Here's What I Think About Buying a New or Used Car in 1 Minute - Duration: 1:24.

Rev up your engines!

Raper Dare says, I'm worried about buying a used car for cheap,

I don't want it breaking on me, I'm thinking about buying a newer Civic or Toyota 86,

how do I know if a car is good and long lasting, we'll you know, there's an art to that,

I'm a mechanic, I can tell you really fast, so if you can find a guy like me, you have

me check it out before you buy the thing, because if you do that, generally your not

going to have any problems, a mechanic can tell, from 50 years of working

on them I can tell you, hey this, no this is a bad car,

and you save a ton of money if you buy a used Toyota or a used Honda and it's in good shape,

like I can buy cars for $3,000 or $4,000 that maybe has 70% of their life left, and when

they were new they were $30,000, so that's a good deal, now if your worried and you don't

mind spending on a newer Civic or Toyota 86 go ahead if you don't mind spending that kind

of money because it's going to last a long time too so,

that's more of a choice up to you, even my son, he was going to get a used pick up and

I was looking around and he said, oh heck I'm just going to buy a new Tacoma because

I might have it for 30 years so what do you care and in that case there's nothing wrong

with buying a new one, so if you never want to miss another one of

my new car repair videos, remember to ring that bell!

[music]

Simplistically, we can divide people into two categories

- the ones who think of themselves too badly, but also the ones who think of themselves too well.

They think of themselves too well - it means the true image of their own weaknesses, their rubbish is blurred.

Or even some very serious defections, some serious retreat that happens in their lives.

It seems that the topic of faith, religion and the relationship with God is a very exposed area

in the case of exactly the group of people thinking too well of themselves.

For this kind of exaggeration, when you do not notice that your heart is far from God,

you do not notice all these signals that He gives you, love signals and calls

so that you would come back to Him, so that you would come closer.

Today's Gospel is about that. Jesus addresses especially those who think of themselves

in a totally unjustifiable manner, in a too good manner, and He tries to shock us, shock them

so that we would wake up from this excess of wellbeing,

so that we would allow being awaken from this illusion, so that we would live the truth, let Him be loved in the truth.

How I Made $312,000 Shopify Dropshipping One Product - [Step By Step Tutorial] - Duration: 15:47.

right let's just cut the crap and let's just get straight on with it what's

going on guys it's your boy the Beast Of Ecom and I am

back with another video jump in nothing but value bombs if this is the first

time ever watching one of my videos hello and welcome

if it isn't then it's nice to see you again please please do of course like

comment and of course smash that subscribe button hit the notification

about as well so you stay up to date with my latest videos because you do not

want to miss out on any of my upcoming content and this channel is growing at a

fantastic rate so I just want to say thank you to everyone who's currently

subscribed so in this video I'm gonna show you guys how one shopify product did over

three hundred thousand dollars now I know you guys might have seen a previous

one of my videos that how it broken down how I did over a million dollars in just

two months time where I broke it down step-by-step what I actually done gave

away tons of value and a feedback for that one was a fantastic if you haven't

watched that video then I'll just leave it as a suggested video at the end of

this one but I wanted to do something very similar okay show you guys you know

the back of the product the numbers of the product and then of course what

actually done to achieve those numbers because I know you guys like that no BS

style of teaching no fluff just pure valuable actionable content okay so make

sure you stay to the end watch all of the video let's jump into the computer

and let's get straight on with it right you are currently flying in no BS zone

okay so grab your favorite drink sit back relax and let's learn until we

reach value town so let's jump straight into it okay and as you can see here

over three hundred thousand dollars generated with this products ok and one

of the things I'm gonna break down shortly is the variants that we used

even though it was just one single product but firstly I want to refresh

the page as you know there's always people here out on the internet who

don't like to believe and always say it's a scam you're using some sort of

software or whatever it may be so I just want to really quickly just refresh the

screen and then crack on we is the video on how I did it and how I

actually used the variance as well because that's a super important part

that you need to get right okay if you are doing this so here we are refreshed

and relaunched and the numbers are exactly still the same okay over three

hundred thousand dollars generated now the variance how did I use these

variance well there wasn't variance in the traditional sense in you know of

different colors different shapes and sizes all those sorts of things it was

the exact same product but what I learned was a bundled the variance i

bundled the variance what does that mean okay so basically the more someone could

buy of this product the more discount they could get so if they were buying

- they got X amount off if they bought three they got X amount off if they

bought for they got more etc etc and so on and so on now as you can see okay

this is a way of increasing your a of V your average order value and remember

this is completely free okay I'm not using any additional apps

any upsell apps any you know any additional software or anything like

that okay this is just freezes using the native Shopify variants to bundle

product brindell the product together and when you do this okay yeah this is

this is when you do this you increase your average order value and again it's

totally free but you'll be surprised when you do do this how many people

actually take you up on that offer analyzing the resource so as you can see

you know if I close - what's that 400 people actually buy close to - you know

three people buy you know four not 341 people buy 324 people actually buy four

of the product now this product wasn't exactly cheap to buy one and remember

you making profit off that after one of that I stopped selling one of them

you're making profit so the more people buy the more profit you are making

without any additional work upsells apps or anything like that so this is a super

