Gundam Build Divers-Episode 16: Friends Reunited(EN,TW,KR,FR,IT sub) - Duration: 25:28.

It's so cute!

- You bought it? - Yes.

She decided the moment we went in the pet shop.

Sarah wouldn't leave its side.

It was like love at first sight!

Is it a rabbit? A squirrel?

I think it's a carbuncle.

I hear that GBN has mythical creatures as NPD pets too.

Have you decided on a name?

Mol. It's Molly.

Molly, huh?

- Going in. - Cute name.

Going out.

Look at what it can do.

That's impressive!

We still have lots of points left from the challenge, right?

We should buy something too.

Sounds good. Maybe a private mobile hangar for the force.

I want a direct gate to Perisia.

And you, Ayame?

I'm fine...

No. I don't need anything.

Oh...

I want a cockpit-type theater room.

Or a life-sized Kshatriya statue.

We have nowhere to put it.

We can buy that too.

Um, excuse me.

I have good news.

Something that MIGHT make your dreams come true.

Huh? What's that?

Well...

"Friends Reunited"

An island?

That's right.

I saw this at the pet shop.

Look.

Wow, it's nice.

Right now, it even comes with this Force Nest.

You could renovate it, too.

- Like into an island resort? - You bet!

Things are taking an unexpected turn here.

That's not so bad.

It'd be cool to have an island as our Force Nest.

Yeah.

Lucky you.

Maybe I'll create an account and come visit.

You'll invite me, right?

Sure. We'd love to have you!

But it looks like things won't be so easy.

Huh? What do you mean?

I received a message just now.

I am absolutely delighted that

two forces have shown interest in buying my island.

Two forces?

He's the owner?

He's Mr. Racula, a well-known Field Collector in GBN.

A Field Collector?

People whose hobby is collecting places that GBN allows you to own,

like this island.

As the owner, I'm authorized to choose who to sell to,

but where's the fun in that?

So in a manner fitting for GBN, I'll sell to the winner in battle.

I'll notify you of the battle format later.

I see.

You usually need a lot of points for deals like this, right?

I didn't think there'd be any other forces

that could afford something so expensive.

Come on, don't get discouraged.

This doesn't mean that we won't get it.

The other force must be a strong one that's gathered lots of points,

but we've been through plenty of battles too.

Let's fight with confidence, and win!

We'll get the Force Nest, too!

- Yeah! - Yeah!

You're so cool.

Don't tease me.

Mr. Racula contacted us.

The battle format this time will be a flag battle.

It's like capture the flag.

The battlefield will be the island that we're trying to buy.

Each team's flag will be placed at a random point.

The first team to take the opponent's flag wins.

Five Gunpla will be deployed.

Each Gunpla may use whatever weapons it carries.

You can use traps, too.

Is this like the battle we fought against the Rommel Team?

It's similar.

But, in this one, you go for the other team's flag,

and even if you're damaged by attacks, you won't be out of action.

What?

Mr. Racula requested this rule.

Attacks won't cripple your machine,

but if your life reaches zero, you go back to the starting point.

After one minute of waiting,

you can be re-deployed, as many times as needed.

That'll affect our tactics.

It will.

Depending on the situation,

the rearguard may have to change positions with the re-deployed MS.

That's a quick rundown. Any questions?

- No, we're good. - Yeah.

OK, then let's get thoroughly prepared for the battle.

Alright, let's get that island!

Aren't you excited, Molly?

Island!

I am Racula, the owner of this island.

Pleased to meet you.

Nice to meet you, I'm...

I know.

The savior of the Coalition of Volunteers. The Lotus Challenge...

Even I've heard of Build Divers.

O-Oh, I see.

And this person here is...

I'm Magee. Hello.

I'm here to cheer them on.

So it is you! An honor to meet you.

The pleasure is mine.

But even for you guys,

your opponent, Chat Noir Neo, will be no easy match.

Huh? What do you mean...?

Ayame!

Hero?

Oh, I missed you so much!

So we're up against you guys in this battle!

Hey.

Long time no see.

Kozy! Su!

Miss Ayame?

Who are they?

My...old teammates.

So this is why he said that it wouldn't be easy?

I've been wanting to apologize.

For quitting the force back then.

When I told Kozy and Su, they said they didn't mind.

But I wanted to apologize to you too, Ayame.

I don't mind either.

I'm just glad that you haven't quit GBN.

I'm happy we've formed forces again and met like this.

Ayame!

Terra and Hawk wanted to see you, too.

But they're busy in real life. They'll be back when they have time.

I see. Glad to hear everyone's doing well.

But how'd you get the points for the island?

We won the point lottery.

And the leader wanted an island.

- Don't say that! - Leader...?

- Why is that a question? - You two are fighting too?

No, we're still new to this force, so today we're just observing.

Those kids are fighting.

Huh? Where are they?

"Those kids"?

She's alone.

- Yeah! - Nice surprise attack!

Miyu, you're next.

These are the famous Build Divers?

They're just over-hyped!

What are you guys doing?

Come on, get lined up over here.

- Stop pulling. - You too, Miyu.

I'm Lip. Nice to meet you.

I'm the older brother, Shu. The cool one.

I'm the younger brother, Ron. The handsome one.

- Go, Miyu. - Tell 'em!

Roar!

And I'm the leader, Hero.

It's good to meet you, but I won't lose.

I won't lose either...

No...

We won't lose.

Both forces seem fired up.

Well then...let the battle begin!

We won't go easy just because Hero knows her.

We can go all out, right?

Of course!

- 100 forehead flicks if you go easy. - Roger!

Hero.

Shock Gundam.

Shu, SG Gundam.

