Youtube daily report w Jul 13 2018

I'm one of the victims of the hypodermic needle assaults over the summer.

Kara Yvette Bernard.

It was the first time my name was ever in the newspaper.

My name was among 51 other women; 66 total victims, 51 of whom allowed the media to name

them.

We did it in some spontaneous show of solidarity, as if we'd formed some kind of connection

because of our victimization.

It wasn't long before the physical damage of the assaults began to manifest.

The media wouldn't go into detail, but it was easy enough to find online.

Mania.

Hypersexuality.

Skin deterioration.

Not a single doctor could identify what our injections contained.

Aside from the needle marks themselves, there wasn't any sign that we'd been injected

with anything at all.

But as time went by and more of the women began to succumb to the effects, my terror

and dread turned into confusion.

After 3 months, I was the only one still alive.

My doctor suggested I was immune to whatever the injection had contained.

I didn't have any reason to doubt his suggestion, but there was still too much uncertainty to

give me any relief.

And now, almost half a year after the attack, I knew it was right to deny myself that relief.

I started hearing voices.

I was on the couch eating my dinner.

The television was on.

At first, when I heard, "can you hear this?," I thought it was the TV.

Then the voice said, "Kara, can you hear this?"

You have to realize, after what happened over the summer, I've been terribly skittish.

I panic at the drop of a hat and I've been on disability since the attack.

When I heard someone say my name last night and it was so loud and clear that it was like

someone else was in the room, I nearly passed out.

But I knew no one was around.

The place was empty aside from me – just like how it's been for the last four months.

"Kara, please reply if you can hear us."

I whispered that I could, and I heard talking in the background.

I couldn't make out what they were saying.

The next part, though, came through without any ambiguity.

"Drown yourself."

I didn't move.

I knew it had to be the effect of the injection.

"Fill the bathtub and drown yourself."

That was when I started to cry.

The voice kept repeating the command.

The tone was calm and seductive.

Then, as I bawled and begged whatever it was to leave me alone, my body started to move

on its own.

I had no control over anything, not even my voice or my eyelids.

My body stood, walked over to the bathroom, and began to fill the tub with water.

Internally, I was shrieking and sobbing and trying to plead with whoever was doing this

to me to stop.

All it did was repeat what it had been saying.

"Fill the tub and drown yourself."

When the tub was full, my body stepped into the warm water.

Even though I tried to fight as hard as I could to break away and not be forced to do

what they were telling me to do, I sank to my knees, sat cross-legged, then dropped facedown

into the tub.

My body didn't allow me to take a breath before I plunged in.

While I panicked inside a body whose autonomy had been stolen, I readied myself for the

moment my lungs would give out and I'd inhale, filling their entire capacity with bathwater.

I imagined sucking in the water and reflexively coughing it out, only to refill my lungs again

and again as I gasped until I was just a corpse to be found by the landlord.

The gasp never came.

My panicked heartbeat thumped in my ears while I stared at the plastic bottom of the bathtub.

There was no pressure in my chest.

The only pain I felt was the cramping in my legs from being tucked underneath me.

"What does it feel like?"

I could talk again, but I still couldn't move.

"Help me," I gurgled, as bubbles floated by my wide eyes on their way to the surface.

There was still no pain in my chest or any compulsion to inhale.

It had to have been two minutes since I went under.

"What does it feel like?

What does it feel like?

What does it feel like?"

The question repeated over and over in my head.

Eventually, I answered.

"Like I can breathe underwater."

The reply was instantaneous.

"Are you actively breathing?

Are you inhaling and exhaling water?"

I considered the questions and changed my answer.

"It feels like I don't have to breathe anymore."

There was a silence inside my head that was broken only by the sounds of my heart beating

and my stomach processing my dinner.

"You have eight days.

We will come see you at the end of it.

Please drink the bathwater periodically to stay hydrated and adjust the water temperature

to avoid hypothermia."

I noticed I could move my left hand, arm, and shoulder again.

I reached out of the water and tried to pull my head up by my hair.

It was as if I weighed 1000 pounds.

When I tried to reach for the plug to empty the tub, my arm flopped lifelessly in the

water.

After a minute, I regained movement.

I fumbled for the faucet and turned the water on and off.

For eight days, I remained underwater.

My legs had gone numb.

On the fourth or fifth day, I tried to run the water and overflow the bathtub with the

hope a neighbor would notice and alert the landlord.

I lost control of my hand for a while after that.

The water grew dirty as the days went on and I stopped drinking it.

I lost control of my mouth and throat and was forced to consume a certain amount every

day.

On day eight, my chest began to burn.

As soon as the feeling registered, I had control over my entire body again.

I carefully extricated my stiff body from the tub.

I remained on my back, staring at the bathroom ceiling, for a while.

The smell of the room prompted me to start moving and I showered the filth off myself

while looking down at my severely water-damaged body.

I dried myself carefully, noticing skin coming off as I did.

I thought back to the online reports of the other injected women; how their skin sloughed

off in bloody, sticky clumps.

But mine wasn't like that.

There was no blood.

Only raw, pink skin.

It took me a while to move into the kitchen where I grabbed a box of cereal and started

shoveling handful after handful into my mouth.

The skin on my lips split wide open with the first handful.

Again, no blood.

"Kara, stop eating."

I dropped the box of cereal.

The voice was in my head again.

"You have three hours."

And now all I can do is wait.

Wait and type.

My skin is starting to hurt and I'm worried I've gotten an infection from being in the

dirty water for so long.

I don't know what's going to happen in three hours.

Part of me wants to call the police or run away.

There's another part, though, that's overriding my desire for help.

It's grim curiosity.

It's the curiosity of someone who's given up hope.

Someone who's lost control.

I want to see why these people want to subject me to all this.

While I was face down in the tub, I sometimes heard talking in the background.

The voices weren't directed at me.

It was almost as if someone had left a microphone on by accident.

Words would come through every so often.

"Respiration."

"Bonding."

"Slough."

There was one time, I think on the sixth day, I was able to hear part of a sentence.

I've picked it apart in my head over and over, trying to figure out not only what it

meant in general, but what it meant for me.

I guess I'll find out pretty soon.

There's a nervous excitement in me that I feel is somehow wrong.

Somehow suicidal.

But still, like I said, the curiosity is overwhelming my desire for self-preservation.

A little less than two hours to go.

The perversity of my excitement is unsettling.

This isn't me, but I don't think I care.

All I care is that in a couple hours, I'll learn what they meant by "…successful

underwater, but it will be entirely different in the vacuum of space."

Filipina British Age Gap Couple: OUR UK SPOUSE VISA EXPERIENCE - Duration: 19:53.

Hi mga palangga! Good evening so time here is quarter to 8:00 in the evening..We are here in our barbecue house

to film.. I know you all know that we are going to film our uk spouse visa experience

and this video is it's just a sit down video so I have

my husband with me

John: oh! we doing the visa video, are we?