important thing to take away from this video is using the variance okay it's

really easy to do you can just set your variant to something like you know

discount and then just just then start you know putting down the different

bundle discounts that people can get the more they buy the more do

that they get and you'll be surprised how many people actually take you up on

that offer okay so let's move on and actually talk about how this was

generated and breaking it down a little bit Beth okay so as you can see how I

made over three hundred thousand dollars with just this one product and what I

want to point out is the spend for that product I believe was about forty

thousand pounds so I feel free to do the conversion rate if you want to find a

product that is already selling now of course there's two ways to go about this

you know as I mentioned you can find something which is already selling

online on Facebook whatever it may be or you can find that golden product which

no one else is selling and it's kind of you're the first to the market okay now

of course of course the easier way and the easy way I suggest you do if you

just getting started is obviously to find something that is already selling

now this exact strategy of how I actually done do this okay this little

method here is outlined in another video I'll show you how to find products on

Facebook this is some of the things that are actually done so I check the

engagement ring okay how recent were the comments that's what you want to do so

well and good you know finding a product but if it's from months ago it may

possibly be saturated so you want to be checking how new is the comments were

now these ones are obviously a course within the next day some of the morning

hours so I knew that this product was making sales here and then people were

interested in it and of course I do a check on the link on how many clicks is

it receiving now again any other video I'll show exactly how to do this if it's

a Google link or if it's a bitly link a short link you can actually dive into

the analytics and see how many clicks that is actually getting okay so you can

engage on how many people are clicking that outbound link because again that's

important it's all well and good okay having likes comments shares and stuff

but it's no one's clicking an outbound link then the advert is not doing its

job the job of the advert is to get people to click on to the product page

and in this case there were many link clicks so I knew that people were

clicking through and landing on that product page estimating the number of

sales and decided to do a test so again in the other video again

you know I have a look once you know what the how many clicks there are you

can do an estimate on their conversion rates and and just basically try and

ballpark how many pommy you know units they may be sending so I

decided to run a test where they ought to be added up I wanted to give it a go

so in a testing stage what I actually done was a ran 810 ad sets each with a

single broad interest now what I want to point out quickly on the first point is

that this product actually solved a prod a problem okay and had mass market

appeal which is what I'd really like to go for if the product solves a problem

is generally easier to sell okay now around eight to ten ad sets each

with a single broad interest in the millions that's what I generally like to

go through go for stead of bundling or bundling them all up I want to know

which interests are gonna make me which interests of the money-making interests

okay which I'll convert in which aren't if you burn them together you don't

really know now I was running some ad sets which were cold audiences

okay cold interests sorry called cold interest essentially and a couple of

them two or three were warm one percent a delays look at our audiences from

previous products this is something that which a lot of people don't actually do

as well remember if you're building your custom audiences okay and you let's say

for example you selling stuff in the the fishing niche okay you building

something in the fishing niche and you're building your custom audiences

and you create look like audiences those look at our audiences can be used for

your new products okay don't always go back to testing cold audiences okay

because remember you've already spent money on building that audience and

creating that audience so use it okay those people Facebook have decided

that these people like fishing stuff okay so if you've got a new product any

advertising a new product just throwing you one percents in there with an ad set

okay see see how they react to excite the end of the day those people are

already warm they're not cold you know not totally cold interests so that's

what I've done with this one as well so many sets some assets were well

completely cold interests two or three of them were just one percent a delays

from the previous products in the same nature of course they have to be in the

same niche each ad set was at $10 as the test

moving on of course you want to check your metrics now of course is the

click-through rate good now the click-through rate care on this was

great okay if you click through rate is poor then basically means that your

advert is poor people don't want to click through onto and you want to be

make sure you're measuring unique ok unique click-through link click-through

rates that's what you want to measure not all because that will throw you

stuff off and it will be super high and your thing that stops engaging but it's

not so make sure you check your is the unique link click if you want to make

sure that people are clicking that outbound link ok is your cost per click

good ok higher cost per click basically means you paying more for people to

click the lower the better and of course ultimately at the end of the day with

this one everything was stacking up but at the end of the day ultimately is your

LS and cost per purchase good now this is what people get a little bit confused

with you know they think are the rates high the you know the cost per click

slow and the CPM is high you know but I'm still making sales and we're gonna

be able to scale it and all these sorts of things at the end of the day

ultimately it depends on your o ass ok and you cost per purchase if you're

getting high clicks ok and you're getting higher click-through rate but

your cost per conversion you cost per purchase and your OS is still great ok

then that's the metric you need to focus on because that is the metric um you

know that is the magic metric money in money out money in money out that is it

okay you're the ones are going to have and just great indicators now scaling

this product how they're actually scaling this product well in this way I

didn't do manual bidding on this actual product what actually doing was I

increased the budget two to three to every two to three days on the winning

ad sets just twenty to thirty percent okay on this one actually never went

over fifty dollars per ad set on these original ones why because I like to use

them as my ensure it's policy and sometimes what happens

is with these ones is when you start scaling this ones up to $100 if you just

doing it two to three days what can happen sometimes is you cost per

purchase goes just goes out the window okay so I always like to have sometimes

it depends on a campaign like I said scaling is a very it's an art you know

every single product isn't scaled exactly the same okay but at the in this

case I had an insurance policy which I like to call them you know as the ad