Lip, SG Sazabi.

Ron, SG Nu Gundam.

Miyu, SG Char's Zaku.

Force Chat Noir Neo.

Let's go full-throttle!

They're using SD types.

Miss Ayame, umm...

I already told you.

Right now...

the members of Build Divers are my most precious teammates!

Ayame, RX-Zeromaru.

KO-1, Galbaldy Rebake.

Momo, Momokapool.

Yukki, GM III Beam Master.

Riku, Gundam 00 Sky.

Force Build Divers.

- Here we go! - Here we go!

First, we have to find their flag.

Riku and Ayame, vanguard.

Momo, be ready to ambush.

Yukki, snipe.

I'll be on defense near the flag.

If they break through, Yukki, provide cover.

If need be, I'll move up and support you.

- Roger! - Right!

The other side?

It's fast.

Sorry, one machine got through.

Don't worry, I have it in my sights.

He dodged it?

The target is small and has high mobility.

Yukki, move.

They must know where you fired from.

I'll back you up too.

So it's begun.

Hey, did I surprise you? Did I?

I've gotten stronger.

So have I.

The other force is pretty good.

Yes, they're great.

They're as light as they can get without compromising armor strength.

Thus improving the SD Gundams' agility even further.

After seeing your force names,

I immediately looked through your past battle data.

Build Divers has high firepower,

and Chat Noir Neo, high mobility.

I thought this would be the only way the two could properly compete.

Hence the flag battle?

Such a choice is the seller's right.

You're not getting away!

Gotcha!

Ninpo Utsusemi technique!

Huh? Then what did I just slash?

What are you doing, leader?

I'm sorry.

This is for the leader.

Go!

I can't take on two at once.

No one's coming.

Maybe this is...

the perfect chance for an ambush!

Oh, she fell for it.

They have an amphibious machine. Of course we'll guard the waterside.

Sorry, they got me.

But I took one down with me.

I found the flag, too.

I'll send location data.

OK, roger!

They only have one on defense.

Alright, let's charge in.

They've located our flag.

I'll stick to defense.

Riku, report your situation.

I've confirmed their flag.

No sign of nearby enemies.

- I'll approach. - Be careful.

It's that Char's Zaku!

This is closer from the waiting spot.

Three machines...I can barely dodge.

I haven't been able to do anything.

Momochi, calm down.

If I take out that machine, no one will be guarding the flag.

Here I come!

I hit something else.

- Here again? - But you saved me.

Things are getting chaotic now that they've located each other's flags.

It's really a seesaw battle.

You could say they're equally matched.

But look...

One side is gaining.

You can do it...

Riku, everyone.

This is the moment of truth. Hang on.

- Yeah! - Yeah!

Defense is so tight around the flag.

Leader, let's do it.

Got it.

Let's finish them off.

- They stopped attacking? - Why?

Let's go, guys.

- OK! - OK!

Final ultimate secret.

- Super Fusion! - Super Fusion!

- Complete! - Complete!

- Super Shock Gundam! - Super Shock Gundam!

- Super Shock Gun-Rifle! - Super Shock Gun-Rifle!

The output of 5 machines!

Take this!

00 Sky!

Riku!

No, that's...

- Riku! - Riku!

The output of 5 machines is tough.

- Riku! - I won't let you!

Won't work.

Five times the armor value, too.

Here's another one!

- Yukki! - KO-1!

- This is bad. - Everybody run!

Hold out till we return.

They won't be giving us so much time.

Then let's attack instead of running.

Riku, let's cash in on our secret crash training.

Three left. We'll finish them off with the next blow.

- Miss Ayame! - Roger!

Go!

Psycho-Field!

- Let's go, Riku. - OK!

- Huh? - A suicide attack?

Trans-Am Infinity!

Your friend is the ball!

Special move. Infinity Shot!

- Yes! - Nice shot!

Oh no!

We're all in the waiting area.

They'll get our flag.

It's not over yet.

They can hardly reach our flag in one minute.

Once we're re-deployed, we'll all go for those 2 machines.

- Roger! - Roger!

They'll be re-deployed soon, too.

Riku, Miss Ayame, hurry!

Go!

Battle ended.

Winner, Build Divers!

- No way. - That can't be.

I can't believe this!

Hero.

My teammates are pretty good too, right?

I got it!

Nice!

That battle was a joy to watch.

Yes, nice fight.

As promised, I will sell the ownership of this island to Build Divers.

Th-Thank you!

Come on, Miyu.

Go on, tell them.

It's a little girl?

She's a fan of Build Divers.

She was really looking forward to this battle.

U-Umm...

Will you...shake my hand?

Of course.

Your force is great, but we're not bad either, no?

Yeah, you're all great.

Right?

I'm proud of this force.

But...

now that we've become friends,

isn't there any way to meet aside from battle events?

In that case...

why not form an alliance?

An alliance?

Ah, good idea.

An alliance is sort of like a friendship between forces.

If you form an alliance, you can always have friendly matches

and fight together in the Raid Battle, this season's last event.

Then we'll be able to see each other again?

That's right. Looking forward to it.

Isn't that wonderful, Miyu?

Alright!

An alliance with Build Divers.

In our case, we took a slight detour,

but I want them to keep loving Gunpla with a pure heart.

So thank you for today, Ayame.

No, I should be thanking you, Hero.

Then in honor of this new force alliance...

Cheers!

- Cheers! - Cheers!

Cheers!

Yukki, what's the matter?

Riku is so strong.

He did really well in the Lotus Challenge

and in this flag battle.

Yes.

I want to be stronger too.

Both as Riku's partner, and as an individual Diver.

And that's why...

