Además, el corredor del Sky se mantuvo tercero en la clasificación de los jóvenes a 6 minutos y 16 segundos del francés Pierre Roger Latour, quien registra un tiempo de 63 horas, 7 minutos y 15 segundos.

Otro colombiano que se metió en la pelea por el maillot blanco fue Daniel Felipe Martínez, del EF Education First Drapac.

El bogotano de 22 años de edad es cuarto aunque todavía está muy lejos de Latour a más de 26 minutos, pero las dos últimas actuaciones le permitieron descontar tiempo.

Martínez es 32 en la general a 44 minutos y 13 segundos de Geraint Thomas. Atapuma es quien cierra la lista de colombianos en el Tour 2018.

El corredor del UAE Team Emirates está en la casilla 70 a una hora, 36 minutos y 23 segundos del maillot amarillo.

Entre tanto, Chris Foome sigue en el segundo lugar de la general a un minuto 39 segundos de su compañero de equipo, mientras que el holandés Tom Dumoulin sigue a un minuto y 50 segundos de Geraint Thomas.

Complete Guide Connect Google Home (Ok Google) To OpenHAB 2: Official OpenHAB Action - Duration: 7:16.

Hey guys Matt here from MKSmartHouse.com and in this video I am going to show you how to

connect the Google Home to your OpenHAB 2 System.

[Intro]

I love the Google Home and think it is an awesome device that makes controlling smart

devices really easy with voice control.

You can be in another room and yell to google and tell it to turn on a device for you.

In this video we will be connecting google home to our openhab 2 system so it can control

our openhab items.

For this video we are going to need a device running IOS or android, a computer running

Windows or MacOS, an openHAB server and the star of the show a google home device.

The links to all the devices, parts and guides mentioned are in the video description.

Speaking of links in the description, follow @mksmarthouse on twitter, instagram and snapchat

because those are the place where I give sneak peaks on when videos are releasing and also

where I ask for your input on topics and future videos.

Lately I have also been posting things that only a true smart home enthusiast would appreciate.

For this guide I am going to assume you already have the google home installed and it is running

perfectly using the setup instructions google provides and you can control it and can access

it from the Google Home app.

I am also going to assume that you have a items file and a rules file.

If you do not then go take a look at my video where I explain how to setup the configuration

files in openHAB.

I will not be making two separate videos using Mac and PC because the process is really similar

the only difference is that on mac you use Terminal to ssh and on PC you use putty.

The first thing we have to do is ssh into the OpenHAB Server.

I recommend having my website guide open when you do this so that way you can just copy

and paste commands.

Now type in sudo nano /etc/openhab2/items/home.items and press enter.

Now we are going to add the tags that the Google Home supports to the items.

The tags go right before the bindingconfig.

The Google Home supports the following tags.

[ "Switchable" ] This tag is used with the Switch item type, Dimmer item type, Color

item type, as well as the Rollershutter item type, but you would not use this for a light

that is what the next one is for.

[ "Lighting" ] This tag is used for lights with the Switch item type, Dimmer item type,

and the Color item type.

[ "CurrentTemperature" ] This tag would be used with a device that reports temperature

and has the Number item type.

[ "Thermostat" ] This tag is used with an item that has a Group item type and has

the following devices in the Group [ "CurrentTemperature" ] [ "TargetTemperature" ] [ "homekit:HeatingCooling"

] I personally do not use the tags associated with the Thermostat and have never used them

but if you want more information on them then check it out the github, link is on my website,

which is in the description.

I just use the Lighting and the Switchable one, in the future we may be using the Current

Temperature one.

Alright let's take a look at my items file because I have already put in the tags.

As you can see I put the Switchable tag next to the items that are the Switch item type

but are not lights.

I also put the switchable tag into the GarageDoorShutterDummy items because they are of the Rollershutter

item type.

Here is the complete item:

I created a dummy switch for the garage doors because chamberlain myq does not like the

command it receives when the google home talks to it so I created the dummy Rollershutters

as a sort of Middleman to handle the requests.

I will talk more about this later.

You can also see I used the Lighting tag for the two light switches.

I also used the lighting tag for my color led strips.

If you guys have any questions on these tags leave them in the comments because chances

are someone else probably has it too.

Anyway once all your tags are in place, press control x then y and enter to save.

Now we have to address the Rollershutter items because when the google home sends a command

it uses percents so let's fix it.

This step is optional and only if you have a Rollershutter item that needs on and off

or up and down instead of percents.

Type in sudo nano /etc/openhab2/rules/home.rules and press enter.

