water and blew the engine, I got a Japanese used engine put it in it ran like a

clock, so that's a really good way to put one in if you want to go that route,

drive around a lot evap 0202 heaters not coming ready, no codes, any tips well my

main tip is, don't drive a 96 Saab 9,000, they want bankrupt years ago for

generally means your catalytic converter is going out, because if it's going out it

something to do with the transmission but it seems to run and drive fine, well I

just live with it then, modern cars have so many computer sensors on them, I hook

one of these things up, invariably it'll find some kind of codes, I put one on a

Toyota and it had a code for the air conditioning system and

the answer was AC normal, but it had a code, I'm like why does it have a code if

it says the AC is normal, there are so many codes that these things can pick up

on and if it runs okay, just ignore it and if your check engine light doesn't

come on then you don't care, but if your check engine light comes, on you're gonna

have to fix it if you have emissions testing in your area, in order to get it

legally passed, that's the stinker about that, whether your car runs or not if it

puts the light on and trips a code, you have to fix it to get it to pass, you know

it's another one of these bureaucratic nightmares and our politicians have

thrown on us, that the car manufactures love because they want you to get rid of

your old cars and buy new ones, but if it runs okay ignore the stupid thing

because there are so many codes, but if you want to know what it is, get the

How many children do you have?

I have seven children.

When you lived in Detroit, what was one of your favorite things to do?

I was involved in quite a few activities, but my favorite was going to the Y.

Do you do any volunteer work here in Athens?

I just go, the only thing I volunteer at is I go to the food bank at the church.

What do you think you enjoy the most since you've been living in Athens?

Well, actually going to the Y.

Going to the Y and I get out at the Y and sit in a chair and do chair aerobics.

It's something to keep your mind busy and keep you being active.

My mother has been active as far as I know all of my life.

She has been scouting more than 40 years.

She received various awards from the Scouts.

She has always been the type of person who's been a go-getter, and even now she continues to

be a go-getter.

All the way down. Up, down!

Mom currently goes to the Y three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

She participates in the water aerobics class and then she leaves water aerobics and participates

in a chair aerobics class.

March, march, march.

She always has a smile on her face and she always is so pleasant and has something nice

to say to everybody and she's always moving!

Three, two, one!

To be sure, being active has quite a bit to do with your age and if you get in a chair

and just sit and don't move, you will get to a place where you cannot move.

We've had lots of stories of folks that tell us that the more they come, the less they

have to use their medication, the less pain they're in.

How do you feel when you leave the Y?

How do you feel about being active?

Oh, I feel good!

Yeah?

I feel super good.

She has formed friendships.

It gives her a certain sense of independence.

There's so many people who truly, truly love her.

She continues to take care of herself.f

I'm absolutely certain that the physical health has gone a long way in the mental health.

I have always been active.

And there's nothing more boring than to get in a chair and sit down and hold your hands,

So being active will help you.

discussions are underway so this fall but presumably before the midterm

elections those two will sit down together again in Washington our

nation's capital wonder what our next guest thinks about that so many issues

to get into here Wisconsin Republican Senator Ron Johnson said we're just

learning that what do you make of that well this is a president that really

does value personal relationships and from my standpoint I'd much rather be

talking to adversaries than not talking to them make sure you don't have any

kind of miscalculations Russia has 7,000 nuclear weapons they have been

aggressive and destabilizing some areas of the of the world and I would rather

improve your relations with them rather than see them further deteriorate and

the way you do that is through discussion now a lot of your colleagues

nevertheless want to make sure that the Russians never do this sort of thing

again and have a you know legislation that would call for stiff sanctions on

that what isn't clear if they were to misbehave again is whether the president

agrees with you on that well you know obviously what Russia has been doing not

only in to our election system but other cyber attacks and other cyber intrusions

