when I was about 22 years old ...
I had a cardiac arrest.

My daughter was completing ... in that day... three years old ...
and when the first guests were arriving ...
I felt a very strong pain in my chest.
This pain ... right after ...

I went towards the house gate without anyone noticing ...
and at that moment my husband was arriving, driving his car.
I came close to him and said my last words:
"Please, take me immediately to the hospital ... I'm not feeling well."
He wanted to ask some things and I said:
"Now."
"I'm not feeling well."
I opened the car door [and entered] ... he quickly got into the car again ...
and ... without saying a word he started heading towards the hospital.
Right after ... very few minutes after...
this pain went up to a huge peak ...
and I lost consciousness.
Right after I lost my senses ...
immediately I began to see my spirit dislocated from my body.
And I started to perceive myself out of that car.
I was out ... staring at me ... in the car.
I wasn't understanding what was happening ...
All this while you were on the way to the hospital?
While I was going to the hospital.
So... I followed the car during that path ...
from outside the car ...
I could see all his attitude ... looking at me unconscious ... in the car seat ...
and ... when he stopped ... at the entrance of the emergency department of the hospital...
[we need to know here that] Guarulhos that day had had a very big accident on the Dutra highway ...
It was a collision of a bus with a truck ...
then there were many wounded.
It was a very big thing as I was told later.
But when my husband stooped the car and got out screaming ... "help, help, help ..."
a team came in our direction ...
They were two men and one woman.
I think they were a nurse and two medical doctors.
You could see all this from outside ...

I was at a distance ...

Then they quickly came ...
they opened the door on my side ...
when the door was opened my body ... kind of fell ...
because I was leaning on the door ...

"Stop at the first hospital."

I realized ... by the physiognomy ... of his face ...
that there was nothing else to do.

People who would go to the operating room and who would really need first aid.
I did not need that anymore.
My case was already over.

Then my husband, without understanding anything,
got in the car ... started the engine quickly and left...
and we went down through a big avenue that exists here in Guarulhos ... Tiradentes Avenue.

he would drive with one hand and shake me with the other.

in space...

always following the car ... my body ... my husband's movements ...
I started to see the car smaller... and smaller ...
and I started to see the streets ... around the car ...
and as I was getting higher and higher ...
I started to see the lights ... from the places around ...
the area ... the whole neighborhood ...
and always distancing myself ... distancing myself ...
to the point of really starting to see ... rivers ...
a completely unusual situation ...
but suddenly I started liking that feeling ...
until...
I left...
and I began to see the Earth globe.
And I was in a vacuum ...
it was a...

and as if it was the only way I could be sucked.
I felt like I was inside a vacuum cleaner ...
very powerful ... very strong ... that sucked me ...

And when I was out and saw the Earth globe ...

that's when I felt the best of sensations:
How wonderful it is...
not to have the body.
How nice it is, what a situation of freedom.
How this body weighs us down.
How this body ...
how this body, that makes us stand here on Earth ...
This body is painfull.
When you no longer have this body ... you feel ... and much ... this difference.
And that feeling began to dazzle me.

Did you see the sun?
Did you see the moon?
I've seen stars for some time ...
I think my distance was getting so big ...
I do not ... I do not know if I've gone beyond the stars ...
or if from some moment I was no longer allowed to see the stars.
How much did you distance yourself from Earth?
Very much ... because I saw it very small.

And it disappeared.
There came a time when it disappeared.
And more and more I had this feeling ...
this wonderful feeling ... that I did not know where I was going to ...
but it was such a good feeling ...
My heart was happy.

and made me question what was happening ...
these feeling were exchanged now by a feeling of freedom ...

And where did this feeling come from ...?

The closer I knew I was from this place.
And that made me feel more and more pleasure ...
and more and more I was anxious to get there ...
because this place ... made me feel ... that it was good.
So I wanted to get there soon.
But ... at one point ...
it began to open ... a big screen ... in front of me.
And as if I were really facing a huge screen ... huge ... in space ...
I started to see ... moments of my life.
When I was a child ...
I saw myself playing with other children ...
I saw myself very young...
my first boyfriend
my father ... my mother ...
it was like I was watching a great retrospective of my life.
I was not understanding why these flashes were appearing ...
why those scenes were being shown ...
but...
I started to think it was normal.
Since I was leaving ... life ... I...
At that moment were you fully aware that you had died?
Yes. [I was aware] That my body had ended there.
But...
this thing of realizing that I was still alive ...
that it was just the body that had finished...
This was a very good sensation.
This certainty was wonderful.
And surprising? Or not?
Yes ... because until then I did not know anything about spiritual life.
Until that moment...
this was not a subject that we would talk about in my house.
In fact, we could not talk about it at my house.
My mother was a very Catholic woman ... so what is written there is what it is to be followed ...
and this thing of life and death is not something to be discussed at home.
In fact, she was extremely fearful of death.
So it was something she did not think about ...
and she would not allow this subject to be talked about in the house.
So I was not used to thinking about it.

