thethingsnetwork.org or "TTN"

It is a community and / or platform that tries to establish the LPWAN networks for the IoT

"Low Power Wide Area Network" a class of protocols for low power and long range communication devices

Start in the Netherlands and has spread throughout much of Europe, and worldwide has had great reception

This platform is based on "LoRaWAN", a low consumption network protocol created by "LoRa Alliance"

Some consider it the largest network in the world for "The Internet of Things".

We will initiate an account

after registering we will have a confirmation

There is a large amount of documentation available, to add our nodes on all platforms

Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry pi, Beaglebone, Orange Pi, among other opensource platforms although TTN has its own hardware line

TTN is divided into 4 Parts, Devices, Gateways, Network, Applications

(Devices) technically send and receive / sensor data, actuators must mainly use LoRaWAN protocol and LoRa modulation

(Gateway) are devices that connect our devices with TTN, using Wifi, Ehernet, or GSM 4G.

The gateways are technically LoRa hubs, in some countries they are publicly available, the ideal is to buy a gateway but they can also be manufactured

Investigate there could be some regulation in your country about the use of these Radio LoRa Technologies or LPWAN Networks

(Network), the Network is technically the reference information Architecture between the clients and the TTN servers

Let's look at a bit of how TTN start ...

TTN presented a "KickStarter" for the implementation of LoRaWAN Creating a Gateway

They made the design and considered locating said gateway initially in certain countries

this Gateway covers 10km quite a distance is Open Source hardware, it is generally the advantage of these networks

TTN also distributes "Shields" for Arduino to enter them as Nodes and another list of very interesting devices

(Applications), it could be said that TTN collects information from its nodes and gateways, this information can be viewed with other external applications

could be integrated with "Node-RED" or "Cayenne My devices", It has some API's and SDK's, it could be integrated and make a "Dashboard" in another platform

LoRa technology has that advantage of low consumption and long distance and implementing LoRaWAN looks very promising for the IoT

I have done some tests with Arduino, ESP8266 + RFM95 and I have managed to create a LoRaWAN gateway and likewise a LoRaWAN node, in next tutorials I will show results

We will also design a little and investigate how to build a robust gateway in Raspberry pi, if you want more Tutorials Subscribe and visit pdacontrolen.con and pdacontroles.com, Regards

Tips to keep your body cool in the summer

Here are tips to help you keep your body cool in the summer:

1. Maintain sufficient water for the body. Drink plenty of water, and try to drink a glass of water before each meal half an hour.

This will help you digest food easily.

2. Eat fruits in the morning, and try to avoid eating fruits in the evening, as the sugar content in fruits will help you to be more energetic, and be more absorbed during the day than at night.

English Grammar: How to use the auxiliary verb 'COULD' - Duration: 18:40.

Hello. I'm Gill at www.engvid.com, and today we have a lesson on an auxiliary modal verb:

"could", the use of "could". So, there are two ways... Well, we have five ways that it's

used here, but "could" comes either from as the past tense of the verb "can", which is

also an auxiliary modal verb, "can": "could" in the past; or it's used as an auxiliary

verb with other verbs combined. So, sorry that sounds very complicated, but I hope it

comes clearer with the sentences to illustrate how it can be used. Okay.

So, first of all, just to show the simple past tense of "can", if I can do something:

I can do something today, yesterday I could do it as well; or I couldn't do it yesterday,

you could use the negative as well. So, first sentence, then: "At one time"-in the past-"I

could run a mile and not get out of breath". So, to get out of breath is when you've been

running a lot, and then you can't... You're breathing very quickly and you have to wait

for your body to get back to normal. And if you're running, also, it might be painful

and you have to stop, so that's getting out of breath. Okay? So: "At one time in the past

I could run a mile." I can't say now in the present I can run a mile, because I can't,

okay? But in the past, at one time, I could run a mile and not get out of breath. Okay,

so that's just the past tense of "can".

But then the other four examples are where it's used as an auxiliary modal verb with

different ways of using it. So we have four different ways of using it, here. First of

all, number two is a polite request. So, instead of: "Can I...?" you say: "Could I...? Could

I borrow your pen, please, just for a moment? Could I borrow your pen, please?" If you say:

"Can I...?" it's okay, but it's not quite as polite. So if you really want the person

to say: "Yes, of course", if you're polite they are more likely to let you borrow their

pen. So: "Could. Could I please?" So we've got: "Could I" and we also have "please" at

the end. Or you could put: "Please" near the beginning: "Please. Please could I...? Could

I please...?" Any order. "Can I borrow your pen, please, just for a moment?" So that's

a polite request. Okay.