into our infrastructure and you know there's there are so many things we do

need to be concerned about and we have to draw the line we have to approach

Russia with through real strength to resolve but we also have to make sure

what sanctions we impose actually work to try and be to change their behavior

for the better and I think there are some sanctions work better than others I

think the targeted sanctions like under the negativity act I think that gets

under their skin more than anything and that's what I'd be doing is exposing you

know their ill-gotten gains make sure they can't move money around make sure

that you restrict their travel to you I just got a sense under a lot of your

Republican colleagues maybe you yourself sir sir I know your concerns on trade

living this and the rush of thing that done the the

the the president maybe is it's getting a little too bumpy here oh and and

that's a problem and there's an effort to either rein them in on terror so that

it's not something he can decide that the Senate has to decide on Vladimir

Putin this measure you just talked about where you punish the Russian whoever

thinks of interfering in another election but you know he doesn't endorse

either view on trade or that so where are you guys with him well we truly

appreciate the fact that we stopped adding to the regulatory burden under

this president we actually started reducing it somewhat we signed a law a

tax bill that made American businesses more competitive both those actions

brought certainty optimism to the economy which is why the economy's taken

off and and we are having such a hard time afraid this is where some adductors

getting in the way of that senator absolutely and that was my concern you

were contacted by hundreds of businesses I held a roundtable in Milwaukee with 15

