Le 9 juillet devant le Congrès réuni à Versailles, « le président de la République a pris un engagement » : le « retour vers la citoyenneté pleine et entière des personnes sous tutelle », se réjouit Sophie Cluzel, y voyant « une grande victoire » pour les personnes handicapées « qui se battent depuis plus de trente ans pour faire reconnaître le caractère inconditionnel » de ce droit et n'auront désormais « plus à craindre » d'en être privées

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- La Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) inició acciones de monitoreo sobre la condición de las familias que se encuentran separadas como consecuencia de la política migratoria de "tolerancia cero" impulsada por el presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump
En un comunicado precisó que el monitoreo en McAllen, Houston y Brownsville, Texas, tiene como fin elaborar un diagnóstico más amplio y objetivo de la situación, que permita el diseño de las mejores estrategias para la defensa de los inmigrantes
De acuerdo con la CNDH, las acciones de deportación impulsadas por Trump ponen en riesgo los derechos humanos de las personas migrantes detenidas, principalmente de la niñez y la adolescencia, al separarlas de sus familias y procesar a los adultos por haber cruzado la frontera sin documentos, para su posterior deportación a sus países de origen
La unidad familiar, abundó, es un derecho protegido por el sistema interamericano de derechos humanos, y de acuerdo con estándares internacionales en la materia y los criterios de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH), recalcó, a las personas migrantes sujetas a procedimientos de deportación se les debe respetar como mínimo el derecho a ser escuchadas por la autoridad competente en el marco del procedimiento tendente a su deportación y tener la oportunidad adecuada para ejercer su derecho de defensa
Según el comunicado, en McAllen, Houston y Brownsville, donde se localizan los centros de detención de personas migrantes más grandes del estado de Texas, visitadores adjuntos de la CNDH realizan actividades específicas de vinculación con organizaciones de la sociedad civil que trabajan en Estados Unidos en la defensa de los derechos humanos de las personas en contexto de migración
También acudieron a diversos Consulados de México en dicho estado para entrevistarse con servidores públicos, gestionar por medio de ellos su visita a centros de detención de personas migrantes, visitar albergues de la sociedad civil en Texas para recabar testimonios de connacionales, y escuchar las inquietudes y necesidades de las familias mexicanas que se encuentran ante una posible situación de deportación
En esas visitas, el personal de la CNDH difunde las herramientas que ha puesto al alcance de los compatriotas ante posibles acciones de detención y deportación arbitraria, difundiendo entre las familias mexicanas el micrositio "El Plan es Tener un Plan", en el que se identifican casos en los que se pueden ver involucradas, así como acciones concretas para la defensa de sus derechos
El organismo de derechos humanos señaló que los encuentros con organizaciones de la sociedad civil han tenido como objetivo principal buscar puntos en común para implementar acciones tendentes a salvaguardar los derechos humanos de las familias, así como de la niñez y adolescencia migrantes

Battlefield V/5 - DICE Responds to the Battlefield V Alpha - My Reaction to the Future of BF5 - Duration: 13:31.

DICE has responded to all the feedback from the Battlefield V Alpha, and today I've
got a list of the things that they're looking at.
In a multi-page post made available this past week, DICE lays out where we're heading
and some of these changes were a little surprising to me.
There were some things I thought in the Alpha were standout problems that weren't mentioned
at all, and other issues (like time-to-kill balance) that I didn't think were as controversial
as DICE mentions.
But today I'm going to go over them all and give my thoughts, so let's get started.
The first thing that DICE laments in their Alpha follow-on was that matchmaking was somewhat
broken during the Alpha.
If you wanted to play with a squad, you had no choice but to use the server browser option
because the matchmaker was plain busted.
It's pretty clear from the alpha that they intend matchmaking to be the primary way for
players to get in the game, as the server browser is somewhat difficult to find in the
user interface.
I wasn't a huge fan of the matchmaker as it would frequently time out after three minutes
and just give up.
It was also placing some players in servers outside their region, causing the usual problems
that come with out-of-region players in the frostbite engine: dying behind walls and trades
are frequent with these players.
Specifically DICE stated: "There are many factors to juggle when it comes to matchmaking:
finding players with equal latency and skill level, and more – and these factors all
need to co-exist.
Getting the best possible matchmaking is a challenge of balance; we want to match you
into the best possible server and experience, which may take a few moments of waiting, but
at the same time not have you waiting too long to deploy."
This gives me some pause.
The primary reason I left Battlefield 1 was because of the poor matchmaking.
I even made a video about that -- which I'll link in the description below.
I got fed up with Battlefield 1 because even after you found a server worth playing on,
the individual rounds would quickly become terribly lopsided.
This is because their balancing algorithm was based on a very poor system that has been
in use since at least Battlefield 3.
Using it as a matchmaking device just ensured that a single good player or two would always
be put on a team of lackluster players.
High individual effort would be rewarded with more problems.
I really do hope they've revised how skill is calculated in this franchise, because the
previously used and outdated algorithm is a hideously bad measure for use in balancing.