Yes!

okay..visa video!

so I have my husband with me to talk about

Can you move the camera closer so they can see me better

talk about our visa experience so we will zoom you in first

move your camera dear

DEAR! that's it dear! C'mon you need to sit properly Sir John

I'm sitting beautifully comfortably

this is the idea of having our barbecue house End of our working day we can just

come and sit in here and relax and look out and enjoy the evening and we're free

from flies and monsters sitting here we have all the freedom of fresh air

marvelous right so what we're talking about visas what is it we're going to

speak so a lot of you were asking or suggesting if I could or we could make

our a story about our UK visa experience so my John is here to talk about it

because he do most of it so here is the handsome right all depends on the type

of visa and will be attacked by a fly and you may say we have no flies and

they come to attack me what's it where is Okay its just a fly

so we are we applied for a

spouse visa because we married in the Philippines so the only experience we

can give you is on the spouse visas okay so basically we

obviously went through all the motions of doing everything if we're getting

married and we got married and then and at that time we got married

Mia didn't have a passport so we decided to wait until

we were married then she could apply for her passport and put it in her married

name which does actually simplify things when it comes to the visa causes there's no

two names different that's what we decided to do because

only take how long did tell you to get the

passport.. three days you got to Manila okay you got to pay

the money yeah you've got to stop in the hotel or whatever to do that but you

know there's different places as well yeah there are different places but you

did there because you had to go to the CFO

CFO...we have to do

the TB test, English test so basically we choose Manila to do everything yes

because everything was just in one city and that was it so so basically and

prior to going we made all the appointments for you to

go to CFO, passport office, TB test, an English test basically so you was

actually in Manila for a week two weeks yeah yeah we managed to get everything

crammed in in that period of time and all done and dusted basically

once you've got your passport you you are if you are married in the

Philippines and you want to come to the UK quite a simple process providing you

meet all the requirements right and at the time the requirements for us this is

just what we had to do don't quote me this is a quote that you need this

because this is what this was 2015 we are now three years down the line so you

would need to go into the UK government website on the visa section to find out

what we require requirements are to qualify to apply for a visa so I clearly

make you know emphasizes always check to the last

minute before you apply because things are changing all the time okay so keep

that quite clear okay right so basically what we did well

basically our requirements were.... you have to have an income and paying tax on the

sum of eighteen thousand two hundred pounds I think it was or a 600 pound one of

the other then you have to have if you had a child to come with you

You have an additional earnings of I think it was another three or four thousand pounds

per child but don't quote me because I could be completely wrong we don't have

the child we purely just ourselves so that was that so basically

we ..so you can do it on year earnings you can do it just on if you've got savings

you must have savings over sixty two and a half thousand pounds and that

most savings it must be what they call liquid savings basically you've got

instant access to it it can be spent on because you've got to have obviously

around thirty thousand or just under thirty thousand pound per year to

support each other in the UK I don't know why such a high

number but it is... but you don't have to do with all you saving you can do

part savings and part solid because if you're not earning eighteen thousand

salary say you're only earning 15,000..you can used your fifteen thousand salary and

then there is a calculation for how much saving you need to make the numbers up

you would need to speak to someone who actually does the visa process who

actually understands what they are and they would actually tell you but the

simplest way is if you've got savings easiest way to do it on your savings or

if you're a hundred percent employed by somebody and paying tax on eighteen

thousand two hundred pounds then you will have no problem get to the visa

another thing is you've got to provide the information on where you're going to

live ie do you own your property if you have got children it must have so

many bedrooms I think it's a minimum of two you can be in rented accommodation

because a lot of people I know in the UK providing it fills the requirement

everything would be fine and basically we actually used a company down in

London who specialized in visas because we've never done the process before we

thought it would be easier yes it cost us a thousand pounds just for this

company to do it but knowing what I know now I could actually quite do it

simple in myself but if you let the experts do it they are updating all the

time on different legislations and changes in the rules so in many ways

it's advisable to use those because them guys will not submit an application form

unless it is correct because your visa will cost you just

your visa alone over a thousand pounds now if your application is wrong and it's

submitted you still to pay your money and if it's rejected

you lose your money so these company visa specialists they don't

allow any submissions until everything is correct in place basically so it's

worth spending the extra money with them guys and they'll guarantee it will be

okay for you so that's what we did and obviously we have to supply all the

information they just give us a list of what they want... we give them all that

they fill out the form they put it in the right places because the form must

be 20-30 pages long it is massive that was all done.... you do have to

pay a NHS fee which I think saving my memory is correct was about 850-900 pounds

which anyone asked to pay coming into the UK they've got to contribute that to

the NHS so you are not using government funds basically which is fair it is

right which I completely agree with so basically the time you have done your

visa you've paid for the company because these companies will charge anywhere

from six seven hundred pound to twelve hundred pound we will lucky cost us

six I think or seven... visa at the time cost us was over a thousand pounds and

then NHS so basically you're looking two thousand five hundred two

thousand eight hundred pound that's what it cost was to do the visa process and

the company who did the visa they did ask me when would we like the visa to

start from.... now this was in October when we applied I think it was

sorry November

yes... when we applied and they said oh it gonna be into the next year I said no

I said can you please put down I think it was ....

yeah December 30 2015 they said you will not get it... I said please put it on the

form let's see what happens within less than well I think was about three weeks

we received notification we had got the visa and it was granted and which

allowed Mia to come to the UK on New Year's Eve

yesI arrived here new years eve

that is exactly what we did all I can

say is the authorities are there just to make sure everything is right..

they don't tried to be make things difficult to stop people coming in they just want you

to you know fulfill their requirements you will be looked after and basically

from Mia arriving here we had one or two things to do..... for collecting a biometric

card and everything we should do through the post office...but it was all there ready

waiting for us everything was just as they said would be very very simple to

do and all I can say is I hope anyone out there is gonna apply..... take there adivse

make sure you got all the requirements if there's anything

is a little bit unsure

about something if it's not right you're good feeling is telling you it's not

right so make sure everything is correct before you submit the form and you don't

lose your money but use a proper company and you'll be fine so and obviously Mia

had to do certain things I'll let her speak to you now about that what she had

to do when she was in Manila well your English test

yeah well...you need to talk about the English test

Well! the english test was minimum minimum requirement for the

English test was A1...but if you take an A1

when you come to the UK in two-and-a-half years time you've got to

redo it but if you take a B1... ..B1 sorry YES! you only have to take one

test which Mia's has done was B1(I took the B1 sorry if John says B2)..

and the difference between the A1 and the B1 is....

there's not much difference... there is ten minutes difference in the test isn't there? --yes that is only

10 minutes more talking and that is it...

