Youtube daily report Jul 18 2018

have you ever had a boyfriend?

no i have never had one before, sadly :(

where are you planning to go to college?

are you going to stay in indo / go abroad?

i don't know yet tbh

i think that would depend

on whatever major i take.

there's a lot of things to be discussed

between my parents and i.

it's still a long way to go, but

it's better to be early.

how did you get so fluent in english? any tips?

i'm planning to make a video about this

so just you wait.

ok but if i were really to give you one tip:

absorb as much information as you can

in english (OK THAT WAS SO VAGUE but oh well)

i'll share more tips on my upcoming video!

why do you vlog in english? are you used to it

or do you like using english?

yes, i am pretty used to speaking in english

even my first language is english

this is because i've been exposed to english

at a very young age

as a toddler, i was always taught to speak english

but as i grew older, my social circle expanded

i joined a lot of competitions, even went on national tv

and because of that i was obligated to use indonesian

and in fact, now i think i speak indonesian more fluently

so the whole purpose of vlogging in english

is to improve my english speaking skills

because i still lack in that specific aspect.

i'm trying my best to improve! :)

how did you train yourself to be that good in singing?

personally

i don't think my voice is that good... like....

i'm very insecure about it

when people praise me,

i really doubt that they're being genuine (???)

if you really want tips for that, i'd recommend asking

a professional singer.

at home, who gets angry at you the most?

why?

this question is so weird istg

hmmm i think

that person would probably be

obviously my mom

she's an expert at lecturing me

somehow i get the vibe that she thinks

i can do nothing right

which may be a valid reason but still!

but i love her nontheless

i miss you :(

you know you can always dm me

if you miss me

or like... we can hangout or something

we should hangout

how did you learn the ukulele?

can you share some tips and tricks?

i learnt it on my own

i've learned to play the guitar before

and the basics for guitar are more or less the same with

that of the ukulele

the uke uses simpler finger placements for the chords

if you've learned the guitar before,

you can play the uke in no time.

i learnt to play the uke in a day

just by looking at chord diagrams online

and trying them out

mangoes!!!

i'll answer while i eat, okay?

have you ever felt so empty and hopeless in life?

like you feel like you're tired of trying but

you're never satisfied

how do you find a solution to that?

i feel this way a lot

probably more times than you can imagine

that's life.

in times like this, my mom would always say to me

don't let your thoughts crowd in your own head

so it's better to not

keep your problems to yourself.

you gotta share with someone.

it can be someone you trust, or

someone that you know will try to lend a hand

for example, your parent(s),

i always share things with my mom

you can talk to your friends too.

and

if you're really stuck,

if you feel like your efforts have come to a dead end

leave it all to God.

pray. that's the best solution.

k wait what am i doing omg

sorry if you feel like i'm trying to tell you

how to live your life

but yea

i do believe that praying is extremely powerful.

God is good.

kesh, how do you feel if you have fans that tell you what

to do and show off as if you're theirs and theirs only?

i don't understand

i mean, do whatever you want with me

just don't hurt anyone

or tick people off

omg i sound like an actual consultant

whatevs

why do you never cover worship songs?

it's not that i've never done it

i've done a cover of a worship song in the past

i'll link it up here

ok but

finding good instrumental music to sing to is hard ok?

to be honest, i don't know a lot of worship songs, sorry

my knowledge on those is very limited

but anyways, good suggestion

i'll think about it

thanks for reminding me!

what's your skin care routine?

i just wash my face, apply toner, and i'm ready to roll!

oh and sometimes i also put on my acne treatment gel

if i'm breaking out real bad.

but i actually have an appointment with my dermatologist for some of

the acne treating products i use

which is why i'm not making a skincare routine video yet

since i get most of my products from a dermatologist

i can't exactly 'recommend' them to you guys

skincare routines are supposed to make you get an

insight on how to treat the skin problems you have

with products anyone can have access to buy.

like, you know, stores.

oh and face masks are also a part of my skincare routine

as well as exfoliating

once every 2-3 days

i just washed the mask off

my skin is clean now :3

and i've just applied my toner, so

let's continue this thing, shall we?

have you ever felt like you're insecure with your own voice?

how did you solve that problem [if you've encountered it]?

i feel that way probably 95% of the time.

the rest of the time

i'm confident with my voice because i feel that

a certain song suits my voice really well

i can't tell you a solution, because

i haven't found one myself

i have not fully dealt with the problem yet

i'm trying but

it's really hard.

sometimes i wonder why my voice doesn't sound

good as i used to

thanks to puberty, i can't reach the high notes i could've

reached 1-2 years ago

when i joined the voice kids back then.

it's a part of growing up

it's a part of puberty

but we have to cope with that.

i tried experimenting with two songs

that are from two completely different genre

one is from a genre i'm comfortable with, like pop

the other is from a genre i've never even touched before

something like rock

or maybe r&b

if i'm able to 'master' those two songs

i'd improve my vocal skills

i think i'll be more confident if my skills got better

what's your favorite food?

are you seriously making me choose...

now my favorite food is chocolate

it used to be cheese but i've fallen in love with chocolate man

i hated chocolate though

if you were to give me

chocolate and cheese, i'd pick cheese back then.

i'd choose chocolate now :)

but it depends

i am absolutely crazy for dark chocolate

it's bittersweet

just like... life.

why should fried noodles be boiled first instead of frying? it's called fried noodles.

[keshya is malfunctioning]

wait you boil it first???