It didn't help that Battlefield 1's conquest scoring system is royally screwed up, and
has been left that way.
But thankfully, at least that has been fixed as of the Battlefield V Alpha.
In my Battlefield V Alpha review video, I expressed some genuine appreciation for the
revive system in the alpha.
I thought that the squad buddy revive system was absolutely fantastic, and really added
a lot of power to squads.
For those unfamiliar, you now do not need a medic to perform a revive on a member of
your squad -- you can just walk up to a squadmate and interact with them.
Now the time to perform this revive was a full five seconds -- which made it very different
from the medic revive which took about one second.
I thought this did two things really well: one, it gave a lot of reason to play medic
as five seconds is a long time to be out of the fight.
Two, it made sure that revive trains in squads were not easy to pull off.
A single squad member couldn't suddenly become a necromancer to the rest of his squad
before you could track him down.
But more importantly, it made the player have to make an interesting decision.
It increases the skill gap between players making judgement calls and those merely reacting
to stimuli on the screen.
Well in their latest alpha follow-up, DICE decided that five seconds was too long and
they have instead made that 2.5 seconds.
Half the time.
I find this decision a bit confusing, because I generally thought the five second mark made
it a real choice.
In previous Battlefield titles, I considered 2.5 seconds the break-even time for mild inconvenience
specifically in reloading weapons.
It's about the point where reloading became a detriment in close quarters.
So I don't think this change is a good one.
Specifically, you will no longer have to make sure a point is clear before reviving, and
I think there's another detriment here -- that the medic revive is going to be even less
valued.
Particularly if the game ships with the ability to drag downed buddies out of the way.
Then you don't even have to worry about getting in the line of fire.
Now, this decision may have been made in service of giving a close squad even more power together.
Or perhaps it was to discourage rushing to the redeploy screen to respawn.
But I think it's going to seriously impact the viability of the medics.
Revives are probably one of the most powerful tools in the Battlefield franchise.
The difference between a full revive and lesser revive is very minimal when compared to no
revive at all.
Which is, as of this change, the only major difference between squads that play together
and the medic's primary ability.
Given the really long window that revives have in Battlefield V, I think that this considerably
lessens the skill gap in the revive system.
It does speed up the game, and it does make buddy squads more powerful, but I think this
a highly questionable move.
In absence of the ability to playtest this, it's probably the change DICE mentioned
that I'm most concerned about.
Next up is time-to-kill, now DICE's response on time-to-kill was a little bit strange:
they seem to acknowledge that the community had a mixed opinion on the TTK: When it comes
to the Time to Kill, or TTK, we've seen some polarizing feedback where some players
felt they were being killed very fast when encountering enemies, while others felt the
TTK was just right.
This is something we will keep tweaking.
Their general response to this feedback seems to be less about tweaking the weapon time-to-kill
and more looking into external factors.
Specifically they said: We're looking at how fast can you assess a threat and understand
from where the fire is coming.
Giving you good communication on enemy fire will let you fight back and survive longer.
We're also fine-tuning the amount of camera shake that occurs when you're hit.
If these adjustments aren't enough, we'll look at tweaking the damage of weapons.
DICE also acknowledged that much of the feelings of TTK issues may come from the modes that
people are playing or their general map awareness.
Personally, I never felt like the time-to-kill was an issue one way or the other.
