Youtube daily report w Jul 25 2018

With the channel focusing on topics such as censorship, localization and other differences

between different countries and cultures around the world, today it was felt as a good time

to finally take a look at VPNs - and what they are, their many uses and why exactly

they are so important to what we at Censored Gaming cover.

Firstly though, I just want to thank NordVPN for sponsoring today's episode - who have

been rated by numerous publications as the best VPN service available today and the only

one to obtain a perfect score from the website PCMag.

There are just so many reasons why you may want to give NordVPN a try, which we'll be

going more into that in just a second, and unlike most other VPNs, there's even a free

version available for you try before you buy. Then if you do decide to keep on using it,

you can get a whooping 77% off a 3 year plan by going to NordVPN.com/censoredgaming...

c e n s o r e d g a m i n g. There will also be a link in the description

if you to want to go check it out but, for people who aren't quite sure what a VPN is,

let's go into that now and break it down. A VPN, otherwise known as a Virtual Private

Network, funnels all of your internet traffic though a separate private internet network,

as if you were actually inside their network rather than your own.

So, when using a VPN, a website or application won't see your own internet details but the

VPN's - including things like IP address. This is extremely useful for numerous reasons

and for the first of these, let's bring up the NordVPN interface to take a look.

This is what you see when you boot up NordVPN and, as you can see, it's all kept very user

friendly with its simple interface showing a map of the world.

From here you can click on any of the over 61 countries and in a matter of seconds you

will then be connected to that network - it's that simple.

You can then check things like your IP address and you'll notice that the other device will

now think you're from that country, rather than your own.

You may have come across various websites that won't be available in your country for

example, and with a VPN this will no longer be an issue.

It's not just blocked content though, some platforms will offer pretty different content

and services depending on your location and, through the use of a VPN, you can tailor this

to your own needs. There are literally endless uses of VPNs and

far too many to really do them justice in a single video, but to just list some that

are more personal to me, to help you get an idea of their usefulness and potential...

One big one that you may be able to relate with is games from other regions that aren't

available in your own country, for instance, like certain titles on the Japanese Google

Play store. One example of many is the RPG Granblue Fantasy,

a game notable for reuniting music composer Nobuo Uematsu and art director Hideo Minaba,

who have previously collaborated on games like Final Fantasy V, VI and IX.

If you search for Granblue Fantasy outside of Japan, the game won't appear. But, in just

a few clicks with a VPN, you can instead connect to the Japanese store where you will be able

to see the game, multiple music albums and more.

Something else that I've been using VPNs a lot for lately is to do with the new European

General Data Protection Regulation, which you guys probably noticed started to flood

your email inbox a little while ago as it started to take effect.

The GDPR requires that websites follow certain rules in how it handles users' data. The deadline

for this was May 25th but many sites still haven't updated their polices for European

users, meaning that trying to access them from a European IP will result in being greeted

with blocks like this one. Again, getting around issues like this is

only a matter of clicking a single button though - thanks to NordVPN.

The Football World Cup has also been going on over the past few weeks, which makes for

another topical, good use for a VPN. Some fans may prefer to watch the game in their

own language for example, and with the commentators that they recognise.

Many streaming services though will require you to be located in your own country, which

is no good if you're abroad. Again, a VPN can help you bypass these restrictions

and allow you to watch exactly what you want to watch.

It's not just blocks based on your location that a VPN is good for however. VPNs will

also bypass restrictions set by things like offices and parental controls.

Remember, as your connection is being funnelled through the VPN's and as the original connection

won't actually be accessing the blocked sites, the internet will be unlocked for you to use

however you please. One example that's personal to me is my UK

mobile phone network, Vodafone, which has a pretty strict parental control in effect

unless you visit one of their stores or go online and send in details to prove you're

old enough. Just clicking on any location on the VPN will

be enough to circumvent blocks such as these, even if you select just your own country's

location. NordVPN is also available for mobile and is

just as simple and easy to use as desktop. Your account also comes with up to 6 simultaneous

connections at once. This means that you should be able to connect all of your devices at

the same time with no issues. Linking on with the last point about restrictions

set by things like offices and parental controls, is another UK point, but one that can also

be applied to other situations in other countries around the world too.

By the end of 2018 a huge government system will take effect that will force all adult

sites to be blocked in the UK unless you prove your old enough. This could mean things like

going to a shop, handing over ID and collecting a 16-digit code to use on adult sites for

access. Naturally some people may not want to go through

this arduous process or may not want their data collected for these purposes. A VPN,

however, would make all of this no longer an issue and it would be just as simple as

all of the examples already mentioned. There are just so many uses for VPNs though.

For example, so many websites and services are tailored to your location... and, for

perhaps one of the most simple and straight forward examples for you to see what I mean,

take a look at the UK's Google page for today. There is nothing out of the ordinary right?

It's just the original default page. However, switching to other regions like the US and

you'll see that they are celebrating the birth of Kurt Masur with Google's Google Doodle,

which when clicked on, brings up more information on who he was and the things that he did.