- I'm challenging this quest! - I'm challenging this quest!

- Huh!? - Huh!?

You're from Mr. Ogre's force!

You're from Build Divers!

Next episode, Joint Front.

You'd better not get in my way.

Hey, that's my line!

Flag and anthem of Esperanto language - Duration: 1:58.

Into the world came a new feeling,

through the world goes a powerful call;

by means of wings of a gentle wind

now let it fly from place to place.

Not to a bloodthirsty sword

does it draw the human family:

to the eternally fighting world

it promises sacred harmony.

Under the sacred sign of the hope

the peaceful fighters gather,

and this affair quickly grows

by the labours of those who hope.

The walls of millennia stand firm

between the divided people;

but the stubborn barriers will jump apart,

knocked apart by the sacred love.

On a neutral language basis,

understanding one another,

the people will make in agreement

to making Youtube videos and growing organically Trust me that if you try to pretend to be

somebody else those who are watching you they will be able to see through you and they will

be able to tell that this person is faking the funk so yeah be yourself Tip number two

do not compare yourself with others It's hard to not compare yourself but I've learned from

experience when I start looking at what other people are doing and what I'm not doing I

tend to get sad and I lose my joy There is a quote that says comparison is the thief

of joy and you don't want your joy to be taken because you are comparing yourself with somebody

else so do not compare yourself with others instead you can draw inspiration from others

but sit there and compare what they're doing and what you're not doing just compete and

compare with nobody but yourself Tip number three focus on the quality of your videos

more so than you do the quantity If you are focusing on the quality of your videos which

means that your lighting is on point people can see you everything is clear there's good

clarity people can hear you the audio is good your voice is clear and people can understand

what you're saying then that is a video of good quality okay so don't focus so much on

trying to pump out a lot of videos that are of poor quality because from my experience

most people are not going to sit through and watch a video that is of poor quality they

may try to watch it but then they'll eventually click off you don't want people clicking off

of your videos because they can't hear you they can't see you very well because that

will cut into your watch time and you don't want that Tip number four do not focus on

the number of subscribers that you have that does not validate who you are as a person

and the reason I'm bringing this up is because when Axe made a video he was talking about

how he really appreciates the comments probably more so than he does his numbers because that

doesn't validate him what validates him is the feedback that gets from people it lets

him know that he is touching lives and he's doing something he's really making a difference

and so for me I feel the same way so when Axe said that in his video I was like yeah

yes brother that's how I feel I don't really care so much about the numbers as I am concerned

about the people that I am engaging with and if I am making a difference in sharing information

that I have to share them I know the numbers will come and when we grow organically the

people that actually are interested in the content will be our ride or die people that

support us organically and that's the best way to grow Tip number five engage with your

commenters if people take the time to comment on your videos you can at least take the time

to reply back to them don't you think and I say that because that's what I try to do

I try to respond back to people but sometimes I don't respond to people especially if they

are calling me out of my name and saying something crazy to me I'm like whatever you know I'm

not about to argue with you I'm not about to get into it with you I'm not about that

but anyway when it comes to people commenting on your videos take the time to respond back

to them because it really does mean a lot here is something that happened to me I was

not expecting this but someone responded back to me after I had responded to them and she

pretty much said that she appreciated me responding back to the comments because she said you

don't see that too much on Youtube with other Youtubers they just don't respond back to

you but she said she was thankful that I did and that I was thoughtful and really nice

in my comments with people well that's what I like to do that is what validates me the

numbers they do not validate me it's what I do when I engage with people I learn from

others it helps me to come up with other ideas for videos and it just helps me to get to

know other people on a different level so make sure that you engage with people and

you don't just have to engage with people on your videos I have actually commented on

other people's videos without giving it a second thought and the next thing I know somebody

is replying back and said hey I found you on so and so's channel in the comments and

I really liked what you said and I decided to subscribe and sometimes you get organic

growth that way make sure that you comment on other people's videos and you provide something

of value when you do comment don't just say great video you know say something else add

something of value say what's on your mind and your heart when you're commenting on other

people's videos Tip number six search engine optimization or Youtube search enging optimization

when you are giving your Youtube video a name or a headline make sure you that you put the

right keywords in there as it relates to what you're talking about in your video There are

people who go to the search engine and Youtube they are searching for things and if you do

it right people can find your videos through the search engine not only through the Youtube

search engine but through other search engines as well Google Bing Duck Duck Go people can

find your videos but you have to optimize those videos for example let me give you an

example I am talking about Youtube here in this video how to grow your Youtube channel

organically so that is my title and so I know that some people may type in the search engine

how to grow your Youtube channel and that's something they will be searching for and my

video will probably pop up okay well it will pop up I don't know how far up on the page

it will pop up but nevertheless it will pop up and if I put how to grow organically and

I put organically on there they will this video is more likely to pop up if the put

organically in their search and so I do that you do that whatever you're talking about

make sure you have that title to make sure you have the title and make sure that what

you're talking about is in Youtube video and keep in mind that some people maybe searching

for a certain topics and that's how you'll give your Youtube video a title okay but not

only that we are able to put tags or keywords in the tag area on the backend of doing our

videos when we upload so make sure you're putting tags and put those tags that you think

that people are searching for like I will put how to grow a youtube channel organically

then I'll put Youtube channel growth and just tips on how to grow a Youtube channel I'll

put those in there along with other keywords and you do that so that you can pretty much

have a greated chance of somebody finding your Youtube video and watching and hopefully

will like what they've found and when you do your description make sure you put in keywords

that you want pepole to search for in the description as well okay that is all I have

for you I had six things that I wanted to share with you we're going to go over them

right quick 1 be yourself 2 don't compare yourself 3 quality over quantity 4 don't focus

on the numbers as much 5 make sure you engage with people and 6 get your search engine optimization

together with your video so that is all I have for you if you have any questions or

comments please feel free to put them below in the comment section so we can chop it up

okay thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video bye-bye

Athens 2004 | Design Focus - Duration: 4:25.

