FILELINKED APK FOR FIRESTICK & FIRE TV - SIDELOAD ANY APK 2018 (NEW DROIDADMIN) - Duration: 6:48.

Hi Everyone, welcome to The Madd Mentor! In this video I'll show you how to:

Install the Filelinked APK for the Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

It supersedes DroidAdmin and It ebales you to sideload any APK

Beofre we begin though I really recommend installing a *VPN* If you haven't got one already

and KEEP YOUR STREAMING SAFE & SECURE! I use IPVanish: it's the best VPN in the World!

and it just runs in the background keeping you SAFE, so check it out!

There's an Install Guide on the screen about now! and there's a Discount Link in my Description...

So get yourself Protected! and follow on from here...

So for anyone that's never put any APK's or anything like that on the Firestick or Fire TV before

Just a couple of steps we need to do first! So as you can see I'm on the

Home Menu, If you scroll all the way to the right untill you see Settings

You can then go down and scroll all the way to the right and click on Device

You can then go down, click on Developer Options and turn on ADB Debugging and

Apps from Unknown Sources. Once that's done you can just press the Home Button

On the Remote and it will take us back to the Main Menu and we're now gonna

Scroll to the left, if you go down and we now need to start typing Downloader

So type Down

and you should see Download appear below, so go ahead and click on Downloader!

You should then see the App pop up on the screen

So go ahead and click on Downloader, if you get Purchase Failure

It just means that you need to save an Address and a Card Number

To your Amazon One Click Settings and it will then let you download it.

So once youve got Downloader Installed, go ahead and Click On It...

and you should then be greeted by this screen

So we now need to type in the following: http

://

www

.droid

admin

.com

and we can then carry on and click on Go!

Should only take a moment and you should then be greeted by this screen

As you can see there's a little red circle on the page, I'm moving it around now

So scroll down until you see Download Filelinked. It's in the little rectangle with the turqoise writing...

So just go ahead and click on it with the red circle

Should then see the Download Pop up. It's then gonna move on to the next screen

and it should look like this, so go down, go down again untill you reach the bottom

and click on Install

It's then gonna start installing to your Amazon Device Normally takes around 20 seconds

Depending which Device you've got, so just be patient and wait for that to finish

and there you go you've now got Filelinked installed!

So if you go down to the bottom and click on Open

I should have waited for the pop up to disappear first but nevermind

You're then going see a Pop Up with Application Initialization and shortly after

You should see this screen. So as you can see It says "Please enter a valid Filelinked Code"

So the way Filelinked works, which is totally different to Downloader and other

APK's you've probably seen, is that someone can create a Filelinked Account

Create like a huge APK Playlist and it then just acts like a Search Engine

So it links to other people's content, If we then enter the Pin Number that the

Person has set up, will then be able to download Whatever's on their Account

So to show you how that works, I'm gonna use Newtech Evolutions Pin Number

Go and check them out on YouTube and say Hi. The Pin Number is:

You can then go ahead and click on Next. Just takes a moment to load, you should see a little Pop Up

and then it should take you to this page. So this is the Newtech

Evolution disclaimer, which explains that no APK's are Hosted or Provided by this Store!

So to get rid of this message, just click on Dismiss and as you can see

You're now in Newtech Evolution APK Store. So you can just scroll down and search

through the APK's

México.- El virtual presidente electo, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, envió este domingo una carta abierta al mandatario estadounidense Donald Trump donde detalla una propuesta para "iniciar una nueva etapa en la relación entre México y Estados Unidos basada en el respeto mutuo y la identificación de áreas de entendimiento e intereses comunes"

López Obrador abre su misiva, de siete cartillas de extensión, agradeciendo a Trump "el trato respetuoso" que ha mostrado su gobierno hacia él desde el 2 de julio, cuando sostuvieron su primera conversación, y hace unos días cuando recibió a una delegación de funcionarios estadounidenses en su casa de campaña

Luego, el morenista propone cuatro ejes de trabajo en los próximos años: comercio, migración, desarrollo y seguridad, temas en los cuales "es necesario encontrar un camino común (…) para poder avanzar en otros puntos de la relación bilateral"