Whilst that may be seen as a pretty mild example, so much nowadays is tailored to your location

that it's hard to really do it justice. The YouTube trending tab for instance is also

vastly different depending on what country you're in - and so if you were ever curious

about what's trending in Japan for example, a VPN makes this very possible.

Just know that whenever you come across any sort of block or change on the web, a VPN

should be able to help It also goes without saying but a VPN is great

for travellers, who find themselves in other countries a lot and are either unable to access

sites or are getting different local versions. Then of course we have countries with strict

government censorship. For instance, a really extreme example would be places like China

and its "great firewall", which blocks sites on a regular basis, depending on whether they

fit the nation's leaders' wishes or not. Well NordVPN even defeats the great firewall

of China, making it very useful for escaping government censorship.

It's not just China though of course, and if you're from one of these regions, you are

probably already aware of some of the ways the government may restrict your internet

access from you. And despite so far focusing on ways to bypass

restrictions, a VPN is good for many other uses too.

One big one is general privacy concerns and not wanting your data to be collected by the

sites and platforms that you visit. With the way your traffic is funnelled through

the VPN's, a VPN is very useful for staying anonymous on the web.

Furthermore, NordVPN uses military grade encryption, which means your info is always kept as secure

as possible. NordVPN also has a strict no data logging policy, which is something that

surprisingly some other companies do not. All of this is not just useful for privacy

concerns but also things like protection against being hacked.

You may recall, for example, how the YouTuber Boogie2988 had his YouTube account deleted

by hackers following using public Wi-Fi in a hotel.

Public Wi-Fi poses huge risks for users, but with Nord's military grade encryption, your

data and all of your passwords and bank details and things are kept 100% safe and secure.

Again, I'd just like to thank the folks at NordVPN for sponsoring today's video and hopefully

you have now learnt a few of the many uses for a good VPN service.

To just remind you again, NordVPN is offering Censored Gaming's viewers 77% off a 3 year

plan by going to NordVPN.com/ censoredgaming... c e n s o r e d g a m i n g or by clicking

on the link in the description. This sees the cost reduced from $11.95 a month

to only $2.75. With this unbeatable deal, just that can give you all of these features

and more. And they even offer a 30 day money back guarantee,

so please check it out if you're interested and know that you'll also be supporting the

channel by doing so. Despite being sponsored, NordVPN is actually

what I personally use too and so can really recommend their service. It's also really

quick with the speed being virtually no different from not using a VPN at all and, again, it's

the only VPN to obtain a perfect score from PCMag, so please make sure to keep that in

mind. For the final question for today, I'm going

to ask you guys whether you know of any other good uses for VPNs? This video only had time

to go into a few but, like mentioned, there are actually many many more.

So please let us know your thoughts in the comments below, as well as anything else you

have to add about the overall VPN discussion. And, until next time, thank you for watching.

Connection Day - conheça Sidnei Cordeiro, Vanessa Martins e Daniel Quadros - Duration: 2:13.

Welcome to our Connection Day. Our first meeting apart from our regular meetings.

00:00:19,000 --> 00:00:22,000 Can you remove the dark circles around my eyes in the video?

00:00:23,000 --> 00:00:23,500 We can fix everything.

You can fix everything? Oh, my God

I'm so stunned. I haven't woken up yet.

Pride Connection is a group of people that come together in order to make a difference.

People usually complain about things, about our reality, but few people actually do something to change.

Super-talented, open-minded people who have no prejudice,

who do not consider gender, race, color or disabilities (as a difference). People who can see any person the way they truly are, stereotypes aside.

It's a group of people that get together to think about people.

I always say that we spend most of our time in our companies,

and we don't need to leave so we can start living. We can live inside our companies.

Well, to me it's really important because I like to help people; I like to see people happy; I don't like prejudice.

Companies are made by people, and the discussion about Diversity & Inclusion has been increasing a lot recently Companies are,

many times, the only place people have to be who they are.

There's nothing like living the best way, being who we are.

Because it also makes me happy. It makes me very happy to see people happy.

Oh, guys.. Horrible. Horrible.

Why is it still shocking?

t's still shocking... I don't know why it's shocking

Giveaway in that video so go check that one out watch that one first if you already watch that one

Welcome to part 2 today. We are reviewing the slice of paradise

Palette it is the very very colorful one. So if you want to see this video keep on watching

If you haven't already done so don't forget to hit the subscribe button if you like my eyeshadow palette review videos

and of course the like button as well if you were excited about this palette if you're loving color for this season hit that like

Button and definitely comment below letting me know. Have you gotten anything from this collection. Are you planning on it?