ERROR CODE:404

do you prefer to have siblings or stay being an only child?

being an only child is waaaay better ofc

my friends who have siblings always say i'm lucky

being an only child is all fun and games until you get lonely

but i have a good support system -

my family and friends -

so have everything i need

anytime i feel lonely i'd just have to reach out to them.

being an only child is great

but you have to channel your loneliness in a more

positive way.

i find aladdin so charming, like... wow.

not to mention, jasmine....

a whole queen.

i never really liked cartoons though,

even as a child, i preferred watching 'real people'

instead of 2D

but with disney cartoons,

it's a different story.

i'd watch disney over real people any day.

how did it feel when you first had braces? did it hurt?

i've had no major problems with them so far

since my orthodontist is my mom's friend

mo asked her if she could gradually put them on (?)

so it won't hurt as much

i had to film a tv series back then

i needed time to adjust myself with my braces

and i did not have the time.

so my dentist resolved to simply

attaching the porcelain brackets

and the cords, but no power chains.

so it won't do anything to my teeth.

basically i was using them for 'decorative purposes' only

my dentist attached the power chains

right after my filming schedules ended.

my teeth started hurting at that stage.

but it hurt more when my dentist pulled of my teeth.

my teeth used to be all over the place

so i had to get some of them pulled out

and i got 5 permanent teeth removed.

it hurt like crazy.

i was put under anaesthesia

but once it wore off,

the pain comes.

i couldn't sleep

i'm using porcelain brackets now,

so it doesn't inflict as much pain as metal brackets do.

everyone's case is different, but in mine,

my greatest pain was when i got my teeth pulled out.

i'd be taking either business,

graphic design

or visual communication.

then

as i go to college, i'd be setting up a business

on social media, which involves selling

my art

in whatever form that might be

i'm very indecisive so

my plans may change in the future

i might not feel this way tomorrow, we never know.

thank you for watching

if you managed to watch till this very second,

thank you.

listening to me talk for 17 minutes was a pain in the ass

you pulled through! thank you!

please comment down below

on what you think and how i can improve

so that my videos will be better in the future.

i'd like to sincerely apologize for not answering all of

your questions.

there were a lot of questions, almost 1.000 i think

it's impossible for one girl to attend to all those questions, right?

and despite answering the most liked questions

and questions that made it to my top comments

i'm selecting your comments at random

because i literally

thought of doing a video today. merely 20 minutes ago.

i was planning to make it first thing tomorrow

but y'all know me i can't wake up early

it's time for me to schleep

Should You Own a Dog? The Benefits of Owning a Dog! - Duration: 4:50.

hi everybody and welcome back to relax my dog today me and Milo here are

going to be talking about whether you guys should own a dog and what the

benefits you can get from owning a dog so if you do want to learn a little bit

more about that or you're just intrigued or that sort of thing this video is

definitely for you before we get started definitely do go down below to the

comments and let us know what you think a benefit of having your dog is

obviously everyone is individual and their dogs are individuals so definitely

do let us know down below what you sort of benefits you find with your dog

we would absolutely love to know here at relax my dog I think with Milo who is

really really far behind me, I think one of my benefits with Milo is he just

makes me laugh all the time he's such a funny dog so we have about seven

different benefits to go through so let's get started now the first one is

an obvious one if you have a dog like Milo and that is that it increases your

mood dogs can be incredibly funny and just a great sort of thing to be around

so that is definitely a really really good benefit from having a dog

because it does increase it your mood massively and even studies show I think

that if you stroke a dog once a day actually makes you happier so I'm all

about stroking Milo now number two is that dogs are actually

known to sort of protect children both from a sort of physical point of view

they can be very very protective over different children if all the dogs

approach them etc as well they can also protect your child from allergies and

also skin conditions as well obviously if your child is around dogs that carry

lots of bacterias and everything like that your childrens sort of immune system

becomes used to that and so they don't really get allergies or skin conditions

which is a really really good one as well and number three is one that that

is really very important and that is that they make you enjoy the outdoors

alot more because obviously you take them for walks and you just enjoy the

outdoors with them Milo obviously is a border collie he needs a lot of exercise

and so whenever we take him out for walk he just absolutely loves it he goes

absolutely crazy and even me saying the word

"walk" he gets excited number four only applies to certain people and that is it dogs are

excellent service dogs for example they are great service dogs for the blind etc

so that is a very good quality for dogs to have as well as that dogs are also

really good alert animals as well so if anything is going to be happening

or they're just very alert about what's going on in their environment

Milo is very much a good service dog we can actually give him something and tell him

to go and give it someone else and he'll pick it up and go and take it over to them he's

very very clever our next one is really really interesting and that is that

having pets helps your children in other ways as well such as in school and it's

actually proven in different studies that if your child has a dog that they

are regularly around in their household they are less likely to miss school and

they actually have a better self-esteem and therefore the children might

actually make sort of stressful situations such as that their school

studies they actually find them a little bit easier to handle which is really really

important now our next one is that it increases

your social interactions I always say if you're taking your dog out for walks you

might meet all the dogs and other owners out and about and your dog will stop and

sniff them and it sort of increases your social interaction as well with that

I've actually got a really good example of this when I took Milo into central

Manchester for a meeting with the head office of relax my dog when we were

waiting to go home we actually got stopped plenty of times by lots of

different people wanting to take pictures with milo just because it's a dog and

or wanted to stroke him or just basically looking at him it was really

cute and Milo absolutely loved all of the fuss that just shows that it

really does increase your social interactions especially if you do take them

for walks take them for meetings etc and then our last benefit is that there are

never any dull moments at all obviously if you do have a dog in your household

you know that they are completely and utterly everywhere they're literally

wanting to go here wanting to go there always wanting their toys always wanting

treats they're always sort of you're always preoccupied by your dog and that

just shows that there is never a dull moment at all especially with Milo who

is an absolute character he's so so funny I have to do a video all

about Milo's different characteristics because he is a very weird dog we don't

really get to see a lot in the video so yeah let me know if you'd like to see

that down below but thank you so so much for watching don't forget to give

this a big thumbs up if you enjoyed it also do forget to comment down below

letting me know what your benefits are of your dog obviously these are sort of

more about Milo but definitely do let us know down below also don't forget to

subscribe if you haven't already and you would like to we also have our gorgeous

t-shirts here we do a giveaway every single week here at relax my dog all

How To SQUAT Properly | Mobility Exercises (Fix Your Form) - Duration: 6:50.

