WHY DO TEENAGERS SMOKE? 🚬 ITALIAN BEACH GIRLS REPLY 🌞🌊 - Duration: 12:07.

Hi guys we're here in Castiglione della Pescaia (Tuscany, Italy)

Today we're gonna ask teenagers and young guys/girls a few question

To figure out why would people start smoking

Or more in general what do people think about smoking. Let's see what we're gonna end up with

Hi guys we're joined here with

Caterina, Lucrezia, Anna, Giulia

Alessia, Simona

Isabel, Camilla

Stella, Sofia

Lory, Sabrina

Camilla, Virginia

So ladies we're trying to collect some feedback about this hot-trending topic

Which is pretty common among teenagers especially in the last years.

We're talking about smoking

Who among you is currently smoking?

None of us ahah

(left) I do - (All the others don't)

1 out of 4

Smoke what? - Cigarettes

(right) yes - (left) Once a week approx.

(Both don't) Answer honestly!

Therefore it's not a routine

It might happen that I don't smoke for 2 months

Occasionally? Yes, whenever I feel like

(left) Yes, (right) No

I saw you holding a cigarette right before, I guess you do.. - I quit!

Sometimes I do...

I don't

What made you start smoking and when?

I started smoking when I was 16

Inspired by curiosity then it just turned into a bad habit

Everybody has tried

but in our case it didn't turn into a bad habit

So did you ever try smoking?

Maybe an occasional try

Yeah of course we did try

But we didn't like it

Ok so you tried once then you had enough

Same for me - When did you try more or less?

When I was 13

With some friends, but I didn't like it so much

15/16 y.o.

So when you were teenagers - Yes

I tried again one year later

and that's when it became a bad habit

It also depends on the period or the mood, if I'm stressed

Otherwise I may also (temporarily) quit

I did try

but since I have a case in my family I don't wanna start

I did try although nobody smokes in my family

But I didn't wish to continue after that time

It didn't stimulate you to keep on doing that

I started when I was a teenager

You know, friends smoking

Then you do it because everybody else does that

I've been smoking between 17 and 23 y.o.

So it was because everybody does it so I have to fit in the group

By my side, I'm against smoke, I never tried

She should also quit actually

I'm trying to help her indeed. I'm trying to make her smoke the least possible

Let's see how much she will care about what I tell her

So when it becomes a bad habit it's just hard to quit

You need a lot of willpower to quit smoking

So the reasons why you do it also changed

There's nothing to do so...

everybody smokes, let's smoke then

How old are you? - 18 and I started when I was 14

So finding a way to fit in the group was not a valid reason?

So if everybody smokes and you don't smoke people would think you're dumb

No no, that was not the case

I like it and the flavour

and it relaxes me

I also like smoking after lunch, with coffee, as a general habit

What do you think makes young guys start smoking?

Maybe you wanna show off, having yourself noticed

I don't know, I don't smoke

But you surely have friends that smoke, so what do you think about them?

They like it and trendy at the moment

Who is it trendy for?

For teenagers

Some guys do fake it though

When you're a teenager you feel like trying out something new

find out what's out there in the world

So there are people who wanna try, I did try actually

I do know it's harmful, it's a waste of money

so I prefer spending money for something else

So you would be able to distinguish between who exagerated with the trend

and who got into the bad habit

Yes of course - But you were 13 y.o. when you started right?

So what were 15 y.o. guys thinking about you?

The same that I'm saying now

Private Altersvorsorge – 5 fatale Fehler - Duration: 12:41.

Private pension and the 5 tips you need to keep in mind.

I'm Thorsten Wittmann, welcome to today's episode of fascination freedom.

Later on I will reveal in which country I am today and as usual with some impressions.

Today's topic might not be spectacular but it's very important: private pensions.

So please watch it till the end and pay attention to the tips so you don't have to learn it the hard way.

It's a very important topic. I know for sure

I won't win a popularity contest with this topic, but it's very important.

That's why we have a deeper look on private pensions. In order to differentiate

we have to know the three types of private pensions or pillars rather.

It's similar for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. First one is the statutory.

This includes the statutory pension, official's pension and professional pension schemes.

Then there is the occupational pillar. Everything related like the occupational pension

there is different implementation paths for. That's not our topic today.

But the private pillar is and what we can do with it. Let's jump right into it.

No. 1: "tackle instead of hoping!" Follow up with the topic!

I don't want you to make it the center of your life,

but please follow up with it. It's very important.

It decides whether you're going to buy groceries at the discount store

or if you go to our favourite island Mallorca where we can buy from the organic farmer next door.

Financial Education is freedom! I share with you my own opinion,

which is financial freedom beats private or general pension. Because it's only one part of it.

If we deal with financial freedom we know what we have to do and how to manage our money.

Not only little pension schemes

and running to the bank for a life insurance which is rather bad to have.

