How a morning can transform your day - Duration: 4:41.
The last three things I do Meditation is the first,
then affirmation and visualization.
It does not have to be in that order (if it's good). It may be may not be. (Can be in other orders)
But the last 3 things I do, (in my mornings) first I read, then write and do some exercise.
About Physical Exercise I do not need to tell anyone what the benefits are, right?
It is already proven that the amount of benefits this brings.
Doing it in the morning prepares you for a day with much more energy than if you make the evening.
Excercise at night is good to do too. But in the morning prepares you for the day.
Your brain gets more oxygen, your blood increases the circulation and it's better that way.
In the morning brings a special power. As if it were a preparation for the day,
it energizes you and you speak ok, I'm ready for the day.
And it does not have to be an hour of exercise.
There may be 10 push-ups, can be jumping jack, can be jump rope, can be anything.
There are some apps out there that you do in 7 minutes and you make a complete exercise package.
7 minutes and is enough for you to attack your day. So the exercise is very important.
Second thing: Writing
One thing I really like is writing the diary. And I have a video here, it can appear here below.
The video of how your journal writes, it will transform your life.
And it's amazing, really if you write a diary every day is a powerful thing that helps you.
But if you do not want to write diary you can simply write a little of your day
Write about ideas you have, write about how the day is.
Write about how you feel on that day, about the things you are grateful for on that day.
Just you write. This has a very big impact on our lives.
And the other thing is reading.
It is unnecessary for me to be saying here the amount of benefits this brings.
Also I'm going to put a video here that is: how to read 18 books in 1 year.
And basically it is reading ten pages a day that
at the end of a year you will have read 18 books.
And the most amazing thing is how much you can learn anything from 18 books.
You can get new ideas, you can develop more as a person, you can have a better relationship
a better marriage (if you want to read books about marriage)
about relationships
then the habit of reading is very good.
So it's these three things that I do that are Reading, Writing, and Physical Exercise that prepare me for the day.
I put a bonus that is learning. I call learning
despite this everything being a learning
but I place the last one that is learning through videos.
I watch many You Tube videos, I love watching You Tube videos.
I love watching videos about coaching, about business. About anything of personal interest.
I see lots of Ted Talk's. If the person does not want to do anything I'm talking about here,
if she watches a Ted Talk a day, by the end of the year she'll have watched Tedzies three-sixties and five.
Imagine how this person has been transformed, by the great ideas, of the great personalities that are spoken there.
Books and videos have incredible power because we can choose who teaches us.
It could be that Steve Jobs is your teacher if you want, or Bill Gates can be your teacher
or else Nelson Mandela.
We live in a society where we have the privilege of having these people in our living room.
We just do not use it if we do not want to.
How precious it is to have the teaching of these people day after day, year after year with us, right?
People who make sense to you.
So these are three things and who wants to delve deeper into this,
read a book called "Manhãs Milagrosas" in Portugal
in Brazil the name is "O Milagre da Manhã"
and in English is "Miracle morning".
An incredible book that teaches you how to do it so that your life is transformed.
It has transformed my life without a doubt
and have transformed the lives of the people with whom I share this message.

What If I Can't Do It - Duration: 6:58.
Hey, it's Joe.
One question I get a lot is, "What happens if I can't do this?
What if I can't pull it off?"
And I think it's a legitimate concern.
You know, your, there's so many people out there, teachers, like me, that it's hard
to know who to listen to.
And who's legitimate and you know, sometimes you've got to use your gut and you've
got to use your head and you've got to use your intuition to be able to decide you know,
do I want to work with that person?
Do they sound legitimate to me?
Do they sound like a scam?
And then you decide for yourself.
If you're looking for a mentor to help you through the process, make sure that you talk
to the mentor that's going to be working with you.
I've seen so many programs out there where you don't get to talk to the guy who created
the program.
And that doesn't make sense to me.
That's not a mentor in my mind.
So make sure that you get somebody who you can actually talk to.
And if you don't have good training, if you don't have, and it doesn't have to
be a person that's training, that makes it easier, but, you can also learn from training
materials.
If you don't have the right method, if you're not trying the right thing, it's going to
be a lot harder for you.
So try to use something that's not going to have much risk, not going to use your money,
not going to use your credit, and the only thing you have on the line is your ego.