- Hi you guys, Ashley here from Performance Ground, and today, we're gonna have a look

at fixing your squat.

So we've got Martina here.

She's gonna show us how to perform some ankle mobility drills, to improve your squat.

So there you have it, there's a way to assess your squat, and to improve your ankle mobility

and range.

So have a go at these, and let us know how you get on.

If you have any other ankle mobility drills or anything that you use, leave them in the

comments section below.

We'll have a look, and we'll get back to you on those.

If you like this video, hit like, and don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.

- So a squat can be affected, not just by your ankle dorsiflexion, but also by spinal

extension, but also hips and hip mobility.

But today, we're going to focus on ankle mobility.

So Ash here is going to demonstrate a squat for us.

He's first going to demonstrate a good squat, and then we'll go into a relatively bad squat.

So, he's going to take a normal squat position, with his feet wider than his hips.

He's going to break from his hips, bend his knees, and squat down.

So, as you can see, Ash's ankles say on the floor; and heels, his heels stay on the floor.

Hips go back, chest is up, and also back is relatively flat.

So, if you have tight ankles, and you're limited in dorsiflexion, which is when you're doing

this movement and pulling your toes up.

If squat, the main two issues would be that you can either not be able to go past parallel,

so just stop there.

Or, if you go back up, you can go past parallel, but then your heels lift off the floor there,

and that is not ideal because you're not stable, especially if you have a weight on your back.

A good way of testing your ankle mobility is by using the knee-to-wall test.

So, Ash is going to start off with his toes touching the wall, and he's going to try and

reach his knee to the wall.

So, you keep moving back, until you cannot reach your knee to the wall anymore.

So, a good indication would be around 10 to 15 centimeter distance from the wall, between

the toes and the wall.

So Ash here has relatively good ankle mobility.

So this can be used as this test, but it can also be used as a stretch.

So you can use it either in your warm-up, or even between sets to mobilize your ankles.

So, when you want to do it that way, you're just going to reach to the wall, hold it for

a few seconds, and then back, and go again.

And repeat this for around 10 times, take a little break, if you're going to do it again,

two or three sets, or as do it in between your exercises.

So three ways that we can mobilize our ankles, are by doing SMR, with is Self Myofasial Release,

also stretching your calf and your soleus, as well as soft tissue destruction or mobilization,

which we use with bands and also without bands.

So we start off with the foam roller, which is SMR.

So Ash is going to lay on the floor, and he's going to foam roll his calf, both lengthways

and also across the fasial.

He can move slowly from one side to the other, or up and down, but when he finds a relatively

tight area, he's going to hold it for around 20 to 30 seconds, and this should act as a

trigger point and also release the fasial.

So, you can leave your hips on the floor, and then if you want to put a little bit more

pressure you can either lift your hips up, or as cross your feet on top of each other.

And, in this case, you can also use a lacrosse ball, or a relatively hard ball, a golf ball,

tennis ball, and even a barbell.

So next stretch we're going to go in to is using either a box or a stair, if you don't

have a box available.

And this is going to stretch both your calves and your soleus.

So Ash is going to step on the box with his heels hanging off.

And this foot can be placed on the box, just so that it's used for balance.

So if you leave your leg straight, you're stretching your calf a bit more, and then

if you bend your knee you're going to get into the lower bit which is this bit, and

that's the soleus.

So, do stretch both of them, you can hold, if you've got really tight calves, you can

hold both stretches for around 20, 30 seconds each, and you can do this two or three times

on each leg as well.

Perfect.

And then the last stretch we're going to do, is going into a down dog position, having

your hips up high.

There.

And Ash over here, he's going to make sure that he's pressing his heels into the floor

as well.

He can bend his knees, and after a while he's going to pedal his feet out, so going alternate,

one at a time.

You can also do this by placing one foot on top of the other ankle, and emphasizing one

leg more than the other, and then swapping over.

So the last thing we're going to talk about is soft tissue mobilization.

So this is working on the joints and how they glide on top of each other.

So, basically, Ash is going to start in an avalanche position, facing, yeah, that way.

So first one, is just that he is going to start-off with the knee over the ankle, but

then he's going to move forwards, while keeping this heel on the floor.

In this case, Ash is using his own body weight to put pressure down on his knee, to make

it harder on the ankle joints.

We can progress that by holding a plate, or a dumbbell, whatever you have available, over

your knee, and again, really pushing your knee over your toe while keeping your heel

on the floor.

So the last one we can use is with a band, which is a type of destruction, so if I take

the weight.

- Yeah.

- So the band is going to be coming from behind.

Ash is going to loop his foot in, go quite forwards, and make sure the band is pulling

quite a bit.

And by doing this, you creating space in that joint.

So in this position, what you doing is you're creating space in between the joints, and

you're helping how the bones glide on top of each other, which will then should increase

the mobility in your ankle.

- So there you have it.

There's a way to assess your squat, and to improve your ankle mobility and range.

So, have a go at these, and let us know how you get on.

If you have any other ankle mobility drills or anything you use, leave them in the comments

section below, we'll have a look, and we'll get back to you on those.

If you like this video, hit like, and don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.

Cool.

- [Cameraman] Just didn't get that, hold on.

I am a Rifle Shooter | Youth Olympic Games - Duration: 1:09.

I am Sofia and I'm a Rifle Shooter.

What I like most about rifle shooting is,

that unlike other sports,

it's more about concentration.

Other sports are all about your physique

this sport is not just about that.

Mental focus is the most important thing.