We come to that later again, so that we really follow up with the topic.

And therefor financial education is really important.

It makes us free. We can design our life the way we want it to be.

And pension is just a by-product or in quotes just a "waste product"

because it's regulated. Because many people for whom pension is important believe

that pension has to write on a product

like the statuary paths, etc. They don't really deal

with the plenty of options. And this brings us to tipps no. 2:

"Scissors beats paper!"

This stands for the difference between real value and monetary value.

Historically speaking monetary value became worthless due to inflation or currency reforms.

Life insurances, bank deposits or home savings became worthless or have lost most of its value.

Over the last century some generations in Germany and Austria

have lost all of their money. By the way, we witnessed several

perios of expropriation when states had their backs to the wall.

This might even effect the real estate sector. But real estates belong to real values

and are still a better option than monetary values.

Right now lots of money is pumped into the economy. And if the real effects show up

a high inflation might follow, much higher than in the past.

It might lead to the crash and nonexistence of the Euro currency within

the next 10, 15, 20 years. Considering that the Euro doesn't exist for too long and that

we already have massive problems we should really

consider whether we want to be invested in it with our money.

Most of people do it anyways. Simply because banks, insurances and politics

recommend to do so. That's why you should remain skeptical.

Historically speaking nothing worked on a long term. If it's such a great investment why

do most people still run like a hamster in a wheel?

Think about it. There is many possibilities. In our courses we train

different ways. For example precious metals like gold or silver

which you can diversify in precious metals, or areas like real estate, shares, art,

there's also diamonds, arable land, timber and forest industries,

agriculture where you really invest in the production like fruits.

You can invest in foreign currencies from stable countries, photovoltaics,...

It's unbelievable how many options there are to ensure real security.

And that is a stable and rock solid pension scheme.

The effect is when dealing with it,

not participating in all the unnecessary consumptions instead saving money

you can live a life in freedom. No. 3 which is a rather German tip

but applicable for Austrian and Swiss people: "Beware of Rürup and Riester"

Two special ways of pension schemes in Germany you can choose

and that come with tax incentives. Both have disadvantages and that's

why I dont use any of them and also won't in the future.

For the Rürüp pension it works like this: Each Euro you give into is permanent.

You can't cancel as contracts are non-terminable. That is the condition

in order tomake Rürüp work. And let's see why it's not very advantageous

during the retirement. It's very critical.

You have zero flexibility.

You're completely at the mercy of the provider. Some providers don't even offer the possibility

to transfer the contract to another provider. As you can see zero flexibility.

If things don't go well as expected you'll have a problem

when facing better opportunities. It's very restricted.

And tax must be paid on it. Tax benfitsthat you enjoy now

face a taxation afterwards.

Now the Riester pension. Under certain circumstances that might

be interesting in general. At least you have the possibilty to

pay out some part of it. But here is the BUT.

Instead you can invest in real value as mentiones in no. 2. They're much more advisable.

But the problem is and let's take a share savings plan for example,

the provider can barely invest in shares or only do it on a small scale since they have

to ensure the guarantee, 100 percent of the paid in shares. So what do they do?

For investments with fixed interest rates, and there is only little interest rates,

they have to accept a lot in order to get to the one hundred and guaranteed later on.

That's the problem many Riester contracts have. Having a share savings plan

you might think to be investes in real value, but in reality you're not.

Instead it's fixed interest rated and then you face

the problem as mentiones in no. 2.

And that's the problem with these two kinds of contracs. Think carefully

about it and check if the tax benefits will pay out.

The situation might get tough, less with Riester and more with Rürüp.

No.4. "No retirement!"

Avoid classical forms of retirement, such as retirement insurance as they have

different and complex disadvanteges. They also have the low flexibility.

Especially two disadvanteges that we have to look into. One is, that you really have to get old as life insurer calculate conservatively.

They calculate their own profits, too.

And if you grow very old, they will have a problem.

On the mortality table they go relatively high. You can calculate.

If you have 100.000 Euro invested how long do you have to wait

until the normal pension will be paid out.

Usually this takes a lot of time. You have to grow really, really old.

The mortality table works rather against you. And number two: If you get a pension now

how high is the inflation rate in a couple of years? Will the Euro still exist in 5 0r 10 years

after all these problems we have faced already and

the near crash that we had? Are we going to have it still in 5 or 10 years?

Which currency will we have? What will the conversion key be?

Will the debts of EU countries rise up higher up to a point

where it gets out of hand and intervention is needed in order to work somehow.

And for this reason only I'd be very careful, I got to say.

Imagine in 5 years having a higher inflation

of let's say 10%, linearly speaking we'd only have

half of the purchase power. The 500€ today, which sounds great today,

who knows what purchase power it would possibly have in 5 years.

That is why you should be careful. That's why I am not a fan

of a monthly pension and pension insurance. Stay away from that.

There is better options. Let's have a look on real estate. There's a real value behind.