Do you like this brand? Have you even heard of this brand? Let me know all that in the comment section

I'd love to hear from you guys. Let's jump right into the review. Ok

So like I mentioned we're gonna be reviewing these slice of paradise. This is one of four releases from East Beauty color

It's just so so huge this season

I've never seen so much saturated bright in-your-face colors in the beauty industry since I started getting really really into makeup

I've never seen it be this widely used and it is just so unbelievably exciting

It's just so nice to get away from like the neutrals and the cranberries and the blacks and grays and just really bring some bright

oranges reds blues yellows

Bringing that in is just amazing and so inspiring

To work with it. Just kind of gives you a new lease on trying different types of eye looks that aren't quite so neutral and

basic basically

basic basically, so

like the first palette that I reviewed it's got a nice big mirror and

The packaging is like that hard cardboard that a lot of palettes use and it's of course blue on the front

It's got the embossed logo and it's very pretty. I like the packaging. It's definitely cool and it does the trick so

We have a lot of colors to work with here, but this palette is

90%

matte, so there are twelve shades as with the other palette and

only two of the 12 are shimmer and that is a royal purple and a beautiful like

Teal green color. So there are two shimmers all the rest are like solid mattes and they are very very

Intense

Colors like primary colors like basic blue basic Orange something you would pick right off the color wheel

So I'm really kind of interested to see how these mats are going to perform. I think it's challenging to create

Mats like this that really really are

Pigmented and blendable. So we shall see a lot of big companies have been coming out with colorful eyeshadow recently

So we'll see if a beauty it lives up to the task

Okay, so as per usual

I'm going to jump in with the lightest shade like I mentioned in my last video

this just helps me to kind of like get a feel for what I want to do for the video because I almost always have

Absolutely, no idea what I'm doing prior. I have like some kind of semblance of an idea but not a very clear one

So I'm gonna dip into flamingo. It is like a peachy kind of of course matte peachy nude

Ish, okay, so that color was nice

I wouldn't necessarily expect it to like jump off my eyeball just because it is a lighter shade

But it's not showing up as much in the camera. But on my actual skin in the mirror. I can definitely see it blended seamlessly

So so far so good

Alright so

I'm just gonna kind of jump in and start doing something and cross my fingers and pray that it works

So I'm gonna start with

Daffodil it is like a neon yellow shade

I just have no idea how this is going to perform a lot of kick up in the pan a

Lot of kick up

Okay, so I'm going to simply press this

Into the inner corner of the eye

Okay, it's definitely some pigment there

Definitely some pigment

So if you really hate kick up or a messy palette that shade is gonna drive you nuts

it's really pigmented but a

Ton, okay pick up and when you tap off the brush a lot a lot a lot of powder flies off

But for that pigment man, I'll take it

Solid that's really nice and it's over flamingo which we just put down. So that's pretty impressive and that's dry. I

Don't think was that Sun again peeking in and peeking out. All righty cool. So next I'm gonna go in with

Hmm I'm gonna go on with the bright blue

Called Bluebell. I feel like we've been seeing a ton of

Purple looks thanks to the noir Vienna palette, but we haven't been seeing as much bright blue. So let's go in with the blue again

Wow

No shortage of pigmentation that is for sure

Again, this color is dry. And I'm just pressing it

In and holy moly. I don't understand how this company does it

Like how do you get?

How do you get colors so?

Unbelievably pigmented it's really mind-blowing

Alright, so I'm gonna grab a blending brush and a little bit of flamingos and I just want to make sure

That top edge stays smooth. So we're gonna see how these colors ooh

What's happening?

A little messy, but that's alright

We are going to carve out the crease, so I'm not as concerned about the mess, but that one

When I blend it it just kind of gets everywhere so I'm going to leave that as is for now

All right, let's finish it off with the deep blue called macaw

And I'm going to

Like

What am I gonna do? I?

Guess press it into the end here. I

Always do this shape. I apologize guys

I always go into it thinking I'm going to do something different and then I like end up doing the same thing and

There's so much pigment on this brush that I can actually do both eyes with one dip imagine that

That's pretty good wiles. I

mean

You can see it. I don't even have to explain it. You can see the pigmentation and how amazing it is

So I'm just gonna like wing that out. Oh my god, even blending it just like

Man oh man. I haven't been this impressed with makeup in a long time. I'll be honest

Like I try a lot of big name brand

companies and

I'm not normally this blown away. I'll be really honest. This is

This company just really did something special here. You guys really special if you can support them. Please do

They don't really they have no idea I exist. This was certainly not sponsored. Nope

No, big brand is sponsoring my channel at this point. This is just all me

From inside. Ok. Awesome. That is a look. That is a look

alright, I mean just

Colors are also blending together really nicely. So sometimes I have trouble with

Two colors meshing, especially when they're this bright, but these are really like going together

Quite seamlessly, which is really encouraging so the biggest downfall

Thus far has been the fallout in the pan really mostly with that yellow shade

The others aren't as bad, but that yellow shade has a ton of kick up

Ok, so now I'm going to carve out as I typically do my little wing to cut crease situation

Alright, so how did you that and I'll be right back? Okay guys, so cut crease is cutted and

I'm looking like a futuristic like bird

Parrot something are there no matter how hard I try no matter what intentions I go in with I always end up with a side