When you are aiming,

you realize that the target is very small,

and the difficulty is not really in hitting it once

but repeating the same movement and trying to

do it well every single time.

My dream is to compete in the Olympic Games, and in fact

participating in the Youth Olympic Games

would be a very important starting point for me.

It would be a huge achievement and incredibly satisfying.

⭐ Q & A⭐ (Boyfriend, Self-Confidence & Motivation) | keshya - Duration: 16:42.

have you ever had a boyfriend?

no i have never had one before, sadly :(

where are you planning to go to college?

are you going to stay in indo / go abroad?

i don't know yet tbh

i think that would depend

on whatever major i take.

there's a lot of things to be discussed

between my parents and i.

it's still a long way to go, but

it's better to be early.

how did you get so fluent in english? any tips?

i'm planning to make a video about this

so just you wait.

ok but if i were really to give you one tip:

absorb as much information as you can

in english (OK THAT WAS SO VAGUE but oh well)

i'll share more tips on my upcoming video!

why do you vlog in english? are you used to it

or do you like using english?

yes, i am pretty used to speaking in english

even my first language is english

this is because i've been exposed to english

at a very young age

as a toddler, i was always taught to speak english

but as i grew older, my social circle expanded

i joined a lot of competitions, even went on national tv

and because of that i was obligated to use indonesian

and in fact, now i think i speak indonesian more fluently

so the whole purpose of vlogging in english

is to improve my english speaking skills

because i still lack in that specific aspect.

i'm trying my best to improve! :)

how did you train yourself to be that good in singing?

personally

i don't think my voice is that good... like....

i'm very insecure about it

when people praise me,

i really doubt that they're being genuine (???)

if you really want tips for that, i'd recommend asking

a professional singer.

at home, who gets angry at you the most?

why?

this question is so weird istg

hmmm i think

that person would probably be

obviously my mom

she's an expert at lecturing me

somehow i get the vibe that she thinks

i can do nothing right

which may be a valid reason but still!

but i love her nontheless

i miss you :(

you know you can always dm me

if you miss me

or like... we can hangout or something

we should hangout

how did you learn the ukulele?

can you share some tips and tricks?

i learnt it on my own

i've learned to play the guitar before

and the basics for guitar are more or less the same with

that of the ukulele

the uke uses simpler finger placements for the chords

if you've learned the guitar before,

you can play the uke in no time.

i learnt to play the uke in a day

just by looking at chord diagrams online

and trying them out

mangoes!!!

i'll answer while i eat, okay?

have you ever felt so empty and hopeless in life?

like you feel like you're tired of trying but

you're never satisfied

how do you find a solution to that?

i feel this way a lot

probably more times than you can imagine

that's life.

in times like this, my mom would always say to me

don't let your thoughts crowd in your own head

so it's better to not

keep your problems to yourself.

you gotta share with someone.

it can be someone you trust, or

someone that you know will try to lend a hand

for example, your parent(s),

i always share things with my mom

you can talk to your friends too.

and

if you're really stuck,

if you feel like your efforts have come to a dead end

leave it all to God.

pray. that's the best solution.

k wait what am i doing omg

sorry if you feel like i'm trying to tell you

how to live your life

but yea

i do believe that praying is extremely powerful.

God is good.

kesh, how do you feel if you have fans that tell you what

to do and show off as if you're theirs and theirs only?

i don't understand

i mean, do whatever you want with me

just don't hurt anyone

or tick people off

omg i sound like an actual consultant

whatevs

why do you never cover worship songs?

it's not that i've never done it

i've done a cover of a worship song in the past

i'll link it up here

ok but

finding good instrumental music to sing to is hard ok?

to be honest, i don't know a lot of worship songs, sorry

my knowledge on those is very limited

but anyways, good suggestion

i'll think about it

thanks for reminding me!

what's your skin care routine?

i just wash my face, apply toner, and i'm ready to roll!

oh and sometimes i also put on my acne treatment gel

if i'm breaking out real bad.

but i actually have an appointment with my dermatologist for some of

the acne treating products i use

which is why i'm not making a skincare routine video yet

since i get most of my products from a dermatologist

i can't exactly 'recommend' them to you guys

skincare routines are supposed to make you get an

insight on how to treat the skin problems you have

with products anyone can have access to buy.

like, you know, stores.

oh and face masks are also a part of my skincare routine

as well as exfoliating

once every 2-3 days

i just washed the mask off

my skin is clean now :3

and i've just applied my toner, so

let's continue this thing, shall we?

have you ever felt like you're insecure with your own voice?

how did you solve that problem [if you've encountered it]?

i feel that way probably 95% of the time.

the rest of the time

i'm confident with my voice because i feel that

a certain song suits my voice really well

i can't tell you a solution, because

i haven't found one myself

i have not fully dealt with the problem yet

i'm trying but

it's really hard.

sometimes i wonder why my voice doesn't sound

good as i used to

thanks to puberty, i can't reach the high notes i could've

reached 1-2 years ago

when i joined the voice kids back then.

it's a part of growing up

it's a part of puberty

but we have to cope with that.

i tried experimenting with two songs

that are from two completely different genre

one is from a genre i'm comfortable with, like pop

the other is from a genre i've never even touched before

something like rock

or maybe r&b

if i'm able to 'master' those two songs

i'd improve my vocal skills

i think i'll be more confident if my skills got better

what's your favorite food?

are you seriously making me choose...

now my favorite food is chocolate

it used to be cheese but i've fallen in love with chocolate man

i hated chocolate though

if you were to give me

chocolate and cheese, i'd pick cheese back then.

i'd choose chocolate now :)

but it depends

i am absolutely crazy for dark chocolate

it's bittersweet

just like... life.

why should fried noodles be boiled first instead of frying? it's called fried noodles.

[keshya is malfunctioning]

wait you boil it first???