sets and those lower ones obviously if you've got a lower budget those ones

will always generally give you the lowest cost per purchases okay now I'll

duplicate in the winners to higher budgets to see how they perform for 24

to 48 hours and of course assess your data that's one way to skip okay

duplicate those winning ad sets from say you know fifty to a hundred dollars or

you know 20 to say sixty dollars or something along those lines and you know

just see how they react all the way if they've react poor on the first day but

the metrics are good leave them going for the second day okay because of

course Facebook does take time to optimize now the first day may not be

great but the second day after 48 hours you

cost per purchase may decrease so always keep an eye on that analyze the bad

performing ad sets and of course you're gonna have bad performing ad sets you

know where your cost per purchase are completely out the window but don't just

switch them off right away switch them off okay but don't write them off what

I've done with this one is of course I always analyze the the bad performing ad

says why were they bad okay is there a breakout gender is there a breakout

placement is there a breakout age group okay that were performing well because

remember I'm targeting from say 25 to 65 or 35 to 65 okay if in you know male to

female is out of that a is there a specific age group or breakout point

that I can break out and put into a new ad set if so that is what I've done okay

talk about took them out okay put them into a new ad set and ran under the test

at ten dollars and see how it went okay now obviously of course you want to be

creating you look at our audiences I've got a video I think the

I've got another video on local our audiences again look at that on how to

actually use local our audiences which wants to create but of course you view

content at the carts initiate checkouts purchase you know once ten dollars

wanted to want all the way up to 10 percent so 1 1 to 2 2 to 3 3 to 4 bloody

blah blah etc up to 10 percent okay and of course you want to test those at the

same ten dollars and if you've got losers kill the losers if you've got the

winners with this one scale the winners using the exact same method above as

I've just mentioned and of course always I like to do no talk in ad sets based on

the winning ages and genders of the campaign now of course if you've got a

campaign running such as this one and you find that people you know in a

certain age group you know say women aged 45 to 35 and women's age 35 to 45 I

just outperforming everyone else doing no target one target the whole world and

just have women who are 35 to 45 and let Facebook pick out the buyers okay so as

you can see that is the whole process no BS you know no crap no fluffy stuff just

hundred percent pure content so I hope you guys got some value from it

so I hope you guys got some value from this video if you did please please do

How to make Chimichurri Sauce ~Argentinian Fresh Herb Sauce & Marinade ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 7:51.

Hi everyone, welcome back to my kitchen today. We have something kind of awesome today

We're gonna make a chimichurri Verde sauce. This is an Argentinian sauce. That is really a raw herb sauce

it's got oil and white wine vinegar and

All sorts of herbs really any kind that you want and we're gonna wise it up in a food processor

And we're gonna serve it on our grilled steak for Sunday dinner. So let's go see how this all comes together

Alright tonight we grilled steaks and I thought it might be an awesome time to show you guys how to make a fantastic

Raw herb sauce to go over steak on shrimp chicken fish pork

anything chimichurri is a sauce that's often found in Argentina and Uruguay and it comes from the

Basque region of Spain and a lot of Basques

relocated to South America at

One certain point and so chimichurri is very popular in South America

Argentina being where it usually is best known from chimichurri is a

Raw herb sauce, that's a blend of whatever herbs you like in

Today we're gonna be using several different herbs cuz I had some in my fridge and we need to use them up

But you can make this with just nothing but parsley or nothing but cilantro you can do this with however you want

I looked it up for you

chimichurri the etymology of chimichurri

Sauce probably comes from the basque

loosely translated. It is quote a mixture of several things in no particular order

Isn't that beautiful?

It's it's right called it a dump sauce and I kind of like that

Because that's kind of what it is now

Jewelry can be made

In a green version or chimichurri van a day or it can be made in a red version called chimichurri Rojo

So you will forgive me if I'm pronouncing anything incorrectly, but I think I'm getting it almost right today. I'm gonna be using a

lot of green but this is gonna be a lovely blend of flavors and

We're going to drape this over our grilled steak. You can also use this as a marinade or as a salad dressing

So I have a flat leaf parsley

Cilantro fresh basil some dill that. I needed to use up some fresh

Oregano a few cloves of minced garlic and about two tablespoons of minced shallot

You can use sweet onion or green onion, or you can just leave it out

I have the juice and zest of one lemon. I have some salt and pepper

I have a quarter of a cup of white wine vinegar

If you're making the red version you can use red wine vinegar

if you want

You can use apple cider vinegar or whatever vinegar you have and about a half a cup of a good quality extra virgin olive oil

You can make this traditionally and at a mortar and pestle today

I'm gonna take the help of my mini chopper and we're gonna wedge this all up in here

What I want to do is I just want to get some of these herbs in here and we're gonna do this in stages

because the mini chopper is

Probably not going to take all of this at one time

I'm gonna put in the garlic and the shallots or shallots, you know

If I'm being fancy, and I want to talk like Gordon Ramsay

It's a shalat and we're gonna put some salt and pepper in here and I'm gonna wise this up and get it

Kind of mash down a little

Okay, now we're gonna go ahead and add the oregano

the dill and the

parsley, so I've got the cilantro in there now and I'm going to go ahead and add the lemon juice in so I can give

this a little bit of help and

Some of the vinegar will just all the vinegar and Bill lemon zest. Guess what guys I needed a bigger bowl. So

Don't do what I did. Don't start out in your little mini chopper

Go ahead and get out your big food processor

If you don't have a food processor

Then I recommend that you do this in a mortar and pestle if you have one of those this is definitely a job

you're gonna need either or of those tools for and

Because chimichurri is going to be very finely ground up

Okay, so I am gonna go ahead and just let this blend for a second

I'm gonna add the olive oil

And that's what's gonna make it turn into a lovely sauce

There we go

Look at that and that's it. That's as easy as it is to make chimichurri

And then all you have to do is you know

Put it in a jar, or you can keep it in your fridge. You can keep this in your fridge up to a week

We're gonna enjoy some tonight over our steak and I'm gonna bring you back in just a minute

I'm gonna show you what it looks like when it's served and plated with our grilled steak and we'll give it a taste

With meat there you have it. Our steak is ready its rested and it's ready to serve

I put a little bit chilly Cheree on it and

Now we're going to give it a try

You want to taste?

