I Believed In You: A Destiny 2 Discussion - Duration: 3:30.

Okay, so you remember when destiny 1 was supposed to come out and was supposed to be groundbreaking like they used to say? Yeah.

I don't really remember that either, but I don't think taking a half finished game and sending it out with the DLC later is called

groundbreaking, you know, but that's my opinion. You can call it whatever you want, but that's my opinion.

You know

I'm gonna admit

I love destiny when it first came out and I got addicted to it a while back because I played a lot of that

game back in the day when I was in high school

I couldn't get enough of it, but I'll be the first to say that it isn't without its problems

I hated the way that they handled the DLC because they locked content out of the base game,

leaving people who didn't have it with next to nothing to do after all they finished

you know, the base game because the base game wasn't even that great to begin with because the story was

basically non-existent, you know?

There was basically no end game to the story either because once you completed it, that was pretty much it

I didn't really have a reason to go back to it before The Taken King was released because after it was released I

started liking it again to be honest, because the content that they had and

Multiplayer stuff coming really back into it and I kind of liked that overall.

It was pretty much the only reason that I came back to destiny in the first place.

It actually felt completed for a change.

But with Destiny 2, I feel like not many things are changing with the way that they are handling it, you know? I'm not gonna lie

I was extremely excited when Destiny 2 was announced and was coming out in like September or something like that.

I pretty much forgave Bungie after I played The Taken King. You could say i'm a sucker for that kind of stuff, but to

each his own. But, when I thoroughly played that game

I had my fair share of fun, but I came up with the same problem that I had with Destiny 1.

It just got bored of it all the same, you know?

It had some other problems too - like not being able to use and keep cosmetics that you find, the micro transaction system

Which I'm not really surprised about because of the last video I made. You can watch that you want to, but and also the fact

you still had to buy the season pass in order to keep playing content with your friends or by yourself.

I really hated that by the way, cuz that's really anti-consumer in my opinion,

but you may have other opinions about that. You can say it in the comments or whatever, but that's just my opinion.

I'm hoping that the Forsaken DLC would be good

Even though it's taking out one of the most chill characters in the game Clyde-6, cuz even though the game was a little bare

in content and story, he was kind of funny to me, you know because he was always snark and stuff like that

I really want it to be good because even though I hate this game for what it did, it still gave me a good time for

the hours that I played it.

I just wish that Actvision wasn't such a sneak, because if it hadn't been

for them rushing the game out and having them use an engine that can't get a little hot fix out in a couple of months

Because that was a really hot topic back in a couple of months ago. I bet this game would have been spectacular.

I'm not really trying to hate on the game because of how much fun it gave me.

I just want the developers and producers to stop going for microtransactions action and trends

And made something they really want to make instead of trying to make everyone happy

While putting money grabbing stuff in you know, in case everything goes wrong and you know

they have to do this and do that and go microtransaction this and loot boxes that you know, stuff like that.

You know, it's really basic stuff like at this point, you know Fortnite in Overwatch and stuff like that.

It may be that or the developers are unimaginative and they just put microtransactions

in to get an easy cash grab. That would explain why some of the developers to help make halo

Left after couple months after Destiny 1 either way,

I just hope that Forsaken is something that's going to give me back into the game like Destiny 1's The Taken King did.

Even though I hate that you have to buy a season pass again to even play it, if it is as good

or better than The Taken King, I'll be happy with it, and i'll happily enjoy it again. Also, Gambit looks really fun

and I may look into that if it's good enough.

Alright guys, thanks for listening.

Alberto Manguel - O inescapável fracasso de todo escritor - Duration: 2:25.

Mallarmé used to say all writers

work under the inspiration of the muse of impossibility.

Anyone who tries to write,

except Dante, perhaps,

knows their destined for failure.

That the conception of a work will never be

the final written result.

The human language

can't narrate the deeper experiences,

It's a weak tool.

The fact of using metaphors is a prove

of this weakness.

We must resort to comparisons

to avoid having to find the right word.

