Youtube daily report w Jul 14 2018

Next race: British GP Reverse.

This should be fun.

A street circuit type of track has become tad difficult for the current generation of car. Despite the excessive grip AKF01/b has, cornering can be rather tough.

So here's what I am going to do. Any corner that may be too hard for grip driving, I will do the Lifting Turn.

The idea here is that even with de-accel, your car still cannot get through corners at 450+ km/h. Therefore...

...I utilize the ground smash effect to send the car the direction I want as well as to enable a free drift to savior understeer.

In this section, you need to go through three consecutive corners in the roll. I repeatedly use Lifting Turn to smash the car into the next corner's entrance...

The last corner there cannot be taken with the Lifting Turn. Your car has slowed down too much, and the effect fans won't activate at low speed.

The high speed corners ahead can be taken with series of Lifting Turns.

Turn into the apex without de-accel, let the car understeers. As soon as you feel the car's cannot steer into the corner anymore, lift and steer.

Do the normal drifting if you think you can't make the corner.

This is largely my driving style, though. You can do a lot of cool things with Lifting Turn in this game.

Okay, that was a bad move.

At this range, I should be able to lift and get better exit speed to overtake Hayato in the next few corners.

Good thing I didn't smash into his rear.

I find it more practical to grip that corner. Turn into the apex, set the car straight, and set off the boost early.

Too late on the steering.

Let's aim for a super lap.

I sometimes wonder how do these cars' suspensions survive the smashes in the anime. Normally, a single crash is all it takes to kill a car.

These corners are actually pretty tough with your current speed. If you turn too late, it's easy to crash into the outside wall.

1.09. Not so bad. I braked too much into some corners.

This T-Cam is actually pretty nice. It's strange the developer got rid of it next game, especially since it supports a steer wheeling and a simcade gameplay.

Bad timing there. It's good I'm not drifting right into the wall.

I suppose you can make a better time if you can Lift and Smash into the exit where you don't need to de-accel again. That takes a lot more practices, though.

That's one thing I like about this game more than its successors. You're given these awesome skill sets to use, but there's no clear rule of how to use them.

Therefore, you can mix and match those skills into your own racing style.

And considering how hard it is to handle this level of speed, mastering these cars to clear the story gives me more satisfaction than most racing games I've played.

There's a back marker up ahead. It's Hayato.

OnePlus 6 Review: After The Hype | 2 Months Later - Duration: 7:47.

Hi guys, it's MTG here, and this video will be all about the OnePlus 6.

I've had a chance to use this as my main phone for most of the past month now, and today

I'm going to give my comprehensive review, talk to you about pleasant surprises, and

things I don't like so much.

Stick around to the end of the video to see why I believe this was the most important

smartphone launch of the year.

Let's get right into it.

256 Gigabytes of storage, 8 Gigabytes of RAM, and a high quality, dual-camera system.

This is all packaged into a device that has a near-bezel-less 6.3 inch AMOLED display,

and is held together by an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 5.

If we simply looked at the design and specs on paper, there are only a handful of flagships

out right now that could match it spec for spec.

I always like to emphasize that specs aren't everything when it comes to smartphones, but

admittedly at first glance, the OnePlus 6 looks extremely impressive both on paper,

and definitely in the hand.

The construction of the phone feels very solid in the hand, and personally, I really like

the matte look of the midnight black color variant.

It also doesn't smudge nearly as much as a typical glass phone would.

The fact that you're watching this review tells me that you probably already knew that

the OnePlus 6 had very impressive specs, and you just want to hear what it's like to own

one, so that's what the rest of this video will be focused on.

From the moment I took the phone out of its box, this OnePlus 6 has been a tale of pleasant

surprises.

And the first pleasant surprise, was it's display.

Because of the Pixel 2 XL and its OLED issues, I was still worried about the display quality

even when I knew it was an AMOLED panel.

But the OnePlus 6 does not disappoint at all.

Everything that I could want to do on my phone looks great.

Images look clear with good colors, and text looks crisp and is easy to read.

Even if some people hate the notch with a passion, you can easily hide it in a very

seamless way thanks to the AMOLED display.

And when you maximize YouTube videos, it stops the maximizing right before the notch, which

I really like.

Durability is an aspect that I don't talk about much on this channel, but in this instance

it is a very pleasant surprise.