You have to

What do you think

Mmm, it's really lovely

It kind of is the chimichurri has enough acidity to it that it's gonna cut through the fattiness of the steak

And it's just gonna add a really our basis

and

Verdant flavor to whatever you're going to use it on

Like I said, you can use this as a raw sauce for meats grilled steak chicken fish

You can use it as a marinade you can toss

cubed potatoes in it and roast them and this will just

Add a lovely flavor to them and you know all your herbs are in there already

So really there's nothing else you have to do

Like I said, this is gonna keep in your fridge for a couple of weeks and it's delicious

So that is how you make chimichurri verde. I hope that you give it a try sometime soon

It's perfect with all the summer grilling season and and all of that business

It's just it's something different, you know

Maybe if you've never tried this before, maybe you want to go ahead and give it a try

Maybe you've got some parsley you need to use up in your fridge

This would be the perfect opportunity to try something new and really you can just use what you have on hand

But I don't recommend that you use dried herbs to do this. Definitely you want fresh. So

S with its pop-up selfie cam which is 8 megapixels up against the Xiaomi

Mi 8 with a 20 megapixel front-facing camera so both the front-facing cameras

at the moment you can see are very shaky when I walk that it's because neither of

these have electronic image stabilization enabled which is an error

it should be enabled on a flagship cameras sorry should I say Mobile's like

run plus's 6 for example oneplus 6 that has electronic miss stabilization so in

this video I'm going to be comparing the rear cameras which I'll swap over to in

just a minute audio sources and also low-light selfie

shots and the portrait mode shot as well will be compared between both of these

ones here so we're now looking at the front-facing cameras in very difficult

conditions here because I turned off some of the lights outside so it's

really really dark I do have a couple lights over here so I'm gonna walk over

towards them and what you get the frame rate to keep an eye on that frame rates

if any one of these cameras is dropping frames and of course let me know in the

comments your opinions on what you think is the best at low-light and these

really difficult conditions looking at the rear camera snails are both shoot in

4k 12 megapixel sensors were for access optical image stabilization

unfortunately no electronic image stabilization is as well which other

flagships do have focus is good because it does hit your pixel face detection of

focus and you can see it is very quick a long combo for this have no issues there

is no focus hunting and I will just quickly show you the optical

stabilization so walking forward you can see it does rock around quite a bit on

both of these and the audio I feel is better on the

Vivo NEX here

now this is low-light and 4k and you can see both of them seem to be doing pretty

good here but of course this little house here a little shed is well

illuminated it's lit up well so that's quite easy I think for these phones so

now I'll just have a look over to where it's actually quite a bit darker there's

not a lot of light around see it now and you see both of them have a bit of green

and what does it just check it a little bit the stabilization see if it's going

to drop any frames too right now and which one has the bitter focus

okay so very hard to choose a winner on this one they are really trading blows

here some shots it looks slightly sharper on the Knicks and then on other

shots I'll give the one then to the me eight

but when it comes to color reproduction I feel the next tends to get it better

if you have a look at that photo of the red hibiscus flower that is actually

more accurate the red that the next is showing when it comes to video

performance that they're both the same both of them are lacking electronic

image stabilization in 4k so you do see that optical image stabilization rocking

about it's just not as steady as other flagships we also miss out on 4k 60

frames per second but they're really about the same but I did notice there is

an itch with the next sometimes looking just a little bit sharper I found when

viewing this on a 4k monitor and then when it comes to the audio quality with

video I think the next is slightly better there now low-light with a

front-facing camera and definite went to the meet eight there Nick's starts to

drop frames it gets under 14 15 frames per second and low-light aren't it with

the front-facing camera the rear camera there tends to be quite a bit of grain

in low-light with the neck so again the wind goes through there with the me8 so

I feel all-in-all that both of these cameras

are pretty much equal apart from the me eight does have that two times optical

zoom which gives it a little bit of an advantage there thank you so much for

watching this camera comparison and I do have to catch you back in the channel

with more up-and-coming reviews and possibly more future camera comparisons

Breaking New Documents Prove Huma Abedin's Guilt, Implicates FBI In Cover Up of Hillary's Crimes - Duration: 14:12.

Breaking: New Documents Prove Huma Abedin's Guilt, Implicates FBI In Cover Up of Hillary's

Crimes

The most damning aspect of the FBI's unfounded and overly aggressive investigation into Donald

Trump and his associates is the FBI's equally impotent treatment of Hillary Clinton and

her closest associates.

Take the FBI's vastly different treatment of President Trump's National Security Advisor

Michael Flynn and Hillary Clinton's top aide and closest "confidant" Huma Abedin,

for example.

General Flynn had a distinguished career in service to America, did nothing wrong, and

agreed to a discussion with two FBI agents in what he believed was just an off the cuff

discussion.

Flynn, confident in his integrity, answered their questions and both agents said they

detected no signs that he was lying at any time.

This was reflected in their 302 reports recapping the interview.

Flynn is now awaiting sentencing for making false statements to the FBI.

You read that correctly.

Disgraced FBI agent's Peter Strzok's 302 had been altered.

Whether that was before or after he joined Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team is

not yet known.

On the flip side, Huma Abedin's 302 has been declassified and a review of it shows

that she knowingly lied.

Abedin told Strzok that she was not aware that Hillary was using a private (unauthorized)

server until 2013, after she had left the State Department:heryl Mills to Justin Cooper

and Huma Abedin: "Fyi – hrc email coming back – is server okay?"

Cooper to Mills and Abedin: "Ur funny.

