectually try and pump yourself up because it doesn't always work

I'm sure you've tried it time to go well I need to be confident I know I should

be confident but you're still not there let me tell you the quickest way to get

confident is to change your physiology radically emotion is created by motion

the way you move your body physically the way you breathe your facial

expressions instantly affects your emotional state the way you feel and the

way you think so if you need confidence you must move in a confident way you

must literally put yourself at level 10 or above if you're confident enough you

can develop the confidence but if you're competent and you don't have confidence

you'll never succeed there are many competent people who could accomplish

incredible results but they're missing the confidence am I suggesting to you to

be foolhardy no what I'm suggesting to you is learn how to turn on the

confidence rapidly use enough of it to learn what you need to know to be

competent and effective and produce the results but you'd be

surprised how much more you know then you realize if you really get yourself

in the right state of mind does that make sense

try it try moving your body in a confident way stand the way you be

standing if you felt unstoppably confident breathe the way be breathing

if you felt unstoppably confident really go for it put the kind of expression on

your face that you have if you are unstoppably confident and make some

gestures actually move your hands out with some powers if you're trying to

make a point with real power and what you know that what you're gonna say is

gonna be effective and just notice how that feels

say something say yes and the tone of voice is somebody who is totally

confident don't lose yes with some power and just feeling that feels in your body

get a sense of it turn on more intensity than you would normally use on another

person just feel it in your body so you feel what it's like you want to be able

to turn it on just by turning your body on this is critical with this is a power

you can go from being afraid to strong in a matter of moments

now try something really stupid and silly using your physical body

effectively can put you in a state of confidence no matter what was happening

around you no matter how intense the situation no matter how scary no matter

how difficult you always have that resource

don't ever say to yourself again lose enough good food is break out of that

gel if you don't feel like you have confidence create it right now it's not

a thing that somebody gave you years ago it's not something you missed out on

it's something you create by the way speak by the way you move by the way

gesture control your mental focus remember what you focus on is gonna

determine how you feel so if you focus constantly on how things might not work

out and you look at in your brain all the possibilities of well what this

doesn't work or what if that doesn't happen about your mental focus of course

you're gonna lack confidence remember we experience whatever we focus

on so if you're focusing on how things won't work you're gonna feel the pain

that you associate to that you're gonna create a tremendous amount of doubt and

then it usually becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy you don't get

what you want but when you expect and focus on one result you say this is what

it is I'm going to accomplish this I expected

immediately your level self-confidence goes up and you feel active immediately

because your brain says hey if I do this I can get some pleasure in my life does

that make sense that's the process we're talking about we must control our focus

and one way to do it of course is to control our focus by controlling the

questions we ask ourselves invariably people who have a lot of doubt ask

questions are creative if you walk around in life believing that the only

way you can feel confident is if you've already accomplished something you got a

problem you're limiting yourself to the number of things you can ever feel

confident about and succeed in other words some people say well how can I be

confident when I've never done it before listen I feel confident all kinds of

things I've never done before you say well that's because you're a screwed up

no that's not why it is it's because I come from a belief system that says this

that if I can imagine it I can achieve it so if I can even imagine it I know I

can achieve it and that allows me to be confident plus I have a belief system

that says if I'm committed there's always a way to make it work and no

matter how tough the situation is if I don't know how to make it work somebody

else does and I can get their help so I come from that place and that allows me

to be confident I know I can get help I know if I'm committed there's a way to

do it and I know that anything in the past I've really been able to imagine

accomplishing and finding a role model for I can't accomplish hey listen

everything you do now you once weren't good at everything you do now there was

a time when you had not done it why wait to get confident besides that I know I

could be confident about what I'm about to begin because I know look if it

doesn't work out I'll learn something and that makes me feel confident because

of that learning will allow me to be better in the future

in other words set yourself up to be able to be confident again I'm not

suggesting be foolhardy I'm just telling you how to turn confidence on when you

need it and most of time you do need it what's the potential of any human being

I personally believe it absolutely is unlimited none of us even come close to

scratching our real potential there are a lot of people who go out there and

take a lot of action and still get lousy results why action by itself is great

but it is not enough success starts with our beliefs

that is the core of your performance think about it

see the potential is there but if for some reason you start out with some

learning beliefs like well I don't have that much self-confidence anyway or I

don't have the background or I've never done this before so I probably won't

succeed anyway if you have that belief are you likely to tap a lot of your

potential highly unlikely now if you don't think you're gonna succeed you're

not using much potential are you likely to take massive action

hardly now when you tap a little bit of potential and you only take a little bit

of action what kind of results do you get a little bit of results if any now

what does that do to your brain in your beliefs your brain goes see I told you

so now you have this reinforcing belief pattern because it points back to that

experience so what happens you have even less belief you have even less potential