(DESIGN FOCUS)

(OLYMPIC SUMMER GAMES ATHENS 2004)

(DESIGN CHALLENGE -

(BALANCE MODERN AND ANCIENT GREEK CULTURE

(AS THE GAMES RETURN TO ATHENS)

(KNOWN FOR - HAND-DRAWN LINES AND ORGANIC SHAPES,

(INSPIRED BY DESIGNS (FROM ANCIENT GREEK CULTURE)

(ELABORATE AND THEATRICAL OPENING CEREMONIES)

(DESIGN FOCUS)

Working on any Olympics is addictive.

There is nothing like the excitement,

the adrenaline surge.

It's the opportunity of a lifetime.

The Olympic Games are the biggest design project

in the world.

You can design a magnificent stadium

but it's the look of the Games that makes it Olympic.

Even if the venues are 400 miles apart,

the viewer who's tuning in doesn't realise,

because the look of the Games makes everything

feel like it's right next door to each other.

The visual language should kind of be cohesive

and hang together, so that if I'm looking at the pictograms

I know that it belonged to this Olympics.

That look needs to expose your culture

and talk to your own legacy and your own heritage.

The look is the most important project

because this is the background

that inspires the athletes to achieve their best.

I am Greek.

I grew up loving the Olympic Games.

Olympism and the Olympic Games

are engraved in my heart.

so it was a dream of a lifetime for me

to design all the applications

and the emblem was the first step.

The olive wreath was the symbol

of the ancient state of Athens.

It was the greatest award an athlete could get

in the Olympic Games in antiquity.

For the pictograms,

the human form that we did create

was drawn from the Cycladic figures in our culture.

And also the detail was similar

to the ancient Greek vases.

So it was only a matter of expressing

our heritage in a modern way.

It was such a huge moment for the Olympic Games

to return to Greece.

The contract that we were bidding for

was producing the ceremonies,

effectively delivering the vision

of the artistic director.

Dimitris Papaioannou had already been in place

for almost a year with his team,

and so the first elements

were spending days with him and his creative team,

looking at all his models,

understanding what he was hoping to deliver.

In particular, delivering the idea that the field of play

would consist of a lake with a small boy and a sailing boat

and then suddenly the lake would disappear

and we would be able to do other things

on that central field of play.

That was just one challenge of 100.

Another difficult challenge was an effect

where the Greek statues, the chorus and so on,

broke into parts, a bit like Russian dolls,

revealing other forms of sculpture within it.

Each time you'd rehearse it, it took 24 hours to reset.

We'd rehearsed it 24 times

and it had worked twice,

and the two times it had worked were not the last two times.

So sometimes you'll look at an idea

and you have no idea how you're going to realise it.

I've trained myself not to let that show.

And the way that you do it is, the way you deliver is

to build a fantastic team of people around you -

head of technical, head of flying,

head of lighting,

head of all the different disciplines that you need.

And the great thing about this industry that we have,

the public event industry,

and in particular the Olympics, everybody's up for it.

Everybody wants to deliver

the most zany, impossible things.

People don't say no.

My Postpartum Depression Story - Duration: 6:58.

hey guys! Shawn here. I'm sitting in my bedroom to film this. Baby girl is taking

a nap. In today's video I will be sharing my story of my struggle with postpartum

depression. My hope is that if you are currently struggling with postpartum

depression then you will realize that you are not alone and that there is hope

on the other side of this struggle. And that you can make it through it. So I

hope that my story inspires you. If this is the first time you are here, I post

new content every Tuesday on faith and motherhood and this is the first of a

three-part series. If I have already filmed the other two than they will be

linked in the description box below. If not, then stay tuned. Hit that subscribe

button while you are here. Let's jump into today's video.

All right so how did I know that I was depressed and what were my symptoms? I

am just going to Google. We're gonna read through the symptoms and then I'm gonna

tell you what symptoms I had with my postpartum depression with my first

child. He's now 10 years old so this was a while back that I first struggled with

postpartum depression. On the Google it says "postpartum depression people may

experience mood anger." Yes I had anger. anxiety. yes I had anxiety. guilt. yes I

had guilt. I couldn't spend that I wasn't feeling well enough to spend as much

quality time with my baby. I felt guilty- oh good grief- I felt guilty about a lot

of stuff. I felt guilty that I wanted breaks from my baby. I felt guilty that I

couldn't spend as much time with my husband that I wanted too. I had a lot of

guilt yes. hopelessness. no I didn't have hopelessness. loss of interest or

pleasure in activities. yes. so I've always been into yoga and I lost an

interest in doing yoga. I lost interest in walking. I love to walk and I love to

hike- basically yeah I lost some interest in things I normally enjoy dinging. mood

swings. yes mood swings but I feel like mood

swings -you guys -I feel like mood swings are just -you know -a hormonal thing after

pregnancy anyways and throughout a woman's life. yes? panic attacks. no I did

not experience any panic attacks. crying, irritability, or restlessness. yes

I cried a lot but I feel like that also comes with just giving birth as well

that your hormones are fluctuating and so yeah I cried a lot but I also wasn't

just crying because of hormones I feel like I was crying because I was sad.