You know, you get on the phone with somebody and somebody says no to you, that's a blow
to the ego.
But it's not a blow to your wallet.
It's not a blow to your credit.
And it doesn't knock you out forever.
Now, I tell all my mentor students before they start the program that it's going to
take three or four months before they can expect to make money in my program.
I've got people that make money in a week or two, but they're the exception not the
rule.
So make sure you give yourself time to succeed so you don't give up before you learn how
to do it.
I've seen too many people they'll work for a month and then they'll give up and
they'll think, oh, this isn't going to work, you know, I can't do it.
Or, the program doesn't work.
And they give up on it before they actually learn how to do it.
And if they only would take the time to learn how to do it they would be able to accomplish
it.
And I believe it's three or four months.
Now, I also make them agree, my mentor students, I make them agree to putting in eight to ten
hours a week devoted to talking to sellers.
That's a lot of time on the phone.
It's an hour-and-a-half a day, two hours a day, on the phone, talking to sellers, making
offers.
Making real offers.
Making offers that, you know, you don't get off the phone until they say no to you
at least five times.
And when they say yes to you, you don't get off the phone until they say yes to you
several times.
You know, you can take no for an answer, but you don't want to take yes for an answer,
either, because sometimes people will tell you yes just to get you off the phone.
So, you get, you learn how to talk to people and you learn how to do this and the first
three months is going to be hard.
It's going to be grueling.
And you're going to want to give up.
But once you get good at it, then it actually becomes fun to get on the phone.
It actually is, it's a pleasure to get on the phone and put a deal together and hang
up and say, boy, I got another one.
You know?
And it doesn't take much time.
It's certainly not going to take you another three months.
You know, your first deal may take you a hundred calls before you get that first deal.
And that's a hundred full blow calls, not a hundred dials.
A hundred full blown calls and I would suggest that you use the Automarketer because it's
going to bring you leads that are already qualified because they're going to be answering,
you know, they're going to be answering your query, you know, sends out a text, says
would you be interested in doing a rent to buy?
And they send back and email, and some of them will say no.
About 80%, 90% of them will say no, and the other 10%, 20% will say yes, or maybe, or
have a question about it.
Those are the people that you're going to call back.
Those are the people that are going to be most qualified.
Those are the best leads.
And it saves you from calling the 80% of the other leads that you don't have to call.
Just call the ones that make a difference.
So you don't have to beat your head against the wall, you know, making cold calls.
So, that's another aspect of it.
Do it in a way that actually makes sense.
Do it in a way that there's a plan for it, where there's a step by step process for
it.
It's easy to get discouraged and if you've got somebody who's telling you that you're
an idiot for doing it, in your family or in your life or your spouse, or whatever, it
makes it very difficult to succeed.
I won't lie to you.
But if you can ignore that noise, because that's all it is, it's noise.
It's jealousy, it's concern, it's lack of faith in you.
And you know, they're going to look at you and say, hey, you know, I know that you haven't
succeeded so far.
Why do you think you're going to succeed now?
And it's going to be a challenge for you do it with that kind of negativity hanging
over you.
So you've got to separate yourself from it one way or the other and start making those
calls and do the work and just keep moving forward.
If you have somebody who's encouraging you through this process you're job will be
so much easier because you're going to get down.
You're going to get discouraged.
You're going to want to give up.
And if you give up, of course, you make no money.
If you do the work, if you follow through, you make money.
In my mentor program I tell this to everybody before they get into it.
Because I want them to set their expectations properly about what's possible.
I can tell you that 30% of the people that come through my mentor program will make money,
on average.
They tell me that 5% success rate is average for this kind of program.
So I guess I'm 600% you know, better than average.
But I can also tell you that 100% of the people who do the work the way I teach them, that
follow through, that put in the time making the calls, come on my conference calls and
ask me questions, and you know, let me help them when they get stuck or when they're
heading in the wrong direction, because that happens really frequently.
They'll get in their head I can either do it this way or this way, or Joe said to do
this, so I should be doing this.
Or, they'll say, I used to do it this way and that worked so I should try it this way
plus the way Joe did it, and we'll do it this way instead.
You know, it's inexplicable the way our minds work, but, you know, if you don't
have somebody who's there saying, wait, you're heading in the wrong direction.
Move it back over to this direction and then go forward here.
And then try this and say this.