We are on the same server."

In addition to that exchange, there was also this one between Cooper, Mills and Abedin

less than a year later on January 9, 2011:

Cooper: "I had to shut down the server.

Someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in I didn't want to let them

have the chance to.

I will restart in the morning."

When Cooper sat for a series of interviews with the FBI he told his interviewers that

he had discussed Clinton's private server with Abedin and Mills when its use was initiated

in 2009.

There have been no charges brought against Cooper, Mills or Abedin.

This story is not going away.

The disparate treatment of General Flynn and Huma Abedin is especially galling considering

their histories.

Flynn is a highly decorated patriot.

Abedin is questionably a Muslim Brotherhood plant who was given unfettered access to our

nation's most sensitive secrets while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

It's a black mark on the FBI and Robert Mueller that the person they chose to prosecute

was the patriot.

Nothing reveals the depth of the anti-Trump bias fueling this witch-hunt

than this.

Facebook has greatly reduced the distribution of our stories in our readers' newsfeeds and

is instead promoting mainstream media sources.

When you share to your friends, however, you greatly help distribute our content.

Please take a moment and consider sharing this article with your friends and family.

Thank you.

Countdown Timer - Creating Real Urgency in Messenger Bot - Duration: 7:57.

hey everyone this is Balint and today I'm going to talk about how to create

urgency in your chat bot and there is a neat tool for that it creates an image

that people can load when they visit a certain area in your chat bot so to say

and the image loads and it starts counting down creating the urgency for

your launch or you have a discount running or whatever you have in your

business you can create a real urgency there I do occasional launches and I

realized that people most of the people buy at the last chance so it's the last

day it's probably the last hours as well but definitely if I have like a 7 day

period most of the revenue comes from the last day so it's really important

that you create this urgency and I suggest that you do real urgency so

after the time you close the car but you can set up an evergreen campaign as well

and it's individual for the user and that can be also somewhat real and I'm

not going to show that but I'm going to go over on this tool and showing how I

use it in my campaign so you have a couple of options the software is called

nifty images and it's pretty cool and there's a free version which is more

than enough to try out and it'll go with the countdown timer you can choose a

couple of images I usually go with the simple one and I already have it set up

so I will show you but just quickly as a side note you can create and these

personalized messages go really well with the messenger because it just loads

with their first name you can have all the information you need you can set up

individual coupon codes it's just amazing I think and with the timer it's

a little bit tricky and I'm going to show that in in a second so if I go to

my account I believe it's there yeah

here's my only little image I did and if I go to edit then I just walk you over

but you can set up here it's very simple you pick a date you set the time you set

the time zone these are the most important things and then from then on

it's just a little bit of fine-tuning it and I use a simple font I have a for my

brand color I really like that I can do these little individual customizations

and you can also upload an image which I didn't do it now but the main thing here

with the image that you have to size the image properly that the timer will be in

the middle so if you upload an image you have to edit the image around the timer

so to say and they will upload the whole software in a bit so you will have more

options on the upgraded plan and you can customize the whole image and the

experience and Photoshop layers or whatnot but if you want to do with the

simple and just start out with the free plan just make sure that the image is

around it and another thing is I was stunned by the count up version so from

a certain time point it starts to count and not condone but basically a star a

timer stopwatch okay that's about it and I just save it and I

will have a link to use this is image link you can place it on your website

you can place it on your email and you can bring it on your rest injure but so

this is what I did and for that you have to be a little bit more knowledgeable in

terms of your chat bot builder works or how is how are you going to load this

code I have it hosted on GSM blob it's very easy you just have to make

sure that the format is appropriate so now what I'm going to do is to launch

this whole thing so let me just show you how it works in real life so I'm going

to send a message to my messenger and I hope it uploads yeah there we go

and as you can see I have some history with this and this is already the timer

there and now I got the new timer and as you can see there is a big difference

here there's like 10 minutes difference and the reason for that is because

Facebook doesn't reload the image it it has it's saved as I understand and it's

only a 35 second gif so what I I built around this is I added a button to this

image and I also had this little disclaimer here it's only the so this

five-second long gif so you have to reload it but most people will just load

this image or load this placing in your bot and I say oh okay I have one more

hour and they don't come back and check again here but if that would be the case

they would need to reload so now I was talking probably more than 35 seconds so

if I if I reload here you will see that this timer just starts again and stays

around this time range and the new timer is lower okay so I launched a new timer

and as you can see it's like more than 1 minute difference but this will stay in

this range and this will stay in this range again but it was updated at the

time it was loaded which is almost 11 p.m. and my time okay so that's how you

can have it in your bot and there are so many opportunities here and you can set

up at evergreen as well individualized maybe in the image you put the name

you have a coupon code maybe you asked for a friend's name and you use that so

there's so many opportunities see which was a big jump here now it went back to

the 30 minutes 7 seconds well I'm really excited about this I had a homemade

solution before and this just looks better it's easier it looks faster and

it creates urgency even though it's not the one I was really hoping for when it

would if I open this messenger conversation in two hours later that it

would refresh it and go from there it's not that the case but you can just

reload the timer again and you see that it's showing the current time okay for

anyone in my membership good news I will have a breakdown video of this and go

into a little bit more advanced topics as well for anyone else who is who wants

to join they are open still do the timer goes and if you don't join as well I

think I gave enough of a clue how you can set it up as well on your own all

right guys thank you very much if you have any questions just let me know and

here's the link below to try it out on your own

or just see what I I made here all right Cheers

Ms Davis Hanna Introduction Video - Duration: 3:55.