Así, el tabasqueño hace votos por concluir pronto la renegociación del Tratado de Libre Comercio de América del Norte (TLCAN), pues "prolongar la incertidumbre podría frenar inversiones a mediano y largo plazo", lo que a su vez dificultaría el crecimiento económico en México "y, por ende, la estrategia de gobierno que habré de encabezar"

Sobre la migración, expulso que el propósito más esencial de su gobierno será "lograr que los mexicanos no tengan que migrar por pobreza o violencia

Procuraremos que la emigración sea optativa y no necesaria". Por ello, adelantó, su gobierno buscará el desarrollo del país con acciones puntuales como la promoción turística en el sureste, la creación de una zona franca en el Istmo de Tehuantepec y una extra en la frontera común, con menores impuestos y un salario mínimo mayor al del resto del país, que servirá como "la última cortina para retener trabajadores en nuestro territorio"

Además, planteó atender de manera "integral y de fondo" el problema de la migración mediante un plan que incluya a los países centroamericanos

"Le comparto que mi gobierno está dispuesto a presentar a nuestro Congreso de la Unión la iniciativa y propuesta presupuestal para contribuir con recursos económicos y experiencia propias en el esfuerzo conjunto"

Con la voluntad necesaria y "aportando cada uno de acuerdo a la dimensión de su economía", apunta López Obrador, "podríamos reunir una considerable cantidad de recursos para el desarrollo de la región, los culés se destinarían en 75 por ciento a financiar proyectos para crear empleos y combatir pobreza, y el restante 25 por ciento al control fronterizo y la seguridad"

Finalmente, se dijo abierto a escuchar las propuestas de su próximo homólogo, y lo reconoció por el hecho de que "ambos sabemos cumplir lo que decimos y hemos enfrentado la adversidad con éxito

explosion of awesome setting powders from all these different brands but

into this video the first product I'm going to be talking about that it's

amazing is the cover FX perfect setting powder and this is my current favorite

setting powder that I like to use on myself and on other clients at the

Beauty Studio what I like most about this setting powder is that it's not

nearly as matte as the Laura Mercier loose setting powder and I also feel like it's

thinner in texture what I'd like to do to show my clients how great this

setting powder is is I have them tap their finger on the lid and then I have

them press the powder between their fingers and when you feel that texture

when they feel how soft and thin the texture is they're like sold I want it

the reason why the setting powder is so soft is because cover effects replace

the main ingredient to be mica mica mica while the norm in the cosmetic world is

this very very popular powder called talc and a lot of people aren't really

comfortable with putting talc on their skin talk is not necessarily a bad

ingredient but mica is definitely a softer and thinner powder in comparison

whenever I use this powder it sets my makeup and it definitely

my makeup last longer throughout the day I love how soft my skin looks and most

reason for this radiant finish is that this powder has micro reflecting specks

that bounces light back and gives you that beautiful glow from within these

reflective specks are not chunky like glitter but if you do look really

closely you will see a little bit of that sparkle within this powder I do

want to note that when you work this powder into the skin that miniscule

Sparkle disappears so you'll be left with that radiant soft skin effect

without looking like you accidentally have some glitter fallout from your eyes

this powder also has a micro blurring technology which means that it'll blur

the pores and give you that snapchat filter effect this is another setting

powder that feels weightless on the skin and will give you that perfect finish

without making you look super matte or cakey and I do want to make a point that

all Kat Von D products are vegan and cruelty free the Kat Von D Lock It

setting powder is formulated without parabens sulfates flail eats Doritos for

$30 and you receive 0.67 ounces next on the list we have the Becca Hydra mist

set and refresh powder this product has to be one of the most bizarre yet

magical powders that has ever been created this setting powder is truly

bizarre yet amazing because when you touch it you get this

cooling water like sensation. Becca calls this a hydrating mist in a powder form

and I totally agree with that when I first interacted with this powder

I was in awe I would have never imagined that a setting powder would have ever

ever ever ever had that cooling water like feel to it so it's truly one of a

kind a really interesting quote that I feel like summarizes this product I

found this on the website on the BECCA website it reads this weightless powder

sets and refreshes makeup for a silky smooth invisible finish formulated with

50% water and glycerin this powder creates a mist like sensation on the

skin for a seamless finish and comfortable feel I felt like that

described this powder to a tee so the three main ingredients in this powder

are water silica and glycerin water hydrates cools

and soothes the skin silica will absorb oil and blur any imperfections and

glycerin helps the skin stay moisturized throughout the day so that being said I

do really like the texture of this setting powder it also has that baking

flour type of texture to it it does come with a lid which you can completely shut

