Hello everyone this is Rhoads, and I've been in Taiwan

The first time I was in Asia was in 2015

In a travel to Japan

And I saw my experience was way different to what others told me about Japan

In some way it was completely different

So I guess the conclusion is "live it by yourself and don't let others tell you"

That's something I've been saying in this channel, using other words

That's why I think is healthy to save some money and spend it in traveling

Specially if you have no guides or influences, but your own intuition

and the curiosity of knowing the random experiences that would happen in your journey

So if you're really interested in a country, I encourage you to take that flight

that would be always better than watching the world through an Internet video

Despite that, I also invite you to ignore what I've just said

Because the is an Airsoft channel, and here we'll talk about Airsoft

Taiwan has a lot of Airsoft, being it relative because it's an small hobby

And most of the people I met in this country knows what Airsoft is

Because they heard it from a friend or something

In this trip I couldn't play in any game, but I've visited Airsoft stores in Taipei

and I've filmed a lot, maybe too much

G&G is in Taiwan, so I could visit their offices

and they shown me their new replicas

So that's what we're going to talk here

I'm surprised because this meeting room looks like Yakuza with all that weapons on the table

Now we are in the factory area, here they have an small shooting range

the Tournament maze and a lot of things

So we're going to test the G&G gas pistol, which is not a replica of any real weapon

It's their own design

The GTP9. -With the SMC9 Kit

Exactly, the Sub Machine Gun conversion kit

We will have both full auto and semi versions, but this one has full auto

An you also have a drum magazine

Gas drum magazine

This is heavy, this is really heavy. How much?

It hs 500 BBs capacity. 2.2 Kg

It's really heavy

Let's see how it feels when shooting

This is the drum insides, the capacity is 500 BBs

500 BBs in a pistol. A 2.2 Kg magazine

Guys this is really heavy

You might think 2 Kg is not that much, but that's a lot for a pistol magazine

But when you put it on the SMG kit it shouldn't feel annoying I guess

but using it just on the pistol is crazy

Our friend is now loading it with gas, how many seconds?

30 seconds to 1 minute

A lot of BBs, lot of gas, lot of weight

So our friend was here shooting the replica and now I'm going to give it a try

In this targets I can't test much about the range and precission

but what I really want to check is the recoil feeling

and also, after see how heavy this is, I want to check if it's comfortable

I'm surprised that it's so heavy. I remember you told me about the drum and so

but I didn't think about the weight

The drum we have for the ARP9 AEG is just plastic and not so heavy

But we will add something that I can't tell you yet, but it will have a surprise inside

Ok I don't know what you're talking about

The fire selector is easy to switch

It's hard to do short bursts, reminds me to the Wiset's full auto Glock 18

I'm starting to like this

So we put a load of gas of... - Around 30 seconds, not fully load

With the magazine fully load of BBs you dont' have enough with 1 load of gas

You'll need 2 loads of gas to finish the BBs

We're talking about a high BBs capacity, 500 BBs

That's a lot, adn that's why it's so heavy when fully loaded

It would need a bigger gas container to shoot all the BBs

This is the part I liked the most, the recoil reminds me to the Grey's MP7

that's something I wanted to find in this product

This kit or replica is comfortable, if it's ugly or not depends of your opinion

The stock is not the most comfortable ever but feels light and simple

I see the chamber can be open from both sides

- Depending of is you're right handed or left handed

You can change this little piece here, and it will open from the other side

you can't put this piece in both sides, or they will open when shooting

So depending on which side you want, just change this piece

So we're talking about something aesthetic, because the Hop-Up is not adjusted from the chamber right?

No, the Hop-Up adjustment is from here. -Yes I remember, from the inner barrel

Tell me if I'm wrong. When you do this, the whole inner barrel spins?