Hi! I'm Ms Davis Hanna, and I'm super excited to be your English instructor

this semester! You're all going to have a chance to introduce yourselves and get

to know each other on the first discussion board, and I thought I would

go first by introducing myself to all of you. I always wanted to be a teacher,

and if you need any proof check out this dorky picture of me from like first

grade.. so dorky... So I have been teaching at TCC since 2007 and I have also worked

as a high school teacher and I've taught at the University of North Texas and a

few other colleges. I currently serve as the department chair for English and

Humanities for TCC's Connect Campus. I have a Bachelor's degree in English from

Austin College in Sherman Texas. I have a graduate certificate in Education from

UNT, and in 2007 I graduated from UNT with a Master's degree in Creative

Writing... I enjoy reading, of course, my dogs, and living in Denton. I also love

watching TV! Some of my favorite shows are Game of Thrones, Westworld,

Supernatural, Veep, Arrested Development and Grey's Anatomy... yes I still watch

Grey's Anatomy... Sometimes I write; sometimes I travel. I have a stepdaughter

in elementary school, and a niece and nephew. My favorite places are all

beaches, and I'm always looking forward to my next trip. My favorite book is The

World According to Garp, and when I read it in college, I switched my major to

English. The book is that good! I have a lot of books that I love, and I try to

read about 20 to 25 books in a year, which sounds like a lot, but some of them

are fast reads like Girl on the Train or Sharp Objects. If you'd like a book

recommendation, let me know! I like young adult, suspense, mystery, literary fiction...

I like creative nonfiction, and I like graphic novels, and those totally

count as books, by the way. In April of 2018 I got married, which was so exciting

and it went by so quickly our wedding was in Denton,

and it was book and comic book themed, but I promise no one was in costume...

Everyone did wear converse, though. I know some of you may be new to online classes,

some of you may not feel entirely comfortable around technology, and some

of you may not love taking English classes. I want to make sure you know

that you can email me anytime and ask me any questions you have. I hope if nothing

else, this video helps you see that I'm a real person, that I'm approachable and

that I'm happy to help. Please don't feel lost or confused without checking in

with me. I definitely appreciate email etiquette from students and I'm happy to

make appointments to talk by phone or even in my office if you feel like it

would help. We can also chat using Google Hangouts in your my.tccd gmail account.

Oh, and because these are the questions students like to ask me I'll go ahead

and give you some answers: I have two dogs...

their names are Sherlock and Katniss, and I have tattoos: six of them they're all

inspired by books, including Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, The Perks of Being a

Wallflower, Sherlock Holmes (Sherlock Holmes was a beekeeper), and the World

According to Garp. I'm from Arlington Texas, and I went to Sam Houston High

School... and this is my senior picture. I was a pretty happy teenager but

apparently not on this day, or I was really trying to look super cool. Also, I

went to prom 17 years ago with the guy who I just married... that's also something

to check out. Alright, so welcome to class! If you have any other questions

let me know! I'm so excited to start this semester with you!

#ReadYourFaceOff 24 Hour Readathon Vlog | July 2018 [CC] - Duration: 11:30.

Hello! Happy Read Your Face Off July round. You'll notice I'm in my car. It's

actually ten fifteen or so right now, and so that means we're about an hour into

the read-a-thon already for me and my timezone. So I got a little bit of a late

start today which I'm okay with because I've been having a very stressful time

lately and I've just been so exhausted from the stress that I let myself kind

of sleep till whenever I wanted to. Woke up whenever my body wanted to and so I

got ready, did that whole thing. But right now I'm about to head out to get a

coffee, get a bagel. I had to pick up a couple of things and then come back. So

today's goal is to read and finish as many books that I'm currently in the

middle of as possible and I have a few like actual priorities when it comes to

these books. The first one being Let Me Lie by Clare Mackintosh. That is a buddy

read I'm doing with Jessica and Andie, so I definitely want to get that done I

fell way behind because this week was a lot more hectic than I was anticipating.

But it's a thriller and it's getting pretty good, so hopefully that will help

me fly through it a little bit faster. And then I really want to finally focus

on and finish A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki. I've been reading that

book since May and I would really like to just focus on

it and get it done. So that's priority number two. And then

I'm also in the middle of Noteworthy by Riley Redgate for COYER, so I want to

get that done and finally get my second book for COYER done. So that's the

plan for today. I would like to get all of those things completed. We'll see how

it goes. Again, kind of like what I was saying, I'm feeling really stressed out

and tired, so if I read all those things, great. If I don't I'll be kind of bummed

but I won't like, be beating myself up about it because I'm just so tired. But

like I said, we're about an hour and a half into this thing. An hour and 15 minutes

into this thing. So we've still got plenty of time left, but that's the plan.

I hope everybody else is having a fun Read Your Face Off for July thus far

and are reading all the things and of course I will keep you guys as updated

as possible.

TRUUUUUE.

I don't know about you guys but I feel

like I always have just a ridiculous amount of beverages around me. I always

have a water nearby and I always have like some sort of caffeinated beverage

and then like sometimes I'll put in like a bonus beverage of like a smoothie

or something. But I just got my vanilla latte and I just ordered myself a blood

orange lemonade for some reason. I don't know. Why do I need so many beverages? I

don't get it.