Yes... it covers only speaking and listening so

don't be worried about it and I think it cost us roughly when

we take the test it was 14,000php in that time so yeah but I

don't know how much is it now because it was way back 2015 and yeah English test

is one of the requirements and also you have to do your TB test right yes now

you do you've got to go to Manila to do the TB test I think

They have Cebu now I think.... you got to do the TB test which is an x-ray

Was it x-ray you did? -Yes just for the lungs to see make sure

you clear from TB but that is all you have to do to get your visa but when you

come to the UK...... you have to have a further TB test which they ask you to go

to the medical center and they actually give you a little injection(they inject it in the skin)

yeah just to screen to see if you've

actually been vaccinated for TB to be on the safe....if not they would actually

give you the vaccination well anyway Mia pass it with the flying colours

had been vaccinated so that was a TB side and now then I know nothing about

the CFO for so you need to explain

So yeah! the CFO has to types the certificate and the stamp, I dont know I forgot all about it LOL

no there is certificate and the stamp

Ah right! NO! You just mislead them

.So what then, then talk about it!

You to CFO and you have to do seminar right and

the seminar is all about what women's rights are(sort of sorry we forgot about it now) and I don't really know how

you did tell me about it but they're simple seminar wasn't it?

everybody passes it you know it's not an issue but you've got to sure that you've

attended the seminar once you've done the seminar you receive a

certificate from the CFO but once you have got your visa on the way

out you can you can get it in the airport but you must double check this one

there is a CFO office in the airport of Manila and you need to get this

like a certificate which is stuck into your passport I will I will put the

picture on the screen okay I will put a picture on the screen so you will know

what we mean because it's been a long I've never seen my CFO but then that's

one of the requirements yes yeah but yeah and then that was it so that was

the the main thing really was the English test the TB test and the CFO

that was Manila things you had to do or requirements and then obviously you did

your passport at the same time and that was it

so the proof of relationship yeah

okay just a quick one when you start a relationship with

someone you know.. say an example aguy from the UK wherever

and everything's looking good and you think everything's gonna work out what

you certainly do....the very first day you meet them you need to make

some kind of documentation example if you say you meet in Cebu or Manila what

you want to do is make sure you go to

places of interest where you can actually physically take a photo or like a

monument us in the middle of Manila or something in Cebu or up in mountain top or or

something in the city that everybody recognizes you know we we actually went to....

town in Mactan and there's all the Mactan sculptures and that there

you know everything we did we documented..... hotel... all our flights

all our Skype history..... viber.... I don't think you need quite as much on some of

this stuff now....yeah well obviously we obviously we did all our

wedding pictures everything and we end up with a marriage certificate as

well you know so in general and just make sure you leave a paper trail of all

the things you've done together and that's it you know that's our experience

on spouse visa if you're looking to marry in the UK obviously then you would

come on a fiancee visa which to be honest with you I think the requirements are similar

but I don't know you would really have to check out yourself I don't want to

qoute anything because I don't want to mislead anyone so all I say is happy

reading happy hunting and all the information you require is on our

government website for fiancee visa or spouse visa so anyway good luck in your

future applications

so bye for now and I hope it has

been a bit of interest I have not been too boring for you guys out there you

know boy end of the day probably been a bit little bit serious about it

but you need to be because you know it's a thing that needs to be sort

of dumped correctly so you have no problem we do we've heard of so many

horror stories about people having problems getting a visa and the only

reason they have problems because they don't meet the requirements have the

right ones thumbs up okay bye for now so that's it for us today mga palangga

and I hope that you enjoy this video and bye

Netflix topples HBO in Emmy nominations, but 'Game of Thrones' still rules - Duration: 5:45.

Netflix topples HBO in Emmy nominations, but 'Game of Thrones' still rules

Lifestyle.

Netflix topples HBO in Emmy nominations, but 'Game of Thrones' still rules.

HBO's medieval fantasy series "Game of Thrones" led nominations for the Emmy Awards on Thursday that spanned satire to the supernatural, but streaming service Netflix knocked HBO off its 17-year pedestal as the network with the most nods.

A slew of first time Emmy contenders included Sandra Oh as the first Asian-American lead comedy actress nominee for her role in quirky spy series "Killing Eve," and Rachel Brosnahan's 1950s housewife turned comedian in "The Marvelous Mrs.

Maisel."   Female-led shows and stories also did well as television continued to lead the way in reflecting social change, while the likes of Donald Glover, Tracee Ellis-Ross, Penelope Cruz, Antonio Banderas, Issa Rae, Regina King, and John Legend headed a racially diverse acting line-up.

"Games of Thrones," a worldwide hit, got 22 nods, including for the top prize of best drama series.

It was followed by NBC's sketch show "Saturday Night Live" and HBO's sci-fi series "Westworld" with 21 nominations each, and Hulu's dystopian vision "The Handmaid's Tale" with 20.

Just five years after the launch of its first original series, "House of Cards," Netflix ended HBO's 17-year streak as the most Emmy-nominated network.

Netflix gathered 112 nods for shows that ranged from supernatural drama "Stranger Things" and British royal show "The Crown" to female wrestling comedy "GLOW," new Western drama "Godless" and reality makeover series "Queer Eye."   HBO, which was recently acquired by wireless carrier AT&T Inc, had 108 nominations, and noted in a statement that it was the eighth year it had gathered 100 nominations or more.

NBC shows earned 78 nods.

Netflix campaigned heavily for the Emmys, the highest honors in television, and says it has budgeted $8-billion for programming in 2018.

"Stranger Things" executive producer and director Shawn Levy said the streaming service was a joy to work with.

"They follow our lead and they don't make us live inside a box either creatively or financially, and that is almost unheard of among networks and movie studios," Levy said.

The Emmy awards will be handed out in Los Angeles on Sept.

17 hosted by "Saturday Night Live" cast members Michael Che and Colin Jost.

"Game of Thrones" will compete for best drama with last year's Emmy champion, Hulu's "The Handmaid's Tale", which also won nods for actresses Elisabeth Moss, Alexis Bledel, Samira Wiley, Ann Dowd and Yvonne Strahovski.

Bruce Miller, executive producer of "The Handmaid's Tale," acknowledged that the show's vision of a theocracy where women are treated as property was hard to watch.

"You are basically writing a show about the way you pray that the world won't go, and then it starts going that way.

We sit around and pray for irrelevance," Miller said.

Other best drama contenders include "The Crown," NBC's family drama "This Is Us," Cold War spy series "The Americans" on FX and "Westworld." "Game of Thrones" was out of the running in 2017 because the show aired later than usual.

In the comedy categories, hip-hop themed FX show "Atlanta" is up against Amazon's "The Marvelous Mrs.

Maisel," ABC's "black-ish," "GLOW," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," quirky comedy "Barry", tech comedy "Silicon Valley" and "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt." FX's true crime dramatisation "The Assassination of Gianni Versace" led the limited series category with 18 nominations, including a best actor nod for Darren Criss who plays the killer of the gay Italian fashion designer.