And do this instead.
And that's going to make a lot bigger difference to you and your success than if you were just
trying to slog through it on your own.
Anyway.
I guess, that's a long answer to your question, "What if I can't do it?"
You can do it.
It's just a matter of moving forward, doing the work, and not giving up.
If you do that I guarantee you'll make money.
All right.
Good luck to you.

The Day I Almost Died - Duration: 6:31.
Okay, the kids have gone for their nap
It's so quiet and peaceful out here. I feel like a have to whisper. I
could we're making plans in a minute where we're planning our
future
I've been thinking a lot lately about the day. Noinin was born
The day Nonie was born
it all went perfectly, you know, everything was just
Smooth never smooth everything I was discharged from hospital when she was six hours old
Like him home. My mom was here. She made us some food
We went to lie up in bed with no need
Nettie oak was having an out
And it was just all perfect
But then something wasn't right and I had a postpartum hemorrhage
Usually in these situations, I don't panic I don't
I'm calm and I'm not afraid
And thankful that my mom was there because
We might have hesitated to call the ambulance but we were very much like, oh, it's okay
But my mom said immediately you need to call the ambulance and
Eddie did and even when the ambulance is on its way. It was kind of like a real react him
But when I was in when they came they brought me to hospital when I was at the ambulance
The gravity of the situation really hit me I knew I knew that
It was
It was a scary situation
and
I'm one of these people that you know, is that I would think okay. I'm in the ambulance
Now, you know, it's all confined. You're gonna look after me. Oh good
But I just knew that that wasn't the case, I knew that it was
Hey, how can I describe but I knew that this could go either way I just knew I could feel
The drain on my heart. I'm not one to panic but
and by the questions
he was asking me I knew that he although he was trying to keep me calm the the guy in the ambulance and I
Knew that. It was very serious and
I thought that I could die
Obviously I didn't
But it was a very scary moment. Especially just after having a baby and I was never worried about having babies. I never
you know in this day and age you don't think about
childbirth being dangerous and it still is I mean
There are still risks
But you just don't think about it you don't you know, so right now
And it really made me reassess everything it's made us reassess our lives
We were incredibly lucky that day
And it has affected, you know, it is affected
Our future so I don't know. We'll have any more kids. I don't know if I want to risk not being here for my children
It's it's made us
Truly appreciate what we have with our kids
and we want to
Create a life with them
Where we're really soaking in every moment and
We're not letting it slip us by
It's funny hair one day can change you
And
It's merely made us think we work too hard. We work too much and
Life is so worked and you don't know what's around the corner
So we're in breath every minute of it you're so lucky to be here like we're so lucky to be here
My thoughts were the back
This time
Too fast for
For tomorrow

This will Shift your Perspective on Difficult Life Challenges - Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 31:42.
so as you know here we are mainly concerned with entering the realm of
being presence there has been a lot for you to do just little doings walking
from here to there eating a food some talking some thinking which is a doing
but mostly this has been and still is about connecting with being the
dimension of stillness beyond thinking out of which all thinking arises now
when you leave here many of you if not most of you are going back into more
doing again so your challenge will be not to lose the rootedness in that
deeper dimension while you are engaged in whatever you do and the world will do
all it can to challenge you to pull you out of that rootedness and it will tell
you not in so many words but it will in the form of events and people and
happenings and things not working and so material this is all important give me
your fullest attention this really matters it may matter well as I put it
things matter relatively they may be relatively important why do not you miss
your plane
whether you're naughty you find that great job or you lose that
great job well whatever happens it's all relatively important but only one thing
of is of absolute importance and that is your connectedness with being so that
that dimension is with you as you in your daily life that's the challenge a
few things you will be helpful in this one is the letting go of the unconscious
assumption that there should be no problems and difficulties and if they
are that they are undesirable obstacles that really shouldn't be there in the
form of events or people or situations
but if you look back on your life and I look back on my life it's always been
challenging there are brief moments when it's not
challenging and that's great but you know very well that life won't leave you
alone it'll challenge you one way or another
if you look at the wild situation is the same there's all kinds of challenges in
the news first there were they the Communists there was a cold war and then
they'll suddenly other huge challenges arising and this it goes on and on so in
the words of the first sentence in the book Lord the road less traveled which I
never read because the first few sentence was no good I didn't need to
read the rest of it and the first sentence is no this is Michael against
certain New Age beliefs and it might at first sound negative because the first
sentence is life is difficult that doesn't sound very inspiring and then