How dare! I'm just gonna unbox this real

fast. So we just ate breakfast lunch. I ate breakfast, Brett ate lunch.

and when I got

home from running my errands I had this in the mailbox. So I thought I'd unbox it

here on the vlog since why not. And I already know what this is, obviously,

because I buy all of my own books, but it is Orange, volume one. This is a manga series that I think has to do

with time travel as well as like mental health and depression and things like

that and I've heard fantastic things about this. I have already received

volume two. I ordered them both together. But I'm excited to get to this. I've been

getting more into manga because I've been reading Fullmetal Alchemist at the

suggestion of Brett

and I decided to pick this up to kind of get a little bit

more variety into the manga that I'm reading and I've also picked up the

first volume of Deathnote which I'm excited to start as well. So I'm trying

to get more into manga. I've been really enjoying what I've read so far so

hopefully I enjoy this as well. Over the last two hours I haven't read anything

so I'm gonna hop back into reading Let Me Lie for a little while and see how

far I can get into that. It's 12 now so hopefully over the next couple of hours

I can read more.

(Acoustic music)

Update: I just finished Let Me Lie by Clare Mackintosh which was first book to

be finished during this round of Read Your Face Off

and I really liked it. The ending was super intense. I couldn't read fast enough so

I'm gonna end up giving it four stars. I'll talk a little bit more about it

during my wrap-up, but really liked it and I have completed a book. I think I'm

about 230 pages into the read-a-thon which is awesome. What I'm gonna do now

is take a little bit of a break and make something to eat because it's about 4:30

p.m. and I'm hungry. So I'm gonna do that. I'm gonna chill for a little bit and

then I will continue on to my next read. Here's my burrito bowl. So I just have

some guac, tomatoes, pinto beans, rice, and cheese. I was gonna put sour cream on it

but our sour cream was frozen so that didn't work out but it's still delicious.

Alright so it's about 6:10 now, had dinner, have managed to just chill for a

little while, and I'm gonna pick up A Tale for the Time Being. I'm about 150

or so pages into this. I think there's about 400 pages in this book, so I'm

hoping to get through a decent chunk of this. This is a much slower read, so I'm

not sure how quickly I'll be able to read it or if I'll switch gears or

what-have-you. But I definitely want to get a chunk of this read, get closer to

finishing it, because like I said earlier I've been reading this since May and I

would like to get it done sometime soon. Okay so I only read like 17 pages of

this and then I had to hop on a phone call with some of my students because

it's a summer time and sometimes weekends are the only time that they can

meet. I have another call with my other group of students tomorrow

morning that will probably take a really long time so what can you do. I try

really hard to schedule all of my meetings with students during business

hours so I can really separate work life and home life

but sometimes it can't be helped. Very rare that I'm meeting outside of

business hours, but this weekend just kind of worked out that I'm working all

weekend. Luckily I love working with my students so makes it easy. But anyway, I

think Brett and I are considering maybe going to get some ice cream because I'm craving some.

BRETT: *bursts through door* ICE CREAM? What are we doing?

RILEY: Are we getting ice cream? BRETT: That's what I heard.

RILEY: Is that what you want to do? It's what I want to do. BRETT: If it's what you want to do, it's what I want to do.

RILEY: So I think we're

gonna do that and then when we're back I'll continue reading.

BRETT: I have to decide what I want? I hate it. RILEY: Look at all these options!

Milky Way... delicious! Oh my gosh... Peanut butter Oreo.

We're back from getting ice cream. It was so good. I haven't gotten ice cream stand

ice cream yet this summer, so I was really pumped to go and get some ice

creams stand ice cream. But, that being said, I haven't read for the last two hours, so

I am going to start picking up A Tale for the Time Being again and its 9:06, so

hopefully I can read for a little while before I get tired. That's the goal

and hope, but we'll see. I'll keep you guys updated.

(Acoustic music)

Hello! It is about 11:35 p.m. now and I am going to put down A Tale for the Time

Being for the rest of the evening. I got up to page 261 so I was able to read

over 100 pages of that book today which I'm happy about.

Got a good chunk of this done and I definitely plan to read another big

chunk of it tomorrow. Potentially finish it. Not before the end of this

read-a-thon but hopefully by tomorrow I will be able to finish this. But as of

right now I'm going to brush my teeth get ready for bed and probably just

relax. If I feel up to it I think I'm gonna pick up Noteworthy by Riley

Redgate but this might be more of a morning read. But we'll kind of see how it goes.

I'll of course update you in the morning with any final totals, but I'm really

getting into this book now. It's one of the more unique literary fiction books

that I've read before and I really, really like it so far. It's just a much

slower read so it's taking me a little bit longer to get through, but I

definitely want to jump back into this tomorrow and hopefully get another big

chunk of this done. Good morning! It is Sunday morning and I accidentally slept

till about a quarter of 9:00, meaning I basically slept through the rest of the

read-a-thon, but I'm okay, I'm okay with it. I've been really exhausted and

stressed lately as I feel like I've mentioned several times. I just realized

I forgot my keys. Exhibit A. So I'm okay with, you know, just taking it easy. Not

forcing myself to do things because I'm tired and stressed. I finished Let Me Lie

which I really wanted to do and I got a really decent chunk of the way through A

Tale for the Time Being which I also wanted to do. Kind of like what I was

saying, I do kind of aim to finish A Tale for the Time being today and then I also

want to pick up Noteworthy and read a bunch of that.

We'll see how today goes. Like I mentioned I have my phone call with a

group of students at 10 a.m., so in about half hour, and I'm about to go get some

coffee. So that's gonna be the first part of my

day, but I do want to read a bunch. It's super nice out so I'll probably read

outside and I also want to run and then I think Brett and I are gonna try and

watch Harry Potter tonight. So I've got a good Sunday on deck but I had a really

good day yesterday. I hope you guys also had a good Read Your Face Off for July. I

really hope you did and we'll be back for next month. I'm trying to think of

like, fun things that we can do for next month because August is my Booktube

birthday. It will be my second year, full year on Booktube. I might have some

things up my sleeve, but I'll of course let you guys know. But anyway that's

gonna be it for this vlog. I hope you guys enjoyed it. If you did please leave

a big thumbs up. Subscribe if you haven't already. I do try to make a new video

each and every week and I will see you guys again very soon. Bye!