So I guess I'm in with the group that felt the TTK was just right.
But I must admit, it's a little bit hard to evaluate based on a limited pool.
If I think about the beta weapons that Battlefield 4 released with, we'd never have known about
guns that are absolutely built for shredding in that game.
Or for example, with Hardline we didn't see some of the more broken elements of that
game in their Beta.
So it's really hard to judge TTK based on the Battlefield V alpha.
But it seems like, based on what DICE is saying, it's a concern they're aware of and keeping
in mind with the design and balance of their game.
DICE acknowledges the limited selection somewhat later in the update: Important to note is
that the Closed Alpha had a limited pool of weapons and when we add more, the overall
balance will change.
The arsenal that was tested in the Alpha was a small subset and more passes will be made
to it and all the other Battlefield V weapons and gadgets.
And honestly I think that's all we can ask for at this stage of development.
If the shipped game plays relatively the same as the alpha, I'll be pretty pleased.
On weapon balance, two "issues" that DICE identified in the alpha were the recoil of
certain weapons and the general supply of ammo.
On weapon recoil, they were a bit vague but they stated that they have tweaked the recoil
of some weapons based on the alpha.
I'm genuinely curious what weapons they went after, as they did state: … it will
require a bit more effort and pacing between shots to be effective.
Based on previous games, I assume this means that recoil recovery has been reduced -- that
is the amount of time required by weapons to return to the center of the screen.
Given the prominence and effectiveness of the StG44 -- I have to imagine that was a
prime candidate for these changes.
But I could imagine them reworking the Erma slightly as well, as of all the automatic
weapons that felt the easiest to control.
We won't really know the extent of these recoil changes until the next build lands
in late August.
In general I found the weapons in the alpha to be really predictable and fair, though
the StG44 was a clear favorite.
As for the ammo, DICE stated that: When it comes to ammunition, we saw that players in
general liked the war of attrition and having a limited number of bullets when deploying.
We will tweak these numbers slightly for some weapons to get an optimal balance.
There are other factors that affect ammo availability, too.
For instance, the possibility of looting dropped ammo from dead players benefits certain classes
more than others, and we'll need to adjust the balance accordingly.
My take on this is that certain weapons could just keep going and going and players were
ignoring supplies because as long as they kept killing they would get a sufficient amount
of ammo.
I actually didn't notice this too much in the alpha, but I didn't play a lot of the
semi-automatic or bolt action weapons.
And for the most part, I could easily resupply at the supply stations -- which were one to
a point.
Which I think will be a bigger problem going forward if they're trying to keep resupply
as a role important for the medic and support.
The supply stations in the alpha were plentiful and easy to get to -- once you knew where
they were, it was trivially easy to resupply after capturing a point or on your way to
the next.
On reinforcements, DICE had this to say: In the Closed Alpha, we gave you the chance to
call in two of the several Squad Reinforcements of Battlefield V: the Churchill Crocodile
Tank and the V-1 Rocket.
Players had fun with these powerful weapons, but some aspects will be adjusted.
For example, it was way too easy to be reinforced with the V-1 Rocket in Conquest, and though
matches are supposed to escalate with these reinforcements at the end of a match, we will
tone this down.
Furthermore, details like blast radius and how you can be warned of (and potentially
counter) the V-1 Rocket are being investigated.
I can understand what they're saying here, as there were some particularly early V-1s,
and I'd wonder how players managed to get them that fast.
