Youtube daily report Jul 18 2018

How Early Can I Clean? Maids and Cleaning Schedules - Duration: 4:02.

How early in the morning can you start cleaning so you don't wake people up?

That's a great question, and we're going talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

And that's a 360 view of the perfect home.

So, if you have a home, you can find a house cleaner on HouseCleaning360.com

We partner homeowners with house cleaners.

Boom!

Alright, on to today's show, which is from a house cleaner who has this question.

Speaker 2: What time can you start cleaning houses so you don't wake people up.

Angela Brown: Alright, how early in the morning can you start cleaning?

Now if you're in an apartment complex and there are a lot of other people that are in

the complex, you're going to run the risk any time of the day or night, if you run a

vacuum cleaner you're going to wake somebody up.

People that live in apartment buildings work all different crazy hours, and they're sleeping

at all different hours of the day and night.

So, there's no good time in an apartment building to clean house and run your vacuum.

But the standard rule of thumb is never before 8:00 in the morning.

Now, this is kind of a standard across the board, in all areas, for construction workers,

and landscapers, and house cleaners if you have vacuums.

You don't wanna be running noisy machinery while people are sleeping.

But after about 8:00 in the morning, it's kind of like all bets are off.

Now for houses, you can make a choice with the homeowner, and say, "What time do you

want me to come?" or, "How early can I come?"

And there are homeowners that are up at the crack of dawn, and they don't care if you

want to come in and start on all the downstairs stuff while they change and get dressed upstairs

and go to work.

And then you hit the upstairs, and you're done.

My company has cleaned as early as 6:00 AM and people are getting their coffee, they're

wandering around the house in their pajamas, or their bathrobe or something like that.

I don't care.

If you stay out of my way and I can clean this part of the house, you can go upstairs

and take your shower and do whatever you gotta do.

Then, I will leave shortly after you are done

after I clean the upstairs area that you've just left.

Ill clean up my stuff and I'm out of here.

Then by 8:00, 9:00 in the morning we're on to the next house.

So, it really depends on the customer, and if they're willing to have you there.

There are also house cleaners who come and they work the evening shift after you've gone

to work in the evening.

I know a house cleaner and her shift that she works is from 4:00 PM until midnight.

She cleans all of her homes from 4:00 PM until midnight.

And so when people go on evening shifts, or they go out with friends, or they go out on

a date, or they go to church activities, or whatever.

People will plan their evening schedules to be gone for a few hours, and the house cleaner

comes in and she cleans the whole thing.

But truth be known, she has another job during the day.

So her other job during the day will not allow her to clean before 4:00 PM.

So, it's really entirely up to you.

The polite thing to do is to figure out what works for your schedule.

Then only make that available to your customers.

So if you want to pick up a house at 6:00, let your customers know, I have an opening

from 6:00 until 9:00 in the morning if you'd like to be on that early slot.

There are a lot of people that get up at 5:00 in the morning and they go to the gym.

They're not there at 6:00, and it's fine if you wanna come and clean house at 6:00.

But if that is what you want.

And like in a home you can run a vacuum because it's not gonna upset the neighbors or anything,

'cause a lot of the houses are spaced far enough apart.

But if that's the case, just arrange that with the homeowner.

Let them know that you are available, and then start as early as you dare.

But if you are in an apartment complex, it's just common courtesy not to be running the

vacuum before and about 8:00 AM.

Alrighty, that's my two cents for today, and until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

BEING AMERICAN IN FRANCE | Real Talk with an American living in Paris - Duration: 10:48.

Salut YouTube! I have got my friend Veronica with me! So my name is Veronica

I work in human resources with Rosie we're colleagues/coworkers

and I've been living in France for three years now. But your history with France or at

least French extends a little bit longer right? I started learning French in

middle school studied all through high school and then actually majored in it

it was one of my degrees as an undergrad in the US. We wanted to do a

video today really on how it feels to be an American living in France and

particularly living in Paris differently an interesting relationship between the

French and the Americans from what I perceive not being either I can see

there's a funny dynamic going on I think you were saying right there is a long

history between the two? Yep France has been America's longest ally and first

ally, going way back to like 1778. I see it almost sibling kind of

rivalry it's like a love hate type of thing going on we're going to talk about that

a little bit today because it's really interesting and how those kind of

cliches translate into what people actually live and experience when they

come to a new country. When you introduce yourself you know as Hi I'm Veronica I'm

from America what's the general first reaction of people? To be honest I would

hesitate even mentioning where I am from unless someone asked but usually I

wouldn't I wouldn't start with that as like the go-to and then once we've

gotten a feel for each other maybe I'll say oh yeah I'm actually American

because I would attempt to first have a conversation in French rather than

English and therefore people would say oh you sound Spanish or are you from

Russia you know, no one could ever quite figure it out. Why were

you kind of not so forthcoming with that? Yeah to be honest I knew the stereotypes

French people have of Americans and I didn't want to immediately fall into

that category of well she's a typical American cliche or that people assume

that that's how I'm going to act in the future. I want them to build an opinion after

having gotten to know me. What do you think are the cliches

I mean the real cliche cliches that French people have about Americans?