the next sentence I don't remember it literally says and if you know that
you're completely okay with the fact that life is difficult then it's no
longer difficult so that's what I read
because like says it all already how does it work how is life when you know
that life is difficult it's no longer difficult you try to work that out
well here's the explanation it's really only difficult if you think that it
shouldn't be difficult
because then you're in continuous resistance to things and people and
events but once you accept it's an essential part of life of being
difficult then whenever the next difficulty rises yesterday oh this life
again being difficult in other words what does
it do it creates an acceptance of what is if
you carry around onto the assumption in your head it shouldn't be difficult
there should be no difficult people and obstacles and problems and things should
not get cancelled and plans should not be interrupted and nobody should feel
ill and then people should die suddenly potential that's a travesty they think
should not they're all dreadful this is there's an underlying assumption things
should go smoothly in softcore sometimes they do go smoothly but the army or the
parent paradox is that once you recognize the fact that life is
difficult that life is not meant to make you happy it's not meant to make you
unhappy but it makes you unhappy if you're ever wrong at it you know two
modes life happiness comes with accepting the fact the challenges are an
essential part of the evolutionary process for all our life forms
so it's challenges for you even if you don't call them challenges Tolleson is a
nice town big city or any something positive is already implied within it
you call it problems or bad stuff happening then doesn't sound so good
challenges are here to awaken you and even if your awakening continues life
continues to give you challenges and then the awakening accelerates and
deeper
and it will devastate your ad you won't be free as long as you're here of
challenges so if you recognize that you no longer
need to be in a hostile confrontational relationship with life eh I don't sorry
about the term you're not pissed off all the time with another thing I'm so
pissed off with like just not wrong and people just can't take anymore just me
and you there's a kind of accepting not necessarily welcoming but sometimes
we're welcoming every situation that arises that is so if you welcome it
that's there's a book by Barah kata called loving what is that means you're
in a an accepting relationship with whatever the religion is of course it
all arises in the present moment anything else that arises is in your
mind so you need to differentiate between challenges problems difficulties
that are actual in the form of people events or situations and challenges
problems and difficulties are fictitious that are purely created by your mind
creating pseudo problems for example when you worry in the middle of the
night huge problems are those the real challenges of life no these are
fictitious problems created in your mind dwelling on things things that happened
but should not have happened those are not the real challenges of
life those are the challenges of your mind the mind created problems so you
need to very differentiate in your life between
actual difficulties challenges or problems there is a person who is
shouting at you that's an actual follow there is the thing you just missed your
flight and you can't get on the next one or the next one or financial tell this
relationship challenges family situations work situations actual things
that happen that need to deal with all but then there is a huge amount of
suffering that is generated not by the actual challenges of life but by the
fictitious problems that the mind creates sometimes around the actual
challenges of life and sometimes out of know out of thin air think that could go
wrong so on the one hand you have your mind creating a lot of useful useless
suffering through unconscious thinking and then you have the actual situations
in your life so you don't have to endure your mind but it says life is difficult
let's don't really include your mind because that's something you can do
something about immediately you don't have to live with a dysfunctional mind
millions still do that is something that can be transcended and this is of course
what we are doing here what you are doing is part of awakening is a huge
amount of the life is difficult a huge percentage of that dignity is created by
the mind that we can deal with that can change it does not have to be once when
you do that then the next part is actual situations will still occur
once you know that then you can come to a more surrendered approach to life and
actually almost or actually welcome the difficult people in your life the
difficult situations in your life loss and so on without demanding
unconsciously not not not in so many words perhaps that demanding this should
not be happening in there's something dreadfully wrong when things go wrong in
your life and that makes life really difficult this is what the man means but
at the beginning of the book the author when he says life is difficult but when
you when you know that life is difficult and you could fully come to terms from
the fact that life is difficult it's not difficult anymore because the greatest
difficulty is the mental resistance to things that arise and the underlying
assumption that they should not so once you end ya have then a surrendered
relationship with the present moment because everything arises in the present
moment then it's not really that difficult anymore and you can eat in the
midst of turmoil still be connected with the route of being within yourself so
there's always a core of stillness if only in the background and no matter