Shape when I do my shadow Valley reviews. I always end up with this crazy cut crease. I don't know how it happens

Alright for the lid

Again we only have two

Shimmer shades, so I think maybe for the inside of the lid I think I'm gonna go in with fruit dove

Again a nice tightly packed shade. I found that with the other palette as well that the shimmer was really tightly packed. Oh

Okay

No need to wet this color. Mm-hmm, she is just living her best life

Sealer on my lid is still so lightly tacky. So I'm sure that helps with the pigmentation

But holy moly, that's really really cool

Really? Cool. Okay. Now should I

Do a mat on the bottom. I think we have to do the other shimmery shade, right, even if we look like a cloud

Daffodil another really tightly packed shade

No surprise really pigmented

I

Love that I don't have to use these shades wet. It saves so much in

product

Because I use so much setting spray. Just wetting my eyeshadow brushes

So it's so nice that you can go in with these dry and you still get the same level of like pigment

Not like pigment pigment

Okay getting some fallout

I'm just going to just blend those two shades together

and then I think what I'm going to do is do a line of concealer between those two layers just

To break them up a little bit because they don't really go together like the shades don't really mesh. Okay

I so for tomorrow's episode of day to day

wearable eye looks I

so funny

Alright, so let me go ahead and carve out that little space and I will be right back

Okay, guys

So I ended up only carving out like from the middle of my lid out and I actually really like how that turned out

I feel like it made the look a little bit more elevated and set it a little bit apart from my other looks so cool

Love when that happens

Most the time I just mess it up, but this time it worked

Alright, just trying to find a clean brush, which is like nearly impossible

Right now because I've been doing so much makeup, which is awesome

Alright, so for the lower lash line, I'm going to take persimmon which looks like a really cool shade Oh

again with the kick up

alright, so I'm just going to

Mines Nev a dandelion I can orange you dandelion

Maybe the tiniest bit chalky on that shade. I'm being really critical

All right, so we are almost done to finish off this look I

think maybe we'll take the

Yellow, let's do the purple the map purple. We've used almost every shade in this palette

I did want to use passion fruit, which is like that orange color

next time

All right, so I'm gonna take the matte purple

And just connect it up with this shimmery purple

So that purple performed like all the other mats really really well really nicely

Awesome

All right, guys

So I'm going to pop on some lashes and I'll show you the final look up close and then I'll give you guys my final

Okay guys, so I'm going to quickly give you my final thoughts again no surprise here

I am so so so unbelievably impressed with this palette

This is now the second palette I reviewed from the paradise collection and I am unbelievably

Impressed really really happy for a beauty for creating such an amazing quality product

The only thing I would change about this palette is I would maybe add one or two more shimmer shades kind of similar to

my last critique of the other palette that would be awesome because the shimmer shades are absolutely

Amazing and have worked so beautifully thus far that I would like some more. Umm, but yeah, other than that

Oh and the other critique I would probably give is just the kick up in the pan. It is pretty significant

So if that is something that bothers you I am cautioning you against it right now

That is not something that really bothers me all that much

I'd much prefer a great formula that blends if a little kick up happens in the pan. That's no big deal

but if it that if that is a big pet peeve of yours then

You've been warned

Thank you guys

How VPNs Work - Duration: 9:02.

Elmer's Magical Liquid - Try It or Don't Buy It? | Sophie's World - Duration: 6:33.

hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world today we're doing an episode of "try it