and enclose your product even though it is a great powder you do want to be

careful with what products you choose to combine this powder with does there have

been some reviews that say that this powder can oxidize some concealers and I

believe that the concealers that you should be careful with are matte

containers because anything that's matte has this drying downtime other than that

this is a great setting powder that you should try at least once if you want to

try something new and exciting the Becca Hydra mist setting powder is vegan and

cruelty free it retails for $38 and you receive 0.35

ounces. Next on the list we have the Marc Jacobs coconut setting powder and this

powder blurs and perfects while setting your makeup for a soft matte finish this

setting powder sets the face with five different forms of coconut and cocoa

powder and cocoa powder has been known to be great for the skin because it has

antioxidants and then coconut Alchemy's help extend where coconut milk

thoroughly hydrate coconut water provides refreshing electrolytes and

coconut polysaccharides help condition the skin needless to say that the

texture of the setting powder is also incredible when you press it between

your fingers it does have that flower-like feel to it and that's when

you know it's a good setting powder it's when it feels like baking flour in

was a great powder and I just fell in love this setting powder contains ultra

finely milled powders and you can feel the soft delicate powders when you press

it between your fingers and it feels like something you would want to put on

your face because it's so weightless and it looks

amazing on the skin you know how some setting powders leave that how do we

Everyone has a favourite dinosaur, Including me!

You know that dinosaur from the first Jurassic park that looks super cute, but then whips

out its huge frill and then projectile-spits acid saliva at nedry?

Yeah, that's dilophosaurus, and its my favourite.

Don't ask me why, maybe I secretly wish I could spit acid at people.

Dilophosaurus went extinct around 190 million years ago.

But what if, somehow, dilophosaurus didn't go extinct and lived on all the way until

modern day?

That's what we're going to talk about, right now on life's biggest questions.

Hello and welcome back to life's biggest questions, the channel that imagines the impossible.

Firstly, I should start this topic by saying that there is no conclusive evidence that

any dinosaur had poisonous saliva, and there wasn't any evidence at the time the movie

was produced either.

Which is super upsetting, I know, but for the sake of this video, we are going to assume

that dilophosaurus did have acid saliva because, its my video and I can do whatever the hell

I want.

Kay?

Plus, Its not like we can ask one, do you have acid spit, in case you forgot, dilophosaurus

is extinct, and has been extinct since 190 million years ago.

And there is some speculation that it may have used venom to kill its victims because

its fangs resembled that of a rattlesnake.

Alright so, where was I, Dilophosaurus, despite its small size in the film Jurassic park,

was actually one of the largest carnivores of the early Jurassic period.

It was believed to be about 7 meters in length, weighing 880 pounds.

It probably didn't have a gigantic frill in real life, but it did have two thin crests

of bones on the top of its head that it used for mating displays.

That's actually how dilophosaurus got its name, its genus means two crested lizard.

It also had a long tail that it could have used as a whip in a fight.

Dilophosaurus could travel around extremely quickly, it was light on its feet and used

scent as a part of its hunting technique.

That being said, most experts agree that dilophosaurus couldn't jump very high.

Its believed that they hunted in small packs.

Perhaps one of the most interesting facts about dilophosaurus is that it may have had

a warm blooded metabolism, like mammals and of course, humans.

So, first of all, Because dilophosaurus had a warm blooded metabolism, its habitat wouldn't

be restricted to tropical areas.

Which would mean absolute ecological chaos.

Think about how many animals would be eaten by dilophosaurus.

They would essentially eat anything they could find, even huge animals like bears.

Maybe this would mean that the world would be incredibly populated with dilophosauruses,

and the only way other animals could survive on earth is if they lived in trees.

As I stated previously, most experts agree that dilophosaurus could not jump very high.