irritability. yeah I was irritable. restlessness. I don't know that I was

Restless. fear or repeatedly going over thoughts. yes I was

repeatedly going over my thoughts. I'd think something and think it again and

second-guess myself. That kind of thing. fear. fear. Was I

scared of anything?Did I have a fear? I don't think I was fearful about anything.

fatigue or loss of appetite. yes I was exhausted but at first- you know- I

thought that was just regular exhaustion from caring for a newborn. You know when

you struggle to get out of bed and you just lay on the couch all day? even

with your baby? loss of appetite. I don't remember having a loss of appetite. lack

of concentration or unwanted thoughts. um I didn't have unwanted thoughts. I just

knew that I did not feel like myself. lack of concentration. I felt like that comes with

caring for- a normal symptom of caring for- our baby and being sleep-deprived so I

know I had that one. weight gain or weight loss is another symptom. um I mean

I feel like I had your regular amount of weight loss. I certainly lost the weight

quicker with my first child so I didn't experience any weight gain. and then also

common, it says is, insomnia is the last symptom. I didn't have insomnia. I'm pretty sure I

didn't because I was trying to catch up on a lot of sleep. How did I know I was

depressed? You guys, it took me eight months to actually admit that I was

depressed and that was after my husband kind of told me that I was not acting

myself and was sad. And then I went to my regular doctor for check-ups and just

told her -you know -hey I don't quite feel like myself. I'm sad. I sleep a lot.

She asked me- you know- all these questions to do with the symptoms that

we just went over. She asked me questions about those kind of things. You know was

I doing things that I enjoyed? no I wasn't doing things I enjoyed. I

just felt like I was on call all the time with a baby and if I was doing

anything that was remotely interesting to myself then I felt extreme guilt over

not spending that time with my baby or my husband. I also had this

desire to not get out of the house so I didn't hang out with friends. I

didn't want to make new friends. I pretty much spent those first eight months

confined in the house. I did occasionally see one friend. I can't remember if that

was before or after treatment. I never experienced a desire to hurt myself or

hurt my baby. But I know that that sometimes can be a

symptom of postpartum depression so if you are experiencing that -because of

course throughout this whole video I am NOT a healthcare professional. I'm just a mom

telling you my experience with postpartum depression. so if you are

experiencing any of these symptoms please please please tell somebody and

go see your family doctor. Being depressed I felt lonely.

I felt stressed. It's hard having a new baby and so I felt everything was on me

even though my husband was there to help. Everything came down to me. Like I was so

responsible for this human being- you know? keeping this baby alive is a lot of

pressure you know? and we were living out in the country and so I didn't have any

friends that weren't 45 minutes away. My closest friend was 45 minutes away.

You know I didn't feel like I could talk at that time with my husband because he was pastoring a

church. When my son was first born I worked for six to eight months so I was

still working but I was working part time so I was seeing other people but I

think between the stress of the job and the stress of having a newborn and

trying to balance everything I think that all contributed to the postpartum

depression. That's my experience. If you are dealing with postpartum depression I

feel for you. You aren't alone. Many many many women experience this and

it's not the end of the world. It's not something to be ashamed of so certainly

seek help if you need it. So how did I overcome this postpartum depression? well

that's gonna be in the next video. yes I'm gonna make you wait till next week

so make sure to come back next week for my story about how I overcame depression.

and then the week after that the third video will be "Am I Depressed

Now?" after having baby girl. Am I depressed? stay tuned for that. thanks so

much for watching today's video. don't forget to subscribe and I will see you

next Tuesday. thanks for watching

bye!

Charlize Theron's Most Dangerous Movie Roles - Duration: 4:40.

Born and raised in South Africa, Charlize Theron moved to New York at the age of 18

to study dance at the city's prestigious Joffrey Ballet School.

After sustaining several severe knee injuries, however, Theron was forced give up her career

in ballet and try her hand at acting instead.

Although Theron's dancing days are now long behind her, she's since taken on some pretty

intense acting roles and has suffered both physically and mentally as a result.

Knee injuries really don't seem so bad compared to these.

Monster

Ironically considering it's the movie responsible for getting her noticed Theron is pretty much

unrecognizable throughout Monster.

Because the story is based on the real experiences of the serial killer Aileen Wuornos, Theron

underwent a long and intense process to become her character.

Make-up was applied to redden and weather her complexion and she was given contacts

to change her eye color.

As well as gaining 30 pounds for the role, Theron also had to learn to speak and act

with dentures.

"I'm a real…

I'm a real hard worker."

When asked which scene was the hardest for the actress to complete, she told The Advocate:

"Which wasn't?"

She continued,

"I just remember lying on the ground with nothing [left], just complete numbness."

Aeon Flux

Two years after Monster, Theron took on another punishing role the lead character in 2005's

live-action adaptation of Aeon Flux.

Sadly, the movie bombed, earning only a nine percent score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Critics called the film dreadfully boring, incomprehensible, and a total mess, punctuated

by occasional gunfights and acrobatics.

What's worse is that those bouts of acrobatics could well have killed her.

She told I'm Filmy,

"I did a back handspring and um my feet slipped from underneath me, and um I landed

with my entire body weight on my neck and herniated a disc"

"that was definitely the scariest thing that's ever happened to me"

North Country

Based on a true story, North Country tells the story of Josey Aimes and her journey to

put an end to the harassment which plagues the iron mine in which she works.

The movie also provided an in-depth look into the everyday life of workers in America's

mining communities.

To prepare for her role as a miner, Theron quite literally went to work down in the mines,

taking multiple 12-hour shifts in dangerous conditions, and engaging with the female workers.

In the lead-up to the movie's release, Theron told CBS' Early Show,

"These were just people trying to make ends meet, and trying to put food on the table.

I think that was the part that moved me the most."