don't buy it" You know that slime craze just doesn't seem to be going away it

just continues to ooze its way through the internet and into our households so

there's a brand-new product on the market well it's probably not brand new

it's probably been out for about three months and it's called Elmer's magical

liquid and it promises that it'll make easy-peasy slime just adding glue to the

Elmer's magic so let's give it a try and see if we should try it or don't buy it

I'm gonna be using the recipe that is suggested on the back here in time I'm

going to play with this and I'll give you guys some updates on that as I use

it more and more but it suggests using either a four or five or six ounce

container of Elmer's glue now I do want to let you know that I did use this I've

got four ounces right here I did use this product with a non

Elmer's glue and it worked just as well so it doesn't have to be Elmer's glue

but just to let you know Elmer's suggests that you use Elmer's glue of

course so that's four ounces of Elmer's glue and then it says take quarter cup

which is two ounces of the Elmer's magic now you're gonna mix this in slowly now

here's the thing I found that I didn't need the entire two ounces so I'm gonna

start with just a little bit here that I'm going to pour in and then you start

stirring it up now right away you can start to see the Elmer's glue starting

to harden up there see how fast that happens and it's really actually

all already a pretty nice consistency but we're gonna add a little bit more

here so I'm probably up to about almost three-quarters of an ounce we're not

even really a whole ounce now look at that that's really starting to get

really good okay so I'm gonna add a little teeny bit more just to make sure

that I got it going on and at this point this is about an ounce of it I'm gonna

start playing with it

now as you can see it's a little sloppy but as you start to get the air in there

like with normal slime it starts to take on a really good consistency now the

thing about this is that you're gonna find you're gonna get to a certain point

and it's still gonna be sticking to your hands this is what I mean about doing

this slowly because what I learned is as you are mixing it this way see how nice

and stretchy that is I mean that stretch ability is so nice so many times

you're doing this and it breaks your slime breaks and that's no fun you

really want stretchy ooey gooey slime but see how it's sticky

see how it's sticking to my hands so here's what I discovered if you take a

little bit of this Elmer's and you pour it onto your work surface then you can

kind of dip it in just a little bit and mix it a little bit at a time and the

more you do that the better it gets so see how I just mixed a little bit in

there and it's starting to harden up a little bit so it's not quite as sticky

on the fingers so we're gonna play with this just a little bit more watch just

adding a little bit more rolling it around there she's a little bit at a

time and again you know it says two ounces but what I found was I probably

ended up using about an ounce and a half as you can see see how it's starting to

get better and it's not quite as sticky so now I'm gonna add a little teeny

teeny bit more now what's also great is that you can add once you've done this

once you've got your basic slime going you can add things like glitter and it

worked so well in clear glue and I'll show you that in just a second okay see

there we go now we're starting to get it see how that's coming together and it's

so much fun to play with this is such a great product I have to say so I'm just

gonna peel this off of my fingers I think I could add a little bit more just

to make it extra extra smooth and not as sticky but what I do want to do is show

you what I made earlier the other thing I like about this product is that

it doesn't separate you know sometimes when you make your homemade slime it

separates well this does not separate now I could still add some more we

should get this to the point where it doesn't stick

I'm almost there and of course this is the most fun is of course playing with

it and getting it to the consistency that you like but see now it's not as

sticky now it's not sticking to my fingers see that and that was just now

if you look in my cup here that's two ounces we're really at about maybe

like gosh an ounce and a tiny bit more but you should definitely follow the

instructions in the directions so as you can see you end up with some pretty good

slime let me show you what happened when I mixed it with clear I ended up with

this really awesome galaxy slime so see I was able to mix in all of that glitter

and look how great it looks now you can be the judge but personally for somebody

who's made a lot of slime with a lot of kids and had a lot of mess because of

all the inconsistencies when making slime I gotta tell ya I think this

Elmer's magical liquid is pretty amazing so in my world I say try it for more try

it don't buy its checks out Sophie- world.com and if you like the series

make sure you give us a thumbs up and leave us any comments down below hey if

you've tried this let me know how your experience was with it for more fun

stuff check us out Sophie-world.com

ARTHUR | What Won't Molly Say? | PBS KIDS - Duration: 1:09.

(crow cawing)

Say it, Molly!

We have to hear those words!

No way.

There are some things

that you'll never hear certain people say.

Like Muffy.

Can you imagine her saying this?

A sale on designer dresses?

Nah, I've got plenty at home.

(gasps)

BINKY: Or Francine.

Big deal, we lost.

What's important is that we all had fun.

What?

Huh?

BINKY: Or Buster.

A UFO?

No way!

I'm sure that's just a weather balloon.

(gasps)

But of all the things people won't say,

this is the one I want to hear most.

Come on, Molly, say it!

(chanting): Say it! Say it! Say it!

YouTuber Finds Something TERRIFYING In Dark Web Mystery Box - Duration: 2:59.

Apparently, you can buy mystery boxes off the dark web, and one youtuber decided to

do an unboxing of one of these dark web mystery boxes on his channel.

So what was inside?

I'll fill you in here on IO.

Welcome back to Inform overload, I'm charlotte dobre.

The dark web is a pretty sketchy place.

Its world wide web content that exists on darknets.

In order to access it, you need specific software and authorization.

Once you have access, you can find some pretty questionable goods and services.

Things like child pornography, drugs and black market items.

you can hire a hitman, or fraud services.

And now apparently, you can get a mystery box.

Its become somewhat of a trend on youtube to order one of these mystery boxes and open

them on camera.

One of these videos, uploaded by jude somers, is part of a series, Dark Net.

Jude somers has 21 thousand subscribers.

In one of his latest vlogs, he says that you can get a mystery box off the dark web for

anywhere from around 17 dollars to 5 hundred dollars, and you can sometimes find them on

ebay.

For his specific box, he paid about 330 dollars.

So Jude begins to open the box on camera, while he's wearing gloves because he's

afraid the box might contain a or the contents could be contaminated.

So, what was inside the box?

Well, when he opens it up, he says the smell is terrible.

there was some aftershave, boxing gloves and wet wipes.

There was also an ipad and Motorola smart phone with a cracked screen.

And then, he finds the source of the smell.

It was a plastic bag filled with something squishy and black.

Which honestly looks like a bag of poop.

Maybe the person who made the box was like screw it, im gonna poop in a bag and throw

it in And lastly, the scariest thing he found was a small screwdriver with something that

looks like dried on it.

Who knows, maybe this screwdriver was used as a, and this person sent it to someone to

cover their tracks.

The video jude posted has close to 5 million views at the time of this recording.