But the fact that this is something impossible

doesn't mean we shouldn't attempt it.

To go to the unicorn's house, even if it doesn't exist,

or to create angels,

although we know they don't exist,

are honorable human attempts.

And writing a book, even knowing this

will not be the book we imagined,

is also an attempt, sometimes honorable.

Robert Louis Stevenson used to say

that the life's mission

is not to triumph,

but to fail,

but in the best of spirits.

What is the Difference Between Copyrights, Trademarks, and Patents? | Part 1/8 | Berklee Online - Duration: 5:12.

In this video, we will discuss copyrights, patents, and trademarks--

the differences between them, the advantages they have,

reasons why you need to know about them, some of the things

that can go right and wrong with them.

Copyright is easy.

You can create a copyright at work instantly.

You don't need a lawyer, you don't need a filing fee.

It's a simple matter.

When you take a photograph with your phone, record something

with your phone, film or audio, it's copyrighted

from the moment of creation.

For copyright, all you need is it has to be original,

and it has to be fixed in a tangible medium of expression.

It's very simple.

We create copyrighted works all day.

For a copyright, you don't have to send it to Washington,

you don't have to pay anything.

There are advantages to registering your copyright in Washington

with the Library of Congress-- is where the United States Copyright

Office is located.

There are reasons you should register your work,

but it's protected from the moment of creation.

If you wrote a song and you wanted to put it on YouTube,

I think you should do it immediately, as soon as you want anyone to hear it.

It is protected.

If you register it with the Copyright Office, it'll take months,

but you're protected before it even becomes officially registered.

Trademarks are important, because they distinguish goods

from each other and services from each other.

Some of the issues with that-- again, you have to think,

you don't want to confuse the consumer.

Of course, everyone knows Apple.

They started in the mid-1970s, and they wanted to trademark that name.

There was a problem right away with them getting a trademark,

because the Beatles, who were more famous, in the late '60s created Apple.

And they meant Apple Music, and Apple Records, Apple Publishing.

Their company was Apple.

So when these guys in California, Steve Jobs, wanted a trademark on Apple,

the Beatles were concerned.

But everyone talked about this and said, well, this won't cause confusion,

because Apple Computer said, well, we do computers, we don't do music.

So there's no issue.

How could you-- there'll be no confusion.

And the Beatles saw that and--

fine, and went on until Apple computers get into music.

And then there was, OK, now there's a problem.

Because when Apple computers were created, of course,

computers originally weren't considered to be fun.

They were things for work and computations.

So that had to be worked out, so that both companies could stay as Apple.

To get a trademark, you'll have to have a fee of about $290 you'll have to pay.

It's an extensive application process.

You definitely need a lawyer.

You have to do a search of trademarks to make

sure yours isn't too close to something, or the color, or your logo,

and so forth.

That's pretty complicated.

You have to have a lawyer, a trademark lawyer.

Patents are inventions.

There are three kinds of patents.

There is a patent called a utility patent.

That's what you normally think of-- something that's useful.

If you go to Starbucks, the insulating sleeve that's on the cup

so you won't burn your hand, that's a patent.

The lid on the cup is a patent because of how it's designed.

The type of hole in it, the reservoir where

the other coffee goes and so forth.

Those are utility patents.

A design patent is some design that you want to protect.

A patent lasts for 20 years.

So there's a utility patent, a design patent.

And the third patent is a plant patent, meaning

you're crossing one type of plant with another for some scientific reasons.

And a lot of medicines come from plants.

So plant patents have been around since 1930.

They're extremely important.

And like the other two, they last for 20 years.

To get a patent, it's insanely complicated.

You need probably $20,000 at the minimum.

You have to do extensive searches.

You need a patent attorney, who's much different than any other kind

of attorney.

It's a higher level of expertise.

But you have some good advantages by knowing what they are

and knowing the difference.

With copyrights, patents, and trademarks, as I mentioned,

copyrights are very important.

They're the government backing your work.

Your work is copyrighted from the moment of creation.

It's very important.

You have the right to exclude others from using your music.