You can always rent it to somebody, it's a real value not just a piece of paper

which come with little interest rates. Then no. 5:

"Better to start now than later at some point!"

Especially with the compound interest effect, which you might know is exponential.

But if you're missing the last years you might only be at this

point. And that is the problem. The younger you are the easier

it is to build monetary value and financial freedom. That's when you're not used to the consumption nonsense,

because the really important things in life, such as love

freedom, passion, you can only buy them in a limited fashion with money. You can support it a little

but eventually these things come from inside. There is no benefit

in distracting oneself with consumption. Instead take an easy approach in life,

focus on what's essential to your life and

build your own freedom, out of the hamster wheel. Don't surrender to spending sprees.

Keep it easy and simple. And start now.

Not later at some point. I will earn more money later on, that's what many say.

But the monthly costs will be higher, too. You will reach a higher standard, but relatively speaking

you're still in the same hamster wheel as before. Start always today.

Here and now even if it's only a Euro per day that you save.

And that's good for oneself as you

establish a mentality of abundance while putting money aside. You have more than needed and that's what you communicate

everyday once more.

My Writing Process, by Ellen Byerrum - Duration: 12:13.

Hello and welcome to Fashion Bites.

I'm Ellen Byerrum, author of the screwball noir Crime of Fashion Mysteries

featuring Lacey Smithsonian, a fashion reporter in Washington DC, The City That

Fashion Forgot. At this point in time I have written eleven mysteries, one thriller, a

middle school novella, a ghost story, and a dozen or more plays. Most were written

while holding down a full-time job as a reporter in Washington. In some circles

this output would brand me a slacker! Some "super writers" produce four or five

books a year. (Quality may vary.) It's not something I can do and write books that

I'm proud of, but you have to listen to your own drummer. Why am I talking about

this? Someone suggested that I should discuss how I write my books. Why? I don't

know, but why not? This is my writing process. I'm sure everyone's process is

different, but there are probably commonalities. Unlike some writers, I

don't go into a trance, the book doesn't write itself, it doesn't fly out of my

computer like a magic trick, and by the way, I use a notepad and pen, as well as a

computer. Actually two computers. I think both methods use different parts of my

brain. I find ideas flow better with a notepad through my hand and fingers and

onto the paper, particularly during the beginning stages of a project. Everything

starts with an idea, and questions: What if? How about? I wonder? For my Crime of

Fashion Mysteries, an idea will undoubtedly include a fashion angle,

whether it's a robbery at a boutique, a suspiciously bad haircut or a young

designer who goes missing. Capturing the wild idea. As an example, my idea may

include a hatpin. In reality people don't generally use

hatpins to dispatch their foes anymore. Hatpin murder methods are more popular

in vintage fiction. Still, there are questions I could ask: How old is this

vintage hatpin? Who did it belong to? Could the pearl be real? Are these

authentic gems? Was it stolen? Could that dark color on the end of it be

blood? Was it from a pinprick or something more sinister? One idea leads

to another, And one thing you should know is that ideas have an annoying habit of

showing up when you're just about to fall asleep or when you're in a meeting

or when you're trying to listen to a politician. When they happen after the

lights go out, I might think, This idea is so great I'll remember it in the morning!

I'm too sleepy to write it down, but no problem, I will remember this! WRONG. I

have learned that I must write the idea down. If I don't it will bother me and I

won't get any sleep, and worse I won't remember it in the morning, I'll only

remember it was great and I lost it. I try to keep a notebook by the bed. I

might not be able to read my notes in the morning, but I gave it a stab.

Multiple ideas make a story. One idea is not enough. There are characters, setting

and action to consider. Two or three or five or ten thoughts converge to create

a scenario for a story or a book. Now, sometimes I can work on a story idea

immediately, but most of the time I can't. Why? Because this story has to get in

line behind a lot of others. The idea goes on the back burner and simmers

until it boils. The concept is back there and often has to share space with other

ideas that I parked on the burner. The ideas and the plot simmer and simmer,

sometimes for years, until they boil, resulting in something I am ready to

write. Explosions can be messy! The weird thing about writing is that I want to

write something, I am dying to write it, but something stops me. I have notes here

and there, I have ideas everywhere, messy messy! It's as if I can't physically put

words on paper. It might be that I'm trying to finish up something else, but

the new story is still simmering, and finally there comes this boiling point.