ERROR CODE:404

do you prefer to have siblings or stay being an only child?

being an only child is waaaay better ofc

my friends who have siblings always say i'm lucky

being an only child is all fun and games until you get lonely

but i have a good support system -

my family and friends -

so have everything i need

anytime i feel lonely i'd just have to reach out to them.

being an only child is great

but you have to channel your loneliness in a more

positive way.

i find aladdin so charming, like... wow.

not to mention, jasmine....

a whole queen.

i never really liked cartoons though,

even as a child, i preferred watching 'real people'

instead of 2D

but with disney cartoons,

it's a different story.

i'd watch disney over real people any day.

how did it feel when you first had braces? did it hurt?

i've had no major problems with them so far

since my orthodontist is my mom's friend

mo asked her if she could gradually put them on (?)

so it won't hurt as much

i had to film a tv series back then

i needed time to adjust myself with my braces

and i did not have the time.

so my dentist resolved to simply

attaching the porcelain brackets

and the cords, but no power chains.

so it won't do anything to my teeth.

basically i was using them for 'decorative purposes' only

my dentist attached the power chains

right after my filming schedules ended.

my teeth started hurting at that stage.

but it hurt more when my dentist pulled of my teeth.

my teeth used to be all over the place

so i had to get some of them pulled out

and i got 5 permanent teeth removed.

it hurt like crazy.

i was put under anaesthesia

but once it wore off,

the pain comes.

i couldn't sleep

i'm using porcelain brackets now,

so it doesn't inflict as much pain as metal brackets do.

everyone's case is different, but in mine,

my greatest pain was when i got my teeth pulled out.

i'd be taking either business,

graphic design

or visual communication.

then

as i go to college, i'd be setting up a business

on social media, which involves selling

my art

in whatever form that might be

i'm very indecisive so

my plans may change in the future

i might not feel this way tomorrow, we never know.

thank you for watching

💖 Summer Romance Look | Talking Angela GRWM - Duration: 1:47.

Hey, little kitties!

It's summertime!

And that means…

VACATION!

This year, I'm spending my summer holiday on a cute little island full of glorious beaches

and delicious tropical fruits.

They make the best smoothies here!

So far, I've been snorkeling, took a jetski ride, relaxed on the beach with a pile of

my favorite magazines, and done some sunbathing too - with three layers of sunscreen on...

just to be safe!

Being lobster red is never a good, healthy look.

Unless you're a lobster, obviously.

The warm breeze of the ocean and the starry sky make this the perfect setting for a romantic

summer date night.

And it's just the occasion to take my new dress out for a spin.

How gorgeous is this dark blue mini with sparkly shooting stars?!

Quick, make a wish!

Hihi!

I think I'll go matchy-matchy with a pair of sparkly heels in the same color, but I'll

bring some contrast to the look with my pinky-red hair!

Oh, I almost forgot about makeup!

I'm feeling a smokey eye and a few coats of mascara, some pink lipstick

and, to complete the look, a swipe of highlighter for that dewy summer glow.

Love it!

This makeup definitely calls for a selfie!

But before I head out, I'm gonna play a game... or three of Talking Tom Jetski 2.

It's my newest obsession and I have some time anyway before Tom gets ready.

You should totally download and play it too!

It's so much fun!

Talk to you soon, little kitties!

Don't forget to subscribe to my channel and check out more of my videos.

And I hope you enjoy your holiday as much as I'm enjoying mine!

7 Steps To Manifest Anything (Law of Attraction) - Duration: 11:53.

We all possess more power and greater possibilities than we realize, and visualizing is one of

the greatest of these powers.

It brings other possibilities to our observation.

Visualizing keeps your mind in order, and attracts to you the things you need to make

life more enjoyable in an orderly way.

If you train yourself in practice of deliberately picturing your desire and

carefully examining it, you will soon find your thought and desires come and proceed

in more orderly procession than ever before.

Having reached a state of ordered mentality you are no longer in a constant state of mental

hurry.

Hurry is fear and consequently destructive.

In other words, when your understanding grasps the power to visualize your heart's desire

and hold it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite

to the fulfillment of that picture by the harmonious vibrations of the law

of attraction.

You realize that since order is heavens first law, and visualization places things in their

natural element, then it must be a heavenly thing

to visualize.

Everyone visualizes, whether they know it or not.

Visualizing is the great secret of success.

The conscious use of this great power attracts to you greatly multiplied

resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make

use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognize.

We now fly through the air, not because anyone has been able to change the laws of nature,

but because the inventor of the flying machine learned how

to apply nature's laws and, by making orderly use of them, produced

the desired result.

So far as natural forces are concerned, nothing has changed since the beginning.

There was no airplanes in the year one, because those

of that generation could not conceive the idea as a practical

working possibility.

"It has not yet been done" was the argument, "and it cannot be done."

Yet the laws and materials for practical flying machines existed

then as now.

With such an example before you, can you not realize that still greater secrets may be

disclosed?

Also That you hold the key within yourself, with which to

unlock the secret chamber that contains your heart's desire?

All that is necessary in order that you may use this

key and make your life exactly what you wish it to be, is a careful

inquiry into the unseen causes which stand back of every external and visible condition.

Then bring these unseen causes into harmony with your conception,

and you will find that you can make practical working realities of

possibilities which at present seem but fantastic dreams.

In visualizing, or making a mental picture, you are not endeavoring to change the laws

of Nature.

You are fulfilling them.

Your object in visualizing is to bring things into regular order both mentally and physically.

When you realize that this method of employing the creative power brings your desires, one

after another, into practical material accomplishment, your confidence

in the mysterious but unfailing law of attraction, which has

its central power station in the very heart of your word/picture, becomes supreme.

Nothing can shake it.

You never feel that it is necessary to take anything

from anybody else.

