Hey guys, I'm Gonzalo Angulo.

and I'm the creator of "Pierna Cruzada"

Pierna Cruzada is an autobiographical character

who talks about LGBTQ issues

The character moves to the big city and has to face several new challenges...

from finding a place to live, to connect with guys in apps like Hornet.

There is a lot of me in this character,

it has helped me a lot to grow.

When I was little I always felt more inclined to what is socially known as "feminine"...

Like pink and high heels.

And I was very repressed as a child, it was like "you can't wear this, you can't do that…

'cause that is for girls and not for boys... blah blah blah."

So Pierna Cruzada has helped in a way to express all of this that was repressed for a while.

The character is not exactly like me, but there are some similarities like the brows, the beard and the hair.

There is a Chapter where he learns to do Drag,

and his Drag Mom teaches him how to dress, how to shave, how to put on nails…

It's not only a book about being gay, but about being proud of who you are.

So this is a book for everyone.

For everyone who wants to feel proud of themselves and wants to share that with the world.

That's why I think this is a book for the LGBTQ community and for everyone else.

Trump's "Trans Ban" Instantly Made America Wealthier… Look How Much Taxpayers Save,Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:35.

President Donald Trump promised Americans he would cut government spending in every

aspect he could.

And he's doing just that.

On Wednesday, Trump announced that he, along with his generals, had come to a decision

that transgender individuals would barred from serving the military "in any capacity."

As a result, the United States will save a whopping $8.4 million by disallowing people

to have sex-change operations, according to a RAND study.

CNS reports:

The President announced the decision to bar transgender persons from serving in the armed

forces on Twitter, saying: "After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please

be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow Transgender individuals

to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military."

At the end of June, Secretary of Defense James Mattis announced that the Pentagon would be

delay a decision by the Obama administration allowing openly transgender individuals to

enlist in the military.

Mattis announced a delay of six months, allowing the military to "use this additional time

to evaluate more carefully the impact of such accessions on readiness and lethality."

Trump has made the Department of Defense's temporary ban into a permanent one.

He continued:

"Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened

with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail.

Thank you."

This decision comes two weeks after the House of Representatives failed to pass the Hartzler

Amendment, which would have prohibited the Pentagon from using taxpayer funds to pay

for sex reassignment surgeries.

23 Republicans joined 190 Democrats to vote down Rep. Vicky Hartzler's (R-Mo.) amendment.

The RAND Corporation, a public policy research organization, conducted a study last year

to "assess the implications of allowing transgender personnel to serve openly."

The study found that there is an estimated 1,320 to 6,630 transgender individuals currently

serving in the military.

The research center calculated transition-related health costs for transgender people to be

as much as $8.4 million dollars annually.

The President's decision will alleviate taxpayers of that cost, as well as of any

disruptions or lost service caused by transgender surgeries.

"Using private health insurance claims data to estimate the cost of extending gender transition–related

health care coverage to transgender personnel indicated that active-component health care

costs would increase by between $2.4 million and $8.4 million annually."

A CNN story on "The high cost of being transgender" cites "estimates of $140,450 to transition

from male to female, and $124,400 to transition from female to male."

Despite the cost, RAND's study ends with a recommendation that the "DoD should ensure

strong leadership and identify and communicate the benefits of an inclusive and diverse workforce

to successfully implement a policy change and successfully integrate openly serving

transgender service members into the force."

Hi friends! How are you today? We are back with another video

I am very excited because it´s the first video

of Tourism with Pao!

I´m giving it all I´ve got

This week I had the opportunity to go to Arte Latte.

Basically it´s a coffee with a milk design on it,

and what I found interesting is that many Spanish tourists go.

You´re going to have to watch the video to find out why.

I had the opportunity of learning how to make one and I want to show you.

And without further a do, let´s go watch it!

Before beginning, I would like to present to you Enrique Martínez

who will help me make the Latte Art. Enrique: Nice to meet you.

First of, it is necessary to grind the coffee

Now what you have to do is purge, because there is water inside of here. Careful.

Once it is ready without any water inside

you are going to put the pitcher in

until.. check, you have to look.

You are going to open it all.

Hold it up and you are going to start painting. Paola: What am I going to paint? Enrique: I don´t know..