But by the end of the game, it was raining rocket call-ins.
I never felt like I had a hard time guessing where the V-1 was going to land and getting
out of the way.
Mostly it just caught unaware players -- of which there are always going to be plenty.
If I were DICE, I'd do less of a full-press mitigating the power of the V-1 and perhaps
try to make the other call-ins more viable.
For example, they call the tank powerful but it was anything but.
The tank was a far less productive choice and was easily destroyed.
In general, tanks were pretty much glass cannons in the beta -- much due to their limited arcs
of fire and ease of destruction.
So what didn't they mention?
Definitely missing from the update was any mention of vehicle balance.
Given the top-tier role vehicles have taken in previous Battlefield games, and the very
obvious power shift in the Battlefield V alpha -- this is kind of surprising.
Planes were basically an unplayable mess in the alpha.
Short of the one viable variant of Stuka, you weren't contributing at all to the battle.
Kills were exceptionally hard to come by when bombs did less damage than grenades.
I think planes have already received a pretty big nerf with the changes to the spotting
system.
Unless players are in the wide open, or in a vehicle, it's going to be very unlikely
that a plane will target them.
What's left to do here, I think, is to give them adequately balanced weapon damage -- for
example, if I drop a bomb on somebody's head they should probably die.
Then there's the question of tanks -- which felt like they had good amount of firepower
but very poor survivability.
Tanks are easily disabled and slowed, and the moment that they start taking fire they
buckle pretty quickly.
I was far more at risk from the infantry than any tank.
Which is a stark difference from previous Battlefield titles.
Usually I have an "oh crap, there's a tank" reaction.
In the alpha, it was more "hey there's a tank; let's blow it up and get back on
the point."
I think the problem with tanks is relatively easy to solve -- more hitpoints or fewer explosives
per player would probably do the trick.
As it is, each assault spawns with enough rockets to take out a tank and enough dynamite
to cripple another.
Which seems oddly opposed to the overall theory of ammo reduction.
Perhaps that was an oversight, but it required no cooperation between squadmates to blow
up a tank -- it was a task easily accomplished by a single player.
And as I said, it's an easy task to make tanks feel more powerful as if everybody spawned
with only a single rocket, tanks would suddenly feel a lot more powerful.
At least against lone wolves.
Finally, they didn't mention that they've fixed the spotting system to not passively
call out enemies.
Which I think was one of the bigger complaints about the alpha in general.
Allegedly this was a bug that was confirmed as fixed by one of their developers on Twitter.
Overall I think DICE's response to the alpha is a bit of a mixed bag combined with some
hand-waving.
I'm definitely not a fan of making the squad revive system less thought provoking, but
there's no follow-up build to play to judge it in person.
Additionally, I still have big concerns about the vehicle balance and gameplay based on
my time in the alpha.
It sounds like there will be another alpha build during gamescom from August 21st through
August 25th.
More than likely that will run until the following Monday on the 23rd.
DICE also mentioned that the open Beta will happen in early September -- likely using
the same build from the second alpha.
As for my hopes for late summer, I definitely want to see some of the promised customization
in the next build of the game, as it was sorely missing from this build.
DICE and their YouTube proxies talked up the game quite a bit back in May, and I'm curious
to see just how much of the hand-waving will make it into the final product.
Overall I'm still really positive on what we're going to get as a final product, as
even if it's just an expanded version of what's available in alpha -- that would
be pretty good.
But I'd love to see them deliver on some of their claims from earlier this year.