You have learned that asking and seeking have receiving and finding as their correlatives.

You know that all you have to do is to start the plastic substance of

the Universe flowing into the thought molds your picture desire provides.

Suggestions for making your mental picture.

Perhaps you want to feel that you've lived to some purpose.

You want to be content and happy, and you feel that

with good health and with successful business you could enjoy this state of mind.

After you have decided once and for all that this is what you want, you

proceed to picture yourself healthy, and your business just as great a

success as you can naturally conceive it growing into.

The best time for making your definite picture is just before breakfast and before retiring

at night.

As it is necessary to give yourself plenty of time,

it may be necessary to rise earlier than is your usual habit.

Go into a room where you will not be disturbed, meditate

for a few moments upon the practical working of the law of

visualizing, and ask yourself, "How did the things about me first come into existence?

How may I find it helpful to get more quickly in touch with the invisible

supply?"

Someone felt that comfort would be better expressed and experienced by sitting on a

chair than on the floor.

The very beginning of the meditation, the chair,

was the desire to be at ease.

With this came the picture of some sort of chair.

The same principle applies to the hat and the clothes that you wear.

Go carefully into this thought of the principle back of the thing.

Establish it as a personal experience; make it a fact to your consciousness.

If you are thorough in this, you will find yourself in the deep consciousness beneath

the surface of your own thought power.

Then open a window, take about ten deep breaths, and during the time draw a large imaginary

circle of light around you.

As you inhale (keeping yourself in the center of this circle of light) see great rays of

light coming from the circle and entering your body at all points, centralizing itself

at your solar plex.

Hold the breath a few moments at this central light of your body (the solar plex) then slowly

exhale.

As you do this mentally, see imaginary rays, or sprays,

of light going up through the body and down and out through the

feet.

Mentally spray your entire body with this imaginary light.

When you have finished the breathing exercise, sit in a comfortable upright chair and mentally

know there is but one life, one substance, and this life substance

of the universe is finding pleasure in self-recognition in you.

Repeat some affirmation of this kind, until you feel

the truth and reality of the words that you are affirming.

Then begin your picture.

Whether your desire is for a state of consciousness or a possession, large or small, begin at

the beginning.

If you want a house, begin by seeing yourself in

the kind of house you desire.

Go all through it, taking careful note of the rooms, where the windows are situated,

and such other details as help you to feel the reality of your concept.

You might change some of the furniture and look into some of the mirrors just to see

how healthy, wealthy and happy you look.

Go over your picture again and again until you feel the reality of it, then write it

all down just as you have seen it, with the feeling that, "The

best there is, is mine.

There is no limit to me, because my mind is a

center of divine operation" and your picture is as certain to come true, in your physical

world, as the sun is to shine.

Things to remember In using your thought power for the production of new conditions.

One.

Be sure to know what conditions you wish to produce.

Then weigh carefully to what further results the

accomplishment of your desire will lead.

Two.

By letting your thought dwell upon a mental picture, you are concentrating the creative

spirit to this center, where all its forces are equally balanced.

Three.

Visualizing brings your objective mind into a state of equilibrium which enables you to

consciously direct the flow of spirit to a definitely recognized

purpose, and to carefully guide your thought from including a flow in the

opposite direction.

Four.

You must always bear in mind that you are dealing with a wonderful potential energy,

which is not yet differentiated into any particular mould,

and that by the action of your mind you can differentiate it into any

specific mould that you will.

Your picture assists you to keep your mind fixed on the fact that the inflow of this

creative energy is taking place.

Also, by your mental picture, you are determining the direction you wish the

sensitive creative power to take.

And by doing this, the externalization of your picture is a certainty.

Five.

Remember when you are visualizing properly that there is no strenuous effort on your

thoughts to hold your thought forms in place.

Strenuous effort defeats your purpose, and suggests the consciousness of an adverse

force to be fought against, and this creates conditions adverse to your picture.

Six.

By holding your picture in a cheerful frame of mind, you shut out all thoughts that would

disperse the spiritual nucleus of your picture.

Because the law is creative in its action, your pictured desire is certain of

accomplishment.

Seven.

The seventh and great thing to remember in visualizing is that you are making a mental

picture for the purpose of determining the quality you are giving

to the previously undifferentiated substance and energy rather than to

arrange the specific circumstances for its manifestation.

That is the work of creative power itself.

It will build its own forms of expression quite naturally, if

you will allow it, and save you a great deal of needless anxiety.

What you really want is expansion in a certain

direction, whether of health, wealth, or what not, and so long as you get

it, as you surely will if you confidently hold to your picture, what does it matter

whether it reaches you by some channel which you thought you could count

upon, or through some other of whose existence you had no idea.

You are concentrating energy of a particular kind for a particular purpose.

Bear this in mind and let specific details take care of themselves, and never

mention your intention to anyone.

Remember always, that nature from her clearly visible surface to her most arcane depths

is one vast storehouse of light and good entirely devoted to your

individual use.

Your conscious oneness with the great Whole is the

secret of success, and when once you have fathomed this you can enjoy your possession

of the whole or a part of it at will.

Because by your recognition you have made it, and can increasingly make it yours.

Never forget that every physical thing, whether for you or against you, was a sustained thought

before it was a thing.

Thought as thought is neither good nor bad, it is creative action and always takes physical

form.

Therefore, the thoughts you dwell upon become the things you possess or do not possess.

The best method of picturing to yourself that which you may desire is both simple and enjoyable,

if you once understand the principle back of it well enough

to believe it.

First and above everything else, be sure of what it is

you really want.

Then specialize your desire along these lines.

Christopher Young Executed: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:41.

Christopher Young Executed: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Texas prisoner Christopher Young, 34, was executed this evening "after lawyers unsuccessfully argued in the courts that the state parole board improperly refused his clemency request because he's black," reported kxan-a local news station in Austin.