Creator Ryan Murphy said it was a "heartbreaking story to tell, made more so by the fact that we continue as a culture to grapple with homophobia and shame and intolerance.".

"We Don't Have a Name For This Show….Yet" : Nike Air Force 1 "Playstation" - Duration: 8:02.

Welcome back to another episode of 'We don't have a name for this show yet' and errrr

Can we do that again, and uh.. blank. (syok sendiri)

Welcome to another episode of WDHANFTSY and we will never..

probably never get a name for this show because we kind of like the way it

sounds I guess. Today I will be bringing on a guest host. I don't think it's guest lah

We try to make it permanent lah.

Cause he's been appearing in all of our videos. It's none other than the sunflower Julian

Quite heavyweight ah, whole place shake all.

Alright.... Introduce yourself to our followers. (Hi, I'm Julian.)

Sunflower Julian. That's it?? And today we're gonna review (laughlaughlaugh)

Alright, do you have any

idea what we're reviewing today? We're gonna review an Air Force One

It's related to games which is.. oh okay. (Yeahhhhhh) First off before we get into it, just

like to give a big shout out to our main man Mr. Vincent

Victor lah weh, oh fuchok.

Before we get right into it I just want to give a big shout out to our main man

What's his name? Victor...Victor who? Chan...

Thank You Victor Chan, thank you for supplying us this pair for us to review

Let's get right into it What are your first thoughts Julian?

I think its very plain. I feel like they could have done better. I mean compared

to the 2006 pair that one was more colorful but I guess now they're just trying to

do it like the PlayStation 4. Honestly when this first came out I was

one of those guys who like you know, screw it man Nike lost their nuts lah weh. Like what

is wrong with these guys because obviously I agree with you, the previous one is more...

colorful & nicer but in front of us I honestly think this is a really really

nice pair. Like it's really really very well made. Look at the sole guys and and

being clean is the new trend and Air Force is about being plain I guess? Yeah, I guess so..

Since the beginning also.. Exactly so I think they still stucked to the whole Air

Force theme of being plain but with very strong detailing as you can see like the

swoosh is like so fat. Its actually from the Jewel Swoosh, the Jewel AF1. But apparently this one is more

squishy. Yeah how much is this pair reselling for?

Okay, from what Victor told me, he paid about $500 for these when it first dropped.

But then now, it has dropped to 350 USD so it's still around at 1.5k to 2k lah around there.

TBH, the Off-White pairs are pretty dope and they fetch a pretty high price like

RM3000? Now its 4,000 already. But they're not exactly rare.

Yeah, it's actually quite a GR, yeah its like available everywhere.

Sooo, and then this pair...

is like, if you're saying it's like 150 pairs ww and you're paying like RM1500

for this why not you know? You rock one to an event (plug SneakerLAH)

Happening on 6 & 7 October. You know you are like one of the very very

few guys who's gonna wear this pair in the event. Yeah but because now everyone is

willing to pay high prices or resell, since the Yeezy boost time, so I feel like 1.5

So I feel like 1.5 is actually quite low compared to even the retail prices.. So it's pretty cheap

Yeah and its damn rare! So why wouldn't you buy this? Cause it's too plain?

I like brighter shoes, personally. This is considered very black. I would rock this on the daily I

guess. This is actually rockable on the daily. I guess right now the trend is

simple is key. This pair was released at E3 gaming conference and before that it

was.. There was early access at Nike SNKRS app.. SNKRS app please come to Malaysia

So that we can get more pairs.

yeah but okay so the difference is that the 2006 pair has like full patent leather

on top. The front is all black where there's patent leather. The back is fade from

blue to white (yeap) gradient on the back and that one for the 2006 pair is

promo sample/F&F. It was never released

technically. Yeah was actually apparently given to some of the Sony

employees (yep) and inside of it they have actually a tag, actually in the

2006 pair. They were numbered, numbering system which tells which pair is

number what out of 150 which was actually produced. And then in 2009 to celebrate the

10th Anniversary of Playstation 2, they actually released another fifty pairs

which is actually lesser than the 2006 pair but it's actually the same but lesser

so but that one was not numbered apparently. That's why I say, walking encyclopedia. Nononooo

But honestly patent leather on a pair of shoe, like full patent leather it's

just not gonna cut it like the moment you walk out it's gonna have creases

It's gonna look so ugly. I think this would actually age well and age better

Only problem is this icy sole which will turn yellow

other than that all good. Well, 1500 for 150 pairs worldwide, I would definitely

cop. You tell me which pair in the world 150 pairs, like that limited, will cost

you RM1500. I'll buy a Sharkbait cause that's like rumored around 70+

pairs and that ones like, I can just add maybe like just 200, 300

and I already can get like a F&F, 72 pairs worldwide.

which is like half of this. Nothing beats an AF1 lah. I guess. Generation gap.

Idk, to me, AF1 instant classic. But yeah I totally agree with you like it's

it's very simple. They still retain a bit of elements from the previous one, the patent

leather. But other than that I would definitely

c*ck it (disbelief) I'd definitely cop it. Some may think, they would prefer the 2006 pair

to re-release but I mean that would destroy the exclusivity of it (yep). But then now..

this is more relevant to the current generation where it's like PS4

already, back then was like only PS2. So I feel like this is the this

generations PlayStation AF1 collab ah. For me if they release this in 2006

I would've still copped anyways. It is one of those shoes where you kind of hate it at

first it's like, Oh Bodoh lah. Why they not as good as the first one. After a while you take a look at it

actually it is kind of good and in a way it's better and I'm glad that didn't

they didn't go the same approach as the first one, they went a totally different

route but they still kept the essence of the PlayStation AF1. As I said

I would still cop it if I had a RM1500. Since you are like the first time

on this show why don't you sign out for us? Sign out ah?

Okay guys, SneakerLAH is happening soon. Make sure you come to Mid Valley Exhibition

Center on the 6th and 7th of October. So, tickets are gonna come out on August.

DESTROYED TOY ROOM SPEED CLEANING ROUTINE | CLEAN WITH ME - Duration: 13:55.

Hey guys!

It's Jana!

And yeah, this place is a crazy mess once again.

So we are going to work together, get it all done

so we can just have fun for the rest of the day.

Right?

Right.

Quiny will be up in a minute, he's getting some water.

So go ahead and hit subscribe, thumbs up, check all the links down below.

Let's get this done.

I wonder how long it will take.

I don't even know what time it is.

Oh god disgusting! Screams.

This is dried on paint.

It is hard as a rock.

So we are going to attempt to get this out.

This is what I use to clean the carpet, any spots, whatever.

It works really, really good on most things.

So let's see what happens with dried on paint.

Did you know that back at our old house, before you were born,

my friend Leah lived right next door.

And she loved painting.

And one day she was painting and she was painting with red paint.

Well somehow she got splatters all over her carpet.

But she didn't know what to do so she called me.

I went over there and I got it out.

Do you know why that worked so well?

No.