Can we think of a right action that can be made only?
By a Christian and not by an atheist. It's it's actually a very subtly interesting question to me
Because there are certain
Presuppositions behind it that I'd like to briefly deal with it in closing one
is this from where I sit ladies and gentlemen whether a person is an atheist or a
Christian or anything else? They are made in the image of God and therefore they are moral beings therefore
They're capable of seeing good and doing good. And sometimes my atheist friends could put me to shame
So there is that basic moral compass which makes mr. Hitchens question a little bit

But if I were going to answer his question directly, I not convinced that William Wilberforce
would have liberated slavery as he did if his motivation had been atheism because I noticed that
Wilberforce liberated slaves only to have slavery reintroduced by
Nazi Germany and communism in the 20th century
There is no guarantee ladies and gentlemen that the abolition of God will mean the abolition of the captivity of man
But my final answer to his question. Is this can I name in a good action that no atheist could do

Another question that came in well, what would you say are the top three reasons?
The Bible is reliable and as a guy who was really trying to answer that question for himself
Not quite sure if this was even true to me
It really came down to I needed to know if the accounts in the scriptures were reliable
Could I trust what the Bible set and primarily I'm talking about as a Christian. Can I trust what the Bible says about Jesus?
That's really what it comes down to it
So I took a similar approach that you would take with anybody when you're examining eyewitness reliability
There were several reasons several things. I had to know. First of all were these witnesses
writing early enough to have actually have been witnesses or they even present at the time that Jesus ministered on earth and
That's going to be an important issue
Are they other Gospels dated early enough so they could have been written by eye witness?
The second one of course is can they be corroborated in a some way? Is there some either?
Archaeological evidence or some writing of non-christians? I like Josephus Tacitus Tallis
People who in the first century would have written something even if all it does is corroborate the loose outline of Jesus's life
That would be at least some
Evidential corroboration for the claims of the Gospel writers the third theme of course is how do we know it hasn't changed over time
So I want to examine this chain of custody the heel to toe story of Jesus from John to his
Students to their students - that's next student all the way down
And when I got that snapshot of Jesus taken over the centuries
It would at least tell me if in fact the story had changed and there's actually one more thing
Do I think that these folks had a bias because if what doesn't have a bias you can't trust them
And so I've had to look at those areas, but primarily the issue of early dating
I think there's more than enough good reason to believe that the Gospels are written within the lifetime of the
Eyewitnesses it would have best explained the evidence for example of a missing destruction of the temple
The siege is not described the deaths of Peter Paul and James

What you can do is say to the unbeliever with a surprised look on your face
well
is that what you think why I can think of at least five arguments for God's existence and
At that point he's got to say yeah, like what and then you're off and running
So when people ask me there's no evidence for God's existence
And I say well sure there is and they they said well, like what I typically just list about five arguments
I'll say God is the best explanation for why anything at all exists rather than nothing?
God is the best explanation of the beginning of the universe God is the best explanation of the fine-tuning of the universe
For intelligent life God is the best explanation of objective moral
values and duties in the world God is the best explanation of the historical facts concerning Jesus of
Nazareth and finally God can be personally known and
experienced and
I find that many times just giving a list of the arguments is enough to satisfy the
unbeliever, he doesn't even ask to hear the arguments just hearing a list of them is
often enough
So I would encourage all of us to have some list and memorize that you can just share at the drop of a hat
with an unbeliever now if he does want to press you each one of those points in the list has an
Argument that has premises or steps that you can memorize and again then share with them. For example
The argument that God is the best explanation
For the beginning of the universe is very easy to memorize. It has just three steps. Whatever begins to exist has a cause
the universe began to exist
therefore the universe has a cause and that will show that we don't live in an isolated system that there is a
transcendent cause
Beyond space and time beyond the universe that has brought the universe into being which has obvious theological
implications so if you have these
Premises memorized then you are prepared to actually share the argument with the unbeliever
But in many cases you won't even need to do that if you just have a list

Twitter Angela Webb, a Tulare high school volleyball coach and teacher, is accused of sexual misconduct with a student.
Angela Webb, a Tulare Union High teacher and championship volleyball coach in California, is accused of sexual misconduct with a then-student.
Angela Holguin Webb, 50, was arrested on Friday morning, July 13, 2018, on suspicion of committing sexual acts with a prior student, according to a press release from the Tulare Police Department.
She is one of a string of female teachers accused in recent years of sexual misconduct with a student.