It explodes to where I cannot wait any longer and I must write this particular

story. The relief of finally writing it down is

wonderful. What about writing an outline? Some people live and die by the outline,

and when I was traditionally published I had to turn one in with every book,

because that is how the contract was structured. They withheld part of my pay

until I turned it in. It was a monumental drag and I suspect most editors never

looked at it, they just ticked off a box. But my contract with myself requires no

outline, nor does my current editor. I always have a sense of my story and

where it's going. I always know the beginning and the end;

the middle is the road I discover while I'm writing. I may pick up additional

suspects, I may take a new and unexpected trail. That's the fun part,

the unexpected part. I personally find that outlines suck the energy and fun out

of a project. You have spent so much time on the outline you already feel like

you've written the book and you don't care to go further. And I never want to

be bored by my book. Research: compelling and potentially dangerous. Research is

always ongoing during a project. No matter how much I look into something I

have to check on things or interview someone else while I'm writing. But I

can't write a book without having a base of knowledge. Sometimes I have it because

I have been involved in a subject for years. For instance, I wrote much of THE

MASQUE OF THE RED DRESS based on my history in the theater as a playwright.

When I wrote SHOT THROUGH VELVET I visited the last velvet factory in

Virginia during its last week of business. I interviewed the manager and

toured the facility and I learned a lot of ways to dispatch a victim. Last summer

I attended a beekeeping event and was able to interview the beekeeper for my

upcoming book, which is set during World War Two.

Sugar was rationed during the war, so honey was popular. However, the beekeeper

gave me an unexpected angle that could introduce some deadly moonshiners into

my plot mix, giving me another storyline and more potential suspects.

Research can give you that AHA moment, and that's wonderful. So how could

research be dangerous? I've known people who are so in love with their research

they never write the book. Their excuse: There's always one more book they need

to read, one more battlefield they need to visit. And then we get to writing it

down. The actual writing begins. It doesn't necessarily go well. I

generally write the early sections by hand, then revise on computers. Some

writers want absolute silence when they write. As a former reporter I don't get

that at all. Reporters have to work on a deadline in a noisy newsroom and produce

a story, while what you really want to do is be listening to the next guy's scoop.

You have to attend loud press conferences and sift out the relevant

facts. The question someone else asks is not necessarily your question, but it

might be a good question. Finding the ability to write through all that is an

essential skill, in my opinion, so I like to be out and about in the world and not

shut away in a "Cone of Silence." So where do you find the time? So many people say

they'd write a book if they could just find a moment and sit down. If sitting

down is all it takes, here's a chair! Go for it! I get it, it's

not easy. Sometimes you have to come up with a workaround. When I worked a

full-time job I would go to the library or a coffee shop or a bookstore after

work. I established that time for writing by hand for a couple of hours, then I

could go home and key it in and edit at the same time. I still go to libraries to

write, it gives me both a sense of community and calm. Now, if you are the

type of person who feels burdened by housekeeping and a million undone chores,

as I do, my best piece of advice is have somebody clean your house. Take away that

nagging chore. Besides, if you invest in a cleaning person you are investing in

yourself, giving yourself the time you need for writing. (Having to pay for it is

an extra incentive to write.) Writing is hard! As part of my writing

process, I say out loud, "Writing is hard!" about a hundred thousand times per book.

I say it to my computer, my notebook and my husband. I swear I can feel the very

spot in my brain that gets tired when I try to come up with ideas. It's in the

middle of the middle of my brain. And sometimes I don't feel up to the task.

What then? Solution: Naptime! What happens when you're exhausted? You can't think of

anything else. I have a suggestion: Take a nap! It might

be the thing you need. I love napping, I am a champion napper.

Give your brain a break. Or take a walk. Stop thinking about the writing, let

other ideas come. You could walk in the park, you can walk in the mall,

depending on what kind of stimulus you need, or you can take a shower. Often the

water running over my head loosens ideas.

Beware the 75% point! There always seems to be a point about three-quarters of the way

through where I am convinced that whatever I am writing is awful!

Not just awful, but the worst piece of scrawling that has ever been committed

to paper. This is the place where I want to give up. I want to throw it out. I

wonder how I could ever consider asking people to read my work. This is the

humbling point. For some writers it could come quickly, about a third of the way

through; for others it's halfway through the book. I have named mine The 75%

Point. Having written a number of books and plays, I know this point is

coming, I know I can get through it, I know the only way to defeat it is to

continue on, to say, Okay, this sucks! It is the worst thing ever! I'm going to write

it anyway. And you know what? It never is the worst

thing ever. Finally, never give up! There are so many times I want to give up, but

I keep coming back to it. I follow this process through, and through the

subsequent writes, rewrites, proofing, editing. That's how my books get written.

And editing is a subject for another day... That's all I have for now. If you want to

Cosa non dire MAI a una mamma - Things you should NEVER say to a mom | Sub ENG - Duration: 8:48.

Hi all, people!

I'm back

but who ever saw this woman, no clue, who is her???

for who don't know me

I'm a 28 year old living in Belgium

mom of a 1,5 year old kid

and in this video I want

to tell you some things YOU

should never say to a mom

those things that really upset us, and get us on our nervs

so if you care for the integrity of your life

if you care for your connotations and you don't wanna change them

avoid saying those things to us mums, please

especially to new mums!

out of a sudden they got these little cuties to take care of

when, till the day before, they used to think only about their ass

restless nights, etc,

I mean, new moms are particularly dangerous

but let's go deep into the content of this video

Once upon a time... a breastfeeding mum and her shit friend

ciao Ghiura, it's been a while!

