Department for the two rescues so then we got another Fast Pass and we went to

Peter Pan we just rode Peter Pan though no interesting story there and then we

went to pirates and it stopped but we didn't have to get rescued

The more I talk to disabled people the more I think they have points.

And nobody's keeping score. Thank God.

First I was a little embarrassed &

everybody was a little embarrassed for me. Maybe I deserved it.

And then I said: Hell no.

I fought back by citing my ADA status to him,

going to the disability professionals & saying, "Uhh--This happened."

They erased the grade.

If anyone out there is watching this & you've been given a bad grade cuz you're disabled

it's really messed up.

Ant-Man & Wasp Movie Review: Was It Better Than the First Ant-Man - Duration: 7:21.

so yeah there is a spider-man in ant-man and a wasp what's up everybody at a

hundred here and this is my review for Emma and the walk so I thought that the

movie did a pretty good job by showing us the consequences that Scott Lang

faced for helping Captain American and also showing the Hank Pym at man tech to

the world and while Edmund and watch powers offered countless possibilities

for really cool stories in the MCU I think that focusing this movie on

rescuing Janet Van Dyne or the original walk was it felt kind of like the

logical place to take the sequel considering the way it teased it in the

first movie but I just feel like the movie missed an awesome opportunity to

have the entire movie take place in the quantum realm or the Microverse whatever

you want to call it the MCU is taking us from earthly environments and phase one

to outer space with guardians of the galaxy and into the realm of mysticism

with Doctor Strange and so taking us into the quantum realm or the microbrews

would have been awesome way to just expand the entire MCU universe Pandy

would have been cool anyways Paul Rudd once again killed the role and he seems

tailor-made for ping ant-man but I feel like a case could be made for saying

that this was actually wasps movie and Men in a lot of ways with more of the

sidekick and waswas a little bit more badass in this movie speaking of which I

think a man or wasp played off of each other beautifully the chemistry between

the two worked really well too and watch was really fun to watch because the

movie had to do a bunch of crazy awesome things with her powers

unfortunately the one element that didn't quite do it for me in this film

was the stakes I never really felt that sense of danger or high stakes with

ghosts or even Sonny Burch instead the stakes here worse is they were trying to

rescue Janet Van Dyne hankgames wife from the quantum realm were that they

failed and that Scott Lang gets caught leaving this house because he's under

house arrest even ghost wasn't trying to kill anybody what ghost was really was

just somebody who kept throwing wrenches in wasp an ant mask plans more of an

obstacle for them to reach their goal and by the way I thought that ghosts

backstory and motivation was really similar to kill mongers in

Panther except she wasn't trying to kill nobody she wasn't evil she wasn't

murders instead girls was just trying to save her whole life but this man

actually throwing a wrench in the plan to save Janet Van Dyne Hank Pym is why

from the quantum realm and then there's Walton Goggins building the black market

tech dealers sonny birch who was more like a thorn in atman and wasp poseidon

he just kept popping up at random places throughout the movie trying to take the

lab which was central to the story so for me the black market dealer sunny

birch was more like an unnecessary addition that took away really from

ghost villain without him the movie could have focused a little bit more on

ghost and made her more memorable villains and so I gotta say that cross

our Yellow Jacket in the first film was a better villain then goes probably

because they added sunny birch and they couldn't focus on their a little bit

better and yes the addict of death to ghost and we were able to know her

backstory her motivations and even allowed us to sympathize with her but I

think that we ended up sympathizing with her little too much and that her ability

was gone ghost the villain is gone now it's just

a sympathetic person trying to save her own life

the company was much like the first one in that Scott Lang and the blinds and we

got to see some stories told by Michael fingers character who by the way once

again was great but I think that the comedic pinnacle for this film has to do

all I'll say is that it involves a syringe and this one we got to see my

companion Louisa's character give his stories which were funny as hell man and

then of course they used the Pym particle shrinking of themselves growing

objects all that stuff was used really well for comedy actually in a lot of

different things actually but for comedy - for example when Scott Lang is using

that flatbed truck in the middle of the city like a scooter and we can't forget

FBI agent Jimmy moon a quirky funny character who was a comic relief in a

lot of instances and we laughed at his expense and he does a good job I liked

it fit with the overall tone of the film the action and Pete was on par with the

first Batman it wasn't better it wasn't worse I thought that watching hammering

and watched shree grow do the same two cars - Pez dispensers made for some

really cool scenes and by the way the shrinking tech that we were first

introduced to in the first ant-man is there a continuity issue here or is

it just me I'm talking about the weight or the mass like am I remembering

correctly in the first ant-man skull and shrinks for the first time and then he

falls off a like a bill there's something Lassiter for the car

and while he's small the dent resembles that of something that weighs about the

size of a man about 150-200 so in other words I was under the impression

especially because of the first film that even though Scott Lang was

shrinking down to tiny size his mass was still the same which then of course is a