And then the third sentence is when you're saying that something is possible. You're

telling somebody something is possible if... If they do something, so this is called a

conditional. Okay. And that... We have lots of video lessons on conditionals, so do have

a look for those. So, here is an example: "You could get good marks in the exam if you

study every day." So, the conditional: "Could" often uses "if", because you have a choice.

Are you going to study every day and get good marks in the exam, or are you going to maybe

study once or twice a week and then you get to the exam and you don't do so well, or what's

your choice? So this is your teacher, your tutor might tell you: "You could get good

marks in the exam if you study every day", if you work hard regularly every day. So that's

a possibility, a conditional. Right.

So, then number four, this is a polite way of maybe giving a criticism or suggesting

something isn't right, there's a mistake, or something may have gone wrong. If you say:

"I could be wrong, but... I could be wrong, but I think there's a mistake (an error) in

these figures." So if you're looking at some accounts, and the figures in columns and they're

supposed to add up accurately, and you look at it and you think: "This doesn't look right."

If you're an accounting genius, you can maybe see immediately something isn't right; the

figures don't balance or something. So... But you don't want to say: "Oh, that's wrong.

That's not right." You don't want to be so direct, so you're very careful that when you

begin your sentence: "I could be wrong, but I think..." So you're not saying: "I know.

I can see there's a mistake there." You wouldn't say that. "I think there's a mistake (an error)

in these figures", so it's a polite way of suggesting there could be a mistake. "I could

be wrong, but..." Okay. Useful phrase.

And then, finally, in this first half of the lesson, when somebody is saying they could

have done something or they could have been something, a profession: "I could have been

a ballet dancer, but something happened to stop me." A lot of people say: "I could have

done this, I could have done that", and then you think: "Well, why...? Why didn't you?"

Maybe the circumstances weren't right, maybe you needed money for it which you didn't have,

so there are lots of reasons why people don't do what they could have done; if they'd had

the money, if they'd been in the right place at the right time with the right people, etc.

So: "I could have been", that's a kind of conditional, but it's a conditional where

it's already in the past and it's too late now, you can't go back and change it. So:

"I could have been a ballet dancer, but it didn't happen." So...

And that one reminded me of a famous scene in a film, the actor Marlon Brando, you may

know this one, called On the Waterfront, and he's sitting in the back of a car with I think

his brother, and he's saying what... He could have been somebody. He could have really done

something with his life, and now he's upset, he thinks it's too late, something's gone

wrong, so he says: "I could have been a contender" meaning someone who really gets out there

and does something, a contender. "I could have been somebody", rather than nobody. He

feels he's nobody. "I could have been somebody." So that's a famous example of: "could have

been" in a film.

And then to end this half of the lesson, the different forms for "could have", that's the

full form with no abbreviation, you can have it abbreviated, contracted with "could've",

"I could've", so "could", apostrophe, "ve". So the apostrophe shows the missing letters

"ha". "Could have", so you say: "Could've", "could've", just a "ve" sound at the end.

"Could've" instead of "could have". "I could've". Okay. And then sometimes, because the way

people speak, they sometimes say: "I coulda". "I coulda done that. I coulda done that",

instead of "could've". "I coulda", if they're speaking quickly, meaning: "I could have done

that. I coulda". You may sometimes see this written down if someone's written down what

somebody said, and it sounded like "coulda", you might see that in writing, but usually

you will hear it when people are speaking.

And because of this one, unfortunately, there's a terrible mistake that people put when they're

writing, and they put: "could of", which is completely wrong. Okay? So please don't write

"could of". It should be: "could have". So: "could of" makes no sense. The word "of" has

nothing to do with what this is saying, so please don't put: "could of", that's completely

wrong, so be careful because also people say it like that: "I could of", "I could of",

so it's "could've" here turning into "could of" there, and they even say... People even

say it like an "of". "Could of", and they write it that way, too, "could of", and it's

completely wrong, so please avoid that if you can. Right, so we'll just move on to the

second part of the lesson where I have a little test for you. Okay.

Okay, so here's the test for you to use the word "could" in four different sentences.