Trademark is something that will identify

the origin of goods, the recording artist of the band, the record label.

Patents can be a process.

It's very important to know about them, know the differences,

and to be able to use them to your advantage.

#EwangeliarzOP | 13 July 2018 | (Mt 10: 16-23) - Duration: 2:06.

[music]

When I am attacked by someone that I know they do not know me, that they are bias-driven,

that they do not like Christianity, priests, Dominicans - it is OK, it is not a big problem for me.

But if I feel the attack and incomprehension on the part of someone who is close to me - it is the moment that may clip my wings.

Today Jesus talks about it, that you will be handed over to courts, attacked, sometimes brutally - even by your closest ones.

It may go as far as feeling so strange, moving so far away from each other,

somebody may get so lost in their thoughts that they will be passing judgments on our honour and faith

simply out of pure dislike to Christianity, to the Church, to Jesus.

And this is the moment when we may be tempted to break down within.

And Jesus says - endure just then, just in the face of incomprehension, even the malice of people

that you would most expect comprehension and cooperation of on this way

- just then do not break down, endure to the end, endure for your own good,

but endure also for them to save them in this darkness of the mind and heart that happened to them.

Fox News Viewers Freak Out When Tomi Lahren Says Something That's Not Stupid - Duration: 3:13.

On Wednesday, Fox News commentator, Tomi Lahren went on the network and actually said something

that wasn't completely stupid, and because Tomi said something that wasn't completely

stupid, Fox News viewers absolutely lost their minds.

Here is what Tomi Lahren said, and this is her talking about Brett Kavanaugh being nominated

to the Supreme Court.

She says this, "Implying that we're sending a Supreme Court Justice to the bench to carry

out religious, judicial activism is a mistake and unconstitutional.

It's not what conservatives stand for."

Now half of the statement is true, like you don't send somebody to the Supreme Court to

carry out religious, judicial activism.

That is correct Tomi.

"It's not what Conservatives stand for", is where you're wrong on that, because yeah it

is.

It is what Conservatives have always stood for with every single court appointment they've

ever made from federal to SCOTUS, okay.

And that's why we have all those hearings where, Roe v Wade, Roe v Wade, Roe v Wade

comes up, because that's what republicans wanna do.

We hear Republicans out in the streets talking about it all the time, so yes it is exactly

what your party stands for.

Nonetheless, Tomi got it partially right there, and that absolutely freaked out Fox News viewers.

They took to Twitter to go after Tomi here and here's some of the things that they said

about it.

These are hilarious.

"The Liberals are projecting again because this is exactly what they would do if they

were picking a SCOTUS nominee."

So this guy, Christie Jones, excuse me, this woman, automatically just calls Tomi a liberal.

"I'm absolutely shocked that Tomi has no idea what she is talking about" says Joesph Miller.

Joseph, if you've ever watched Tomi Lahren you should never be surprised, if she doesn't

know what she's talking about.

Unfortunately again, she was actually kind of right.

We have more.

@Deano Mollan Lobby says, "This is weapons grade stupid.

Fox News needs to cut Tomi Lahren loose."

"She is a better fit for MS, NBC or The View" says Baxter's Mom @Pollyanna again.

5 Scary Children Seen In A Photo But Weren't Real - Duration: 5:16.

Hello, internet - what's going on, it's me Jack Finch - and welcome, to Most Amazing

Top 5.

I'm glad to be back again keeping things spooky, strange and downright weird.

Be sure to hit that subscribe button down below so you can keep updated with the latest

goings-on of the channel.

Now that's out of the way, let's jump on in with some freaky ghost children caught

on camera.

Great.

My favorite.

Have you ever been flicking through an old photo album with your parents, and you've

caught something weird in the corner of the frame?

Like, oh I don't know, a dismembered head - or a hand appearing from behind a door.

You know, stuff like that.

Coming in at Number 5, we've got a pretty insane story all the way from Northumberland

in England.

In May 2018, Laura Watson said that she was left unable to sleep after taking an innocent

photograph of her son playing in Plessey Woods Country Park.