When you want to start painting, you are going to lower the pitcher all the way to the bottom.

Paola: I am going to paint a heart.

Well I think I see a lion.

Enrique: Here, paint a happy face. Paola: Yeah i think I´m gonna do that.

Rocio: What is that? Paola: Hold on, not quite there yet. Rocio: A flower?

Paola: Would you hire me Enrique? Enrique: Yea of course!

The espresso is the pure liquid that comes out, they drink it, and they go.

Find Your Life Purpose - Episode 2 of 3 - Duration: 2:37.

So the way businesses are being run today is changing from the traditional very top

down, central-planning centric, where you set long-term goals, you do your 3 to 5-year plans, your

12-month budget, you cascade it down to the organization, it's like the aircraft carrier model.

Today, organizations are being much more agile and nimble, it's about moving on a daily rhythm,

with your daily huddles, work defined as sprints, organizations are much more flexible, people

working remotely and connecting.

It's more about speed and reacting to opportunities because the world has fundamentally changed.

Regulations are changing very fast, markets are changing, technology certainly is, consumers

and how their preferences are changing so we've got to be a lot more responsive and

nimble rather than sort of planning this traditional route.

Interestingly for me, that's exactly how I've experienced my career evolving over the last

20 years working across multiple industries.

So, when I get a lot of questions about what should, how should I plan my career.

Well, I started not even having any long term goals, I didn't have an ambition, I didn't

know what I was going to do.

I just started at a single point and from there just grabbing every opportunity, making

the most out of learning moving from, for example when I started with an engineering

background working with clients in oil and gas, steel mills and power plants to suddenly

capitalizing on 1997 Asian financial crisis where I helped a bank deal with a crisis of

their credit management and from there moving on to corporate finance and strategy.

I wouldn't have known that one day I would run an airline or an internet company.

But that's about maximizing the opportunities, so I what would say is don't worry about what's

going to happen 2 years down the line or 5 years down the line because no one can predict.

But take whatever is available, maximize it and if there is one criteria I would say,

work with people, work with leaders that would give you those opportunities, empower you

to try new things, stretch yourselves and learn and then pivot along the way, try different

things until you find your life's purpose.

Salt Free Seafood Seasoning ~ Old Bay Copycat Recipe ~ How to Make Seafood Spice ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 7:04.

Hi, everyone. I'm Noreen and welcome to my kitchen today. We've got another spice blend for you

You know what summertime always brings the best seafood or in my area of the country since I live in Eastern, North Carolina

and we live just off the coast we always have an abundance of shrimp and crab and all kinds of delicious fish and

I have a couple of really great

Seafood recipes that we're planning for the channel coming up here very soon and I needed to make some seafood seasoning

So I thought it might be fun to make my best effort to do a copycat version of Old bay seasoning

Only this one is for all of my salt free friends and this one has no salt in it at all of course you can

Adjust it to your taste and add salt if you want to but we're just going to go salt free route today

So let's go see how this all comes together

All right, we're going to go over all of these ingredients now. This is a

homemade

Seafood seasoning blend that is salt free

but if you would like to incorporate salt into your seasoning blend like the commercial version I

suggest you add 1/4 cup of salt if

You're going that would be fine salt

I would recommend using a fine table salt or canning salt or

Find himalayan pink salt but only use a quarter of a cup because this is going to go a long way

but I am doing this because I know a lot of people have a salt-free restriction and

frankly I would rather have my seasoning blend to be salt free so that I can add salt to my own taste and

I had the type of salt, but I prefer so this is going to be a copycat of everybody's favorite seafood seasoning

Which is Old Bay?