what happens let go of stillness is there if you want to call it stillness
it's also as we saw there and as you know it's also the source of
satisfaction with true satisfaction or a true sense of well-being that goes
beyond physical well-being a true sense of well-being comes from its the
transcendent dimension so life will challenge you with its difficulties the
small and big small happen probably every day in some form so you
don't get upset anymore when things don't go according to plan you don't get
upset and complain or irritated or angry when people don't behave the way they
should behave and that makes it so much easier when you no longer demand that
these things should not be the way they are not what he should they shouldn't
cancel flights where they shouldn't be in such a way they can't fly anymore the
body shouldn't get old nobody should have catch the illness now a lot of
illnesses are produced oh you're much more drone to have an illness if your
mind is very dysfunctional because they'd lower some physical resistance it
effects the body what the mind does obviously effects the body mainstream
medicine is beginning to recognize your mental emotional state affects your
physical state so if your mental emotional state is very dysfunctional
your body's resistance to illness decreases likelihood increases like you
catch something there are other causes of illness or nobody can be totally free
and say I'm never going to be ill that's the body is a physical vehicle with a
certain lifespan and as it approaches the latest stages of its lifespan is
just like an old car things start to go wrong with it it's another it's another
form and the older your car gets the more things need to be replaced and the
time comes when it's just not working anymore
so it will be easier for you to deal with the challenges of life if you
actually realize that the challenges are good they force you to awaken and that's
what's happening here for a long time challenges the only thing that
challenges do is they make people suffer and that can go on for a long long time
I sometimes say everybody has a spiritual teacher everybody on the
planet for most people their spiritual teacher is they're suffering because
eventually the suffering brings about an awakening and then there are a few who
are advanced enough already have gone through their suffering and then they
come into contact with an actual spirit through teaching in the form of wisdom
tradition or as an actual spiritual teacher or even in the form of the book
and they suddenly say oh wow yes and then evolution accelerates so for you
it's but there's already this acceleration because otherwise the
evolution of consciousness is very slow they have a little robots very slowly
that for many years it's still the case well that's why we repeat the same
mistakes politicians and so on haven't they read any history books just go back
fifty years and then you make the same mistake again go back 40 years
so condemned to repeat the past this is part of karma and then you reach that
stage where an acceleration begins and you're all at that stage which is
wonderful
so whenever confronted with the challenge in whatever form look at it be
careful that your mind does not weave the whole huge web of useless thinking
around it then it gets difficult and realized most challenges are actually
fairly simple here's the situation other person I can either do something
about it what action is possible now and where that comes that clear looking what
action is needed now there's an that presence flows and presents can become
there can be a presence inspired doing before there is a presence inspire doing
you need to look at the situation and when you look look not necessarily just
visually but focus put your awareness on the situation and there is a time span
where you are in order to access primordial intelligence which is in the
stillness whenever a situation arises you look at the situation and in their
looking which means giving it attention there is no thinking it's just and
they're not looking facing it and then how long that is there is it could be a
few seconds it could be a minute it could be two minutes but often a few
seconds of giving it a large attention is enough then whatever it is needed
come we'll come to you possible causes of action and then one that's a risk
responding to a situation or you look and you realize nothing can be done
right now and it's perfectly fine and while nothing can be done you accept
what is and are still connected in sometimes more deeply connected in the
face of even sometimes unpleasant circumstances more deeply connected with
a true source of satisfaction which you can quickly access if you become
friendly with what is just becoming friendly with what is it immediately
it's easier to access the source of satisfaction and that the debt which
transcends the ego the ego is sustained by continuous resistance denial of no
it's against it whatever it is I'm against it and it's usually it's the
present moment with brief exceptions so
coming to accept the isness of people and situations and realizing this
situation cannot be otherwise from the way it is my god shortly no biggie can't
be because it already is the entire universe entire history of the universe
has brought about because since everything is connected to everything
else anything that happens is connected to the totality so the totality of the
universe since the Big Bang has brought about this event so that's what is
there's nothing you can do then you can do something and take action yes but
prior to taking action there's an acceptance of the isness then there is
an insight into what is possible and then action if it is possible happens or
there is a realization that nothing is possible then surrender happens and in