The 39-year-old mum said that she couldn't believe her eyes after snapping a photo of

her nine-year-old son, Byrin - claiming that a terrifying ghost-like child was trying to

grab his shoulder in the picture.

After enjoying a pleasant day out with the family, Laura didn't think much of the photograph

until she uploaded the pictures to her computer at home.

When she was flicking through them, she zoomed in and was horrified by the figure that had

appeared behind her son.

Laura said, 'it's very unusual and everyone is really freaked out.

I and my daughter couldn't even go to sleep last night because we were so scared.'

Yeah - phantom ghost children usually do that, Laura.

Laura is adamant that there was no one behind her son when she took the photo.

She insisted that there was no way it could have been photoshopped, considering that the

picture was taken on a phone, and - well, she can't use Photoshop.

Coming up at Number 4, we've got the image of a young ghost child caught in a hospital

- as if *they're* not already scary enough.

At Cordoba Children's Hospital in Argentina, terrified hospital staff claimed that they

had recorded the moment the ghost of a young child emerged from behind a hospital bed.

One nurse caught the terrifying moment on her camera phone, and she claims that she

saw the eerie specter of the young child peeking out from beneath the sheets.

However, not everyone seems to be convinced by the creepy clip.

Some skeptics have said they can't see anything at all, while others have pointed out an ominous

shadow to the right-hand side of the bed.

Hospital employees believe the spooky presence is the soul of a dead child, who sadly died

in room 500 - a now abandoned part of the Argentinian hospital.

Employees say they've spotted it at least ten times, and even placed balloons on the

bed and witnessed them bursting.

Well - you've seen it yourself, what do you guys think?

Let us know in the comments below.

Bringing it up at Number 3 - we've got a chilling photograph from sunny old Shropshire

in England.

The photograph, posted to Facebook, was taken five-years previously during a World Cup viewing

in a field.

*It's coming home*

A group of friends decided they'd hang out together and watch the game, while a few snapped

the shenanigans on a digital camera.

But when the group looked back at the pictures, some of them spotted a strange apparition

in one of the open windows behind them.

You see - a new housing estate was being built near the field, so it's highly unlikely

that there'd be anyone roaming around that late at night.

Especially … a woman, holding a baby…

Thinking they were being watched, some of the group went to investigate, but the building

site was completely abandoned.

There are even reports that the building site was a former wood yard, and other strange

sightings have since happened, with the group convinced that the ghost lady and her baby

were residents of the Victorian structure.

Pretty weird, eh?

Keeping things creepy -  at Number 2, we've got what is reported as the 'best proof

ever' of paranormal activity caught on film.

According to paranormal investigators, the video captures the moment that a phantom child

emerges from an old corridor in an abandoned manor house in South Yorkshire.

This creepy video was taken at a 17th-century manor house, called Wentworth Woodhouse, the

largest private estate in the UK.

The investigators, called Soul Reaper Paranormal, claim that they only noticed the ghost child

after reviewing the footage taken while exploring the 23'000 square-yard building.

I mean, to me, I can almost make out a spectral figure with the same height as a child - but

the investigators also reported growling sounds that followed them shortly after.

So, you know … I'm pretty certain it's a demon.

And finally - flying in at Number 1.

We have an absolutely, downright terrifying photograph from the Amityville Hauntings.

You know, those famous hauntings that are pretty much confirmed and - keep me away from

them, please.

On November 13th, 1974, six-member of the DeFeo family suffered a brutal fate at the

hands of the family's eldest son, Ronald DeFeo Jr.

The parents, as well as their four children, were shot dead inside the large colonial house

at 112 - Ocean Avenue.

An address that would later become synonymous with paranormal activity.

A little over a year later, a new family moved in.

It was a dream home for George and Kathy Lutz, along with their children - but after just

28 days of horror filled experiences, the Lutzes fled the house claiming that they would

never return.

And then we have Ed and Lorraine Warren, famous paranormal investigators who have seen some

pretty scary stuff.