Angela Webb, a College Champion Volleyball Player, Is Accused of Engaging in a Relationship With a Student for More Than Three Years.
Tulare police confirmed that Angela Webb was a Tulare Union High School Teacher and volleyball coach.
"The relationship lasted approximately three and a half years during the victim's time as a student at Tulare Western High School," the police wrote, adding, "The identity, gender, and age of the victim will not be released due to the sensitive nature of the investigation.
The lead detective in this case, Detective M.
Muller "asks anyone with additional information to call the Tulare Police Department Investigation Division at 559-684-4265," wrote the police.
"It is violation of trust in that sense.
It's a student teacher relationship, that has to be taken very seriously," said Tulare police Lt.
Jerod Boatman to ABC30.
According to Webb's LinkedIn page, she received a master's degree from Fresno Pacific University in 2000 and studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
She was part of the 1989 national champion volleyball team there.
"FPU's 1989 women's volleyball team was among those inducted into the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame on Thursday, November 1.
These Sunbirds were the first to win a national championship for Fresno Pacific, setting a new standard for athletics at the university!" the page says.
Facebook photos indicate she's married with two children.
Police Say They Learned of the Allegations in June 2018 & Webb Wrote That 'God & Family Are Everything'.
Police say they learned about the accusations only a month before they brought charges.
"The alleged relationship between Webb and the victim was brought to the attention of the Tulare Police Department on June 20th, 2018," the Tulare PD press release says.
Police tracked down the accuser, saying, "Investigators have been actively investigating the case since that date.
During the initial part of this investigation Tulare PD Detectives contacted the victim who confirmed the allegations.
Detectives responded to Webb's residence, after obtaining an arrest warrant which was granted by a Tulare County Superior Court Judge.".
Webb was arrested this morning at her residence.
"She was transported to the Tulare Police Department where she was booked and interviewed.
She was later transported and booked at the Tulare County Women's Facility," said police.
On Twitter, Webb wrote, "P.E.
Teacher – Love it! God & Family are everything.
Enjoy vacations and great restaurants with delicious desserts!" She mostly wrote about inspirational sayings, student trips and sports.
"3rd P.
Class karaoke getting pumped and ready for Friday night football !!!" read one tweet.

Webb, a Physical Education Teacher, Was Known as a 'Really Good Athlete' & Won Championships as a Coach.
Angela Webb was well known as a volleyball coach and led her team to success.
The Tulare Union team earned four league titles from 2008 to 2013, and Tulare Western won a Central Section championship in 1996, with her as coach, according to Your Central Valley.
One woman wrote on the police comment thread on Facebook, "She graduated with my husband.
I remember her from high school.
She was a really good athlete.
Crazy though to hear about this! Wow!" Other people wrote on the thread that Webb was their physical education teacher in high school.
According to Visala Times Delta, Webb's record as a volleyball coach was 93-57-0, and she earned more than $133,000 a year.
"She went by the rules, it was always the way she wanted things to be done," said high school graduate Linda Delgado, to ABC30.
"Typical strict teacher.".
An old story about a volleyball player committing to a college quoted the player as mentioning Webb and gives a sense of the kind of coach she was.
"My high school coach (Angela Webb) just took me under her wing.
Everything I know goes back to her," that player told Visalia Times Delta.
The High School Placed Webb on Administration Leave.
Angela Webb had worked at two high schools in the district.
According to The Fresno Bee, Tulare Joint Union High School District has placed Webb on administrative leave.
She had worked for the school district since 992 and was a physical education teacher at Tulare Union High, and a physical education teacher and volleyball coach at Tulare Western, according to the newspaper.
Tulare is a community of almost 60,000 people not far from Bakersfield, California.
The district released a statement that read, "The district takes the allegations against Mrs.
Webb very seriously and is continuing to work with Tulare Police Department as they investigate this matter.
While the district understands the need and desire for more information, there are specific laws that govern school districts which prohibit the district from sharing details of an ongoing personnel investigation.".

Miranda Pauley, a former biology teacher, was accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Cassandra White, an English teacher in Oklahoma, was even accused of taking out a marriage license with a teenage boy.
Hunter Day, an Oklahoma teacher, was accused of sending nude photos to a student.
Among other recent cases: Loryn Barclay, a former substitute teacher at a Missouri High School, was accused of having sexual contact multiple times with a 17-year-old boy.
Shawnetta Reece, a gym teacher from Georgia, was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy.
Tracy Miller, a West Virginia teacher, was accused of sending nude photos to students.
Nataly Lopez, a 27-year-old former substitute teacher at a middle school in New Jersey, was accused of having sexual contact with a student.
Lindsey Jarvis, a 27-year-old middle school teacher's aide, was accused of the rape and sodomy of a student who was under the age of 16.
Jarvis was arrested in Fayette County, Kentucky, on June 16.
Then there's Laura Ramos.
She is a 31-year-old Connecticut high school teacher who is accused of having sex with a special education student.
And there's Tiffany Geliga.

