Blood tests:Some general characteristics

Blood tests are a common test that helps diagnose, monitor the severity of certain diseases, and test your blood type, before transfusions.

1. What is the composition of the blood?

AMLO incluso acotó que no encontró un recibo de un tercer donativo, porque fue emitido directamente por la empresa que lo contrató para dar una charla en Acapulco

Este donativo ascendió a 300 mil pesos. "Lo más político sería callar. Ya no decir nada, porque ya no te queda

Como se sabe, la infección por VIH dejó de ser mortal para convertirse en una enfermedad básicamente crónica desde que, en los noventa, aparecieron las terapias antirretrovirales altamente activas (HAART o "coctel" antirretroviral)

Consisten en al menos tres medicamentos distintos que atacan simultáneamente al virus, lo que hace prácticamente imposible que mute para volverse resistente a los tres fármacos

Aunque el tratamiento es caro (unos 15 mil pesos por mes por paciente), es mucho más barato que tratar a pacientes infectados que llegan a la etapa de sida

Y, por supuesto, evita miles de muertes.En países como el nuestro, donde el tratamiento está disponible gratuitamente para quien lo requiera, las HAART han significado un cambio en la cultura de prevención del VIH/sida

Sobre todo si van acompañadas de campañas amplias y constantes de uso del condón

Pero desde hace unos años el arsenal contra el VIH se amplió con la llamada PrEP o Profilaxis Pre-Exposición

Se recomienda para personas no infectadas que estén en circunstancias de riesgo constante: tener una pareja seropositiva, tener prácticas de riesgo o relaciones sexuales con personas infectadas o cuyo estado se desconoce, etc

Consiste en usar uno de los medicamentos antirretrovirales disponibles (tenofovir y emtricitabina), en la dosis usual: una tableta diaria

Recientemente, las autoridades de salud informaron que el PrEP comenzará a estar disponible gratuitamente en Ciudad de México a través de la Clínica Especializada Condesa, y también en Guadalajara y Puerto Vallarta, como parte de un programa piloto

Podría parecer irresponsable invertir en un tratamiento caro para evitar infecciones por VIH cuando existe algo tan barato, seguro y accesible como el condón

Pero la realidad es que hay personas que simplemente no lo usan, ya sea por descuido, prejuicio o por razones más complejas, como la paradójica erotización del sexo sin protección e incluso los movimientos bareback, que defienden el derecho a tener relaciones sin condón

Y aunque se recomienda usar el PrEP junto con condón, lo cierto es que muchas personas simplemente quieren tener relaciones sin usarlo

Para esos casos, el PrEP es válido y útil, pues puede evitar un número importante de infecciones

Pero por supuesto, el PrEP también tiene desventajas. Su uso prolongado puede afectar al riñón o causar descalcificación de los huesos

Y como fomenta el sexo sin condón, puede provocar un aumento en otro tipo de infecciones de transmisión sexual, como sífilis o gonorrea

(Mención aparte merece el PEP o Profilaxis Post-Exposición, con el mismo fármaco, que se receta a personas que accidentalmente hayan estado expuestas al virus

)Es bueno que existan nuevas opciones, y hay personas para las que pueden ser útiles y hasta necesarias

Pero sin duda lo mejor y más recomendable sería reforzar las campañas para el uso amplio y regular del condón: la mejor alternativa que tenemos no solo para evitar la infección por VIH, sino también otras enfermedades

Transformers Studio Series 13 Megatron from Hasbro and Takara Tomy!

A figure for ages 8 & up.

This Megatron is based on the Revenge Of The Fallen movie.

Here you see him inside the box.

A very nice image of Megatron on the front of the box.

The same with the sides of the box.

Nothing special on the top and bottom sides of the box.

And on the back side of the box you see Megatron in both of his modes.

Enough with the box, let's see the accessories of the figure now.

Megatron comes with a paper board background.

This scenery is from the forest where he battled Optimus Prime.

On the side it says "Studio Series 13".

And on the other side it says "Transformers" and it has an Autobot symbol.