you take even less action if that's possible you get even worse results and

now you're truly locked into the downward spiral to the point where now

you start looking at how can you do the very least to get by that's called death

rattle to personal success the opposite is also true too sometimes people have

an experience in life where for some reason they get a result or something

happens and they begin to absolutely believe not just hope but know that they

can accomplish something when that happens whether it because you changed

your body or you had a new experience you're gonna tap a lot more potential

when you know you're gonna succeed aren't you and therefore you're gonna

probably take a lot more action knowing you're gonna succeed you're inspired

you're gonna go for it when you take a lot of action and use a lot of your

potential what kind of results do you get usually great results when you get

great results what does that do to your belief your brain goes boom see I told

you you would succeed and sure enough now your belief serving

stronger so what do you do you tap even more potential you take massive action

and you get even greater results what happens you believes even stronger and

now you're in that success cycle you're in that place where you literally have

momentum that drives you to a whole new level

that's how beliefs are formed you might say well how can I get results though

what do I do if I'm on the downward spiral

well you don't change your potential that's always there you don't just take

action although that's a great first step you've got to change your beliefs

and one of the easiest ways to do that is change your results in advance if you

want to succeed you need to rehearse over and over succeeding until it's so

real for you your brain begins to believe it now you'll tap more potential

you'll take better action in real life you'll get better results then we'll

reinforce your belief and how you're off and running does this make sense this is

the way to create lifelong unstoppable self-confidence if you really want to be

confident know what causes people to lack in it focusing too much on yourself

and not enough on other people will guarantee that you'll lack confidence

what do I mean I mean some people like confidence because they pick themselves

apart they spend all day every day analyzing themselves why did I do this

why don't I do that how come I never accomplish these things they ask lousy

questions they get lousy answers and they create a tremendous amount of

self-doubt if you want to have more confidence stop analyzing yourself so

much and focus on other people how you can contribute to them and as you start

giving other people you'll feel more confident about what you can even do for

yourself that makes sense and finally this you can feel confident if all you

do is remember some of the things you've accomplished in your life you are a

successful competent person you've done a lot of things in your life extremely

well no matter who you are what your background is there are things in this

world that you are really good at things you've really accomplished in your life

that you've got to be proud of every human being I meet I know is my superior

because I know all of us in life have focused our attention on various things

and whatever you focused on a lot you're good at

and every human being I meet in my life I know that I'm superior to in some way

as well that makes me feel confident as well knowing I can learn from other

people and that I can give to so in order to help yourself really have

reasons to feel confident not just put yourself in state but to feel like you

got reasons all you've got to do is manage your memories better pull out

some of your memories of tough situations in your life well you didn't

think you could pull it off but you turned it around you have some of those

don't you situations we think I can never figure way to pull this off and

yet you did you need to remember more of those and lessen the times when you felt

overwhelmed pull out of your memory files some of the references that can

show you that you deserve to be confident that you're competent and

confident that you can make things happen even in the toughest of times and

use those examples to remind yourself in the future that whatever's going on you

can find a way

Most Difficult Places to Live on EARTH!!! - Duration: 12:43.

From Frozen wastelands to scorching deserts...stay tuned to number 1 to find out which of the

most difficult places to live in the world houses millions of people!

Number 10: Bering Sea and Arctic Coast.

Most of us will never have to endure freezing temperatures... well, except for the occasional

snowstorms, and that's all depending on where you live in the world.

Even then, most of us are unlikely to have to deal with temperatures that can fall below

- 50 degrees Fahrenheit on a regular basis!