Then type in the following:

rule "Garage Door 1 Voice Control" when

Item GarageDoorShutter1Dummy received command then

if (receivedCommand < 50) {

sendCommand(GarageDoorSwitch1, ON) }

else {

sendCommand(GarageDoorSwitch1, OFF) }

end

I pasted it in twice and modified it because I have two garage doors.

All this rule is doing is taking the percent from the dummy items and then either sending

the on or off command to the device.

If your device requires up or down then change the ON to UP and OFF to DOWN.

Now press control x then y and enter to save.

Great!

The items are now ready, so the next thing we are going to do is connect the Google Home.

So grab your mobile device that already has the Home app installed and open the app.

First press the three lines at the top left to bring up the menu.

Then press on home control.

In the bottom right click on the plus sign.

It will bring up a list smart devices you can add to the google home, scroll down and

press on openhab.

It will open up a web browser page, so type in your myopenhab.org username and password

and press sign in.

It will load a new page, press allow.

Once that is finished it will say something like authorized or connected.

After it will show you all of the items it found, if you want you can go through and

organize the devices by room.

Then hit done.

That is it!

The google home now has access to all your devices and you can control them with voice

commands!

Let's test it.

"Ok google, turn on MK Light" "Ok Google, set Garage Door 1 to 0%" "Ok Google, turn

on Sprinklers Zone 1" "Ok google set Desk LED Strip to Blue" "Ok google set MK Blinds

to 100" Great!

The device is connected and working!

Now we can control our openHAB items with voice commands!

want more content on how do you motivate yourself as an ENFP and I'm here to do

applies to everyone and not just enfps I really convinced that there is a strong

relationship between diet exercise and environment and motivation levels and

that's one of those things that on one hand is yeah of course like super

obvious and on the other hand sometimes we really underestimate it I don't know

about you but I've definitely been through times where I'm second-guessing

you know my life purpose or what I'm doing or you know really going into the

psychological and life side of things and ultimately all I needed to do was

like go for a run or eat something healthy or that sort of thing

so do not underestimate the relationship between your brain chemistry which in

many cases comes down to diet exercise environment including the people we

spend time with don't underestimate that impact on your motivation levels now

assuming you're taking care of that and you're struggling with motivation what

could it be or better yet maybe is how could you

just motivate yourself let's not look at what might be holding you back but how

you can actually motivate yourself for me I always find that having a really

exciting vision a goal something like that is what will get me out of bed it's

easier for me to pull off something really big and difficult then like do my

accounting or do some day-to-day stuff that I really don't enjoy because if

there's a big goal that's going to excite me it's going to get me out of

bed I'm gonna be willing to put in more hours it will be the self-perpetuating

thing where cuz it's really exciting I'll have more energy I'll be more

excited about it I mean I've had experiences with myself where just

shifting like my goal or what I wanted or thinking of something new I wanted to

do in my business that got me just really fired up that took over

everything like even if I wasn't necessarily exercising or eating the

best at the time having that really strong goal motivated me more than just

about anything so that's the first thing is if you're trying to motivate yourself

and your general goals like what you're doing with your life isn't exciting to

you maybe you have a job you don't like or you're setting really lackluster

goals it's gonna be tough to motivate yourself like I'm gonna go through a few

more strategies you can use and some tricks if you will for motivating

yourself but ultimately if your vision isn't compelling if you're not actually

excited about what you're doing in life especially as an ENFP it's gonna be

really really hard to just get anything significant done there are some people

who can just get their work done because they have family obligations or that's

what people expect of them or you know that's just what they do they sort of

make a list and then tick it off that's naughty enough P's I think you already

know that right so if you want to get things done set some kind of an exciting

goal now tied in with having an exciting goal is making a big commitment don't

try to figure out every little detail of something before you jump into it I've

had a ton of success in my own life making a big commitment whether it's

speaking at an event traveling across the world or starting a business I make

that big commitment first and then things tend to fall into place they fall

into place because social pressure pressure have people very close to you

or maybe clients you've already committed to or plane tickets you've

already bought as well as my theory is that when you commit to something

whether it's a relationship a trip or a business you switch what your brain

looks for before you commit your brain is evaluating is this a good decision

should I move to Costa Rica should I start a business should I marry this

person or even date this person and that's what you're basically directing

your brain to do right to evaluate what your next step should be once you make

that commitment everything changes once you're committed

to save movie Sarika when I committed to it not only

did my brain shift and not criticize the decision but just think of like how can

I do it how can I get the apartment you know blah blah blah everyone around me

as well like even people that I assumed would be really critical or be like oh

you shouldn't do that for XYZ reason they were all supportive or at least

shut up because the decision was already made

so make a big commitment and trust me that you'll follow through with it

you'll get pulled forward by that big commitment especially if it's tied to

something that really excites you because that's gonna be like your

one-two combo punch of motivation now once you get started with this be

careful what you compare yourself to if you're starting out as an entrepreneur

don't compare yourself to Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg don't compare yourself