O INGLÊS DE OSCAR SCHMIDT - ELE FALA BEM? (aula em inglês!) - Duration: 12:36.

So today's video is a little bit

different because I'm going to be reacting to or analyzing the english of

Oscar Schmidt. And so, thanks and shout out to Mateus, you're the one that sent

me through this video asking me to analyze the english of this guy

Oscar Schmidt. I had no idea who he was so I googled him and found out he's a very

popular well-known and well-loved Brazilian basketball player. And in this

video we're going to look at today...it's an 18 minute long video so we're only

gonna look at like five minutes or so. Oscar is accepting an award into

the Basketball Hall of Fame or something like that

I watched the whole 18 minute video and one thing I could say is that he

speaks very very good English. I'm not gonna sit here and judge him and say no

he's not speaking well, but this is just an opportunity for you guys to maybe

hear some pointers from a native speaker on just how you can just fine tune

those small errors, but yeah Oscar speaks very good English and he's very

funny as well so he's very funny. So let's get into this video I've got it

here somewhere on my laptop. Okay got it! So yeah we're

gonna let's look at the first five minutes I'm gonna pause it as something

comes up, let's go!

Okay he's rubbing the man's head, I don't know why. Walking very slowly to the stage

You gonna hurry up Oscar?

He's taking it in, enjoying it.

I just wanna have my lunch, so can you hurry up please?

So he said "I always dreamed to do that". Makes sense, I guess a

better way of saying it would be "I have always dreamed of doing that", I've always

dreamed of doing that".

Ok, first of all he's really funny. "And plays the best of everyone else". So I get what he's trying to say.

I guess the better way would be and this guy "plays better than everyone else"

"This guy plays better than everyone else".

I have no idea who this man is. Is he meant to be famous as well?

Ok, so he says "I want to thank the Hall of Fame to put me here". In English when you want to say thank you to someone

because they've done something for you, you say "thank you for putting me here"

not "thank you to" but it's thank you for putting me here. Thank you for cooking me

food. Thank you for buying me a drink. Thank you for teaching me English. So

always remember it's "thank you for" not "thank you to".

"I dreamed my whole life to be here" a better way of saying this would be

"I dreamed my whole life about being here". So you're dreaming, what are you dreaming

about? I'm dreaming about being here. I'm dreaming about speaking English. I dream

about going on holiday to South Africa.

Okay, the Federation International in English

would be International Federation, but that's fine, it's just the

Portuguese coming out there.

Okay in 19...1984 something like that he said the New York... whatever team he

mentioned, I forgot now "draft me". So because we're talking about the

past in 1984 that is definitely in the past. "Drafted me". So you're gonna use

past tense. "Draft" is the present "drafted" is the past.

I don't get the joke, but I guess it's funny.

Okay, "I was the choice 144". Again not a massive mistake,

but I guess the more correct way of saying it would be

"I was the hundred and forty fourth choice ". "I was the hundred and forty fourth choice". And I

could say something like: "I am the third child in my family" or "I was the first

one in my family to go to university". "I was the sixtieth person in my university

to graduate", something like that. So you use (the) "first, third, fiftieth, sixtieth". Not I was

number 144. Not wrong, but again it sounds more natural if you say something like

"sixth, one hundred and forty fourth, third second" for example.

Okay, again just past tense "he guarded me"

"Guard me" - present. "Guarded" is past.

"Thanks for drafting me", not "Thanks to". "Thanks for".

Okay quickly, talking about the past tense. "They come"? No, "They came to offer me".

Okay, again past tense "almost bring my camera to the bench"?

"I almost brought my camera to the bench". So remember use the past tense when

you're talking about things in the past.

"I don't want to be a (hookie)". So what he wants to say is

"Rookie. Rookie". A "rookie", they've translated as "novato"

Okay, so for me a rookie is someone that is still starting out

in something, not knowledgeable about something. Still has a lot to learn

they're a rookie. So you know you could say...let's say you're working at a company

for 10 years, you know how everything works, you know....you're professional

you know everything. And then someone new comes in and they have no idea

what they're doing. They're constantly asking you for questions like you know

"How do I do this"? "How do I do that"? And you can just be like "You're a rookie, you

still got a lot to learn". So the correct pronunciation is "rookie". And also he said

"with 35 years old". It's not "with 35 years old", it's just 35 years old.

"To keep with my national team", I would say "to stay with my national team". But again, minor error.

Okay so I'm gonna end here because I don't want the video to get

too long. So, I'll leave this video in the description box below if

you want to see the rest of the video. He is very funny and he speaks good English

so it'd be a great opportunity for you to train your listening. And there's a

few things I picked up from this video is: "Thank you for" not "Thank you to". Thank

you for this video. Thank you for bringing me this cake. Not "thank you to".

And also remember when you're talking about things in the past remember to use

the past tense. "I was drafted in 1984" not "They draft me in 1984". But other

than that, very good English, very funny guy, I like him a lot.

So yeah that's it for today. Let me know what kind of videos you want to see on

my channel. If you want to see more videos like this, if you want to see more

videos in English? Let me know. And Don't forget please comment below, like this

video if you enjoyed it, subscribe, share it, all that good stuff!