The ability for humans to be to adapt to different environments has led to groups of people developing

remarkable skills and knowledge that has enabled them to conquer some of the most difficult

and challenging environments on earth.

Over millennia, the indigenous people of Siberia and Alaska have adapted, and thrived in this

harsh environment, but it only takes a small event to realize just how isolated some of

these communities are.

Just over 100 years ago, when much of the Western World was enjoying developments in

rail, roads and airplanes, the small city of Nome, Alaska was the center of a crisis

which saw 150 dogs and 20 mushers undertake a 5 day to relay across Alaska to deliver

the vital medicine help the town overcome a diphtheria epidemic!

The disease, which impacted both indigenous and new comers to the region, highlighted

to the rest of America the difficulty of living in the far North.

Today, Nome and other cities have more reliable travel links, but there are indigenous communities

along the Bering and Arctic coasts who continue to live in incredibly difficult and isolated

environments.

Number 9: Minqin County, China.

Minqin County is the name giving to an administrative district in Gansu, China, which is the setting

of a struggle against the forces of nature.

The area is one of the driest places in China, and is at the forefront of the battle against

desertification.

The area used to house a lake, but this dried up in 1957, and the situation has only deteriorated

since then.

Now, the area is losing the battle.

Between 1957 and 2008, an estimated 70% of the land has been lost to the growing desert,

poor soils, and overexploitation of groundwater...all of which haven't helped with the increasing

occurrence of sandstorms.

Between 2001 and 2008, the Chinese government spent nearly $9 billion trying to halt the

advancing desert.

All of this work did result in the revival of the dried-up lake, and since 2010, the

county has also been planting more than 3,000 hectares of new forest each year, in a bid

to keep the desert at by.

Although it's not THE worst place to live, the high temperatures, coupled with the creeping

desert, has caused numerous problems for the inhabitants.

Number 8: San Pedro Sula.

Nearly every major city has at least a certain part of it which it notorious for violence,

and isn't somewhere you'd want to walk alone at night, but San Pedro Sula, in Honduras,

takes it to a completely different level.

Once named the most violent city in the world, in 2013 it was reported by the Guardian newspaper

that Honduras, a country home to around 8 million inhabitants, has a murder rate of

85.5 per 100,000 residents, with about 20 murders a day!

In San Pedro Sula, the rate increases to a shocking 173 per 100,000 residents...

meaning that, at the time, it was the highest rate in the world outside of a direct war

zone!!

Although violence has surged in certain areas of the country due to increase involvement

in the drug trade, it isn't just drug traffickers or gang members who are killed, victims also

includes students, farmers, journalists, business people and every day people...which means

it can't be an easy place to live.

This is the only entry on this list where you're more likely to be killed by a person

than because of environmental factors.

Number 7: La Rinconada, Peru.

As the highest permanent settlement in the world, La Rinconada, in Peru, lies at a height

of 5,130 meters, or 16,000 feet above sea level, and is somewhere only the toughest,

hard-skinned can live.

Located in the Ananea District of the Peruvian Andes, the town looks like it should be in

the heart of Greenland or some other northern area, and definitely not as close to the equator

as it is.

With an average annual temperature of a measly 1.2ʡC...definitely not someone you'd want

to live if you enjoy a warmer climate.

This is clearly NOT"somewhere you'd expect to find a permanent settlement, though, and

it is perhaps more surprising that between 2001 and 2009 the population of the town increased

from a relatively small prospector camp, to around 30,000 people.

The prospect of gold and fortunes has drawn workers from across the region, many of which

bring their entire families along.

All in all, this is one environment you don't want to live in if you're not an outdoors-ey

person.

With poor sanitation and almost unbearable working conditions in the mine, this is definitely

one of the hardest places to live and seek your fortunes.

Number 6: The Sahara Desert.

This one should be a no-brainer, but, The Sahara, also known as the Great Desert, is

the largest hot desert in the world, its area size having been compared to the area of China

or the United States...a vast landscape of sand and rock, sandstorms, and miles upon

miles without a water source in site.

This is the last place you'd expect to find humans living but, as with the cold environments,

humans have been able to adapt to this difficult, hostile environment.

One of the peoples who've made this environment their home is the Tuareg People, a large Berber

ethnic confederation who mainly live across vast stretches of the Sahara.