big huge problem like remember you're gonna be haven't seen the movie you've

seen the trailer when hank pym shrinks the entire building down and he just

walks away with it wouldn't that still way with the original building way but I

guess they went ahead and scratch that because they're also the mmm movies with

Jill would not work I mean think about it

and they would not be able to fly no ants and Emma would be way too heavy to

get on the tip of Hawkeye's arrow remember in civil war when he shot him

he wouldn't have been able to do that I don't know has this been addressed

somewhere out in the MCU if any of you guys know about it please download the

comments for my water so I thought that ghost powers are pretty cool let me put

some really cool fight scenes but even though I think that the user power is

pretty cool I feel like they just miss an opportunity to dazzle us with their

powers ok so how did this movie thing in the overall Marvel Universe like I

mentioned before follow Scott Lang in companies lives just after the events of

civil war other than that one is just a standalone film that it doesn't affect

or is affected by any of the other movies except for all spoilers spoilers

is the only spoiler in the entire review so spoiler except until the after credit

scene where we see hope Hank and Janet Van Dyne dashed away and Santos snaps

his fingers and wins and infinity war so while Scott shrunk down and he's in the

quantum realm and the PIMs off vanish I guess he's stuck down there cuz who's

gonna bring him back so I'm thinking this has potential for three things

either simply his absence in Avengers for a setup for mm3 and Terry in the

Microverse or some kind of setup where ant-man in the quantum realm or in the

Microverse somehow helps fight Thanos so yeah guys at first I thought that Emma

and the wasp were pretty close in terms of how good they are because I felt that

each other's positives and negatives kind of cancel each other out to make

them just as good as one another and so while I still think this is

true for the most part I'm gonna go with liking the first a man a little bit

better but still the movie had good action a pretty good balance of comedy

all the characters played very well off of each other but I feel like the

villains potential was a little bit wasted and there aren't any gaping plot

holes that I'm aware of of course that is until how it should have ended video

gets published for MN it was anyways I'm gonna say that the majority of people

will like a man and the wasp and that's why I'm giving this movie an 8 out of 10

Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) causes chronic back pain, which is relieved through a variety

of treatment methods.

In a study published in the journal BMC Complementary

and Alternative Medicine, Japanese researchers compared the effectiveness of medication,

exercise, and acupuncture – the three most commonly prescribed approaches – for relieving

pain caused by LSS.

Back pain is a common affliction among adults, brought about by a number of factors that

include wrong posture, stress, and health conditions, among others.

LSS is a lower back condition that arises when the spinal nerves are choked ("stenosis"

means "choking" in Greek), causing pain.

This choking is most often the result of bone degeneration, which is why LSS is almost always

age-related and is more common in older individuals.

Young people may also develop LSS in rare cases, either as a result of an injury or

from having the wrong spinal curvature.

In any case, it's estimated that about 400,000 Americans suffer from the condition.

Sufferers are generally comfortable in a sitting position, but standing up constricts the flow

of blood around the spinal nerve.

The result is discomfort which, although tolerable in most cases, often worsens with time.

In advanced cases, the pain can be debilitating.

Other symptoms of LSS include leg pain and a numb feeling that spreads from the lower

back down to one's buttocks and legs.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics (NSAIDs) are often prescribed to ease sufferers'

discomfort, but prolonged use of these chemical drugs often come with terrible side effects.

Both exercise and acupuncture are considered safe for the elderly, but their effectiveness

– especially in the case of exercise – has yet to be established and compared.

To conduct the study, the researchers recruited patients with L5 root radiculopathy associated

with LSS who visited Iwai Orthopaedic Medical Hospital between December 2011 and January

2014.

The subjects chosen were aged 50 to 79 years.

Those who exhibited muscle weakness had uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or using depressants or

psychotropics were excluded from the inquiry.

The patients were randomly assigned to one of three groups: Medication, exercise, and

acupuncture.

The recruitment continued until the groups had 38, 40, and 41 members respectively.

Those in the medication group were given 900 mg of acetaminophen which they had to take

three times a day.

The subjects in the exercise group were given a program that included simple back flexion

exercises for the first two weeks.

They had to perform six sets of the routine, with each set entailing 10 repeats.

The participants were also given information on self-management measures and risk factors

for LSS.

Those in the acupuncture group went through treatment with an acupuncturist who had postgraduate

training and more than a decade of experience in the practice.

They were required to attend five sessions every month, twice during the first week and

once from week two to week four.

The needles were applied to acupuncture points BL-23 (Shenshu), BL-25 (Dachangshu), BL-5

3(Hoko), BL-54 (Zhibian), BL-40 (Weizhong), GB-34 (Yanglingquan), and BL-57 (Shengshan).

All three groups were given access to specific pain relievers as needed, except on the day

before and during efficacy evaluation.

To evaluate the participants' comfort levels, the researchers had the patients fill out

a Zurich claudication questionnaire (ZCQ) before the treatment and four weeks after.

What they found was that acupuncture led to improvements both in the severity of the patients'

symptoms and their physical function, leading to higher satisfaction rates.

Medication and exercise, on the other hand, caused improvements only the severity of the

symptoms.

The participants were also less satisfied with the two compared to acupuncture.