Perhaps early human civilizations would have resembled that of the Korowai aboriginals

on the island of papa new guinea.

The korowai people live in elaborate treehouse communities.

For the majority of history, humans would have been tree dwellers, perhaps we would

have maintained our ability to climb trees like our ape relatives, all to get away from

the hungry dilophosauri on the ground.

Of course, if dilophosaurus did overpopulate the earth and humans had to live amongst them,

they would probably become an integral part of our diet.

Fast forward to modern day, and humans would find ways to live on the ground.

Buildings would be made of tough materials, or maybe humans would live underground or

in suspended cities.

If humans ever entered their habitat, they would need to remain in vehicles that protected

the people inside from both the acid spit, as well as dilophosaurus' sharp teeth.

As we learned in Jurassic park, getting out of these vehicles in the presence of dilophosaurus

would be a terrible idea, and would almost certainly end in death.

Thankfully, dilophosaurus hasn't been around for many millions of years.

It would probably be pretty difficult for humans to coexist with them.

Renegade Scot Sunday #1 - Visit to Barcaldine Castle, Ghosts, Dungeon & Outstanding Hospitality. - Duration: 9:31.

So I am just importing some footage for this Vlog.

I might try and start doing a Sunday Vlog.

It is not going to be edited to the hilt, but

It will be quite short shall we say.

But I wanted to do this as as we are just back from Oban.

And we had the chance to stay in a rather special Bed and Breakfast.

An incredible place.

The wife and I absolutely loved it.

One of the most amzing places I have ever stayed.

I think you will understand in a minute.

I will talk to you a little bit more about it at the end.

What a place....

So welcome to Oban and we have decided to do an overnight stay

at a bed & breakfast.

And also have a look about the area as it has been about a year since last visiting the area.

And it is a really nice place to visit with lots to do and some very nice restraunts.

Plenty of nice places to have something to eat.

But where we are staying is the highlight for me.

A bit of a luxury overnight stay.

And it looks absolutely incredible.

So we are going to grab something to eat and head up to where we are staying.

It is going to be immense.

Wow, what a place.

This is Balcaldine castle near Oban.

And what a place.

For a bed and breakfast it is spectacular.

And this room is amazing which also has a couple of secret passageways that I will need to try and find.

So I am just having a look to try and find these hidden passageways.

What an amazing place.

WOW

I think theres one in this corner.

So I take it that was the shortcut out of the place :)

I think there are a few more guests coming tonight, some Americans. Who will go GaGa over the place.

I am going GaGa over it and I am Scottish... (laugh)

But I think the Americans are going to love it as they are into Outlander and such things.

But this castle is incredible and built around the 1650's

An amazing place for a bed and breakfast.

And this is one of the lounges.

I keep whispering for some reason and dont know why. I think it is because it feels like a museum.

If the other guest meet up in the hall later it could be a great night.

Now there is also a dungeon.

There are also several ghosts in the building which I havent told the wife about yet....

One or two of them kicking about.

Lets see what happens later in the evening.

And it is very nice.

But we are going to head into Oban first and visit a restaurant for our supper.

We might also grab some wine and such likes

as this place doesnt have a licence to sell alcohol.

But they have a chiller you can use and plenty of glasses and ice.

I was going to do this section outside but its raining.

It is just a little bit of history about this castle.

I couldnt learn this off the cuff so we are doing it from the hymn sheet as they say.

Basically Barcaldine Castle is know as the Black Castle

And one of a very few Scotish castles that is still habitable.

It is almost the same as it was back then.

You have stunning views with the mountains of Glencoe behind.

it was first built as a Campbell Clan military outpost.

Between 1601 and 1609

It also played a role in the famous Glencoe massacre of 1692.

It is also said to be haunted by several ghosts.

Donald Campbell who was murdred on the grounds and is said to search for his murderers.

The blue lady whos ghost is said to play the piano on windy nights.

Also a young woman who was murdered by the Jacobites.

Steeped in history so I will put some links in the description below.

Incredible place.

It was Sir Duncan Campbell the 10th laird who purchased the place as a ruin and restored the place.

Between 1897 and 1911

So we are going to have a drink or two and see what tomorrow brings.

So that was our little visit to Barcaldine Castle and walk around Oban.