I was very anxious.
I was so homesick from that place... that I was going to see again.

In that instant.

I started ... to feel ... that someone was waiting for me ... on the other side.
And more and more ... this person who was waiting for me ...
I started to perceive her ... before I saw her.
I did not see her.
And it got stronger and stronger and stronger ... and ...
I wish I could draw ... to be able to portray that person's face.
It was a woman ...
she had black hair
very pretty...
long ...
she was thin
she was of medium height
she wore ... a kind of tunica fulfilled ...
long-sleeved ...
with something tied ... I believe a rope ...
around the waist.
It had a different blue color ... which I do not know ...

Where was this blue?
In her clothes.

and the feeling of love for that person...
she was someone I was going to meet again ...
after a long time.
I can not tell you whether she was an ancestor ...
I do not know who that person was ...
but that person flooded me with love.
I knew it was going to be wonderful to meet her again, to embrace her and to be in that place.

on the big screen
I saw the image of my daughter ...
who on that day was completing three years of life ...
and ...

I began to receive a communication through my mind.
Someone ... possibly that person who was waiting for me ... that woman ...
said to me ... "it's not your time ... you can not ... finish arriving ..."
"you have to return."
And I ... "how to return?" ... "return to where?" ...
"I do not want to go back to any place ... I want to continue ..."
Then she started to give me guidance ...
but when I saw on screen ... the image of my daughter ... so fragile ...

the husband I was leaving ...
the mother I was leaving ...
the life I had ...
my professional life starting ...
and a daughter ... so loved.
But even so...
despite all these feelings ...
I wanted to continue ... I did not want to return.
But this person was trying to make me understand ... that ... no...
that one day [that would happen] ... but not at that moment ...
that I needed to go back ...
that I had things to do ...
that I had things to accomplish ...

because I'm good at persuading others ...
I had many arguments ...
such as ... "I do not want to go back" ...
"here is good"...
I mean ... where I was it was not good but I knew I was going to a good place.
I wanted to live again ...

after thinking ... I think that woman helped me to think that way.
that she [my daughter] was a child who needed to have the guidance of a mother ...
the love, the affection of a mother.
And that I needed to go back to prepare her for life.
But I used arguments like ... "she has a father" ... "my mother" ...
"my brother really likes my daughter" ...
"they will take good care of her" ...
But she did not let me ... no.
She refuted my arguments.
But she only convinced me when she said the following:
"one day..."
"it won't take so long..."
"get back to your life ..."
"do ... what needs to be done ..."
"don't leave anything unfinished ..."
"later it would be worse."

In recent weeks Barcelona have joined the race for Pepe, but Mundo Deportivo (via SportWitness) write that Arsenal and Bayern Munich have only intensified their own interest as a result
The Spanish outlet describes the two clubs as 'luxury competition' for Barcelona. Clearly, they don't expect the transfer to be completely straightforward
Part of the issue might be that Barcelona only recently signed a winger, Malcom, and can't even give him game time
The Brazilian has only played 25 minutes of football in the first few months of the season, so signing yet another wide player would just compound the problem
Last week reports from French outlet Le10Sport, claim Arsenal told Lille in August that they were planning to come back with an official bid in the January window
There were various barriers to a move back then, including the Gunners restricted summer budget and, more importantly, the early Premier League deadline
Since telling Lille of their interest though, Pepe has been on fire for his current side
He has six goals and five assists in nine matches this season, as well as winning a penalty against Marseille
As a result of his good form, the French media now expect Lille to ask for closer to €50m (£44m) than the £30m reported over the summer
We'll have to wait and see if Arsenal can fight off the competition and secure the signing in the upcoming windows

Former Arsenal midfielder Adrian Clarke suggests that summer signing Lucas Torreira has transformed the Gunners since he arrived, according to the Daily Express
Torreira joined Arsenal during the summer in a £26 million deal following an impressive World Cup showing with the Uruguayan national team in July
He didn't make the starting lineup for the first five games of the season, but made very good impression off the bench in those games
He has started the subsequent three games after accommodating himself to English football
The defensive midfield position has been a problematic position for the Gunners in recent years, with both fans and pundits demanding a solution
Clarke now believes Torreira is that man."Arsenal have been crying out for a top-class specialist defensive midfielder for many seasons," he wrote on the official Premier League website
"They have found one in the shape of Lucas Torreira. "Unai Emery gently integrated the summer signing from Sampdoria, using him as a substitute in the first five matches of 2018/19
"After a positive impact in each of those second-half appearances, Torreira has become a fixture in the first team and already one of their most influential players
"Adding defensive focus, steadfast aggression, positional discipline and ball-winning qualities to the Arsenal midfield, Torreira provides excellent protection to the back four
"He has transformed the team's tactical approach, making Arsenal harder to break down and giving them a more solid central platform that allows Granit Xhaka and others to focus on creativity