Some of the cliches that I really do think are correct people in

the US or Americans, even when they're abroad, are quite friendly they can start

up a conversation with anyone you don't have to necessarily know each other to

have a you know full-on conversation even if you don't build a you know deep

profound friendship after that you can you can very commonly you know run into

an American have like an hour long chat at a coffee shop or in the bus and it's

totally normal. The smiling as well I think is totally

normal if you're an American first moving to France which was a huge

thing that I always did and I've toned that down a bit. And just being

openly friendly and not being always suspicious of other people's motives but

you're just openly willing to help and and there's no underlying reason.

They're not trying to scam you. It's just being nice and trying to help.

That was something that I think is true and I think that's what French

people typically think of Americans. I can't say 100 percent of Americans but

in general. Do you feel like there are parts of your personality that you've

toned down living here in order to fit the mold a little bit? Yes so after

having lived in France for maybe like four or five months and I was getting

kind of feedback from other French people that I was getting to know either

at work or in my social life and they were you know saying oh you're too

friendly you're smiling too much, you're sugary, a sugary American

at some point I was like gosh you know I should really kind of reevaluate my

approach I really try to be less friendly definitely not smiling at

strangers in the street because that just attracts unwanted attention for all

the wrong reasons,. In Paris at least. In Paris for sure. And there are moments even

today three years later I sometimes get excited about something and then I

forget like oh you know no one else is speaking as loudly as I am. The looks

say it all like that's all you need but as well the superficiality of how we

communicate how we express ourselves the hyperboles, just everything is

grand and magnificent. It's funny like when I

hear like "pas mal" when I first heard that in French it was you know it's actually

quite good yeah where is like in English when you translate that, pas mal is like

not bad but you know it actually means like it's probably terrible you know.

Imagine if you're telling a child like oh what you did today was not bad

Yeah I mean in the workplace I was also told myself like to maybe

smile less that's almost associated with being...they can't take you seriously

If you are too nice it's like succeeding in business those things

don't really mix. Like it's always worked for me up until now

like all the opposite advice! Have you ever had any kind of negative

experiences? Yeah so now that I've been here three years I've kind of seen the

whole range of reactions to this so yes I agree

like at work I had a lot of that kind of feedback from French managers and then

in my personal relationships you know when I'm starting to meet more and more

French people yeah they'll they'll be like oh wow like they're actually

intrigued they want to know more and they'll sometimes I'll get questions

like is it really like that, do you do really have like cheerleaders and football

players like did you really have lockers? and you have to be

honest some of those things are actually quite true maybe they're a bit

exaggerated in films but yeah most of the time I was actually pleasantly

surprised in knowing that most people are intrigued and they want to know more

and they're curious and usually they won't start the conversation with

assuming that there's a stereotype but rather what is my take and is it true.

Oh nice, that's good, they're wanting to head the reality. The other

side, yeah. Overall I mean life as an American living in France how have you

seen yourself change for the better and how have you seen yourself you know

maybe on the other side have you had to give anything up that you used to really

appreciate? So it's funny because the longer I live in Paris or in France you

know the more I realize just how American I am. Now when a

French person says oh Americans can be superficial and actually I'll say maybe

it's not maybe superficiality but it's the fact that they're open to

starting a conversation maybe being friendly but that doesn't mean they're

actually your friend and we're actually more similar to the French then we'd

like to admit but French people as well you know they take a long time before

they really call you a friend yeah and Americans I think would say the

same we're just more open to that initial conversation and more open to

creating those relationships but at the end of the day I think an American

wouldn't say that you're a best friend any faster than a French person would.