I have to give a shout out to Abbie & Daniel who are the managers and hosts at the castle.

And they live in the cottage next door.

Very kind and very nice.

A young couple and what a fantastic place to live and work.

No doubt hard though, on call 24/7

I had this vision that on turning up it would be an old couple dressed to the 9's in tweed.

With all the tweed on.

I wasnt expecting such a young couple running it.

They were fantastic and very nice.

And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding as well.

All the best produce for the full Scottish breakfast which I always enjoy.

We also met another Scottish couple and a couple from the the USA

So we spent the night having a few drinks and whiskeys chatting away.

So if you ever have the chance of a little treat away somewhere.

I have to recommend this place, it was amazing.

We will be saving up the pocket money and certainly be going back.

Traveling to New York City! Where to stay - Duration: 7:08.

so I got an email from Google a few weeks ago and they wanted to figure out

a way how to work together on the Google Chromebook I am a massive fan of Google

they're a company that is for thinking intelligent they're very unique and

they're very good at solving challenging problems by thinking outside of the box

now I'm mostly known for making videos about life in New York City and my world

travels but for this series sponsored by Chromebook I wanted to do something a

little different so instead of traveling somewhere outside the United States I am

traveling to my home city of New York where I'm gonna be taking on the role of

traveler in my own city in a brand new way seeing home with fresh eyes starting

here at LaGuardia Airport yes I actually took a taxi to LaGuardia to film this

thing as if I just landed in New York to experience this thing firsthand like I'm

starting here I just got off the plane now there's a few ways to get into

Manhattan you can take a bus you can take the subway

but I found the fastest most convenient way is taking a taxi into the city with

that let's head into Manhattan

we have arrived in man hyah we made it seeing you if I was seeing

with fresh eyes it's a cool feeling yes that's New York right there but now for

the big question where do I stay if you are an impulsive

traveler like I can be most likely you have traveled to a destination without

booking a place to stay in advance when I travel to a destination and I don't

have a place to stay I feel like it makes me say yes a lot more to

opportunities rather than having a set plan now when you're in the city you

have a few options for places to stay the hotel is the most common option but

it's also the most expensive option like this hotel right in front of me a great

location right by Madison Square Park where I'm hanging out but it just

happens to cost you half a grand per night if you can swing that cool if not

there's other options second you have the Airbnb which is kind of more my

style I feel like I'm living in the destination rather than being a guest at

some hotel having a kitchen waking up and cooking your own meals there's just

something authentic to that that makes me feel like I'm living in the places

I'm staying and the third and final option this is the best option if you

don't have a place to stay when you travel to a destination already is to

find all the friends in the city that you're traveling to videochat them and

ask very nicely if you can crash on their couch cool cool one sec what's

that yeah say what's up man you're on the

staying the night because hotels are ridiculously expensive and it's also

kind of good to like get out of Manhattan as a traveler you need to see

more than just one place on the trip you need to spread yourself out and see all

that the place has to offer like if I was just staying in Manhattan I feel

like I'd be totally limiting my experience here in New York is this it

right here that is is that worm stag yes for the true experience what you must

capture if you must sleep on a couch and someone's house in their living room and

like when you wake up in the morning if you wake up before that or something

with stuff before you you gotta have that

or exchange and that's what we do here in New York the question is why Brooklyn

there's a lot of bodegas and smaller mom-and-pop shops that have been here

for decades and it just kind of feels like it's a community really like a

community not just like some big city that you can get lost in so I feel like

I'm at home here Brooklyn right now is what Manhattan used to be when Manhattan

was still cool now Manhattan is where you going to move to settle down hey hey

hey hey we're out here making things happen it broke them you're doing it in

Manhattan - but there's a liveliness here and a vibrance here and a

youthfulness to Brooklyn that I really love in Brooklyn a dollar goes a long

way not only do we have a much bigger common area the kitchen the living room

the dining room but we also have something that almost nobody in

Manhattan has this is the private outdoor deck I don't have this in

Manhattan I do have a rooftop do you have a garden I do not have a scarf you

like some fresh jalapeno some fresh parsley whatever you need we got here at

Sheppard farms Oh biggest question a huge question are you I'm starving okay

well another thing Brooklyn is known for if not anything else is some pizza baby

let's get you one get the pizza ready for this you got it

feast your eyeballs on that quick travel tip before going to any restaurant check

with a local or make sure to check out the reviews on Yelp Mike would you say

this is the finest pizza and all Bushwick I think it's the finest pizza

in all of New York I mean just give this a smell just you know we don't we don't

have smellivision just yet you got a could you imagine if you could actually

smell this through the video you can get on mike has taken me to the world-famous