I am Gabriel Menezes
and my friends for calling me Menezes
it became a nickname and people call me MENA
Well, I started with art during College
and at that time that I realized that I had some difficulties learning
as other people
and I developed a way that I could pay more attention
and I could enjoy the classes better.
I found out that drawing paid more attention.
And when I started to draw in the notebook
it was like I had opened up my mind to what I needed
but the paper was not enough.
So I started trying to draw on other surfaces like college wallets
and I was developing more and more
even trying different surfaces
like my sister's bathroom wall
I started to try bigger drawings
on the blackboard
on the beach.
Until an architect friend of mine, Marcela
invited me to do a job in an apartment
which was the first commercial work that I started my art career.
My work began to be recognized
when I started to paint the bottles
and as incredible as it may seem
this has become part of my path until here.
Maybe, this was when I started to recognize
that what I love the most to do
which is art.
And what I painted,
I drew the most in the beginning of my career
were all cartoon characters.
And a post I did on Facebook
that reverberated in a very awesome way
was a Homer Simpson that I painted
And because the cartoon is contemporary
not only for children but also for adults
I chose an element of it
that represented our inner child.
So I picked up the donut.
And I started to paint it through out the whole city of São Paulo
This is in São Paulo's country side, a public school in Americana
here I painted Mr. Donuts
one of the biggest donut shops in São Paulo
advertisement agency called Pepery.
Then I started to mix the donuts and Simpsons with the abstract
which is my biggest technique today.
It began with these art works.
And then I did my biggest wall at Avenida 23 de Maio,
which is a panel of 60 meters, very awesome.
Unfortunately, nowadays this is one of the only works who survived the conduct at the Av. 23 de maio
And this was a wall that I believed in its potential.
I did it little by little, I did not do it all at once.
I even believe that the art invested by the artist
is the pure art
it is the art that does not expect 100% financial return.
It is only for the sake of art,
in favor of the joy of trying to beautify the city in somehow.
I had another opportunity on this path
which was to paint an architecture office
which was my first abstract work
and my first time with the abstract painting
my first manifestation using this technique
and I began to express myself in the abstract style
which today is where I recognize myself as an artist.
It's what I love to do
I always get excited create a new technique
a new work.
This is part of me.
And since I believe that art has no barriers
I see the necessity to take art somewhere
whether it be for the street or for a school
anywhere in the world
I always study and
understand where my art works would be nice to be.
As an invite also,
I participated in an interaction with children
of an orphanage
this was an event at Christmas
and I made a giant paint with them, very amazing.
I have already participated in some projects
in communities in São Paulo
this is the Esperança community in Osasco
I have also done and intervention in another community
called ESPAMA here in São Paulo
by the way they were amazing.
I always try to take art in the purest way possible
either inside a house
or for those who need art
and for ones who need to open their minds
I believe that art is welcome anywhere.
Art is actually the manifestation of the man
when there is absence of nature
It brings context to life
and I am very grateful to be on this planet making art.
Nowadays, art makes total sense to me
it guides me
it sets me free
And I believe that I can not only experience this
I believe I can share it with people as well.
This is why I do what I do.
I love to paint anywhere
because I believe that
all these places need art
life, harmony and color.
People need to take some of the darkness out of themselves
and open up their hearts to put more color in it
It is not after death that we experience the paradise
I think that paradise is here with us the whole time.
I honestly believe in a greater life
I honestly believe in a world not only in this material world
but as an universal plan
both material and spiritual.
I think that life has to go its way
and that there is a mission of each one of us
This understanding, the search for understanding
the search for knowledge
This is very connected with my art because I live it
And what I feel I express.
I'm very, very happy to do what I've been doing
I do with lots of love.
And I think that's the secret of everything
This is a perception that was always passed on by my family
I have huge gratitude for them.
And my girlfriend, Giovana
certainly influenced me a lot in my recent trajectory
not only as a spiritual search
but also in search of an improvement as an artistic being
as an artistic manifestation as well.
I believe that many people were very important to me
Once again, I want to deeply thank my clients
who have always believed in my work
and always came to me
to express what they felt about my artwork
It just makes me believe that this is the right path