to someone you know who's been doing it for five years

compare yourself to your past self that can be a really good source of

motivation look at where you were and where you're moving to and where you are

actually so I said that a little wrong it actually it brings up another point

don't spend too too much time looking at where you want to be as a comparison

point because that gap between where you are now and where you want to be some of

them just enfps can be a little too hard on ourselves and look at that gap and

judge ourselves like I'm not nearly where I should be I'm not at my goal I'm

so behind similarly we do the same thing looking at other people right so don't

look at other people don't look at where you want to be look at where you were

and use that as your comparison point you can look at other people for

inspiration you can look at what you want what you want your future to be for

inspiration that's awesome but when you're comparing and basically deciding

like how you want to feel about your results look at where you've come from

and that enough in and of itself will be a big source of motivation because

you'll feel really good about the progress you've made and you'll want to

keep making more progress the last thing is don't underestimate simple motivators

I know as enfps we often get up in heads in terms of thinking about big

picture and psychology and philosophy and our life's purpose and all this

stuff but sometimes it feels pretty cool to drive a nice car or take a trip or be

looked up to by people and these should not be your primary motivators in life

if you're driven by vanity and status hate to break it to you but you're gonna

have some serious life regrets but that doesn't mean you can't use these as

somewhat motivators right if you're doing work that makes a difference in

the world if you enjoy what you do you're aligned and actually contributing

all right get excited by like a nice bottle of wine or a trip you'll take or

a car you want to buy or whatever that is there's no harm in that as well

ultimately we all have some need to be looked at and feel significant and nice

things are generally nice so that's the last little trick it's not gonna pull

you through if that's your only motivator but if you combine that with

all these other things you might get an extra little burst of motivation that's

Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky are one of the couples on the show 90 Day Fiance and they have had their fair share of issues.

Toborowsky has not had a job yet during the course of their relationship and marriage.

He also struggles to keep a roof over their head, without assistance from a friend of his.

Suwan married Toborowsky and moved to the United States for a better life with Toborowsky, but the two are broke and Toborowsky's family is not supportive of the relationship.

All of the moving around, the lack of support, and Toborowsky's financial problems definitely have taken their toll on the couple's relationship.

On an episode of the show, Suwan confessed to the cameras that, "Sometimes, I just think in my mind, Why am I still with this guy? I do love David a lot, but I'm still [not] sure if love is enough.

Right now, I think he's trying very hard.

It's not easy for him, and I understand that.".

During the tell-all episodes of this season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, it seems that Suwan may intend to move back to Thailand.

She had previously voiced that she missed home and wanted to go back.

But, what would this mean for her marriage to Toborowsky? Whether Suwan is leaving Toborowsky or just quitting the show, it is currently unknown, but she did post this message on Instagram, just before the tell-all episode aired:.

The most recent photo that Suwan has posted of herself with Toborowsky on Instagram, was on July 9, 2018, so she and Toborowsky do appear to still be together.

Anfisa Nava's Husband Jorge Pleads Guilty to Marijuana Charges | Heavy.com

According to Starcasm, in February 2018, Jorge Nava, from 90 Day Fiance, was arrested for trying to sell approximately 300 pounds of marijuana in Arizona.

Jorge, who is married to Anfisa Arkhipchenko, was charged with a Class 4 felony of Attempted Transportation of Marijuana for Sale.

The weight of this was up to 12 years in jail, but it appears that Jorge has struck up a plea deal since he pled guilty on July 17, 2018.

TMZ first reported that on February 7, 2018, Jorge was pulled over by police in Mojave County for a traffic violation.

During the traffic stop, the cops discovered the marijuana.

Jorge reportedly spent two days in jail before posting $25,000 for bail.

As Anfisa and Jorge deal with their relationship ups and downs, as well as legal issues, Anfisa has been giving advice on her Instagram to followers.

On June 4, 2018, Anfisa wrote, "Through thick and thin, 'if you love, forgive everything' … I hear these words SO often and while in some cases they apply, in others they absolutely don't and shouldn't.

I often get messages from girls and women saying that my strong personality inspires them and seeing the way I overcome difficulties helps them to do the same in their lives.

I just want to give a few words of encouragement for girls and women who are having troubles in their relationship and think they are not being treated right." She continued, writing, "You need to love yourself.