I don't know if it is because this OnePlus carbon fiber case I use on the OnePlus 6 is

especially slippery, or if it is because I have just been more clumsy with my phone,

but I have actually dropped the OnePlus 6 more than any of the other smartphones I have

tested.

For aesthetic purposes, I elected to also remove the screen protector from the phone,

so it has been especially vulnerable.

But gladly, every single time I dropped it, whether it be on wood or tile, face flat,

or on its corner, it has survived completely unharmed, even if it is a very minimal case.

And knowing the types of drop tests that OnePlus put through this phone, it is really paying

off, because with the OnePlus 6, they have a surprisingly very durable phone.

Having come from phones that I didn't think had terrible battery lives in the S9+, Pixel

2 XL and iPhone X, the battery life was also a pleasant surprise.

It lasts about as much as the OnePlus 5T, which given the larger screen, is actually

pretty impressive given that it has the same 3300 mAh battery capacity as its predecessor.

I've never had issues with the OnePlus 6 lasting the day, even with heavy use.

Also on the nights where I forgot to charge it, it surprised me with its impressive standby

time.

I can go to bed with around thirty percent, and wake up with about 27 to 28 percent.

When I do have to charge it, it does suck sometimes that I don't get to place it down

on a wireless charger, I'll get more into that later, but the included dash charger

charges the phone so fast that I don't miss the convenience of wireless charging too much.

A feature that I don't think gets talked about enough is the alert slider on the side of

the phone.

The alert slider can switch between ring, vibrate, and silent, and the fact that it's

textured and has the perfect amount of resistance, makes it so easy to switch between modes even

when the phone is in my pocket.

Especially recently, people are becoming less inclined to carry around a dedicated camera

because of how good the quality of our smartphone cameras have become.

OnePlus knew this and put a really good, dual-camera system on its latest flagship.

Just like last year, I still don't fully understand the full utility of the second camera, as

it isn't an extra wide-angle or a telephoto camera.

But instead, according to OnePlus, helps with the portrait mode that people have grown very

fond of.

The OnePlus 6 doesn't have the best camera of any smartphone, but it is up to par with,

and even tops, some of the best smartphone cameras out right now in important aspects

like high-dynamic range and lowlight performance.

Simply put, you will not be disappointed by the camera on this phone.

camera comparisons that I already have up on the channel with the S9+, P20 Pro, Pixel

2 XL and iPhone X.

But all of what I just mentioned wouldn't mean anything if the software experience was

lacking.

Fortunately, Oxygen OS, or OnePlus's Android skin, is very minimal, and is very close to

stock Android.

Daily use has been great.

The phone, and its minimal animations, zips through different menus and apps with ease.

And although there are those rare instances where the phone stutters or misses a beat,

for the most part, the software and overall usability of the OnePlus 6 has been very pleasant.

And it should also be noted that it will get the latest software updates very fast

Before I get into the one feature I like the most about the OnePlus 6, I'm going to get

into some of the things that I don't like so much about this phone.

First off, the single, down-firing speaker gets covered very easily.

And even when its not covered, it sounds mediocre, at best.

The volume gets loud, but the sound comes out very tinny, and isn't comparable to the

speakers found on other flagships.

Another thing I don't like, which I touched on earlier, is the fact that despite it having

a glass back, it still does not support wireless charging.

I'm someone who likes to keep wireless chargers in various places around my space, so it is

really convenient for me to just set a phone down to charge it.

Lastly, despite the fact that OnePlus has taken extra measures to seal the phone during

production, the phone is not IP rated water or dust resistant.

So it doesn't give me the piece of mind that say an IP67 or IP68 rating on other phones

would provide.

But all of the things I just mentioned get overshadowed completely by the feature I love

most about this phone, the price.

Throughout the entire video, I judged and reviewed the phone without thinking about

the price or the bang for your buck, but if I completely ignore the price, I would be

ignoring the feature that makes the OnePlus 6 the most important smartphone launch of

the year.

The top-notch specs, great display, and pleasant surprises that come with the OnePlus 6, all

come in a package that starts at just $529 dollars, or about half the price as some of

the flagships that it is competing with.

If you couldn't tell already, the OnePlus 6 has really impressed me.

It is one of the best designed phones out right now, and has some of the most impressive

specifications.

It is the most important phone launch of the year because it shows consumers and manufacturers

the type of phone that is possible for just around $500.