Their lives have inspired films such as Annabelle, The Conjuring … and, well this one.

The Amityville Horror.

Let's just cut to the chase - here's what they found.

Gene Campbell, a professional photographer hired by the Warrens, caught a time-lapse

image of a young child outside the children's bedroom.

Believed to be the ghost of John Matthew DeFeo, it's pretty startling evidence that you

should avoid that house at all costs.

Well, after that... that's all we've got time for today.

Make sure to hit that subscribe button down below - and hopefully, you'll be seeing

a little more of me on Most Amazing Top 5.

As long as we keep ghost's - far, far away from me…

Take it easy.

5 Facts You Didn't Know About Pokemon Yellow! [Episode 11] w/Monkiez! - Duration: 2:55.

What is going on guys my name is Monkiez and welcome to another 5 facts video. In the last

episode of this series we covered the games Pokemon Red and Blue. Of course next in line

would be Pokemon Yellow, so welcome to 5 Facts you didn't know about Pokemon yellow. At the

end of the video if you did enjoy be sure to leave a like comment and subscribe if youre

new, but with that being said let's get started.

Our first fact today is about how Blue, the Rival will evolve his Eevee. The rival will

eventually evolve his Eevee depending on the player's actions early in the game. If the

player beats the rival at both Oak's Pokémon Research Laboratory and the early, optional,

battle at Route 22, Eevee evolves into Jolteon. If the player loses one of these two battles,

or passes up the Route 22 battle, Eevee evolves into Flareon. If the player loses at Oak's

Lab, and loses or passes up the Route 22 battle, Eevee evolves into Vaporeon.

Our second fact is that In Pokémon Yellow, The Youngster on Route 9 was inspired by the

trainer A.J. from episode 8 of the Pokémon anime series. They both use a Sandshrew, speak

of striving to win 100 battles in a row, and both Sandshrew know Fissure. In Pokemon Red/Blue,

this trainer was originally named Jr. Trainer ♂, used a Growlithe and a Charmander,

and never spoke of winning 100 battles.

Our third facts is about the Safari Zone. If the player attempts to enter The Safari

Zone without sufficient money to enter enough times, the worker who lets you in will take

pity and allow you to enter with one safari ball. This was not an interaction in Pokemon

Red & Blue And exists as a way to prevent the player from progressing in the game as

a result of being unable to acquire enough money to get the HM03, surf, which is found

in the park.

Our fourth fact is that Data exists for a battle situation when the Trainer has no Pokémon,

though it isn't actually used when entering a battle with no Pokémon in the final release.

In this case, selecting any option other than Run shows the message "Hurry, get away!" This

may have been a prototype for the initial battle with the wild Pikachu at the start

of the player's adventure, as the player has no Pokémon at that point.

Our final fact for today is that some people may overlook, or maybe its just too obvious.

But Pokemon yellow was the first Pokemon game to let Pokemon follow you around. These games

allowed Pikachu to follow you outside of his Pokeball and was a concept that continued

to Heart Gold Soul Silver, and soon Lets Go Pikachu and Lets go Eevee.

So that is going to be it for todays video, I hope you guys did enjoy if you did be sure

to leave a like comment and maybe even subscribe if you're new. But with that being said, I'll

see you guys later, peace.

Sean Spicer Calls Trump A "Unicorn Riding A Unicorn Over A Rainbow" - Duration: 3:35.

In case you weren't aware, former White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, has a new book

coming out, and I'm sure we're all just desperate to get our hands on what's soon to be a bestseller.

Well, The Guardian actually published an excerpt of the book this week where they talked about,

or they posted a part where Sean Spicer discusses Donald Trump's innate ability to escape scandal.

Scandals that would have, according to Spicer himself in this excerpt, taken out any other

politician, would've ended their career like that, but Trump, not him.

He can survive anything, and that is why Sean Spicer said the following about Donald Trump.

"He is a unicorn riding a unicorn over a rainbow."

A unicorn on top of another unicorn riding a rainbow.