There are a lot of youtubers making these unboxing videos featuring mystery boxes from

the dark web.

Truthfully, the whole dark web mystery box thing might just be a big scam.

I mean think about it, you could just put a bunch of your old junk inside a box, maybe

throw in something creepy to keep the mystery alive, then seal it up and sell it on ebay

for an outrageous price.

Either that or someone could just throw a bunch of old junk inside a box, say that you

bought it off of ebay and then film an unboxing and get millions of views.

What do you think of these dark web mystery box videos?

Are they legit?

Let me know in the comments but for now im going to respond to some of your comments

from previous videos.

Back to School: Taking My Senior Pictures! - Duration: 5:41.

hey guys! it's Hashtag Zoe. welcome back to my channel. so for today's video and I'm

taking my, high school senior pictures, I cannot believe I'm in my last year of

high school. it's crazy like I can't even I can't I remember the first day of

freshman year like it was literally yesterday it's crazy

let me see crazy one more time crazy like I can't even, I can't! you're here is filled with a bunch

of activities like different things like prom and I don't have a prom date so if

you guys want to be my prom date let me know in the comments down below taking

applications now it's like Ethan Dolan or just call me okay what are gonna

problems you're like heck yeah let's go he hasn't yet so still waiting on it

it's fine Ethan Dolan you have time I'll wait also for those of you who don't

know senior year is like the last year of high school so like after high school

is college and then after college is like you're an adult so here in America

where I live there's thing that's called senior pictures it's really just the

picture that goes in the yearbook but when you're a senior and it's like not

just the school ID picture it's like a get glam and look really good I don't

anyway you have to look like really good in your picture and and so most girls

like get their hair done get their makeup done and like it's like this

whole thing first thing I did it this morning was I woke up bright and early

and I got my makeup done well before before that I want to let you guys know

that I did tweet James Charles and asked the sister if he would do my makeup and

obviously he probably doesn't check all his tweets I understand but sister James

did not even respond it's still a little sister shaking up about it but I think I

think a sister so instead because sister James went

into a makeup I went to sister Sephora and I got my makeup done that was a good

one do me proud

so I think I did a great job on doing my makeup he really killed it glow I'm not

gonna lie and I actually purchased some products from Sephora, that he and by some I mean

too because uh these two products together were like seventy something

dollars so makeups not cheap ladies and gents so the first thing I got which he

used is this Becca highlighter and I have the one in Champagne pop, but I

think it's a little bit too orange for my skin tone so he actually used this

shade and I really like it this is the shade moonstone looks like that really

nice and she also used this concealer this is the NARS creamy radiant

concealer and I'm in the shade pale I'm just kidding

I'm in the shade crumbly so if NARS wants to give me a PR package that's my

shades though put your girl up anyway so I got a bunch of hair products which is

cool because I always love trying new things anyway that's what I got Sephora

oh and also the lashes that I have on right now are the hipster 20 support

collection lashes I really like them so also Sephora feel free to send me PR

anyway let's do my hair so this is my normal hair style I've been doing this

hair style for a couple months now um it's kind of my brand I'm just kidding

but I really have been doing this hair style law and I figured why not the tech

school it's not like this is gonna be like my glam shop for the rest of my

life it's just gonna be my high school photo for the rest of my life but see

it's fine it's fine right anyway so I have these two pigtails

because I'm actually five years old and so I ended up curling my hair I know my

hair's already curly but it just looks different when it's curled it looks more

done and just better overall in my opinion so I curled my curly hair don't

come at me okay

so the beautiful person who did my hair is the beautiful Amy who also does my

eyebrows and literally every beauty thing ever

so we actually did a video together a while back about brows so you can check

it out the link is down below and here's some footage of me actually getting my

pictures done and you weren't really supposed to film too much in there but I

come along in almost snuck a little bit of footage for you guys I hope you enjoy

and also fun fact and a lot of the pictures that looks like you're wearing

a full dress you're not and this is how stupid I looked when I was getting it

done because it's literally it's literally fabric that goes here and

there like it's a it's called the drape anyway here's some footage of that

thank you so much for watching make sure that follow me on Instagram I think

we're about to hit 10,000 followers which is so go follow me on Instagram I

will see you guys later and subscribe for not already and give this video like

and I will see you on my next video bye

The trap of passion. The paradox which can destroy your relationship - Duration: 3:59.

Do you also get this impression that happy relationships, lasting a lifetime, are a bit

like rhinos?

Almost extinct?

There are many reasons because of which relationships fall apart: emotional balance, monotony or,

for instance, unwashed dishes which start to get out of the sink after eleven days.

But today I'm going to tell you about a paradoxical trap to which we are exposed more

than ever before.

I mean the so-called trap of passion – or, more precisely, the pursuit of passion.

The scientists who study the psychology of love have distinguished 3 basic components

of love.

Intimacy – meaning a friendly bond between the partners, attachment – meaning habits

and all deliberate decisions which we have made in the past and which make us want to

be together with our partners, and passion – meaning a mixture of strong positive emotions,

such as, admiration, joy and desire.