And this is just my best guess, so let's get started

We've got 2 tablespoons of ground Bay leaf

I had a heck of a time finding ground Bay leaf so I ground my own and I used about

two cups of

full-sized bay leaves in my coffee grinder, and I got about a quarter of a cup of

Ground Bay Leaf and I ran it through a sifter

And then I threw away all of the stems

That came through and large pieces that wouldn't grind up right so two tablespoons of ground Bay leaf two tablespoons of ground

celery seed two tablespoons of dried Parsley

two tablespoons of sweet Paprika two tablespoons of smoked Paprika

One Tablespoon of red pepper flake that's optional you can leave it out

1 tablespoon of ground Mustard I prefer Coleman's brand 1 tablespoon of dry thyme a

Tablespoon of ground black pepper a tablespoon of ground white pepper and a tablespoon of ginger

2 tablespoons of this is lemon juice powder the true Lemon powder

one teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Ground cinnamon ground clove ground allspice ground cardamom and ground coriander, I know that's a lot

But you all may have almost everything that you need in your spice rack to throw this together

Now if you don't have like the coriander or the cardamom I wouldn't even worry about it, okay

Though the main tastes here that you are definitely not going to want to leave out our bay leaf

Celery seed and the peppery Cos. I would definitely not leave those out

I would not leave out mustard if you can help it

And the rest of these you know

Lemon juice powder you could leave that out if you didn't have it, but it really does make a nice addition

I would not leave out the pepper, but if you didn't have white pepper

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just double up on the black if that's all you have and then the rest of them like

Like that you know the baking spices

We have almost all those in there if you don't have ground cardamom which I know can be a little pricey for some of you

and hard to find I wouldn't worry about it at all, so

You make this to suit your taste

And your budget. I had all this stuff on hand

And as always we're just going to kind of roll this up

into our parchment and

I'm going to tip it into a point jar now

You can see it here all we're going to do is give it a good shake

and it may not look like

Old Bay

But it smells wonderful. I'm going to give it a sniff. It's pretty -

Smells really good. It looks similar to old bay. I think old bay is a lot redder. Oh, it's really good

That's going to be beautiful on sea food

That really is good

Without the salt it's really good now

I mean you can put salt in it like I said add a quarter of a cup of salt in there

And it's going to be great, but like I said I really prefer to salt my own when I'm going to cook sewing

Anyway, that is my best attempt at making a copycat version of Old bay seasoning

for all your seafood needs for crab boils and crab cakes and

grilling and broiling fish and making shrimp balls and all that good stuff and

We have some seafood recipes that are going to be coming up soon

And that's why I needed to make this because I wanted to share it with you

And I'm going to be meeting it for those recipes

so I hope that you give this version of

Seafood seasoning a try that you can probably make by using things you already have on your spice rack

You might have been wondering if I've totally quit my YouTube channel, -

I've been working in the official fastfood stand of the pessimists.

This is where I've been working this summer.

He is Kyösti Kallio, a former president of Finland.

He's supervising my work.

Like last year, we went to Midnight Sun Film Festival of Sodankylä.

I went to see films.

A lot of films.

But my favourite brother preferred the playground.

The name of my favourite brother Nanook means a polar bear in the inuit language.

So it was obvious we had to have Nanook meet a real polar bear!

Even though you haven't seen me performing in these videos for a while -

thousands of people have seen me live on stage -

in the amateur theatre here in Puolanka.

We still have three more performances in August -

so you're welcome to see them!

At midsummer we followed the Finnish tradition -

to have a bonfire.

Then we went to Ilosaarirock...

"Is it U?" - "Yes!"

...with about 50000 other people.

"Is it B?" - "Yes!"

My parents wanted to see...

"Ultra Bra!"

...but I was more interested at Imagine Dragons.

But you know, the most exciting event of the summer is still to come!

At August 12 to 13 -

I will be at Tubecon in Helsinki!

When we talk about Japanese water filtration systems,

Cleansui is one of the brands that would definitely show up.

It's no surprise, because it's one of the best brands out there

for safe and clean drinking water.

If you do a bit of youtubing,

you will find videos about Cleansui filters working wonders,

on liquids with red rust

or even turning orange juice into clear liquid.

But that's not what we're going to do today.

You see, I love Coca-cola.

You are way ahead of me.

That's right, we're gonna pour THIS into THIS,

just for the heck of it.

Will it turn the coca-cola into clear liquid like the orange juice?

Or will it still come out black and taste differently?

Only one way to find out!

I was going to change it out after three months of use.

And [the old filter] wasn't able to filter everything out.

I think Coca-cola won this round...!

So, now we know what happens when we pass

Coca-cola through the Cleansui filter.

What have we learnt from this?

"There's absolutely no reason why you should be doing this!"