Because she didn't wait for it to be dried on.

It's OK to make messes and it's OK to spill, they are all accidents.

As long as your not seriously like on purpose.

You can't get in trouble.

That would just be stupid.

Exactly.

But you can't get in trouble for that, right?

Yeah.

So the only way that you can mess up when you have an accident is by not saying anything.

So here it is all dried on and I can't get it out.

Alright guys we finished cleaning the toy room once again.

How long is it going to last?

I have no clue.

One day.

Quin's vote one day.

Yeah I'll probably go with Quin on this one.

If you're done playing with something put it away, you'll be good to go.

Thanks for your help baby.

You did a good job.

So thank you so much for watching.

Go ahead and hit subscribe, thumbs up, check all the links down below.

And we will see you next time.

Wedding Dresses: The Bride Rules! by Ellen Byerrum - Duration: 11:01.

Hello and welcome to Fashion Bites. I'm Ellen Byerrum, author of the screwball noir

Crime of Fashion Mysteries, featuring Lacey Smithsonian, a fashion reporter in

Washington DC, The City That Fashion Forgot. Now, today I want to talk about

wedding gowns. I think about them from time to time, especially because when my

characters grow, sometimes they get married. Lots of opportunity for comic

disasters. There's a wedding in VEILED REVENGE, the ninth book in my series, and

I'm also planning a crazy wedding between Felicity Pickles and Harlan Wiedemeyer

in a future Crime Fashion Mystery, which will be called WHITE LACE

AND HOMICIDE. It will also concern a fight with Felicity and her bridesmaids

over, of course, the traditionally unattractive bridesmaid's gown. When

selecting a wedding gown, my first rule of fashion applies: You can wear what you

want, but you can't stop people from laughing. You might also want to think

about how it's going to look in photos 10 or 20 years from now,

classic or ridiculously faddish. I knew a woman once who wore a mini dress for her

wedding and when her teenage son saw the photos he was aghast. He just said, "Oh Mom,

how could you?" She wasn't thinking about her future progeny at the time. And how

about that "bathing cap look" that was so popular for a while, like Celine Dion

wore in her wedding? There are all kinds of weddings and all kinds of bridal

attire, depending on the time, place, theme and location. Brides have parachuted,

skied and scuba-dived their way to their vows. They have wed on sandy beaches and

grassy meadows and on snowy mountain tops, in valleys and on riverbanks, in

airplanes and submarines and subways, hotels, backyards, cathedrals and humble

drive-in wedding chapels. Brides and grooms have dressed as everything from

clowns to zombies, from medieval lords and ladies to pirates and wenches. Sadly,

many of us will never have the fun of witnessing such a celebration -- or debacle.

Most of us have to settle for variations on the

classic theme of white wedding gown and black tuxedo. But classics become

classics for a reason. Every bride believes that her dress and

veil are unique in all the universe. They generally are not. But this is the

bride's day, the groom plays a supporting role. The bride rules, even if she has

mortgaged the farm for the dress of her dreams, and that can be a pretty big

mistake. Shows like "Say Yes to the Dress" illustrate how much money brides spend.

They also demonstrate what a mistake it can be to go shopping with your nasty

friends and family. Do you watch wedding shows? I do and I enjoy them, but I have

to admit I am shocked when people spend astronomical amounts on the dress, not to

mention the cost of the rest of the event. Obviously we do not breathe the

same rarefied air. In some cases they could have bought a car with that money, they

could have a down payment for a house! Your wedding day is one day, and it

should be a great day. However, are you gonna wear that gown again? Or worse, do

something bizarre, like swim in the ocean and ruin a $10,000 dress? And then there

are brides who have two or three dresses! This is way out of my frame of reference.

You'd spend a good portion of the evening changing outfits!

How crazy is that? Almost all of these brides want to look "like a princess." Why

not an empress? A woman in control, a woman who knows what she wants? That's

the look I would go for. Here's the thing: The wedding is important, but the

marriage is paramount. The wedding is just one day. If your wedding day is the

most important day of your life, what are you gonna live for after that? Is

everything going to be anti-climactic after the wedding? A letdown?

Huh. What a bummer! Now, where did the tradition of white wedding gowns come

from? Most people believe it was from Queen Victoria who wore white to her

wedding to Prince Albert in 1850. Wrong! However, her choice popularized the white

wedding gown tradition. It was Mary Queen of Scots who wore a

white wedding gown, in 1558, to marry the Dauphin of France. She was the first

notable wearer of wedding white. But not everyone wears white. Its popularity has

come and gone. Throughout American history many brides simply wore their

best dress, one that could be and would be worn again. Today I have a little

bridal fashion history and some bridal gowns, courtesy of my own family. You will

see a picture of my cousin Mary, wearing my great grandmother's wedding gown.

Rosanna Welsh Lamb wore a dark brown satin gown with bustle.

It featured long sleeves, a high neck and lots of covered buttons. She was married

in the early 1880s. Rosanna Lamb was not one to mortgage the farm for a dress. She

was a sharp businesswoman; in fact by the time she died she left nine children,

numerous descendants and ten farms. I think the gown is quite lovely, but

that dark brown doesn't exactly say "bridal" to us, does it?

Her daughter, my grandmother Susan Lamb Achatz, wore this suit for her 1914

wedding. When I asked her why she didn't wear a typical wedding gown, her reply

was, "Ha! We thought white dresses and veils were so corny and old-fashioned!"

That didn't stop many women from wearing white dresses, but my grandmother, who was

a teacher, chose what she considered the more sophisticated choice. Her suit is an

example of the last years of the Edwardian period. The color has faded

from a deeper purple to a kind of taupe-ish purple. Sadly I do not have the

high-necked lace blouse that went with it. The jacket has a tassel button

closure in front and I think it had two tassels on the peaks of the jacket. Only

one is is still here, one missing. It also has a clever taffeta cummerbund stitched

inside that you simply snap closed on the other side. The suit itself

is made out of a nubby cotton. I suspect my

grandmother made it herself, she was a seamstress. The skirt is an asymmetrical

three-tiered hobble skirt, which means it wasn't very large around the bottom and

restricted your stride. Nevertheless, she was the picture of the young modern

professional bride. I do not have a picture of the entire ensemble, but

here's a picture of the wedding couple: so young and so serious and so beautiful.

Now this satin gown hanging behind me was worn by two sisters: my Aunt Margaret

and my mother, both during the 1950s. On screen there will be a photograph of my

mother, Laurie Achatz Byerrum, in the gown. The dress was made by a local seamstress

for Margaret, and my mother wore it later. The dress was pure white satin which has

mellowed into a beautiful ivory. My mother said it was the best grade satin

they could find. The only embellishment on this dress was covered buttons. There

are 44 buttons in all, 22 on the front, 12 on the back panel and 6 on each sleeve,

which dipped down the hands. The sleeve style was known in the past as "Queen Anne

sleeves," because Queen Anne Boleyn wore her sleeves long to cover up a rumored

sixth finger. This dress is also pretty covered up, no low necklines in my family.