Roberto's in Brooklyn and they have menu with an array of all different types

with pretty interesting names I've actually never seen this part of where

you live you know whenever I come here just go to your house that's why you got

to get out and explore man also once you find that amazing spot another pro tip

is to drop a pin and save it in Google Maps to go to later the feeling here is

just it's so relaxing you know you immediately go outside and it's not like

in Manhattan words the hustle you can actually kind of chill and decompress

here which is just so you know I'm not used to that it's kind of how quiet it

is here there's no sirens there's no trucks

there's no construction no people yelling it you're gonna enjoy this pizza

with a view of New York that you've never seen before sometimes in life you

have to take a step outside to really appreciate how beautiful something is on

the inside is that that profile about for this I was never a fan of Brooklyn

but now I can I can see why you live out here

son it's gone you got your sunset you got a big day tomorrow

James Gunn FIRED By Marvel! It Will Effect Avengers 4 & Guardians Of The Galaxy Volume 3 - Duration: 4:54.

so in the past few days just before Comic Con some major news broke out in

marvel world which could actually affect a phase four going forward as we know

phase four starts after Avengers four so Jane gun was fired from Disney and

essentially Disney tied their severs with him essentially they don't want

anything to do with him currently from tweets dating back to 2012 he was making

Gardens a galaxy 3 which would have been included with phase 4 so what is good

YouTube Warstu here if you need to channel make sure scribe to never miss

any new Marvel based content so Marvel Fire James Gunn for sending some really

edgy creepy perverted tweets years ago up to six years ago as you know Disney

is a friendly family company obviously well Disney is aimed at kids it's a

theme park their movies that generally aimed at kids so you can understand why

they wanted to get rid of him as soon as possible and it makes business sense for

them but seriously it will affect phase four in a massive way he did apologize

on Twitter send in a five tweet apology out and apparently he's to lead up to

10,000 tweets recently my only question is why did Marvel vet him properly do a

background check because generally when you get employed by someone now they do

check your social medias out to see if you're the kind of person that they want

working for you generally they do a background check on line as well

nowadays so do you think he desires to be fired for the offensive tweets I

think it's fair enough what do you think so the current state

of guards at galaxy vol 3 is that James Kernan has already submitted the first

draft to Marvel therefore the question is what happens to this current script

does Disney decide to cut ties with gunner

meaning they can't use his script at all it's very interesting because if you

don't know about the movie world obviously a script doesn't generally get

the okay the first time they usually ask for minor adjustments

is kind of strange because if someone else comes in it's possible they could

start the film from scratch in order to make sure there's no trace of gun

associated with the movie but it was expected to drop in 2020 around May so

if they did bring a new screenwriting it would literally give them one year in

order to write the whole new script whole new movie from scratch but I can't

really see them doing that and it's highly unlikely that if that was the

case Marvel would be happy with this new screenwriters attempt and the movie will

be delayed now this essentially will affect Avengers 4 in a way slightly

because obviously you have the gardens and galaxies in their characters so it

depends how their storyline was already written after Avengers 4 of what

happened to them essentially during the last reshoot for Avengers 4 they could

actually essentially change some of the parts for the guardians in it and if

Marvel really wanted to I don't think they're gonna do this they could just

scrap the whole garden the galaxy franchise because it was going to be a

new iteration of the team James Gunn said after this one anyway now I don't

think it's gonna be drastic as that but it was rumored that James Gunn was going

to be at the realm in phase 4 of Marvel what kind of because it was going cosmic

and he was going to be heavily involved with everything going forward now it may

seem crazy like I said I don't think they're gonna scrap the whole of gardens

galaxy franchise over this but it is an interesting topic point I didn't really

want to talk about someone else but I kind of have to bring it in with a whole

topic point for the video and I did get a bunch of comments on my Twitter on my

Instagram asking me to talk about it realistically I don't think it's gonna

fit God the galaxy maybe it might be delayed a minute a bit maybe they have

to change a few things in Avengers for how they end maybe bad you know guys let

faster to make because it's just me giving my opinions back saying let me

know let me know do you think they were right to fire him and also do you think

it's gonna affect the Avengers for ending it might they might have to

change what happens with Drax what happens with Gamora etc or they might

Mindfulness-based Addiction Counseling via Skype - Duration: 5:37.