Indeed, so long ago! I was really looking forward to chat a bit, I'm getting crazy!

but, I see something different in you...

I wonder what it is!?!

what do you mean by "something different" sorry?

but maybe.. those shapes a bit...

ah, yes, I am breastfeeding ok?

seriously?

don't you give her formula "top up"?

no, nothing, zero, I do all by myself

not even a little?? She drinks just by you?

Yep

Really, just you with those 2??

No, hell no!

Are you maybe saying that my boobs aren't enough?

a whole life hearing that I have 2 broken nuts instead of boobs

2 dried plums!

2 faded raisins

Can they have a revenge against the world those poor ones??

But look... even if you give the formula "top up", you aren't doing that good!

Ciao! I don't see you for so long

tell me everything, I wanna know everything

wait just a second cause I have to prepare her bottle

she will wake up soon, it's time to feed!

but really?

are you that insensitive?

what's wrong?

don't you know? mother's milk is the MOST NATURAL thing for such a small a kid

Look, after the 3 gin tonic I had yesterday night

for the sake of my mental health

I'm not so sure

BTW, would you like to make a toast?

To pain-in-the-ass people!

And what about inappropriate questions?

tell me, tell me the truth about something

was your kid planned, or "she happened"????

look, things happen in life. how can I say

one day I was going on my way and I stumbled on a dick

it happens, doesn't it?

does it ever happen to you btw?

you see sometimes things happen in life, not everything is planned

the same way it happens to meet nice people

who always have the perfect joke on the right moment

and I say "nice" cause I wanna be kind.

you see, it can even happen that you meet kind people!

Encouraging messages like there's no tomorrow...

Well, now that you have a kid

keep in mind that SOME THINGS you cannot do anymore

I mean, you better forget about them

no, really??

thank god you told me about this!

Me, I was already thinking to go to the disco Saturday night till 6 o clock

with my child in the backpack

I couldn't never understand this!

how would I have done without you?

then, what else I cannot do anymore? Like... improving my life?

Just saying...

As beautiful as me you don't become anymore for sure

...and thoughts of a certain level (of pain in the butt)

i just wanted to tell you this thing I think

cause I think sometimes, you know?

what having a child is like?

I like kids, don't get me wrong

but... up to a certain point, I mean

it's ok if you have to look after them for 2 hours or 3...

but then it's so nice to give them back to their parents!

so, when they complain, when they don't wanna sleep at night

it's your DAMN PROBLEM! (Incredibly funny!)

I couldn't stand it. I wonder

How do you do???!?

Eeeeeh, how do I do...

you have no idea

years, years of Autogenic training before even thinking about conceiving

i started to put the alarm clock during the night 3,4 times, about 6 months before getting pregnant

so I got used

Autogenic training, remember,

autog...

FUCK OFF!

Ehm... I'm sorry the autogenic training has failed, I guess...

Sorry, I'm really sorry

But now dear mums, let's arrive to a sentence that before becoming mothers

could still go unnoticed

but now, that we know very well what it means to have one or more kids to take care of

get us really angry!

OMG,

you can't believe, I mean, CIAO

I thought with Mauro, recently

why don't we get a small dog

a small pet, a little furry one

so, we got our FUFFY

very cute, of course, but

quite challenging

cause dogs when they are small

it's a work cause you have to train them

it's a matter of months, don't know if you can understand

imagine

IT'S LIKE HAVING A CHILD

you have to look after him, you can't leave him alone for too long

I mean... exhausting

yes I understand your pain

really

I know it's very difficult

you know, my daughter after one year and a half still didn't get that she has to pee outside

I mean, she still does everything at home!

I feel for you

you Dumb bitch!

Can we talk about quotes?!?

I have to tell you something... she's getting me crazy

one week that she wakes up at 4

and doesn't wanna sleep anymore

yesterday night she even threw up the milk

I had to change and clean everything in the middle of the night

it's been also 3 times that she shits very bad

like till her back

then yes, she wants to play but it's 4am, I wanna sleep!

I can't stand it anymore

why, why I decided to be a mother

why didn't you bring me to get a IUD placed into my uterus?

this is what real friends do, you see

I'm going crazy

I hope it gets better soon cause I can't go on like that

sorry? Are you complaining about your little love?

I have to tell you something that will make you think, that will touch your heart

"They are little kids only once"

Then one day you will miss them being that small

enjoy her now

They are this age only once?

Luckily, I would say!!!

You wanna see me going to the mental hospital!