a broad spectrum from farmers to food processors to manufacturers small medium

and large and there's nobody supporting what the other trade war they're highly

concerned they are they're cancelling or delaying capital expenditures they are

seeing overseas markets that they spent decades developing drying up they're

losing orders both globally and domestically they're seeing steel prices

three to thirty to forty percent higher their global competitors aren't paying

those higher steel prices they can ship their finished product into this country

very competitively they raise their competitors will raise their precise

dialing backs or right I mean he's looking at now US imports auto with

boards 176 billion worth of them came in via just cars 36 billion and trucks 147

billion an auto components and parts that's close to threaded sixty billion

dollars worth of auto related parts supplies actual autos this this could be

humongous right now this could be totally counterproductive in terms of

the good things we have done is overstated when you tell and then you've

written this letter so the one letter what does he say to you well you know

but bottom line he has not listened to all

of our counsel and we've been pushing back hard for months both privately and

publicly which I'm just going more and more public because yeah it's my

responsibility and hopefully these anecdotes from small businesses people

that support him they want to see him succeed it's also important this

administration understands that it's not just short term gain for long term or

short term pain for long-term gain there is permanent damage being done it's not

something like he's just ignoring you then I don't want to pick a fight here

but it may be the hope is and and you know the market certainly of this sense

today notwithstanding we think it will work out we think that this is just

negotiating tactic and it will never come to blows you're genuinely concerned

it could and it would do damage in your state and elsewhere but he's not

listening well I do believe this president understands the the clock is

ticking he did write the art of the deal he realizes he's gonna have to conclude

the deals and that's all I'm trying to say is you see leverage but conclude

these negotiations let's tie up what if this is still going on months from now

then a lot of damage is gonna be done we're gonna lose permanent markets and

farmers are gonna go bankrupt because as those markets closed domestic supply

increases we don't have the demand for it prices plunge once one small dairy

farmer two hundred cows there's already lost close to a thousand dollars because

let's know that Senator again that's the reason I delivered the

to the United States to Washington this fall and timing is everything I think in

that's better than nothing sure having an open dialogue is good but

again timing is everything and that is a gift

to Democrats who can run ads throughout the fall in this imagine if President

Putin comes to the United States in October before the midterm elections

those ads will be everywhere and it reminds me of 2006 when Republicans

didn't want to see Don Rumsfeld go as defense secretary and President Bush

didn't announce it until the day after the midterms Republicans were for years

why didn't he do this before and maybe they would have had a chance to keep a

few more seats because it was about the war in Iraq so Harlan you could look at

that and just say and I know people of different use I think we're gonna

hyperventilate over his performance there but what would be wrong with him

saying you know what I could have done a better job I could have been a little

clearer and I know he came out and stipulated you know he should have

turned you know the wording of something you know but just acknowledged that you

could have done better well no I mean we can give him credit I

mean he did clarify his statements he acknowledged that he may have misspoken

or that his words were misinterpreted from the conference but what I find very

interesting about where Aaron is coming from is that there's this new phenomenon

on the Left where diplomacy is no longer the first course of action is it just

from the left right I mean you're right now George is on something but I mean

you you you have to admit that you know and I showed you all those are the

Presidents before public and Democrat alike who had knowledge mistakes and

they moved on and I think Americans are very forgiving they could understand

yeah you could have done a better job you know the obvious let's move on and

the story yeah Obama acknowledged one shortcoming I mean but he also sent

stockpiles full of cash to Iran you know on cargo planes and we never got an

apology for that how do you say gun how do you think the president I think he

did a great job I mean I watched that live and I did not have the visceral

reaction that people on the left did I didn't have that the the treasonous

reaction and that people like Anderson Cooper have I don't know where that came

from all right so

my only one this and then anyone cares but I'll tell you no because it's my

show is that it just looked really bad I said even discussed it at the time

because I think he gave it appearance that the president maybe didn't intend

but that's what it was and by the way a lot of Republicans are green Harlen

notwithstanding I'm just telling you and Aaron I think that that is something he

can easily dial back by saying you know we've got a new one this global say this

is my first state summit really you'd think about it I you know I could have

done a little better and a story done yeah you know president Trump doesn't

apologize and he has said that before he thinks that apologizing makes him look

weak now I think a lot more people would say that what he has done over the past

four days has made him look a lot weaker than an apology but I would say the

difference in some of those clips that you played or those are presidents who

have thought about these things over time and so if Donald Trump Reagan's

case a year after the thing was blowing and they brought in you know obviously

Obama's it's almost a year when the wouldn't the controversies right so you

could argue they took their sweet time acknowledging that but Harlan do you

worry that this is something the president will be focused on more than

usual when he does meet with Putin next in the fall no I mean if you look at the

performance the presidents had over the first 18 months he has been orders of

magnitude harder on Russia than President Obama was any suggested the

way he carried himself what are we talking about semantics and his

performance in the face of the Russia I don't think he did I mean that weighting

them with the intelligence community and that's not that something that you

should do as the leader in it he knows that afterwards that he's tried to

Loris Karius has claimed he was not told by Liverpool that they were signing Alisson from

Roma.

Alisson became the most expensive goalkeeper in history when he completed a £65million

move to Liverpool.

Despite ending last season as Jurgen Klopp's first choice keeper, it is widely expected

Karius will be replaced by Alisson in the starting XI.

Karius has had a turbulent few months as a Liverpool player with two major errors leading

to defeat in the Champions League final against Real Madrid.

And since returning in pre-season, Karius has made further mistakes against Tranmere

and Borussia Dortmund.

Following his error against Dortmund, Karius hit back on social media saying: "To those

who take joy in seeing other people fail or suffer, I feel for you.

"Whatever it is that's happening in your life to hold this much anger and hate, I pray

that it passes and good things come to you."

But speaking to German reporters, Karius was asked if he was given a warning that Liverpool

were attempting to sign Alisson and replied: "Nobody spoke to me beforehand."

He added: "Of course, that's not ideal for me, but at the moment I cannot say much more

about that."

Former Liverpool striker John Aldridge expressed his worry about Karius' form and says he

is fearful about possibly losing Alisson to injury.

Hi and welcome to InstaAdvice with Kristen. This is a new series I'm

starting in collaboration with my Instagram account. Basically, Instagram

has this new question "thing" where you can say "Ask me a question!" So I decided

to make a weekly series where I answer some of your guys's questions. Each video

will be very short. Just a little snippet and answering your guys's questions

because you have so many amazing questions that I just can't answer on

Instagram. So if you'd like to be part of this Instagram series go and follow me

on Instagram. Today's question is a pretty serious one. Does relapse mean you

failed? And by relapse, meaning doing a bad coping skill once you haven't been

doing that coping skill for a while. By coping skill I mean self-harm, eating

disorder, binge eating, smoking, drinking, anything that causes you to feel bad.