that surrender you are entirely free of the situation so in that certain it
surrender or acceptance you can sense the satisfaction arising not because
something is going well because it may not be right now but because you are
connected with the source of all satisfaction all life and it feels it's
fine you may be trapped somewhere and it's fine
so people every human acts speaks in the way they thought that corresponds to
their state of consciousness at that moment sometimes you encounter humans
it's very common for humans to fluctuate between being relatively more conscious
and quite unconscious so you might meet the same person that you know well of
handling member in two or three or more different modalities of consciousness as
you might know and when you yes having breakfast in the morning and the family
member or your roommate is coming down the stairs you never know who is coming
down the stairs next morning it could be very cheerful and lovely person isn't it
great to be alive and the next morning that comes a completely different entity
down the stairs and starts with planing and why didn't you do this you should
have taught me long ago I've been thinking about that all night it's just
awful you always do that Tokyo what was that well that was the person that was
light and cheerful yesterday morning and who knows was coming down the next day
some people are fairly unconscious they are subject to enormous fluctuations and
you all saw to the extent that you can all you could call them actually sudden
diff different personalities emerging at different times so you're not dealing
with one human being and people that are talking about people would have to not
have not yet enough presence to bring about a more continuous state of
identity so you have all these people and and then you might talk to one
person and he says okay I'm now very in my mind what I want and I promise you
those things and I did yesterday dressier this will never happen again
I'm really become very clear now it's all sorted out in my mind and this
Marcin is genuinely believing that
relatively slightly higher state of consciousness and a few days or weeks
pass and then new Yoshi does exactly the same thing as before almost and then you
say he's dishonest he lied to me said he wouldn't do that again he betrayed my
trust I trusted him we had a long talk I started to trust him again and then what
did he do - Drock do the same thing that was not realizing these are because the
client is relatively unconscious different sub personality take that
passing over which are just mental patterns mental emotional patterns that
could be called sub technologies they take over that person and then there's
somebody who's there virtually and so it's not if you draw certain conclusions
that this person all can never be trusted again no it wasn't the same
person different people there if you draw some conclusion and even make it
awesome Universal conclusions and you yourself become deluded if you say you
see now I know people can't be trusted they do lie all the time don't they
so suddenly the once that person becomes everybody and well it maybe it does
apply to the majority of people still they do you need to remember the
majority of people are often completely possessed by mental emotional forms of
conditioning and sometimes arms of conditioning arise very strongly and
take over that person and then that resides is a little bit of
perhaps Caucasian a little bit of awareness there before the next month of
conditioning comes and takes a person over once you see that it's easier also
to be with people because whatever behavior person manifests towards you is
the same as whatever the present moment pre-bent spree presents it cannot be
otherwise at this present moment nobody can act beyond their state of
consciousness at this moment but you should be more conscious more conscious
was he talking about you talk about consciousness let Natalia what use it
just start arguing with an eagle you can never win so dealing with your mind life
is difficult yes people are difficult yes situations are often difficult yes
but they are much less difficult if your mind does not amplify the problems that
you encounter at the people that you encounter in your life that or elderly
takes away a huge burden so that you might no longer complaints and has those
patterns that deny what is and that's weaves huge stories around people and
events and about the past and about the future of the mori the regret anxiety
these are all mental events that do not these do not have to be part of that the
difficulty of life this can be transcended here and now what then
remains is the actual and that's and once you have tackled the problem making
dysfunction of your mind and this is of course what
we are all here but one of the reasons why we are here and that is part of the
spiritual awakening once you go beyond the problem making dysfunction of the
mind it becomes so much easier to deal with the difficult things in life there
are far less complex than the mind make them out to be and there's always just
looking giving attention then you become intelligent you only become really
intelligent when you can suspend for moments the thinking function so you
rise above thought then you become alert and then you look and then you'll know
what you do and if the doing succeeds it's fine if it doesn't you look again
it's the art of living so without the dysfunctional mind things get easier the
dysfunctional mind isn't there anymore when you accept the isness of the
present moment
so the challenges come there are external and internal your whole mind is
a big challenge but that is already in the process of transcending that the
other challenges remain and that is good
you

Police "welcome" students to St. Louis with racial profiling - Duration: 2:52.