The hugging, that's just so common it's

just how you greet your friends and I'm just like oh don't touch me like you

know of course it quickly comes back but it's one of those things like I'm ready

for the bise (French cheek kiss) and I keep my distance and yeah

it's so funny because when I first moved to Paris I thought wow the bise

is very intimate and in reality like all the French people were like

well no hugging is like bodily contact yeah

As well you know I think in comparison to French people I'm quite loud but when

I go back to the u.s. I'm like wow everyone is just screaming, nobody

needs to hear our conversation but that's just kind of the the thing that strikes

me every time. It amazes me how friendly and how helpful Americans want to be

even to complete in total strangers and every time I go back to the US it's

something that shocks me I was in New York a few months ago and I had run out

of money on my my metro pass or my subway pass and someone right behind me

was like oh honey don't worry like let me pay for it and he just scanned

his card for me and it was just he had no reason to, he didn't know me, we had no

prior contact but it was just so nice and like I was like struggling with my

luggage to get through. It just puts a smile on my face

and it kind of reassures me and it's just unfortunate but those are the kinds

of things that you'll never really see in Paris or very rarely see and they're

things that I'd really miss to be honest. The quality of life that I have in

France doesn't even compare to what I will probably have in the u.s. in terms

of health care and holidays and and work-life balance and it's amazing

though that in the u.s. there's yes this optimism this positive energy all the

time things could be just terrible and we still find the of the light at the

end of the tunnel no matter what, whereas in France we're immediately ready to

complain or say no. Yeah you hear"no" a lot here, it's not possible

we can't do that, it's not my job. And then the portions of the food

it gets me every time I go home and like I get so used to my small portions in

France and I go back and like I'll go to the movies

you know with with friends and I'll have this giant bucket of popcorn that's

literally like maybe ten times the size of my stomach I'm sure so the

portions just you know shocked me every time I go out to eat. If you were to move

back to the States what aspects of French life would you like to take with

you? So there's three things I guess so for one the health

care of course I think that's something that I just feel so at ease being in

Paris and knowing that I don't have to worry about whether I choose between

like paying my rent or paying for my health care. I do know that if I

ever go back to the US and work there I will miss the the

holidays I think I just I've gotten so used to having 38 days a year now and

having time in the summer, time in the spring, time in the fall. The travel

aspect as well I just I have more time to visit other countries and then

finally the quality of the food I really like the food in France,

it's such good quality and it's so diverse and just you know just the cheese alone.

Okay so now that I've had the experience of you know being newly

arrived and now I've gone through the school and education system and now

work yes in the beginning I really tried to kind of conform to the norms here but

at the end of the day you realize that you are who you are and I feel really

blessed and really lucky to say that I do have some French friends it's nice

that they accept me for who I am sometimes even want to speak English and

rather than French and so it's nice that I have found some people that allow me

to be completely myself. You don't have to become the typical Parisian woman,

you will be able to find your niche and a group of people that accept you for who

you are. That's cool, thank you so much for sharing that! Thank

you for having me. What do you guys think? Are you American living in France?

Have you visited? Have there been any sort of shocks about the sort of

questions you were asked or maybe the perceptions? Let us know in the comments

down below, we will be reading those and seeing what you guys have to say but

until then we'll see you in the next video! A bientôt!

Santa's Christmas: Learn Italian with subtitles - Story for Children and Adults "BookBox.com" - Duration: 6:04.

Santa's Christmas

By Lavina Tien

It was a beautiful

December day,

with clear blue skies

and snow-covered treetops.

Christmas was in the air!

But up

in Santa's lodge,

all was quiet.

The usual hustle and bustle

of preparing Christmas presents

was gone,

for Santa had fallen ill.

for Santa had fallen ill.

"Oh dear,

what will the children say

when they don't receive presents

this year?"

Santa

wondered sadly,

as he lay on his bed.

Suddenly, he heard a noise

from outside.

He looked out of the window

and saw his four reindeer

standing patiently as usual.

standing patiently as usual.

But they seemed

quite out of breath,

as if they had just finished

a long trip.

And as Santa took

a closer look,

he could not believe what he saw.

For

behind the reindeer was

a long train of sleds,

carrying little children

dressed in all sorts of colors.

One by one,

they hopped out

onto the snow

and headed towards

Santa's lodge.

Soon

came a knock on the door.

"Come in!"

Santa called out,

for he was extremely curious.

In came a little girl,

hugging

something soft in her arms.

"I heard that you were sick,

Mr. Santa," she began.

"So I'm giving you

my teddy bear,

to keep you company."

"Why, thank you little Emma!"

said Santa,

for he knew every child

by name.

Then entered a young boy

with a red package in his arms.

"We knew that you were ill,

Papa Santa," he said.

"So my family

knitted this

quilt for you,

to keep you warm

in the winter days."

"Why,

what a wonderful thought

Paul!"

beamed Santa,

patting him on the head.

And one by one

the children

came in through

Santa's door,

each with a special gift

to wish Santa

well.

There were cookies,

pies,

socks, mittens,

books,

jigsaw puzzles,

and even

a small Christmas tree!

"Christmas delivered to my doorstep!"

exclaimed Santa.