The Italian Job

Just months before Theron hit it big with Monster, she also took sizable supporting

part in the remake of The Italian Job.

She was told from the get-go that they wanted the actors to do as many stunts as they felt

comfortable performing, and, although she appeared to have a lot of fun racing her coworkers,

she did pay the price for her need for speed.

In an interview with the BBC, Theron exclaimed,

"I only crashed three times!"

And while she might have broken a camera after one accident on set, she at least managed

to not break any bones.

"We really didn't have to teach Charlize how to drive we were trying to hold her back."

Mad Max: Fury Road

Director George Miller once claimed that the making of Fury Road was basically a "military

exercise."

Considering it was shot over 130 days in a real desert with real vehicles and real stunts

it's not hard to see why.

Theron recognized the need to take extra precautions, having already suffered a severe neck injury

whilst filming Aeon Flux years earlier.

Miller admitted,

"We didn't help the neck in one shot that went slightly awry.

It was a cable slip when she's holding onto Tom Hardy upside down.

But she was back the next day.

She's tough."

Atomic Blonde

Memories of her past injuries weren't enough to stop Theron from performing many of her

own stunts on the set of Atomic Blonde.

In an interview with I'm Filmy, Theron said that some fight scenes were filmed using up

to 25 continuous strikes.

In case you're not familiar with the ins-and-outs of fight choreography, that's a lot of movement

and without any cuts to break things up, either.

"fasten your seatbelt"

Preparation for such a rigorous role required rigorous training.

In fact, she trained so hard she managed to break her own teeth.

"I clenched apparently really hard on my jaw while I was training and I think it was

just out of the frustration to learn how to fight"

Tully

After Atomic Blonde, Theron put on a staggering 50 pounds to prepare for her part in Tully.

This movie, however, isn't based on any true story so why did Theron choose to gain

weight for the role?

She explained to Entertainment Tonight:

"I just I wanted to feel what this woman felt, and I think that was a way for me to get closer

to her and get into that mindset."

Unfortunately, this brought with it some unexpected baggage.

"I dealt with depression for the first time.

Really?

That was interesting yeah, was that from seeing your body change so much?

No, well, ah yeah, that too."

Theron has since lost the weight.

She makes it look so easy, doesn't she?

6 Tools to Save Time, Make More Money, Engage Customers, and Grow Your Business! #TomFerryShow - Duration: 10:20.

- Hey today we are talking about six tools

that save you time, make you money,

keep you connected to your clients,

and keep your business growing.

(upbeat music)

Hey welcome to the Tom Ferry Show.

I was looking at arguably one of the biggest problems

our clients face and that is,

how do you keep everything going while enjoying your summer,

having fun with your family,

staying in touch with your past customers,

staying on top of your leads.

Doing all of the things we have to do.

You and I both know at the end of the day.

If you're a solo entrepreneur, it is challenging.

If you're running a rockstar team, it is challenging.

So today I want to share with you six tools.

Six tools out of the plethora that we see here

amongst our coaches and our clients.

That are going to save you time,

keep your business going and growing

and ultimately make you more money.

So lets go right through the list.

And you can decide which ones are right for you.

Heads up these all have the Tom Ferry seal of approval.

And full transparency,

I'll tell you two I liked so much I invested in them.

Alright let's go to the very first one

Bomb Bomb Prompt.

The problem that we have today is that there

is all this intention around new leads, right.

We're trying to generate new opportunities.

And we're sometimes not taking care

of the people inside our database

in a modern and relevant way.

Bomb Bomb Prompt was created so you could prerecord

16, 14, different videos and then Bomb Bomb sends them out

to your database.

Giving you the analytics.

Now what does that mean?

It means that 16 times throughout the course of the year

they see your face.

They engage with you via video.

You're bringing them value.

And at the end of the day you're staying top of mind.

Whether it's 24 touches or 36 touches a year,

there's a lot of science around this,

we know we've got to bring value to our database

in a meaningful relevant way.

And it's right here my friends.

So that's my first one saving you time

because I record all 16 at once

and then they're done for the year.

That's number one.

Number two Contactually.

There's so much talk around CRM.

I've done videos around CRM

and heads up.

I was super early on Contactually.

User of Contactually,

and this is a company I invested in.

What do they do?

They take this big monster..

And by the way. Heads up.

Your phone is not a database right?

Your Microsoft Outlook is not a database.

We did a recent survey nearly 46% of the people

we're talking to in the business don't have a CRM.

And then another 16% thought that Outlook was their CRM.

Let me explain Contactually.

It many others do this.

I just love Contactually.

You take your entire database

and you put it in these buckets.

Call it like relationship buckets.

So my past clients have a certain relationship

association, affiliation with me.

The people that are my friends,

my church group.

Right, That's different.

My softball league, that's different.

These people I have no idea who they are

but somehow they got into my email list.

That's totally different.

My long term buyers, my short term buyers,

my long term seller leads.

Everybody inside my farm.

All my old Zillow leads.

All of these deserve your attention.

The challenge is when we say call your past clients,

call all of the people inside your database.

What do we do?

Most people just start at "A"

and they never really get to B or C.

Or every now and then they start at Z

and they work backwards.

What Contactually did beautifully

is they said lets put them in the appropriate bucket

and then lets give each one.

What is the frequency of conversation?

How often? How many times?

Per year. Per month.

Do you want to reach out to them via e-mail,

text, or obviously phone call.

So I love that one from the stand point of

not having to think.

It saves you time.

It keeps your business going.

It keeps your business growing.

Cause you're staying in communication

with all of your leads.

And all of the people that matter to you.

So that's number two.

Let's go onto number three.