No.

Money is not a component of love.

Passion quickly increases in the first part of the relationship, but it also quickly decreases

– that is, when we stop idealizing our partner and when we start loving him/her as he/she

is, our relationship enters a mature phase.

Do not mistake it with a trade union, because it has nothing to do with economical maturity.

The problem is that there are no pleasant butterflies in the stomach and the excitement

before each meeting with your partner.

But you can have it back…

It is hard to awaken passion in a relationship with a partner with whom you've been together

for many years, but it is easy to awaken it with someone new…

Who is attractive.

Who smiles beautifully.

With whom you're talking more and more.

And spending more and more time…

And you're waiting for the next contact or meeting more and more eagerly.

In the meantime, this attractive perspective is ruining your current relationship, which,

after so many years, does not seem so exciting and interesting.

The greatest danger is that you don't really know when it starts happening… because you

don't control your feelings.

You say to yourself: „Hmm, so the plan for today is: hairdresser, shopping, picking up

a parcel, and falling in love with Dorothy".

It doesn't work this way.

You fall in love subconsciously and you do not have much control over it– at least

when the process has already begun.

This is the trap which destroys relationships.

People who are unaware of it may constantly change their partners in the pursuit of passion.

But, sooner or later, it fades – you can fall into this trap many times and still start

new relationships.

So, how to prevent that?

Be aware of this danger and do not engage in new relationships deliberately.

If your start feeling that someone from your surroundings becomes attractive in your eyes,

deliberately detach yourself from that person, do not let yourself flirt with that person

and do not pay much attention to him/her.

Of course, at the same time it is worth taking care of the relationship you're in.

Above all, you should talk more in order not to lose your friendly bond.

But I've discussed it in my other videos on this channel and in the course called "How

to build and repair relationships" at courses.robertmarchel.com

Thank you for your attention and see you next time,

Robert Marchel

Great Food At The Court Of Two Sisters Restaurant In New Orleans French Quarter - Best Food In NOLA - Duration: 6:55.

We're in the courtyard at The Court of Two Sisters in New Orleans.

This is an amazing restaurant, underneath the canopy of trees. There's the Wishing Well.

It's a really cool place to sit outside. You can sit inside.

And this courtyard connects to Bourbon Street. It says, "Thank you, and may the charm of happiness be

bestowed upon you as you pass through this gate." Emmaline and Bertha.

It's a very historic restaurant here.

The present structure, three stories and an

attic, were erected in 1832. It was under the famed willow tree here that the pirate

Lafitte is said to have slain three men in three separate duels on one night.

And I'm not sure who these guys are. They look distinguished. I think this

poor gentleman has seen better days.

This entrance is walking in from the Bourbon

Street side into the outdoor courtyard. And there's Donna! What do you think?

I'm excited to try the food! Yeah! The menu looked really good.

You're having the what, Donna? Trout Almondine. Okay.

I had it on Mexico, so we'll see if it compares. I'm sure it's probably better!

I'm going to have a stuffed pork chop that our waitress recommended.

It's a beautiful tree that overhangs all the tables here.

Really nice.

Donna, what's this they brought us on the table?

Bread! I think - oh, yeah!

It's in a bag. Is it warm? Yeah, it's hot.

Do you want to try some? Looks good - yeah!

Thank you!

Mmmmmm! Good bread, huh!

This is Trout Almondine, with like roasted potatoes,

and asparagus. Wish my daughter-in-law was here so she would eat my asparagus for me!

Looks good. It looks yummy! And I have a pork chop stuffed with goat cheese.

This Trout Almondine is amazing!

It's just grilled to perfection!

It has sliced almonds on top.

With a little bit of like, lemon juice. It's really good.

I would let you have a bite, but...no!

Yeah, I didn't think so. No. But my pork chop is really good.

It tastes great. It's tender. I'm not sure what all is on it. I know there's some

mushrooms and a certain sauce. But I forgot what the menu said, but it is really good. And big!

Donna got creme brulee. I got some praline ice cream.

It's good too, huh? Yum!

Can I taste your ice cream? Yeah!

Have you had a bite? Yeah!

I dove right in!

It's really good too.

They said they churn it here. Really!

I kinda believe everything here is good.

There's the fountain. It's really pretty in here at night. This is the Royal Street entrance side.

Here's the two sisters. This was at the turn of the century, and this was

shortly before their deaths. Emma and Bertha Camors.

This is the bar at the Court of Two Sisters, in the heart of the historic center of old New Orleans.

I thought this was really interesting. I was reading this. Like this first flag

right here this was a Spanish flag of Castile and Leon brought by Hernando de

Soto to what is now Louisiana in 1541. It was the first foreign banner to be seen in this area.

And then over here was the fluer-de-lis

of Bourbon France was the next flag to fly over Louisiana.