welcome to st. Louis said Clayton police as they racially profiled black students
who were incoming freshman at Washington University
Clayton Police stopped ten black students told them they were being
accused of a crime because they left IHOP without paying despite several of
the students showing them receipts the students were forced to walk back to the
IHOP followed by several patrol cars the IHOP manager confirmed these were not
the people who pulled the dine in - and the chief of Clayton Police said that
they were duty-bound to respond to a crime but were they duty-bound to
humiliate individuals who showed proof of purchase this incident is an example
of how systemic racism works black people are stamped as criminals
and police as agents of the system are seen as merely doing their job racism is
a system that leads to a pattern of behaviors this is the same Police
Department that responded to a call I guess they were duty bound for a black
man who was knocking on doors because he was running for office this incorrect
assumption that black equals criminal it's why we have these rash of sidewalks
Uzis poolside patties barbeque becky's and all these people rushing to call the
police on black people for living their lives just the other day a black woman
had the police called on her for using a coupon but these people are rushing to
call the police because police are tools of the system they get used to enact
racism and so it's less about who's in what position and more about us being
really clear about the history of racism and policing our laws and our society we
even have research to show that black children as young as the age of 10 both
boys and girls are seen as innocent much older and more aggressive
compared to their white same age peers and so that color's our perception of
them no pun intended we can all fall prey to these racist assumptions but
when we're in positions of power winter agents of systems like judges police
lawyers educators our power gets backed up by these systems and our actions
could be deadly this idea of respectability that a black
person can wear something our talk a certain way to escape
racism is false we should be concerned when race is the only thing that makes
someone a suspect we're guard 'less of where they go to
school so while I'm reacting to this event in the long line of many events I
want us to be clear that there's a bigger issue a root cause issue and
that's racism racism is pervasive and it's a system we just saw in action as
individuals we need to be mindful to not play into the negative assumptions and
anti-blackness that come along with it

The story about a Ford that returned to the family | Ford Danmark - Duration: 3:10.
My name is Frederik T. Frey -
- and this is my dad, Flemming Haslund.
Both of us are automobile journalists and test drivers -
- and this is the story of my grandfather's Ford 17M RS.
My grandfather died in 2002 -
- and his car was passed on to different family members -
- first to my grandmother -
- and then finally to my dad in 2009 where he chose to sell it.
Since then I've been on the lookout for it -
- to find out where the car had ended up.
I admit I actually made a mistake when I sold it.
Yeah, well..
You know that.
Sure, but...
When I look back, it should not have been sold -
- when grandmother died and the repair shop was emptied.
No.
I cleared it all out.
And the Ford was sold.
Sorry.
Grandpa had many cars even till the last day.
But if there is one car I have the most memories of -
- then it's this one. It's also the most fun car to have.
It was the Sunday car.
That's right! The Sunday car.
Sunday, bread rolls, Danish and the grandchild on a visit.
Then the Ford is out for a drive.
Exactly! And grandma in the incredibly soft seat of the car.
Since it was sold I have searched for the cars every two or three years -
- on different facebook groups.
I asked if anybody had seen something like it nearby -
- but it never gave anything in return.
But then one day I was actually contacted by someone.
I got a tip to an ad on facebook and immediately click on it.
I quickly identify a car that looks really really similar to the car my grandpa had.
I call the seller and present myself -
- and the first thing I ask him is if he can confirm that the car has the chassis number -
- that I start to read out loud.
But before I finish reading out loud -
- he interrupts me, and asks, if my last name is Haslund.
He already knows the story of the car -
- so he is actually happy that the family now reaches out and tries to get the car back again.
So I paid the cost right away and drove home in it that night.
My dad and I often tell each other -
- after driving it or fixing something -
- that grandpa is sitting up there and looking with approval.
He is with me in everything I do with the car.
I think about him every single time I do anything with this car.

Astral projection, guided meditation with theta wave binaural beats.