So, let's look at the first one. So, another way of saying it is: "I used to be able to

swim underwater for a full minute." So if you're in the swimming pool, you go under

the water, below the surface, and you can swim around under water, holding your breath

for a full minute. Okay? So: "I used to be"-meaning at one time-"I was able to"-able to-"swim

under water for a full minute". So, can you say that in a similar way, starting: "At one

time", and then use the word "could"? "At one time", okay. So it's about I, so: "At

one time I..." So: "At one time I could", and then it goes on. "At one time I could

swim under water for a full minute." Okay. "Full minute" means a whole minute, 60 seconds,

a complete minute. "At one time I could swim under water for a full minute." Okay. Right,

so that's using "can", "could" as the past tense. "I could at one time", okay. Right.

Next one. If you ask someone to speak more slowly, what would you say? If you're asking

someone to speak more slowly, politely asking them: "Speak more slowly", so you say: "Please...

Please", so the word we want to use is "could", so: "Please could", "Please could", and then

we're speaking to another person, so we need the word for the other person. "Please could

you", okay? So: "Please could you speak more slowly?" Okay? Right. So that's a polite request,

isn't it? You're being polite to the person. They're speaking too quickly, you're asking

them: "Please, could you speak more slowly?" All right.

Next one, you want to tell somebody, someone they are capable, they are able, they have

the possibility of writing a book. They know so much about a subject that you say: "You

know so much about that subject, you are capable, you are able, you would be able to write a

book on that subject because you know so much and you're so interested in it." So it's encouraging

them to go ahead, write a book. So what do you say to tell them that they're capable

of writing a book? Using the word "could": "You..." So: "You could... You could write",

not "writing" this time, but: "You could write a book", okay? "You could write a book on

that subject. You know so much about it." Okay, so that's a conditional because you

could... The person may not decide: "Oh, right, I'll write a book, then." They may think:

"Oh no. I can't... I can't do that, it's too much work. I'm not going to do that." But

there's the possibility that they could write a book if they wanted to. Okay.

And then finally: "I had the chance, the opportunity to be in a Hollywood film, but it didn't happen."

Something went wrong. They chose somebody else, as often happens. It didn't happen.

I had the chance, I had the opportunity, they were thinking of me, considering me. This

isn't true, by the way. But: "I had a chance to be in a Hollywood film, but it didn't happen."

So, how would you say that using the word "could"? "I", you need several words here

with "could", "could" plus some other words. "I..." Okay, so "could" comes first. "I could",

"in a Hollywood film". "I could have... I could have been", okay? So: "I could have

been in a Hollywood film, but it didn't happen." Okay.

So, I hope that's been useful for you. So, if you'd like to go to the website, www.engvid.com,

there's a quiz there. In addition to this test we've just done, there's a quiz on this

subject, so please go and try the quiz and see how you do. And please subscribe to my

channel if you've enjoyed this lesson, and thanks for watching. See you again soon. Bye.

10 rules Royal Meghan Markle must keep in mind at all times - Duration: 3:42.

Meghan Markle became the Duchess of Sussex after she married Prince Harry on Saturday,

May 19, 2018.

The Queen passed the title on to the couple as a gift of sorts.

Prince Harry is the first Duke of Sussex since 1843.

Queen Elizabeth II did a similar gesture with Prince William and Kate Middleton, naming

them the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Now that former American actress Meghan Markle has a Royal title, there are a few rules she's

got to be mindful of at all times.

Some are simple etiquette rules, while others pertain to the order of the Royal Family.

Below are the rules Meghan must keep in mind at all times.

1.

She must curtsy to higher-ups.

Meghan will have to curtsy to anyone that outranks her upon entering a room.

That includes The Queen, of course, as well as Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker Bowles.

She'll also have to do this at official events.

2.

No dark nail colors.

OK Magazine reported that members of the Royal Family are forbidden from sporting dark nail

polish colors.

3.

No social media.

Members of the Royal Family are forbidden from having their own social media accounts.

Updates and statements from all of them are released on the Kensington Palace Twitter

and Instagram account, as well as the palace's website.

Before marrying Prince Harry, Meghan was forced to shut down her lifestyle blog and Instagram

account.

4.

No autographs.

Meghan's autograph signing days are over.

The former Hollywood starlet is forbidden from signing fan autographs and, in most cases,

guestbooks.

5.

No selfies.