Enough, I go away

The Pathway is Under Water: It's ALL Part of the Journey - Duration: 4:30.

hi I'm your galactic host Nilaja Damali and this is VaVa life I'm hoping

you can see me on this because I have no idea but anyway if you can see the water

behind me here it's actually the tide is in so far that it is actually covered up part

of the path and if you look further down there you can see it as it begins to elevate again it comes out of

the water and as I was walking down here I'm like whoa the water is on the path and

I'm like wow a part of the path is underwater and instantly I'm thinking

sometimes on our spiritual journey when we're on our path sometimes part of that path is

underwater stressful you feel like you're drowning emotionally you're underwater maybe some

type of material manifestations you're underwater and right all those

connotations and part of the path part of the path is being underwater

sometimes I was talking to a very very good friend of mine Zen Mommy you might check her out her YouTube channel and

Zen mommy Simone and we were talking about how sometimes we try to get away from

the struggles of the journey and the thing about it is the destination is not

to get away from the struggles but it's through the struggles if somebody takes

the struggles away from you you don't get to your destination it'll be a

different destination if your destination includes the struggles that

that's part of the path and a lot of times I think we think we all think that

when things aren't going quote-unquote right or perfectly or what we thought it

was going to be that we've somehow gotten off our path or it looks dark I

heard a really great message this Sunday and the lady said that you know sometimes

the treasures are in the dark places and that's that that's just like this it's

like dark places being under water there's a lot of symbology for that but

the treasures are yeah and it's helpful to know that it's helpful to know that

and also that part the journey in other words your

destination where you're trying to go some of that path is underwater

so sometimes we might try to escape that we want to avoid the tough times you

want to avoid a hard time so we think we're doing something wrong because we're on

hard times we want somebody to take the hard times away from it we don't want to

struggle well struggling is part of the journey

it's part of the path it's it's on the way to where you're going there's

there's no way around it to get to where you're going so I thought I'd share that

with you all it's beautiful out here love being by water Zen Mommy mentioned in

one of her recent videos about how water is really close to a very high vibration and I I'm digging that

I'm digging that because when I want to get peaceful when I think about a calm

space I do think about my water so hehehe brought you guys with me hope you were enjoying the view it goes forever

until it doesn't this is the Alameda Bay city of Alameda in the bay area really

the closest closest beach to me being an Oakland yeah so sometimes I know I don't

have time here all the way to Monterey or Santa Cruz or Ft Bragg or many of the

other coastal towns that we have around here and I just have 20 minutes I can

come down here and that's a blessing and so I'm grateful for that

let's go through it together and find those people who support you through your journey and stay close to those people and appreciate

those people be grateful for those people because the principle of

gratitude is all about if you want to see more of that say thank you be

grateful for it and you let the universe know that you want more of that so be

grateful for the people that we should be grateful for the people who are

there for us in any way especially when we're underwater ow thanks for watching

guys if you haven't already go ahead and subscribe down below go ahead and get

your bell so anytime I release a video you may be interested in you're going to

get a notification on that so thanks for being with me and

see you out there in the stratosphere

FIRST Coconut Punch Seller In Mumbai Zaveri Bazar - Santosh Bhai Fruitwala - Mumbai ke Chhupe Rustam - Duration: 4:05.

One...

Two...

Three...

When we go to any big restaurant or lounge...

There you find these cocktails and mocktails.

In that, their is one name in it for sure.

Coconut Punch.

Do you know where this Coconut Punch started? Or how was it started?

Or what is actually this Punch like?

I don't know about any other cities...

But I have heard that..

..in Mumbai the first one to hit this punch, some around 60 to 70 years ago...

I have found him today.

Come today I will take you...

To the one who bought Coconut Punch in Mumbai.

So as I said, we at last...

Have found the hidden gem behind Mumbai's Coconut Punch.

Come let's ask the gem itself about his story.

So Mr. Gem, what is your name?

I am Santosh Bhai.

So Santosh Bhai tell us that what is your real story behind your Coconut Punch?

This story about Coconut Punch is very interesting one.

Once I and my father went to a Coconut stall to normally drink Coconut water.

So there he gave us Coconut water and later he gave us the coconut meat to eat.

Father was very excited that...

So he got an idea that let's make a new simple juice.

That if mixed both, what a combination will it be!

With some sugar and some ice.

So he started this combination and named it 'Coconut Punch'.

Which can be cool and refreshing in summer.

We visit big restaurants and clubs...

So there is cocktail and mocktail named Coconut Punch available there too.

So what is the difference between that and yours Coconut Punch?

That is a different drink.

Some are alcoholic drink some are carbonated drink.

There are different drinks but this one is the natural drink.

It is herbal and people get refreshing taste out from it.

It is not harmful.

So the Coconut Punch you make, what is It's speciality? What do you add in it?

Simple, we add Coconut water in it.

And the Coconut meat that is in it, we add that.

And then for taste we add little salt and ice.

There will be approximately 50 customer in last 20 minutes.