"Come; let us all share

these wonderful gifts."

And he gathered the children around him

in a big circle.

"Santa, which present do you

like best?"

Emma soon piped up.

"My dear little ones,"

Santa replied,

smiling.

"It is the love

and kindness that each

of you have shown to me today

that is the best present of all."

He looked fondly

at all the eager faces

at all the eager faces

around him.

"This, my little ones,

is the true meaning of Christmas."

And with that,

Santa gave

each of the children

a big, warm

holiday hug.

Competition Litigation: Procedural strategy. Final Episode #5/5 - Duration: 2:53.

Hello in a series of vlogs

I have highlighted a number of issues which have relevance in determining procedural strategy and competition education

One of the first questions facing a claimant is where to bring a claim I

Noticed that the Netherlands offers advantages for claimants and defendants alike

Which makes the Netherlands the top jurisdiction for such claims in Europe?

the second question for a claimant and defendant is which parties to sue or to bring third party claims against

Relevant factors are the financial standing of the potential

Counterparty what their role in the infringement was and their procedural strategy

What is that likely to be?

An important question is also whether to sue just one party or whether it is advisable to bring against a bigger group

for the defendant the question arises early whether to bring particular defenses in the administrative procedure or

to reserve such arguments for the Civil Procedure

Relevant in this respect is the chances of success before the relevant courts

It requires strategic thinking already in the Administrative Procedure

to determine what your strategy is going to be and

the last question we discussed was whether and when to settle and if so on what

Terms this question is relevant from day one until the proceedings are closed

and it will depend on the strategy of the other parties where the settlement is feasible and attractive a

Fight to the end can take a long time and it can also involve more costs moreover

The outcome is uncertain the judge could award more or less damages than the amount

Suggested in the settlement or it could reject the claim entirely

However, a judgement could create a precedent which could be useful if you're a claims vehicle considering bringing other claims

a

Complicating factor with settlement in such cases. Is that often? There are numerous

Defendants, so you have to get agreement between the defendants if you want a multilateral

settlement

my aim in producing these vlogs is to emphasize the need for

strategic thinking in these complicated cases

If any of the issues, I've raised give food for thought and you would like to exchange your views on this

Please feel free to contact me

Columbia River & The Kadashev Civilization Classification System - Duration: 3:09.

It is way the heck too bright out there to shoot. I'm in St. Helens, Oregon on my

Ahoy beloved sibling it is I, Aaron Freeman,

a sciency optimist, thinking about the Kardaschev classification of

civilizations Nikolai Kardashev was a Soviet astrophysicist who classified

civilizations based on how they obtained their energy in his classification

system the earth is at the 0 a class 1 a class one civilization utilizes all the

energy that falls upon it from its nearest star we ain't there yet but the

Columbia River has headwaters far far north from here up into Canada and

stretching through multiple states in the Pacific Northwest various streams

and Channel come together to create this massive river with a tremendously

energetic flow that flow is harnessed to produce electricity to irrigate crops

and do all kinds of other fascinating stuff what's really cool about it is

that all this wonderful power generating water begins with snow this is all

melted snow from all those places but that's not where the power comes from

the power comes from the gravity of the earth the snow that melts and becomes

the head water which becomes the Columbia which is then dammed and the

power of its currents channeled to produce hydroelectric power is merely

responding to the curvature of space-time that is attended to the

mass of the earth the ability the channel and use that curvature of

space-time is a significant step sesame in our journey to become a class one

civilization of course we have a long way to go we've just barely begun to

experiment on how to collect all the energy that's in ocean waves we're

making moderate progress toward collecting and storing sunlight moderate

progress toward using the wind were professor Kardashev standing right in

front of me I would say to him okay we're still a class zero civilization

but we're working here!

Thank You ginormously much for watching all the

way to the end beloved sibling I post new science II optimistic videos every

pet owner gift - Duration: 3:13.

So, now we're going to make a really cute gift for your friend with a cat or a dog.

This Paw Pairings Superfood Seasoning, which is awesome, and I think it makes a really

nice gift, and it's good for cats or dogs.

And so, I'm going to take this cute little bag and I'm just going to put my green fill

in there.

Then I'm going to take my jar of Paw Pairings.

Oh, I get this at petfoodplan.com, in case you're interested.

And then I'm going to just go in the middle of my bag and just fold it in like a fan from

each end.

And I'm going to take my wire, which I've already folded in half, and I'm just going

to pull this through the slipknot and bring it around -- again, bring it around to the

back and I'm just going to tie a knot.

I'm going to take my Mini Bowdabra.