OnePlus is no longer just the best budget phone manufacturer, they have begun to create

smartphones that really do compete with the Samsungs and Apples of the world.

I would highly recommend the OnePlus 6 to a lot of people.

Liverpool have completed their third signing of the summer by snapping up Stoke winger

Shaqiri for £13m.

RIVALS - Terrible Writing Advice - Duration: 10:24.

TWA: Nothing will stop my quest to enlighten writers in the proper way to tell a story!

That's why I am going to talk about heroes in this video and one of the best ways to

challenge a protagonist.

INNER CRITIC: No so fast, JP.

TWA: What!

My inner critic!

I thought I defeated you in the Finishing a Story video!

INNER CRITIC: I studied your technique, JP.

Your ability to inflate your ego in order to deflect criticism is powerful, but not

powerful enough!

I have trained myself in the art of deflating egos such as yours and now I have returned

to put a stop to your bad advice!

TWA: You will never defeat me, inner critic!

I will show my fellow writers the proper way to create a rival for the protagonist!

INNER CRITIC: You?

You couldn't rival french fry, much less show another author how to create a proper

rivalry between characters.

TWA: You're wrong!

INNER CRITIC: No you're wrong!

TWA: Grr….

INNER CRITIC: Grr….

TWA: There is only one way to settle this.

INNER CRITIC: We each give our advice in order to keep with the rival theme of the video,

adding a layer of thematic affinity while also giving the watcher more variety in terms

of delivery and tone.

TWA: What?

No.

I am going to give my amazing advice and you will sit on the sidelines and tell me how

awesome I am!

So step aside, inner critic, and watch how a real author creates a rival!

Now what to start with when designing a rival?

I know!

I should start with how they look!

INNER CRITIC: Oh that is the worst way to start making a character.

TWA: The rival should have a really cool opposing color scheme.

Does the hero wear white?

Well his rival will dress in all black!

Hero have blonde hair?

His rival has dark hair.

Blue eyes?

Deep brown.

Silvery elegant sword?

Jagged dark blade.

Oh the rival is so cool!

INNER CRITIC: Is that really it?

What about the symbolism?

TWA: Sumbolwhat?

INNER CRITIC: *sigh* Look at us.

While we may have opposing color schemes, have you also noticed that I have glasses?…

You know.

An item that literally helps me see clearly.

We are not just opposed stylistically, but also in the motifs and themes of our characters.

Doing so allows the characters to become foils of one another, highlighting their differences

for maximum dramatic effect.

TWA: You know what I just heard?

Blah blah blah English major stuff.

No one cares.

Hey!

They should also have opposing powers too!

Hero uses fire!

Well his rival will use ice!

Is the hero hot headed and impulsive?

The rival is cautious and collected.

Even their ideologies are opposing.

With all of this equal opposite stuff going on I am sure the audience will just completely

miss the paper thin characterizations of both characters!

INNER CRITIC: No they will notice, you fool.

It is not enough that the characters merely be opposites to each other, but also have

enough character development to stand on their own.

You can't simply prop up characters with fancy powers and cool swords.

They need to have their own motives.

What you are proposing could work if the characters are a foil to one another, but it needs to

be carefully calculated by the author, not haphazardly thrown together based on the stylistic

whims of the writer.

Wait… did you just fall asleep in the middle of my diatribe?

TWA: Huh?

What?

No!

No.

I was totally paying attention.

You were saying something about a motive?

Oh I know.

The rival wants to defeat the hero because… the hero is strong and he wants to defeat

him!

There!

Done!

INNER CRITIC: That's not a motive.

If anything, it represents a faultily programmed for loop.

Why not dig into the psychology of the rival character and explore what makes him so competitive

in the first place?

Motive could be used as a way to highlight the story's themes and give their conflict

much needed context.

TWA: Motive isn't really that important.

I mean, the rival character is super cool, but he doesn't really stand a chance against

the main hero.

The rival should always loose yet be taken seriously by all of the other characters for

some reason.

INNER CRITIC: Won't the audience notice this power imbalance?

For that matter wont the characters notice as well?

TWA: Nope.

They will be too distracted by the coolness of the rival teaming up with the hero to fight

a greater threat.

INNER CRITIC: Are they not supposed to hate one another due to their polar opposite nature?

How do you justify their sudden cooperation?