Welcome.

My name is Peter Strong and I specialize in online Mindfulness Therapy for the treatment

of anxiety, depression and also addictions.

So in the mindfulness approach to treating addictions we focus very much on working with

the underlying emotions that feed the addiction, and we do this by working at two levels of

emotional reactivity.

The first is working with the compulsive impulses themselves.

The addictive impulses that drive you to take that extra additional drink, or or any other

form of addiction.

These impulses can be very strong and very difficult to resist by willpower.

Mindfulness offers a way of working with them, of basically decreasing the intensity of those

emotional impulses.

The second level that we must address in any form of treatment for addiction is working

with the underlying core emotions such as depression or stress issues, problems with

managing stress, or problems with managing anger, or very low self-esteem, or other emotional

problems that are driving the impulse to to overindulge.

Whether that is in alcohol or other substance abuse or whether it's a food addiction or

any other form of addiction.

It could be work addiction and so on.

These addictions are always being driven by an underlying emotional cause, and Mindfulness

Therapy gives you a way of working with these underlying unresolved emotions that are fueling

your addiction.

The key to Mindfulness Therapy that I will teach you during these online counseling sessions,

is to change the relationship that you have with your emotions, whether those are the

compulsive impulses or whether those are the underlying core emotions you have, to change

your relationship to them so that you can essentially sit with those emotions without

becoming overwhelmed by them, without becoming controlled by those emotions.

So this is what we call developing equanimity or independence in relationship to your emotions,

a very, very central part of mindfulness training.

The second part that helps greatly in resolving these emotions so that they lose their power

over you is working on establishing a friendly and compassionate relationship to those very

emotions themselves.

So most people become easily overwhelmed with reactivity to addictive emotions and the core

emotions underneath.

They react with aversion, they react with avoidance, and other forms of reactivity that

simply fuel the emotion, itself.

We have to change our relationship to be able to sit with those emotions with a friendly

compassionate relationship.

This creates the right conditions in which those emotions will begin to heal themselves.

There are other aspects of Mindfulness Therapy that I will teach you, such as working with

the imagery of the emotions.

This is a very interesting area that has proven immensely effective, working with the actual

mechanics of the motion itself.

Watercolor and Salt Beginner Painting Hack - Duration: 4:31.

Obstacle, anything that obstructs or hinders one's progress

Since coming back from our mountain excursion - I've been really thinking about this idea

of obstacles.

A mountain is a pretty big obstacle.

And somehow humans carved a road into this sheer rock face.

This got me thinking - what if instead of seeing obstacles as road blocks - we saw them

as stepping stones toward success.

Think with me for a moment…

If you are encountering obstacles this usually means you are doing something right.

Obstacles rarely occur when we are stagnant.

Encountering obstacles - means you are moving, learning, and molding yourself toward your

finally goal.

So let's apply this toward watercolor.

This particular week - I was having a really difficult time blending two particular colors.

I'm not really sure why - it could have been my paints, the paper, the humidity in

the air, or me just having a really bad day - but for some reason these colors weren't creating

the blossoming effects that I so desired.

Without panicking, I then put kind-of my brain into problem solving mode - and came up with this hack.

I first mixed a water to salt solution - as seen here.

And then laid that solution on my paper as a thin glaze.

Next I added my paint - which then produced this effect.

No. 4 - Pronunciation

I pronounce it as Kotlin C-U-T-L-I-N but I am waiting for an official response from @kotlin on twitter

No. 5 - Android Development

It was announced as an official language on Android at I/O 2017

So now the official languages are Java, C++ and Kotlin

No. 6 - Write less code