And this is my wedding gown! When I was married, wedding dresses were excessive.

They had high necks, they had huge puffy sleeves and giant spreading skirts. That

was simply not my style. Like today's brides, I was looking for something

unique. Can you guess that I went vintage? You can?? This is an ivory crepe

gown from the 1930s with a sweetheart neckline. The low back echoes the

sweetheart style. This dress is embellished with faux pearls, bugle beads

and rhinestones in a pattern of stars and leaves. With its sweeping skirt, it is a

dress made for dancing! Now the day I found it, I was completely frustrated

with everything I had seen, and I thought, If I don't get a dress today I'm not

getting married! That's it! I walked into a vintage store in Old Town Alexandria,

looked down on the ground, and my dress was in a heap on the floor. I picked it

up, took one look at it and asked the price. It was $100. It was very large and

had to be altered, and I paid more for the alterations than the dress. And yes, I

love it! But that doesn't mean someone somewhere isn't saying right now, What was

she thinking? This is just a glimpse at how styles change. You don't have to burn

all your savings to find something meaningful to wear on your wedding. Your

wedding is the first day of your marriage, it's not the last good day of

your life! That would be a crime of fashion. You will have highs and lows, and

hopefully the wedding will remain a wonderful memory, but we should always be

able to look forward to more great days. That's all I have for now. If you want to

E poi inizia a ballare sul letto. «Carmelita in versione teenager! Un altro backstage di qualcosa che vedrete molto presto!» cinguetta nella didascalia la conduttrice

Runners: Part 3 | Scary Unsettling Stories | Creepypasta - Duration: 8:05.

1st of August, remember, limited tickets okayyy?

Really?

(weh, don't blow my cover lah *^^%$^%$&@#$)

Technically the VIP tickets is limited. Only 1000 VIP tickets we are selling

this year so we'll list down what in the world is a VIP gonna get. Yeah, come

on down to Mid Valley! Okay so guys...(yeah.....)

(So funny meh, laughlaughlaugh)

Hope you enjoyed this episode! Please click like and subscribe & stay tuned for the next one!

Oh yeah, if you have any shoes you want us to review, just let us know and send

it over we'll review it even if it's a Bata. (HMMMMMM)

1st of August, remember, limited tickets okayyy?

Really?

(weh, don't blow my cover lah *^^%$^%$&@#$)

Technically the VIP tickets is limited. Only 1000 VIP tickets we are selling

this year so we'll list down what in the world is a VIP gonna get. Yeah, come

on down to Mid Valley! Okay so guys...(yeah.....)

(So funny meh, laughlaughlaugh)

Hope you enjoyed this episode! Please click like and subscribe & stay tuned for the next one!

Oh yeah, if you have any shoes you want us to review, just let us know and send

it over we'll review it even if it's a Bata. (HMMMMMM)

No more paper logistics thanks to T-Systems innovation - Duration: 2:46.

Torsten Chudobba has a mission:

We are saving what is left of the forests, as it were.

The T-Systems visionary has set his sights on the logistics industry. It still uses a whole lot of paper, ...

... such as shipping documents that are repeatedly signed and copied on their way from A to B.

The demand is there: to replace paperwork by digital processes. What happens now is that paper is signed, scanned, ...

... digitized and filed. And we can simply digitize the entire process. We no longer need paper.

Torsten Chudobba and a colleague have developed a tracking device based on an eReader that is designed to accompany boxes or containers to their destination:

It now has a display, which means that it is operated on a portal. And I feed from the portal to the device the documents ...

... I need for the shipment. The documents can be downloaded on the device. They include a loading list with the unit numbers, ...

... and they all travel with the container. At the destination I can then use geofencing to change the display and say "arrived safely."

T-Systems offers the IoT solution as a package that provides, along with the device, the connectivity, the memory, ...

... the Cloud computing power, the tools to evaluate the data ...

... and the underlying security. In other words, we really deliver end-to-end and are thereby able to generate added value – ...

... for logistics and for other partners who can use a device of this kind.

He had a similar idea five years ago. To make travel easier he equipped a suitcase with an electronic module that ...

... displayed route information on a small screen that had to be unbreakable and could be fed with data from external sources – ...

... an idea with similarities to his latest project. His suitcase idea has since been widely imitated:

But nobody else can display anything on the device, be it a limit value overrun, an alarm or whatever.

So we thought: "Let's try and do it with the partners who made Back2go and implement something of this kind."

Different sizes of display are planned, starting with A5, A6 and A7 models.

It can always be adapted for the use case even though it is basically standardized.

It's the right step to take if you want to digitize logistics processes and make them paperless.

Our aim is to be able to market the product in 2018. We want to integrate it into the platform – ...

... our IoT platform – so that we can then really offer it to our customers end-to-end and totally secure.

BEST PRACTICE | CIO Talk: Glass Manufacturer Vitro Continues to Rely on T-Systems. - Duration: 3:02.

From a small cosmetic bottle to a sliding roof for a car to a complete skyscraper facade: anyone on the American continent looking for glass ...

... expertise goes to Vitro in Monterrey, Mexico. The company has been producing glass here for more than a hundred years.

It's exactly this material that Humberto Figueroa wants to keep developing further – and he sees IT as the ideal tool:

ICT has been fundamentally amazing for that business. We have been able to teach the live processes, to integrate processes.

And as far as we are moving along new acquisitions and growing the business, ICT has allowed us to integrate them and achieve the synergies that ...

... the businesses have presented us part of the strategy and the business objectives to keep growing and getting more EBIT.

The basis for this: Over the past three years Vitro has fundamentally renewed its IT structures.

With the introduction of SAP, for example, the Mexican market leader was able to combine internal processes.

So that allows us to focus on solving problems in just a single way for all the businesses at the same time.

That will achieve us a lot of benefits to the business and being more efficient in the way we handle our IT resources.

So right now we're trying to capitalize all those efforts that we have done in the past time and then be ready for the growth of the business.

Desktop Services, Network Management Services and much more: Vitro has been purchasing IT services from T-Systems for several years.

At the time Vitro was looking for a partner who could reliably provide Dynamic SAP Services. The head of IT recalls:

Back then it was very difficult to find someone that could provide that and we were able to find T-Systems, who had a ready solution ...

... we were looking for to help us achieve the benefits and the savings on the speed, obviously the stabilization we were looking for. And we ...

... got an engagement with T-Systems back then. And last year, we were looking also to extend that agreement and based on the experience we ...

... have with T-Systems we were able to achieve good SLAs year by year. So we decided to continue the business and extend that for another five years.

Vitro would also like to benefit from the advantages of digitalization in the coming years.

You know, that data is the new oil – so we're trying to harvest oil – so we can apply algorithms, machine learning algorithms that ...

... would allow us to predict things and improve our production processes.