TWA: Because the rival will always award the hero a grudging respect even though the hero

humiliates and defeats him like constantly.

Nope, they will just team up pretty much all the time later in the story until the rival

really isn't even a rival anymore, more like a grumpy teammate.

INNER CRITIC: No no no!

This is all incorrect.

Keeping the rival's skill comparable to the hero is essential, otherwise he does not

'rival' him.

Having equal strength adds uncertainly in the hero's victory and thus tension.

The hero and his rival's relationship could be built up over the course of one or more

story arcs culminating in their eventual alliance to defeat a greater foe.

Come to think of it, even their battle to defeat a mutual enemy could be seen as part

of their competition.

The extra build up adds a feeling of catharsis and can be used to change the relationship

dynamic by…

You fell asleep again didn't you?

TWA: Huh?

Oh.

Sorry.

I'm getting bored of writing these rivals.

I think I need something special to spice up their competition.

INNER CRITIC: No.

TWA: Something new for them to compete for.

INNER CRITIC: No no no.

TWA: Something that every story needs!

INNER CRITIC: Don't you do say it!

TWA: THE LOVE TRIANGLE!

INNER CRITIC: Gah!

You cannot solve every writing problem with a love triangle!

TWA: Gheeze.

No wonder you've never sold any books.

The love triangle is great because the rival and the hero can both compete for the affections

of the love interest.

The love interest will of course be torn having to choose between them!

What great drama!

Neither the rival nor the hero should have any chemistry with the love interest though.

That takes effort to write and we need to put all of our work into the hero's and

rival's long deep stares into each others' eyes, how they constantly call each others'

names, their constant obsession with what the other is doing, their every waking thought

focused on what their rival is thinking, and the occasional oiled up shirtless wrestling

match between them.

INNER CRITIC: Why are you even introducing a love triangle into the story if you don't

intent to develop it properly?

Also your rival's interactions are saturated with homoerotic subtext by the way.

TWA: What?

Really?

I don't see it!

INNER CRITIC: It doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Having rivals become romantic partners sounds like it could become an interesting relationship

dynamic.

TWA: Eh?

No.

I bored with this now.

I know I've put a lot of work into the rival, but I think I'll just ignore my rival for

the rest of the story, then awkwardly wrap their competition up in the next to last chapter

where the rival just admits that the hero is better in every way!

INNER CRITIC: That's just anticlimactic.

You can't just develop a relationship like that and… what are you doing?

TWA: I'm rewriting the script for this episode.

INNER CRITIC: What!

You can't just…

I mean, J.P. you are the most handsome and best author ever.

I can only hope to one day know even an infinitesimal amount of your greatness.

You have defeated me.

My only choice now is sit on the sidelines and constantly tell the other secondary characters

how cool you are!

We will meet again as rivals, but only when you need an easy victory in order to boost

your ego.

TWA: Ha.

I win.

INNER CRITIC: Also your cheating just proves my point about the anticlimax.

DARK LORD: I am prepared for the next ad read!

TWA: Yeah about that, sorry.

OnePlus 6 Review: After The Hype | 2 Months Later - Duration: 7:47.

Hi guys, it's MTG here, and this video will be all about the OnePlus 6.

I've had a chance to use this as my main phone for most of the past month now, and today

I'm going to give my comprehensive review, talk to you about pleasant surprises, and

things I don't like so much.

Stick around to the end of the video to see why I believe this was the most important

smartphone launch of the year.

Let's get right into it.

256 Gigabytes of storage, 8 Gigabytes of RAM, and a high quality, dual-camera system.

This is all packaged into a device that has a near-bezel-less 6.3 inch AMOLED display,

and is held together by an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 5.

If we simply looked at the design and specs on paper, there are only a handful of flagships

out right now that could match it spec for spec.

I always like to emphasize that specs aren't everything when it comes to smartphones, but

admittedly at first glance, the OnePlus 6 looks extremely impressive both on paper,

and definitely in the hand.

The construction of the phone feels very solid in the hand, and personally, I really like

the matte look of the midnight black color variant.

It also doesn't smudge nearly as much as a typical glass phone would.

The fact that you're watching this review tells me that you probably already knew that

the OnePlus 6 had very impressive specs, and you just want to hear what it's like to own

one, so that's what the rest of this video will be focused on.

From the moment I took the phone out of its box, this OnePlus 6 has been a tale of pleasant

surprises.