That's how unique and rare Donald Trump really is.

You know, it would've been perfectly fine to say a unicorn, something that doesn't exist,

but no, Sean Spicer took it to 11 and went with a unicorn on top of another unicorn riding

over a rainbow.

That is some grade A ass kissing right there, and it makes me wonder why Sean Spicer is

even bothering with it.

You left your job at the White House.

We already know that nobody else wants to hire you.

You've got a TV show in production that's probably not ever going to really see the

light of day because all the guests you've invited on have already said, "No thank you,"

so why are you still kissing Donald Trump's ass?

Does he have dirt on you?

Are you worried about him flipping on you for something?

I mean, this is utter insanity.

Not to mention the fact, to address the real actual issue here other than the unicorn on

unicorn action, is the fact that the reason Trump has survived all of these scandals so

far is because he's had people like you to go out there and lie about them to the press

every single day.

You must be the unicorn that Donald Trump's unicorn is riding on top of.

Because if not for people like you, he wouldn't have survived them all, but I guess you got

tired of being Trump's unicorn, so you retired.

You let Sarah Huckabee Sanders come in and be the new unicorn, and man, she's flying

him even higher over that rainbow.

You must be super proud of that, Sean Spicer.

The other reason Trump has managed to survive all of these scandals is because his base,

they're pretty much painfully stupid.

They don't believe any of it happened because they only watch Fox News, and Fox News is

known for never telling the truth.

So, yeah, it's not that Donald Trump is just a stronger human being than everybody else.

It's that he managed to court the dumbest voters in America to support him, and that's

why his base doesn't believe that any of these scandals are real.

That coupled with the fact that we have nothing but a bunch of spineless, mindless conservatives

in the House and Senate, and it makes the perfect storm for Donald Trump.

But again, that's all possible because of you and your lying, Sean Spicer, and now that

you're gone, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, again, has cranked it up even higher.

You helped create this unicorn flying over the rainbow, and I hope you're proud of the

destruction that it's caused.

7 Steps To Getting A Funnel Built [2018] - Duration: 9:49.

Welcome to the Funnelspirations show. My name is Pamela Dale

And today we want to talk to you about another one of my favorite topics or it's always the same topic

It's always around funnels

So I found after working with dozens and dozens of clients and myself as well the funnel billed

There's a certain set of steps that need to be taken in a certain order. So today's show I want to show you

the

Seven steps to getting a funnel built. I want to walk through them. They're very quick and

Let's take a look at them. Hey, let's look at number one. So copywriting always always always comes first

There's a couple of reasons for it

It's easier to do the design inside of the funnel when you have the copy built

But here's the other thing not just about the design but the funnel build in general the funnel build itself

I found so many people in the editor about

14 steps too soon that they don't know exactly what they're doing what they're building. What's the strategy?

What's the offer? What is the

Price, what is the follow up?

What is the urgency and scarcity and all of that sort of stuff and that will get narrowed down when you write the copy.

So that's really really important not only for design but for the build itself

I find that people are moving and deleting and adding new pages and then things really start to get really messy

So it's really really important to go into the funnel. Very first step is to have all of the copy written out

Now in my experience the copy always needs to be tweaked a couple of times

I always find that the copy does have a few revisions even once it's inside the funnel

But you can at least start to see it out in lights and you can move through it a lot quicker

Rather than trying to build a funnel around it without the design pardon me without the copy

You're going to go absolutely crazy

I promise you and you're going to spend way more work than you need to and if you're working with clients

It's a nightmare

If you don't have their copy first

I promise you it's you're going to

Start to become resentful and it's going to go around and around and around in circles

And before you know it you want to just walk away and that's not how this is supposed to feel

Building funnels is really easy. So go ahead get that copy nailed first find out the offer

Who is that? You're talking to? What is that that you're selling? What's your strategy then?