Figueroa sees particularly great potential for the glass industry in sensor technology and the handling of measurement data:

What I can tell you, based on the IT side, is how do we sensor what is happening in the glass. Actually capturing data from the glass so we ...

... can control and see and measure and provide better service to the end customers from the data that we can gather from the actual glass.

Our goal is to move from experience-based production into a data-scientific production-based company.

3 Sujets Importants - Duration: 2:30.

Today, I'm gonna talk to you of 3 importants subjects !

First at all, the homosexuality. But the homosexuality, what is it ?

STOP ! It's not a thing okay ? It's a thing.

It's 2 people who are in love. It's that simple, there is no

need to look so far ! Hashtags love is love

Global warming. What is the global warming ?

It's when you pollute, for exemple, melting ice, animals like

polar bear and Penguin, they don't have house anymore, and it's not good at all. There is

the greenhouse effect and many more. But how do we stop pollute .

You put the water off when you don't need it. Like when you brush your teeth.

You don't need the water on when you brush your teeth. You sort out your rubbish,

paper with paper, cardboard with cardboard, glass with glass. We have to sort, but the most

important, it's that you have to talk around you, people gonna

talk about it too around them and it's like this that we gonna pay attention. Then,

our generation go in pasta. Even if everyone talk about it,

it is necessary to stop with "put that in your story if you care about me, we will see the true friends".E ven if it does not fear,

YOU DON'T DO THAT, IT'S BAD, it is to attract attention. AND, there is an other

thing, only on snapchat : "to our 100 flames my love baby that I love with all my heart, you're always there for me"

You tell that to the prson concerne. WE DON'T CARE THAT YOU HAVE 100 FLAMES ! EVERYONE DON'T CARE;

Warning. I'm gonna play the answer B.

It's your last word. I hope it's not gonna be the last one.

I'm maybe gonna die, and yes. Yes it's my last word.

Thank you for watching this pretty short video.

I hope you like it and I make you big kiss, xoxo !

FabScraps Film Friday DIY stack of Mini Vintage Suitcases - Duration: 17:00.

Hi I'm Gerry from Gerry's Craft Room and welcome to my channel

In today's video I'm going make a stack of mini suitcases it's real simple to make

and they are so cute And they are also great to use up some scraps

I have 2 big pieces for top and bottom 2 pieces same length as the big pieces for

the height you can choose, you can make these suitcases any size you like

And 2 pieces for the short side, minus the thickness of the chipboard, mine is 2 millimeter

so they are 4 millimeter shorter

Then I start gluing the pieces together

I don't use anything to hold the pieces in place because they are so small

they glue very easy

First I do all the sides

And I finish with the other big piece on top

Wipe away excess glue and sand the edges if

anything is sticking out

I put tape along the sides all around top and bottom

Then I add the patterend paper I cut a strip the right size

and cut of the length after putting it on the tape

I sand the edges to remove anything that may be sticking out

and then I do the same on top and bottom

And finally I ink the edges to give them a bit of an old look

I add some strips with the fun mail bag stripe look

For the top suitcase I want the top open

so I add one piece of patterend paper to the lid and back

Some strips to the front

Now for the corners I have these tiny pieces which go great with the vintage look

I have circles, I fold them in half and then fold them again

then open it up

and cut 1 fold halfway

Put one quarter on the corner with the cut piece to the side

Then fold the cut piece up

and then fold the other 2 parts around the corner

this way the seam will be on the bottom

I will do all corners like this and then I tape the suitcases together

I'm adding some tags to the top suitcase

I added some flowers inside the top suitcase I missed filming this part sorry about that

And now I'm going to tape the top to the flowers

And on the front I will add some handles

cut out of the same cardstock I used for the corners

It's a straight strip cut pointy at the ends and bend around a stick

And now I glue the handles to the suitcases

And my super cute stack of suitcases is done

If you like the video give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends

if you are new here don't forget to subscribe to my channel

and I'll see you in the next video

thanks for watching

Chilli Crab RM142 Paling Padu Di Singapore | Padu Beb Travel Singapore Part 3 (ENG SUBS) - Duration: 7:51.

Wooooo~

Today is the third day I'm in Singapore.

I planned to go to the Universal Studios.

Curious to see the attractions there.

But before we go there, I'm gonna have my lunch first.

Before we start our journey, my wife and I had our lunch at a Mamak restaurant nearby our hotel.

They say the foods sold at the Universal Studios are all super pricey.

After lunch, we took a bus to go to the Vivo City.

The public bus system in Singapore is very efficient and the buses are also clean.

Okay, we have arrived at the Vivo City.

Right now we are heading to the Sentosa Express Way.

It's a monorail...

...for which we can ride to go to the Universal Studios.

Once inside Vivo City, you need to go up to the third floor to find the Sentosa Express Way.

The Tourist Pass I bought the day before isn't valid for this particular monorail.

So I have to buy the tickets here.

The price per ticket is SGD4 (±USD3).

So total for two is SGD8 (±USD6).

You have to purchase the tickets before you can ride the monorail...

to get to the Waterfront Station...

...where the Universal Studios is located.

Okay, we have arrived at the Waterfront Station.

Where the Singapore's Universal Studios is at.

Today is Monday. There are fewer visitors compared to Friday and Saturday perhaps?

So it's a bit less crowded.

Yeahhh~ We are finally here at the Universal Studios.

I have long been wanting to come here.

Luckily the Kerengga team sponsored this trip.

Thus giving me the opportunity to come here.

The weather today is super hot.

Fuhhh~

But I think this is better than rain.

If it rains, there might be a lot of activities that we can't do.

So we have no choice but to endure the heat.

I bought the Universal Studios' tickets online.

As the price is a bit lower.

For the Minion's fans out there, you'd go crazy inside this store.

There are a lot of exclusive items being sold here.

You don't have to worry if you don't bring cash...

...just swipe your credit cards. 😆😆😆

After wandering around, I found this Madagascar's area.

As the waiting line isn't that long, my wife and I decided to go for the ride.

Hahaha. The Madagascar's boat ride was really enjoyable.

After we're done with the ride, we continue walking...

...until we reached "Far Far Away" just like in the movie, Shrek.

Honestly, I was really a fan of the Jurassic Park.

I wanted to go for the ride.

Unfortunately, the line was too long.

So I just watched from afar.

I think I've only explored one-third of the Universal Studios area...

...but the sweats.

I consumed Kerengga in the morning.

Typically, when I consumed Kerengga's supplement I would sweat more than usual.

The roller-coaster looks terrifying.

After we passed through the roller-coaster area...

...we arrived at the Sci-Fi City where the "Transformers The Ride" is located.

This is what I've been waiting for.

Transformers The Ride.

Yayyy! Luckily there weren't many people lining up.

So my wife and I eagerly went in to experience the Transformers The Ride ourselves.