I'm going to take some Bowdabra Bow Wire, which I've folded it in half, and lay it down

into my Mini Bowdabra and tuck the ends underneath.

And then what I'm going to do is take this sheer ribbon, and I'm just going to dovetail

the ends.

Then I'm going to take this, fold it in half, and put that right into the center of my Mini

Bowdabra.

I'm going to take this cute little animal print ribbon and I'm just going to put this

here into my Bowdabra.

And I'm just putting a little crease in the middle as I lay it down.

Then I'm going to fold it back over and just scrunch that into my Mini Bowdabra.

Find the center, do my little crease and put that into the Mini Bowdabra.

Then I have a little pom-pom that I actually just tied a piece of thread on it, so I could

lay that in the center of my Mini Bowdabra.

Then I'm going to take my two ends, pull them through my slipknot, hold the bow tight, then

pull the Bowdabra Wire, and bring it around to the back.

And I'm just going to tie a knot.

Just shape my bow here.

Tie it around the gift.

And I'm going to tie it and knot it, and I'm going to leave the ends, so I can tie a little

card onto it.

And I'm just going to shape it.

And you have this really cute little gift, and it's very healthy because of the Paw Pairings

from petfoodplan.com are really, really healthy for your dog and your cat.

Please do me a favor and click the Subscribe button below, and also, like us at Bowdabra

HOW TO Quickly Make Round Holes In Large Stacked Quantities Of Paper: Multiple Sheets, Books Etc - Duration: 3:34.

Paper, paper, paper, paper hole

The standard method to make a hole would be to

use a drill bit.

So let's see what results it gives here, using a wood drill bit.

It kinda works, I mean, you do get a hole, but it does create a lot of tear out, and

does not give the best of finishes.

Let's now try the DIY expert method.

For this, we will need a small metal pipe and will need to sharpen it into a circular

cutting device.

Now, play that funky music white boy!

Oh boy!

And this is what happens when you do not press with enough force on the drill and start with

a slow speed, the drill bit wanders and makes a mess...

Second try!

Not 100% perfectly round...

Bit of pressed borders...

small amount of tear out...

Although the hole is not 100% perfect, it does look better than our with sample piece.

So all in all, a method that works, and if you make sure your cutting bit is really sharp,

the book is nicely clamped down, and if you can find a drill press, you can do much better

yourself!

Renault z dużym wzrostem sprzedaży - Duration: 4:37.

Renault podsumowało pierwszą połowę bieżącego roku. Francuzi mogą mieć powody do radości

W skali świata sprzedaż wszystkich należących do Renault marek zwiększyła się o blisko 10 proc

(9,8 proc.). O 0,2 proc. (do 4,3 proc.) poprawił się też udział Grupy Renault w światowym rynku motoryzacyjnym

Reklama  Wszystkie kluczowe marki zanotowały lepszy wynik niż przed rokiem. W skali świata Francuzi dostarczyli klientom 2 067 695 pojazdów

Aż 1 378 583 z nich miało na masce znaczek Renault. Całkowita sprzedaż Dacii w pierwszym półroczu zamknęła się liczbą 378 095 sprzedanych samochodów

Wysoki, wynoszący aż 24 proc., wzrost odnotowała też Łada. Gorzej niż przed rokiem kształtowała się natomiast sprzedaż Renault Samsung Motors (- 26,9 proc

W Europie sprzedaż marek należących do francuskiego koncernu wzrosła o 4,4 proc

, co oznacza 1 070 718 nowo zarejestrowanych samochodów. Udział w rynku europejskim wyniósł 11,0 proc

(+ 0,2 proc.).   Poza Starym Kontynentem liczba nowo zarejestrowanych samochodów Grupy Renault wzrosła o 16,4 proc

Wzrost sprzedaży odnotowano w Ameryce Środkowej i Południowej (+18,1 proc.), w regionie Azji-Pacyfiku (+69,5 proc

) i w Eurazji (+15,1 proc.). Natomiast w Afryce, na Bliskim Wschodzie i w Indiach Francuzi zanotowali spadek zainteresowania swoimi produktami (-4,5 proc

Wyłączyli pralkę i wydobyli dziecko z bębna

Matka dziecka postanowiła opisać sprawę na Facebooku, by przestrzec innych rodziców i wyczulić ich, by zabraniali swoim dzieciom zabaw z pralką

Do niemal identycznego przypadku doszło miesiąc temu w Polsce. Trzylatek zatrzasnął się w pralce w czasie wspólnej zabawy z siostrą

Dzieci bawiły się w chowanego. Chłopiec w ciężkim stanie trafił do szpitala w Słupsku

Nie udało się go uratować. Źródło: dailymail.co.uk