Yes, I remember you shown this at the IWA 2018, and I've never seen this before

It's easy to use, but it could be a problem if you loose this piece, I hope it comes with spare parts

it comes also with an extra grip extender, this is the small one

And one last thing I'm interested about this gun with the kit

is the disassembly, if it's easy to change it

Obviously you won't need to change it during the game

It's something that you'll do before using it, I hope it's easy

And this is the result, the lower of the pistol

This would be the complete gun

So we have here a green gas pistol, made of plastic, not metal

In the outside as you can see this is plastic, also the lower

The design depends on your opinion

but it's such an exclusive design that reminds a bit to the USP, Glocks and so

As you can see the Hop-Up is also adjusted from there

I already asked you if there exist any combo of pistol and kit

I don't have such information for now, we'll that that decision soon

The pistol itself is not a big deal for me

I'm not a big fan of this design, I don't like this flat upper

But I like to see a new model, because we need new things

What I really liked is the both parts combined

We should try it in game, with longer distances because here we can't do much

But the feeling when shooting is awesome

I was testing the replica with the short magazine

and I just saw that when it runs out of ammo you can't switch the fire selector

so I guess inside it has a pistol slide or something?

Hold on, we're not talking about the G&G RONI which is what some people already said

The upper part is not just an external addon

This part is like an upper for the gun

you're just adding the lower part of the pistol

I'd like to know the price of both parts, that's important to know

because if it's too expensive that would be different

We must test this in game, but for now I really like this

The design didn't catch my eye at first but you know...

After you test it, what was an ugly gun, suddenly you just desire it

See? This is what I was talking about

The mechanism inside, it's very similar to a pistol

This is inner barrel right? not just outter barrel

So yes, it is a green gas SMG

You can fold the stock

Kenny likes to fold the stock, he will never open it

Now most of you will ask why G&G is not making a gas SMG directly

I don't know guys, the companies decide how to innovate depending of the market

i think it's interesting that with the same gun you can have both things

it's also cool that the pistol without the kit can also be full auto

and it's interesting to have this option

But, if the price of the whole pack is not very high, then I will approve this

I'm going to manipulate and disassemble this, probably the most prepared person ever

This is a bit dry maybe

Normally I don't like the gas pistols made of plastic

I had a KJW with plastic slide and I regret not choosing the metal slide

The Burke's Five-Seven, I don't remember the brand, also in plastic

The feeling here is not bad

maybe with more silicone oil it would feel better

We're testing a prototype, not the final product

This is not going to be in this color, they are just testing it

for now it works, the pistol as well

By the way, the grip is really comfortable

The mag release is H&K USP style

Ok, the recoil is not impressive, not like the CO2 guns

When I'm using my Beretta made of plastic I have the same feeling

Don't spect much recoil with this

this is the semi version, they will have a full auto version with a selector here I guess

but this is the normal semi pistol

I'm testing this in targets that are at 5 or 7 meters, I can't talk about accuracy

or if the BBs fly well, we will test that in the future

But the feeling I have is that this is not bad at all

You know I like pistols, but they must be realistic, full metal and CO2

Even my Beretta which is my favorite gun, is not perfec because it's made of plastic

This option could be good, depending of the price it has

The magazines capacity is similar to any Glock I guess. -22 rounds

By thw way the grip is very comfortable -You can change the grip

Like an M&P right?

So we have a pistol with a modern design, comfortable, seems to have a good performance

In lower temperatures we'll have the typical problems of the green gas

but yes, it's made of plastic, maybe you don't mind it like in the Maruis

You want me to try it with the drum as well? This is absurd

Are you kidding me? -Just try it -No one would do this

Do you have other one? So I can go Akimbo

You need to wheel the drum here as well? Same as the AEG version

This is really heavy, not comfortable at all

The weight is all on the rear

Let's shoot without having a reason

If you don't mind I'm going to teat it badly, I'll shoot a lot

I could be 5 minutes doin this

280 rounds. -How much gas this time? - 30 seconds

Almost 50 seconds of gas

That's a lot of gas. -In semi it can shoot 280 rounds

So this is a pistol with drum magazine, will have a full auto version

It was a pitty not having the full auto for this test

But this is sick

I want to talk for just a minute about a concept called warranty deeds.

Basically you have two types of deeds

you have quit claim deeds

and you have warranty deeds

and we've got another YouTube on quit claim deeds

you quit claiming your interest in the property

whatever that is

you might not even have an interest but you can make out a quit claim deed.