Fuhhh~ The "Transformers The Ride" just now was really worth it. 💯💯💯

I think we might go for a second ride after this.

😂😂😂

After we're done enjoying the Transformers The Ride...

...we continue walking until we reached at the end of the attraction, which is the New York area.

Okay, this area is like the New York City...

...during the 40's or 50's period.

It's totally retro.

After we're done exploring the whole Universal Studios...

...I stopped by this diner called Mel's Drive-In.

This diner is just like in the States, you can experience the Americans' vibe here.

I ordered the Classic Cheese Burger set.

You don't have to worry as there's Halal logos here.

The burger set comes together with fries (optional).

They served it in a tray.

And I also add-on some cheesy fries...

...and some onion rings as well.

The drinks here are not bottomless so you can't go for refills.

The total price for all these menus that I ordered here is SGD26.50 (± USD19).

This doesn't even come close to the A&W's Onion Rings.

This one is just average.

I really think A&W should open their outlet here (at Universal Studios).

Okay, after we're done exploring the whole Universal Studios...

...we decided to leave before it gets dark.

Then we went straightaway to Kampong Chai Chee Restaurant in Punggol...

...as they say, this place has the best Chili Crab in Singapore.

So we're gonna try it to see whether the hype is true.

The crab looks okay.

This is the crab's meat.

The crab they served was really fresh.

It still tasted sweet.

The chili sauce/gravy was utterly amazing.

I thought of ordering another serving...

...unfortunately they're already preparing for closing time.

The crab is fresh.

Their "Sambal" (hot chili paste) is absolutely amazeballs.

Spicy.

If you'd like to eat here I suggest you to come during the day.

As this area is quite remote and it feels kinda empty at night.

The crab's size is pretty satisfactory.

So for those who'd like to eat Chili Crab can come here at Kampong Chai Chee Restaurant...

...here in Punggol area.

Wooooo~

That was all the activities I've managed to capture for the third day I'm in Singapore.

And here are the expenses throughout the whole day.

"Padu Beb's Travel: Singapore" has come to an end.

There are Part 1, 2, & 3 for our Singapore's travelogue. Have you watched them all?

Thanks to our main sponsor KERENGGA Chocolate Shake...

...for sponsoring this whole trip.

From our flight tickets, the hotel, food and everything.

Please continue to show your support for Padu Beb Studios so that we'll be able to produce more amazing travelogue videos! 😁😁

BlackPink Rose's soft Australian accent compare to a strong Aussie accent - Duration: 3:22.

I made a video about BlackPink Jennie's English last time.

Many people

requested a video about Rose as well.

So I made it.

Let's get started.

Jinger English

I explain briefly about Aussie accent

on my video about Jennie and Rose's English.

R sounds like A

and it sounds more relaxed.

On my last video about an Aussie accent

Somebody said 'I live in Australia'

Rose doesn't have an Aussie accent.

She left her comment all over.

Let's think about it.

Seoul dialect and Busan dialect are different.

Australia is 77 times bigger than Korea.

Can you imagine

how different regional dialects would be?

Seoul people don't say

Busan dialect doesn't sound like Korean.

No one says that.

There are regional differences in Australia too.

So you can't say

one kind of accent is right or wrong.

Rose is from Melbourne.

I lived in Melbourne for a year.

They don't have a strong accent.

If it's too strong, sometimes

it's hard to understand.

But Rose's accent is soft and good to hear.

People said

Everyone else speaks English well but Jisoo.

What is she going to do?

But Jisoo is an important member

even though she's not fluent in English.

Our society values English skills

so much.

They judge you by your English scores

If your score is below average

you feel so small.

But BlackPink values Jisoo's sense of humor

more than her English skills.

Don't focus on what you don't have and can't do.

It only makes you sad.

Think about what you have and can do.

My English is not good, but I can cook well.

My English is not good, but I'm a good mother, father, daughter, and a son.

Something like that.

I can't ride a bike.

But I'm a person with ideas.

People are shocked to find out that I can't ride a bike.

My 5 year old daughter is better than me.

I need to learn... but I can't be bothered. Lol

Anyways

Even though your English is not good

don't feel bad and think about what you're good at.

And love yourself.

Then you would be able to achieve more with English as well.

I'm Jinger.

If you enjoyed this video please click LIKE and SUBSCRIBE.

I will be back with more videos.

Bye.

The Boo in the Shoe: Learn Chinese(Mandarin) with subtitles - Story for Children - "BookBox.com" - Duration: 6:39.

The Boo in the Shoe

By Kuzhali Manickavel

By Kuzhali Manickavel

Have you ever seen Boos?

They are playful creatures

you think

you see

under your bed at night.

Some look like

orange zebras,

others

like flying snails.

They can tease

or make you sneeze -

they can even make

chocolates appear in

empty pockets!

Puzzle, the Boo

looked a bit

like an elephant,

only he was purple

most of the time

and the size of a mouse.

Meera stumbled upon him

one morning by accident.

There he was,

sniffing and moaning,

his backside

firmly wedged

inside her shoe.

"I must be dreaming,"

she thought.

She poked him

to see what would happen.

"Ouch!"

howled Puzzle.

"Oh! I'm very sorry,"

she apologized.

"I'm stuck!"

he bawled.

In fact,

he had been

stuck there all night

and had given up hope

of ever getting free.

Meera examined him closely.

"Let me see if I

can help,"

she said,

pulling him by the legs.

She pushed him from behind.

She even banged the shoe

against the floor.

"I could put you in soapy water,"

she suggested.

No, Puzzle was scared of bubbles.

"What if I

poured oil on you?"

she asked.

Puzzle began to squeak and sob.

He certainly didn't want oil

poured on him!

"I know how to stop you from crying!"

Meera shouted merrily.

She started to tickle Puzzle.

Boos are very ticklish,

and soon

he was squirming and giggling.

The more Meera tickled him,

the more he squirmed

until suddenly...

"Look! You're unstuck!"

cried Meera excitedly, clapping her hands.

Puzzle blinked.

He wiggled his legs.

He wiggled his tail.

Then he wiggled his whole body,

just to make sure.

"Yay! I'm free!"

he trumpeted

as he bounced around the room.

He bounced onto her hand

and smiled.

"What would you like

before I go?

Chocolates?

Shall I make your

school disappear?"

"Do you have to go?"

asked Meera sadly.

"I wish you could stay.

We could be friends!"

Boos didn't have human friends.

"That's a great idea!"

he squeaked.

"Just say

'Puzzle the Boo, I want to see you'

and I'll come!"

"Promise?" she asked

"I promise!"

winked Puzzle.

The school bus

honked loudly.

"Okay, we'll play after school.

See you later!"

she said as she rushed outside.

After school,

Meera went to the garden.

She shut her eyes

and murmured the magic words.

There was a humming sound,

and Puzzle appeared in a flash!

They laughed

and played until sunset.

And from that day on,

Meera and Puzzle

became best friends.