Sly Broadcast.

I've actually talked about this a couple of times

in the Tom Ferry Show recently

if I go back, say, two summits ago.

One of the clients mentioned from the stage

that she was so excited about this campaign.

She had heard about it from her coach.

And she used this tool

and sent a voicemail.

An automatic, you know,

hi, It's Tom with Banana Real Estate

and we recently sold a house

down the street from you.

It actually sold for over asking price.

We had seven different offers on the property.

Which is really exciting for you

cause it means that home values are going up.

But there's a challenge now,

we've got six buyers that are crying in their soup,

because they desperately want to live in your neighborhood.

If you've had any thoughts of selling.

If you've had any thoughts of selling

know that we have six customers right now

that have already written an offer,

they're preapproved, they're ready to go,

and they'd like to buy your house.

You take that voicemail and you auto blast it direct

through their phone and right into their voicemail.

Now, Christina. Christina Griffin.

We talked about it.

You probably saw it on my YouTube channel.

She sent this out to like 1,100 people.

Don't do that.

Because she was inundated with so many phone calls

she didn't know what to do with herself for about 48 hours.

That actually creates a bad customer experience.

What I like about this is you've got your database,

and your like, I just want to get a message across

that my summertime holiday party,

or the save the date for my end of the year

holiday party.

And I know the time it takes to call

and actually have conversations.

So I'm going right to their voicemail.

You with me?

It's a time saving efficient way to follow up on your leads,

and to connect with all of the people

you have cell phone numbers for.

So I love that one, it's Live Broadcast.

Calendly, you've heard me talk about before.

You know the e-mail chase.

We were so frustrated by this as a company

that we opted for one that was sales floors specific.

Here's the deal.

It's an automatic appointment setter.

If I went down to John Wayne Airport across the street,

and I walked up to American Airlines

and said "Hey I'm interested in getting on an airplane

sometime soon here's my e-mail address follow up with me

and we'll just see how many times you respond and I respond,

until I buy a ticket.

The person at the American Airlines counter would go,

(guttural noise)

security, you know get this lunatic out of here

Why, because we live in an on demand environment.

They would say just go to AA.com

and book your ticket for wherever you want to fly.

Well the challenge is, in many cases,

the real estate industry, the sales industry,

hasn't caught onto this.

That we're still playing the chase game.

Right, trying to figure out when I call,

e-mail, text.

Can I get them on phone?

What do I have to do, right?

So instead just giving people the opportunity

on your e-mail signature, schedule a time with me here.

15 minutes, face to face, over the phone, an hour,

whatever you would like to do.

Click the link.

It opens up inside your Outlook or your Google calender.

You have preset times that people can have a conversation

with you or meet you at a house, or meet you at Starbucks,

or talk about selling their home.

And you know what?

This my friends is a time saver.

It's a time saver in follow up

and it's also very consumer centric.

In that we're giving them the power right?

The power to the people always.

So, I love Calendly.com for that.

Lets talk Social for a second.

So, you know me, I'm on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook,

Twitter, Instagram, you name it.

We're there.

And I look at my team and myself,

how do we keep up with all of these different social sites?

So we like an aggregate,

something that pulls them altogether on one screen

called Social Sprout.

Sprout Social, I always say it backwards.

Sprout Social.

And if you go there, you can hook up your Twitter,

your YouTube, your Facebook, your Instagram.

And what it gives us the opportunity to do

is first of all see the totality of everything

that is happening on our social channels.

It also gives us access to analytics

like what's working, who's liking what,

what's the communications, which is the 3rd part.

I can go in and I can respond appropriately.

And not have to take the time to bounce between

you know, five or six different channels.

So there's a lot of benefits to this.

So Sprout Social is absolutely on my list.

The last one.

I think I've gone through six right?

Is Agentology.

There's a lot of play in this space.

By the way this is another company that I invested in.

I thought they were really onto something

and they are right?

They are hockey-sticking and moving like crazy.

And there's many players in this space.

Agentology, Agentlegend, Get Riley.

Some of these other companies you've heard about

and I'm a fan of all of them.

This one has the extra seal of approval.

What do they do?

They engage your leads, while you sleep,

while you eat, while you play, while you pray,

you know all of the time you want to be

with your family, with your friends,

doing your thing, hanging out your bobblehead, whatever.

And you don't wanna respond in that moment

or follow up in that moment.

But you understand power to the people, right?

If we're not engaging with the prospects,

If we're not nurturing them,

not paying attention to speed to lead

in this on demand economy,

we know that customer is going to find what they need

someplace else.

And that's bad for your business.

So I'm going to challenge you.

After watching just this quick show

of six tools, that we like.

That if you...

When I go through our private Facebook pages.

What's hot right now? What are you guys using?

What's the long standing stuff?

These six get brought up all the time.

And you know me.

My job is to help you make more money,

be more efficient, stay motivated, know what to say,

be ahead of the competition and in this case

save more time.

So let me know what you think.

I can't wait to read the comments.

I'm sure you're going to say

but what about this one.

There is something like, I don't know,

800 different pieces of software,

that are being offered to you every single day.

I'm sure there's one I missing.

Let me know what it is.

Let me know what you like about these

and which one I missed.

Alright thank you so much for watching.

Remember always that strategy matters.

And now more than ever your ability to save time,

grow your business, make more money,

serve more clients, that's what rules.

Thanks.

Hey I'm Tom Ferry and I want to say welcome to real estate.

There's a pretty good chance that no one's told you

that there's an 87% failure rate every five years

in this business.

And there's only two factors,

agents don't have the tools

and they don't take the right action.

I'm going to invite you to click the link below

and get access to the tools.