"I didn't know about death row," Young said from prison right before being executed.

"It needs to be talked about.

You've got a whole new generation.

You've got to stop this, not just executions but the crimes.

Nobody is talking to these kids.".

Here's what you need to know:.

Young Was in Prison For Fatally Shooting a San Antonio Convenience Store Owner.

Young shot and killed the owner of a convenience store during an attempted robbery on the South Side of San Antonio 14 years ago.

According to MySanAntonio, "he has never denied the slaying, which was recorded on a store surveillance camera, but insisted he was drunk and didn't intend to kill 53-year-old Hasmukh "Hash" Patel after drinking nearly two dozen beers and then doing cocaine that morning.

"As the lethal dose of the sedative pentobarbital began taking effect, he twice used an obscenity to say he could taste it and that it was burning," CBS reported.

It took Young 25 minutes to die.

He died at 6:38 p.m. CDT.

The Victim's Son Tried to Convince The State Not to Execute Young.

There is a lot to this story.

Mostly, it's personal.

My husband & creative partner knows and admires Christopher Young, and about a month ago was working with @sundanceorg-acknowledged filmmaker Laurence Thrush on helping Christopher tell his story to the world, when Texas suddenly gave him an execution date.

Today is the day, and only Greg Abbott can stop it.

Christopher Young has been on death row in Texas for 13 years, since he was just 18 years old.

His experience there has transformed him, and he is such a light in this world that even the son of the man Mr Young killed all those years ago is passionately advocating for a stay of execution.

I'm posting a link to the change.org petition on my profile; in the meantime, please call Gov Abbott's office and ask them to STAY today's execution: ‭1 (512) 463-2000‬ More info @nowthisnews and on my Facebook page @ Karuna1.

Please share and call NOW.

This man's life is literally on the line.

The #1 Marketing Mistake Entrepreneurs and Brands Make - Duration: 1:42.

So sometimes companies will get sort of obsessed with, "Oh man, we need to become

this; we need to become that when you become that..." especially in today's age of

you know "There's So Many New Things" but sometimes the best way to up your game

is this little trick... You could look at customer service. You could look at how a

culture is interacting with its clients or customers. You can look at how a brand

is presenting itself. You can look at various things. Sometimes it can get a

little overwhelming to look at the list of the things that they actually need to

do like, "Oh my gosh, we have to have, you know, good-looking people. We have to have

people who are nice. We have to have friendly this; we have to have the colors

matching; we have to have all these various things." So sometimes the best

thing to do is: Knowing what NOT to do. Like... we don't want to be messy. We don't

want to be inconsistent. We don't want to have the wrong imagery for our brand. We

don't want to have the wrong typography, the wrong colors, the wrong messaging,

the wrong this. Just by eliminating the "nots," you may actually get closer to

the finish line FASTER than if you just focus on "Oh, all the things that we

must learn and get overwhelmed by..." that whole checklist! So sometimes knowing

what NOT to do is the fastest way to get closer to the finish line.

mmm-hmm I am so glad that you're still here thank you so much for checking out

today's one-minute Wednesday I did it for you and hey in the meantime if you

haven't subscribed to check it out here and this video check it out you're gonna

love it it's designed for you and before the camera falls over see you next week

Front, Back, Horse Stance Are All the Same in Martial Arts Training - Duration: 8:23.

So maybe you have the most awesome phasic position in front stance or even

better you have a horse stance that just helps you to deliver the most perfect

kick or maybe have a back stance that just seems to move with fluidity and

speed like nobody's business well bad news for you they're all the

same stance stay tuned we'll talk about it

welcome to Shihan's Dojo I'm Shihan Marty Husband and I'm here today to help you

build your skills and knowledge in the martial arts or if you're wanting to

learn the martial arts maybe learn a bit more about it so if you're here for the

first time jab that subscribe button and punch that bellow so we can notify you

when we have a new video coming out questions simple today what's your

favorite stance to using your martial arts style let us know in the comments

tell us how you use it and why you like it and maybe we can get a big

conversation going no matter what style you're in karate kung-fu

an eclectic style for your MMA or g kundo one of the things you have to

understand is your stance the stance can vary through many

different systems and styles on how they're done some will go long some will

go short it's just dependent what's going on at

the time whether you're doing kata or free sparring but some of the common

stances we all use can vary in range from different styles than that there

but no matter how you look at it they're all basically the same when it comes to

those three we'll talk about a few others in here but I just wanted to kind

of let you see some similarities and how they actually are the same in my early

days when I was first training I hated the back stance and I did like the front

stance because it reminded me of my boxing days it allowed me a lot of extra

mobility as for the horse dance I just thought it was some grueling exercise

that they made us do and and try to build our legs up with was really

annoying it really was until years later when I

was studying proof of stance then I began to realize the important

connection between these three stances in this following video this does go

along well with the proof of stance video that I put out some months back

and I felt this applied somewhat to the technique studies we've been trying to

accomplish over the past few weeks but this isn't going to be as detailed of a

study as normal it's just two basic kinematics and dynamics of the stances

themselves and a few other stances we'll talk about as you can see here I'm

basically going through the horse dance checking out the different positions of

my knees make sure everything is correct the position of the horse dance can be

dependent on what you're trying to do in your martial arts whether you're trying

to do it as deep as an exercise or get ready to use it like for kicking in

taekwondo for whatever purpose you're doing it there are basic dynamics it

should be understood about a horse dance first of all the feet should always be

straight ahead from where the bodies put pointing now as you could see a

there a second to go over the feet are at 45-degree angles out that's called a

sumo stance very effective for a lot of different things but for now we're gonna

stick with the basic horse stance now on understanding the good basic position

that you need on a horse stance the knees have to torque outwards and trying

to get above basically the big toe your upper body needs to come down to your

phasic position level the hips need to be tucked so they're in line basically

with the ankles and your head straight above down the center now going from a

back stance into a front stance is really simple pivoting on your heels and

turning both your feet at a 45 degree angle then shifting your weight forward

and changing the knee position so it's in a good phasic position over the front

knee this usually distributes the weight

about 70/30 6040 again dependent on your style and what you're trying to

accomplish the same thing applies here with the back stance what I'm showing

you here in the back stance it's really easy to say but hard to do when you're

doing the proper back stance that rear knees should be almost over that back

foot right over the big toe knee if you can get it there now not everybody can

do it and if you're looking for sport your hip

has to be in line with your ankle so but that's a different thing and that's just

