improve your English with minimum effort maximum benefit and I'm on holiday and I
was reflecting that we all like spending our holidays in different ways and at
the same time it's good to practice the the verbs would be in form which are
always the verbs of the feelings so love like hate can't stand don't mind prefer
are all verbs that are usually followed by the in form so what do you prefer
doing when you're on holiday I like staying in peaceful places relaxing by
reading a book chatting to friends but I also like sightseeing all those
sightseeing is usually just out of curiosity to get to know the new places
I'm going to see it's not that I actually relax when I'm sightseeing but
I feel I'm doing something for myself for my personal education so this
holiday here is not a sightseeing holiday this is a holiday where I needed
to relax and in fact now I'm off to the beach I'm going to lie down on the sand
read the book have a sleep and then go for a swim but when I can I prefer
visiting towns what about you why don't you tell me in the comments box below

The 47-year-old actor and filmmaker was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery back in February after falling ill following a comedy show gig in Glendale, California
Since the life-threatening heart attack, Smith has lost more than 40 pounds (18 kilograms) and has transformed his diet and lifestyle in an effort to live longer
"My health is good," he told E! News while at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 20
The Clerks star revealed he was totally unaware he was having a heart attack until told by a doctor before being wheeled into surgery
"He's like, 'You're having a massive heart attack right now, you didn't know? They didn't tell you?' And I was like, 'No,'" he joked
"The doctor saved my life." To try and counteract the cholesterol that caused the life-threatening health scare, Smith consulted a nutritionist and decided to adopt a vegan diet
"I said, 'You know what? I ate any way I wanted for like the last 47 years. For one year I am going to try life as a vegan
' It's been okay, I don't miss much," he said of the plant-based eating regime. However, Smith confessed that eating more vegetables was difficult for him
"Winding up in the operating room, I was like, 'I never want to do this s**t again,'" he explained
"It's hard to be a vegan when you hate vegetables. But peanut butter and jelly technically is vegan

5 Poi Isolations Tricks You Should Know! - Duration: 6:25.
Last week we took a look at my 3 favorite drills for learning isolations, but once you've
learned this trick the obvious question is: what do you do with them?
Drex here from DrexFactor.com and today I'm sharing with you my top five poi tricks that
use isolations.
Let's see where that crazy antigravity magic takes us!