Basically. In my experience it is self-harm and I think a lot of you guys do

you suffer with self harm and that's why you're at my channel because I have that

experience as well. If you don't know me I have been suffering with self harm for

at least 10 years and am in self-harm recovery for a year almost a year and a half. High-five!

The last relapse that I had I did feel like I failed because it was six months

and I was like "I cannot believe I did that. I cannot believe I hurt myself. I

cannot believe I didn't use a different coping skill." You know, so much pity on

myself, so depressed that I did that, and just so negative on myself. Someone in my

life I was talking to and this is the perspective that they put in my head and

I really hope it helps you. Say you relapsed. It's been a week, two weeks, a

year, two years, 10 years, I don't know what your experience is but for me let's

say it was six months. I didn't do anything for six months. I was using

really healthy coping skills. I was doing great and then one day I just wasn't

doing great, I wasn't feeling good, and I relapsed. Should I feel like a failure?

In short, no. You're not a failure. Never call yourself a failure because then

it's over. The depression won, the eating disorder won, whatever won. You're never a

failure. I want you to think about all those times when you wanted to do that

behavior. You wanted to hit yourself, you wanted to hurt yourself, you wanted to

drink, you wanted to smoke, you want it to binge. Think about all those times when

you wanted to do that and think about the coping skills you used

to get yourself out of it. Maybe it was a day, that's still valid. Maybe it was a

week, that's still valid. Maybe it was a year and you had multiple times that

year when you wanted to do that but you didn't because you had your coping

skills and you got through it.Think about all those times. I want you to just

like sit here and think about that. That's a lot of times and those times

you learned that these coping skills do help. Now I want you to think about the

relapse that just happened. You've made it six months. You made it two days.

You've made it two years and you did not relapse. Good for you! Good for you for using

those coping skills. Good for you for talking to somebody. Good for you. I don't

care if it was a week. I don't care if it was a day. I don't care if it was two

years. You were strong enough to make it that far

and this relapse does not make you a failure. This relapse is to help you

visualize what the future is going to be like. Now, it's so easy to fall into the

hole of relapse. Of continuously doing whatever you're doing because "Hey, I

already relapsed. What's the point?" Hey, the point is you're gonna get into

recovery. You are going to fight this mental health problem that you are

facing because you're strong enough to do that. I want you to think about the

relapse. I want you to think about why did I relapse? Why didn't I go to my coping

skills? Be mindful about what happened. Did someone talk to you? Did something

happen? Did you have a stressful life event? What was the thing or what was the

trigger that triggered you into this relapse? Now, you know why you relapsed.

You know what coping skills that would have worked. You need to be mindful about

this trigger in the future. When this happens again you need to be mindful

about "Hey, last time I did relapse because this trigger in my life and I

need to be better. I need to work on it. I need to call that person. I need to call

the crisis line. I need to talk to my doctor. I need to talk to my friend. I

need to journal. I need to take a hot bath..." whatever helps you, you need to do

that. Relapse doesn't mean you failed. Relapse is all part of the recovery

process. When I was trying to recover from self-harm I would only go a week

and then I would go two weeks and then I'll go three weeks and then I would go

month and then I would go two months. The longer you are in recovery the easier

it's going to be to like cope with these triggers and to do that you need to get

into therapy, you need to get into a support system, you need to talk to

your doctor. I have videos down below to help you with that if you want. I really

workout if you don't have a bench you can do this all on the floor that works

just as well turn side get you warmed up knees corner corner good job

now while we're warming up I'm gonna tell you how this works today we're

gonna do about 30 seconds of hard moves and then 60 seconds where we do

active recovery so we keep it moving okay good so now you know the pattern

we're gonna get you warmed up everybody hams corner corner now remember on

those 30 seconds where we hit it hard if you're not wanting to do anything that

has high impact you can keep a low impact just work with your body see how

you feel some days you might want to kick it up a little bit some days maybe

not that's okay four more ham curls - 2 more everybody kick corner corner good

this is just a nice simple warm-up to get those muscles warm help prevent

injury right good keep kicking keep kicking

Ivanka Trump REFUSES To Tell Trump Businesses To Sign "Hire American" Pledge - Duration: 3:57.