for sport at this time a lot of people miss the fact that their knees have to

torque ours just like the horse dance did and that front knee and front foot

and body should be pointing straight ahead now you can move the hips as I'm

showing here a little bit in like at a 45 degree angle or you can straighten

them out depending on again how your techniques being used if you're blocking

or or striking well your first practicing them back stance that may not

feel comfortable but because you're not used to using those particular muscles

so one has to be aware of any pain or discomfort and make sure you try to

alleviate it somehow in order not to hurt yourself there's always a lot of

controversy about the purpose of a back stance and and it really is a big

subject but it is one of my favorite techniques today that I use quite a lot

when I'm doing a self-defense practice the other stances as well as that helps

you learn to get into the oblique by simply just changing your feet position

and shifting your weight that's why these are truly the same technique

because the feet position does not have to move now of course we need mobility

and self-defense we would be crazy just to stand there and let somebody hit us

the next here I'm basically trying to show you

how to use the proof of stance and going slow to do it and showing you you also

have to understand that cat stance is a part of these two now I'm also showing

you something here that's real difficult with the front leg front kick that I use

a lot and showed I think in proof of stance this is drill I'm showing you

here it's basically what we use to try not to change our height now mind you

it's almost impossible not to change your height at some point but it has to

be so minut that it's hard to pick up but I want you to be aware this is an

excellent drill for teaching you how to get your balance and now if you have bad

knees be very careful I have to wear knee braces when I'm doing this because

I've hurt my knees over the years and believe it or not it wasn't in karate

your proof of stances it's not have to necessarily be as low as someone else's

so if you want to know more about proof of stance watch the video I have up here

and you can go see what we've talked about on that and try to apply it to

your stance if you go there other scientific principles in that that we

could put into is basically body dropping and locking with your abs and

all of that or basically understanding the position of the heart that is used

in the martial arts the hip actions of these stances can very dependent on what

you're trying to accomplish or just the relative position of your body and the

hips when you're using them so the next time you're examining your techniques

examine your stances also go back to the root of what that stance is doing like

the cat stance a lot of people don't really go through and try to figure out

their dynamics of it but if you do these stances properly they translate into

your jujitsu very easily in hat for takedowns and many other things that are

applied to it the mobility factors that you will get for understanding this are

astronomical they will make you better quicker and faster and actually stronger

if you follow the ideas of the proof of stance with your stances this is good

for leg strength and any techniques you might try to learn I try to apply these

principles in the Quan boo that we've talked about before - this helps a lot

in making sure that you can get primary physics factors or the techniques that

are comfortable for you to do whether it's a self-defense situation or sport

so next time in examining your own techniques for your style find the root

of the stances and train those stances from that root it will help you develop

good leg strength in and give you an understand

of what your positioning should be in using it for either sport or

self-defense you also have to recognize the fact of distance in these stances

too so when you're studying your stances make sure you understand how it affects

the distance of closing in on your opponent going on the oblique or going

into a reflexive to the side now if you do use long deep stances remember don't

use them in a self-defense situation like that first of all it lets the

people know that you know something and second of all it can slow you down in

the street because of unknown objects or whatever later in the future we'll

hopefully try to cover some of these stances and how to use them when with

movement and and understanding the different angles with that particular

stance and the techniques that are viable for each of these stances I just

kinda wanted to give you an idea of these stances today there are many other

stances we didn't cover but the similarities of these three needed to be

addressed before we can go on with the other things I want to show you later on

I hope this has been some help for you today but I wanted to give you this

information because it could be useful to you and for future videos that I have

planned so if you liked it click that like button and share it with your

friends so we can help build Shihans dojo give me ideas down there in the

comments of what you'd like to see your questions you might have to ask I'll try

to get to them if I can and don't forget the question of the day what stances do

you prefer to use when you're using it for self-defense or sport let us know in

the comments down there - and we hope to see you again here on shihan''s Dojo

Manchester for a meeting with the head office of relax my dog when we were

waiting to go home we actually got stopped plenty of times by lots of

different people wanting to take pictures with milo just because it's a dog and

or wanted to stroke him or just basically looking at him it was really

cute and Milo absolutely loved all of the fuss that just shows that it

really does increase your social interactions especially if you do take them

for walks take them for meetings etc and then our last benefit is that there are

never any dull moments at all obviously if you do have a dog in your household

you know that they are completely and utterly everywhere they're literally

wanting to go here wanting to go there always wanting their toys always wanting

treats they're always sort of you're always preoccupied by your dog and that

just shows that there is never a dull moment at all especially with Milo who

is an absolute character he's so so funny I have to do a video all

about Milo's different characteristics because he is a very weird dog we don't

really get to see a lot in the video so yeah let me know if you'd like to see

that down below but thank you so so much for watching don't forget to give

this a big thumbs up if you enjoyed it also do forget to comment down below

letting me know what your benefits are of your dog obviously these are sort of

more about Milo but definitely do let us know down below also don't forget to

subscribe if you haven't already and you would like to we also have our gorgeous

t-shirts here we do a giveaway every single week here at relax my dog all

you need to do is pop over to our Instagram page post a picture of your