Number 1: the Buzzsaw isolation
Let's admit it, all of us really learn how to do isolations in order to do this trick
right here.
It was the first use for isolations in the poi world and it's still a stunning and
attention-grabbing trick.
A lot of people compare this trick to cranking the pedals of a bicycle, spinning the hands
and poi heads around in a way that seems to defy gravity.
I'll confess I'm way more partial to the wall plane version of this trick, where you
get to look at the audience as you're performing the isolation but the buzzsaw version is still
an absolute classic.
Number 2: linear isolations
Okay...so clearly this trick kind of stretches the bounds of what we could really call an
isolation.
While linear isolations are not actually technically isolated themselves, they do include this
beautiful moment when switching top to bottom and side to side that certainly captures the
feeling of an isolation for a moment.
I actually did a tutorial on this move a couple months ago and I'm quite fond of using it
to transition from flowers to an isolation at the body center.
For an extra fun challenge, you can incorporate pirouettes, body tracing, and many other variations
into these linear isolations.
See how many different ways you can find to get those poi heads and hands to stick together
as you're moving them around!
Once you start looking for places where you can get that stuck together feeling out of
the poi moving across your body, you'll start to see them everywhere!
Number 3: Isolated Weaves
Years ago, I remember people talking about in online forums for months and everyone seemed
to agree that this trick was possible but I'd never seen it done.
Then it popped up in a video that Zan Moore posted and it was everything that I had hoped
for.
The gravity defying nonsense of an isolation coupled with the move everybody thinks of
when they think of poi spinning.
It's also a phenomenal challenge because in order to perform it you have to not just
be able to isolate, but to switch which hand is on which side of your body as you do it.
If you haven't already, check out the video I did last week on isolation drills and work
to perfect the Alien Jon drill.
It is absolutely essential to getting this trick down.
For years this trick was really the Platonic ideal of impossible tech poi in my head and
when I finally got it down I felt as though I'd crossed some mystical border into arriving
as a tech poi spinner.
Give this one a try and see if it gives you the same impression!
Number 4: Lovelacing
Again, this one really stretches the boundaries of what we'd consider an isolated move but
there is a method to my madness here.
To put it as succinctly as possible, lovelacing uses a lot of the same skills that isolations
do.
You have to find a balance point between the momentum and drag on the poi in order to perform
them.
Really when you get right down to it, if you were to uncross your arms from a lovelace
you'd wind up with our standard buzzsaw isolation so these two tricks are not that
different from each other.
It's also a great example of a class of moves called inversions that used to be very
much en vogue in the tech poi world.
They're no longer as popular, but they do represent a fun challenge for anyone who wants
to move their poi through tight spaces.
Number 5: Antibrids
Yeah, so I'm totally sneaking more than one trick into this last one.
Sorry--I really couldn't choose between them.
First up is horizontal cateye versus isolation--which for my money is still one of the hardest poi
tricks I've ever had to learn and is packed with such a wow factor that both poi enthusiasts
and muggles alike instantly get what an amazing trick it is.
I remember back when I could count on my fingers how many people there were in the whole world
that could do this trick...and when I nearly threw my shoulder out learning it.
Learning a horizontal cateye is one thing, but you don't really know for sure that
your hand path is clean until you put it together with the isolation.
Once you do the trick is just absolute magic.
And for those of us who are into gunslingers, it also has an equivalent antibrid: isolation
vs a 6-petal gunslinger antispin flower.
I've seen a lot of people try to pass off static spin vs 6-petal gunslingers over the
years but the relationship between the hand and the poi head gets lost if you try to do
the trick this way.
There's actually some pretty simple math behind it: since gunslingers halve the length
of the poi, you wind up doing twice as many beats going around a hand path of the same
size.
A 6-petal gunslinger flower only has 6 petals because now the poi has 2 ends, so each end
is really doing 3 petals.
3-petal antispin flowers have 2 downbeats to them, so they're the closest gunslinger
equivalent to cateyes, which have only 1 downbeat.
It's pretty easy to see the difference if you put the isolation up against the gunslinger
flower.
The relationship is nice and clean and the gunslinger flower traces out a beautiful 6-petal
flower.
This trick is currently one of my absolute favorites.

SNACKING AFTER 12 AM NOT GOOD- BLOG - Duration: 3:29.
hey guys very interesting story that happened to me yesterday well last night
went to bed really early and I woke up around 12 o'clock in the morning as you
can see I just woke up got my little doo rag on or whatever but I just wanted to
tell the story while it was still on my mind which of course it probably is
gonna be on my mind - why reset the body again I woke up and I had
some potato chips and I had some lemons quiz and boy was they good but I didn't
understand beside me being on my menstrual cycle why would I be eating
these kind of foods I haven't ate them and well the chicks I ate them since
I've been eating salt foods but the lemon squares I haven't ate those in
over a year as far as like you know really sweet
sweet um you know this is how I knew before it got to this point that I
needed to get back on my juicing was because of the simple fact of this
situation right here getting up in the middle of the night and out the blue
just eating things that you're not accustomed to eating and those kind of
hours very concerning but I'm going to do something about it and really step it
up a notch with my juicing with the option to eat a salad or better yet you
know eating a salad at - I can you know test the waters again and go directly
into no solid foods and just juicing go back to baby sex you know do my little
prep where it might take me months you know to prep again you know with eating
raw foods you know salads and stuff like that and then get back on
just solid juices so that I can reset the body again because it was a weirdest
thing I wasn't even hungry I wasn't even hungry I didn't even have
an urge to have anything sweet or savory I just was up might as well have
something to snack while watching youtube videos and that's just not
really a good thing to start doing and I don't want to start doing that so I'm
going to have to reset the body with my juice cleanses I just want to update you
guys cuz I want to keep it real because I want to let you guys know that even
though you've seen a lot of success stories with me