According to the Daily Mirror, Meghan and Harry were recently approached by a young

couple who asked if they could have a selfie with them.

The pair declined politely and Meghan explained: 'We're not allowed to do selfies.'

6.

No short skirts.

Meghan won't be showing off her legs now that she's a member of the Royal Family.

The Queen reportedly doesn't approve of hemlines any higher than one or two inches above the

knee.

7.

Dinner with The Queen is at 8:30pm sharp and No eating before or after The Queen.

When sharing dinner with The Queen, guests are expected to eat by 8:30pm.

The meal will be over at 10pm.

Queen Elizabeth II is apparently serious about her schedule.

StyleCaster reported that Meghan can't begin eating before Queen Elizabeth II, nor can

she continue after.

8.

No sleeping until The Queen sleeps.

If Meghan stays with Queen Elizabeth II she much wait until she's asleep to go to be herself,

according to the Daily Beast.

9.

Meghan must always be seated next to her husband.

Open seating is reportedly a no-no now that Meghan's a member of the Royal Family.

She's expected to be sat next to Prince Harry, 33, at all events.

10.

Pinkies in.

Contrary to popular belief, it's been reported that the proper way to drink tea is by using

your thumb and index finger to hold the top of the tea cup handle while your middle finger

supports the bottom of the cup.

Coffee should be consumed with your index finger through the handle.

Roseanne Comes Forward, Reveals Real Reason She Became Trump Supporter

Roseanne Barr just revealed the real reason she became a Trump supporter, and the left

It's true Roseanne was never a supporter of Hillary's crooked ways, but years ago

she once supported the Green Party and the Occupy Wall Street movement.

She goes into detail why she switched to becoming a Trump supporter.

From Vanity Fair:

Six years ago Barr was campaigning to be the Green Party presidential nominee and showing

up at Occupy Wall Street protests, where she advocated for a political system "that doesn't

pass on its wealth to a handful of white guys . . . that rewards hard work and ambition

but cares for its weakest child," a world in which calling someone "a feminazi for

saying these things will be considered treasonous."

Barr says the political discord in her on-screen family (sister Jackie is a Hillary Clinton

supporter in a pussy hat) is nothing compared with the situation off-camera.

"My own family is completely divided over it," she says, and any attempts to discuss

current events result in "screaming, crying."

(Continued below)

"It's way worse than we had on the show," she says.

Barr laughs when I mention Trump's taking credit for the show's success.

"I do the same with him, like, he's president because of the things I said.

We're show-business people!"

At another point in our conversation, she flatly declares, "I don't buy any of it.

It's all bullshit.

I like Trump because I felt like he's good for the Jews.

(Continued below)

That's why I voted for him.

He said he was going to move the embassy to Jerusalem.

A lot of us think, Hey, that happens to be step one to world peace."

"I wanted that voice [of the Trump voter] in there, and then I thought, Well, it should

be me."

Like Kanye West, Barr seems to identify with Trump as a maverick who refuses to self-censor,

constantly improvising riffs on his truths (regardless of whether they're true).

Her brazen compulsion to say the forbidden and push too hard is what originally made

Barr a superstar; decades later, she has returned to convulse pop culture

once again.

Lifting Weights Helped Pull Me Out Of The Darkest Period Of My Life - Duration: 8:57.

Lifting Weights Helped Pull Me Out Of The Darkest Period Of My Life

My depression started in middle school. I didn't like myself. I thought I wasn't attractive enough, and I suffered from terrible lows.

In college, I started feeling this self-hatred even more—which is when I also developed bulimia. Growing up, I ran track, and played volleyball and basketball.

But in college, I started working out obsessively. I viewed it as a punishment, a way to control my weight and move closer to an aesthetic goal.

I would binge on food and then go work out for hours. Soon, I was purging too.

In my mid-twenties, I was able to pull myself out of this cycle of binging and purging, though it took all my strength and a lot of time—about a year and a half to fully break free.

But even after Id moved past most of my eating disorder, the depression lingered. I wasnt just feeling low either—I spent the next year constantly swinging between severe depression and extreme highs.

For periods of time, I would feel invincible. I would go long stretches without sleeping, and feel very productive. But then I'd crash to such a low.

I became irritable and mean to my friends. I would lie on my best friend's couch and just sleep. In early 2016, when I was 28, I got to a point where I didn't want anyone to be around me.