On the other hand a warranty deed says that you're gonna make certain promises or the

seller is going to make certain promises to the buyer

the seller is what we call the grantor

the buyer is what we call the grantee.

So you're gonna make--if you're the seller you're gonna make certain promises to the buyer.

You're going to promise to the buyer or guarantee or warrant

to the buyer

that you have the actual title

to the property

it's seasoned in you you have both a

equitable title and the legal title

you promise or you warrant

that you have the right to transfer that or to convey that

to the buyer

and then you're also going to make some warranties in the future

you're gonna promise the buyer

the grantee

that he has the right to quietly enjoy the property

peacefully enjoy it

you're gonna give him an assurance

that if there is any claim or anybody files a claim

against the title

or says that they had a title to it

that he's going to defend you

the seller will defend the buyer in that case

he's going to make further assurances

that he's going to take proactive steps

in order to protect your right to that quiet title

or to the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Big deal, huh?

Well it is a big deal,

If you're the buyer you would like a warranty deed.

We don't really worry as much about warranty deeds now

as we used to in the past

because the guy's warrant

his guarantee, his promise

is only as deep as the guy is.

If he declares bankruptcy

the warranty's gone.

If he doesn't have any money

he's "judgment proof"

well how you gonna go back and get a warrant from him

or how you gonna get his guarantee

how is he going to defend you in court if somebody else makes the claim to the title?

What we do now is we get title insurance

or we have title searches

and we have professional people, companies

that go in and they will search the title

and they will tell you if there are any outstanding liens

or problems associated with the title and

then they will sell you an insurance policy

it's a big industry

and I think my wife is the only one that's ever actually collected on a title insurance policy

kind of complex thing

but we bought a condo unit

and it had been through--the whole complex had been through bankruptcy and blah blah blah

couple years after we were actually living in the condo

all of a sudden we get a tax bill

for a bunch of years back

and it was a valid tax bill

and the title insurance got to pay our tax bill

so we get title insurance now.

The warranty deed isn't as important to us

because we have a big insurance company standing behind us

instead of the warranty

the guarantee of the seller

He's probably a flake anyway.

You do want to keep that title insurance going however.

Here's where you're going to want a warranty deed.

Lots of real estate investors

are putting their investment properties

into limited liability companies

or S corporations, family limited partnerships,

you're probably going to use an LLC and we've got other YouTubes on that sort of stuff

but when you transfer that title from you

to the LLC or to the

corporation or partnership or whatever it is

if you use a quit claim deed

you are only transferring your interest

in that property.

You have no warrant

going along with the property

and basically at that point the title insurance falls off so speak

whereas if you use a warranty deed

that warranty and the title insurance

will transfer over and be available to still cover the title

when it goes to the LLC

or to the entity

that you want to hold that investment property.

Now if you're just moving your property back and forth

to your living revocable trust

your living revocable trust--the one you use for estate planning

is just you

and that's like moving it from one pocket to the other pocket.

You still have the title insurance and everything else

you don't need to make warranties to yourself

so use a quitclaim deed in that case

but remember these entities

the LLC corporation partnership whatever it is

these entities are not you

they are legal entities

people

that are separate from you

so you need to warrant

that insurance in that title

is a good title

and it goes along with it

if you use the warranty deed.

Zwykle kłócimy się przez to, że tak rzadko się widujemy. Czasem nie widzimy się przez dwa tygodnie. Teraz mamy Stormi, która jest za mała na to, żeby ciągle latać samolotem, dlatego trudniej jest nam spędzać ze sobą czas

 Kylie przyznała, że ich romans rozpoczął się na odbywającym się w Kalifornii festiwalu Coachella.  Coachella była jednym z pierwszych koncertów na trasie Travisa