Simple Hacks to Avoid being Overwhelmed by your Email Inbox - Duration: 4:13.
If you had a job or had a computer in the 90', you must know how exciting it
was to receive an email back then. Now days, it has become a source of
clutter for computers, phones and other electronic devices.
Emails! Love them or hate them. They have become
an integral part of our lives. It's the way we do our jobs, we keep in touch with
family and friends and we organise travel and cultural activities. The
following are steps so you can be on top of email and not email on top of you. The
acronym to remember here is RAFT. R is for "read". Find different timeslots
during the day to go through your email. It should not be the first thing you do
as soon as you open your eyes. Things you should do when you wake up should be
calming or deciding what are your priorities for the day.
Remember "E-mail is other's people agenda". Somebody is likely to be asking
you for something. A is for "Action". Once you're going through the emails you will
either decide if A) The email is not related to you or someone else can do it,
then you forward it on and delegate.; or B) if it requires a very simple quick response,
then do it there and then. If it doesn't fall under A or B that means -->C) requires
more thought, research or just more time to respond. So, if you're very disciplined
you can mark the email as "unread" and having your inbox with just a short list of
emails that are unread, which means they need "action". If you're not as disciplined,
then the other option is to grab the email and drag it into your calendar. You
will drag it into the day you know you need to action this email. The last
option is to just put that email into your to-do list, whatever system you use
to manage your to-do list. F is for "Filing"- these are the emails you don't
have to deal anymore and you want to keep for records- either for auditory purposes
or just for referral. Keeping a simple filing system within your email is vital.
I am going to put here on the screen the categories I tend to recommend for you
to be able to retrieve an email whenever you're trying to find it. T is for 'Toss"-
delete, junk, trash, recycling bin. So, if it doesn't fall and under any of the
other categories then just delete there and then! Apps exist to manage emails. I
don't tend to use them personally and I don't tend to recommend them. They just
add another layer and another step to dealing with email. I like to keep things
simple. The size of our inbox shouldn't go beyond what we can see in our screen
because, "Once out of sight out of mind". We are more likely to miss deadlines and
important notifications if we don't see the email anymore. If the email is very
important it is very likely we will get emailed again or get called or a text - but it
just helps us look professional and shows that we are on top of things and know how to
prioritise if we're managing well our email.

Mamelodi Sundowns will be handed automatic entry into the group phase of the next Caf Champions League if they win this year's competition.
But without a victory at the halfway point of their group campaign‚ that is now looking something of a stretch for the 'Brazilians'.
The Confederation of African Football (Caf) have decided that the winners of the 2018 Champions League will skip the preliminary rounds for the next edition‚ which will start almost immediately.
Caf are switching the timing of their two annual club competitions after more than five decades of starting each February and concluding each November.
Now‚ because of complaints from clubs like Sundowns‚ the Champions League and the Confederation Cup will begin in August and end in May‚ mirroring the seasons of most of the major domestic leagues on the continent.
The switch happens this year but to avoid an overlap between the 2018 editions and the 2018-19 competition‚ as soon as the one is completed the other will start.
The two legs of the Champions League final are being held in October and the preliminaries for the next Champions League begin in late November.
But the holders will skip the early knockout rounds because they clash with the Club World Cup in December‚ where the 2018 Champions League winners will be headed to represent Africa.
Sundowns' hopes of winning the current edition of the Champions League lie in the balance after a shock defeat in Togo last week.
They meet AS Port Togo again at home on Friday‚ July 27 at Atteridgeville and must win to keep alive their chances of advancing to September's quarter-finals.
Sundowns and Orlando Pirates will represent South Africa in the 2018-19 Champions League with cup winners Free State Stars and Kaizer Chiefs playing in the Confederation Cup.

The 47-year-old actor and filmmaker was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery back in February after falling ill following a comedy show gig in Glendale, California
Since the life-threatening heart attack, Smith has lost more than 40 pounds (18 kilograms) and has transformed his diet and lifestyle in an effort to live longer
"My health is good," he told E! News while at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 20
The Clerks star revealed he was totally unaware he was having a heart attack until told by a doctor before being wheeled into surgery
"He's like, 'You're having a massive heart attack right now, you didn't know? They didn't tell you?' And I was like, 'No,'" he joked
"The doctor saved my life." To try and counteract the cholesterol that caused the life-threatening health scare, Smith consulted a nutritionist and decided to adopt a vegan diet
"I said, 'You know what? I ate any way I wanted for like the last 47 years. For one year I am going to try life as a vegan
' It's been okay, I don't miss much," he said of the plant-based eating regime. However, Smith confessed that eating more vegetables was difficult for him
"Winding up in the operating room, I was like, 'I never want to do this s**t again,'" he explained
"It's hard to be a vegan when you hate vegetables. But peanut butter and jelly technically is vegan
So you find nooks and crannies to live in and slowly you expand the diet. Like I've started eating chickpeas for the first time in my life - pretty amazing