I thought about what it would be like if I didn't exist. I hit an all-time low and was no longer functioning. I finally went to the doctor: She diagnosed me with bipolar II disorder, and prescribed medication, which I started taking.

It worked, but it left me feeling nothing. Its like I wasn't actually myself; I felt void. Eventually, I stopped taking it. Around this time, I started going to physical therapy for an old knee injury.

As the basis of PT, they showed me how to use exercise to get stronger, and I noticed that this progress was making me feel better mentally, too.

I knew I didn't want to depend on medicine, but I also knew I couldn't go back to those ups and downs.

I prayed about it, and talked to friends. I also consulted with my doctor, who was very supportive, especially since I wasnt experiencing mania in a way that endangered my life.

Ultimately, I decided medication wasnt the right choice for me, so I decided to try to use fitness and self-care to manage my moods instead.

In 2016, I started lifting weights more seriously than I ever had before. I've always been huge into research, and I channeled that energy into learning better ways to train and develop strength.

After the first month following my new, healthy workout routine, I had more energy. My mood improved drastically, but I was nervous that I was just entering a manic state.

I had to learn the difference between feeling good and feeling manic, which is where self-care came in.

I wrote in my journal. I had mental check-ins and gave myself permission to feel my emotions. I took walks and did things that I found just plain fun, like dancing.

I was learning about myself and getting strong at the same time. The fact that I was able to lift heavy weights boosted my confidence. It felt like a win—which I needed in my life.

WORKOUT. I learned in physical therapy that strengthening your glute muscles is key to relieving pain in other areas, and Bret's approach to fitness really embraced that.

I started following the workouts in Strong Curves, which helped me not only get stronger but manage my lingering knee pain.

I was so surprised by how quickly I was able to gain strength. After a month of deadlifting regularly, I hit my goal of 175 pounds—that moment really surprised and impressed me.

It made me realize I was capable of a lot more than I thought. I began to push further, reaching my max at 275. Then, I started maxing out glute bridges at 325 pounds.

In addition, one to two days a week, I dance. Dancing has always been a part of my life. When I was younger I danced in church and took classes here and there. It is truly a wonderful feeling.

Since I have a history of bulimia, I dont follow a strict diet. It isnt healthy for me. Instead, I eat intuitively.

I eat mostly plant-based throughout the day, sticking primarily to chicken and fish for protein. One thing I'll never stop eating: a burger and fries, my favorite meal.

After six months, I found that I was no longer feeling depressed, I was sleeping through the night, and I wasn't experiencing excessive highs.

I would feel that boost of endorphins leaving the gym, but it was more than that. My outlook on life was changing.

I had spent the majority of my twenties hating myself, feeling unattractive, and trying to figure out how to look better.

Now, at age 30, two years into my self-care and exercise plan, my life is about acknowledging my feelings and allowing them to exist without taking over.

My biggest surprise is how much exercise has opened my mind and trickled into other aspects of my life. When I started lifting heavy, I realized I was capable of many other things.

I have never been so in control of my emotions. I have my bad days, of course, but I cannot stress enough how different I feel. My life is totally changed forever. TIFFANY'S NUMBER ONE TIP.

Always be aware of yourself, and be aware of your emotions. Listen to your body, and to your mind. Of course, everyone is different, and may be better off with a different course of treatment.

While I checked in with my doctor regularly after my diagnosis, I never sought additional therapy for my bipolar II. This may not be the right choice for others with the disorder.

Everyone has a different path, but just acknowledging how you feel, and allowing yourself to feel it can go a long way.

How to CGP Grey - Duration: 2:53.

[1-SHOT] So, you want to be CGP Grey, the famous things-explainer.

Well, unfortunately, that's not possible, yet, so why not get as close as you can?

First things first, this tone of voice?

Not gonna cut it.

Remember you're an American raised-university educated ex-teacher living in England.

The primary goal is to communicate what you're saying as clearly as possible.

It's important to keep as much bias as you can from your contribution to the subject.

That is, unless the topic involves Apple or Coffee products.

The last thing you would ever want to do is give out too much personal information, so

turn that video camera off right now!

[TAKE VO] That's better.

Now you can communicate with the soothing sound of your voice through carefully revised

scripts, extended podcasts, reddit comments and the occasional blog post on your website.

Since you're not going to have any of your own video to contribute to your… video,

start learning how to animate.