Powiedział mi wtedy, że jedzie dalej w trasę i co dalej zrobimy z naszą znajomością. Stwierdziłam, że bardzo się lubimy, dlatego pojechałam z nim w trasę

is a kind of a big contradiction as some things will be super expensive and then

melon for like forty dollars some stuff will be relatively cheap so I've been

eating a lot of egg whites and rice and I haven't really been spending too much

money and actually doing things I'm going to spend some money on some things

that I've wanted to do you get a card for the metro or the train and you could

also purchase food and stuff with it as well you just load it up a thousand yen

is equivalent like ten dollars this whole video was basically me just kind

of exploring Japan for the first time going out and trying to do things it was

actually really over it's been really overwhelming for me I'm kind of really

jet-lagged and it's really difficult because when you're a new culture you

don't speak the language the culture is very strong in Japan and you have to be

careful about you know what you do and stuff like that so I'm learning my

friend has been teaching me so much and I'm really grateful that I have someone

out here that can help me with this kind of stuff because I'd be so I've already

lost puppies so lost I didn't have someone to teach me about the culture

and the language and the money and everything and transportation it's very

confusing from lacs the ticket was around nine hundred

dollars range from laying nine hundred like twelve hundred from lakhs then

you're probably gonna want to get a card and use the train and metro I was trying

to do things that were free that I could show you guys I hope you enjoyed this

is amazing, it's not just like a flashlight pen, the words actually light

up. Kind of magical and the end has a stylus for touch screens which is very

cool. I do not own one of those so that's pretty awesome. And this item is another

Note that the Intermediate Value Theorem doesn't apply here

Because if you take this function and you put in the values 0 and 1

Both values are positive

So we can't conclude that the function has a root in the interval

But, there is another way, which is called

What If The Indoraptor Fought The Indominus Rex? - Duration: 4:47.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

We here at LBQ love to talk about crazy creatures, whether they be mythical, or extinct.

And sometimes, we like to imagine what would happen if these beasts fought one another.

Well, today, we'll be pitting two creatures against each other, who are both Mythical

amalgamations of Extinct species of dinosaurs.

We'll be pitting the two giant dino-stars of the Jurassic World franchise against each

other, and seeing which beast would come out on top.

But for now, get ready, it's time to ask the question: What if the Indoraptor Fought

the Indominus Rex?

First off, let's get to know our competitors.

And since she came first in the movies, let's start with the Indominus Rex.

Indominus Rex was a very large creature, roughly the size of a tyrannosaurus rex, standing

40 feet high, with a length of about 50 feet.

Its weight was unknown, but certainly substantial.

It was a hybrid dinosaur, created in a lab by Dr. Wu.

It contained DNA from several dinosaurs, as well as a few modern animals, including giganotosaurus,

carnotaurus, cuttlefish, pit viper, and of course, the T-Rex.

This caused it to look pretty messed up, albeit totally awesome, and also gave it a number

of abilities.

For one, it was incredibly strong and fast, and had significantly heightened intelligence.

It was also able to detect heat signatures of others, conceal its own heat signature,

and even change colour to camouflage with its surroundings.

However, it was also significantly more savage than most dinos, killing for fun rather than

for food.

Moving on to Indoraptor, it, too, was a hybrid dino, combining Indominus Rex with a velociraptor.

This gave it many of the advantages of Indominus Rex, while making it smaller and more mobile.

It was roughly 10 feet high and 24 feet long, weighing about one tonne.

Indoraptor was created to be a weapon, able to be commanded with the use of visual and

auditory frequencies.

In comparing the two, there are definite similarities and differences.

They are both quite intelligent and cunning; we saw examples of this in the movies when

Indominus hid herself to escape its cage, and the Indoraptor faked being tranquilized

to escape.

They are also both incredibly vicious, killing for sport as well as food.

However, there's one significant difference between them: size.

Indominus Rex is significantly larger than Indoraptor.

Indoraptor is roughly half the length and one quarter the height of Indominus Rex, and

was also much lighter.

There IS a reason for this; when trying to use them as weapons, the smaller size of the

Indoraptor would allow it to go into smaller areas, and be much more manoeuvrable.

However, in this one on one fight, the greater size of Indominus Rex would give it a huge

advantage over the Indoraptor.

Of course, there would be ways for the Indoraptor to take advantage of its small size.

In smaller areas, it would be able to move around freely, while Indominus Rex would be

unable to access them, and might get stuck.

The people in Jurassic World took advantage of this by going into smaller buildings, and

the Indoraptor could do the same, or even dodge between trees to keep out of reach of

Indominus Rex.