So you can win in this business.

IPad Pro for Tattoo artists - Duration: 9:46.

welcome to Tattoo Shop Talk and today we will do a bit more techy talk today

we will talk about this wonderful device which is iPad Pro. It's super useful tool

and this gentleman will tell us why he loves it and why it's good for you if

you are tattoo artist, enthusiast or something along them lines. Shoot Sir! Pew!

So basically. In one word it's really really comfortable to use. You

don't need millions of things to bring with you if you travel or just working at

your shop at your desk and blah blah blah and it's all in one place so most

of my work I do now sitting in a sofa like this. And just watching some

cartoons or movie or something you know and that's that's how I do my homework

that's the best part. So what what what what exactly you doing? So how it works

what comes to you know customer comes in he wants to tattoo he books a session he

sends some references and then? And then I use procreate I just have to charge

this for a second because it was working. Aaah so yeah you can take picture of the

guy's arm if you need cover up and just show how it will work.

Cool and also you can trace like references adjust them it's all like

Internet age so you can pull it off directly of the Facebook, email or

whatever and work on your device. And plus if you're a hippie you save paper

and forest and shit like that. Don't think it's very healthy for the planet

how apple is made. It's a fruit. Aah OK so you are a vegetarian. Vegetarian.

A bit more specifically about the device. Which particular model is this. Size

wise. Oh 12 inch 12 inch something. Yeah twelve point nine and all the tattooists

i'd talked with said that if there would be a bigger one they would take

bigger one and you shouldn't take smaller one because like if you do a lot

of drawing it. Although the screen on the smaller versions on the new ones are

better but this is just fine I don't I don't feel that it's worse

somehow. So size matters. Yes. Look I got one here as well. I saved up finally.

Let's look up into device what what useful stuff do you need on it. Like I

said procreate... that's my everyday tool - okay I use this every day it's like just

like tattoo machine for me like if I would lose it today I would try to find

a shop and buy it. Immediately. You mentioned procreate is one of the things which is

drawing tracing kind of things you can work in layers if you familiar with that

kind of stuff and then also very popular one is the one. Amaziograph. Amaziograph and

that's the one where you can. Do mandalas. Do magic. Super easy

...and you're an artist. Yes. The procreate is was it a procreate

... procreate is not a free app it costs something but it's definitely the

best what I've heard from all the tattooists I talked to. If anyone out there

have better apps to recommend - please do it.

We definitely check them out there are some apps that are tricky like Photoshop and

all that it's not that Photoshop but you know from the from the computers this is

very basic and very different version and it's it's basically garbage but

those two apps will get you far. The device itself it's it's a pricey it's a

pricey thing it's I think one of the priciest things I have ever purchased in

my life and this pen is separate thing right that's another another hundred

euros or so for that but these two things you definitely need and obviously

when you spend that much money on a device it's useful to get some covers.

And a little tip here - don't buy the original the Apple. Really expensive. Yeah check the

good old Amazon. Like one of our colleagues bought the original case it

just protects one side and doesn't protect the other one he still don't

have anywhere where to put pen. If you could show this one. This is like 36

euros or something like that. I think it's 26 now. And I ordered another one so

so when I will get it I will show how that one looks. You'll save a lot of

money and it's way more functional way more practical. Is there anything else

about the device we have to mention? Yeah I would I would recommend like if you

are friends with Google to get all the Google stuff or the Google photos and

all that stuff - it's good for backing up your pictures and it's also good for

example you use your other device like smartphone or something and you get a

reference there or you see a picture that or you even take a picture of

something that you back it up to the Google photos and then you can down

download it from Google photos and use it as a reference or something

for example today I was in a park with my phone and I saw a flower

I took a picture of the flower on my phone then it was

backed up to the thing to the Google photos was this one then you download it

and then you go in procreate and do your magic which I will show on the screen

somehow... magic... plus it record stuff and you can do all these fun video

animations on how you do stuff and then you can upload them to your like social

media and be all cool about it like... If you're thinking of prchsng purchasing

it and I think it's expensive I did that I was like passed a thousand euros like

and plus everything else like man - I can use paper and it would be good but no

this is worth the money. Yeah you have all your work stuff like a guest artist said he saved like 8

kilos because he he he does those big like tours of guest spots so he left all

the papers or the paints all the brushes most of his flashes are in there or like

you have all those books that you have. Yeah all my like reference books are there I don't

have to bring them no more so I got them in the folders here. So that's already

like 5 books that's that's couple of kilos saved and it's very what's the

word convenient to use like it's just all there all for you all there and you

can use it at any time. I looked up before I bought it

I looked up different devices and there's like there's not many out there

there's this microsoft surface pro but it turned out that it's in a same

price range it's maybe a bit more powerful but it's way more serious and

you can get more powerful apps but it's you have to know more to use it and it's

a bit more serious - this is more like fun and tool that it's just there plus

many of the tools I know they're not that techie. Bright. Yeah I know I know

many that still use paint when they need to resize stuff so so this

is just fine this is there so yet this is this is good stuff. And plus it has

like wireless printing which is super awesome. Yeah but that's that's already.

Draw it up, print it and it's done and stencil it. And you can watch your Netflix. It's tricky with sizes though

but you get the hang of it but yeah you can watch Netflix the size is good for

fun as well I'm not a fun person so I don't have a lot to show you but. So yeah

people this is good stuff for work and for fun but maybe for fun it's a bit too

expensive to have just fun. Yeah it's definitely a good tool them couple apps

we told you they take the best ones we know and the most and then the best the

best to use but if you have some apps that are good for work let us know in

the comment section and I will link this nice thing below either on the kit page