We're gonna jump in to step number two, which is to wireframe wireframing comes second. What do I mean by wire framing?

in clickfunnels

you're in and headers and middle sections and banners and other pieces and they're gonna have a footer right so

When we put together a branding board for clickfunnels and we help with the backgrounds to help distinguish different sections

and we've usually got three different section backgrounds that we'd like to interchange throughout the build of a page and we also have the

Icons and the favicon and things like that that are unique to clickfunnels to help with the design

So you're gonna go into the editor and you're going to wireframe it out

So you're going to put section and put a headline. You don't need to put the copy in yet

But let's wire it all out. You even have an image here. You're gonna have a video over here

You're gonna have another section another section break, etc

That's the best way to go about doing that put all these placeholders in place for video copy images, etc

You can go in and set the dimensions of the image. You think that maybe on this one

It should be a 600 by 400 image go ahead and do that

and that

Placeholder will hold that space

then you can see what the design looks like looks like and you can also share your client if you're doing this for clients and

Then you do that before you go in and redo the images 43 times right because on the final one

What are you going to do where you're going to optimize it for page load speed so you want to be sure you've got that

You're not doing it four thousand times sounds like a plan, right? Oh, that is a billion times really really hard. Okay

Then what comes next is the design. What are you gonna? Are you gonna use shadows and borders? And what's the background?

And what's the spacing going to look like and maybe you need a couple more icons?

Maybe once you see at that hole that doesn't look right, etc. You're going to design it

Next it comes third in the best

Strategy is to design the biggest or longest page first get an idea of what does your header look like?

What does the different sections look like and then what does the footer look like because you're going to have a background here, a different one,

another one and split them up based on the thought process going throughout the funnel to break it up for the eye as

They're scrolling through you want to use them to introduce new pieces new sections

So that unconsciously were like, oh there was a change. Let me see what's going on because there's a real strategy behind it

So then what you do is you carry that design through the rest of the funnel. So once you determine, what's your header?

What's your footer in some of the sections in the middle, then you go to the other pages because you'll look known

You'll know how to save them

Right, you can save sections and rows and put them in the other pages and it goes so much quicker

I promise you it does and

Then let's look at number four. Well, we want to talk

Integrations some people try to put the integrations in first, but if you're switching pages, and you don't know what you're doing

right

If you don't do them in this order

you're going to really run into trouble and you want to add your domain and your payment and your email and

Integrations here after you've done the design. There's a couple of reasons for it

Every time no matter how prepared I am going into a funnel built for myself or my clients

I know that there's changes there always seems to be a change even for me

so it's nice to have the domain and

The email and the payment integrations here so that I can finalize my domains my URLs my path at the end

So that I've got that safe. They're clean

They're all ready to go because that's the address that you're sending people to and it's got to be

Clean and it's got to make sense

And it's got to be something that you can copy and paste and put it in your spreadsheet. So

That's a really big T tip tip tip number five product

Set up comes fifth

So what do I need for my product set up, well on your order step on your order page in the funnel,

There's a product tab. You need to go in and get your products set up on your tab

You'll already have stripe integrated or your payment integrated. You'll already have your email integrated so that on the product tab

It's very specific. There's a few other little things inside the product tab that you don't see on other order or other funnel steps

So the order page is very unique you to be sure that if the integrations are already done

Then you can go in and do your product so next

Sixth is the email and the follow-up come six. What do I mean by that?

You need to think through your strategy you will have had that once you have figured out your offering what you're doing

All the way through this you need to think about okay if they take this step and not take that step

How am I going to follow up? What is it that's going to come next. Is there another funnel?

Etc and you need to set up all that segmentation at this point

So one of the ones that's really really popular is what we call an abandoned cart sequence

So if somebody opts in but yet doesn't purchase you can then retarget them later and offer a special price

offer some urgency and scarcity around a timer or you could just let them know that this is going to disappear or

Simply maybe there was a mistake

maybe you got distracted and it's your strategy think that through but

make sure that you do that at this stage because the funnel is completely built and then you can segment out what you need and

Drive them to the next funnel if you need to and last but not least

It's time to test test test

this is probably one of the ones that gets missed and I

was working on a funnel the other day and I realized I forgot to have the product but seriously, I was like

Thank goodness. I test I got distracted

Obviously so testing is vital vital vital, even if you've done this a million times, like I have there's still things that you will forget

so there is a

proper way to test and

one of my tips is first of all, put it in test mode and second of all if you use a gmail address

Which you must right?