Megatron comes with 2 instructions.

One is in Chinese language and the other one is in English.

And here you see the transformation.

The same with the other side of the instructions.

So, let's see the figure from close now.

And here is Megatron in his Cybertronian tank mode!

As I said before, this Megatron is based on the Revenge Of The Fallen movie.

He was exactly like this in the movie. I believe they did a good job with this figure.

He has some gold details right here. Also here.

Very nice sculpted details across the figure. Gun-medal grey paint over here.

The cannon can move only downwards due to the transformation.

He also has these side cannons, you can lift them up like this if you want.

I don't remember him having these cannons in the movie, but ok, not a big deal.

Here you see his face as well. It was exactly like this in the movie.

He has 4 small wheels.

Though, he doesn't roll well on my table because it is very slippery

but on normal surfaces he rolls fine! And this is the rear side of the tank.

Here you see his hands but ok...they don't look very bad.

Here you see his thrusters.

He looks nice, so let's see a size comparison now.

Here he is next to Revenge Of The Fallen Sideways.

Here he is next to Dark Of The Moon Ratchet.

And finally, here he is next to Dark Energon Edition Megatron.

This is the leader class version.

They have some similarities but as you can see the difference is huge!

Surely I prefer the leader class version, but ok, this one is not bad at all.

Take a look at their front sides.

So let's transform Megatron in his robot mode.

And here is Megatron in his awesome robot mode! Wow...they did fantastic job with his headsculpt!

I really love this headsculpt! It is very movie accurate!

He has red paint for his eyes. Gold details for his teeth.

I am very impressed with his headsculpt! Generally, he looks very movie accurate.

You can also have his feet closed to make them look better. Personally, I prefer them closed.

His fingers here are made of rubber material. Also, the blade is made of rubber material.

Now, is he perfect??? No. The biggest issue with this figure is the big gap over here.

I am pretty sure that a knock-off company will give us fillers for this gap.

Now, what can you do about it. You can disconnect the arms from here.

Bring these cannons down.

So you can cover A LITTLE BIT this gap.

Like this. Yeah, ok, it's not perfect but it's something!

Also, these flaps here pop-out very easily.

But ok, it's not a big deal. If you put some nail polish it will be fixed.

Let me bring his cannons back.

I don't remember him having these cannons but ok, I am not bothered by them.

As for his articulation, his head can turn left and right.

It can look all the way up. Few figures can do this!

You can use this joint here to make the head look down if you want.

The arms can fully rotate. They can come up this far.

The arm rotates at this point. There is bend at the elbow.

His 3 fingers can move left and right as a one piece.

His bottom 2 fingers can move individually left and right.

Nothing on his cannon. There is no waist articulation of course.

The leg can move forward this far.

Backwards this far.

Sideways.

There is rotation at the thighs.

The knee can bend at 2 points, here and here.

You can also make him taller if you want, but ok, it won't look natural.

And there is awesome ankle tilt!

He has good articulation for a voyager class figure, not bad.

Let me put this flap back.

As you see he has a nice compact backpack. Here you see his thrusters.

Very beautiful sculpted details. I also like the gold details across his body.

I like this Megatron. Let's see a size comparison now.

Here he is next to a deluxe class figure, Dark Of The Moon Topspin and next to Human Alliance Skids.

As you can see Megatron is a hyper-voyager class figure!

I believe the scale is very good here.

Megatron was always bigger than Optimus Prime in the movies so I think the scale here is perfect.

They have many similarities as you can see.

I wish Hasbro could have given us silver paint for this figure as well.

It would look so much better!

I will zoom in to their heads so you can see the differences.

I believe the Studio Series version has better headsculpt than the leader class version!

So, let's transform Megatron back into his Cybertronian tank mode.

Final thoughts... if you exclude the big gap on the sides of his body, the result is very satisfying!

It is a nice mold for a voyager class figure.

Very beautiful sculpted details, good articulation and simple transformation.

Very nice representation of Megatron from the second movie of Transformers!

I totally recommend this figure and it is worth the money!
