ARSENAL and Tottenham are ready to pounce after England starlet Jadon Sancho was left out of Manchester Citys pre-season tour. The Three Lions Under-17 ace has been offered an improved contract at the Etihad after impressing for both club and country.
Arsenal and Tottenham are bidding to steal Jadon Sancho from Man City.
Sancho has starred for England U-17s and is highly-rated at the Etihad. Both Pep Guardiola and chairman Khaldoon al Mubarak have hailed the youngsters potential in recent months.
And Pep had suggested he would take Sancho for the three-match tour of the US – along with fellow young aces Phil Foden and Brahim Diaz.
But Sancho was omitted earlier this week – much to the surprise of many people at City and there is now a question mark over his future.
Guardiola already has a number of attacking talents at his disposal and Sancho is understood to be struggling to see a route to the first team.
The Gunners and Spurs have been monitoring his situation in recent months and are keen to take him back south. Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig have also expressed a concrete interest – but City will not let him leave without a fight.

How Much Water Should I Drink a Day? HYDRATION TIPS - Duration: 2:11.
How I determine how much water you should be consuming. We need 1 CC or 1
cubic centimeter of water per calorie. So when I create meal plans, this also tells
me my client - minimum and maximum of how much water they should be drinking.
There's 30 CC's in 1 ounce. If you take your total caloric intake and
divide it by 30, that tells you how many ounces your body will need. If you're
for example on a 3,000 calorie meal plan, divided by 30 you'll get a hundred
ounces. A gallon of water, like those you know milk cartons - is about 128 ounces.
So a gallon would be kind of like your marker. Here's a fun-fact about water.
You don't have to do this to the extent. Should you drink cold water or
hot water? Well, body temperature is 98.6 degrees and
ice water is 32 degrees. If you drink ice water, your body has to heat it up to
98.6 degrees. For every gallon of water of ice water that you
drink you burn about 150 calories. So for someone doing all this cardio and is
looking to lose more weight, drinking ice water will actually help you burn more
calories. Again, this whole idea is to get your body to work, just like eating real
food for your meals instead of shakes, like the example I just gave. When I
used to do meal plans for people who competed, when it gets closer to their
show I would take their shakes out of their meal plan because shakes are
already pre-digested so they don't really have to do anything or work
harder and if I give them chicken or steak they have to go through the
process of digestion which burns more calories and they're already out of
deficit. Once they get about 5 percent of body fat or lower, every
pound of fat that you lose afterwards you tend to lose 1 pound of muscle. So in
the offseason when I work with people who
competed in bodybuilding shows, I made sure to help them pack on as much
muscle at first and then maintain it while we're working on getting rid of the
fat.

Her face lit up when he walked into the room, and he stopped dead in his tracks and he could
feel the blood drain from his face.
Calvin hadn't seen that look in...
Was it really years?
His heart was hammering in his chest and he could only stare at her.
The look of gladness in her eyes melted into concern.
And she moved forward, pressing a cool hand to his forehead.
"Cal, are you okay?" she asked.
"You look...
Are you sick?
You look awful."
He struggled to speak and to focus on her face, but his vision was blurred.
"Ginny, I - No, I'm fine.
I'll see you in a bit," he managed.
"Back to the basement?" she asked.
And then he saw it, the seedling of the look he had come to recognize and resent in her
eyes.
But it was so new, without the bitter edge it took on after months and he saw it clearly
- it was sadness.
She missed him.
He swallowed against the lump in his throat.
Calvin closed the distance between them in just three steps.
He slid his hands in her hair and cupped the back of her head, pressing his forehead against
hers and staring into her eyes - so dark brown.
The smell of her hair - that vanilla stuff she used.
How long had it been?
"I will be right back," he whispered.
"And then we can go out to Poorman's for lunch."
That faint look of disappointment that had manifested in her gaze was replaced with a
warm smile.
He kissed the corner of her mouth, and felt tears skip loose when he closed his eyes.
This wasn't what he expected.
When he stepped back from the embrace he felt empty.
He descended the basement stairs quickly and saw himself there - working, of course.
A sense of wrongness and dislocation crawled over his skin, but he ignored it and grabbed
himself and spun him around.
It was like looking into a kindhearted mirror - fewer lines, less red shot through the whites
of his eyes, less frost in the hair.
"Recognize me, Cal?" he said, his voice a rusty growl.
"It works," he whispered.
His eyes took on a fevered look of excitement.
"I knew it!"
"Shut up, jackass," said Calvin.
"You're going upstairs now.
You're going to shower.
You are going to take Ginny to Poorman's and talk to her.
And hold her hand.
And -"
"Are you insane?
You just told - no proved to me it works.
I can't stop now," said Cal.
Calvin sighed.
He could feel the memories forming in his brain.
He could see himself bludgeoning himself to death.
He could see binding him and trying to pursue Ginny himself.
Different outcomes seemed to unfurl in front of his eyes.
But each one was surrounded by strange crackling images - like the broken-spectrum aura he
would get before a migraine.
He knew it wouldn't work because he needed both of himselves to even be here.
Goddamn time travel.
What a Goddamn waste.
"I'll do it," he said.
"You go, and I'll make sure it happens."
He saw the doubt flicker across his own, younger face.
"You know I will.
But please...
We can't lose her.
She doesn't understand."
Uncertainty flickered across Cal's face.
"But Ginny's fine," he said.
"She is.
Now.
But we don't know when to stop, do we?"
"You coming, Cal?" her voice caused Calvin to close his eyes and he struggled and didn't
quite succeed in stifling a sob.
"Jesus, does she die?"
Cal's voice was a horrified whisper.
"No...
She just.
Couldn't compete.
And she knew it.
And you know it.
We know it," said Calvin.
"Please go.
Please.
I thought it was worth it - cause I'd have time.
I'd have all the time I needed.
But we don't.
I don't."
"I'm coming, Gin."
Calvin watched himself ascend the stairs.
Then he did the only thing he could.
He got back to work.

In this video I will show how to make a lamp from a Plastic Bottle and 2 broomsticks

After sketching the idea of the lamp in Giraffe format
I cut the broomsticks in the following sizes
I marked and bore the ends of the cables
I drilled this way to make it easier to see
But the correct thing to do is to support the wood for safety
From there it was only to mount with the butterfly screws, the parts of the giraffe
I used the top of a pet bottle to make the lamp dome
then I do the electrical installation