And out of that 50 around 40 ordered Coconut Punch.

Yes it has the maximum sell.

So according to it how many coconut's do you need in a day?

In one day sometimes it is 50, sometimes we need 80 and sometimes also 100.

When we started this Juice, we started with 3 to 4 coconuts.

Because no one was aware that even one can make such juice.

People use to just drink Coconut water.

But now we have started making people drink this juice.

Now it has got very famous.

Except Coconut Punch, what are other specialities in your juice centre?

We have Lychee coconut.

We have peach, pomegranate and pineapple.

In herbal we have got tulsi dhara (holy basil).

And then normal ones that are Sweet lemon, watermelon are always normally available.

And speciality, in every season we come up with some new specialities.

I am also Mumbai's Chhupe Rustam (Hidden gems).

Who Cleans the Light Bulbs? The House Cleaner or the Homeowner? - Duration: 8:29.

Who cleans the light bulb, me as a house cleaner or the homeowner?

That's a great question and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by SavvyPerks.com, which is an employee discount network for

you and your employees.

It's designed for the small business owner through Savvy Perks.

Now, Savvy Perks is partnered with a larger company, it's America's largest employee discount

network that has offered their services only as a benefits package to major corporations,

like the airlines and hospitals and banks that have seven to ten thousand employees,

and through Savvy Perks we can now offer this to mom-and-pop house cleaning companies that

have one person, or they have a staff of two or three people.

So now you can offer them a special benefits package that is better than not offering them

nothing because as small companies we don't get to offer a lot of incentives and bonuses

because it's just cost prohibitive.

This is super affordable, and it's a way for you to give back more in order to empower

your employees to give you back more.

All right, SavvyPerks.com.

All right, on to today's show, which is from a house cleaner who wrote into the show, and

she wants to know about light bulbs, which is a great question because we run into them

a lot at people's houses.

Now there are three main types of light bulbs

that we're going to deal with in a customer's house.

There are incandescent light bulbs, there are halogen light bulbs, and there are florescent

light bulbs, and you need to be able to tell the difference.

If you go into a house and you see kind of a soft yellowish bulb, and it's kind of a

cheap bulb and you can see through the bulb, it's probably an incandescent bulb.

Those are the very cheapest on the market and they last for about 700 hours, but they

are the lamps, they are used in lamps, they are used in like bedrooms for example,

maybe hallways.

If you have a vanity that has those big lights around the vanity, those will be incandescent

bulbs, and so you want to make sure that you don't touch them with your hands as you're

screwing them in.

You want to grab a paper towel or something to screw them in.

When you touch them with your hands, and this is true for a lot of light bulbs, the oils

from your hands will get on the light bulb and it creates a soft spot on that light bulb

where when it heats up, because of the oils from your fingers, it can cause that to heat

up quicker than the rest of the light bulb, and then the light bulb can explode.

So, you want to make sure that you don't touch the light bulbs with your hands.

Another secret is you do not want to touch the light bulb, any light bulb when it's hot,

and I say hot meaning when it's turned on.

So if you walk into a bathroom and they have those big incandescent bulbs, you want to

walk in and the very first thing you want to do after you turn on the light and look

and see that there's dust on the top of them,

turn the lights back off because they haven't heated up yet.

That's when you want to take your soft microfiber cloth and you want to go over the tops of

those lights.

And yes, if you can see them and you can reach them, please wipe them down, get rid of the

dust, or use your feather duster, whatever you're using to dust that area, but you do

not want to do it when it's hot.

If those lights have been on for a few minutes and you come at that with a feather duster

or even a microfiber duster, it's possibly that the heat could suck and stick your duster

on the light itself, and then it starts to sizzle, and then it pops.

And it's really awful when you're at a customer's house, this has happened to me so many times,

and finally you learn your lesson, right?

But you're at a customer's house and they have a big lights, and those lights are weird,

and they're expensive, and they're not easy to find.

You have to go like down to the hardware store, and you touched it the wrong way, or your

paper towel was wet, or something, something happened and it busts the light, and then

you're like "Oh, now I've got to replace it."

And it's annoying enough, because the customer's used to that much lighting when they put their

face on in the morning, and so now you've got to make a special trip and go get the

light after you get off work today, and bring it back so they have it for getting ready

for their face tomorrow morning.

Super annoying, but it is your job to replace it if you bust the light.

All right, on to the next part of the next light.

The next light is going to be a halogen light, and the halogen lights are like the incandescent

light, they offer kind of a yellowish soft glow, and they're more or less used for like

under the cabinet lighting, or if you have those recessed lights that go in the kitchen.

They're kind of flat on the side, they're not round like a regular bulb.

They're flat and they're bigger than regular light bulbs.

They're also way more expensive, where a regular light bulb, an incandescent bulb might cost

you a buck, this is going to cost you like 15 bucks.

They're super expensive, and so you want to make sure that again you never touch those

with your fingers.