welcome to this guided meditation by becoming a better you by skeed this
meditation is to start your journey into astral projection we're going to do this
slightly differently but for now be aware that this meditation does not have
an ending to bring you out so make sure you do this meditation at a time where
you don't have to be anywhere anytime perhaps before bed perhaps on a day
where you lie in in the morning
so if you fall asleep after your journey that's absolutely okay or if you wish to
journey for a few hours before returning that's absolutely okay
try not to set any alarms or have anything disturb you whilst to him okay
are you ready
distractions are away
in your meditation position whether that is sitting
lying down
Oh Stanley
bring your attention to your breath
notice how your breathing is now breathing engine breathing
because your attention on the tips of your fingers
feel the silver smoke
and it's raising him through the tips of your fingers
do your fingers
through your hands
to your wrists
up your forearms
boss to her elbows because this silver smoke is still
amidst
after you show this
now it starts filling your body
like a liquid to flows down the sides of your body down your ribcage
all the way boss - hands he was going down which is your toes
and it stops to fail your toes
and your feet and your ankles
it goes of your shins in your cars
your knees up your thighs your hamstrings
filling you up flowing still all the way from the tips
of your fingers up your arms to your shoulders flowing down
now it's filling up to your hips
your buttocks your coccyx filling up
filling your intestines first um abuse by
your diaphragm
your chest your lungs your heart
go back
still flowing up still Felina
reaches the shoulders he keeps going
it fills your neck your throughout your esophagus your voice box
filling your jaw now your tongue the roof of your mouth your teeth up to your
cheeks your nose up your temples and it starts to fill your brain and then the
silver smoke comes up at the top of your head
your body full of the silver powerful smoke
your body
is at peace your body is deep your body is relaxed
now we're going to go further still straight towards the meditative state to
do this more advanced
meditation
they were going to go from 10 down to one deep it down we go helping our mind
relax to concentrate passively 10 down we go down down D
no I'm so
deeply
relaxed down we go
eight down down down
seven
six
five
or
three
to
why
so relax
now we are down d we are going to bring our attention to
one very significant point in our bodies that I'm going to tell you where it is
you are going to focus your attention on this point and this point alone
meditating on this point
and if you get any feelings any sensations any intuitions about this
point follow what the feelings do follow your intuitions and gain some knowledge
with this discovery meditation so bring your attention to the center of your
head which is somewhere behind your eyes to the front of your ears
now if that point is not in your brain go slowly directly up until you hit your
brain focus all your attention on this point meditate on this point nothing
else until something happens
if you suddenly feel
a connection to a new vibration if you feel your astral body start to vibrate
higher if you feel your consciousness start to rise out of your mind
go with it don't fight it go with it all the way and see where you
go in this will lead to the beginning of
an astral projection
so focus your point on the center a new head
until you get these sensations and then go with it if you happen to rise out of
your body today
no you can go wherever you choose on your journey you can stay in your room
go to another country you can go to another dimension wherever you wish once
you're out of your body and if this doesn't happen today
that's absolutely fine to stay focused on this point repeat the meditation as
many times as you need until this habit
you
you

S. Korea to expand inter-Korean exchanges, cooperation within framework of int'l sanctions - Duration: 2:15.
South Korea's unification ministry says it will work to expand and increase exchanges
with the North... but at the same time communicate with the international community to make sure
those don't violate international sanctions.
It will also push to revise some laws to make sure inter-Korean exchanges don't suddenly
come to a stop without enough discussion.
Oh Jung-hee reports.
Seoul will continue to expand inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation... but will make
sure things remain within the framework of international sanctions -- especially when
it comes to railways, roads and forestation projects.
That's according to an unnamed official from South Korea's unification ministry on Tuesday.
In a series of talks a few weeks ago,... the two Koreas agreed to cooperate in linking
and modernizing railways and roads... as well as conducting forestation projects in the
North.
For railways and roads, Seoul and Pyongyang agreed to begin with joint field inspections...
because bringing South Korea's resources and equipment into North Korea for construction
could violate international sanctions.
The unification ministry says... foretation projects, too, could be a breach of sanctions
-- for example, setting up water control systems at tree nurseries.
If the projects go so far as to involve technology transfers,... the official says South Korea
will discuss these matters with the international community and the United States to make exceptions.
He added that the North is well aware of the sanctions... and the two Koreas go through
detailed discussions at their talks, taking the sanctions into account, to arrive at an
agreement.
Meanwhile, Seoul will be making some legal changes as well to make sure inter-Korean
interactions move forward steadily.
Discussions will begin at South Korea's National Assembly... on revising the Inter-Korean Exchange
and Cooperation Act.
One of these changes will be that when inter-Korean projects have to be restricted or prohibited
a Cabinet meeting will have to be held -- just to make sure decisions are made a little bit
more prudently... than when the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex was abruptly shut
down in February 2016.
Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.