And the first pleasant surprise, was it's display.

Because of the Pixel 2 XL and its OLED issues, I was still worried about the display quality

even when I knew it was an AMOLED panel.

But the OnePlus 6 does not disappoint at all.

Everything that I could want to do on my phone looks great.

Images look clear with good colors, and text looks crisp and is easy to read.

Even if some people hate the notch with a passion, you can easily hide it in a very

seamless way thanks to the AMOLED display.

And when you maximize YouTube videos, it stops the maximizing right before the notch, which

I really like.

Durability is an aspect that I don't talk about much on this channel, but in this instance

it is a very pleasant surprise.

I don't know if it is because this OnePlus carbon fiber case I use on the OnePlus 6 is

especially slippery, or if it is because I have just been more clumsy with my phone,

but I have actually dropped the OnePlus 6 more than any of the other smartphones I have

tested.

For aesthetic purposes, I elected to also remove the screen protector from the phone,

so it has been especially vulnerable.

But gladly, every single time I dropped it, whether it be on wood or tile, face flat,

or on its corner, it has survived completely unharmed, even if it is a very minimal case.

And knowing the types of drop tests that OnePlus put through this phone, it is really paying

off, because with the OnePlus 6, they have a surprisingly very durable phone.

Having come from phones that I didn't think had terrible battery lives in the S9+, Pixel

2 XL and iPhone X, the battery life was also a pleasant surprise.

It lasts about as much as the OnePlus 5T, which given the larger screen, is actually

pretty impressive given that it has the same 3300 mAh battery capacity as its predecessor.

I've never had issues with the OnePlus 6 lasting the day, even with heavy use.

Also on the nights where I forgot to charge it, it surprised me with its impressive standby

time.

I can go to bed with around thirty percent, and wake up with about 27 to 28 percent.

When I do have to charge it, it does suck sometimes that I don't get to place it down

on a wireless charger, I'll get more into that later, but the included dash charger

charges the phone so fast that I don't miss the convenience of wireless charging too much.

A feature that I don't think gets talked about enough is the alert slider on the side of

the phone.

The alert slider can switch between ring, vibrate, and silent, and the fact that it's

textured and has the perfect amount of resistance, makes it so easy to switch between modes even

when the phone is in my pocket.

Especially recently, people are becoming less inclined to carry around a dedicated camera

because of how good the quality of our smartphone cameras have become.

OnePlus knew this and put a really good, dual-camera system on its latest flagship.

Just like last year, I still don't fully understand the full utility of the second camera, as

it isn't an extra wide-angle or a telephoto camera.

But instead, according to OnePlus, helps with the portrait mode that people have grown very

fond of.

The OnePlus 6 doesn't have the best camera of any smartphone, but it is up to par with,

and even tops, some of the best smartphone cameras out right now in important aspects

like high-dynamic range and lowlight performance.

Simply put, you will not be disappointed by the camera on this phone.

camera comparisons that I already have up on the channel with the S9+, P20 Pro, Pixel

2 XL and iPhone X.

But all of what I just mentioned wouldn't mean anything if the software experience was

lacking.

Fortunately, Oxygen OS, or OnePlus's Android skin, is very minimal, and is very close to

stock Android.

Daily use has been great.

The phone, and its minimal animations, zips through different menus and apps with ease.

And although there are those rare instances where the phone stutters or misses a beat,

for the most part, the software and overall usability of the OnePlus 6 has been very pleasant.

And it should also be noted that it will get the latest software updates very fast

Before I get into the one feature I like the most about the OnePlus 6, I'm going to get

into some of the things that I don't like so much about this phone.

First off, the single, down-firing speaker gets covered very easily.

And even when its not covered, it sounds mediocre, at best.

The volume gets loud, but the sound comes out very tinny, and isn't comparable to the

speakers found on other flagships.

Another thing I don't like, which I touched on earlier, is the fact that despite it having

a glass back, it still does not support wireless charging.

I'm someone who likes to keep wireless chargers in various places around my space, so it is

really convenient for me to just set a phone down to charge it.

Lastly, despite the fact that OnePlus has taken extra measures to seal the phone during

production, the phone is not IP rated water or dust resistant.

So it doesn't give me the piece of mind that say an IP67 or IP68 rating on other phones

would provide.

But all of the things I just mentioned get overshadowed completely by the feature I love

most about this phone, the price.