Always put yourself first.

Don't settle for less than you think you deserve.

It's better to be alone than with just anyone.

And finally, no man deserves your pain and tears.

You only have one "you" so live your life to the fullest and enjoy it.".

Jorge's February arrest isn't the first time he's had legal issues, according to People.

Previously, Jorge had pled guilty to drug trafficking, which resulted in he and his wife, Anfisa, having a difficult time being able to rent a house or apartment.

Though the tell-all episodes of 90 Day Fiance are airing with Jorge and Anfisa together, when it comes to the status of their relationship, Anfisa has said, "Right now I prefer to keep my personal life private.

You might say 'but you were on a reality show!' Yes, and you should understand that even on the show you don't see my whole life 24/7, you only see parts of it that were chosen by producers.

Same with my Instagram, only now the 'producer' is me." The tell-all episodes filmed in New York City, after the arrest, and some of the cast members wondered if Jorge would be able to attend, because of his arrest.

Some fans of the show were wondering if Anfisa's green card status would be affected by Jorge's charges.

In response to questions from viewers, according to Starcasm, Jorge said, "Anfisa's green card would not be affected by what happened, so she ain't going anywhere as long as she's on my watch.".

The tell-all episodes for 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? air on the TLC network, on Sunday nights, at 8 p.m.

Prince Charles was 'deceived' by paedophile bishop friend, child abuse inquiry to hear - Duration: 5:09.

The Prince of Wales will tell a child sexual abuse inquiry he was "deceived" by disgraced bishop Peter Ball - and that he was unaware of the true nature of the paedophile clergyman's behaviour until more than 20 years after allegations first surfaced

A written statement from Charles will be read on July 27 during the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) investigation, as it examines how allegations against the former Church of England bishop - a friend of the prince - were handled

Now 86, the former bishop of Lewes and then Gloucester was jailed for 32 months in October 2015 for sexually abusing 18 young men over 30 years

He was released in February last year after serving half his sentence in prison. Ball, who boasted of his links to royalty and was said to be a confidant of the Prince of Wales, had accepted a caution for one count of gross indecency in 1993 and resigned due to ill health

He has in the past described Prince Charles as "a loyal friend", According to The Times, Charles' statement to IICSA will say he was not aware of the "significance" of the caution when Ball mentioned it in a letter in 2009, and that he did not know until recently that a caution carries an acceptance of guilt

He was deceived by Peter Ball over a very long period of time, which is something he deeply regretsClarence House A Clarence House spokesman said: "In his statement The Prince makes it clear that he was unaware of the true nature of Mr Ball's behaviour until the latter's trial and conviction in 2015, at which point he severed all contact

"Along with many others, he was deceived by Peter Ball over a very long period of time, which is something he deeply regrets

" The inquiry is examining how the Church of England handled allegations of sexual abuse and has previously focused on the Diocese of Chichester, where Ball and several other convicted paedophile priests once officiated

In the week-long case study beginning on Monday, the inquiry said it would investigate "whether there were inappropriate attempts by people of prominence to interfere in the criminal justice process after he was first accused of child sexual offences"

Previously, Clarence House reportedly said it did not believe the correspondence between Ball and the future king - whose Highbury country residence sits in the Diocese of Gloucester over which the bishop once presided - had any bearing on the issues before the inquiry, but did not object to them being shared for consideration

Clarence House referred to other findings in the report, which said: "We have reviewed all the relevant material including the correspondence passing between the Prince of Wales and Ball held by the Church and found no evidence that the Prince of Wales or any other member of the Royal Family sought to intervene at any point in order to protect or promote Ball

"The Crown Prosecution Service has publicly stated that it had neither received nor seen any correspondence from a member of the Royal Family when Ball was under investigation in 1992/93

" Ball's sentence came 22 years after the abuse allegation first surfaced. He eventually admitted misconduct in a public office and two counts of indecent assault

The court heard that Ball convinced some of his victims to strip naked to pray and even suggested they submit to beatings between 1977 and 1992

The first of his victims to come forward took his own life in 2012 after hearing that Sussex Police had reopened the case

Former Archbishop of Canterbury George Carey, who will also give evidence next week, resigned as honorary assistant bishop in the Diocese of Oxford after an inquiry found he delayed a "proper investigation" into Ball's crimes for two decades by failing to pass information to police

Reverend Graham Sawyer, who was abused by Ball as a teenager and waived his right to anonymity, is also among those due to give evidence next week, as well as retired judge Lord Anthony Lloyd of Berwick, a former member of the House of Lords