Pamelajoandale@gmail.com is mine. So if I use that the first time to test what do I use the second time?

Right. Well, you'll add a 1 or 2 or a 6 or a 10 at the end

So, it's Pamelajoandale+1@gmail.com

Pamelajoandale

+2@gmail.com and so on so that you can see them go through

You can track them you go into your email service provider

You can see and you want to be able to watch

What's happening on the other side of the funnel that the client is going to see because believe it or not

Seeing it from that perspective. You'll see it in a different way a different light. It's kind of like that

You become nose blind to things

We're going to become eye blind to some stuff as well because you're going to see it over and over and over again

So when you see it in a different window in a different light in a different program like your email service provider or etc

Believe me, you're gonna find something you didn't see before because you've been staring at it for days and days and days

so those are my top tips for

Getting a funnel up and built now

There are a lot of really cool interesting

Tips and tricks that I've got on how to build funnels if you'd like to know more. Go ahead

San Antonio, TX Water Quality Assessment: What You Need To Know - Duration: 2:34.

San Antonio's water quality report has come out for 2018 and the water nerds are working

hard to give you the information you need to know.

At a glance of the report, the drinking water of San Antonio is in compliance with EPA's

regulations.

However, even though the drinking water is in compliance with the regulation and deemed

safe legally, there is a difference between what EPA deems acceptable and what toxicologists

and health professionals deem acceptable.

Lead enters tap water through old lead service pipes and lead-containing plumbing.

Currently, 10% of water samples tested for Lead in San Antonio revealed concentrations

of 3.8 parts per billion.

The city did not disclose the number of samples collected and therefore these data are not

representative of the actual scope of the lead problem in San Antonio.

Treated water leaving the plant may be in compliance with loose EPA standards, but can

become contaminated once it enters older infrastructure.

Houses built after 1986 were most likely built with lead plumbing and lead fixtures.

Environmental Protection Agency, The federal Action Level for lead is 15 parts per billion,

but Center for Disease Control, and American Academy of Pediatrics all recognize that there

is no safe level of lead for children.

Chromium 6 is an extremely toxic metal that is not currently regulated by the EPA.

In recent years, San Antonio tap water has averaged 140 parts per trillion for Chromium

6.

For a bit of perspective, these levels are 7 times higher than the concentration determined

to have negligible impact on cancer risk.

Lastly is Disinfection Byproducts or DBPs.

DBPs are a category of emerging contaminants which means they have been detected in drinking

water but the risk to human health is unknown.

Disinfectants such as chlorine or chloramine react with normal organic matter, such as

leaves, twigs, and grass, that is often times found in incoming water.

San Antonio's concentrations for the two categories of DBPs were slightly elevated.

The current maximum contaminant level for haloacetic acids is 60 parts per billion and

80 parts per billion for trihalomethanes.

In San Antonio, the Haloacetic acid levels ranged from 0 to 22.3 parts per billion and

had an average of 14.6 parts per billion.

The trihalomethane levels in San Antonio were found to be in a range of 0 to 84.7 parts

per billion.

The data from the report shows that San Antonio has a synthetic organic contaminant called

Di(2-Ethylhexyl Phthalate), which helps makes plastics flexible.

This chemical is showing up in San Antonio's drinking water because of the rubber and chemical

factories discharging it into the water.

Di(2-Ethylhexyl Phthalate) is a chemical known to cause reproductive problems in young males,

cause stomach pains, and is labeled as a probable carcinogen.

The report states that Di(2-Ethylhexyl Phthalate) levels range from 0 to 1.3 parts per billion

in the drinking water.

EPA has a regulation that caps the maximum contaminant level at 6 parts per billion.

Our Water Nerds are on the lookout for other cities to cover.