Throughout the entire video, I judged and reviewed the phone without thinking about

the price or the bang for your buck, but if I completely ignore the price, I would be

ignoring the feature that makes the OnePlus 6 the most important smartphone launch of

the year.

The top-notch specs, great display, and pleasant surprises that come with the OnePlus 6, all

come in a package that starts at just $529 dollars, or about half the price as some of

the flagships that it is competing with.

If you couldn't tell already, the OnePlus 6 has really impressed me.

It is one of the best designed phones out right now, and has some of the most impressive

specifications.

It is the most important phone launch of the year because it shows consumers and manufacturers

the type of phone that is possible for just around $500.

OnePlus is no longer just the best budget phone manufacturer, they have begun to create

smartphones that really do compete with the Samsungs and Apples of the world.

I would highly recommend the OnePlus 6 to a lot of people.

Guys I am standing in the bathroom at the doctor's office. I just got my testosterone and

I'll talk to you when I'm like together. Okay, bye!

Okay, I'm back. I am showered. I am contained. I have testosterone!

Okay, so I thought that I would film my first time putting it on because like of course I'm gonna film that.

Okay, so ready to learn with me?

I am not really sure how to do this. Here is testosterone gel. I'm not gonna show y'all my prescription but

it's the gel.

I opted out of doing the injections because injections terrify me, like they

always have I don't really have a problem with needles as you can see. I'm covered in tattoos, but like having something

injected into me is not ideal.

This is one application to body every morning. It's not morning but the same time every day. I'm not a morning person.

Lets see, directions.

How should I use testosterone gel? Apply after showering or bathing. I did that. I should wash my hands right away after. I'm gonna do that.

Testosterone gel is to be applied to the area of your shoulders upper arms or abdomen that will be covered by a

short-sleeved t-shirt.

Okay, so I'm probably gonna do it

right on top of her. Why not? Don't put it on

your penis, your scrotum, your chest, your armpits, your knees, or your back.

I don't know why I'd put in any of those places, but good to know.

Okay. This is it.

25 milligrams of testosterone.

They said they're starting me on a low dose because they start everyone on a low dose just to see

what works for everyone because it's not always more because more can be converted back into estrogen.

It's just finding what works for your body. I think this is it. I think yeah, I think we're gonna do this. Okay.

so I'm a bit annoyed right now, but I'm redoing it. Day two on testosterone. I

haven't grown a beard yet. I am disgusted. I am appalled. I am insulted. I would like my money back.

Even with deodorant like I can kind of smell it and I showered. It was like right after a shower. I swear to God.

theater when I was younger, and I asked if they had a copy of 13 the Musical, which

was the first show I ever auditioned for like as a guy. Like I auditioned for a guy's role

but I told everyone that I was a girl and like I just wanted to play a boy.

And I got it and I was like so excited. I was over the moon and so it was the first show that I played

a boy and it was first time I did like drag.

It wasn't drag. It wasn't drag at all. The woman ended up finding a copy and just giving it to me.

Which was so cool. But what was cooler

was

when I went in

she was talking... it was like a little old lady, so sweet, but she was talking to another man and she was like

Oh, let me help this gentleman real quick. And I was like, hi! I smiled and she didn't

correct herself and that's never happened, that's never happened because I've

gotten called sir

or he in public but one, it was when I was wearing like fake facial hair and

two, the second I opened my mouth they were like, oh my god, sorry, ma'am. I was like, oh.

It was like I had it for a second. Now it's gone.

But no, she called me a gentleman and I went up and I started talking to her and

she kept calling me he and

she gave me she gave me the DVD. She said she was she was so glad to see me,

so glad that I came back and I was just... I don't know it was crazy.

It was like... I feel like I'm carrying myself with this new

confidence through the world. Like I feel like I have like a testosterone cloud around me

that's like I am a man. I feel different like

I just feel more confident and I think that's amazing.

I started to watch the musical again and oh it was bad. It was so bad.

I thought it was really good at the time and I was wrong. I may do a video

reacting to that if that's something you guys would want to see cuz I thought... I don't know,

that would be a fun idea. Me reacting to my first show as a man. It's really cringey. I was so awkward.

Before I let you go, I'm gonna put in a clip of my performance from last night because I am so happy with it.