However, at the end of the day, it would need to get in close range for it to actually damage

Indominus Rex.

You can float like a butterfly as much as you like, but if you're unable to sting

like a bee, you'll have a bad time.

And unfortunately, its significantly smaller size would make victory very difficult.

It's true that Velociraptors were able to take out dinosaurs that were larger than them,

but this was done by hunting in packs, and taking advantage of their numbers.

In a one on one bout, Indoraptor would have a good deal of trouble even hurting Indominus

Rex, let alone killing it.

Or her.

I'm never sure how to refer to the thing.

We can even look to how these two fared against other dinosaurs.

The following will, however, include spoilers from the Jurassic World movies, so continue

at your own risk.

In the first Jurassic World, we saw Indominus Rex fighting against several velociraptors

at once, as well as humans, and come out on top.

It took the combined might of Blue the velociraptor, and the epic T-Rex, to put it on the ropes,

and even then, it was only defeated by the Mosasaurus.

On the other hand, when the Indoraptor fought one on one against Blue, the velociraptor,

it was barely able to come out on top.

If it can barely defeat just one velociraptor, albeit an awesome one, it would almost certainly

die to the T-Rex, meaning it would have roughly zero chance against Indominus Rex.

The only real way the Indoraptor could defeat Indominus Rex would be to trick it into killing

itself, perhaps by leading it off a cliff.

The only problem is, both creatures seem to have similar intelligence, so there's a

good chance that Indoraptor would be unable to trick the I Rex in such a way.

And now we return to our question: What if the Indoraptor Fought the Indominus Rex?

Well, our answer is: The Indominus Rex.

Not to sound like a broken record, but the thing was just too damn big.

It's possible that the Indoraptor could take advantage of its size to avoid Indominus

Rex, but it would need to get in close in order to actually defeat the Indominus Rex.

In which case, the greater size of the I Rex would all but guarantee victory.

It's generally true that it's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the

ocean, but if the Titanic crashed into a tugboat, the results would be fairly predictable.

Let's do a bit of mouth sounds.

Very slow and relaxing.

Stay here, maybe this story will be interesting for you.

So, if you make something and that you want to show it somewhere.

Maybe you are at school or at home.

Maybe you show something to your family.

And maybe people will laugh.

"What's that? I don't understand! It's so ugly!"

"Why are you losing your time?"

"Why do you want to enter an art school?"

"Why do you want to make art? You are so bad at it!"

Some people will always laugh, will try to stop you, to demotivate you,

will try to make you feel bad.

So, you need to be ready to hear criticism.

No, it's just negativity not criticism.

Because criticism is good because it makes you progress.

You can change and improve if it's good criticism.

If it's just pure hate, jealousy or envy,

it doesn't help but...

There are a lot of people like you too,

who will just encourage other people, people they love (like me? :D).

You'll just bring a lot of positivity to those people.

And, thanks to you, those people will keep on creating.

It doesn't mean that they are good.

(I don't think there is good or bad in art).

Maybe those people won't make a living as artist.

But if you are making art, it's for you, I think.

So, what you think about your art is important.

But don't think too much! ^^

Don't be too hard on you.

Enjoy the process of creation.

Don't pay too much attention to all those negative people.

And just encourage people around you to create something.

Creating is a wonderful process.

Create, help other people.

And you'll be happy and people around you will be happier too.

When I create a video, as I told you before,

I work for me too, I need to create videos.

Sometimes I need to just laugh,

to make something absurd, light.

So, that maybe you can smile or wonder what you are watching.

And it can help you to forget about your worries.

French so my English might not be the best, but I'll make sure to put subtitles.

So Huion contacted me to review one of their tablet which is the INSPIROY H950P

Let's take a look at the inside. This is the graphic tablet. It has a 8.7 by 5.4

inch working area with 8192 levels of pressure. There is also 8

customizable press keys on the left which is really useful.

it came with a battery free pen, a pen holder with 8 nibs inside, a micro USB

cable and a QuickStart guide. This tablet is 79.99 US dollars

depending on your country. So now I will download the driver and let's try it out

ok so I have to admit that I'm not really used to graphic tablet without

screen as I currently have a Cintiq but I was pretty impressed by how easy

and comfortable it was to use it ! If you're a beginner and want to get a

graphic tablet I definitely recommend this one ! I think the price is pretty

reasonable for the quality of the product ! It is a really good tablet and I

will still use it to draw and sketch in my bed or bring it in my bag when I'll go

on vacation.