Their semi-nomadic lifestyle is full of vibrant culture and it's one that has adapted to desert

life.

Number 5: Múli, Faroe Islands.

Okay...so you got us...this location is technically no longer inhabited.

Although it's been considered abandoned since 2002, there are still four residents registered

there, however, now the remaining homes are used as vacation homes.

The town in question is called Múli, and is located on the Faroe Islands that's situated

roughly halfway between Norway and Iceland.

Due to its location, it's renowned for its horrendous weather, including torrential rain,

fog windstorms, and snow.

Unpredictable all the time!

And somehow, humans have managed to make this remote landscape their home.

Unlike the other harsh environments on this list, it's the isolation that makes this entry

difficult to live in.

It had poor transportation connections and didn't even receive electricity until 1970...so

it's no wonder anyway one was unable to stop depopulation.

Number 4: Chad.

Situated in the heart of Africa, The Republic of Chad lies south of Libya.

Named after Lake Chad, which is the most significant body of water in Sahel, the country also shares

a border with the Sudan, Niger, Cameroon and Nigeria.

Measuring around 1,273 square kilometres, the country is home to a population of about

11 million people, of which only about 28% live in urban areas.

Due to its location in Africa, the country is very culturally diverse and is home to

many ethnic groups.

Unfortunately, however, although the country is rich is natural resources, Chad remains

one of the poorer counties in Africa, and has one of the weakest literacy rates in Africa,

as well.

What makes this country a hard location to live in is its political and ethnic violence,

poor farming practices, improper waste disposal and problems with illnesses such as HIV/AIDS,

malaria and more.

Although the southern parts of the country are tropical much of the northern half of

the country is desert, where inhabitants have to battle with inadequate water supplies.

Like many of the other dry or desert-like environments elsewhere in the world, the deserts

of Chad is unlikely to be at the top of your "best places to live" list!

Number 3: Java.

What makes this environment a difficult one to live in is the continuous danger the inhabitants

live in.

But the difficulty hasn't stopped the people from thriving.

Java is an inland that is home 140 million people... and 22 volcanoes!

That's right...22 active volcanoes which are either erupting or waiting to erupt.

Thanks to the millennia of volcanic eruptions, the soils across Java, and especially around

the volcanoes, are rich and fertile; perfect for agriculture.

Although people, and even our distant human relatives the homo erectus, have thrived in

this environment on and off since 1.7 million years ago, that doesn't mean the difficulty

of living with 22 active volcanoes of your doorstep is something to overlook.

Just one volcano...Mount Merapi...has reportedly erupted sixty times in between 1916-2006.

In 1930, around 1,000 people were killed within an eight-mile radius of an explosion of lava,

and later in 1994, sixty people were burned to death by hot gases.

So, while this island is a beautiful, must-see destination, it has the potential to be a

deadly home to its inhabitants.

Number 2: The Amazon Rainforest.

Living in the Amazon Rainforest, situated in South America, has numerous challenges

its inhabitants need to overcome.

The weather, deforestation, mining, and of course, dangerous animals that can easily

kill you.

It is not surprising then that few people make the rainforest their home, and those

who do are masters of their habitat.

Indigenous groups such as the Yanomamo and Kayapo have been living in the Amazon for

thousands of years, slowly accumulating a detailed knowledge of the rainforest and methods

to subsist from it.

Some archaeologists have dates the first Amazon settlements to 32,000 -39,000 years ago, and

since then, the Amazon people have developed lifestyles that are fully intergraded with

the rainforest.

Non-Amazon peoples who have attempted to live and explore the forests have had mixed results.

While some have been successful, others have disappeared without a trace.

Although they have adapted to their environment well, many Amazon peoples now face increase

hardships because of a struggle for land, survival, and identity as the modern world

continues to encroach on this way of life!

Number 1: Slums of the World.

It would be wrong to single out just one area of the world that has been designated a slum,

as the struggles their inhabitants face are mirrored in slums throughout the world.

Shockingly, around a quarter of the world's urban population lives in slums, and this

figure is likely to increase before there is any possibility of decline.

Poverty, little or no sanitation, crime and violence, little or new food or clean water,

and no support by the government.