I was so proud of the performance. I did a full

like becoming a man number and I actually used a song from 13 the Musical, ironically enough. It just felt really

really great to do and to open up to the crowd like that. I don't know. I wanted to show it to you guys

Not many changes guys, like I feel like most of what you're gonna hear now is like, I'm waiting and it's not happening!

Changes that have happened though. That's interesting. I didn't think they'd happen this fast, but these ones definitely have um,

I smell different as I mentioned.

Not as bad. For some reason that first day it was like really bad and then I feel like it's

evened out a bit. I am

hungry all

the fucking time. like I

had no appetite before I started taking testosterone.

I have gastroparesis, which means I don't digest food well,

and that just kind of killed my appetite.

But now it's like oh my god. All I think about is sex and food.

My libido is like... and I'm hungry. I have a lot of energy, but also I'm sleeping more.

It sounds like... I feel like maybe I have more energy because I'm sleeping more.

I don't know if either of those things have to do with the test just a change I've noticed. Yeah, I started working out.

I can keep you guys up to date on that. So far I can do

like one pushup

But I am starting with bodyweight exercises for now because I can't afford a gym membership at the moment, but I'm doing.. okay

so this is gonna seem really low. Again, I have little tiny twig arms and no upper body strength. I'm working on it.

So I do like half push-ups. So when I say push-up I mean like I get my chest like halfway between

up and to the ground

because that's all I can really do right now. Otherwise, I'd just be doing one and

that doesn't feel like it would be very helpful for me.

So I'll do the one that I can and then do like half ones. Anyway, so I do like five to eight

wide push-ups,

depending on what I can do that day.

Five to eight regular push-ups, five to eight like Diamond push-ups where you put your hands together like this, and then I do like ten chest dips.

And that's my my daily like chest circuit workout right now and I'm gonna try to keep increasing those numbers until I start

getting like diminishing gains, but that won't be for a while.

So I'm doing that for my chest then I'm doing an ab workout that is

25 crunches, 25 like side crunches on each side, 50 bicycles and

I count like... it's basically 25 because I count whenever I

push one foot forward as one because that's just how it works in my brain. Then I do

25 Russian twists and

then a one-minute plank and that's my ab workout and the plank is also good for your chest. Then for legs,

I've been going over to the pool actually and

doing a bunch of like running in place, high knees, squat jumps

etc. Calesthetics in the pool, which is a lot better on my joints and

then I'll swim like five laps for my cardio and

that's that's my workout routine

so far. I know I'm missing some muscle groups in there. I'll learn. I'll get better

as time goes on and once I can get a gym membership too. That's kind of been my life.

I've been stuffing my face with food.

I've been performing a ton and I've been working out and sleeping a lot like a lot more.

The Atlanta Hawks acquired point guard Jeremy Lin from the Brooklyn Nets in a trade Thursday night, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The Hawks didn't give up any of their current roster in the deal.

Brooklyn received the rights to Isaia Cordinier, a 2016 draft pick that still plays overseas, and a 2020 second-round pick.

The addition of Lin gives Atlanta a crowded backcourt and probably signals that more moves are on the way.

Let's take a look at the Hawks' 2018 starting lineup and roster as it currently stands.

As you can see, the Hawks have a surplus of guards.

Dennis Schroder Is Likely On The Move.

Shortly after the Hawks acquired Lin, TNT's David Aldridge said the team was "in range" to trade starting point guard Schroder, who has spent all five of his NBA seasons with the organization.

This doesn't come as a surprise considering the Hawks have been open about their desire to move him since before the draft.

Schroder has three years remaining on his $70 million contract.

While his $15.5 million/yr contract isn't entirely friendly, he's coming off his best year.

He averaged 19.4 points and 6.2 assists last season.

It'd be easier to trade him if he had less years left on this deal, but the Hawks should still be able to find a trade partner.

Where Does Lin Fit on the Hawks.

While Lin is a far cry from his "Linsanity" days in New York, expect him to serve as a mentor to No.

5 draft pick Trae Young.

Young is the future of the Hawks and unlike Schroder, Lin is unlikely to threaten Young's development.

Lin is coming off of a ruptured patella tendon in his right knee that ended his season on opening night last year.

Because of that, it's unclear how productive he will be coming back from his injury.

Thankfully for the Hawks they have a stable of guards that can pick up the slack.

Expect Lin to play in limited minutes behind Young.