Your animations should be simple but shockingly clear, and help build on your auditory message

you've spent the last few weeks, or months, writing.

And if you're not an animator, per say, basic PowerPoint functions should generally

do the trick.

If you really want to go all in for your Grey-inization, get started with Final Cut Pro and Inkscape.

Of course, in order to do this, you're going to need to get your iMac.

And while you're at it go ahead and get yourself a couple iPads, an iPhone, and an

Apple Watch or two.

If you're going to maximize your productivity you're going to need to fully integrate

yourself into the apple ecosystem.

Speaking of maximizing productivity, take everything you know about your phone and throw

it out the window.

The key to getting the most work done and not letting your monkey brain take over, is

to limit it's options.

In an ideal world you'll have a dark low-poly background to help the apps pop, and only

a single page on your phone.

That page will have four folders at the top to hold apps you need to function (such as

Google Maps, Uber Eats) and the next couple rows of your phone are the apps you use every

day.

If you don't use it or need to use it every day, don't let it escape from the folders

up top.

If any app on your phone happens to be… anything fun… get rid of that entirely.

<serious> Don't let anyone know you're human or are capable of doing anything other

than getting work done.

</serious> It is, however, acceptable to have both Spotify and Apple Music on your phone

as to thoroughly distract the monkey brain.

<sidenote> Side-note to fully adapt Grey's workflow

you're going to want to listen to an album by Girl Talk titled All Day.

The album is a mashup of tons of different popular songs and if you leave it on repeat

it should just become background noise while you work.

</sidenote>

In the bottom of any device you're going to use for the rest of your life, as Mr. Grey, you're going to need

to have OmniFocus, or an app of similar nature.

In this app you will put To-Do lists for everything.

Everything.

Packing for a trip?

There's a list for that.

Posting a video?

There's a list for that.

Going out to dinner with your wife?

There's probably a list for that too.

Even with all this we're not getting into the half of it.

We still need to cover redundant backpacks, data analysis in spreadsheets of your life

and others, working in time as 40 minute units, maybe …?, and much, much more.

If you want to learn more about CGP Grey and his workflow I'd highly recommend the podcast

"Cortex," by the man himself and Myke on Relay FM.

(Use the Overcast podcast app to really get in the Grey-mood.)

Mr. Grey, if you're seeing this, you're a super interesting guy and I can't wait to see

what you make in the future.

For all of you watching you can find links to everywhere Grey posts in the description,

and that's all I got for today, I'll see you next time.

Thanks for watching with subtitles :-)

【重音テト】Hello, Worker【UTAUカバー】【My 2nd UTAU anniversary】 - Duration: 4:13.

Hello!

Sorry for the poor quality. I can't find a proper off-vocal :(

B4-sized paper, tightly fitted together, holding all my life

Hoping someone will see and maybe notice me

I flash a smile wide and bright

As I am trying to solve this difficult issue that just won't let up

Until then, I'll remain longer and work harder

But it's never enough

Can't keep up with the head of the line

And here I am alone, left behind

Still yearning just to reach out, hoping to see

What awaits for me

Even so

I don't know what is it I want to do or be

I don't know how much or what else I can achieve

Saying so on my hands and knees, I got this far with more to go

I don't know what future tomorrow's gonna bring

I don't know how to change the past or anything

If that's the case, then please, let today be mine

Whether start or quit, I'm cutting and pasting bits holding all my life

Wanting good luck and waiting for karma to strike

It's either thrive or survive

With nothing else expected for me

And nothing else expected from me

I wonder how we seem beaten down, fighting

Always struggling

Even so

I don't know what I gained, obtained from all this

I don't know what I lost or somehow missed

Looking for an answer, biting my lips, I came this far with more to go

I don't know if the world tomorrow will end

I don't know what yesterday brought, forgotten

If that's the case, well, then let today be mine

Can't keep up with the head of the line

And here I am alone, left behind

"Where is it that everything went wrong?"

"What have I been doing all along?"

With nothing else expected for me

And nothing else expected from me

Although beaten down and struggling

We still keep on fighting just to breathe!

Even so

I don't know what is it I want to do or be

I don't know how much or what else I can achieve

Saying so on my hands and knees, I got this far with more to go

I don't know what future tomorrow's gonna bring

I don't know how to change the past or anything

If that's the case, then please,

just for this moment only

Let today be ours

Hey! Thanks for listening! Much Love!