The folks serving the American public in Washington, DC, be they the President, members of the

House of Representatives or the Senate, have always talked a big game on the issue of buy

American or hired American.

I mean, after all, it was during the Obama years that Republicans actually defeated a

measure in Congress that was a buy American basically initiative.

They were going to encourage companies, give them incentives to buy American goods and

hire American workers.

Republicans voted against that.

Well Donald Trump recently, in the White House, they came up with this hire American initiative,

which was to get companies to pledge to hire American workers and create more jobs in this

country.

That is a great program.

I don't think there's very many people in this country that would say that this is a

bad idea.

It is a very, very good idea, one of the few we've seen from this administration.

However, at a press conference where they were talking about this particular initiative

and getting corporations to hire American, getting pledges from people like IBM, Lockheed

Martin, Wal-Mart, FedEx.

There was one company that actually refused to say whether or not they were even going

to encourage their organization to sign onto this hire American agreement.

And that organization happened to be The Trump Organization.

Ivanka Trump specifically was asked if she could encourage her own company, her family's

companies, that she is a part of to sign this pledge and only hire American.

And here's what she said, "It's a great idea, I will recuse myself from calling them but

somebody in this room should do it".

Really?

You're gonna pass the buck like that?

We got a major initiative here to encourage corporations to use American labor, American

goods for American people.

And you don't even have the testicular fortitude to come out and say, "Yeah, I'm gonna call

them.

I'm gonna say damn right you gonna assign this".

And I understand being a woman you don't necessarily have testicular fortitude but that is just

a term used to say that you don't have the courage to do it.

And that's the problem.

All of these politicians, and I'm talking both parties here, are always willing to say

the right thing, but rarely ever willing to do the right thing.

Especially when it comes to corporate America.

Ivanka Trump absolutely could have said, "You know what, yeah.

We're gonna stop importing all of our labor for Mar-a-Largo.

We're going to stop paying poverty wages to our employees out in Las Vegas.

We're going to do something about this because if we're asking others to do it, we're gonna

do the same thing here".

And just like Ivanka won't agree to do it, even these companies that have agreed to do

it won't end up doing it.

Why?

Because it's gonna cost them a little bit more money.

They're not going to be able to turn as many billions of dollars in profits.

In reality, we're probably talking about a few hundred thousand dollars here and there

for these multi billion dollar corporations.

But even that is too much to lose by reinvesting in this country.

Corporations don't wanna do that.

At the end of the day, their goal is to make as much money as possible as fast as possible.

To hell with the consequences, to hell with this country if it has to be.

And this hire American pledge that they're signing on to, again, it is a great pledge

and it's a great idea.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's too many people in this country that have any faith

or trust left in corporations to think that they're actually going to do it.

It's Never Too Late For Citizenship

On Christmas Day 1929, Maria Ramirez Perez was born in a small, poverty-stricken town in Tamazula, Jalisco in Mexico.

Maria, like most girls in town, did not attend school and never learned to read.

She married a man who worked at a sugarcane mill, bore him 12 children, before he left her.

An illiterate woman left on her own, Maria cooked tortillas and washed clothes to make money.

She wasn't making much, and life was difficult.

And, then, the unthinkable.

Two of Maria's children died of malnutrition.

Still, Maria persisted and raised her surviving kids in Mexico.

In 1989, at the age of 60, Maria came to America in search of a better life.

She settled in California for many years and helped raise some of her grandchildren

before moving to the Wenatchee Valley to be with the family of one of her sons - Pastor Nectali R. Macias.