Stopping the food struggle - Duration: 6:03.

Hi everybody! Coach Tiffany here!

So, I often have people asking me questions about my coaching work and trying to understand exactly what it is I actually do.

I used to feel like it was complicated.

So I struggled to really articulate what I do, exactly.

Um, instead of trying to explain, I'll tell you who comes to me and what their are saying.

And then how we work that out.

So, have you ever thought, "Ugh, I just wish I could stop obsessing about food." ?

Or, something like "Ugh, I wish I could get my shit together around food and just start eating better so I feel good." ?

maybe you have thought, you know, "if I could just get healthy then I can do the things I really want to do in life."

So, those are the things that

my clients are saying when they come to me.

They are tired of struggling with food.

And thats REALLY what I do.

I help women, quit STRUGGLING with food.

So that they can feel good and enjoy the life they work so hard to build.

So, um, what we do in the work is very deep work and also do logistical, practical work.

Buts its really tailored to them, right?

And it takes the plan around food from out here, to in here. Right?

So we figure out structure for them.

So I just had a client the other day who was feeling nervous about the idea of a plan being that, eat this, not this type of plan.

And so we just owned it! We were like, man....What? Lets figure out what YOUR plan is, for YOU!

We named her plan, and came up with structure.

Oh, my sisters on! HI! Im so excited to see you, in um, gosh, like in 5 days or something?!

Anyway, so, we work on taking...We not only work on but actually take the struggle out of food.

We create a plan that is sustainable for them. Thats sustainable FOREVER. That works for them.

For what their body needs so that they dont obsess about food anymore.

So they dont have to obsess about food, they dont have to struggle with food. And so that they can....I'm smiling cuz my sister said HI:)

So that they can really feel good and do the things they want to do, right?

Right? Because, ultimately, that's what we all want. We all want to feel good.

Be able to go for a bike ride if we want to go for a bike ride, if we want to go for a hike, do that.

We dont want it to be hard to go up a fight of stairs, Right? We just want to feel good.

And, stop struggling with food!

So, because those things are really connected, right?

People think to be able to do the things they want to do, feel the way they want to feel, look the way they want to look.

Um, that is has to be a struggle, that food is a struggle.

Anyway, so that is what I do, I help women stop struggling with food.

And learn how to nourish themselves to feel good so they can do what they want to do.

And thats it.

Anyways, Im not sure who all hopped on. For some reason it shows me people are watching but it doesnt show me who.

But I did see my sister and she said Hi, hahaha.

So, um, anyway, I hope you are having a wonderful day, and if there is anything I can do to help you stop struggling with food please let me know.

And, um, really, I just encourage you all to recognize that its really got to be something that is sustainable for you

and that supports YOUR body feeling good, and you dont have to struggle.

It doesn't have to be a struggle. That is messaging that we get from our cultural conditioning around dieting.

And It just keeps us stuck, right?

So, REJECT THE STRUGGLE, haha.

We learn to trust our bodies in the work that I do.

And really know that our body is giving us messages for a reason.

And we honor those messages.

We work with our body and not struggling, right?

Because, the biggest reason I want to help women stop struggling with food

Is because the women I know are amazing and they are doing fantastic things

But the struggle with food is taking up so much energy

and not feeling well creates this problem with where they cant do those things they want to do.

Which them limits what they are able to do in the world. I want them to be stepping into their power.

And I want them to be stepping into their power fully.

And really spreading what they are doing. And not having food be this like, mental struggle that's keeping them from doing the things they are destined to do.

So, its kind of my response to everything that is going on in the world right now.

How can we empower women to stop struggling, stop feeling bad about themselves

And you know, feel good so that they can have the energy that they need to really own their power.

And make those changes that they are wanting to make and be those powerful leaders in the world.