It was was brought by Robert Cavalier de LaSalle in 1682. And then this flag

right here was the official flag of the United States at the time Louisiana

Purchase in 1803 having 15 stars and 15 stripes. Congress changed it in 1818 to

13 stripes and one white star for each state. So that was really cool.

It has a lot of history here. This is all their different awards that they've

won since they've been open. And she said they opened in 1832.

It says these Charm Gates were wrought in Spain especially for The Court of Two Sisters.

According to the legend, Queen Isabella had them blessed so that their charm

would pass on anyone who touched them. So it says touch the gate and it will give you charm.

Here it goes. Touch it, Stan. Together. You have charm now! I feel charmed.

You're charming! So it's pretty cool. This is the walk

where you where you walk in. So I think that's a private party tonight, which we

weren't allowed to attend. And there's where we ate tonight it was amazing!

Such good food, and the dessert...it was awesome!

Hi! This is a streetlight!

And she was telling us the story about that they sold water. And water was a necessity.

And then they started selling fruits and vegetables and things in their courtyard to like the shipyard people.

The people that would come here on the ships and stuff. She said they called it the first French Market.

It's a pretty building, inside and out!

The Court Of Two Sisters is great food! Go if you come here!

Big Pharma Jumps In To Stop Trump From Lowering Prescription Drug Prices - Duration: 5:33.

Donald Trump promised us on the campaign trail that he was going to lower prescription drug

prices here in the United States.

It's something he's actually hinted at throughout his presidency, yet so far, they haven't actually

really done anything about it.

However, just as this administration was starting to actually look at the problem, and they

were trying to come up with some kind of plan to address the issue, Big Pharma sent their

lobbyists and their front groups, specifically the front group called PhRMA, P-H-R-M-A, to

meet with the President, and submit a draft proposal of what they could do to allegedly

lower prescription drug prices.

Two days after these groups met with the President, the administration released their plan to

lower prescription drug prices, and it was almost word for word the same proposal that

was submitted to them by Big Pharma itself.

Here's what that plan is.

According to these pharmaceutical lobbying groups, the problem with high drug prices

is not the fault of the drug companies, it's the fault of, as they say, "major players

along the drug supply chain, including insurance companies, and the pharmacy benefit managers."

Okay.

Pharmacy benefit managers are the main culprits according to Big Pharma, and those are the

ones being targeted by their proposals.

Here's what they say that these people do.

These people negotiate with insurance companies and pharmacies in order to get a specific

insurance company to cover a specific drug from a drug company.

Okay.

And then, they come up with rebates and then those pharmacy benefit managers get paid a

commission off of the number of rebates that get submitted, and because of this, it incentivizes

people to raise the cost of the prescription drugs, double them in some cases, so that

they can create a bigger rebate, which gives these pharmacy benefit managers more profit.

This is actually true.

That is a thing that happens.

Big Pharma is correct about that.

However, that is not the main reason that drug prices in the United States are so high,

and that is not the target that we need to be focused on if we want to lower prescription

drug prices.

Yes, we have to take greed out of the equation, and that's what these benefit managers are

doing.

That's what their entire career is based off of, greed.

They don't care how many people get better.

They just care about how many people take the drugs and cash the rebates, so they can

get the money from it, from the increased prescriptions from it.

What we have to do is, first and foremost, ban, like every other country in the world

except for, I think it's New Zealand, we have to ban, once again, direct to consumer advertising.

As soon as direct to consumer advertising happened here in the United States in the

late '90s, drug prices skyrocketed.

Why?

Because Big Pharma companies were spending billions of dollars every year on marketing,

and they had to get that money back.

The majority of the costs associated with any prescription drug, here in the United

States, do not come from the research and development, most of which is actually subsidized

by the federal government, or conducted by outside universities, who then hand it over

to the pharmaceutical companies.

The main cost is the marketing.

That's why our prescription drugs are so much higher than everyone else.

That's at least one reason they're so much higher than everyone else.

If we do not address that issue, we cannot ever fix the problem.

Ever.

Like, that's first and foremost.

We have to do that to fix it.

If we're not going to take that issue seriously, we will always pay more than everyone else

for these prescription drug prices.

Second, Republicans have to get on board with the multiple Democratic legislative proposals

to import safer prescription drugs.

Now, the administration included in their little plan a separate plan to import drugs

from other countries that would be cheaper.

However, they put too many caveats on it to make it actually lower drug prices here in

the United States.

For example, they said that, yes, we can import drugs, but only if there is a specific drug

shortage for that medicine here in the United States.

And the drugs that are going to be imported are drugs that currently only make up, I think,

.1% of total pharmaceutical sales here in the United States.

Drug companies have also, in a show of good faith, agreed to lower prices on some of their

prescription drugs.

However, as is the case of Merck at least and a couple others, they're only lowering

the prices on drugs that very few people actually take, drugs that do not make up any significant

portion of their sales.

They're trying to hoodwink this administration and, unfortunately, the administration is

falling for it, and the people who suffer are the people who need these medications

in order to either get better and in some cases, actually just stay alive.