These are the hardships that make impoverished areas a difficult place to live.

In 2016, the following five slums were named the biggest slums in the world.

Khayelitsha, Cape Town in South Africa was home to an estimated 400,000 people in 2011,

but this figure is likely to be a lot higher now.

Kibera, Nairobi in Kenya is home to an estimated 700,000 people and is Africa's largest slum,

housing more than 50,000 children.

Dharavi, Mumbai in India is the third largest with an estimated 1 million inhabitants and

an informal economy with an estimated $1 billion annual turnover.

The second largest slum in the world is Ciudad Neza, Mexico City, which is home to 1.2 million

people, and finally, the largest slum in the world is Orangi Town in Pakistan.

Home to a shocking 2.4 million people, where inhabitants have taken matters in to their

own hands by installing sewers themselves.

Do you think you could ever live in one of these locations?

Trump to announce decision on Iran nuclear deal on Tuesday - Duration: 2:15.

A decision will be made on whether America stays or leave the Iran nuclear deal.

President Trump who harshly criticized the accord... and the process could have an effect

on the hotly anticipated summit between Washington and Pyongyang.

Cha Sang-mi explains further.

The Trump administration will announce its decision on whether to withdraw from Iran

nuclear deal on Tuesday.

The deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, was signed in 2015 by the

Obama administration, and seven other signatories including China, Russia, several European

countries, and of course, Iran.

President Trump tweeted on Monday that he will be making the announcement at 2 p.m.

Eastern Time from the White House.

He has long threatened to pull out of the 2015 agreement, calling it "terrible" or a

"catastrophe".

The deal lifted certain economic sanctions on Iran's energy and banking sectors in exchange

for limiting Tehran's nuclear program.

"It should have never been made.

And we're going to see what happens on the 12th.

But I will say if Iran threatens us in any way they will pay a price like few countries

have ever paid."

The decision will have a ripple effect beyond Iran, and some say it could affect any potential

deal over Pyongyang's denuclearization.

However opinions divide on the matter; some experts say Pyongyang will worry about the

case if they aren't convinced their safety is guaranteed.

"North Korea will be worried that the U.S. could scrap the deal with Pyongyang or won't

keep its promise to guarantee North Korea's safety.

If Pyongyang feels threatened because of decision on Iran, it will be less enthusiastic about

implementing the agreement."

Another expert says North Korea's case is completely different from Iran's.

"I think they have learned a lot of lessons from not only the Iranian cases, but from

the Libyan cases as well.

So because of this I think there will be a little impact on the another possible summit

meeting between Washington and Pyongyang."

And he says that North Korea and the U.S. may even come up with a better deal after

learning from the Iran nuclear deal.

The Mistake Big Processors are Making with Cash Discounting - Duration: 4:16.

Hi, my name is James Shepherd.

Today I want to talk to you about the mistake that big processors are making with cash discounting.

About a year and a half ago, I guess it was now, I started talking about the idea of passing

costs onto the consumer.

At that time, it seemed like a little niche and oh, that's never going to be any big

thing, but as you all have seen in the industry at this point, unless you are living under

a rock, cash discounting is one of the hottest topics in the industry right now.

It will probably account for a huge chunk of profits, new profits I should say next

year in the industry.

So it really is growing and multiplying and yet there are still a lot of processors, especially

the larger acquirers that really don't want to touch cash discounting at all.

They are really steering clear from it.

I just want to talk to you today about why I think that is such a big mistake and the

variable that they are just not seeming to grasp or understand.

If you are not doing cash discounting today, you need to make sure that you think through

a couple of things.

First of all, what a lot of people are saying, I talked to a rep actually the other day that

was talking to an ISO that was like all against cash discounting and "We're not going

to do that."

The big argument was it's just going to go away.

You know.

It's just going to go away.

It's not going to be a thing.

It's not going to be done anymore.

In two years, it's not going to be happening.

So the part that you seem to all be missing about this if not doing cash discounting is

what do you think is going to happen if and when that happens.

Number one, I think we can all agree that 24 months from now is probably the soonest

I could possibly imagine that some kind of massive change would happen to just eliminate

cash discounting, like the absolute worse case scenario.