Becoming a U.S. citizen had long been a dream of Maria's.

"She loves this country," Ruth, Maria's daughter-in-law, said.

And dreams do have a way of coming true, no matter the odds.

At the Numerica Performing Arts Center on December 11, 2017,

Maria, now nearly 88 years old, was sworn in as an American citizen.

The PAC's Executive Director, Matt Cadman,

addressed the crowded theater at the start of the naturalization ceremony.

"During this political season filled with loud and passionate speeches about what it means to be an American,

it is a privilege to be reminded that, right now, right here on this stage, we are privileged to witness the true blessings of democracy - face to face, heart to heart.

You are inspirations to all of us here, and powerful reminders of what makes our nation great."

Holding an American flag in her hands, Maria smiled.

When Maria was asked what does America mean to her, her daughter-in-law translated for her.

"She says America to her is like Thanksgiving. It's about gathering together as one family.

It's about being grateful,

and she is grateful for so much."

Maria's life has been tough - much tougher than most of us can ever image.

"But you know what?" Ruth said.

"She's always happy. She's never asked for anything.

I've never heard her complain. She's grateful for her life."

Today i have some camera improvments

Thanks alot to "andarilhos dead" for his input with the steering actuators! :D

Let's take a look in the camera logic

I have two collision propertys for the cam

One property triggers a move actuator i have showed in the previous video

And the other property triggers an army of steering actuators ^^

The steering actuators need a Target Object,

so it needs a steering actuator for every single object, from that the camera have to "flee" by a collision

The adjustments are the same, no matter what size the object has

But it has to bee a cube, or cuboid, and the origin needs to be in the center

Also you have to apply the rotation and scale, (Like in the most objects that have a function)

Now i have made an setup to toggle the cam between a near and a far position

It needs a Boolean property...

...and two property "Equal" sensors, that detect a "True" or "False" property state

One message drive a property actuator set on "Toggle" to shift the property between "True" or "False"

It works on the same way, like all functions that will be togglet by only one Keyboard Key or Button

"False" shift to the standard 3rd person cam settings and "True" to a closer position

Also i have two message actuators, that set the property directly to "True" or "False"

I have never expected, to have that much logic just in the cam sometime O____o

Now im show you the objects

This property drives the steering actuators ans is used for the most buildings

This building needs no collision box, because it has the same property like the landscape and drives the move actuator

It does not matter what a shape the object is

But whenn the object drives a steering actuator, it does

The landscape has now separate properties to trigger the camera movement an the car damage

For this it needs a box for every wall of the building

In tight places, I added some sensor planes

Each color represents a type of sensor

"Red" set the camera to the close position

"Blue" set the camera to standard position

The material color is only for orientation, where I have placed which sensor type

Just a simple message...

Now two other types

Just for demontration on this place

The green sends a simple message, to toggle the cam, so it will go to close and far, when the car is touching this sensor

The yellow one has an "Timer" in it

It sends a message to move the cam to the closer position, and simultaneously changes the state

In the second state is an delay, after that goes a message out to toggle the cam back an it changes to the first state

broke out and I rebuild it, and now a year later it's broken again, if you

can find a good low mileage used engine do that rather than try to fix the

engine that's in your car, now you got a Japanese car, if you can get one of those

used Japanese engines from Japan, that's the best way to go, I've done that with

my own son's car, I got him a Toyota that the previous owner had driven through

water and blew the engine, I got a Japanese used engine put it in it ran like a

clock, so that's a really good way to put one in if you want to go that route,

have to fix it if you have emissions testing in your area, in order to get it

legally passed, that's the stinker about that, whether your car runs or not if it

puts the light on and trips a code, you have to fix it to get it to pass, you know

it's another one of these bureaucratic nightmares and our politicians have

thrown on us, that the car manufactures love because they want you to get rid of

your old cars and buy new ones, but if it runs okay ignore the stupid thing

because there are so many codes, but if you want to know what it is, get the