And so when you're dusting those, especially if you're doing like over the head dusting

in the kitchens, make sure that those light bulbs are cool.

So when you go in, before you even turn the lights on, you want to grab your duster with

a pole and you want to dust all those areas, or your step ladder and your duster.

Whatever you do, you want to dust those before you turn the lights on.

And then, when you clean underneath the cabinets, also wipe those lights down when they're not

turned on.

If those are turned on and they're hot when you wipe them down, again, those risk breaking.

Now, the ones that are underneath the counter usually have a little glass, so you're not

touching the lights themselves, but you want to just be very careful with those as well.

The third light that we want to talk about are florescent bulbs, and they're very common

in newer homes because people are more ecofriendly and they're trying to conserve energy, and

these last years.

Like many of them will last 10 years, and so people are unscrewing the incandescent

bulbs, and they're getting rid of those, and they're going for the florescent bulbs.

The florescent bulbs are a little bit different as far as the lighting.

It's not really used for mood lighting because it's kind of a greenish, bluish, bright white

light, but it gives you great daylight and great visibility.

So you'll see these more in like garages for example, or you'll see them in laundry rooms,

or other rooms of the house like playrooms, where there's bright light and we're not trying

to create an environment of nice ambiance that's leisure and casual.

It's just like, "Hey, here's a bright room."

So, for studying, great for study hall.

It's great for your office, your home office.

In your living room you still may want to have one of the halogen bulbs, because you

can dim those lights, where you cannot dim a florescent light.

And so, in situations where you want the bright light and you want to be able to see, like

in my office I've got lots of florescent light, and so it allows me to see at all different

hours of the day and night, but in other parts of my house I may have a softer light that

just kind of sets a glow about the room for the ambiance.

So you will see halogen, and incandescent, and fluorescent lights all in the same house.

Keys to remember are, if you can see the light it's your job to clean it.

If dust gets on that light, it's your job to clean it.

If the light is inside a shell or a light fixture, if you can dust around the outside

of the fixture, that's your job.

If it's too far above your head and you're not able to get to it, that goes along with

deep cleaning, and you don't do that on every single clean.

And so, my suggesting is just be aware.

There will be times on a deep clean that your job is to get on a step ladder and get up

there and to clean those lights.

And then for the regular cleaning, anything that you can reach.

And now for me, I always do the lights, because my arms from wing tip to wing tip are six

foot three.

I've got like these huge long monkey arms, and so I can with my duster, it makes it that

much taller, I can reach up and just do the lights.

All right, so make sure that you just follow the rules of lights, and that you recognize

what lights you have, and that you know how expensive they are, because the fluorescent

bulbs are super expensive, the halogen lights are super expensive, the incandescent lights

are super cheap, but if you break any of them it is your job to replace them.

So that's my two cents for today on lights.

Alrighty, until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Meghan Markle 'frustrated' by strict royal rules , is 'learning the hard way' life inside the royal - Duration: 3:38.

Meghan Markle 'frustrated' by strict royal rules and is 'learning the hard way' about life inside the family

Meghan Markle is reportedly 'frustrated' by the strict royal protocols that govern her new life since marrying Prince Harry.

Members of the public watching Meghan's transformation from Hollywood actress into the Duchess of Sussex could be forgiven for thinking she'd taken to her new role with ease.

She made an effortless joint engagement with the Queen to open a new bridge, attended the RAF centenary flypast, was a guest of the Irish President alongside Harry, joined sister-in-law Kate Middleton at Wimbledon and looked stunning at Prince Louis' christening.

But she is reportedly confused about aspects of royal life and the old-fashioned ways of the Windsor household.

A source told People.

com how Meghan "has found certain rules in the royal household difficult to understand, like the fact that the Queen prefers women in dresses or skirts rather than trouser suits, and is often asking Harry why things have to be done in a certain way".

The source added: "I think she finds it a little frustrating at times, but this is her new life, and she has to deal with it.

The monarchy website includes a reference to Meghan as a "feminist".

She had never previously shied away from voicing her opinions on issues that were close to her heart.

But protocol prohibits royal family members from expressing political opinions.

There was no greater example of this than an Irish politician's recent blunder which revealed Meghan's opinions on the country's recent referendum on legalising abortion.

Senator Catherine Noone posted on Facebook : "A pleasure to meet Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex at the British Ambassador's Residence this evening.

"The Duchess and I had a chat about the recent referendum result - she watched with interest and was pleased to see the result.

The comments suggest that Meghan may have broken royal protocol by expressing political opinon.

Since the 17th century, members of the British monarchy have been banned from doing just that, which includes voting.

But from an early age, former Suits star Meghan was politically active.

Aged just 11 she successfully campaigned to have a washing detergent advert's sexist language changed.

She also said in 2016 she would move to Canada if "misogynistic" Donald Trump was elected US president.