Personally, I think we have a lot longer than that.

I think it's going to be 5 years by the time all the appeals go up to different courts

systems and things like that, but let's say that you are right and I'm wrong and

cash discounting is over in 24 months, worse case scenario.

What do you think is going to happen?

Do you think that all those merchants are going to stop accepting credit cards?

No, they are all going to keep accepting credit cards.

Of course, they are, right?

They are going to keep processing.

Who are they going to process with?

Are they going to immediately switch because now there is no more cash discounting, so

I'm going to get a new terminal.

I'm going to need a new processor.

No.

What they are going to do is they are going to stay with the current processor that they

have.

So all of these merchants that you are losing right now because your competitors are offering

cash discounting, when cash discounting is over, what's going to happen is your competitors

are going to reach out to the merchant.

"Hey, we are so sorry to have to inform you of this.

Your customers have been paying for the processing, but now there is a new law and they can't

do that anymore.

Next month, you are going to be charged X."

They are going to lose 10, 15% of the people because they are going to go out and do price

shopping, and the other 80, 90% of the people, they are going to keep.

So the crazy thing about this is if I'm talking to you right now and you are like,

"James, I'm still not about cash discounting as a processor or an ISO and you are still

saying that."

Your worse case scenario, right?

For rolling it out, your worse case scenario is that your profits triple for two years

and then you have a whole bunch of merchants that you otherwise wouldn't have received.

That's your worse case scenario.

You have to understand that even if cash discounting goes away, those merchants are still going

to have a relationship with that processor and that relationship isn't going to go

away.

It's just going to be revived.

So as an ISO, as an acquirer, as a processor watching this video, listening to this podcast

episode, think carefully about your decision not to offer cash discounting because it is

really going to cost you a lot.

Because you are going to lose a lot of reps that want to do cash discounting.

You are going to lose a lot of merchants that want to do cash discounting and your worse

case scenario is when cash discounting goes away, you are going to lose out on a huge

opportunity where you could have already received a ton of merchants, that are probably going

to stay with you anyway because they can't get cash discounting with anyone, so they

are going to stay with you for traditional processing.

Don't make that mistake.

If you have questions, feel free to reach out to me.

I've always got my schedule a little bit crazy, but usually I try to put a day aside

every week or two just to take random phone calls.

So reach out to me, james@ccsalespro.com.

Why Changing Your Routines DOESN'T WORK! - Duration: 2:47.

so the question is how do you change and most importantly sustain a change habit

it's simple you change one thing at a time the mistake that I see people

making is they're like hey I want to eat a certain way or I want to workout or I

want to run a marathon so what they do is they clean out their pantry they buy

a new running shoes they buy a new workout clothes they sign up for a gym

membership and on day one they're like hey today I'm not going to eat this I'm

not going to eat this I'm gonna go to the gym I'm gonna go for a walk I'm

gonna wear these clothes I'm going to eat these three meals and they overwhelm

themselves to the point of no return and they quit and then they self-sabotage

and say look it's too hard I can't do it this is a game of patience if you want

to change a habit you pick one and you commit to that one and you make it a no

exit game which means no matter what come hell or high water that nothing

will get in your way if it's 11:50 8 p.m. at night and your habit was to walk

outside for one minute you better run out the door at 11:59 p.m. and

accomplish that goal and you need to stay consistent with this every single

day and once you start building momentum and you don't even have to think about

your habit and think about the change that's when you can start thinking about

the next habit to add if you want to say I'm gonna live a healthy lifestyle I

want to be active I'm gonna walk one mile a day you pick a time and you say

that at this time no matter what no matter how tired I am no matter if sick

I am no matter the excuses no matter the

workday no matter what I'm stopping at this time and going for a walk you do

that every day and you show up like that 414 415 for 20 days and then once it

becomes a part of your routine we're like no matter what your body is trained

your clock is trained that you just do it then you're like great great now I

want to drink eight glasses of water a day so by when am I gonna drink it I'm

gonna have four before noon and four before 4:00 p.m. now you're working on

two habits because one has become a routine already and what you do is you

continue to build momentum it's just like a snowball rolling down a hill as

it rolls further and further it gets faster
